Abstrak: Konsep The Juran Trilogy atau biasa disebut Trilogi Juran dapat diterapkan di sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Sarana dan prasarana termasuk dalam satu dari sekian banyak bidang mutu yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu sarana dan prasarana di MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui penerapan dari konsep Trilogi Juran beserta hambatan-hambatan yang sedang dihadapi sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya, peningkatan mutu sarana dan prasarana di MTs ini sebenarnya sudah menerapkan konsep Trilogi Juran sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu. Namun masih perlu adanya upaya dalam mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan mutu sekolah ke arah yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Trilogi Juran, mutu, sekolah Abstract: The concept of The Juran Trilogy or commonly called the Juran Trilogy can be applied in schools as an effort to improve the quality of schools. Facilities and infrastructure are included in one of the many quality fields that need to be improved. This study aims to determine the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Sunan Kalijogo Malang. In addition, it is also to find out the application of the Juran Trilogy concept along with the obstacles facing the school. The method used is a qualitative approach. As a result, improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure in MTs has actually applied the Juran Trilogy concept as an effort to improve quality. But there still needs to be an effort to maintain and improve the quality of schools in a better direction. Keywords: Juran Trilogy, quality, school

Rara Mendut, whose theme is about love, government, and power, results in a text enjoyed by the society. This matter is proved by the existence of the response in various shapes, such as literary works, wayang orang (Javanese dance drama), cinemas, and the others. The novels Rara Mendut, Genduk Duku, and Lusi Lindri written by Y.B. Mangunwijaya have gained inspirations, either from oral or written literature (Pranacitra-Rara Mendut tale). Based on the structure of its tale, it could be said that there is an intertextual relation between Pranacita Rara Mendut tale and the trilogy of Rara Mendut, Genduk Duku, and Lusi Lindri novels. The existence of Y.B Mangunwijaya’s novel trilogy has a position essential enough as the proof of cultural relation or continuation, namely between ancient culture (Pranacitra tale) and present culture (Rara Mendut, Genduk Duku, and Lusi Lindri trilogy), that can be enjoyed by present generations. Key Words: Rara Mendut; resistance; power; oral literature; written literature Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan membahas dan mendeskripsikan teks Rara Mendut dari sastra lisan ke sastra tulis dan Rara Mendut sebagai potret perlawanan terhadap kekuasaan dengan teori resepsi intertekstual dan teori kekuasaan. Sumber data tulisan ini adalah cerita lisan Rara Mendut; serat Pranacitra­‐Rara Mendut; dan novel trilogi Rara Mendut; Genduk Duku; dan Lusi Lindri karya Y.B. Mangunwijaya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Rara Mendut yang bertemakan percintaan; pemerintahan; dan kekuasaan merupakan teks yang digemari oleh masyarakat; temuan tersebut dibuktikan oleh adanya sambutan dalam berbagai bentuk. Penciptaan novel trilogi Rara Mendut karya Y.B. Mangunwijaya diilhami oleh cerita Rara Mendut dalam sastra lisan dan sastra tulis. Berdasarkan struktur ceritanya; dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan intertekstualitas antara serat Pranacitra Rara Mendut dan trilogi novel Rara Mendut; Genduk Duku; dan Lusi Lindri. Baik dalam sastra lisan maupun sastra tulis; Rara mendut menggambarkan perlawanan rakyat kecil terhadap kekuasaan.

