La déconstruction d'une conception biocentriste des sexes en sociologie et la mise en évidence, par les travaux féministes des années 1970, de l'existence d'un système des sexes a ouvert la voie à l'élaboration d'une théorie des rapports sociaux entre les sexes. Cette théorie critique et redéfinit certains concepts clés (travail, production, mobilité), déplace les frontières disciplinaires (sociologie du travail, sociologie de la famille), en même temps qu'elle élargit les débats sur des thèmes sociologiques fondamentaux : relations entre rapport social et catégorisation sociale, reproduction sociale et changement, structures et acteurs et actrices, pratiques sociales et représentations. Aujourd'hui, ce travail de théorisation se poursuit à travers l'élaboration d'outils d'analyse sociologique (de concepts opératoires) susceptibles de rendre compte de la dynamique qui est le propre d'un rapport social, le rapport social entre les sexes en particulier.

Toxic Behaviors are what people do that irritate, annoy, or cause unpleasant feeling to others. These behaviors may cause other people to be depressed, angry, furious, sad, and anxious. In Rapport Management (Spencer-Oatey, 2000), these toxic behaviors are known as rapport threat behaviors since this kind of behaviors can threaten other people interpersonal rapport which is essential for harmonizing relationships between people. The main purpose of this study was to analyze these threatening behaviors to rapport in social media interactions. Social media interactions are the interactions found in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, MySpace, and other platforms. The sample for this study was the interactions in two social media platforms which are Facebook and Instagram. The study found that there are several rapport threat behaviors in the two social media platforms interactions. The rapport threat behaviors are accusations, insults, trash talks, the inappropriate use of emoji, the use of all capitalized letters and misunderstanding context and the captions of certain posts.

Theorists have long noted the nebulousness of dyadic rapport and its nonverbal correlates. In response to Tickle-Degnen’s call for a more theoretically complete analysis of the rapport construct, we empirically evaluated her adaptation of Csíkszentmihályi’s optimal experience model with the hope of better conceptualizing rapport’s behavioral manifestations. Dyads ( Ndyad = 50) engaged in two interdependent tasks and completed a battery of post-task measures gauging their mood and experiences of rapport. To complement self-report measures, we coded rapport-based behavior using both subjective (thin-slice judgments) and objective (Motion Energy Analysis) methodologies. According to Tickle-Degnen’s model, dyadic exchanges with moderate levels of expressivity and interpersonal coordination should yield the highest levels of rapport. Although data from our objective coding did not trend in this manner, subjective measurements of coordinated expressivity matched the paradigm’s prediction. To our knowledge, this is the first study to empirically support Tickle-Degnen’s hypothesis and a novel step toward clarifying the rapport construct.

Le présent travail développe une approche sociocognitive de la Perspective Temporelle Future (PTF), tel que ce construit est mesuré par l’échelle ZTPI (Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory, Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999). L’objectif de cette thèse est d’analyser la normativité de ce construit et d’explorer les dimensions liées à l’expérience du temps psychologique futur. Une démarche de triangulation a été menée dans une double perspective : produire une analyse multi-niveaux de la normativité associée à la PTF et développer une réflexion théorico-méthodologique concernant la mesure de ce construit. Une première série d’études expérimentales mobilisant l’approche sociocognitive des normes sociales (Dubois, 2003) démontre une valorisation importante de la PTF dans des contextes évaluatifs. Une seconde série d’études utilisant une méthodologie mixte (paradigmes des juges et construits socio-représentationnels) analyse les dynamiques normatives de la PTF dans des situations socialement marquées (i.e. contexte de santé). Enfin, une recherche socio-représentationnelle par entretien étudie l’expérience du temps psychologique futur en tant que forme d’expérience sociale (Jodelet, 2006). En envisageant la PTF sous différentes perspectives sociocognitives, ces travaux apportent une contribution au domaine de recherche du rapport au temps (mesure de la PTF et fonctionnements idéologiques). D’autre part, ce travail pose les bases d’une approche sociocognitive de la PTF en tant que norme sociale
The present work develops a sociocognitive approach of Future Time Perspective (FTP), as this construct is measured by the ZTPI scale (Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory, Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999). The aim of this thesis is the analysis of this construct’s normativity and the exploration of the dimensions related to future psychological time experience. A triangulation approach has been conducted in a double perspective: its aim is to produce a multi-level analysis of normativity associated to FTP as well as to develop a theoretical and methodological thought on this construct’s measurement. A first series of experimental studies using the sociocognitive approach to social norms (Dubois, 2003) reveals an important value of FTP in evaluative contexts. A second series of studies using mixt methodology (judge paradigms and socio-representational constructs) analyses FTP’s normative dynamics in socially relevant situations (i.e. health context). Finally, a socio-representational research with interviews focuses on future psychological time experience as a form of social experience (Jodelet, 2006). Considering FTP under several sociocognitive perspectives, this thesis contributes towards the research field on relation to time (FTP measurement and ideological logics). This work lays also the foundation of a sociocognitive approach of FTP as a social norm

