ABSTRAKPerguruan tinggi agama Islam (PTAI) sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan nasional tidak bisa melepaskan diri dari perubahan paradigma baru perguruan tinggi yang saat ini sedang gencar terjadi. Ada paradigma baru ini, kebijakan pengelolaan perguruan tinggi harus lebih terbuka, transparan, dan akuntabel. Saat ini PTAI menghadapi dua permasalahan serius, yakni kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan dan sumbangan PTAI pada pengembangan ilmu keislaman. Pada konteks kualitas lulusan, kapasitas intelektual dan keilmuan para lulusan PTAI menunjukkan bahwa banyak dari para lulusan PTAI yang belum sanggup menjawab setiap permasalahan keagamaan yang berkembang di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Masalah kedua di atas disebabkan karena geliat yang ada di dalam kampus saat ini lebih banyak yang bersifat politis daripada ilmiah. Selain itu, tradisi menulis karya ilmiah atau penelitian di kalangan kampus PTAI juga terkesan dipaksakan. Tulisan ini berupaya menwarkan gagasan untuk membangun Managemen Penjaminan Mutu dengan Prinsip Six Sgima pada Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) untuk Merespon Tantangan Nasional dan Global. Mengacu pada semangat paradigma baru Perguruan Tinggi dan problem yang dihadapi oleh PTAI ini, maka keberadaan jaminan mutu (quality assurance) di PTAI penting dilakukan. Selama ini, mayoritas PTAI tidak memiliki lembaga atau unit penjaminan mutu karena dua alasan. Pertama, khusus bagi PTAIN sebagai lembaga yang selalu disubsidi pemerintah, selama ini merupakan �anak manja� yang keberadaannya terjamin APBN, bagaimanapun kualitasnya. Kedua, sebagai akibat dari alasan pertama, pada umumnya pimpinan PTAI melihat proses penjaminan mutu sebagai tugas manajemen dirinya.�Kata Kunci: Six Sigma, Manajemen Mutu, Penjaminan Mutu, Total Quality

<p>Penyelenggaraan PTAIS di Kopertasis X Jawa tengah terdapat 36 PTAIS yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, ada 11 PTAIS yang telah mengantongi Akreditasi. Dari sebelas PTAI dapat akreditasi A hanya satu yaitu FT. Unissula. 11 prodi mendapat akreditasi B dan 3 prodi mendapat akreditasi C. Sedangkan yang lain belum mengurus akreditasi Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat fenomena bahwa beberapa PTAIS tidak mempunyai ijin penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan akreditasi. Dari potret tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa kualitas PTAIS masih minim. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu PTAIS diperlukan rumusan strategi peningkatan kinerja PTAIS untuk mencapai visi dan misi PTAI melalui meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu peneliti menawarkan konsep <em>balanced scorecad</em> yang bersifat teknis, taktis dan operasional dengan mengimplementasikan prinsisp-prinsip<em> good governance</em> sebagai bahan kebijakan strategi pengembangan PTAIS di masa yang akan datang.</p>Peneliti mengembangkan model <em>balanced scorcard</em> dari Kaplan (1996) yang didasarkan pada perspektif pemangku kepentingan <em>(stakeholders), </em>Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui implementasi <em>balanced scorecard</em> pada PTAIS, (2) untuk strategi peningkatan mutu PTAIS berdasarkan pendekatan <em>balanced scorecard</em> kurang baik, hal ini disebabkan bebrapa keterbatasan antara lain : Mahasiswa Baru Sebagian besar PTAIS mengalami penurunan. Jumlah lulusan yang dapat bekerja, Jumlah Kerjasama dengan lembaga lain, Jumlah Penelitian dan publikasi Dosen.

A new polytriazoleimide (PTAI) was prepared from 1,2,3-triazole-containing diamine and 4,4’-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride by polycondensation. The thermal stability was investigated. The PTAI was pyrolyzed at 400 °C and 750 °Cseparately and the pyrolysis was traced by the Py/GC/MS combined technique. Nitrogen and related compounds which result from the cleavage of C-N and N-N bonds in the polymer are found in the pyrolysis products at 400 °C. The further decomposition of PTAI would take place at imide rings and the chain units between imide rings at 750 °C. A degradation mechanism of the PTAI is proposed.