The purpose of this study is to explain the application of kaizen costing to the Academic Administration Bureau of the University of Trilogy. Kaizen costing is a concept that aims to reduce costs, strengthen brands, increase market share, increase information exchange within the company, increase profits, reduce capacity utilization, improve employee quality and productivity, and make gradual and continuous improvements to operational activities. Trilogy University Academic Administration Bureau was the object of research and involved employees of the Academic Administration Bureau and Trilogy University students from 2014 - 2019. This study used primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, the preparation of the questionnaire considering the concept of 5S in kaizen costing namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. The results of this study indicate that based on respondents of the Trilogi University Academic Administration employee respondents suggest that only Seiketsu and Shitsuke affect quality of service of the Trilogy University Academic Administration Service. While the results based on student respondents indicate that Seiri, Seiton, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the service of the Academic Administration Bureau of the University of Trilogy.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 sebagai kerangka kerja tata kelola teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas layanan informasi akademik pada Sistem Infromasi Akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis partial least square. Data primer didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada mahasiswa aktif Universitas Trilogi pada semester gasal tahun 2020–2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan COBIT 5 dengan domain EDM (evaluate, direct and monitor) dan domain MEA (monitor, evaluate and assess) berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pada sistem informasi akademik Universitas Trilogi. Sedangkan domain DSS (Delivery, Service and Support) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pada sistem informasi akademik Universitas Trilogi. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi Universitas Trilogi untuk terus meningkatkan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada sistem informasi akademik sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatan kualitas layanan yang diberikan agar visi dan misi universitas dapat tercapai. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to see to what extent the implementation of information technology governance with COBIT 5 as a basic framework for assessing information technology and determine the effect of information technology governance on the academic information system. This data processing uses descriptive qualitative analysis and Partial Least Square analysis. The primary data was collected from the questionnaire that distributed to active student in odd semester 2020–2021 in Trilogi University. The result of this research is showing COBIT 5 with the domain EDM (Evaluate. Direct and Monitor) and the MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess) domain have an effect on improving service quality at Trilogy University. While the DSS (Delivery, Service and Support) domain has no effect on improving service quality at Trilogi University. In consequence, Trilogi University is required to improve the governance of information technology in academic information system as way to enchance the service quality provided, so the vision and mission can be achieved.

Between 2006 and 2010, one of Mexico's most renowned innovative and interdisciplinary performance ensembles, La Máquina de Teatro, worked withMexicadocuments and sculptures in the creation of itsTrilogía Mexicana(Mexican Trilogy). I discuss fragments of the performance and studio-based creative processes as they translated from the wordless fifteenth- and sixteenth-century writing into an embodied, corporeal, moving form for a twenty-first-century performance stage, specifically aiming to explore notions of memory, temporality, history, and postdramatic theatre.

