Анотація:
The problem of blaming victims is related to the strong traditions and culture of the community that still perpetuate gender stereotypes. This study aims to examine the implications of patriarchal culture on the position of women as subordinates, the concept of blaming the victim against the women victims of sexual violence and human rights studies on victim blaming and labeling for women victims of sexual violence. The culture of gender injustice in the society makes women often get negative labels, in which the women who look beautiful and dress up using rather tight and sexy clothes are always considered as inviting the opposite sex to commit sexual harassment. This is then always used and associated with labeling of victims of sexual harrasment in which the society tends to blame victims of sexual harrasment or victim blaming. This type of research is a normative juridical research that is prescriptively providing solutions to the legal protection for victims related to victim blaming and labeling women as victims of sexual violence in the view of human rights that difinitely violates the constitution and law.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ujaran seksisme dan pelecehan seksual yang terdapat dalam hasil terjemahan subtitle film Red Sparrow yang diterjemahkan oleh penerjemah tidak resmi yaitu Pein Akatsuki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teori Analisi Wacana Kritis atau AWK dari Sarah Mills digunakan dalam mengklasifikasi data dan menganalisis data ujaran-ujaran yang bersifat seksisme dan pelecehan seksual yang terdapat dalam hasil penerjemahan subtitle yang dilakukan oeh penerjemah tidak resmi Pein Akatsuki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan dari 20 data dialog dalam hasil terjemahan subtitle terdapat 13 ujaran yang mengandung seksisme dan pelecehan seksual terhadap para wanita yang bekerja sebagai agen pipit dalam film Red Sparrow.KATA KUNCI: penerjemahan, subtitle, seksisme, pelecehan seksual ANALYSIS SEXISM AND SEXUAL HARRASMENT SPEECH IN INDONESIAN SUBTITLE IN THE MOVIE ENTITLED RED SPARROW ABSTRACT: This research is intended to analyze sexist and sexual harassment speech in translation result of subtitle conducted by Pein Akatsuki as an unofficial translator in the movie entitled Red Sparrow. Qualitative descriptive method is used in this research, in classifying and analyzing sexist and sexual harassment speeches in the subtitle in the movie, Critical Discourse Analysis or CDA from Sarah Mils is used. Sexual violence is an act of rape, sexual coercion, and harrasment, as well as sexual contact with coercion or threat using force. It is timely to consider that sexual violence is discussed in schools and take it as serious issue with empathy towards the victims and not only being considered as women’s issues that can only be discussed among women. Public awareness against it is crucial to be raised. This is important for women and girls as victim of violence to be survivors. These actions should also involve men in advocating against sexual violence. By providing an understanding of how men should behave toward women and listening to the testimony of women survivors of sexual violence of the trauma and its impact on women’s lives, it is expected that young men since early age will have a sensitivity in dealing with sexual violences.

Abstract Purpose Workplace bullying (harassment, abuse, or discrimination), practiced persistently against an individual, can generate a hostile workplace environment, consequently leading to exhaustion, with poor psychological outcomes, and the onset of symptoms such as loss of confidence, fatigue, depressive thoughts, desertion, and suicidal thoughts. There are no publications regarding this issue in Colombia.Our objective is to describe the residents' perception of gender and workplace discrimination and verbal/sexual harassment during their urological training. Methods Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study with anonymous surveys. We evaluated the demographic characteristics and the residents' perception of harassment, the type of harassment, how it affected their performance during residency, and from whom it was perceived. Results We were able to obtain answers from 82/115 residents (71.3%), most of them men (45 [56%]). In total, 66% (54) reported workplace harassment; and 35.4% (29) felt gender discrimination, most of them women (17; 58.6%). Verbal abuse was reported by 64.6% (53), and it affected the work of 92.5%. The parception of workplace harassment was similar among both men and women (32 [69.5%] men and 21 [61.1%] women). A total of 7(19%) women reported sexual abuse. Regarding the source of the abuse, 39 (65.8%) was by professors, 26 (45%), by other residents, and 17 (35.4%), by patients. Conclusion The perception of harassment during urology residency in Colombia is real, and it affects the work of residents. This abuse is greater on the part of men, and is mainly perpetrated by professors. We consider our work the starting point to continue researching a topic of national and international importance.

