Анотація:

Puta dino adalah istilah untuk kain atau wastra di Tidore. Masyarakat Tidore pada masa kini masih mempertahankan berbagai tradisi dengan menggunakan kain adat. Namun, dalam ritual adat, masyarakat Tidore yang diwajibkan mengenakan pakaian adat tidaklah menggunakan kain adat khas Tidore, melainkan kain beragam motif dari wilayah Indonesia di luar Tidore. Tidak ditemukannya kain adat khas Tidore dalam berbagai pelaksanaan ritual adat tersebut, mendorong komunitas Ngofa Tidore (pemuda Tidore) untuk menghidupkan kembali kebudayaan menenun di Tidore. Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Pengmas) Universitas Indonesia, menyambut ajakan Ngofa Tidore untuk bermitra dalam upaya menghidupkan kembali puta dino di masyarakat Tidore. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat, dengan Model Revitalisasi Berbasis Translokal. Model revitalisasi ini mengarahkan kepada proses memunculkan kembali puta dino yang bukan saja melibatkan kondisi dan potensi masyarakat di Tidore, namun juga melibatkan potensi masyarakat di Jepara dan Jakarta. Para penenun dikirim ke Jepara untuk mempelajari teknik menenun. Adapun Jakarta adalah tempat munculnya inspirasi untuk melahirkan kembali puta dino dan tempat bagi proses sosialisasi serta promosi puta dino, sebagai salah satu wastra nusantara. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah menguatnya motivasi para penenun, dan terbangunnya kesadaran dari banyak pihak untuk turut mendukung revitalisasi puta dino sebagai produk unggulan Tidore. Revitalisasi puta dino juga telah memperkokoh identitas sekaligus menunjukkan kontribusi Tidore dalam mewarnai mozaik wastra nusantara.

Анотація:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peran optimisme etis dalam memediasi partisipasi anggaran dan desentralisasi menuju kinerja manajerial dengan mengambil objek studi di Kota Tidore. Populasi 29 unit kerja pemerintah daerah Kota Tidore diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 2.0.m3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di unit kerja pemerintah kota Tidore, dan bahwa desentralisasi mempengaruhi optimisme etis di Kota Tidore, Indonesia. Temuan lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa optimisme etis mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di unit kerja pemerintah kota Tidore. Dalam konteks partisipasi anggaran, itu tidak mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di unit kerja pemerintah kota Tidore, sementara itu mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial di unit kerja pemerintah kota Tidore.

Анотація:

This study aims to (1) determine the implementation of social and environmental responsibility of ESPP Tidore to the community in the rum village (2) to determine the factors that influence the implementation of social and environmental responsibility of ESPP Tidore to the community of Rum City of Tidore Islands. The results showed that the Tidore ESPP was operated in mid 2017. After that, it was inaugurated by the Government in August 2016, until entering 2021 only 4 programs were implemented. Even though it has been in operation for 5 years. This indicates unpreparedness in the planning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and obstacles regarding the Technical component of Electric Steam Power Plant (ESPP) Operation. Distribution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and even then because it considers the pressure from the community for the sake of improving communication in the business climate, in addition to obligations that are regulated based on existing regulations.

Анотація:

The sultanate of Tidore is not only an area of Islamic influence residing in Tidore Island, as it is widely understood all along. Tidore Sultanate, is actually one of the centers of Islamic power that has a broad influence to other areas in the Maluku Islands and in Papua. Tidore with Ternate, is the most developed region, as both are able to expand influence and control other areas. This study is a literature study, through historical data and archaeological data from previous studies, to explain the development of the Tidore Sultanate as a center of power and influence in the Tidore power periphery region. The results of the study explain, based on historical data and archaeological evidence, Tidore developed as a center of power with the character of a sultanate city, and has a broad influence to other areas both in the Maluku Islands and in Papua which is the periferinya territory or the territory of Tidore Sultanate.

Анотація:

This research aims to describe the types and forms of affixation in the Tidore language used by speakers in the village of Maitara. This research was a qualitative descriptive research. The sample or informants in this study were the speakers of the Tidore language in the village of Maitara, the city of Tidore Islands, which had been selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is in the form of listening and speaking. The data in this study were analyzed using the expansion technique and the mark reading technique. The types of affixation in Tidore include prefixes and suffixes. The prefix form in Tidore language in Maitara village is in the form of ma-, la-, se-, sa-, and to-, while the suffix form in Tidore language used by speakers in Maitara village, Tidore Islands city only has one form, namely -i .