ABSTRACT This article examines how the principles of Nahdlatul Ulama are related to the spirit of nationalism by analyzing the concept of the ukhuwah trilogy that was initiated by KH. Ahmad Siddiq, Jember. The ukhuwah trilogy consists of ukhuwah islamiyyah (to establish brotherhood with fellow Muslims), ukhuwah wathaniyyah (to establish brotherhood with fellow citizens), and ukhuwah basyariyyah (to establish brotherhood on the basis of fellow humans). The research method used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis by utilizing primary and secondary literature sources. The analytical knife in this article borrowed Alvin L. Bertrand’s role theory, where the role of Kiai Achmad Shiddiq was so great in instilling brotherhood, nationalism or the spirit of nationalism in Indonesia without discriminating against culture, ethnicity, race, language, and even religion. The results of this study shows that the trilogy concept of ukhuwah is in accordance with Islamic principles, but is also important to be presented to the public in order to improve the quality of harmonious religion while instilling nationalism towards Indonesian Muslims. The prime goal is the common good. The benefit of this research is that it serves as an additional sub-material for academia (lecturers, students), religious leaders, and even the general public to further explore the excellent thoughts of an NU figure named KH. Ahmad Siddiq. ABSTRAK Artikel ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana prinsip Nahdlatul Ulama terkait semangat nasionalisme dengan menganalisis konsep trilogi ukhuwah yang dicetuskan oleh KH. Achmad Shiddiq, Jember. Trilogi ukhuwah terdiri dari ukhuwah islamiyyah (menjalin persaudaraan dengan sesama pemeluk Islam), ukhuwah wathaniyyah (menjalin persaudaraan dengan sesama anak bangsa), serta ukhuwah basyariyyah (menjalin persaudaraan atas dasar sesama manusia). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan sumber literatur primer dan sekunder. Pisau analisis dalam artikel ini meminjam teori peran Alvin L. Bertrand, di mana peran Kiai Achmad Shiddiq begitu besar dalam menanamkan sikap persaudaraan, nasionalisme atau spirit kebangsaan di Indonesia tanpa membeda-bedakan budaya, suku, ras, bahasa, bahkan agama. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu konsep trilogi ukhuwah selain sesuai dengan prinsip Islam, namun juga penting untuk dimunculkan ke muka publik dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas beragama yang harmonis sekaligus menanamkan sikap nasionalisme terhadap muslim Indonesia. Tujuan besarnya bermuara pada kemaslahatan bersama. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai tambahan sub materi bahan ajar dan belajar bagi para akademisi (dosen, mahasiswa), agamawan, bahkan masyarakat umum, untuk lebih lanjut menggali pemikiran KH. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Trilogi Kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah bagi kinerja tenaga pendidik SMA Katolik di Kabupaten Bantul; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor – faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hasil pelaksanaan konsep trilogi kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan dilaksanakan pada 2 SMA Katolik di Kabupaten Bantul, Yogyakarta. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman yakni mereduksi, menyajikan, membuat kesimpulan dan memferivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kepala sekolah pada dua SMA Katolik di Kab. Bantul telah berhasil melaksanakan implementasi trilogi Ki Hadjar Dewantara demi meningkatkan kinerja guru. Dalam pelaksanaannya mempunyai beberapa prinsip yakni prinsip keteladanan, prinsip partisipasi, prinsip kooperatif dan prinsip kebebasan. (2) Hasil yang didapat dari pengimplementasian ini berkaitan langsung dengan kedisiplinan dan inovasi untuk berprestasi. Peningkatan kedisiplinan ini berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja guru yang semakin meningkat. Konsekuensi slogis dari pengimplementasian ini berpengaruh pada prestasi guru yang terus meningkat dari hari ke hari. (3) Ada beberapa faktor penghambat yang membuat terkendalanya pengimplementasian, akan tetapi adanya banyak faktor pendukung justru membuat trilogy kepemimpinan dapat terimplementasi.

Sin embargo, al no querer considerarla una trinidad, deberíamos analizarla críticamente como una trilogía, y que necesariamente se contrapone a otra compuesta por igualdad, poder y propiedad, que en cierta medida amplía la conceptualización. AbstractThis work is intended to analyze the links among freedom, democracy and republic. This triad is made up of fundamental concepts for political theory and liberal thought. However, since we do not want to consider it as a trinity, we should analyze it critically as a trilogy, concept that is necessarily opposed to another trilogy made up of equality, power and property, which broadens the conceptualization.

Penjajahan memiliki dampak yang sangat kuat terhadap sistem pendidikan di Indonesia sehingga mendorong Ki Hajar Dewantara untuk melakukan langkah revolusioner untuk mengubahnya. Menurut pandangannya, sistem pendidikan Indonesia harus dibangun berdasarkan pada budaya nasional dan pengembangan karakter yang mendorong kesadaran siswa untuk memegang teguh falsafah hidup nasional. Sistem pendidikan yang mengedepankan among di antara guru dan siswa lebih cocok untuk diterapkan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Selain itu, Ki Hajar Dewantara juga menyusun tri pusat pendidikan dan trilogi kepemimpinan pendidikan. Trilogy kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dimaksud adalaj Ing Ngarsa Sun Tulada (di depan guru memberikan teladan), Ing Madya Mangun Karsa (di tengah guru menciptakan karsa dan ide), dan Tut Wuri Handayani (di belakang guru memberikan dorongan untuk maju). Apakah nilai-nilai tersebut relevan dengan kondisi pandemi covid-19? Artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka untuk menunjukkan relevansi nilai-nilai Ki Hajar Dewantara di masa pademi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara masih relevan di masa pandemic covid-19. Berdasarkan konsep tri pusat pendidikan, para orang tua merupakan pengganti guru selama belajar di rumah. Selain itu, berdasarkan trilogi kepemimpinan pendidikan, para orang tua memiliki peran yang sama dengan guru di sekolah.

