Abstract Specialized training of nursing personnel in Ukraine is being reformed presently. Quality specialized training of nursing personnel is a prerequisite for successful functioning of the health care system in general. In this regard, the article describes dual education system in Germany where educators have accumulated valuable experience in specialized training of nursing personnel. It must be noted that dual education system is divided into theoretical and practical components, whereas theoretical component assumes out-service training and priority practical component - in-service training. In addition, such notions as “dual education”, “nursing personnel”, “professional training”, “specialized training” have been defined. The peculiarities of specialized training of geriatric nursing personnel, health and nursing professionals, health and pediatric nursing personnel have been considered. Special attention has been paid to the fact that new names for nursing professions linguistically highlight a more extensive approach to nursing. The role of practice mentoring in specialized training of nursing personnel has been justified. Based on theoretical analysis of references, it has been concluded that professional pedagogics being the most developed direction in Germany contributes to efficient organization of the education process and training of highly qualified specialists.

Even though the specialized education model in France is a reference in the definition of the training model of the first social educators in Spain, both training processes are developed in differentiated ways. Social education in Spain develops and acquires recognition in the university academic environment, when it is legally recognized in 1991 after the establishment of the official university degree of Diploma in Social Education. However, the training of the specialized educator in France does not take place in the university sphere but in Schools and Institutes of Social Work and concludes with the Diploma of State of Specialized Educator. Both studies were adapted to the European Higher Education Area, allocating a credit load of 180 ECTS, however, the Specialized Educator does not hold the same professional category as the social educator in Spain. Thus, the objective of this work is to know social education as a profession from the perception of its professionals through a comparative study between France and Spain, focusing attention on the training process. For this purpose, a qualitative study was carried out using the structured interview as an information collection instrument. The results show that the social educator in Spain recognizes himself more empowered by defining himself as a professional; both groups identify with the functions and competencies in which they have been trained; they emphasize formative deficiencies and show similar difficulties in the exercise of the profession. The conclusions show that professional recognition goes beyond professional identity, implying recognition or social prestige, as well as the need to design a permanent training plan that channels the training deficiencies of both professionals.

The article demonstrates the timeliness of the emergence in Ukraine of new positions for higher / intermediate BIM qualification specialists at modern architectural offices and construction companies during design, construction, and operational stages of an architectural object. Attention is focused on the legislative framework for the development of interrelated (architectural and construction) specialties in Ukraine. At the same time, a shortage of personnel with deep knowledge of BIM technologies is noted. Development of specialized courses and curricula for training and integration of professional BIM managers in the design and development business throughout the country is encouraged. The hierarchy of the main responsibilities and functions of BIM managers determines the list of tasks and the direction of their professional activities. Engaging specialists from real design, leading specialized institutions, educational and experimental centers for the formation of an in-depth specialized training course for top-level specialists is proposed. For the preparation of BIM managers, the concept of a training program for senior years of a specialized university, a refresher courses or other postgraduate trainings in licensed training centers has been proposed. It includes training in project administration, setting up collaboration, an interdisciplinary system, checking the model’s quality, effective organization of BIM processes themselves and within a company, as a whole. A system of organizational, technical, methodological, software and other means of ensuring the educational process is considered. The stages and specifics of professional staff development, as well as preparation for the subsequent BIM certification, have been specified.

This article sought to understand the current training and activities of professionals providing biofeedback to children, via an anonymous survey administered though professional organization listservs. Based on 57 responders, we identified gaps in training and in the use of evidence-based interventions. However, these responders are communicating primarily with other biofeedback practitioners. The vast majority are not active in biofeedback research on children. We conclude by raising several questions for professionals and professional organizations to consider regarding the specialized training and evidence-based practice of biofeedback.

The paper analyzes the problem of assessing the development degree of the specialized university graduate competencies that are found in state standards of higher education and the departmental order. We consider the existing practices and approaches to making a collection of evaluation tools. The paper presents the requirements for assessment tools to check the development of competencies: integrative, problem-activity tasks, focus on the application of skills and knowledge in the field of special situations in the actualization of the content of professional work tasks, expertise in the professional community, link criteria with planned results. These requirements are considered for innovative forms of control: level test (recognition - substitution - productive activity - decision-making in problem situations); test action (practical test); situational test (analysis of the situation of the future professional activity). Special attention is devoted to the consideration of this form of professional competence assessment as interdepartmental exercises that allow you to check special developed students competences when students demonstrate their knowledge, skills and personal qualities and carry out their professional activities in practice. Developed professional competence assessment tools for specialized university cadets and students can serve as a basis for further coordination of the educational process.

