Анотація:

Archive structuring is sorting and combining archives according to type and use of archives for organization's benefit. Electronic filing systems are useful in facilitating the management of archives in organization. The study aimed to determine the implementation of the Dynamic Archival Information System or Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis (SIKD) at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office. The research method was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that implementation of SIKD in dynamic archives at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office began with document recording, archive control, distribution of archives, archive storage, and archive shrinkage. Archives are recorded in various methods consist of agenda books, control cards, and manuscripts. Archive control used are a control card system, spreadsheet introduction, and the SIKD framework application, which is equipped with a login. Distribution of archives used identification cards in SIKD after taking advantage of new developments and using conventional process combinations. Archive storage, both active and inactive records used the usual storage process that relied on the classification code recorded on the control card. This study concludes that the creation of the archives to archives shrinkage needs to be optimized. Due to the limited human resources of digital archive managers, not all dynamic archive files are digitized, and not all units can use the SIKD system due to website network problems. This study implies that the management of digital archives needs improvements in meeting the needs of those who require them at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office.

The purpose of this study is to explain archive management in supporting information services in the administration section. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results obtained from the research explain that the creation of archives through incoming and outgoing letters, the distribution of archives is carried out through procedures written in the standard operating procedures for distributing letters in government agencies, the storage of archives is carried out with a numbering system, the use of archives through retrieval and borrowing of archives, maintenance of archives carried out regularly every two months; Archive depreciation is only carried out by transferring archives to the warehouse. However, there are obstacles in its management, namely the absence of archivists, insufficient storage cupboards, and no archive management training while the supports are adequate storage warehouses and administrative staff who are painstaking in managing archive.

Анотація:

Between archives, as documentary by-products of human activity retained for their long-term value, and the archive, as a concept used outside of the discourse of professional archivists, there is a semantic, conceptual, and theoretical gap. However, this interval is particularly fertile. In this space, non-traditional archives users such as found-footage filmmakers find inspiration. Through the narratives of their work, they show what is not always visible in archives. Their artworks confront us with unarchived and unarchivable dimensions (what is not archived and what cannot be archived), constituent of how archives are created. In studying the archives that are part of found-footage works through an archival usage framework (exploitation), three main cat- egories of the unarchived and the unarchivable emerge: absence, which is linked to gaps, fragments, and incompleteness; the forbidden, which manifests in archives as material traces; and the invisible, which is not shown. These three categories have to do with an unconceived (impensé) state – a state of the archival field reflecting the intentional or unintentional inconceivability or omission of some of its theoretical or practical aspects. By investing in the unconceived – in other words, by studying archival science from practices on the margins – it is possible to renew ideas and discourses inside the discipline.

In the management of infrastructure archives, there are three problems that need to be solved: the lack of smart infrastructure archives management paradigm with systematic and standardization, the fact that 2-dimensional paper-based infrastructure archives cannot accurately describe three-dimensional infrastructure archive information, and the problem of "information gap" caused by the lack of integration of infrastructure spatial information and archives. This paper proposed a new paradigm of smart infrastructure archive management. The Smart Infrastructure Archive Management Paradigm takes realizes the perception of infrastructure archive resources by combining the Internet of things technology, cloud computing and big data technology, as well as geographic information system. This paper proposes the Physical Archives Management Platform, the Archives Smart Repository Management Platform, the Infrastructure Archives Visual Management Platform. The research outputs have been applied to the Archives Management of Zhengzhou University and achieved good feedback.

Анотація:

The active use of digital and network technologies by archival institutions for the effective implementation of one of the key activities of the archive, namely, the popularization and use of documentary heritage by society in the digital space determines the relevance of the problem. Information technology has assumed the role of the keeper of archives, the information carrier of archive documents and their publication. They change archival theories and ensure the transformation of the public memory and cultural heritage of the country. Documentary edition in the electronic environment of foreign archival business has different approaches and practices. The models of archived information differ in digital form. The purpose of the article is to assess the trends in the popularization of documentary heritage on the web archive of foreign countries. The research strategy will contribute to the analysis of concepts and problems in the scientific research of foreign authors, the definition of types and features of the creation of electronic editions and methods of describing metadata. The research materials include foreign regulatory and methodological documents; websites of a number of foreign archives: The National Archives of Great Britain, the Federal Archives of Germany, the National Archives and Records Administration of the USA (NARA), and the French National Archives. The research results will be both recommendations to archival institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the positive experience of popularization of documentary heritage and the creation of software products.

