Повний текст джерелаThis research proposes, with its critical approach, an architectural typology with an emphasis on natural light for an unconventional therapy center in the district of Pachacámac, Lima-Peru. In this line, we try to show how, through architectural design and work with natural light, we could complement, enrich and enhance, with a preventive approach, the experiences of patients who carry out medical treatments guided by traditional therapies, with a reactive approach. In this line, this thesis consists of six chapters. The first introduces the basic assumptions to understand the problem that serves as the basis for our objectives, as well as the scope and limitations of this research. The second chapter develops the theoretical-referential framework and abounds on the differences between traditional medicine, focused on the disease, and holistic medicine, focused on the person, critically approaching its advantages and disadvantages through the use of non-architectural terms. The third chapter describes the architectural conceptual framework with some referential projects in view. The fourth and fifth chapters deal with the characteristics of the place and the profile of the user: both chapters provide critical elements to elaborate, in the sixth chapter, the architectural program with seven functional modules for a total area constructed of 5,536 m2. In short, a Medical Center of Integral Therapy is located in Pachacámac, which has all the benefits of typological design analyzed and described and, therefore, incorporates as a fundamental element, inescapable, the emotional-sensitive aspect of the human person in the implementation of clinical treatment.

Technical Professional Education projects in Brazil have always been focused on meeting the interests of economic market and aimed at workers as a compensatory training for those who would not have access to higher education, without taking into account their needs as subjects and citizens. Decree 5,154 / 04, while more recent legislation aimed at this stage of Basic Education, despite also being influenced by economic interests, advances in the sense of allowing Technical Professional Education to be offered in the modality Integrated to High School under the articulation of the axes Work, Science, Technology and Culture (BRASIL, 2007). Thus, it is intended that the pedagogical practices of the curricular components for this modality of education surpass the purely technical knowledge for a practice with sights to the broad formation of the subjects. The Curriculum Guidelines for Higher Education (CGHE) in the section on Foreign Languages suggest that the teaching practices of this curricular component should be based on Critical Literacies Theories in order that such practices become the means for the development of a sense of citizenship, creative, critical and open mind (BRAZIL, 2006), in short, knowledge that equips subjects to deal with the current context of constant change and diverse subjects. In this way, this research has sought to investigate in what ways, when they are based on theories of Critical Literacies, the teaching practices in English Language classes - EL - of the Technical Course in Farming Integrated to High School can better contribute to the integral formation of the students of the IFPA ? Castanhal Campus, as advocated by the pertinent legislation. The data collected comes from participant observation and audio recording of EL classes during the execution of a didactic sequence elaborated by me as a researcher teacher, based on these theoretical principles and using authentic multimodal texts. Theoretical studies and research have shown that pedagogical practices guided by Critical Literacies principles can contribute to an education beyond linguistic instrumentation and job market preparation by encouraging students to read themselves and the world critically
Os projetos de Educa??o Profissional T?cnica no Brasil sempre estiveram voltados para atender aos interesses do mercado econ?mico e destinados aos trabalhadores como uma forma??o compensat?ria para aqueles que n?o teriam acesso ao ensino superior, sem levar em conta suas necessidades enquanto sujeitos e cidad?os. O Decreto 5.154/04, enquanto legisla??o mais recente voltada para essa etapa da educa??o B?sica, apesar de tamb?m sofrer influ?ncias de interesses econ?micos, avan?a no sentido de permitir que a Educa??o Profissional T?cnica seja ofertada na modalidade Integrada ao Ensino M?dio sob a articula??o dos eixos Trabalho, Ci?ncia, Tecnologia e Cultura (BRASIL, 2007). Dessa forma, objetiva-se que as pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos componentes curriculares para essa modalidade de ensino superem os conhecimentos puramente t?cnicos para uma pr?tica com vistas ? forma??o ampla dos sujeitos. Dessa forma, esta pesquisa buscou investigar de que modos, ao serem balizadas nas teorias dos Letramentos Cr?ticos, as pr?ticas docentes em aulas de l?ngua inglesa ? LI ? do Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria Integrado ao Ensino M?dio podem melhor contribuir para a forma??o integral dos alunos do IFPA ? Campus Castanhal, como preconizam as legisla??es pertinentes. Повний текст джерелаAs Unidades de Saúde da Família (USF) constituem um espaço privilegiado para o cuidado integral em saúde, entendido como produto das relações entre pessoas, uma ação com efeitos e repercussões de interações positivas entre usuários, profissionais e instituições, que são traduzidas em atitudes como tratamento digno e respeitoso, acolhimento e vínculo. O cuidado em saúde não é apenas um nível de atenção do sistema de saúde ou um procedimento técnico, mas uma ação integral que tem significados e sentidos voltados para compreensão da saúde como direito de ser. Com esse entendimento, realizamos esta pesquisa com o objetivo de analisar as práticas de cuidado integral em saúde, efetivadas nas USF da Região de Maruípe, no município de Vitória ES. Demos ênfase às ações voltadas às pessoas com sofrimento mental. Utilizamos aqui o termo sofrimento mental para abarcar o conjunto de males que acometem as pessoas, incluindo as angústias, os lutos, os efeitos da violência cotidiana, as ansiedades e o sofrimento social, além da esquizofrenia e a depressão. Esta pesquisa possui cunho exploratório, descritivo e é de abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada em três etapas. Foram realizadas seis sessões de grupo focal com objetivo de investigar a presença ou não de práticas de cuidado integral em saúde, voltadas às pessoas com sofrimento mental. Duas ações sistemáticas foram localizadas e observadas durante dois meses. Concomitante à observação, realizaram-se as entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais responsáveis por essas práticas e, a partir da análise dos dados, ressaltamos os limites para o seu desenvolvimento. Um desses é a desvalorização dessas práticas por parte dos profissionais. Enfatizamos a importância da rede de atenção à saúde mental para a construção do cuidado integral, através dos dispositivos do acolhimento, da escuta e da responsabilização.