Police investigators rely heavily on eliciting confessions from suspects to solve crimes and prosecute offenders. Therefore, it is essential to develop evidence-based interrogation techniques that will motivate guilty suspects to confess but minimize false confessions from the innocent. Currently, there is little scientific support for specific interrogation techniques that may increase true confessions and decrease false confessions. Rapport building is a promising possibility. Despite its recommendation in police interrogation guidelines, there is no scientific evidence showing the effect of rapport building in police interrogations. The current study examined, experimentally, whether using rapport as an interrogation technique would influence participants’ decisions to confess to a wrongdoing. It was hypothesized that building rapport with participants would lead to more true confessions and fewer false confessions than not building rapport. One hundred and sixty nine undergraduates participated in the study. Participants worked on logic problems together and individually, with a study confederate. The confederate asked half of the participants for help in one of the individual problems – effectively breaking the rules of the study. After working on these problems, a research assistant playing the role of interviewer came into the room, built rapport or not with participants, accused all participants of cheating by sharing answers on the individual problems, and asked them to sign a statement admitting their guilt. Results indicated that guilty participants were more likely to sign the confession statement than innocent participants. However, there were no significant differences on participants’ confession decisions based on the level of rapport they experienced. Results do not provide support for the hypothesis that building rapport increases the likelihood of obtaining true confessions and decreases the likelihood of obtaining false confessions. These findings suggest that, despite the overwhelming recommendation for the use of rapport with suspects, its actual implementation may not have a direct impact on the outcome of interrogations.

Le résultat obtenu est ce mémoire. Ce sont trois entretiens réalisés par moi et Michel Lobrot chercheur à l'Université Paris 8 et psychothérapeute qui en constituent la matière première. Un de mes postulats, c'est de donner de l'importance à ce temps d'entretien pendant lequel l'individu est au plus près de lui-même et se construit par sa parole. Sa parole est sa capacité d'agir : ". . . La possible transparence entre la visée d'un je et la matière verbale en laquelle il se recherche et se reconnaît comme moi", écrit Christine Delory-Momberger. Le paradigme d'émergence du sujet est ici questionné : je propose d'explorer la séparation du sujet du social. L'élaboration du sujet est celle de la sensibilité. Pour cela il doit intervenir en lui-même et de l'intérieur. Le social est déjà là avant lui et avant qu'il ne devienne sujet existentiel. . .

Depuis les années 70-80, le rapport social entre médecins et infirmières à l'hôpital public recouvre des modalités de construction différentes tant du point de vue des rapports sociaux de classe, de sexe que générationnel. D'une part, ces changements proviennent d'un double processus en cours, un mouvement de féminisation de la médecine et de masculinisation des soins infirmiers. D'autre part, le recrutement social des hommes et des femmes aussi bien en médecine que dans les soins infirmiers n'est pas identique. L'augmentation du nombre d'hommes ou de femmes dans chaque discipline s'opère avec un renforcement de la hiérarchisation interne professionnelle créatrice d'une segmentation interne à la fois sociale et sexuée. Une diversification des configurations sociales et sexuées selon les établissements, les spécialités et les services de soins est à l'oeuvre. A partir d'une étude de la division sociale et sexuelle du travail dans les services de soins ainsi que de deux monographies de service en pédiatrie générale hospitalière représentatives de deux configurations sexuées de ce rapport social parmi les plus répandues, nous dégageons certains aspects de ces nouvelles modalités de construction du rapport de domination entre médecins et infirmières. Les transformations de ce rapport social s'inscrivent dans un contexte de changement de l'institution hospitalière et notamment dans celui d'une juridicisation de cet environnement ainsi que dans l'exercice des différentes fonctions dans les services de soins
Since the seventies, the social relationship between physicians and nurses in public hospitals is construed in different ways according to class, sex and generation. On one hand, this relationship has been modified because of a still going on double process. More women are entering the medicine practice while the male rate in nursing is growing up. On the other hand, male and female physicians or nurses as well don't come from the same class as before. As the relative number of women and men vary in each field, the internal professional hierarchy with its class and gender divisions is reinforced. The work team structured along the class and gender lines are different according to the kind of hospitals and specialized branches of medicine. We realized a general study of social and gender division of labour in two hospitals and monographs on two paediatrics units based each one on the most usual gender configuration : male physicians/female nurses and male and female physicians/female physicians. Changes in that social relationship are related to the changes which occurred in the hospital system mainly because the pervasive presence of the law in the hospital structure itself as in the different medical and nursing practices