The modern military requires professionals in its ranks. One of the many dimensions of professionalization is education and training aimed at building human capital. Modern equipment or specialized training devices are not sufficient for education to be effective; innovative teaching methods are also needed. Constantly growing needs in the field of education and professional development are determinants in the search for modern education forms, methods and tools adaptable to the military environment. As part of the education and professional development process, the military education units of the General Command of the Armed Forces concentrate their main efforts on the course training of soldiers and staff of the Ministry of National Defense, training of candidates for non-commissioned officers and specialized training of candidates for professional privates. As an organization, the Armed Forces must operate regardless of the emerging threats. Therefore, they must perform tasks in the most difficult and unpredictable circumstances. Paradoxically, the pandemic proved to be a catalyst for military education units to raise the level of teaching and enrich the ways of transmitting knowledge, including the popularization of distance learning. This paper discusses the distance learning model in operation at the Polish Armed Forces. The process of military professionals training using remote learning methods and techniques is characterized. Conclusions and experiences concerning the implementation of remote learning in the pandemic counteracting conditions are presented. The article also indicates the desired directions of transformation in the area of remote learning applied in the Polish Armed Forces.

Анотація:
The article analyzes the problem of profile education in the modern education system and its role in the pre-profile training of students at the senior level of secondary school. The forms of profile training organization are considered. It is shown that the training of high school students in specialized classes promotes conscious professional choice based on holistic, complete and adequate ideas about the future profession, ideas about their own abilities and professional preferences, contributes to the successful building of an individual educational route. The respondents were senior pupils of specialized and non-specialized classes of secondary schools in the number of 115 people. The following methods were used: “the Questionnaire aimed at studying the ideas about the object of activity (E. I. Rogova), the test method of J. Golland to determine the type of professional orientation of the individual. Methods of mathematical and statistical processing. The results of empirical research of professional representations of senior pupils of educational organizations are presented.

The article discusses the necessity to apply specific methodological principles in FLT for professional purposes due to the increasing interest of learners towards such training. The focus is on the essence of the concept of specialized economic language and on the method of Task-Based Approach. The necessary strategies for its application are also mentioned. The development of the skill for active linguistic performance is promoted mainly by the implementation of minimally structured training situations (authenticity). The constructivist principle of creating polymodular conditions, including the personal experience of the learner so as to stimulate the solution of the given problem are mentioned. For this purpose the specialized content and its peculiarities together with its exact location in the vertical stratification of specialized language are emphasized. The process of working with specialized text and one of the descriptors of CEFR are discussed. When working, the principles of subject-specific aspects are taken into consideration, placing the importance on the quality of teaching materials instead of their quantity, and prioritizing the sistematicity and the orientation of the content over the form.

The purpose of this proposal was to seek funding to help The American Civil Liberties Union LGBTQ Student Rights Project provide a sensitivity training to the Los Angeles County School District school professionals who work with LGBTQ youth who are being bullied or at risk of bullying. School bullying has been a new issue identified to society. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth are specific targets to bullying. Bullying in those who identify as LGBTQ may face life-threatening consequences such as depression and suicide. The grant writer selected The Kenneth T. and Eileen L. Norris Foundation as a funding source for the proposed project. Actual submission and/or funding of this grant were not required for successful completion of this thesis project.