Анотація:

A significant amount of electronic documents have been produced as a result of the quick advancements in computer and network technology as well as the ongoing promotion of e-government, and the amount of material available in digital archives has significantly expanded. It is challenging for traditional archives focused on entity management to fulfil modern demands. It is essential to gradually encourage the creation of digital archives in order to meet the utilization needs of archival information resources in the information age. Many issues that are not favourable to the development and utilization of information resources of digital archives have gradually emerged in the course of the development and utilization of information resources of digital archives. These issues are influenced by a number of factors, including service concept and personnel information literacy. The related attributes of information resources are sorted and processed using the ID3 algorithm in this study. Decision-making attributes of management techniques are identified, and the data mining Apriori algorithm is used to address the issue of increasing the retrieval speed of users of digital archives. When the new software system is finished, archive resources can be developed and used in a complete and practical way, increasing the utilization efficiency of archive information resources by 37.32 percent. As a result, it is possible to fully exploit the information resources of the digital archives, further appreciate their value, and ensure their long-term growth.

Анотація:

The centralized database can store a variety of electronic archives. Electronic archives face a variety of network attack vulnerabilities as information technology and network technology continue to advance. Furthermore, these archives will be readily forged and tampered with by internal management or external attackers. Data security and authenticity problems prevail in China’s management system for archives. First, this exploration elaborates the blockchain technology, distributed database technology, and distributed database system structure. Secondly, blockchain technology is applied to the authenticity protection of electronic archives. Then, an optimization model of university archives based on blockchain technology is constructed. Finally, this exploration investigates the current use of blockchain technology for college archive management systems. The questionnaire is used to understand the current university personnel’s views on the college archive management system under the application of blockchain. The survey results suggest that most people support the digital college archive management system. At present, the operation efficiency of the college archive management system still needs to be improved, and the quality of archives search should be promoted. Therefore, the college archive management system still needs to optimize the archive’s efficiency as well as quality. According to the above survey results, this investigation gives suggestions for optimizing the college archive management system using blockchain technology, as well as some suggestions and references for further management.

Disclosure of Public Information Policy is a form of government awareness regarding the importance of information in determining policy. Disclosure of this information is intended to provide openness for people to take part and supervise the government and institutional policy. Archives institution is known as one of the managers of information which has primary task is to store various important recordings to be used appropriately. This paper aims to analyze the role of archive institution in public information disclosure in Indonesia, and its conduct regarding it. To bridge the needs of the user and archival institutions, it must preset fast and efficient archive service. Act no. 43 of 2007 on Archive is one proof of the role of archive institutions in the digital era. Many laws govern the freedom of information of a person, in terms of security, privacy, and information dissemination. Electronic archive service It is expected to facilitate accesses, and it is also a form of the archive’s participation in the Public Information. Although in implementation, there are many issues that archives should face in opening access and disseminating information to the public.

Abstract The National Archives Information System (SIKN) and the National Archives Information Network (JIKN) are the government national priority programs that aimed at providing web-based electronic archive treasury information facilities to the public. However, threat and disruption of critical information asset on electronic archives can cause interruption strategic objectives goals, vision, and mission of The National Archives of Indonesia (ANRI) in organizing archives that impact the network node, and the public. Therefore this research aims to analyze and identify risks in the SIKN JIKN electronic archive service and determine the potential risk of threats to important information assets. The OCTAVE Allegro method used to measure information security on five important information assets of the SIKN JIKN electronic archive information service. The results showed 64 areas of concerns analyzed, as many as 40 had to mitigate while the remaining 24 could be deferred or postponed. The conclusion of the risk assessment results in recommendations that must take to manage and protect critical assets in electronic archive services and supporting material for policymaking.