Le mémoire d'Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches du dossier de soutenance présente plusieurs travaux et propose une contribution épistémologique et didactique relative au Rapport expérimental au vivant. Les activités scolaires expérimentales relatives au vivant posent actuellement de nouveaux problèmes pédagogiques et didactiques, et doivent satisfaire de nombreuses contraintes (éthiques, pratiques et didactiques). Pour éviter d'avoir à trancher entre des options différentes, elles sont souvent conçues comme devant répondre à des finalités multiples, qui sont parfois divergentes. Face à ces diffi¬cultés, plusieurs chercheurs britanniques en pédagogie des sciences envisagent désormais de supprimer toute pratique expérimentale à l'école. Ils proposent de faire évoluer l'enseignement des sciences vers des "récits explicatifs", en ayant recours uni¬quement à la narration. Mais n'est-ce pas là un renoncement à une véritable éducation scientifique ? en totales divergences avec toutes les missions actuelles de l'enseignement des sciences de la vie ? Il apparaît indispensable de clarifier et de débattre des enjeux éducatifs, afin d'aider à faire des choix, aussi bien pour l'ensei¬gnant dans sa classe que pour le développement et le renouvellement des programmes. Cette thèse a pour objectif de préciser les contours de l'intervention des registres évaluatif versus descriptif introduit par Beauvois et Dubois, dans les jugements personnologiques. 2 idées principales ont été développées. La 1ère est que la mobilisation de ces deux registres est fonction de l'existence d'un lien tangible entre la cible et le sujet, déterminé par un rapport de domination et de contrôle social que nous avons qualifié d'orthopédique. La 2de est relative à l'impact des appartenances sociales et catégorielles des sujets percevants. En effet, celles-ci ont été considérées comme autant de creusets posibles à l'orientation du sujet vers un traitement évaluatif de l'information personnologique. Pour valider une telle position, nous avons fait appel à deux groupes de sujets : le 1er (expérimental) composé d'assistants de service social et le 2d (témoin) composé d'étudiants. Les résultats montrent que lorsque le rapport à la cible implique une relation de pouvoir de la part du sujet, les descripteurs les plus évaluatifs sont massivement utilisés (dans le cadre du paradigme du lien entre mémoire et jugement) ou les plus accessibles (dans le cadre du paradigme de la décision catégorielle)
The aim of this thesis is to clarify the outline of the intervention of the evaluative versus descriptive registers in social judgement introduced by beauvois et dubois. Two main ideas have been developed. The first one stresses the fact that the calling up of these two registers depends on the presence of a tangible link between target and the perceiver, specified by a relationship based on influence (domination) and social control which the impact of the social and the positioning of the perceiver toward an evaluative treatment of social information. To ratify such a position, we have resorted to two experimental groups; the first one was composed of social services assistants and the second one of students. The results show that when the connection to the target involves an influential relation on the perceiver behalf, the most evaluative descriptors are more widely used (within the context of the paradigm of the relationship between memory and judgement) or more attainable (within the context of the paradigm of the differential decision)

La recherche analyse le rapport entretenu entre "l'entreprise de logement social" et le locataire. L'hypothèse générale est que l'on assiste à une "refondation du logement social" qui puise sa dynamique au cœur du XIXème siècle. Depuis les années 80, la question qui interroge la "mission sociale des bailleurs sociaux" ne porte plus sur le logement de populations intégrées dans un système productif mais sur celui de populations défavorisées du point de vue de leurs caractéristiques sociales. Ainsi, les représentations associées aux populations logées présentent des traits communs avec le début du XIXème siècle : le constat d'anomie alimente un discours orienté vers l'émergence de nouvelles "classes dangereuses" aux comportements jugés immoraux. Face à cette nouvelle question sociale, les dirigeants du logement social engagent un large processus de modernisation qui porte à la fois sur la changement social et sur la fluidification des rapports au locataires, rendus possibles grâce à une gestion distanciée. Ces deux mouvements convergent au point de construire une utopie orientée vers la rationalisation de l'activité. En terme de dynamique sociale, les mutations productives impliquent un processus de différenciations identitaires qui agissent comme une résistance à l'industrialisation du travail de proximité. Certains salariés érigent une barrière symbolique face aux locataires alors que d'autres développent de nouvelles pratiques professionnelles qui s'inscrivent dans une recherche de gestion de territoire. Mais compte-tenu du faible niveau de régulation qu'elle comporte, cette recherche présente en définitive un caractère éminemment moral
This research work anzalizes the relationship that is set between the public housing institution and its tenants. The main hypothesis is that we are witnessing a refoundation of public housing which draws its dynamic in the heart of the 19th century. Since the 1980s , the problematic of the “social mission of public housing providers” is no more about housing populations that are integrated in a productive system, but housing populations that tend to get cut off from society. Thus, the social representations associated with public housing populations have some common points with those of the early 19th century : their estangement is fuelling the ideas about the emergence of new “dangerous classes” who have behaviours that are said to lack morals. Faced with this “new” social issue, the public housing executives are setting a wide modernization process which bears both on that social change and on easing the relationships with the tenants , which is made possible thanks to a remote management. These two movements are converging to the point of building a utopia orientated towards the rationalization of the public housing activity. As far as social dynamics are concerned, the productive mutations entail a process of identitarian differenciations which act as a brake to the industrialization ot the local management. On one side, the public housing staff are using the respect of administrative rules as a symbolic barrier against the tenants, on the other side, they are developping new professional processes based on interaction with the tenant. As such, that mode of operation fits into a quest for a management that is both territorial and social management. Considering the low level of regulation that it entails, this quest eventually shows a highly moral aspect