Background: Patients with vestibular schwannoma (VS) most commonly present with hearing threshold reduction for high frequencies and a falling type of audiometric curve. However, it is doubtful whether all Pure Tone Averages described in the literature characterize patients with VS correctly, as the type of PTA which comprises higher frequencies may be more appropriate for hearing status assessment in those patients. Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze 3 common methods of calculating Pure Tone Averages (PTA1 - 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 Hz; PTA2 - 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz; PTA3 – 500, 1000 and 2000 Hz) and to determine which of them is the most reliable for the assessment of VS patients. Material and Methods: The study group included 86 patients operated due to vestibular schwannoma accessed via the middle cranial fossa. Results: Regarding method of calculating Pure Tone Averages (PTA1, PTA2 and PTA3) identical or similar correlations were found between the preoperative values of Pure Tone Averages (PTA1, PTA2 and PTA3) and surgery-related hearing loss, as well as individual parameters of audiologic tests. Conclusions: Pure Tone Averages calculated according to 3 different methods (PTA1, PTA2, PTA3) may be used interchangeably in the assessment of hearing in VS patients.

<em>Insight on the progress of the PTAI (Institute of Islamic Studies) in Indonesia so far involves many things; the disorder of epistemological basis of the PTAI, the direction of global policy in structuring the curriculum, the recruitment of stakeholders, then standardization of the quality of graduates, and institutional holder. One thing that seems to be the consensus among observers is the lack of quality of PTAI’s graduates. However, so far there is no consensus among the thinkers, policy makers as well as the PTAI’s functionaries about how to solve this problem. In the midst of diversity discourse about it, stood out a solution that is much in demand by PTAI’s functionaries, namely the transition of institutional status, from the STAIN to the IAIN, and over from the IAIN to UIN. This paper tries to trace the historical roots of the founding the PTAI in Indonesia to find their main tasks. Results of the search was used as a foothold to reflect on the PTAI’s performance today. This paper finds that since their establishment, Islamic higher education institutions is to bring two tasks, namely as a religious institution and as a scientific institution. In the course of history, sometimes these two tasks go hand in hand, but often both were at opposite position. At one point, Islamic studies at the PTAI took the tendency of normative idealistic-theological approach abandoning the academic approach. Then in the last few decades came the openness, which presented the empirical and academic study of Islam. This paper concludes that the transformation or institutional reform of the PTAI’s status is not the answer to the problem of Islamic studies, but the more important is realignment of the structure of sciences in the PTAI which is the foundation for the interdisciplinary study on Islamic dogmas. The quality of graduates is expected to be flown with a firm decision, whether PTAI will be academic, preaching, or practical-pragmatic interests institutions.<br /></em>

The education system and culture attached to Islamic boarding schools are one of the historical facts that play a role in building and guarding the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine the development of Islamic educational institutions (PTAI) in the era of globalization and to determine the application of PTAI in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out using a case study and the object of this research is an Islamic university, Central Java. The result reveals that Islamic boarding schools in the education system occupy an important position. Ethical Politics causes the transformation of science to run rapidly. Islamic boarding school-based PTAI, has a strong base. Its scientific paradigm is normative as well as historical, theoretical and practical, immanent and transcendent. The values internalized by the institutions are adapted from several boarding schools. Those values are Al-Amanah, Al-Tawadlu', Al-Istiqamah, Al-Uswah, al-Hasanah, Al-Tawashshuth, At-tawâzun, Al-Barakah and Tawasul ilmi.