A presente pesquisa tem como tema a investigação sobre o problema do tempo na obra de Samuel Beckett, mais precisamente em seus romances do pós-guerra: Molloy, Malone morre e O Inominável. A partir do ensaio de Beckett sobre Proust e da filosofia de Bergson, procuramos analisar de que forma a pesquisa sobre a questão do tempo nos romances em questão pode nos aproximar do pensamento estético beckettiano, evidenciando, assim, a forma pela qual os questionamentos de Beckett adquirem expressão artística e como as imagens e as histórias surgidas em seu universo literário apontam conteúdos filosóficos, possibilitando uma aproximação no diálogo entre filosofia e literatura
This research has as a theme the investigation about the problem of the time in the work of Samuel Beckett, more precisely in his postwar novels: Molloy, Malone dies and The Unnamable. From Beckett's essay about Proust and the philosophy of Bergson, we try to analyze how the research about the question of time in such novels can get us closer to the Beckettian esthetic thinking, thus showing the way in which the questioning of Beckett acquire artistic expression and how the images and stories arising in his literary universe point to philosophical contents, enabling an approach in the dialogue between philosophy and literature.

Este estudo pretende levantar as influências contidas na trilogia de Folheto de Cordel de Chico de Assis. Para tanto combinou a pesquisa sobre o folheto de cordel de modo geral com o estudo da formação do Teatro de Arena, do Seminário de Dramaturgia (SEMDA) conduzido pelo então diretor do grupo Augusto Boal, ambos em São Paulo e, a fundação do CPC da UNE no Rio de Janeiro. O autor, além de ter passado por todas essas atividades como integrante ativo, escreveu os três textos durante esses período (1954-1964). Foi também levantado o aproveitamento das propostas contidas no teatro épico de Brecht, utilizadas nos dois primeiros textos da trilogia; O Teatamento do Cangaceiro e As Aventuras de Ripió Lacraia e, por fim o levantamento das características do terceiro texto, a comédia de costumes Farsa com Cangaceiro, truco e Padre (Xandú Quaresma), todos esses elementos criaram um referencial possível para a análise da trilogia, que vai dos nomes dos episódios à função da música no trabalho de entrelaçamento das peças.
This survey wishes to raise the influences gained in these sustained cheap literature (Cordel) trilogy. In order to produce, it combined a survey on Brazilian cheap (Cordel) literature in general, with the formation of Teatro de Arena and the Drama seminary (SEMDA) conducted by the director of the group Augusto Boal, in São Paulo. And, studying of the settlement of the CPC- da UNE foundation (Popular Cultural Center of National Students Union) in Rio de Janeiro. The author besides passing through all these actions as an active member, created the three plays during this period (1954-!964). At last, the utilization of the purposes enclosed in Brecht epic theatre, in the first two plays; O Testamento do Cangaceiro and As Aventuras de Ripió Lacraia. Also raised the main characteristics of the third play Farsa com Cangaceiro, truco and Padre, (Xandú Quaresma). All these elements created a possible condition to analyze the trilogy, which goes from the name of the episodes to the music function interlacing the work of the plays.