In this work we propose a novel module for a dialogue system that allows a conversational agent to utter phrases that do not just meet the system's task intentions, but also work towards achieving the system's social intentions. The module - a Social Reasoner - takes the task goals the system must achieve and decides the appropriate conversational style and strategy with which the dialogue system describes the information the user desires so as to boost the strength of the relationship between the user and system (rapport), and therefore the user's engagement and willingness to divulge the information the agent needs to efficiently and effectively achieve the user's goals. Our Social Reasoner is inspired both by analysis of empirical data of friends and stranger dyads engaged in a task, and by prior literature in fields as diverse as reasoning processes in cognitive and social psychology, decision-making, sociolinguistics and conversational analysis. Our experiments demonstrated that, when using the Social Reasoner in a Dialogue System, the rapport level between the user and system increases in more than 35% in comparison with those cases where no Social Reasoner is used.

When sound quality has to be evaluated a number of difficulties arise. Although there are various attempts of evaluating it, there is no definitive approach which covers the diverse requirements with respect to subjective importance. Since the subjective evaluation will be influenced by different modifiers, the methods in question have to be adapted necessarily to the various objectives that are related to certain subjective as well as to physical, psycho-acoustic, and socio-acoustic variables. The evaluation of the perception of acoustic environments needs an interactive, integrating, transdisciplinary concept. What will to be discussed up front are contextual interdependencies, socio-acoustic, and psychological methods, the significance of the modifiers within the guided decision-making process as well as the importance of sensorial modifiers as they make up the foundation of the research process. In many studies focusing on sound quality the observation of context in general becomes an issue if the experimental setup or the instruction or even the respective stages of the experiment are regarded as contextual, i.e. sound evaluation or the evaluation of product-related sound quality always implies evaluation of lifestyles depending upon acceptance and therefore intimately related to the daily routine of the tested individual. evaluations of sounds are highly sensitive contextually, but at present there is no usage-oriented experimental instruction which sufficiently defines the contextual rapport within a given sound evaluation setup. the concept of sound quality evaluation needs to be broadened to integrate a subjective and psycho-social approach. a concept and procedure will be introduced for benchmarking and target sound development in context to appropriately evaluate the sound of the corporate identity introduction

It is clear that the brand has become a construct more complex than a promise, an image or a sign of recognition. It has its own architecture which includes several critical elements and requires strategy and constant attention. Also the role of stakeholders, both internal and external to the brand, has changed in the creation, development and management of the brand itself. It is increasingly moving from a passive rapport to a real and vital relationship. In fact, engagement, collaboration, participation and co-creation, are the newest concepts that are increasingly defining the brand design in all its phases. In addition, the relationship between the introduction of these new concepts and some of the changes that are shaping contemporary society is very close. Indeed, since the contemporary society is primarily expressed through the diversity between individuals - both in terms of physical and psychological abilities and on the social and cultural level - it requires increasing attention and particular practices that ensure participation and social inclusion. The paper offers a consideration on the people’s participation in brand design. In particular, it recognizes and identifies two possible positions: 1) participation as a fundamental tool in the process of brand design, to create a transparent and shared brand; 2) participation as the ultimate goal of brand design project, in order to create place brands able to generate inclusion. Doing so, this paper seeks to outline for the two positions the contribution of the Design for All, which is the "design of human diversity, social inclusion and equality” describing the results of a research developed by “Inclusivo”, Spin Off of d'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, as a concrete case to highlight the innovative aspects of Design for All in the activities of brand design.