Анотація:

Archival collections have particular properties that make physical and intellectual access difficult for researchers. This generates feelings of uncertainty in the researchers leading to a large burden of enquiries to the archive, many routine. In this thesis I investigate the information seeking behaviours of archival researchers and the distinct properties of the archive first through the respective literatures and then through a series of five studies. Using systems, data and researchers from the National Archives, these studies examine the nature of the enquiries archives receive across many channels, the in-person interactions between archivists and researchers in the reading rooms and the unmediated search behaviours of archival researchers. I proceed to outline the barriers inhibiting research progress and the techniques or 'regulators' used by researchers to surmount or mitigate these barriers. In the final two studies I develop and attempt to validate an instrument for measuring uncertainty in information seeking in large digital collections. This three factor (disorientation, prospect and preparedness) scale of archival uncertainty allows improvements to online archival systems to be effectively tested before implementation. I also propose system properties which seem likely to assist researchers to make progress given these factors and which could be tested using this instrument.

Community expressions-specifically, annual events manifested by groups other than official organizations-can be sites for transmission of crucial understandings of the past that have not achieved representation in formal archives. In this dissertation, to locate the minor narratives of history I analyze a community expression with my focus honed on the ephemeral matter used within it, to imitate and question the reliance in archives on evidence, and explore ephemera as important focus points for the transmission of collective memory. The ephemerally embodied event I studied as an "archive" was the All Souls Procession, a grassroots annual celebration and parade in honor of the dead in Tucson, Arizona. To convey and interpret perspectives from the community enacting and participating in this event through engagement with ephemera, I have used three questions as my guide: How are ephemera used in All Souls Procession events as commemorative community expressions? How has the history of the All Souls Procession been shaped around the commemorative use of ephemera in relationship with recorded documents? And, What are the implications for archives of this case of commemoration through ephemeral community expression? Through qualitative methods of data collection including participant observation, document analysis, and unstructured interviews with thirteen current and former All Souls Procession organizers, I have found two overarching themes in the discourse around ephemeral commemoration in this event: processing the past and softening community boundaries. I found that through these themes of use, ephemera in the All Souls Procession anchor collective memory while constituting community boundaries, meeting a growing need to define and connect "members" of a rapidly expanding "community." With community membership defined as volunteerism in ASP events, ephemera function as iconic draws toward this event, attracting people to a unified theme and then engaging them in constructing it anew, as its ephemeral building blocks must be regularly recreated. Ephemera in this study were also found to help claim ownership and authority for the All Souls community, through occupation of space and memory. Concluding this work are three propositions: First, that in such community expressions, competing "archives" may face off against one another in the online arena, which is both ephemeral and enduring; Second, the use of ephemera as commemorative matter may give a community leverage in controlling records about the past, yet in increasingly transparent ways. Third, as they adapt to the model of participatory archives seen increasingly in the digital archival landscape, users can deploy strategies-forging alliances and "communities" that result in effacements and master narratives, the latter of which are then celebrated as community histories through new cycles of ephemeral commemoration. I ultimately retheorize the archive as collective action to construct, efface, and build community around history, supporting the notion that the more collective, or massive, or spectacular the telling of a story, the better it competes to become a history.

Web archiving is the practice of preserving websites as a historical record. It is a technologically-challenging endeavor that has as its goal the creation of a high-quality archived website that looks and behaves exactly like the original website. Despite the importance of the notion of quality, comprehensive definitions of Information Quality (IQ) in a web archive have yet to be developed. Currently, the field has no single, comprehensive theory that describes what is a high-quality or low-quality archived website. Furthermore, most of the research that has been conducted on web archives has been system-centered and not user-centered, leading to a dearth of information on how humans perceive web archives. This dissertation seeks to remedy this problem by presenting a user-centered grounded theory of IQ for web archives. It answers two research questions: 1) What is the definition of information quality (IQ) for web archives? and 2) How can IQ in a web archive be measured? The theory presented is grounded on data obtained from users of the Internet Archive's Archive-It system, the largest web-archiving subscription service in the United States. Also presented are mathematical definitions for each dimension of IQ, which can then be applied to measure the quality of a web archive.

