Повний текст джерелаThe benefits of biodiversity conservation can be identified through the ecosystem services that a protected area may provide. It is feasible to translate such benefits into economic values and thus, demonstrate quantitatively the significant role of these protected natural areas. Economics of the Environment\'s literature points out the economic valuation of the environmental contribution to the formulation of responsive public policies for these protected natural areas when the involved actors in a decision-making process hold information about the environmental goods and services that these areas provide to the society. In this context, the protected areas can be considered key pieces to promote the studies of environmental economic valuation, which may contribute to a social perception about the priority of creating measures related to the conservation of the environmental benefits contained in these areas. Hence, this study aimed to present an overview of initiatives focused on environmental economic valuation of protected areas in the Brazilian\'s context with emphasis on the State of São Paulo. In order to achieve this goal these items were analyzed: i) the incorporation of environmental economic valuation on the research agenda on Brazilian protected areas and ii) the inclusion of environmental economic valuation in state management plans of protected areas of São Paulo. For the sake of this objective, we conducted a survey of Brazilian academic publications on the subject relying on a systematic literature review and documentary qualitative analysis, counting on the consultation of management plans of protected São Paulo\'s state areas, as well as interviews with actors and institutions responsible for the management of these areas. The result allows us to draw an overview of the research agenda as well as the inclusion of this issue in the Management Plans of Sao Paulo protected areas. It was possible to identify the incipient initiatives focused on environmental economic valuation of protected areas in both contexts. Regarding the Brazilian research agenda was possible to reveal the preference of adoption of methodological arising valuation of the neoclassical mainstream, as well as the gap between studies of the categories of management of protected areas, among biomes, prevailing those considered the world\'s biodiversity hotspots. In the of Sao Paulo protected areas, there was a very small number of Management Plans that make mention of environmental economic valuation, moreover, did not identify any methodological proposal for the implementation of programs or projects related to the theme in these protected natural areas. Moreover, it has no obvious rise of the theme over the period analyzed, both on the Brazilian research agenda and in the Management Plans of the state of São Paulo UCs.

Image-based virtual reality (Image-Base VR) Panoramic has been used in multimedia displays, including home sales, National Scenic display or store interior displays. Unfortunately most of them rely on PC flash, not applying website design to leisure agricultural websites, or use mobile device supported platform to enhance the availability of leisure agriculture web services. This research mainly uses "Hillside Leisure Agriculture Area" as case study, constructs a network information platform that works for both desktop computer and mobile devices. In the research, there are examples of spots using 720-degree panorama image-based virtual reality, with HTML5, CSS3. They bring viewers immerse experience with visual panorama in addition to the the original page view, so the IT service of leisure agriculture area can be more complete and more comprehensive.

This thesis presents a panorama stitching system using only one single capturing device to capture 360° scenery of the surrounding environment to create an environment map for the uses of vision localization. Basically, there are mainly three parts in the panorama stitching system, consisting of overlapping area estimation, image plane projection, and image stitching. Instead of assuming that the overlapping area is kept constant for every two adjacent images, the overlapping area is estimated and further refined by using matched SURF feature pairs. By doing this, the dependency of the system on capturing device setup and its motion model estimation can be reduced, thus resulting it to become a more robust system. To consider an environment with highly symmetric or repeated features, the regional SURF feature detection is applied to lower down the fault error during SURF feature matching. To reduce distortion within the resulting panorama image, the overlapping area weighted image plane projection is used to successfully create a panorama image. Furthermore, to prevent ghost effect during stitching panorama image, the dynamic programming algorithm is used to find an optimal path to stitch two adjacent images. The proposed algorithm has been tested at indoor and outdoor environments. Related qualitative and quantitative results will be analyzed in detail.

The mainly marketing and ways of expansion in the aspect of traditional tourism spots are mostly print photographs and the websites of mass media, and this non-interactive ways of marketing can’t provide more information to the tourists. There have been a few operators who implement way of Panorama photographing to the introduction of the scenic spots in recent years, but the images which the operators only make 360 degrees photograph and assemble the pieces of them are needed to one by one choose the scenic spots and then to open the images to watch. This kind of way lacks of the function of the route tour. For the time, the revealing ways of Virtual Reality are mainly based on these two major types. One is 3D model-based way, and the other is Imaged-based Panorama. The 3D model-based and the way of displaying have been more mature and are generally applied to the Virtual Reality nowadays. However, its cost and the threshold of the technique are too high to use. Therefore, the 3D model-based way can’t easily be popularized. On the other hand, the technique of image-based Panorama has been similarly mature day by day. Its cost and the threshold of the technique are low and it can be produced quickly, so it will reach the effects of making viewers to ingrate into the true environment. This research makes use of 720 degrees Panorama photographing to carry out the photographing, and it collocate the geographic spaces fixed position of photographic stations. Therefore, it uses each photographic station to produce the route link to complete the entire district guide system and it put the whole guide system to frame on the Internet publicly. This can make the users have the access to enter into the guide system to do a interactive guide in order to reach the introduction of scenic spots and the tourism marketing. This research is based on the range of Guantzuling area. It builds two sets of Panorama guide system of Guantzuling area with Google Map API technique and Flash VR technique respectively to satisfy various types of online platforms or operation systems, such as system of iPhone and Android.