L’attuale momento di crisi sociale, ambientale e spaziale può essere una svolta - uno dei significati della parola greca originaria κρίσις - del modello di sviluppo basato sul paradigma industriale (Khun, 1962) i cui limiti erano ipotizzati nell’omonimo The Limits of Growth commissionato dal Club di Roma ad alcuni ricercatori del MIT di Boston (USA) edito nel 1972. Il presente scritto suggerisce di sostituire al modello industrialista del “fare la città” - indifferente alle condizioni locali grazie alla supremazia data alle “soluzioni” tecnologiche (Del Nord,1991) - l’approccio ecologico che parte dalle condizioni locali quali indicazioni di piano/progetto/realizzazione per la trasformazione dell’anthropocosmo, cioè del rapporto tra contenitori, reti e comportamenti, ovvero del λόγος, discorso, studio, con l’οίκος, ambiente (www.ekistics.org) con le finalità di Smart City cioè costruire Comunità inclusive, sostenibili socialmente e materialmente avendo il risparmio di consumo di suolo come presupposto della sostenibilità. Ciò significa per i paesi ormai più che emergenti - BRIC e tutti gli altri in forte crescita economica - evitare gli errori compiuti dalle nazioni, usualmente chiamate Occidentali, di devastazione del territorio oltre che in termini di danni sociali. Mentre per quest’ultime l’attenzione va posta al tema della riqualificazione dell’esistente sotto il profilo funzionale, spaziale, ambientale e sociale. Per entrambe si pone la questione centrale del rapporto con la storia, i segni di essa sul territorio, cioè la memoria quale essenziale componente del senso delle cose. The current social, environmental and territorial crisis, can be a turning point - one among the meanings of the originary Greek word κρίσις - of the development model based on the industrial paradigm (Kuhn, 1962) whose limits were declared in the homonymous The Limits of Growth commissioned by the Club of Rome at Boston MIT researchers (Meadows and al.) and published in 1972. This paper suggests to replace the industrial model of “making the city” - indifferent to local conditions thanks to the supremacy given to the technological “solutions” (Del Nord, 1991) - with the ecological approach that starts from the local conditions such as indications of plan/project/construction for the transformation of the anthropocosmo, i.e. the relationship connecting shells, networks and behaviours. That is to relate the λόγος, discourse, analyses, with the οίκος, the environment (www.ekistics.org): finally the purpose of Smart City. It requires to build inclusive Communities, socially and materially sustainable, having the saving of land use as precondition. This should mean for most countries now more then emerging - BRIC and everyone else in the strong economic growth - try to avoid the mistakes made by the nations, usually known as Western ones: i.e. devastation of the territory, social harms, and attention to the spatial redevelopment, and to the functional and social ones. For both there is the central question of the relationship with history, the signs of it, ie the memory as essential component of the meaning of things.

IntroductionA report by the United Nations has revealed the number of older adults in the world is projected to reach 1.4 billion by 2030, and this number is expected to increase to 2.1 billion by 2050. This development will place enormous pressure on current healthcare and social protection systems. If life expectancy continues to rise while fertility constantly declines over many years. the ageing of the population will continue to throughout the world. The gigantic numbers of elderly people will place significant pressure on current systems of social protection and global health care. By 2024, it is expected to have nearly 400,000 people over the age of 80 in Hong Kong —a 24.8% increase over the figure recorded in 2014. 2. Problem StatementLike in other Asian cities, the population of Hong Kong exhibits a continuous ageing trend.The change in the population structure will need an improved housing policy and health care system and infrastructure in order to tackle these resulting social problems. The more older adults are living in the city, the greater the numbers of people who are living with dementia. 3. Older Adults Living with Mild Cognitive ImpairmentDementia is characterised by the loss of mental abilities,and by further degeneration over time.This condition is not inevitable, as the hallmark symptoms of cognitive deterioration are not considered to be a normal part of ageing. It is a typical biomedical disease that might appear when the brain is affected by some specific diseases, such as a series of small strokes damage the brain and cause confusion, speech problems and progressive loss of memory and cognition. This gradual decline in cognitive functions causes people to need extra support for daily living. A person who is having slightly problems with planning, reasoning and also remembering may be classified as having mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 4. Universal DesignUD (universal design) is classified as the practice of making things in ways that involve almost no extra cost, but offer attractive yet functional styles that are fulfilling all people, regardless of each individual’s ability or disability. UD addresses the complete span of functionality through making each element and space accessible to its deepest extent by careful planning at all different stages of a project. 5. Participant Observation An interpretive approach is adopted as a research paradigm for understanding the meanings that human beings attach to their experiences. For this study, a centre manager of the well-established Yan Oi Tong Elderly Community Centre recruited three older adults to participate for nine months. These people were living with MCI in a rural district. Prior to this study, these three elders engaged in a participative design workshop that was organised by the same researcher. The workshop had two sessions, and explored the participants’ latent needs concerning home decoration and product design for public housing.Observational visits were conducted with each participant every two weeks for a nine-month period. The participants are referred to as CH, CP and SK, and they were aged between 79 and 85 years old.6. DiscussionTheme 1: Fear of being alone.The participants described their experiences of facing loneliness. Although they felt that their memories were getting worse, they could still express how loneliness was one of the most difficult challenges that they had to face day-by-day. SK said that ‘I want to do my preferred activities,and don’t want to stay at home all the time!’ Theme 2: Recognition of incompetence.The older persons suffering from MCI believed that they were, to varying degrees, incompetent in dealing with day-to-day activities. As CP explained, ‘I have become useless and cannot remember things recently…’ Theme 3: Lack of neighbourhood spirit. For older people living alone in public housing, neighbours become the most reliable people after their families. Older participants reported that they commonly displaced their house keys due to their gradual memory loss. They had to make duplicate front door keys, and gave them to neighbours who they trusted.To deal with such problems, a product design or system could be pre-installed in housing facilities that would enable better communication or connection between neighbours, and allow older residents to become closer to others.7. ConclusionThis ethnographic study has investigated the latent, unfulfilled needs of older persons living with MCI. Building rapport with these older participants was an important step at the beginning of the study.This finding of “Fear of being alone”, “Lack of neighbourhood spirit”also revealed that regular visits by community centre staff and local social workers should be organised to provide older community members and stakeholders with more attention regarding their day-to-day activities and their relations to society as a whole in order to eliminate “Recognition of incompetence”.