With the development of increasingly sophisticated information and communication technologies, many benefits are gained from this development, but not only the positive impact that is felt by the progress of information and communication technology, there are also some negative impacts that arise due to the development of these technologies. One of the negative impacts is very worrying and is an urgency that must be followed up which is sexual harassment (cyber harassment), especially for women through the cyberspace/internet. <p>Lingkungan sekolah tidak lagi menjadi tempat yang aman dan nyaman bagi peserta didik yang tengah menempuh pendidikan dikarenakan adanya kasus <em>sexual harrasment</em> yang ternyata juga terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Sejalan dengan fakta tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sekaligus mengidentifikasi sejauh mana Bimbingan dan Konseling menghadapi permasalahan ini. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dari 18 jurnal yang dikaji menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat banyak permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan sexual harrasment di lingkungan sekolah serta layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sudah berupaya mengatasi dan mencegah kasus <em>sexual harrasment</em> dengan layanan kuratif dan preventif yang diberikan.</p>

Remaja memiliki tugas perkembangan remaja mampu melindungi diri sendiri dari ancaman yang membahayakan ataupun yang dapat merugikan remaja, salah satunya adalah sexual harassment. Sexual harasment pada remaja dapat dicegah dengan cara memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada remaja, salah satunya dengan melakukan pendidik sebaya (Peer education). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendidikan seks dengan peer education terhadap pengetahuan remaja putri tentang sexual harrasment. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment, dengan populasi berjumlah 169 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampel adalah proporsional random sampling. Analisa data dilakukan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji wilcoxson. Hasil penelitian ini pendidikan seks dengan peer education efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang sexual harassment dengan nilai p-value 0.000. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bagi ilmu keperawatan dapat mengembangkan kegiatan promosi kesehatan melalui peer education khususnya disekolah-sekolah terkait masalah sexsual harrasment pada remaja.

Pelecehan seksual (sexual harassment) merupakan suatu bentuk perilaku abnormalitas yang dapat terjadi diberbagai tempat dan pada siapa saja. Sebagaimana fenomena sexual harassment ini semakin marak terjadi sehingga tentu sangat penting untuk dikaji dan ditangani segera. Feminist therapy merupakan pendekatan konseling yang cocok diberikan pada individu yang mengalami pelecehan seksual bahkan memungkinkan konseli baik perempuan maupun laki-laki mencegah terjadinya Sexual harassment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis yang berasal dari beberapa pendekatan konseling terapi feminis dalam penanganan korban pelecehan seksual. Artikel ini sebagai salah satu bentuk penanganan dan tindak lanjut mengenal fenomena yang sering marak terjadi seperti pelecehan seksual (sexual harassment) ini. Beberapa temuan penelitian tersebut memperkuat bahwa sexual harassment with feminist therapy patut untuk dilaksanakan dan diterapkan oleh konselor kepada konselinya, baik dalam pencegahan maupun dalam pengentasan sexual harrasment.

<p><em>This article aims to determine the provisions of criminal acts of children as perpetrators of sexual harrasment based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System in the study of decision Number 16/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Wng. The method used in this research is perspective and applied normative legal research, namely research using primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The approach used by the author in this research is a case approach. Based on the results of the author's research, the Judge's consideration in imposing punishment on children in the process of obscenity cases in Decision Number 16/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Wng is in accordance with Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System, namely in the form of imprisonment for 8 (eight) months and work training for 3 (three) months at Wonogiri Detention Center. Diversion cannot be applied in the crime of sexual harrasment with child perpetrators in accordance with Article 7 paragraph (2) of the SPPA Law which states that diversion can be applied to children who commit criminal offenses with a criminal penalty of under 7 (seven) years and not repetition of criminal acts. </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><a href="/verstek/article/view/72649"><em> Child; Child Sexual Harassment; Judge's Consideration</em></a></p>