This paper discusses the urgency of Islamic philosophy in the curriculum ofIslamic colleges in Indonesia. The critical description of this paper is the positivistparadigm. This then makes humans eliminate bases of theological philosophicalthought (especially Islam). Islamic education in Indonesia, in this case PTAI,instead of using the philosophy of Islam, chose to use western philosophy asa center of excellence. Islamic philosophy itself arises from the translationof philosophical works on a large scale during the Abbasid Caliphate. In itsdevelopment, Islamic philosophy has gone up and down. The most phenomenal intidal Islamic philosophy is the attack of al-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd counterattack.The philosophy of Islam in Indonesia is still quite young. However, the reasonsare not necessarily used as an argument that Islamic philosophy is not goodenough to be the basis of scientific colleges. Research, development, publication ofIslamic philosophy are continuously done to enrich the discourse. In the contextof higher education, there is now an offer to integrate and connect “common”secular philosophy (Islam) and al-Qur’an traditions. Thus, the dichotomy ofwestern-Islam, secularity knowledge and neglect of religion and philosophy canbe resolved.Kata kunci: Islamic philosophy, curriculum, PTAI

Pada lembaga PTAI/PTAIS mempertemukankedua kutub sains dan agama merupakan tuntutan peradaban modernterutama pada metodologi. Анотація:

Free2Move AB is developing products for the market within wireless communication

and identification, among those active RFID-tags. The company had an idea about

providing one of their active RFID tags with a GPS receiver and transmit positions via

an existing RFID protocol. Desire from the company was also the possibility to log

positions and measure temperature. The finished prototype should also be able to be

activated by movement. The company had proposal about components that were to be

used in the project. A large part of the work was to understand how these worked and

how to combine them to fulfill the requirements established in agreement with

supervisor at Free2Move. A PIC microcontroller was used in the design of the prototype

and software implemented for communication with GPS, RFID tag and other

components. The result was a working prototype where an existing RFID tag was

integrated in the same printed circuit board layout as the GPS receiver and other

components that were used in the project.

This thesis describes experimental investigation of thin films made of diluted Pt 1-x Ni x ferromagnet alloy and Nb-Pt 1-x -Nb Josephson junctions. Such Hybrid Superconductor-Ferromagnet (S-F) Structures are of significant interest because of the new physics involved and possible applications in low temperature and spintronic devices. In many cases, such devices require components with small monodomain ferromagnetic layers, which requires development of specific nano-fabrication techniques. Pt 1-x Ni x alloy is used as the ferromagnet layer due to very good solubility of the two components which results in homogeneous diluted ferromagnet. Systematic analysis of both chemical composition, and ferromagnetic properties of Pt 1-x Ni x thin films for Ni concentrations ranging between 0 and ~70 at.% is performed. The energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) technique is employed to study chemical composition of Pt 1-x Ni x thin films. To eliminate possible errors during EDS characterization, EDS is used with different electron beam energies, different electron beam incident angles and on the free standing Pt 0.59 Ni 0.41 flakes. Ferromagnetic properties of Pt 1-x Ni x thin films are analyzed by studying the anomalous Hall effect. The Curie temperature of Pt 1-x Ni x films decreases in a non-linear manner with the Ni concentration and has the onset at ~27 at.% of Ni. It is observed that the critical concentration of Ni is lower and the Curie temperature is higher than it had been observed early for the bulk PtNi alloys. The 3D Focused ion Beam Nanosculpturing is used to fabricate nanoscale S-F-S Josephson junctions providing the uniform, monodomain structure of the ferromagnet layer within the junction. The detailed studies of S-F-S Josephson junctions are carried out depending on the size of junction, thickness and composition of the ferromagnet layer. The obtained Fraunhofer modulation of the critical current as a function of in-plane magnetic field serves as evidence for uniformity of the junction properties and monodomain structure of ferromagnet layer. The junction critical current density decreases in spin glass state with increasing Ni concentration. In the ferromagnetic state the maximum current density of the junction starts to increase. The latter is attributed to switching into the pi state as a function of Ni concentration. Simultaneously it is observed that the critical current can completely disappear presumably as the result of stray fields from the F layer in contact leads. The Josephson junction is used as a phase sensitive detector for analysis of vortex states in mesoscopic superconductors. By changing the bias current at constant magnetic field the vortices can be manipulated and the system can be switched between two consecutive vortex states. A mesoscopic superconductor can thus act as a memory cell in which the junction is used both for reading and writing information (vortex).