Attraverso il caso di studio specifico di Cà dell’Arcoveggio tratterò la questione della tossicodipendenza come costitutiva di marginalizzazione sociale, e di quali strategie sono state messe in atto per consentire ai soggetti che abitavano la struttura di uscire da questo tipo di categorizzazione. Nella prima parte dell’articolo esporrò brevemente alcune delle caratteristiche dei soggetti trattati che contribuiscono a rinchiuderli nella categoria della marginalità. Successivamente descriverò la filosofia alla base di Cà dell’Arcoveggio e la metodologia educativa messa in atto. Nella terza parte mi occuperò delle pratiche adottate al fine di istituire un rapporto tra la struttura ed il quartiere circostante, tra i soggetti che ospitava e i cittadini provenienti dall’esterno. Infine mostrerò come alcuni importanti cambiamenti abbiano radicalmente ridimensionato la portata sperimentale del progetto. Through the specific case study of Cà dell'Arcoveggio I will treat the issue of drug addiction as a cause of social marginalization, and will discuss which strategies have been put into place to remove the inhabitants from this categorization. In the first section of the article I will briefly explain some of the characteristics of the subjects treated that contribute to their placement in the category of marginality. Then I will describe the underlying philosophy and methodology of the Cà dell'Arcoveggio educational intervention. In the third section I will deal with the practices put in place in order to establish a relationship between the physical structure and the surrounding district and between the subjects and residents of the neighborhood. In the final section I will present how some crucial changes have radically decreased the experimental nature of the project.

Denna rapport analyserar hyresmarknadens karaktär i de 14 svenska kommuner som helt saknar ett allmännyttigt hyresbestånd. Studien har undersökt befolkningssammansättningen i det privatägda hyresbeståndet i dessa kommuner utifrån hypotesen att denna torde se annorlunda ut i kommuner med respektive utan allmännytta, beroende på̊ att allmännyttan generellt sett har en befolkning som har lägre inkomster och i högre utsträckning är födda utanför Europa. Studien har också̊ analyserat förekomsten och koncentrationen av hyreskontrakt i den kommunala andrahandsmarknaden – de så kallade sociala kontrakten – i dessa kommuner. Resultatet bekräftar att avsaknaden av ett allmännyttigt hyresbestånd i kommunen sätter ökad press på̊ den privata hyresrätten och socialtjänstens insatser. Den privata hyresrätten blir den dominerande boendeformen för kommunens hushåll med låga inkomster och individer födda utanför Europa. Det är också betydligt vanligare med sociala kontrakt i kommuner utan allmännytta. Dock skiljer sig utfallet åt beroende på kommunernas profil avseende inkomstnivåer och geografiska läge. Privat hyresrätt i storstädernas kranskommuner har förvisso en påtaglig överrepresentation av hushåll med lägre inkomster, men denna döljs eftersom kommunen som helhet är så välmående och andelen hyresrätt dessutom är liten. I de mindre kommunerna är den socioekonomiska profilen hos hyresgästerna betydligt lägre, samtidigt som den privata hyresrätten bättre speglar befolkningssammansättningen som helhet. Detta är illustrativt för den privata hyresrättens större andel av bostadsbeståndet i dessa kommuner Den sammantagna slutsatsen är att de 14 kommunernas bostadssociala ansvar i form av privat hyresrätt som garant för inkluderande bostadsförsörjning kan ses som begränsat i förhållande till andra kommuner. Samtidigt utgör den privata hyresrätten – men också̊ de kommunala bostadssociala kontrakten – en viktig boendeform för de hushåll med lägre levnadsvillkor och har invandrat som faktiskt finns i dessa kommuner.

