Results of a revision of original material on the Cruciferae Juss. taxa described on the base of A. G. Schrenk’s gatherings of 1840-1843 are presented. Among the taxa under study, 14 species and 1 variety were described by Schrenk, 2 species by F. E. L. Fischer and C. A. Meyer, and 1 species was intended by Schrenk and described by E. R. Trautvetter. Data on the type specimens of all treated taxa deposited in LE, P, M, WU, MW, TK, HAL, AA (completely), B and W (partly) are given, the type category of each specimen being specified. Lectotypes are designated (all based on the material of LE) for 11 species and 1 variety; for other 4 species, a second-step typification is made, and lectotypes are restricted to a single specimen. Currently accepted names (if different from original ones) are provided along with the most widely applied synonyms. The name Odontarrhena hirta Schrenk is reduced to synonymy of Alyssum obovatum (C. A. Mey.) Turcz. Notes are given where needed.

Анотація:
Prediction of an aerodynamic load acting on a wing or usually called wing loading becomes an important stage for structural analysis. Several methods have been used in estimating the wing loading. Schrenk approximation method is commonly used to achieve the fast estimation of lift distribution along wingspan, but in order to achieve a high level accuracy of aerodynamic prediction, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with Navier Stokes-based equation can be used. LAPAN Surveillance UAV (LSU series) has been chosen to represent an aerodynamics analysis on generic small unmanned aircraft with twinboom vertical stabilizer configuration. This study was focused to verify the Schrenk approximation method using high accuracy numerical simulation (CFD). The goal of this study was to determine the lift distribution along wingspan and a number of errors between Schrenk approximation and CFD method. In this study, Schrenk approximation result showed similarity with the CFX simulation. So the two results have been verified in analysis of wing loading. ABSTRAKPrediksi dari beban aerodinamika yang terjadi pada sayap menjadi salah satu tahap yang penting dalam analisis struktur perancangan pesawat. Beberapa metode telah digunakan untuk mengestimasi besarnya beban aerodinamika pada sayap. Metode Schrenk umum digunakan untuk estimasi cepat perhitungan besar distribusi gaya angkat di sepanjang sayap. Guna mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dari prediksi aerodinamika, simulasi Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) dengan berbasis persamaan Navier-Stokes dapat digunakan. Pesawat nirawak LSU dipilih untuk merepresentasikan analisis aerodinamika pada pesawat nirawak dengan konfigurasi twin-tailboom pusher. Fokus dari studi yang dilakukan adalah untuk memverifikasi dari metode pendekatan dari Schrenk dengan menggunakan metode yang memiliki akurasi tinggi seperti simulasi CFD. Tujuan dari studi adalah untuk menghitung distribusi gaya angkat sepanjang sayap dan menentukan seberapa besar error dari kedua metode.

Abstract To examine the associations existing between elevation and tree growth, tree-ring width chronologies of Schrenk spruce (Picea schrenkiana) were developed from sampling sites at different elevations in the Wusun Mountain, Yili region, Xinjiang, northwest China. The radial growth of high-elevation trees was observed to be primarily influenced by meteorological factors in the non-growth season of the previous year. The radial growth of mid-elevation trees was mainly affected by temperature. The radial growth of low-elevation trees was mainly affected by both temperature and relative humidity. About climate change, the radial growth of Schrenk spruce at different elevations showed a non-uniform response to climate variables. Under the condition of intensified drought stress in the future, the forest ecosystem is likely to be greatly affected, and the radial growth of Schrenk spruce at low elevations will be especially inhibited.

Studi mengenai analisa buckling pada pesawat tanpa awak LSU 05 yaitu pesawatLAPAN Surveilance UAV generasi kelima sudah dilakukan analisa dengan metode elemenhinggan (FEM) menggunakan software Patran/Nastran. Pada studi ini penentuan aircraft loaddari pesawat UAV LSU-05 didapat dari perkalian MTOW pesawat dengan Load Factor sebesar3.8 dan didistribusikan pada tiap-tiap nodal lower surface menggunakan metode Schrenk.Metode Schrenk ini adalah sebuah metode perhitungan pendekatan (aproksimasi) yangdigunakan untuk menghitung distribusi lift sepanjang span, selanjutnya distribusi lift tersebutdigunakan untuk menghitung analisa buckling yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekuatan skinstruktur sayap pesawat UAV LSU-05 dengan parameter buckling factor. Material yang digunakanmaterial komposit woven carbon fibre dan unidirectional carbon fibre dengan ketebalan 8 layer.Pembebanan yang digunakan adalah beban gaya angkat dengan metode schrenk dan kondisi batasfix pada bagian sambungan wing root. Hasil perhitungan Patran/Nastran menunjukan bahwa analisaarah serat 0°/90° ketebalan 14 layer material unidirectional carbon fibre mempunyai nilai bucklingfactor terbesar. Sedangkan arah serat 0°/±45º ketebalan 8 layer memiliki nilai buckling terkecil.Kata kunci : UAV, komposit, Buckling factor dan Metode Schrenk.