Esta dissertação tem por objetivo a análise estética da Trilogia de Koker, de Abbas Kiarostami, em especial do filme Através das Oliveiras, investigando os efeitos da tematização que o cinema faz de si próprio ao apresentar um filme dentro de outro, intencionalmente quebrando a ficção em prol de uma suposta comunicação mais direta com o espectador, o que gera neste a sensação de diferentes níveis de realidade. Essa discussão passa pelo tema da morte ou diluição da autoria a partir de autores como Derrida, Barthes e Foucault. Lança-se no encalço do Autor moderno, constituído segundo Adorno desde o Dom Quixote, de Cervantes, autor não absoluto, desinformado do destino de seus personagens e que, por isso, inclui no relato romanesco recursos (inclusive a metalinguagem) que passem a evidenciar aspectos de verossimilhança para se fazer crível ao novo leitor. Nessa discussão, emergem questões relacionadas ao fim da narrativa e da arte, a recepção do cinema iraniano, e o embaralhamento dos registros documental e ficcional. Por fim, problematiza as possibilidades de se contar uma história na contemporaneidade.
This work aims to build an aesthetic analysis of Koker Trilogy, by Abbas Kiarostami, specially the film Through the Olive Trees. It investigates the effects of meta-language procedures in cinema, when a film inside another one breaks the linear sequence in order to produce a relational aesthetic communication with the spectators. This opens space for the perception of different levels of reality. This discussion is also related to the topic of the death or dissolution of the authorship, as it is understood in the works of Derrida, Foucault and Barthes. By extension, the ideas of end of narrative are also considered in the analysis. In this sense, it looks after the modern author, created, according to Adorno, since Cervantes Don Quixote: the absolute author, who does not know the destiny of his/her characters and, because of it, includes resources (even meta-linguistic) that put in evidence aspects of verisimilitude to make it believable. In this discussion, some questions related to the end of narrative and of art, the reception of Iranian cinema and the puzzlement of documental and fictitious registers appear. At end, it discusses the possibilities of telling a history in contemporaneity.

La voie royale pour ce faire est d’entreprendre une recherche de la vérité, non seulement de ces deux entités ou de l’une d’elles, mais de l’homme en général et du monde tel qu’il est perçu, senti, conçu et intériorisé. Mais comment peut-on adhérer à une telle entreprise en sachant pertinemment la dimension fictionnelle de ces textes ? Toute l’originalité, tout l’intérêt de cette recherche, qui n’est pas seulement menée par l’auteur mais qui devrait aussi se poursuivre dans l’acte de lecture, est justement dans cette conception et cet abord du roman comme lieu dédié à la connaissance du vrai en investissant des formes diverses de savoirs et des puissances humaines en provenance de la raison et de l’imaginaire, du corps et de l’esprit, exprimant la rigueur et la fantaisie, l’ordonnancement et le chaos qui caractérisent l’existence dans toutes ses manifestations

Triloger har utvecklats till att idag utgöra en viktig del av Europeiska unionens ordinarie lagstiftningsförfarande. Dessa informella förhandlingsmöten mellan unionslagstiftarna, med deltagande av kommissionen, har förändrat den praktiska tillämpningen av fördragens bestämmelser om lagstiftningsförfarandet fastän de inte omnämns i fördragen. Samtidigt som trilogerna har gjort processen mer effektiv har de haft en negativ påverkan på insynen i förfarandet. I denna uppsats studeras hur fenomenet triloger genom åren har uttryckts juridisk i den institutionella unionsrätten. Kritiken mot trilogerna och andra aktuella händelser som möjligen kan förändra trilogernas rättsliga ställning utvärderas.
Trilogues have evolved to become an important part of the European Union’s ordinary legislative procedure. These informal negotiating meetings between the Union legislators, with the participation of the Commission, have changed the practical application of the Treaty rules on the legislative procedure without being mentioned in primary law. While the trilogue system has made the process more efficient, it has had a negative impact on the transparency of the process. This paper aims to study how the trilogue phenomenon has been legally expressed in the institutional Union law. The criticism against trilogues and other recent events are also examined in order to assess how these possibly can change the legal status of trilogues.
Les trilogues ont connu une évolution en devenant une partie intégrante et importante de la procédure législative ordinaire de l’Union Européenne. Ces réunions de négociations informelles entre les législateurs européens, avec la participation de la Commission, ont modifiées l’application pratique des règles des traités sur la procédure législative sans être mentionnées dans le droit primaire. Bien que les trilogues aient rendu le processus plus efficace, ils ont indéniablement eu un impact négatif sur la transparence de la procédure. Cette thèse vise à reconstruire comment le phénomène des trilogues a été exprimé en termes légaux dans le droit institutionnel de l’Union. Les critiques à l’encontre des trilogues et d’autres actualités sont aussi étudiées afin d’évaluer la façon dont ceux-ci éventuellement peuvent modifier le statut juridique des trilogues.