L’objectif principal de ce rapport est de présenter une analyse descriptive de la mobilité sociale des diplômés du baccalauréat des différentes universités du Québec selon le domaine d’études, mobilité étant ici captée par la transmission intergénérationnelle du revenu. À partir de données administratives sur l’ensemble des étudiants du Québec, il est possible d’observer les taux de diplomation ainsi que les revenus des diplômés une fois sur le marché du travail, le tout par quintile de revenu parental. Au niveau de la fréquentation universitaire de premier cycle au Québec, nous observons une surreprésentation des étudiants provenant de milieux plus aisés. Nos résultats suggèrent également que le taux de diplomation des étudiants au baccalauréat est plus faible pour les étudiants provenant de familles à faible revenu et augmente avec le quintile de revenu parental. Notre analyse de la mobilité intergénérationnelle, à l’aide d’une matrice de transition, suggère que les jeunes diplômés universitaires ont une assez bonne mobilité relativement à la population comprenant tous les niveaux de scolarité, et que les étudiants provenant de milieux moins favorisés ont une mobilité nettement supérieure à leur population de référence. Nous calculons aussi, par université et domaine d’études, une mesure de mobilité intergénérationnelle qui tient compte de l’accès aux études universitaires et de la mobilité ascendante (passer du quintile inférieur de revenu au quintile supérieur). On constate que la mobilité ascendante varie d’une université à l’autre, mais également par domaine d’études, les institutions spécialisées en ingénierie et les programmes en science, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques démontrant les mobilités ascendantes les plus élevées. Une limite importante de nos données est que l’horizon de temps suivant l’obtention du diplôme est limité, de telle sorte que les revenus d’emploi observés ne sont pas nécessairement représentatifs du revenu permanent des diplômés.

Analysant la relation que les femmes entretiennent avec ces groupes armés, ce rapport conclut qu’elles participent aux violences et opérations clandestines et apportent un soutien logistique aux GAC, dont elles légitiment les activités auprès de la population civile. Bien que nombre des récits sur le lien entre femmes et conflits soulignent le rôle de la conscription et de la coercition dans leur intégration aux groupes armés, elles apportent également un soutien aux GAC afin de promouvoir leurs propres intérêts économiques, sociaux ou privés.

På vilket sätt och hur kan modeller för individanpassat stöd som personlig budget stärka genomförandet av FN:s konvention om rättigheter för personer med funktionsnedsättning? Med personlig budget avses en penningsumma som beviljas den enskilde på basis av en bedömning av servicebehovet och kalkylering av en budget för ändamålet. Den enskilda kan för sin budget köpa den service hen behöver. Personlig budget är i bruk inom social- och hälsovården i flera länder. I Norden är personlig assistans främsta exemplet på sådana lösningar, men även andra modeller har prövats och tagits in inom social- och hälsovården, till exempel valfrihetssystem och ökade möjligheter för brukare att välja leverantör. I rapporten presenteras ett antal system för individanpassat stöd till personer med funktionsnedsättning som har genomförts i Norden och erfarenheterna av dessa. Kartläggningen har gjorts gemensamt av Nordens välfärdscenter och Institutet för hälsa och välfärd, THL, i Finland. Rapporten kommer att vara ett underlag i ett förslag till en kommande reform av stöd och service för personer med funktionsnedsättning i Finland.

Denna rapport utgör slutresultatet av ett forskningsprojekt om trångboddhetens sociala konsekvenser i Malmö, ett projekt som bedrivits inom forskningsmiljön Studier i boende och välfärd vid Malmö universitet med delfinansiering från det kommunala bostadsbolaget MKB Fastighets AB under 2021. I projektet har en kombination av kvantitativa och kvalitativa metoder använts för att 1) kartlägga trångboddhetens utbredning i Malmö och 2) utforska trångboddhetens yttringar och sociala konsekvenser, med särskild fördjupning i de särskilt trångbodda delområdena Holma-Kroksbäck och Rosengård. Statistik över socioekonomiska förhållanden och trångboddhet (enligt norm 2 och 3) har analyserats och visualiserats genom GIS-analyser. Dessa analyser har följts upp med enkätundersökningar till boende, där de svarande bland annat själva fått uppge om de tycker att bostaden är tillräckligt stor eller inte. Intervjuer har gjorts med boende som både upplever sig vara trångbodda och är det enligt norm 2 och/eller 3. Enkät- och intervjumaterialet innefattar boende även i andra delar av staden, inte enbart i Holma-Kroksbäck och Rosengård. Dessutom har yrkesverksamma som möter trångbodda hushåll i sitt arbete intervjuats.