Wälder stellen wichtige Ökosystemleistungen und -güter bereit und tragen damit maßgeblich zur Lebensgrundlage der Menschen bei. Sie unterliegen jedoch vielseitigen Bedrohungen, welche die volle Funktionsfähigkeit des Ökosystems gefährden und deren Entwicklung beeinträchtigen. Inwiefern sich diese auf die Funktionsweise und die Walddynamik in Kasachstan äußert, ist aufgrund der wenigen durchgeführten dendroklimatischen Untersuchungen im Detail unklar. Hinzu kommt, dass für die qualitative Bewertung der Klima-Wachstums-Beziehungen diese Studien in ihrer räumlichen und zeitlichen Abdeckung unzureichend sind. Zu den bereits verfügbaren Informationen fehlen zur Einschätzung gemeinsamer Muster und Unterschiede hinsichtlich der Reaktion des Baumwachstums auf das Klima qualitative Analysen. Hierfür wurden alle verfügbaren Publikationen zu den dendroklimatischen Untersuchungen in Kasachstan analysiert. Diese Analyse ermöglichte nicht nur die Zusammenfassung der verfügbaren Informationen zu den Beziehungen zwischen Klima und Wachstum, sondern lieferte zudem konkrete Informationen zu vorhandenen Forschungslücken. Einige dieser Lücken wurden durch die Untersuchungen der variierenden Klima-Wachstums-Beziehungen der Schrenks Fichte im Einzugsgebiet des Ile-Flusses geschlossen. Die durchgeführte Studie verdeutlicht unterschiedliche Reaktion von Früh-, Spätholz und Gesamtringbreite auf den Klimawandel. Der starke Einfluss des Klimawandels wurde durch die Abnahme des Temperatursignals um die 1970er-Jahre beobachtet. Eine erkennbare Periodizität bei Schwankungen der Baumringindizes lässt auf einen Einfluss bestimmter Klimaindizes, z. B. der Nordatlantischen Oszillation u. a. schließen. Die im Rahmen dieser Dissertation durchgeführten Untersuchungen tragen zur Entwicklung eines Baumring-Netzwerkes in Kasachstan bei. Die erhoben Daten sind für die Bewertung möglicher Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf die Wälder der Schrenks Fichte in Kasachstan hilfreich.
Forests are very important for people’s livelihood. They provide important ecosystem services and goods. However there are many threats that interfere with the normal functioning and development of forest ecosystems. The influence of climate change processes on functioning and dynamics of forests in Kazakhstan is understudied, and is observed in the relatively small number of dendroclimatic studies. Additional limitations in understanding of climate-growth relationships arise from insufficient spatial and temporal coverage of those studies and the absence of a qualitative analysis of already available information for identification of common patterns and differences in the impacts of tree growth on climate. The main research goal of this thesis was accordingly to address these limitations. An analysis of all available publications on dendroclimatic studies in Kazakhstan was performed. This analysis not only summarized the available information on climate-growth relationships, but also provided certain information about existed research gaps. Some of those gaps were addressed by an investigation of variation of climate-growth relationships of Schrenk spruce in the Ile River basin. The study revealed certain differences in reaction of earlywood, latewood and total ring width on climate in four mountain ranges of the Ile River basin. The strong influence of climate change was observed in a decreasing temperature signal around the 1970s. Revealed periodicities in the fluctuation of tree-ring indices suggested an influence of certain climate indices such as North Atlantic Oscillation and the Tropospheric Biennial Oscillations. Collectively, the analysis in this dissertation contributes to development of the tree-ting network of Kazakhstan. Obtained information should help in assessment of possible impacts of climate change on Schrenk spruce forests in Kazakhstan.

The authors found that an increase in soil moisture from low-supply to optimal norms results in an increase in the use of fertilizer nitrogen, and the share of fertilizer nitrogen fixed in the soil and unaccounted for losses, on the contrary, decreases. And the results between the options, where the soil moisture supply is 70-80% of the PCV, there are no significant differences, and taking into account the savings in water resources, it is considered advisable, when cultivating wormwood, to maintain soil moisture at the level of 75% of the PCV.

The paper will analyze the judgment of the European Court of Justice from July 2020, which declared the transfer of personal data of Europeans to US illegal. The "Privacy Shield" is the legal framework for regulating the transatlantic exchange of personal data for commercial purposes between the European Union and the United States, which allowed US authorities to collect personal data about entities in the European Union, but without adequate safeguards, the court said. From Facebook, dissatisfied with the verdict, which is important for multinational companies, they point out that stopping the transfer of data will have negative consequences on the results of targeted online advertising. It was determined that the principles of the American "Privacy Shield" are not in line with European laws, nor with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and that they are therefore invalid. This verdict affects every American company, not only Facebook аnd Instagram, so the consequences of its adoption will be felt by companies such as Google and Amazon. In the meantime, the question of the impact of this verdict on the transfer of data to other countries, such as China and Russia, was raised, especially when it comes to transmission via the current social network TikTok or through the technology of the Chinese company Huawei, аnd Yandex taxi applications.
