The balanced distribution of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources is improved by optimizing and adjusting the balanced distribution of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources. Based on block grid balanced scheduling and resource spectrum fusion, a balanced distribution method of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources is proposed. A blockchain Internet of Things accesses control network architecture system for the balanced allocation of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources established using the priority business scheduling method. Modular resource allocation of multimedia wireless networks and adaptive forwarding are adjusted to control the data packets. The bandwidth guarantee mechanism is used for the equitable allocation of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources information flow. Multi-service hierarchical management of multimedia wireless network modular teaching resources spectrum is controlled by block grid balanced scheduling and resource spectrum fusion. The high-energy physical computing system structure is used to allocate the resource spectrum balance of the modular teaching resources of the multimedia wireless networks, ensuring the bandwidth requirements of various services. The classified management and balanced allocation of the multimedia wireless networks’ teaching storage, system, and teaching spectrum resources are made possible. The results of the tests show that this method effectively reduces the delay in the allocation of modular multimedia wireless network teaching resources, improves the utilization rate of modular multimedia wireless network teaching resources, and significantly improves their reading and writing performance.

<p>Aiming at the problems of poor balance of recommended resources in the recommendation of traditional physical education network teaching resources and low trust degree of recommended physical education network teaching resources, this paper proposes a balanced recommendation algorithm for physical education network teaching resources based on trust relationship. By SVM algorithm, the teaching resources of physical education network are classified, and then the invalid data of teaching resources of physical education network are deleted, and the remaining teaching resources of physical education network are taken as the extraction object to complete the extraction of teaching resources of physical education network. Through Kalman filtering method, the data of sports network teaching resources with noise are reduced, and then the data with high similarity are fused to complete the preprocessing of physical education network teaching resources data. By constructing the trust relationship model, the relationship attribute between the recommended physical education network teaching resources data is determined. The experimental results show that the highest degree of resource equilibrium recommended by the proposed method is about 96 and the recommended resource trust is high.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

School physical education(PE) is an indispensable part of school education, which plays an important and irreplaceable role in training builders of socialist cause with all-round development of morality, intelligence and sports. Sports network teaching management greatly improves the efficiency and efficiency of school sports teaching, which is a great change of the traditional mode., it provides a solid foundation for the establishment of Sports Network Teaching in Colleges and universities(CAU). This paper mainly studies the application of computer management system(CMS) in physical education teaching(PET). This paper studies and analyzes the method of university teaching computer management resources integration, studies the architecture of sports teaching CMS from four aspects of computing resources, storage resources, backup resources and network system, and uses ant colony algorithm to design and use sports teaching CMS. This paper also uses charts to analyze students’ attitude towards the use of CMS in PET, and the proportion of CMS in PET. The experimental results show that in the CMS of PET, the computing resources account for 38.33%, the storage resources account for 31.76%, the backup resources account for 14.62%, and the network system account for 15.29%.

In order to improve the retrieval ability of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, a retrieval algorithm of image network teaching resources based on depth hash algorithm is proposed. The pixel big data detection model of the multiview attribute coding image network teaching resources is constructed, the pixel information collected by the multiview attribute coding image network teaching resources is reconstructed, the fuzzy information feature components of the multiview attribute coding image are extracted, and the edge contour distribution image is combined. The distributed fusion result of the edge contour of the view image of the network teaching resources realizes the construction of the view feature parameter set. The gray moment invariant feature analysis method is used to realize information coding, the depth hash algorithm is used to realize the retrieval of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, and the information recombination is realized according to the hash coding result of multiview attribute coded image network teaching resources, thus improving the fusion. The simulation results show that this method has higher precision, better retrieval precision, and higher level of resource fusion for multiview coded image network teaching resource retrieval.

With the continuous development of modern multimedia technology, the integration of computer technology into the teaching of various subjects has become a trend of the times. The application of computer media and network technology in mathematics teaching improves the integration of mathematics teaching and the integration of resources. A mathematics teaching network media fusion technology is proposed based on big data mining and information fusion, which combines the characteristics of multimedia and network technology in opening, creativity, subjectivity, and so on, and the database model of mathematics teaching is constructed. The multithread integrated scheduling method is used to design the mathematics teaching database model, the fuzzy control method is used to control the multimedia in mathematics teaching, and the big data association rule mining method is used to realize the information fusion of mathematics teaching resources. The optimization and integration of mathematics teaching resources and adaptive scheduling are realized under the technology of computer media and network, and the level of mathematics teaching is improved. The test results show that using this method to design the computer network media of mathematics teaching has a better ability of integrating and dispatching mathematics teaching resources, and the integration of mathematics teaching resources is stronger, which promotes the improvement of mathematics teaching level.