Den här uppsatsen handlar om historieförmedlingen i den historiska romantrilogin om Tore Gudmarsson som Albert Olsson skrev mellan åren 1939 och 1945. Då den historiska romanen behandlas som en kvarleva kan den sägas berätta någonting både om den tid som skildras och den tid då den skrevs. I analysen studeras hur Olsson skildrar danskt och svenskt, herrar och bönder, manligt och kvinnligt samt lag och rätt i sina romaner. Dessa teman analyseras både mot bakgrund av den verkliga historieskrivningen så som den såg ut 1940 samt författarens verklighet. Min metod, som är lånad från språk- och litteraturvetenskapen, är en kvalitativ textanalys och innehåller begreppen den textinterne läsaren/författaren och den textexterne läsaren/författaren. Efter att ha studerat dessa teman har jag kommit fram till att Olsson delvis måste ha använt sig historieböckerna, eftersom hans historieförmedling ibland stämmer så väl överrens och han även placerat romankaraktärerna i verkliga händelser och pendlar mellan fiktion och verklighet. Man hans historieförmedling säger även någonting om författarens egen tid och paralleller till andra världskriget återfinns i tolkningen.

Ce travail a pour fin de mieux faire connaître l'oeuvre de la polygraphe jacobite Jane Barker en France, en offrant une première traduction littéraire ainsi qu'un commentaire d'un cycle de trois récits romanesques : The Amours of Bosvil and Galesia -- également connu sous le titre de Love Intrigues --, A Patch-Work Screen for the Ladies et The Lining of the Patch-Work Screen. Afin de rendre plussensible la spécificité de ces textes, la traduction s'efforce de retrouver une langueaussi proche que possible du français des contemporains de Jane Barker. Après unaperçu de la vie de Jane Barker (1652-1732), puis de sa fortune critique au XXesiècle, le commentaire prolonge le travail de contextualisation historique et idéologique ébauché dans l'appareil de notes parallèle (travail également pré-requispar la traduction) en étudiant successivement chacune des trois œuvres du corpus. A l'aide des hypotextes manuscrits de la trilogie, largement construite sur une oeuvre poétique antérieure vouée à une diffusion manuscrite, il s'attache à esquisser, dans la lignée des études critiques influencées par le nouvel historicisme, les résonances intellectuelles et les implications idéologiques, ainsi que les audaces esthétiques d'une oeuvre longtemps considérée comme alimentaire et comme dominée par la recherche d'une respectabilité propre à l'écrivain femme. Abandonnant l'image posthume de Jane Barker comme fille autoproclamée de la chaste Orinda, il souligne la pluralité du discours Barkerien - méditation, plaidoyer pro-Stuart et injonction, mais aussi interaction de codes romanesques en constitution et d'une idéologie subversive.

Os estudos de lógica de programação são essenciais para aqueles que desejam ingressar na área de informática, sendo ele responsável pelo entendimento de qualquer linguagem de programação. Contudo, cerca de 60% das retenções no curso de informática estão relacionadas a essa disciplina. Tendo em vista os índices de retenções citados, o projeto de pesquisa denominado Uso de Técnicas de Gamificação como Auxílio ao Ensino e Aprendizagem de Lógica de Programação desenvolveu um ambiente intitulado TriLogic. O mesmo conta com diversas atividades lúdicas, visando à compreensão de conceitos básicos da disciplina. O projeto obteve uma aprovação de 90,9% dos alunos que o utilizaram, bem como um aumento do rendimento na disciplina. No entanto, o ambiente gamificado acabava não abrangendo uma parcela dos estudantes, alunos não ouvintes, os quais, infelizmente, não eram capazes de usufruir do ambiente TriLogic devido a sua condição auditiva. Diante das melhorias proporcionadas pelo projeto, pensou- se em uma ampliação com o intuito de tornar o ambiente acessível a alunos não ouvintes, sendo desenvolvida a partir da utilização da Suíte Vlibras, responsável por realizar a tradução dos textos didáticos presentes no TriLogic com o auxílio de um intérprete 3D. O sistema passou por uma etapa de teste para que após a validação, o mesmo pudesse ser entregue ao usuário final.