With the onset of the information age, archivists are more frequently placed in professional situations where they must work with automated systems to manage the records in their custody. They must acquire new skills to use this technology, including system analysis, system planning, and the principles of computer operation. An area that is frequently neglected, however, is that of developing and maintaining in-house project documentation for systems once equipment is in place and implementation has begun. This oversight leads to poor training strategies, inconsistencies in input and output, and information loss when personnel changes occur. Project documentation is the group of records that describe the system the archivist creates. It is a communications tool, developed by the project manager as a reference document for administrative and operations purposes, and to train users. The documentation guidelines assembled in this text were developed by the author while implementing automated systems over a six-year period. They are arranged in five groups. SCOPE discusses ways to introduce the user to the project, the equipment, and to the concept of the project manual. SYSTEM ORIENTATION contains strategies for more detailed instruction on the equipment. INPUT shows how to describe the data base design and instruct the user on entering data. OUTPUT provides a format for profiling and generating reports. And OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE outlines the tools the project manager needs to maintain the system.

Government information is an important part of the "knowledge infrastructure" of a government's citizens, in the way such information provides a reliable knowledge base relating both to laws and to everyday life. In addition, government information forms part of the historical and cultural heritage and serves as a means of accountability for current and future generations, provided that this information is archived and that its long-term accessibility is ensured. Recently, central and local governments in Japan have developed a variety of policies concerning government information, including: (1) development of e-government and (2) promotion of archival systems. This article reviews these policies and discusses the challenges faced by libraries and archives in Japan in maintaining government information as part of the nation's knowledge infrastructure.

AbstractArchiving in the public interest oscillates between the proverbial millstones of two in many respects opposing public interests and the usually constitutionally guaranteed rights it is supposed to defend and fulfil: On the one hand, archives are supposed to be a tool for preserving and opening access to information; on the other hand, archives are one of the major actors in the field of reducing the enormous and permanently unpreservable amount of data and records created especially after 1945. Within the specific process of the archival appraisal of records, the most massive reduction of public records and data created mainly by public bodies takes place. At the same time, archiving belongs among the significant fields, where the processing and protection of personal data happens. The chapter focuses on the manners of protecting personal data, personality rights, and privacy in the archives that involve minimising the data maintained, particularly by means of data reduction and destruction before transferring them from their creators to the archives for permanent preservation. In doing so, the book places the topic in the context of the current situation of a massive increase in the volume of permanently archived records. In its second part, the chapter presents international comparative statistics quantifying the increase in the volume of archives in recent decades.

AbstractThe chapter concentrates on personality rights, privacy, and post-mortem privacy protection in France and the United Kingdom. The French archival system applies several tools to protect the personality and privacy of the actors of archival materials. One of the tools at the basic level is the system of closure periods. On the one hand, France liberalised access to records, in a ground-breaking move in 2008, when it removed general closure periods which prevented access to the archives for 30 years after the record was created. However, France has maintained several closure periods for certain selected groups of archives. The second level of protection is represented by the French specific system of access to public archives under the “accès par dérogation”, which will be, among other things, examined in this chapter. Alongside France, the chapter will analyse the situation in the United Kingdom characterised by a highly decentralised system of access to public records, archives, and information in general. The specificity of the British model of access to archives and data protection lies in the establishment of multiple, multi-layered, and multi-faceted testing and examining public interest in the area of access to public records and archives. This is done in several phases; the first phase is carried out by the record and information creator, and the second phase then in the case of historical records (i.e., in the British legal system, records created more than 20 years ago) by the archives and at certain points at the national level by a specialised independent body: the Advisory Council on National Records and Archives. The chapter will demonstrate in detail the specificity of the British approach characterised by multi-faceted control and the existence of a range of mechanisms that guarantee the application of multiple public interests entering the field of access to records and information from different sides and perspectives.

AbstractThe chapter summarises the conclusions drawn for the area of data reduction and minimisation in records management and archiving. A major focus is placed, among other things, on the process of archival appraisal, within which the most significant data and record reduction in records management and archiving is carried out. Archival science, methodology, and practice, however, have so far neglected the potential risks of the misuse of sensitive personal data contained in permanently (or long-term) stored records and have focused almost exclusively on the records information content and their future usability by various research projects and private research interests. The sector should aspire to change this in the future and include a more substantial consideration of the protection of (not only) personality rights and privacy in archival appraisal. In this chapter, the author thus analyses some models of records appraisal as they have taken shape in the post-1945 period. In the analysis of the process of the reduction and minimisation of data maintained in archives, the author will also look at the anonymisation and pseudonymisation of data that are either already stored or aspire to be archived in the future. In this context, it will finally also address the current growing risks of deanonymisation and reidentification.