Обґрунтовано характеристику категоріально-поняттєвого поля дослідження, досліджено суть їхньої підготовки, проаналізовано стан, обґрунтовано концепцію і методологічні підходи до її здійснення. Спроєктовано модель педагогічної системизагальноосвітньої підготовки майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників аграрного профілю та визначено критерії, показники і рівн і сформованості загальноосвітньої компетентності особистості учня. Узагальнено експериментальні дані, які доводять правомірність висновків щодо результативності впровадженої педагогічної системи, що ґрунтується на теоретичних і методичних основах загальноосвітньої підготовки, спрямованої на вдосконалення, самовдосконалення і саморозвиток майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників аграрного профілю, їхніх навчальних знань, умінь, професійно важливих якостей.Результати дослідження впроваджено у практику роботи закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, які здійснюють загальноосвітню підготовку майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників аграрного профілю
The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodical bases of general educational preparation of future skilled workers of an agrarian profile. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time the author's concept of general education of future skilled agricultural workers in VET schools is theoretically substantiated and developed. The concept is based on the provisions of leading methodological approaches, general and specific principles, scientifically sound selection of content, forms, methods, innovative technologies, which will increase the level of formation of general competence of future skilled agricultural workers. The pedagogical conditions of general education are substantiated. The first pedagogical condition – formation of po sitive motivation of future skilled agricultural workers on achievement of success in educational activity – encourages them to choose a constructive way to obtain educational information on the basis of cooperation and mutual understanding with the teacher. The second pedagogical condition – professional orientation of the content of general education subjects – is carried out through the professional orientation of the content of general disciplines, which determines the dialectic of interaction of holist ic development of the individual and his special, professional. The third pedagogical condition – pedagogical integration of the educational process – provides an opportunity to qualitatively change the process of general educa tion, allows teachers of general disciplines to carry out creative work, helps to improve, accumulate and develop integrated own pedagogical findings, as well as to form students' general competence with a large amount of information, to realize creative opportunities, increase the share of independent work of students, increase the pace of the lesson and its learning effect. The fourth pedagogical condition – the use of innovative pedagogical learning technologies in mastering general education subjects b y applicants for education – helps to attract future skilled workers to actively interact with each other, the ability to work in groups and subgroups, thereby contributing to the formation of their positive attitude to learning and striving for high results. The author's model of pedagogical system of general education of future skilled workers of agrarian profile is developed. Such a model contains target, methodological, semantic, activity, effective blocks that reveal the component structure of general education, systematic and p urposeful nature this process in VET schools of agricultural profile

В диссертации воссоздана история развития научной организации труда (НОТ) учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы в Украине в конце ХІХ – на протяжении ХХ века. Проанализировано состояние исследованности избранной темы в педагогической теории на основе изучения архивных источников, научно-методических, историко-педагогических, психологических, философских материалов, отчетной документации разных учреждений и административных лиц, а также результатов диссертационных исследований, содержания периодических изданий, в которых освещается названная проблема. Раскрыта сущность ключевых понятий, содержание и структура научной организации труда учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы на основе междисциплинарного подхода. Обоснование структуры НОТ учащихся осуществлено в контексте взаимосвязи всех ее составляющих (педагогической, психологической, социальной, экономической, организационно-управленческой и пространственно-предметной). У дисертації досліджується проблема профілактики наркотичної залежності учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. Проаналізовано соціальні та психологічні аспекти проблеми профілактики наркотизації учнівської молоді, індивідуально-психологічні особливості учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів, схильних до вживання наркотичних речовин, обґрунтовано особистісний підхід до проблеми розробки психологічних засобів профілактики наркотичної залежності учнів закладів профтехосвіти. Здійснено емпіричне дослідження індивідуально-психологічних особливостей учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів, схильних до вживання наркотичних речовин. Розроблено систему психологічних засобів профілактики наркотичної залежності учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів, експериментально перевірено її ефективність. Обґрунтовано методичні рекомендації для практичних психологів і соціальних педагогів щодо проведення профілактичної роботи із запобігання вживання наркотичних речовин учнями професійно-технічних навчальних закладів.
Thesis on the obtaining of scientific degree candidate of psychological sciences for speciality 19.00.07 – «Pedagogical and age psychology» – The National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine named after Bohdan Khmelnytskyi. – Khmelnytskyi, 2012. The problem of prophylaxis of drug addiction of vocational school students has been examined in the thesis. The social and psychological aspects of problem of prophylaxis of drug addiction of students have been analyzed; also individually psychological features of vocational school students inclined to drug consumption have been described. The personality approach to the problem of development psychological facilities of prophylaxis of drug addiction of vocational school students has been substantiated. The empiric research of individually psychological features of vocational school students inclined drug consumption has been carried out. The system of psychological facilities of prophylaxis of addiction of vocational school students has been worked out and its efficiency has been experimentally verified. The methodical recommendations for practical psychologists and social pedagogues concerning realization of prophylactic work with regard to prevention of the drug consumption by vocational school students have been given.