ABSTRACT Upon addition of carbon monoxide (CO) to a solution of (k-N, C, N-2, 6-bis(diethylaminomethyl)-phenyl)methyl platinum(II),[NCN]PtMe,(1), a ligand arm is displaced to form [SP-4-2] ((k-N,C-2,6-bis(diethylaminomethyl)-phenyl) carbonmethyl platinum(II), N[CN]Pt(CO)(Me),(2). Addition of CO to a THF solution of 2 results in the formation of [SP-4-3]((k-N,C-2,6-bis(diethylaminomethyl)-phenyl)acylcarbonyl platinum(II),N[CN]pt(Ac)(CO),(3). In THF ,2 partially isomerizes in the presence of CO to form [SP-4-4]((k-N,C-2,6-bis(diethylaminomethyl)-phenyl)carbonylmethyl platinum(II), N[CN]Pt(Me)(CO).(2’).in equilibrium with 2(K=ca.2 at 100 degree celcius). In the absence of CO, only trace isomerization was observed. Thermolysis of 3 results in the formation of 2 and 2’ , while a reaction of 3 with trimethylamine N-oxide results exclusively in the formation of 2. Both three and five-coordinate intermediates have been shown to be accessible ,leading to two proposed mechanisms for the thermolysis of 3 and the microscopic reverse of this reaction.

Remiantis išanalizuota literatūra lojalumo formavimo aspektu ir naudojantis lojalumo ekspertų F. Reicheldo bei J. J. Ellingo ir S. Jorgenseno lojalumo matavimo metodais atlikta UAB „PTA Group“ vartotojų lojalumo analizė. Šio bakalauro sudedamosios dalys: 1. vartotojų lojalumo sampratų, formavimo, naudos ir matavimo analizės teoriniu aspektu; 2. UAB „PTA Group“ vartotojų lojalumo Šiaulių mieste tyrimo analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 100 Šiaulių miesto moterų, kurios žino ir bent kartą buvo apsilankiusios, pirko PTA rūbų parduotuvėje. Atlikus ne tik esamų ir pastovių, bet ir potencialiai lojalių PTA klienčių apklausą, nustatyta, ne tik kokie veiksniai labiausiai įtakoja prisirišimą ir teigiamą požiūrį PTA atžvilgiu bet atskleistos ir nelojalumo, nepirkimo PTA priežastys bei kas paskatintų neutralių ir potencialiai lojalių vartotojų grupes pirkti PTA. Atsižveldama į atitinkamą lojalumo lygį pasiekusius vartotojus, PTA įmonė gali kurti marketingo strategijas, teikti skirtingus pasiūlymus ir skatinimo priemones. SUMMARY In this final work of Bachelor studies are submitted the concept and essence in customer loyalty structured by foreign and Lithuanian authors, analyzing the factors, witch form customer loyalty, benefits of the company of loyal customers, examined the types of loyalty and loyalty measurement methods. According to literature reviewed in the formation of loyalty and respect through loyalty expert F. Reicheldo, J. J. Elling, S. Jorgensen loyalty measurement approaches was taken UAB “PTA Group's” customer loyalty analyze. Component parts of final work of Bachelor studies are: 1. customer loyalty concepts, formation, value and measurement analysis of the theoretical aspect; 2. customer loyalty study analysis on UAB “PTA Group” in the city of Siauliai. The study included 100 women in the city of Siauliai, which know and have been visited at least once or bought in PTA clothing shop. After not only current and stable, but potentially loyal customers survey done, was found not only what factors most affect the attachment and a positive attitude to PTA but also was founded the reasons of disloyalty and what neutral and potentially loyal consumers groups lead to buy PTA. Le remplacement des Stellites, un superalliage base cobalt, en milieu nucléaire dans certaines parties du réacteur en milieu primaire a été étudié depuis les années soixante. Plusieurs nuances de revêtements base Fer et Nickel, sans ou avec très peu de cobalt, ont été développées dans ce sens. La quatrième génération de centrale impose également des conditions de fonctionnement très sévère pour les revêtements durs. L’idée principale de ce travail de thèse est de renforcer des nuances commerciales de superalliages base nickel avec des particules micrométriques et sub-micrométriques d’alumine par plasma d’arc transféré, Cold Spray et coprojection plasma simultanée de poudre et de suspension.Pour les dépôts PTA, l’analyse des dépôts a montré un raffinement de la microstructure mais une répartition inhomogène de l’alumine. L’ajout d’alumine n’a pas influé sur la microdureté des dépôts mais a permis d’améliorer la résistance à l’usure abrasive sous air. Les dépôts obtenus par projection plasma, en combinant projection classique de poudre et de suspension d’alumine, ont montrés un meilleur comportement tribologique sous conditions particulières. Les effets de l’ajout d’alumine dans la matrice ont été étudiés en observant la microstructure et en comparant les propriétés mécaniques des dépôts (micro dureté, et tests tribologiques représentatifs de l’application) pour différents taux de renforts (de 0 à 13% pds)
In nuclear plants, the replacement of hardfacing Stellite, a cobalt-base alloy, on parts of the piping system in connection with the reactor has been investigated since the late 60’s. Various Fe-base or Ni-base alloys, Co-free or with a low content of Co, have been developed in this aim. The 4th generation nuclear plants impose additional or more stringent requirements for hardfacing materials. The idea developed in this work is to reinforce commercial nickel base alloy with addition of micrometric and sub-micrometric alumina particles by Plasma Transferred Arc welding, Cold Spray and simultaneous conventional and suspension plasma spray.For PTA Coatings, the examination of coatings revealed a refinement of the microstructure but an inhomogeneous alumina distribution. The addition of alumina particles did not improve the micro-hardness of coatings but improve their resistance to ambient air abrasive wear.The coatings prepared by plasma spraying, combining powder of metallic matrix and suspension of ceramic particles, showed better tribological performance under particular conditions. The effect of the addition of ceramic particles in the matrix was investigated by observing the microstructure of coatings, and comparing their mechanical behavior (micro hardness and tribological tests representative of the application) for different ceramic particle contents (from 0 to 13 wt%)