Ce projet de recherche s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un projet pluridisciplinaire ayant comme objectif général de fournir aux gestionnaires municipaux des données permettant de démontrer les différents services écosystémiques apportés par les bassins de rétention d’eau pluviale dans un contexte de conservation des écosystèmes urbains, avec un accent particulier sur la protection de la ressource en eau potable. Ce rapport se concentre sur les aspects sociaux et économiques et a comme objectif principal d’informer les administrations municipales sur les préférences des citoyens en matière de bassins de rétention, en utilisant comme cas type la Ville de Québec. Plus spécifiquement, les objectifs sont : 1) Identifier les préférences des citoyens de la ville de Québec envers différents types d’aménagement des bassins de rétention; 2) Estimer le consentement à payer (CAP) pour l’aménagement des bassins de rétention. Le CAP n’est pas seulement une mesure économique, mais également une quantification du bénéfice perçu par les citoyens; 3) Selon la perception des citoyens, qualifier les caractéristiques désirables et indésirables des aménagements de bassin de rétention; 4) Créer une typologie des citoyens en fonction et de leurs préférences pour mieux envisager la diversité des préférences.

La demande croissante à laquelle font face les systèmes de santé combinée à la rareté des ressources disponibles rend impératif leur optimisation pour effectuer des choix éclairés. Le concept d’année de vie ajustée par la qualité (AVAQ) s’inscrit dans ce cadre et utilise des instruments de mesure de qualité de vie reliée à la santé (QVRS), parmi lesquels des instruments génériques. Cependant, de nombreuses différences peuvent être observées entre ces instruments. Le constat général est que quasiment tous les instruments génériques contiennent une ou plusieurs dimensions liées à la santé physique (p. ex. incapacité, inconfort, douleur) au détriment d'autres dimensions d’ordre mentales ou sociales. Afin de pallier cette limite, un nouvel instrument a été créé, son but étant d’être plus complet et plus équilibré dans la mesure de la qualité de vie reliée à la santé globale (QVRS-G). Ce rapport présente les étapes clés de la création de cet instrument ainsi que les résultats obtenus dans la mesure de la QVRS-G des québécois au printemps 2021. Ainsi un nouvel outil générique, le 13-MD, composé de 33 items avec 5 à 7 niveaux chacun a été mis sur pieds. La création d’un value set permettant la conversion des états de santé en scores d’utilité permettra son utilisation dans les analyses coût-utilité.

Questo rapporto evidenzia come le discriminazioni strutturali e l'esclusione sociale influenzino le percezioni e gli atteggiamenti nei confronti del vaccino per il COVID-19 tra le comunità rom in Italia. Uno degli obiettivi è mettere in luce il ruolo che le autorità pubbliche e le comunità possono svolgere nel sostenere l'adozione del vaccino e nel contrasto ai più ampi processi di esclusione sociale.1 Le risposte contraddittorie che lo Stato italiano ha fornito durante la pandemia di Covid-19, insieme alle forme di esclusione già in atto, hanno comportato un aumento della sfiducia delle comunità rom nei confronti delle iniziative statali, impattando anche sull’adesione alla campagna vaccinale.2 Questo documento si propone di supportare e informare le amministrazioni locali e le istituzioni sanitarie pubbliche coinvolte nell’assistenza e nei processi di inclusione delle comunità rom in Italia. Il presente documento si basa su una ricerca condotta di persona e a distanza dal novembre 2021 al gennaio 2022 in Italia con le comunità rom e sinti di Milano, Roma e Catania. Sebbene queste comunità si caratterizzino per diversità storica e per differenti forme di identità linguistica, geografica, religiosa, sono state individuate delle somiglianze nel modo in cui hanno vissuto la pandemia di COVID-19 e nelle decisioni a proposito del vaccino. Questo documento è stato sviluppato per SSHAP da Iliana Sarafian (LSE) con i contributi e le revisioni di Elizabeth Storer (LSE), Tabitha Hrynick (IDS), Marco Solimene (University of Iceland), Dijana Pavlovic (Upre Roma) e Olivia Tulloch (Anthrologica).