Проанализировано социальные и психологические аспекты проблемы профилактики наркотизации ученической молодежи, индивидуально-психологические особенности учащихся профессионально-технических учебных заведений, склонных к употреблению наркотических веществ, обоснован личностный подход к проблеме разработки психологических средств профилактики наркотической зависимости учащихся учреждений профтехобразования. Выполнено эмпирическое исследование индивидуально-психологических особенностей учащихся профессионально-технических учебных заведений, склонных к употреблению наркотических веществ. Разработано систему психологических средств профилактики наркотической зависимости учащихся профессионально-технических учебных заведений, экспериментально проверено ёё эффективность. Обосновано методические рекомендации для практических психологов и социальных педагогов по проведению профилактической работы по предупреждению наркотической зависимости учащихся профессионально-технических учебных заведений.

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.02 – Теорія та методика навчання технологій. – Інститут педагогіки НАПН України. – Київ, 2012. У дисертації обґрунтовано умови професійної орієнтації учнів у процесі профільного навчання за технологічним напрямом. Здійснено системний аналіз розвитку професійної орієнтації, висвітлено передумови, соціально-економічні, психолого-педагогічні та медико-фізіологічні чинники професійного самовизначення особистості, визначено закономірності та сучасні тенденції в професійній орієнтації учнів. Доведено, що система професійної орієнтації в Україні є функціонально неповною. Встановлено, що в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах України організаційно і методично не забезпечується проведення професійного добору. Розкрито педагогічну технологію професійного добору та обґрунтовано необхідність його запровадження під час комплектування груп для профільного навчання з технологій. Підготовлено пропозиції та рекомендації щодо удосконалення нормативно-правової бази, змісту і педагогічних технологій професійної орієнтації учнів. Визначено сукупність організаційно-педагогічних умов професійної орієнтації учнів, розроблено та експериментально перевірено модель профорієнтаційної роботи у процесі профільного навчання з технологій.
The thesis for a Candidate Degree in Pedagogical Sciences in speciality 13.00.02 – Theory and Metods of Teaching Technology. – Instutute of Pedagogics NAPS in Ukraine. – Kyiv, 2012. The thesis is devoted to the problems of creating conditions for students` professional orientation in the process of school education for technological direction. Systemic analysis of the vocational guidance development is created, covered backgrounds, social-economic, psycological, pedagogical and medico physiological factors of professional self identitu, defined patterns and tendencies in modern professional students’ orientation. It is also put into scientific use new and Little-known sources that expand scientific knowledge about the development of professional orientation in Ukraine. It is proved that system of professional orientation in Ukraine is functional incomplete. It is established that in educational institutions of Ukraine the organization of professional selection is not provided both organizationally and methodologiically. It is specified the definition of “professional selection” and grouneded the nessesity of installation of professionl selection while gathering the groups for profile teaching of technology. It is determsned the objective and subjective factors which influence on efficiency of professional orientation of pupils. It is prepared the propositions and recommendations about improvement of normative-law base, content and psychological-pedagogical tehnologies of professional orientation of pupils. Computer assisted psychomotor training is recognized as an appropriate tool in motor skill acquisition in adults with and without physical limitations. In specialized populations of individuals with physical deficits such as Parkinson's disease, previous researchers have examined the application of computer assisted training during upper extremity psychomotor skill acquisition. Presently, there is a lack of controlled studies regarding computerized functional psychomotor task training in persons with Parkinson's disease. The specific purpose of this study is to test the efficacy of a computerized functional balance training protocol in a specialized population of individuals with Parkinson's disease. Experimental group subjects practiced functional balance activities with computer generated visual cues and feedback utilizing the Balance Master SystemTM (BMS). This computerized system integrates visual cues and visual feedback into graded psychomotor training protocols. The BMS has been used to evaluate persons with PD, but as yet, has not been tested in controlled training studies. The performance of the experimental group was compared to a control group receiving training under non-visually cued, non-computerized conditions. All subjects' functional status was assessed pre and post training utilizing the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test and Functional Reach Test (FRT). Both of these measures quantify an individual's ability to adapt their movement patterns and perform functional activities. Post-testing occurred following the completion of ten training sessions and at four weeks. The experimental group showed improvements in their TUG scores over the three testing intervals as compared to the control group (F(1,18) = 32.86, p = .000). The experimental group subjects demonstrated a trend towards improvement in TUG scores while the control group demonstrated a trend towards baseline levels by post test two. The experimental group did display improvements in FR scores compared to the control group, but these trends were found to be insignificant (F(1,18) = 3.46, p = .079). Subjects that practiced under computerized, externally cued conditions displayed persistent improvements in functional activity (TUG measurement) over time as compared to control group subjects.