Electronic archives are more than just “paper based” funds transferred into digital form. The task of forming a qualitative source base for historical research is solved in these projects on the basis of interdisciplinary interaction of computer science and humanities. One of the longterm projects at the IIS SB RAS is a creation of a methodology and technologies for the formation, use and support of electronic archives. Here are information systems of historical orientation that were created on the basis of the solutions described in this paper: the Electronic Archive of Academician A.P. Ershov, Photo Archive of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Archive of the newspaper “Science in Siberia”, Open Archive of SB RAS, etc. Each of these resources has its own specifics, but in general, their documentary and information fund is based on the general social and territorial basis of scientific and social activities of the Siberian Branch of Academy of Sciences of the USSR/RAS and Novosibirsk Akademgorodok. In this report we will look into the general problems of creating electronic archives, relevant technologies, and architectural solutions. Some approaches to the integration/disintegration of isolated electronic resources are given on the examples of our electronic archives and on the basis of generally accepted and created tools. We will also examine the experience of using proprietary and open source software, their advantages and weaknesses.

This report presents a case study about building a working digital language archive in a hosted university institutional repository. Best practices in language documentation regarding information architecture, organization, and retrieval are considered in relation to university library commitments to resource acquisition/preservation and online cataloging/delivery systems. Despite challenges, findings suggest that constructing digital language archives in university institutional repositories may offer viable collaborative solutions for researchers unable to find suitable, pre-existing archives in which to deposit their language documentary materials. The report concludes that, in such situations, the ability to satisfy best practices may respond to the strengths/weaknesses of particular software implementations as much as it reflects the design team’s vision, as theory and method in language documentation increasingly become matters of library and information science.

The purpose of this study is to explore the key function of school archives and to highlight the important roles school archivists play in maintaining the value of records to support the curriculum. Although school archives play an important role in the school, little has been researched in New Zealand about the challenges school archivists face and their unfettered resilience to push through those obstacles to maintain the value of school records to support the curriculum. This article is part of a study in progress that employs an interpretive qualitative approach to understand the perspectives of school archivists on their purpose. The perspectives of seven school archivists from four regions of New Zealand are presented. The findings reveal the core functions of the school archive as a source of information for researchers, family members of past students, and corporate entities. The archive supports teaching and learning by providing teachers with useful and unique teaching aids from the collection. It also serves to preserve the identity and memory of the school. Specific tasks of the school archivist include collecting items for the archive, organising the collection, reporting, and displaying the materials for easy access and use by those who need them. Certain resources enable the archivist to achieve their purposes, but their passion is a key enabler. The main challenges school archivists face relate to issues with training and skills development, resourcing, recognition and awareness, inadequate facilities and collaboration. The study has useful implications for archival research in New Zealand as it discusses an area that has not been explored before. This article is limited to the perspectives of only seven school archivists, meaning it can be difficult to form a generalisation of school archivists in the whole of New Zealand. However, the study is still in progress and the author hopes to gather more perspectives in order to make a comprehensive generalisation.

Language archives connect users such as language communities, linguists, and other researchers, to language data. As the language archiving community develops, concerns have been raised about the ethics, ownership, accessibility, and context of archival materials. While there are no simple solutions to these questions, many language archives are seeking ways to involve language community members in these conversations as they continue. This presentation describes a pilot project undertaken at the Computational Resource for South Asian Languages (CoRSAL) which explores a collaborative archiving approach to enable language community members to tell their own stories by adding contextual information to archival materials.

Pipeline fitness-for-service and maintenance prioritization both require knowledge of the line pipe�s mechanical properties and fracture resistance. This report presents such information for a broad range of steels, including vintage Grades A and B as well as early X-grades up through X52 produced from 1930 to 1970. Thirty-six data sets for steels over this range of grades were presented in terms of full-range curves for steels produced up through 1960, while results for another ~150 steels produced until 1970 were summarized in tabular format. Strength and toughness (via CVN and/or DWTT) data were presented with pipe vintage, line-pipe geometry, seam type, steel chemistry, and supplier.