Historically non-heterosexual individuals have faced prejudice and discrimination in daily life. Non-heterosexuals experience oppression and discrimination that affect personal development on all levels. An increased awareness of sexual identity development could create more inclusive sexual identity models, better understanding for counselor educators, and better training for counselors on issues of sexual identity. The purpose of this study was to explore the life experiences that influence sexual identity in women who love women. This study required that subjects attach meaning to sexual identity formation. Qualitative research methodologies were used in the study. Participants were selected for this study in a thoughtful and purposeful manner and within specified parameters. Data were collected through two face-to-face interviews with the participants; member checking and peer debriefing offered consistency through the use of a semi-structured interview guide. Phenomenological approach and constant comparison was used for data analysis. From the data collected, four themes emerged: I was Just Different, Information Seeking, View of Self as a Woman Within the Context of Culture, and Contextual Relationships. Findings of this study did not support a stage model of sexual identity development. Instead, this study supported the view that sexual identity is fluid and strongly related to relationships with peer groups. All participants reported that sexual identity formation was a painful process.

Arbetets huvudsyfte var bland annat att undersöka könsord och ord med könsanknytning som används vid mobbning/sexuella trakasserier i skolan. Enkätstudien nådde 141 pojkar och 136 flickor i år 7-9. Enligt de redovisade resultaten är användning av kränkande ord i mobbningssammanhang mest förekommande, före ryktesspridning och fysisk kontakt. Åtta procent av alla eleverna anser sig ha känt sig mobbade/sexuellt trakasserade dagligen. Fem procent har mobbat eller utsatt någon för sexuella trakasserier varje dag. Fyrtionio procent av eleverna använder sig av kränkande ord oftast i skolan. Orden används mest i skolans korridor. De flesta elever är överens om att deras föräldrar ingriper i större utsträckning än andra vuxna då de hör ifrågavarande ord. Totalt sett har ett fyrtiotal ord presenterats av eleverna. De mest frekventa orden har analyserats kvantitativt. Eleverna i alla åldrar är medvetna om de grova ordens kränkningsgrad. Ungefär hälften av alla svarande anger att samma ord kan ha större eller mindre kränkningsgrad beroende på situationen i vilken orden används. Både flickor och pojkar anser generellt sett att könsord används i större utsträckning mot flickor.

A variety of factors contribute to HIV risk in Aboriginal women. One of these factors is the sexual violence they experience in their lives. Sexual violence is prevalent among all women, including Aboriginal women. While HIV is not nearly as prevalent, rates are increasing rapidly among Aboriginal women. Chances are great that all health care workers, even those not aware of it, are working with Aboriginal women who have experienced sexual violence and are at risk for HIV or currently living with HIV/AIDS.

FUNDAÇÃO DE APOIO À PESQUISA DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO
Na presente investigação objetivou-se analisar a trajetória afetivo-sexual de mulheres jovens com práticas afetivo-sexuais com mulheres, tendo como foco os cuidados e os sentidos construídos acerca da saúde sexual. Dessa forma, este trabalho de pesquisa justifica-se por meio de duas questões centrais: a primeira se refere à necessidade de se mapear as linhas de força que possibilitaram que a experiência de mulheres com práticas afetivo-sexuais com mulheres fosse tomada de modo tão discreto para se pensar as especificidades de saúde; a segunda se refere ao que a Psicologia pode contribuir ao campo tema, visto as constatações epidemiológicas dos riscos que acometem estas mulheres, de modo que se possa oferecer subsídios para se compreender os discursos e sentidos obscurecidos nos dados de saúde. Sendo assim, o trabalho em questão foi realizado por meio do que denominamos de encontros de (conversa)ação com sete mulheres jovens com práticas afetivo-sexuais com mulheres, entre 18 e 30 anos, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, e com oito médicos ginecologistas. Os dados apontam que com exceção das mulheres inseridas no movimento social LGBT, a prevenção no ato sexual não é uma questão para as participantes. Esta postura tem relações com a forma com que o tema é produzido pelo discurso médico, em que a ausência de informações científicas mais consistentes acerca dos riscos de infecção possibilita que tais taxas sejam tomadas como inexpressivas. Podemos analisar que a participação do discurso institucionalizado tem papel importante na inserção da questão da saúde sexual deste público.
In the present investigation aimed to analyze the trajectory of emotional-sexual practices of young women with emotional-sexual women, focusing on the care and constructed meanings about sexual health. Thus, this research is justified by two main questions: the first refers to the need to map the lines of force that enabled the experience of women with emotional-sexual practices with women being taken so as discreet to think about the specific health and the second refers to what psychology can contribute to the camp theme, since the findings of epidemiological risks that affect these women, so that it can provide insight to understand the words and senses obscured in the data health. Thus, the work in question was performed by means of what we call meetings (talk)action with seven young women with emotional-sexual practices with women between 18 and 30, in Rio de Janeiro, and with eight Gynecologists Doctors. The data indicate that with the exception of women included in the LGBT social movement, preventing the sexual act is not an issue for participants. This attitude has relations with the way the subject is produced by the medical discourse, in the absence of scientific information more consistent about the risks of infection allows such fees shall be taken as meaningless. We consider that the participation of institutionalized discourse has an important role in the insertion of the issue of sexual health in this state.