Анотація:

Tidore and Hiri Islands in North Maluku Province is the result of a complex tectonic setting. In contrast with Ternate Island and its well-known volcano, Gamalama volcano, there is still a lack of research about volcanic information or volcanic landform in Tidore and Hiri Islands. Even though the two islands also have volcanoes, i.e., Hiri and Tidore/Kiematubu volcano. This study aims to provide geomorphological information, especially in Tidore and Hiri Islands, since this information is hard to find whereas it is very important to disaster mitigation and landuse planning. We used remote sensing images, digital elevation models (DEM), and geological maps to classify geomorphological information of the small island of Tidore and Hiri in the North Maluku based on geomorphological aspects, i.e., morphology, morphogenesis, morpho-chronology, and morpho-arrangement. As a volcanic island, the slope in Tidore and Hiri Island is dominated by a slightly steep (8°-16°) and a steep slope (16°-35°), while the relief is dominated by hills and mountainous. Volcanic landforms on Tidore and Hiri Islands are characterized by relatively symmetrical cone-shaped volcanic cones, which are accumulations of falling pyroclastic material and lava ejected from magma vents. Volcanic islands include the case of Tidore and Hiri Island have radial centrifugal river flow patterns. The material on Tidore and Hiri Islands is dominated by Holocene volcanic rocks. In Tidore, there is alluvial material on the west and east coasts of the island. This study result also can be developed into more detailed geomorphological maps, or landscape evolution in a volcanic island, or spatial planning.

Tata ruang kota kerajaan Tidore terbentuk (dibentuk) berdasarkan sembilan Soa yaitu Soa kolano, Soa sibumabelo, Soa mafu, Soa Jawa, Soa Yaba, Soa Kalaodi, Soa Failuku, Soa Rora, dan Soa Cina. Soa dalam etimologi Tidore disebut kampung/desa/kabila/marga dan Sembilan disebut Sio, karena kota kerajaan terbentuk berdasarkan sembilan Soa maka kawasan kota kerajaan Tidore (K3T) kemudian disebut dengan sebutan Soasio yang berarti sembilan kampung/desa/kabila/marga. Seiring perkembangannya, elemen kota sebagai identitas kota kerajaan Tidore seperti pola permukiman masyarakat yang dibentuk berdasarkan kelompok kabila (Soa) dan pola tata masa yang memiliki pagar pembatas, gerbang di depan rumah sebagai penanda keberadaan komunitas masyarakat menjadi hilang dan tak dapat dipertahankan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan, memahami, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perubahan tata ruang kota kerajaan Tidore, bagaimana proses terjadinya perubahan tata ruang kota kerajaan Tidore, dan elemen-elemen kota apa saja yang tetap dan yang berubah pada tata ruang kota kerajaan Tidore. Анотація:

Indonesia is the highest producer of coconut in the world. One of the cities in Indonesia which is the central producer of coconut is Tidore Islands, North Maluku. Tidore Islands is a city in the east part of Indonesia located in the province of North Maluku. Tidore Islands has many products made of coconut tree parts as raw materials. The products are varied from food products to non-food products. This research was a descriptive study to discover the variety of coconut products produced in the Tidore Islands as basic data to develop an integrated coconut industry in the Tidore Islands. The research was conducted in 4 sub-districts that had >40 ton/year production of coconut. The result showed that black copra was the main product of coconut widely produced by people in the Tidore Islands. Other food products were white copra, coconut oil, and VCO. Non-food products widely produced by people in Tidore Island were coconut shell charcoal, coconut fiber, broomstick, and liquid smoke.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Untuk menguji job description berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tediri dari 137 PNS pada Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan dan 5 Puskesmas di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Tidore is one of the Islamic Sultanates in the archipelago which applies Islamic Law positively from 1495 until the joining of Tidore into the lap of the Republic of Indonesia. Islamic law in the Tidore Sultanate is no longer applied as positive law but has become a value that lives with the customs of the people of the Tidore Sultanate. This research focuses on examining the transformation of the Islamic law that once prevailed in the Tidore sultanate into values, principles, and philosophies that live in the Tidore community. This research was built with a qualitative research type with a socio-historical approach involving traditional and religious leaders as resource persons and a study of the existing "Kie Se Kolano" regulatory text so that it is expected to produce an accurate picture of the object under study. This research is expected to provide conceptual ideas in building awareness that Islamic law has actually become the volkgeist (soul of the Nation) for the Indonesian people, especially for the Tidore community, especially the younger generation who are currently being bombarded with various information that may be able to keep the younger generation away from the soul. Анотація:

