Повний текст джерелаThis article presents a measurement system based on the RS-485 interface. The presented system is an alternative solution for distributed measurement systems, which cannot be built using IEEE-488 interface due to distance limitation between elements of the system. The RS-485 interface is a base for communication between measurement instruments and uses a Master-Slave protocol to exchange data between them. One dedicated master device, usually a PC, controls all slave devices connected to the interface. To control measurement devices SCPI language is used. This solution simplifies communication between measurement devices and allows utilizing the HP-VEE environment to control any SCPI devices connected to the RS-485 network.

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of vocational self-concept in vocational school students with different backgrounds, to realize the differences of vocational maturity in vocational school students with different backgrounds, and analyzes the relationship between vocational self-concept and vocational maturity. The research based on the method of questionnaires survey. 1,240 students of 31 schools from 1,500 vocational high schools were sampled. Later, 1,062 effect questionnaires of 1,240 questionnaires were collected. According to the statics procedures included descriptive statistics, single sampling t test、independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation, the conclusions were as the follows: 1. The students in vocational school occupation have higher vocational self-concept. 2. When it comes to vocational self-concept, female students are higher than the male students; in addition, private schools are higher than public ones. But there are no significant difference in parents’ socioeconomic status and vocational types. 3. In the vocational mature aspect, the “professional news” and “working conditions” of female students’ are higher than the male ones, in addition, “the career development” and “the working conditions” of private schools’ are higher than public schools’. But there are no significant difference in parents’ socioeconomic status and vocational types. 4. There is a significantly positive relation between the occupation self-concept and the occupation mature. According to the literature review and the research conclusions, two suggestions are proposed.

Telomerase, a ribonucleoprotein complex, is responsible for maintaining the telomere length at chromosome ends. Using its RNA component as a template, telomerase uses its reverse transcriptase activity to extend the 3’-end single-stranded, repetitive telomeric DNA sequence. Pif1, a 5’-to-3’ helicase, has been suggested to regulate telomerase activity. We used single-molecule experiments to directly show that Pif1 helicase regulates telomerase activity by removing telomerase from telomere ends, allowing the cycling of the telomerase for additional processes. This telomerase removal efficiency increases at longer ssDNA gaps and at higher Pif1 concentration. The enhanced telomerase removal efficiency by Pif1 at the longer single-stranded telomeric DNA suggests a way of how Pif1 regulates telomerase activity and telomere length. On the other hand, G-quadruplex is specific nucleic acids structure which is reported to be present in the promoter regions as well as telomeres with GC-rich sequence. The folding of G-quadruplex is implicated in regulating gene expression and telomere maintenance. Pif1 monomer is evidenced to be able to resolve the G-quadruplex structure using the “patrolling” mechanism without leaving the G-quadruplex sequence to keep unwinding the downstream duplex DNA. Here, we observed that Pif1 is capable of unwinding the dsDNA immediately following the G-quadruplex unwinding in the high Pif1 concentration. Our results suggest by resolving the G-quadruplex during replication and transcription, Pfi1 may play important roles not only in regulating telomere length but also in maintaining genome stability.

As introduced in the 1980s, the concept of SCM continues to become increasingly market-oriented, shifting the primary driver of the value chain from supply to demand. As such, recent recommendations encourage researchers to focus investigations on the supply chain process integration capabilities (SCPI capabilities) that integrate a focal firm with its network of suppliers and business customers to create value for it. Despite the critical role in SCM, theoretical and empirical researches pertaining to the antecedents and consequences of a focal firm’s SCPI capabilities have been limited and piecemeal. Therefore, by drawing on concepts from the interrelated literature streams, the objectives of this study are to examine the antecedents and consequences of a focal firm’s SCPI capabilities, and the moderating effect of information technology (IT) competence on the relationship between relation-specific intangible investments and a focal firm’s SCPI capabilities. The sampling frame used for this study was the industrial firms from “the 2006 Taiwan Top 1,000” issued by Common Wealth Magazine, the leading business magazine in Taiwan. Our research findings show that (1) intangible relation-specific investments (business process and domain knowledge) are significantly associated with market-oriented culture; (2) business process specific investment positively influences a focal firm’s SCPI capabilities but domain knowledge specific investment has no significant influence on a focal firm’s SCPI capabilities; (3) SCPI capabilities positively influence a focal firm’s SCM performance, both operational and strategic benefits; (4) IT competence significantly moderates the relationship between business process specific investment and SCPI capabilities. However, IT competence has no moderating effect on the relationship between domain knowledge specific investment and SCPI capabilities. Implications for practitioners and researchers and suggestions for future research are also addressed in this study.