The purpose of this investigation was to study sexual function in women with neurological disorders at fairly distinct and separate locations. The dissertation comprises descriptive, retrospective, quantitative studies on sexual functioning in women with hypothalamo-pituitary disorders (HPD) (n:48), multiple sclerosis (MS)(n:47), and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) (n:42). The results werecompared with those in an age-matched control group (C) (n:42), and as reported by representative Swedish women (n:742) in the Swedish sex survey SiS). The studies were based on comprehensive interviews, neurological examinations, incl. Vibration Perception Thresholds (IDDM), concentrations of prolactin and testosterone in serum (HPD), and a checklist on life satisfaction (IDDM, C, and SiS).

Sexual dysfunction was prevalent in almost all women with HPD and MS, and in 40% of the IDDM group. The problem of insufficient vaginal lubrication was more common in those with neurological disorders than among women in the SiS group. Sexual problems caused by reduced libido and orgasmic difficulties were more commonin the HPD and MS groups than in the SiS group. In the HPD group, women with intrasellar adenomas had better sexual function than women having expansively growing pituitary adenomas with both intra- and suprasellar extension. Normal serum testosterone values correlated to masturbation activity. Amenorrhea and older age werecorrelated with sexual problems in all groups. In the MS group, symptoms of a weak pelvic floor and of bladder and bowel dysfunction were correlated with reduced lubrication and orgasmic ability. In the IDDM group, signs of autonomic neuropathy were correlated with sexual dysfunction. Concerning life satisfaction generally,proportionately fewer women with IDDM were satisfied or very satisfied, though differing significantly from the other two groups in only two domains of life: contacts with friends, and physical health.

Employment is believed to be a crucial avenue for women’s empowerment, yet widespread workplace sexual harassment undermines this in many countries. Young and unmarried women from poor backgrounds are particularly at risk, but workplace sexual harassment is often overlooked in debates on decent jobs for youth. Based on case study research with factory and domestic workers in Bangladesh and Uganda, this briefing explains how social and gender norms constrain young women’s voices and agency in response to sexual harassment. It offers recommendations towards developing the laws, mechanisms and culture needed to reduce workplace sexual harassment and empower young women in their work.

This article contributes to the literature on wage discrimination by examining the consequences of sexual harassment in the workplace on wages for women in Europe. We model the empirical relationship between sexual harassment risk and wages for European women employees using individual-level data provided by the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS, Eurostat). We find that sexual harassment risk has a negative and statistically significant effect on wages of -0.03% on average for women in Europe. However, our empirical analysis uncovers the importance of considering the dynamics of workplace power relations: analyzing individual-level data, we find evidence of a higher negative impact of sexual harassment risk on wages for women working in counter-stereotypical occupations. We conclude that the wage effect of hostile working conditions, mainly in terms of sexual harassment risk in the workplace, should be considered and monitored as a first critical step in making women be less vulnerable at work and increasing their bargaining power, thereby reducing inequalities in working conditions and pay in Europe.