Många grundskolor har idag profiler och inriktningar. Vissa har idrottslig profil och andra ekonomisk. Denna trend tycks vara stabil och förväntas fortsätta vara aktuell. Dessa trender och profiler syns ofta på skolornas hemsidor och logotyper men än så länge har det inte influerat byggnaderna i vilka man huserar. Därför handlar mitt projekt om en profilskola där inriktningen tydligt syns på byggnaderna. Jag har valt att låta skolan ha en historisk profil, dvs. att man har stort fokus på historieutbildning. Detta då jag själv uppskattade historieutbildningen under skoltiden och jag ser en underrepresentation av profilskolor med historisk inriktning. Tanken är att skolan skall utformas som en tidslinje där eleverna kronologiskt och tidsmässigt från år till år tillåts vandra genom historien. Detta samtidigt som de följs åt av skolbyggnadens olika tidsåldrar och miljöer. På så sätt skapar varje elev en personlig historisk vandring under tio år i sin egen skolbyggnad. Detta passar enligt min åsikt mycket bra då barn mellan sex och femton år troligtvis kan känna koppling till och intresse för dessa miljöer. Skolans vanliga utbildning fortgår enligt läroplan men historialektionerna förläggs utefter skolans olika tidsmiljöer. När en elev börjar förskoleklass på skolan kliver de in i en forntida by. En miljö kantrad av vikingahus och hyddor. Jag har svårt att tro att barnen inte uppskattar en sådan miljö. Likväl skala och material följer barnen. Byn består av trähus och sådana material som barnen lätt kan förstå och relatera till. Likväl skall det inte vara ett problem om man vill grilla eller lyssna på sagor runt en lägereld. På så sätt förläggs pedagogiken och skolans verksamheter i harmoni med lokalerna. En elev som börjar mellanstadiet får ankomma skolbyggnaden likt Gustav Wasa in i en borg för att erövra sin kunskap. Här inne följer lektioner i tornrum och salar kantade av vitkalkade murar. Här ligger fokus på ordning och lugn. Trygghet och fokus. Det lämnas rum för samtal och rum för skapande. I wasaborgen känns det tryggt. När elever från andra skolor frågar om hur det är att gå i skolan i Trollbäcken följer ofta stolta svar om att det är finfint. Självklart är det fint att få husera i en borg. Nästan som ett slott. När eleverna fortgår sin vandring och lämnar det medeltida och Wasaborgen följer dagar och år i ett palats. Ett kunskapens palats där byggnaden tydligt står för upplysning. Det sades en gång att den som ej låter skolhuset vara byns vackraste hus har svikit vår framtid. På så sätt visar man stolt upp de framtida studenternas väg mot upplysning. I detta palats av kunskap trängs salar, verkstäder, ateljéer och bibliotek in en miljö som hyllar kunskapen. Här möter eleverna varje dag en miljö som skall uppmana till kunskapens väg. Ett skolhus som skall ge plats för samtal och studier men likväl tonårsromanser och möjlighet att stoltsera med sitt nyinförskaffade mopedkort. Alla tiders skola i Trollbäcken är en skola att vara stolt över. En skola som kan fungera som typexempel och förebild i hela Sverige. Visionen är att elever som lärare kan gå till en skola som de är stolta över och tar väl hand om. Så pass väl att byggnaden får stå kvar i generationer och på så sätt erhålla sin egen plats i historien.
Many schools today profiles and specializes. Some have athletic profile and other economic. This trend seems to be stable in Sweden. These trends and profiles are often seen on the schools websites and logos but so far it has not influenced the buildings in which the school houses. Therefore my project is a school where the profile is clearly visible in the buildings. I’ve chosen to let the school have a historical profile, a strong focus on history education. The idea is that the school should be designed as a timeline where students chronologically wander through history. During the wander they are accompanied by the school buildings of different ages and environments. This will give each student a personal historical wander for ten years. This fits, in my opinion, very good when children between six and fifteen years are likely to feel the connection these environments. The school's regular education proceeding according to curriculum but history lessons are located along the school's various timeline environments. When a student begins preschool classes at the school they step into an ancient village. An environment capsized by Viking and huts. I find it hard to believe that children wouldn’t appreciate such an environment. Nevertheless, scale and materials follow the children. The village consists of wooden houses and such materials that kids can easily understand and relate to. Yet it should not be a problem if you want to grill or listen to stories around a campfire. In this way the pedagogy and school activities work in harmony with the premises. A student who starts middle school arrives the school building like Gustav Wasa into a castle to conquer his knowledge. Here, the classes are following in tower rooms and halls lined with white dyed walls. Here the focus is on peace and order, safety and focus. It leaves room for discussion and room for creativity.. When students from other schools asking how it's going to school in Trollbäcken often follows the proud reply that it is just fine. Obviously, it is nice to study in a castle. Almost like a palace. As students continue their journey, leaving the medieval castle, there days and years take place in a palace. The palace is a building that clearly stands for enlightenment. It was once said that the one who doesn’t let the schoolhouse to be the village's most beautiful houses have betrayed our future. This way you proudly show the future students' path to enlightenment. This palace of knowledge is filled with halls, workshops, studios and libraries in an environment that celebrates knowledge. Here the students meet an environment that will encourage the path of knowledge. A school building that will provide space for discussions and studies yet teenage romances and the opportunity to flaunt their newly acquired moped driver’s license. The school of all time in Trollbäcken is a school to be proud of. A school that can serve as a typical example and a role model throughout all of Sweden. The vision is that students and teachers can go to a school that they’re proud of and take good care of. Such good care of that the building will remain for generations and so obtain its own place in history.