The main purpose of the integration of network media and middle school ideological and political course is to better realize the moral education function of middle school ideological and political development. The use of resource integration technology to manage distributed teaching resources is conducive to improving the level of information construction in colleges and universities, and so on. This paper puts forward the integration system of ideological and political multimedia network teaching resources based on wireless network. Firstly, it presents an overview of the Radio Resource Management (RRM) problem and projected strategies within wireless network framework, where several Radio Access Technologies (RATs) are collectively controlled and identify the different activities relating to the CRRM issues. Secondly, this paper targets providing a summary of the RRM problem and projected solutions within wireless network. Thirdly, the theoretical elements of the design and the teaching resource management assessment process are clarified by using XML as the data exchange carrier to realize the automatic integration of teaching resources. Fourthly, we have used dSPACE platform, by calling its API function, which then call the subscribe function of dSPACE framework and store the subscription information in the database. Whenever new teaching resources enter the subscribed field, the dSPACE framework will automatically send e-mail to the subscribers. Finally, during the operation of the system, all functions operate normally and have strong security, so as to avoid the illegal theft or leakage of the data about the education system.

In traditional teaching, teachers mainly rely on books to impart knowledge to students, and students mainly broaden their knowledge and enrich their knowledge reserves through books. In network teaching, network construction is the foundation, resource construction is the core, teaching application is the purpose, teachers or students can query through the network, and transfer the required content from the repository of teaching information resources, teaching or learning. It is a new achievement of modern information technology applied to education, which breaks through the time and space boundaries and is different from the traditional classroom teaching mode. Based on DM technology, this paper studies the construction of network education resources, collects all aspects of attribute information of visitors, recommends the most interesting content to visitors on the premise of grasping the scope and characteristics of visitors’ needs, and adjusts the changes of users’ interests at any time to remove the information never visited. Using DM technology, the mining data source can be obtained by data cleaning. DM technology can be divided into classification and prediction, cluster analysis and association analysis according to functions.

