This paper proposes a high density light curtain system for production automation or recreation. The light curtain system consists of light curtains modules, light curtain controller, Bluetooth module and a personal computer to control all the interactions between users and the light curtain system. The system features high sensor density for detecting of small objects, modularized design for easy extension and multi-channels for data transfer. In order to detect small objects of 20 mm in diameter, the optical receivers and transmitters are placed alternately and a photoelectric multiplexing scheme is adopted. In this paper, the hardware and firmware design of the light curtain controller as well as the software design for the personal computer will be described in detail.

This study investigated the effect of different light sources on the bubble culture of photosynthetic bacteria, experiment with three kinds of light-emitting diode red, white, blue, LED light source to simulate different body into different modes of rectangular slot to discuss the distribution of LED light intensity inside the photosynthetic bacteria illumination effects. Rectangular tank influence in different media (air, water, gas and liquid) measured in the study found the illumination light source and optical quantum aqueous medium for the three media article explores the strongest intensity of light, followed by gas-liquid mixed media, and finally is the air medium. Three light illumination and light quantum Comparison from large to small are: white, blue, red, gas-liquid mixed media results slightly lower than the water medium light intensity light intensity, but the gap between the two is very small.