Анотація:

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how the writers of two history textbooks describe females and males, and how they are presented in different discourses. The theories, which constitutes the foundation of the essay is that of gender studies, queer-theory and gender-socialization. The main methods of the essay are discourse analysis and text analysis. The main questions are: - What type of discourses are found in the text books and how would they be described? - How are women and men depicted in the found discourses? - How are the discourses holding up with school values? The results of the essay concluded that there are three different discourses present in the two text-books. These discourses are as follows: ”women as oppressed”, ”women mentioned in relation to the male sex” and ”males as the oppressors”. These discourses are analyzed with the mentioned theories above.

måste man titta tillbaka och ta till vara på det som fungerat och

lära sig av sina misstag. Från den korrekta kvartersstaden via det

storskaliga funktionalistiska samhället till dagens förtätningar

finns det tydliga likheter såväl som olikheter. Grönskan har stor

betydelse för en stad och dess invånare. Människan uppskattar

känslan av närhet till naturen och gröna stadsrum bidrar till en

uppskattad stadsmiljö.

Vi har kommit fram till att det finns vissa element som skapar

en attraktiv stad. Genom ett samspel vid stadsbyggande mellan

kommunen, byggherrar och de boende i staden skulle det kunna

byggas städer som de flesta människor trivs i.

The main purpose with this diploma work is to examine

cityplanning at three different time periods. By comparing public

spaces and pick the most positive elements that we think appeals

to most people, our conclusion would end up in with thoughts of

an ideal city and how it would look like.

The time periods we choose is the 19th-century (“blockcity”),

the modernistic city and building of today. Too build the cities of

the future we have to look back and learn from our mistakes and

take care of the functioning elements. From the strict “blockcity”

via the modernistic large-scaled society to the condensing of the

present city, there are clear similarities as well as differences.

The vegetation is significant to a city and its inhabitants. People

appreciate the sense of closeness to nature and green public

spaces contribute to an appreciated urban environment.

There are certain components that in our opinion creates an

attractive city. A good teamwork between the city’s planning

board, property developers and the citizens is crucial to building

cities that most people like.

Анотація:

Sömnparalys innebär att man vaknar upp men inte kan röra sig, och ofta har man skrämmande sinnesupplevelser. Tolkningen och upplevelsen under en sömnparalys kan leda till rädsla att berätta om paralysen, och även om man berättar kan det leda till social stigmatisering och feldiagnostisering.En enkätinsamling gjordes med 100 studenter. Huvudfrågan var om upplevarna av sömnparalys var oroliga för att berätta om det, för att de är rädda att ses som psykiskt sjuka. De som haft sömnparalys berättade för andra, men hellre för någon de känner väl. De och dem som inte upplevt sömnparalys såg det som ett fysiskt problem snarare än ett psykiskt. Risken för stigmatisering och psykisk feldiagnostisering är reducerad, men mer forskning och utbildning i ämnet behövs.
Sleep paralysis means waking up and being unable to move, and are often accompanied with frightening perceptual experiences. The interpretation and experience perceived during sleep paralysis, may lead to fear of telling others about the paralysis, because of the risk for social stigma and misdiagnosis. A survey was conducted with a group of hundred students. The main question was if experiencers are afraid to tell others with the fear of risking been perceived as mentally ill. The experiencers did tell others, but rather to those they knew well. They as well as the non-experiencers viewed it as a physical problem rather than a psychological one. The risk of social stigma and misdiagnosis are reduced, but more research and education in the subject is needed.

Анотація:

There is a debate about the principles of war concerning many of the issues with such principles. Jomini and Clausewitz are seen as two of the giants in the field of warfare and the work they have done have influenced the militaries of today. This study has aimed to examine the principles of war with the purpose of examining how valid they are in modern warfare. Clausewitz theory about concentration of force and surprise combined with Jominis theory of concentration of force have been used to examine the outcome of the invasion of Normandy. The result show that the outcome is linked to the fulfillment of the principles and that the validity of the principles seem to stand their ground even in modern warfare. The results also point towards the need to examine the principles further.