Abstract Typically, highly wear resistant PTA materials for mining and mineral processing applications are developed by adding ceramics like tungsten carbide to appropriate matrices. The problem is that failure during abrasion can often occur as a result of preferential wearing of the soft matrix material or crack formation through the highly loaded brittle ceramic phases. In this paper, the development of new highly wear resistant plasma transferred arc (PTAW) iron based alloys will be detailed. In this case, the matrix material itself was found to have excellent abrasion resistance with high hardness obtained in the weld deposits up to Rc 66 from the development of a fine structure consisting of a high volume fraction of complex M23(BC)6 and M7(CB)3 borocarbides phases. The matrix material is found to additionally exhibit high toughness up to 73.3 MPam1/2 due to an effective distribution of fine carbide and boride phases in a ductile dendrites / cells. When adding WC particles to the starting powder and welding, the matrix was found to effectively wet the WC particles forming a strong tough matrix which avoids the typical “pull-out” or cracking found in conventional PTAW hardfacing materials. Specific weight loss measurements were conducted using ASTM G-65 wear testing and will be correlated to the structure achieved during PTAW.

This literature review collates available evidence on China’s preferential trading schemes for developing countries. It draws on a diverse range of sources from multiple academic disciplines and grey literature. The review focuses explicitly on that literature that discusses preferential trade agreements as a specific form of free trade agreements. The review acknowledges that impacts are multidimensional and multifaceted and will be reflected differently across sectors and countries making conclusions hard to reach. One of the most important elements of many countries trade policy since the turn of the century has been the rapid growth of various forms of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). There are different definitions of PTAs, some include regional trade agreements as a form of PTA i.e. where a country gives preferential trade to your regional partners - this is not always true and WTO does not define RTAs as PTA. A preferential trade area established via a preferential trade agreement is a trading bloc that gives preferential access to certain products from participating countries. This is accomplished by reducing trade tariffs and is considered a first stage of economic integration.