This pilot study, grounded in social learning theory, demonstrated that leisure education services can be delivered on the Internet. Participants (n=40) successfully accessed the Web page program and responded to instruments and surveys. The treatment group (n=16) effectively completed four leisure education sessions on-line. Confidentiality, privacy, and anonymity issues were controlled. Responses were monitored and feedback provided as to the complexity of the program and comprehension of the participants. The leisure education program had no significant effect on posttest measures of alcohol expectancies and leisure motivations. Mean changes frompretest to posttest may indicate trends. The small n and convenience sample may have introduced many extraneous variables. Professional implications include compliance issues (57% experimental mortality rate), technology-related anxiety, and limited professional competency to work in this environment. Future research which examines the provision of leisure education and other components of therapeutic recreation service on-line is warranted.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: The publication of the Report of the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) in 1996, the White Paper on Higher Education (1997) and the Size and Shape Report (2000) has profoundly changed the landscape of Higher Education in South Africa. Institutions of Higher Education have to re-think, among others, their teaching and learning strategies including the integration and use of technology. Although the use of technology in higher education is still in the early stages, the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is growing rapidly. The University of Stellenbosch started to integrate the Internet in their teaching in 1998. Research was undertaken to find a suitable on-line course management system and Web Course Tools (WebCT) was chosen for this purpose. Since it was implemented, the use of WebCT has grown exponentially, although in most cases only as an add-on to classroom lectures. The World Health Organisation (WHO) Mental Health Disorders in Primary Care programme was the first programme developed as a full distance education course, delivered completely by means of WebCT and making use of the team approach to programme development. This programme was therefore chosen as the case study for this research. The purpose of this study is to apply 24 internationally developed benchmarks for quality on-line distance education to the WebCT component of the WHO programme in order to determine the applicability of these benchmarks for World Wide Web (WWW) programmes at the University of Stellenbosch. The research strategy for this study is a qualitative case study. Qualitative data was obtained by conducting semi-structured interviews with the individuals involved in the design, development and implementation of the WHO course. The study concludes that the 24 benchmarks cannot be applied to the current University of Stellenbosch context. The systems at the US will either have to be adapted, or established to meet the requirements of the international benchmarks. Another option for the US could be to develop their own benchmarks, taking international guidelines into account.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Die publikasie van die Nasionale Kommissie vir Hoër Onderwys se verslag in 1996, die Witskrif vir Hoër Onderwys 1997 en die onlangse "Size and Shape" Verslag, het die scenario vir Hoër Onderwys in Suid-Afrika onherroeplik verander. The starting point of this research is the observation that tutors in the Computing Sciences (CS) Department at NMMU require more support than they currently receive in order to be effective. This research project investigated how technology could be used to support tutors during practical sessions. Focus group discussions with tutors in the CS Department revealed that challenges exist which hinder them from effectively assisting students during practical sessions. Through analysis of focus group discussions and literature regarding the use of technology in education, it was determined that a tablet PC could be used to support tutors by providing on-demand access to practical content and answers to frequently asked questions. Existing models using technology in education to support either students or tutors in learning were investigated. A conceptual model using technology to support tutors during practical sessions was designed and proposed based on features of the existing models which were considered relevant to the CS context, and ways in which they could support tutors. Relevant features of the conceptual model include the system, purpose, boundary, key variables and best practices applied to the technological component of the model. During development of the model, these features were considered. In the context of the CS Department, a tablet PC tool was used by tutors as a means to support themselves and assist students during practical sessions. The tool is a component of the model which provides practical information. Each layer of the model’s three layer architecture was tested to ensure that the correct information is provided, on demand, to tutors during practical sessions. Positive results from a field study evaluation revealed that the conceptual model, using a tablet PC tool, could be applied to the CS context with the intention of supporting tutors during practical sessions.

Examines the use of Information and Communicative Technologies (ICT) by high school students from economically-disadvantaged households to complete homework assignments. Results of a survey of 240 high school students at an urban, inner-city high school located in Southern California, indicated, (1) the Digital Divide is narrowing among social classes, as most students reported having Internet access from their homes, (2) students willingness to embrace new uses of ICT in their studies, (3) the speed of completing homework was increased through the use of ICT multi-tasking and the use of search engines and, (4) computer maintenance issues were not a significant hindrance, as most students have some basic computer literacy skills.

Grid systems and cloud servers are two distributed networks that deliver computing resources (e.g., file storages) to users' services via a large and often global network of computers. Virtualization technology can enhance the efficiency of these networks by dedicating the available resources to multiple execution environments. This chapter describes applications of virtualization technology in grid systems and cloud servers. It presents different aspects of virtualized networks in systematic and teaching issues. Virtual machine abstraction virtualizes high-performance computing environments to increase the service quality. Besides, grid virtualization engine and virtual clusters are used in grid systems to accomplish users' services in virtualized environments, efficiently. The chapter, also, explains various virtualization technologies in cloud severs. The evaluation results analyze performance rate of the high-performance computing and virtualized grid systems in terms of bandwidth, latency, number of nodes, and throughput.

In the previous chapter, we discussed the topics related to networks to construct the infrastructure of an online teaching/learning system. A network consists of servers, clients, and network devices. In this chapter, we will investigate how the open source tools are used in the server development for the online teaching/learning system. Servers are computer systems used to host and manage the resources that can be accessed by users with proper permissions through the network. In the online teaching/learning system, servers are used to manage networks, databases, application software, security, and so on. To manage a large number of services needed by the online teaching/learning management system, a server is often run by an enterprise-level server operating system. Many of the open source operating systems, especially Linux, can handle the job. In this chapter, we will discuss server computer systems and enterprise-level open source server operating systems.