In this paper the researcher discusses the importance of specialized training for workers in child welfare who are responding to allegations of child sexual abuse in the context of custody/access disputes. The researcher has implemented an experimental design involving two matched groups of staff, equally sized, from an Ontario child welfare agency. Participants were requested to complete a pre-test and post-test which measured the priority assigned to a set of fictitious scenarios developed for the project. A training session was offered to the experimental group prior to the post-test.
The outcome data suggests that the training affected the coding which members of the experimental group applied to scenarios. The experimental group tended to consider dynamics related to the issue of custody/access when assessing the priority of response time given to a referral. The control group evidenced no consideration of such dynamics.
The researcher has included a number of recommendations within the analysis section so that future applications of similar studies may be improved. The conclusion of this study clearly states that adequate worker training is essential in order that objective, reliable, and competent service is available to child welfare clients.

This thesis examines the education of people who are employed as educators in certain professional settings. It considers how such education has changed in response to academic accreditation increasingly being demanded in professional locations. Yet, the preparation of in-service trainee teachers is depicted as still being concerned with enabling compliance with prescriptive, professional guidelines that temper educational aspirations. This is shown to have implications for how professional identity is understood for the teacher educators and for the trainee teachers. This topic is considered primarily through the perspective of the author’s own recent professional engagement in police training, with some historical reference to other areas of professional training in which he has been engaged. By considering his own practice, the author conveys the educational challenges being encountered more generally as preparing those for work in professional training is recast as teacher education. A central theme is concerned with how the challenges relate to professional concepts of ‘teacher’ mediated through language associated with respective professions. The thesis considers how these restrictive definitions introduce uncertainty in relation to how professional identity is experienced by professional trainers, especially the police, when engaged in teacher education. The principal focus of this thesis, therefore, concerns not only the notions of professional teacher or trainer perceived by those who have undertaken teacher education, but also an analytical investigation into the responses made by trainee teachers in relation to the qualification content and the training experience.

The development of the research from the earlier work which led to an MPhil award is clearly identified. The reflective overview is divided into five sections. In the teaching of micro-languages, vocabulary teaching constitutes the main challenge for teachers. The ideal micro-language teacher should be a competent professional both in the discipline of specialization and in the corresponding micro-language. This type of teacher should be a graduate in languages with specialized training also in a different disciplinary sector, or a specialist with language and teacher training. In the Italian educational reality the micro-language teacher is (it is hoped) a graduate in languages - but not necessarily specialized in language teaching. The teacher-learner relationship is vitiated by a sense of imperfection due to the teacher's lack of training in the discipline concerned and the learner's lack of training in the language. This limit can be overcome in the teaching of scientific-professional micro-languages by means of a collaborative teaching model. The challenge becomes more difficult, when teaching disciplinary micro-languages, because learners do not have full mastery of the non-language discipline they are acquiring. This contribution aims to explore the specificities that arise when different didactic realities manifest critical aspects.