Abstract In recent years, pre-college educational programs have been introduced to increase the interest and supply of skillful people to work in STEM fields. While the emphasis has previously been primarily focused on the content of project-based learning programs, another factor that needs to be accounted for is the accessibility of the said programs. Unprecedented issues such as the sudden closure of educational facilities, as was experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, should not hinder the learning opportunities that the students are after. Therefore, the shift from hosting conventional STEM programs to online platforms has become a crucial element in the expansion of STEM education. Delivering engineering-based projects through online STEM programs to school students includes wide expansion of the participating audience — which is not confined by the capacity limit of in-person programs — as well as ease of access. This has value not only on the individual level but also at the social level. Three successful e-STEM (electronic STEM) programs are presented in this paper that are designed to support and enhance students’ learning of engineering concepts while also increasing students’ understanding of real-life applications. This has a close connection to the desire to increase online education in developing countries over recent years. The first program is called Innovate, Design and Engineer an App (IDEA). In this program, the students explore the fundamentals of programming and mobile app development. This provides the students with the foundation of coding, algorithms, and refining their ideas to produce a working mobile phone app that is created to meet a specified challenge. The second program is called Creative Fusion and Innovation (CFI). In this program, the students learned the basics of creating, editing, and analyzing their 3D designs; recognize the importance of creating 3D models in engineering; and understand how 3D printing works as they create their own 3D models. The third program is called Virtual Robotics Games (VRG). In this program, the students learn the fundamentals of designing, building, programming, and testing robots in a virtual environment. Through this program, the students learn the basics of robot design in addition to coding and simulation, which are all necessary tools for aspiring engineers. These programs aim to provide STEM education access to build communities specifically in engineering, which is in high demand. Throughout these programs, the students are able to learn important computer skills and the concepts of the engineering design process. The programs also equip them with the required knowledge and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges. At the end of each program, the students will have created successful designs as solutions to the real-life problems that they were tasked with. In this paper, the details behind the planning, formation and production, and implementation of the three online programs are presented.

Los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) utilizan la reducción de la tasa de impuesto a la renta empresarial (IRE) para promover la inversión y, a su vez, este incentivo debe cumplir con la condición de no discriminar entre operaciones de exportación y aquellas destinadas a todo el mercado local, según los compromisos contraídos con la de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC) y el proyecto de Erosión de la Base Imponible y Traslado de Beneficios (BEPS, por sus siglas en inglés). Así se posibilita un importante arbitraje tributario cuando las empresas con incentivos en la tasa de renta empresarial venden con sobreprecios a firmas sujetas a tasa normal en el mercado local, trasvasando rentas a las firmas beneficiadas desde las del régimen general. Esto tiene impactos negativos significativos y crecientes en términos de recaudación y equidad entre firmas bonificadas y las del régimen general en el mismo ramo, especialmente en los servicios cuyo crecimiento es notorio (como los digitales o de telecomunicación). Para morigerar este arbitraje será necesario aplicar algunas opciones prácticas, como las que se presentan más adelante, que hagan viable la bonificación tributaria en la tasa del impuesto como herramienta de políticas, sean compatibles con dichos acuerdos internacionales y reduzcan las pérdidas de recaudación. Adicionalmente, se incluyen cuadros con el resumen de los principales regímenes de incentivos tributarios y de la revisión por los pares de los posibles regímenes fiscales perniciosos en América Latina (Acción 5 de BEPS).