When designing a new computer-supported course, special attention has to be devoted to the design of human-computer interaction (HCI). When the course is Web-based and thus takes the form of an hypermedia, then navigation issues are some of the main concerns in the course HCI design : Special attention should be given to the design of the course structure and to the navigation features which very often come as an outcome. This is even more important in the educational domain where learners are novices in the domain to be learned, and thus, efficient navigational aids cannot be based on their knowledge of the domain structure. This is a key recommendation when the course is a stand-alone closed hypermedia corpus. But more and more often, new Web-based courses take advantage of interesting resources which can be found on the Web and tend to let the learner free to wander on the open Web. Then a smart design of the course navigation model, although still crucial, is not sufficient. New navigation aids have to be incorporated in the browser itself. For this purpose, we have developed NESTOR, a new Web browser which provides learners with means allowing them to organize their navigational experience. NESTOR’s approach is to provide an interactive, stimulating environment where the learner’s expertise is deployed, rather than drawing on knowledge held in some expert model as in a knowledge-based system. In that view, we suggest that NESTOR promotes a constructivist approach to Web navigation support. Experimentation of NESTOR at EM-Lyon has been conducted during the last school-year in the domain of information and IT management in network companies with a population of a hundred graduate students. A specific Web-based course called “The Net Comp@ny” has been developed for this purpose. Both the constructivist approach which underlies the NESTOR software, and the pedagogical approach which was chosen to teach the domain combine and lead to the building of a new Web-based pedagogical process. As coined by Kaptelinin with much soundness, the design of a new software tool ultimately amounts to the design of a new activity.

The latest technologies and means of e-learning can increase the effectiveness of established forms of organization of the educational process: lectures, practical and laboratory classes. The use of ICT and digital learning tools allows the teacher to develop interesting and high-quality educational materials, successfully plan and conduct classes, objectively determine the level of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, and activate the activities of students. In addition, ICT and modern digital learning tools play an important role in organizing students' independent work. Modern electronic educational resources, electronic learning environments, computer testing systems make it possible to make this most important component of student activity truly organized and controlled. The current level of development of information computer technologies and electronic learning tools significantly expands access to educational and professional resources. Therefore, the active and competent use of ICT and digital learning tools is a necessary condition for the further implementation of the competenceoriented education model. How effectively this process will take place depends on the level of ICT competence of both teachers and students of education, high-quality electronic content, the activity of forming network educational communities as an innovative environment, the exchange of the best educational methods and practices.

A powerful new complement to traditional synchronous teaching is emerging: intelligent tutoring systems. The narrative: A learner interacts with a digital agent. The agent reviews, selects and proposes individually tailored educational resources and processes – i.e. a meaningful succession of instructions, tests or groupwork. The aim is to make personal tutored learning the new norm in higher education – especially in groups with heterogeneous educational backgrounds. The challenge: Today, there are no suitable data that allow computer-agents to learn how to take reasonable decisions. Available educational resources cannot be addressed by a computer logic because up to now they have not been tagged with machine-readable information at all or these have not been provided uniformly. And what’s worse: there are no agreed conceptual and structured models of what we understand by “learning”, how this model-to-be could be implemented in a computer algorithm and what those explicit decisions are that a tutoring system could take. So, a prerequisite for any future digital agent is to have a structured, computer-accessible model of “knowledge”. This model is required to qualify and quantify individual learning, to allow the association of resources as learning objects and to provide a base to operationalize learning for AI-based agents. We will suggest a conceptual model of “knowledge” based on a variant of Bloom’s taxonomy, transfer this concept of cognitive learning objectives into an ontology and describe an implementation into a web-based database application. The approach has been employed to model the basics of abstract knowledge in engineering mechanics at university-level. This paper addresses interdisciplinary aspects ranging from a teaching methodology, the taxonomy of knowledge in cognitive science, over a database-application for ontologies to an implementation of this model in a Grails service. We aim to deliver this web-based ontology, its user-interfaces and APIs into a research network that qualifies AI-based agents for competence-based tutoring.

Currently there is a trend towards facilitating multidisciplinary research and collaborations between different faculties and/or multi-university collaboration. In order to achieve standardization, we believe that this culture should begin with the teaching-learning processes. This research has investigated collaborative work between nursing students and computer engineering students. To analyze the group response, an analysis of the contacts was carried out through Social Network Analisys, pre- and post-intervention. The student networks analyzed were friendship, collaboration and negative networks. The results show that the intervention had a positive impact on networks among students, creating greater cohesiveness due to the resources they shared. The research adds useful evidence for proposing innovative and multidisciplinary strategies in terms of networks.