The objective of the article was to determine the effect of developer didactics in university education, related to teaching, learning and training of graduate professionals, strengthening their identity and empathy with social reality. University education must prepare citizens, its objective is to prepare, train and educate. In this process, skills, abilities, capacities and competencies are acquired to solve society's problems through research, scientific knowledge, which is used to solve them. The developer didactics allowed to overcome the difficulties of the educational teaching process, which was based on constructivism that allowed affirming learning. The methods of learning based on problems and cooperative were applied. The sample consisted of 121 undergraduate students, distributed in 3 time groups. The quality of the model for the proposed learningteaching process allowed the achievement of significant knowledge. The evaluation was participatory and innovative in nature, not directive; the contents were evaluated at the level of knowledge, procedures and attitudes, within the framework of the professional profile and the exercise of their professional career. The research showed that through the application of developer didactics, general, professional and specialized competences were significantly promoted in students. This process was materialized in an evaluation of a participatory nature, of a continuous nature in the subject, being a significant achievement, with an average of more than 17. Therefore, the approach based on the development didactics in a curriculum by competencies, is highly significant and representative in the three investigated samples. Abstract Emerging technologies often bring new opportunities to enhance productivity and safety in the oil and gas industry. New technologies and opportunities often come with the challenges of workforce development to provide entry-level and current professionals with the necessary training and skillset. This paper presents a vertical education enhancement (VEE) model approach to providing emerging skillset needs in the oil and gas industry with emphases on curriculum continuous improvement and lifelong learning. The top new and emerging technologies that are critical to the future of the oil and gas industry in enhancing productivity and safety include Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and 3D modeling/visualization. As part of the solution to train the oil and gas industry workforce to meet the challenges of adopting these technologies, the VEE model features a vertical education structure that encompasses outreach to K-12 education, recruitment, tertiary education, professional training, and lifelong learning. It has an interwoven fundamental structure consisting of curriculum and mentorship, partnerships with stakeholders (industry, government, and community), and research and funding. The VEE model has periodic assessment continuous improvement processes for identifying emerging technologies and new skillset needed to improve the workforce. These processes are like those practiced by accreditation bodies such Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS), and Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization (OPITO). Diversity to increase the participation of underrepresented minority groups and women in engineering would further increase the workforce. The novelty that the VEE model approach brings is the effectiveness in providing skillset training in new and emerging technologies for the oil and gas industry at all levels of workforce development. These include content infusion in existing courses, special-topic and specialized courses at senior and graduate levels, and professional development education and training through lifelong learning platforms.

This paper reports the development of a method to improve practical skills. The developed method arises from the observations made to the second-year students of Medicine degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in order to improve the learning of practical skills used in the “Introduction to Surgery” course. However, the results obtained can be extrapolated to any profession that requires the usage of manual tools or fine and precise movements of hands. In the case of engineering, the proposed method can be applied to basic courses in electronics, technical drawing, manufacturing engineering, among others. As well as it can be used for specialized training in tasks such as welding, conventional machining, handling of hazardous materials or any other manual activity that requires precision. As a result, a methodology is presented to improve the learning of fine motor skills in a person, this allows developing of his/her professional activities in a fast and accurate way.

Анотація:
Abstract Constant monitoring of an athlete allows to foresee any injuries by acting on the dynamics of the movements. For runners, the conduct of a correct athletic gesture according to the athlete’s specific body biomechanics guarantees the minimization of non-accidental injury factors. For athletes who are engaged in endurance sports such as marathon runners, the long distances to which they are subjected increases the importance of this type of monitoring. This work reports the results of a study carried out on three IUTA (Italian Ultramarathon and Trail Association) athletes during a routine check carried out at a reference healthcare facility that takes care of their care. These athletes are all specialized in the 24-hour race in which they try to reach the most distance in this time. This type of effort can be made if the athlete undergoes an adequate training regime over long distances. The execution of the running pattern in such a repeated way can lead to the accentuation of postural and joint problems. It is therefore necessary to monitor the biomechanics parameters. In this work, therefore, various gestures are analyzed to show potential movement deficits in order to act in advance on the running technique.

Dosimetry and Radiation Protection, and Nuclear Physics and Technology are among the optional subjects in the degree in Physics of the University of Zaragoza. Both of them are taught by the Atomic, Molecular and Nuclear Area in the Faculty of Science. Since 2010, teaching staff on these subjects started to collaborate with a medical physics expert. The collaboration consisted of a seminar on Medical Physics and a guided tour to the clinical facilities. In these activities, the main tasks of a Medical Physicist and the way to access to the specialized training were explained. In 2015 University of Zaragoza launched the first call of the Expertia Program. This educational program adds professional experience to the academic programs. Since then, the teaching staff on Dosimetry and Radiation Protection, and Nuclear Physics and Technology have applied for the Educational Expertia (Expertia Docente) Program in all the editions and the collaboration has been enlarged to include several Radiation Oncologists’ experiences in the activities.

This paper presents the development of a 4-axis CNC milling machine for making dental restorations. The machine was developed to help spread knowledge about CAD/CAM to future professionals in healthcare area, including automation engineering. The CAD/CAM systems can be found in dental clinics and specialized laboratories with a high added value, as it brings reliability, precision, and speed to the prosthesis developed and, thereby, increasing the qualityof the nal product. With this high cost, not all dental professionals can have this type of technology. However, it is demonstrated the possibility of building these systems at a reduced cost and applying them to restorative dentistry. Therefore, this work results in instigating of the engineering education and training future professionals in mechatronics research with applications to the Odontology.

Accident investigation reports and related documents provide a wealth of information for rail professionals, even across different modes of transportation. This information can be used to improve operations, maintenance, safety, training, and emergency response. It can also guide the procurement and design of new equipment and infrastructure. At the same time, the historical nature of the information as well as the volume available and variety of sources can be a barrier to effective use. This paper will provide an introduction to some of the sources of transportation accident data and reports, including the variety of topic-specific information and special reports that are available. The discussion will include less-considered sources of accident information including foreign transportation safety boards as well as specialized federal and state agencies. Accidents that were investigated and reported on by more than one organization are also discussed.

The article discusses the principles of interdisciplinary relations required to train the students of "Management in business of design", who specialize in the fashion industry. A description of a tested methodology of a design project on research and definition of the "DNA of fashion brands" is provided. The article substantiates the application of the project method in business education and design education, which has established itself as effective in training future specialists at different levels of professional training. This method provides the opportunity to integrate students into the creative process and motivate them to solve unconventional problems. Working on this project in a group allows students to acquire teamwork skills and get acquainted with the functioning of global manufacturers of clothing and accessories. The result of the project is a presentation in which all stages of research, analytical process.

Analysis of the standards for the preparation of electromechanics in Ukraine showed that the electromechanic engineer is able to solve complex specialized problems and practical problems in a certain area of professional activity or in the process of study. These problems are characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions. The main competencies include social-personal, general-scientific, instrumental, general-professional and specialized-professional. A review of scientific publications devoted to the training of electromechanics has shown that four branches of engineering are involved in the training of electromechanical engineers: mechanical and electrical engineering (with a common core of electromechanics), electronic engineering and automation. The common use of the theory, methods and means of these industries leads to the emergence of a combined field of engineering – mechatronics. Summarizing the experience of electrical engineers professional training in Ukraine and abroad makes it possible to determine the main directions of their professional training modernization.

The aim of the article is to provide an analytical review of the content of massive open online courses about augmented reality and its use in education with the further intent to create a special course for the professional development system for the research and teaching personnel in postgraduate education. The object of research is massive open online courses. The subject of the study is the structure and content of augmented reality MOOCs which are offered by acclaimed providers of the world. The methods of research are: the analysis of publications on the problem; the analysis of MOOCs’ content, including observation; systematization and generalization of research information in order to design a special course about augmented reality for the system of professional training and retraining for educators in postgraduate education. The results of the research are the following: the content and program of specialized course “Augmented Reality as a Storytelling Tool” for the professional development of teachers. The purpose of the specialized course is to consider and discuss the possibilities of augmented reality as a new direction in the development of educational resources, to identify its benefits and constraints, as well as its components and the most appropriate tools for educators, to discuss the problems of teacher and student co-creation on the basis of the use of augmented reality, and to provide students with personal experience in designing their own stories and methodical tools in the form of augmented books and supplementary training aids with the help of modern digital services.

The modular workshop offers a science-based introduction to the concept of social-emotional competences. It focuses on the psychological assessment of such competences in in institutions specialized in the professional development of people with learning disabilities. As such, the workshop is primarily to be understood as an application-oriented training programme for professionals who work in vocational education and use (or teach the usage of) the assessment tools SEC-I and SEC-SJT (Inventory and Situational Judgment Test for the assessment of social-emotional competence in young people with (sub-) clinical cognitive or psychological impairment) which were developed at the University of Bamberg. The workshop comprises seven subject areas that can be flexibly put together as required: theoretical basics and definitions of social-emotional competence, the basics of psychological assessment, potential difficulties in its use, usage of the self-rating scale, the situational judgment test, the observer-rating scale, and objective observation of behaviour. The general aim of this workshop is to learn how to use and apply the assessment tools in practical settings.

Augmented reality is one of the most modern information visualization technologies. Number of scientific studies on different aspects of augmented reality technology development and application is analyzed in the research. Practical examples of augmented reality technologies for various industries are described. Very often augmented reality technologies are used for: social interaction (communication, entertainment and games); education; tourism; areas of purchase/sale and presentation. There are various scientific and mass events in Ukraine, as well as specialized training to promote augmented reality technologies. There are following results of the research: main benefits that educational institutions would receive from introduction of augmented reality technology are highlighted; it is determined that application of augmented reality technologies in education would contribute to these technologies development and therefore need increase for specialists in the augmented reality; growth of students' professional level due to application of augmented reality technologies is proved; adaptation features of augmented reality technologies in learning disciplines for students of different educational institutions are outlined; it is advisable to apply integrated approach in the process of preparing future professionals of new technological era; application of augmented reality technologies increases motivation to learn, increases level of information assimilation due to the variety and interactivity of its visual representation. Main difficulties of application of augmented reality technologies are financial, professional and methodical. Following factors are necessary for introduction of augmented reality technologies: state support for such projects and state procurement for development of augmented reality technologies; conduction of scientific research and experimental confirmation of effectiveness and pedagogical expediency of augmented reality technologies application for training of specialists of different specialties; systematic conduction of number of national and international events on dissemination and application of augmented reality technology. It is confirmed that application of augmented reality technologies is appropriate for training of future specialists of new technological era.

An analysis of the experience of professional training bachelors of electromechanics in Ukraine and abroad made it possible to determine that one of the leading trends in its modernization is the synergistic integration of various engineering branches (mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering and automation) in mechatronics for the purpose of design, manufacture, operation and maintenance electromechanical equipment. Teaching mechatronics provides for the meaningful integration of various disciplines of professional and practical training bachelors of electromechanics based on the concept of modeling and technological integration of various organizational forms and teaching methods based on the concept of mobility. Within this approach, the leading learning tools of bachelors of electromechanics are mobile Internet devices (MID) – a multimedia mobile devices that provide wireless access to information and communication Internet services for collecting, organizing, storing, processing, transmitting, presenting all kinds of messages and data. The authors reveals the main possibilities of using MID in learning to ensure equal access to education, personalized learning, instant feedback and evaluating learning outcomes, mobile learning, productive use of time spent in classrooms, creating mobile learning communities, support situated learning, development of continuous seamless learning, ensuring the gap between formal and informal learning, minimize educational disruption in conflict and disaster areas, assist learners with disabilities, improve the quality of the communication and the management of institution, and maximize the cost-efficiency. Bachelor of electromechanics competency in modeling of technical objects is a personal and vocational ability, which includes a system of knowledge, skills, experience in learning and research activities on modeling mechatronic systems and a positive value attitude towards it; bachelor of electromechanics should be ready and able to use methods and software/hardware modeling tools for processes analyzes, systems synthesis, evaluating their reliability and effectiveness for solving practical problems in professional field. The competency structure of the bachelor of electromechanics in the modeling of technical objects is reflected in three groups of competencies: general scientific, general professional and specialized professional. The implementation of the technique of using MID in learning bachelors of electromechanics in modeling of technical objects is the appropriate methodic of using, the component of which is partial methods for using MID in the formation of the general scientific component of the bachelor of electromechanics competency in modeling of technical objects, are disclosed by example academic disciplines “Higher mathematics”, “Computers and programming”, “Engineering mechanics”, “Electrical machines”. The leading tools of formation of the general scientific component of bachelor in electromechanics competency in modeling of technical objects are augmented reality mobile tools (to visualize the objects’ structure and modeling results), mobile computer mathematical systems (universal tools used at all stages of modeling learning), cloud based spreadsheets (as modeling tools) and text editors (to make the program description of model), mobile computer-aided design systems (to create and view the physical properties of models of technical objects) and mobile communication tools (to organize a joint activity in modeling).