Remote sensing is a technology for sampling reflected and emitted electromagnetic radiation of features on the Earth's land surface, oceans, and atmosphere. In this module, we exclude such techniques as sonar, geomagnetic and seismic sounding, as well as medical imaging, but include a wide set of techniques often known by the alternative name of Earth Observation (EO). The main objective of this module is to introduce the basic concepts of remote sensing science, focusing on the practical aspects of accessing, visualizing, and processing remotely-sensed data. Information here is targeted towards those who are interested in learning about working with satellite imagery. Through this module, teachers will enable students of biodiversity conservation to begin exploring the benefits of remote sensing and explore imagery on their own. The accompanying appendices contain numerous resources for remote sensing information, image archives, and software.

Background: The tens of thousands of academic journal websites that are on the Internet today often do not have a clear organizational structure for their website. If most of them are convenient enough for readers (if the journal is open access), then many have problems informing authors about the conditions, the process of submitting and reviewing the manuscript. The Editorial Offices empirically populate the journal's website with content that can change dramatically (both in terms of website design and content) as the journal develops. Aim of Study: To develop a website model for an academic journal that takes into account the basic requirements for the preparation, publication, and archiving of high quality scientific manuscripts. Material and Methods: The academic journal website model is based on a structural-functional approach. The website content consists of text and integrated applications. This model takes into account the basic requirements for the preparation, publication, and archiving of high-quality open access scientific manuscripts, as well as the indexing of journal articles by leading indexing agencies. Анотація:

The article deals with the problem of the meaningfulness (essence) of the worldview journalism in the context of the argumentative resources of the work of influentive authors, for which the missionary role of the word is decisive. The search for meaning has been debated for centuries by orators, philosophers, psychologists, writers, sociologists, historians, journalists, and so on. In addition to other factors, a combination of the principles of worldview journalism and conceptual humanitarianism gives effective results. The author explores the acute problem of the effectiveness of a journalistic text through the prism of knowing the truth, meaning, since this is precisely where the source of wisdom is found; we are talking about spirituality, culture, historical memory. As influental authors proved with their arguments, the collection of facts is not enough, it is important to find the meaning of the existence of the individual, communities, and humanity. A number of examples show how the speakers of worldview journalism use all texts, not only from the archives: we are talking about poetry, art, in general, about literature, which revealed the most truth. Figuratively speaking, it is not only about the world of borders, it is important to consider horizons. Turning information into a commodity, focusing on “seasonal” interest based on the materialism of facts, or the inadequacy of many concepts and categories, the faking of media, relativity, obscurity of texts, anti-culture, in other words, the revolution of nihilism inevitably relativizes the very essence of journalism. If creative life is a manifestation of the freedom of the spirit, based on authentic truth, then we should strive to achieve the “extension of vision”, to master combinatorial (combinative) thinking. The ability to think in this way differs from ordinary logic in which the main universal thing remains in the center of attention, and the personality is not lost in individual details. Consequently, we can build a genealogy of ordered things and concepts, feel their inner relationship. Key words: meaning, worldview, journalism, argument, influence, moral principles, creativity.

Анотація:

The authors explored the activity of mass media and cultural organizations aimed at clarification of the current problematic issue – preservation of Ukrainian cultural heritage under the conditions of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. The authors emphasize that occupants not only destroy historic buildings, i.e. material objects, but also steal art values, destroy library and archive funds; their actions are aimed at destruction of our spirituality, identity and history. It is pointed out that there are the main streams in the work of journalists, experts, and culture figures, namely: fixation of losses, propaganda of the Ukrainian culture in the world, expert evaluation of the restitution possibilities, and filling of the culture material with patriotic sense. The full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine on the 24th of February 2022 led to the numerous loss of life, ruination of the military, civil and infrastructure objects. But the state-aggressor destroys and robs our culture in this war. Since the beginning of the war mass media have been actively informing about the situation in the regions, which happened to be at the line of the Russian troops attack. The information was in particular about the fact that different educational establishments, libraries and their funds, museums with valuable collections, theatres, religious buildings and historic buildings had been ruined. To tell the truth the information was incomplete due to the limited opportunities to monitor the situation. However, later it has been systematized. The work of journalists and experts contributed to this since they stated the criminal acts of Russia, informing about the ruination facts of historic, sacral, cultural monuments, devastation of many museum collections, destruction of library and archive funds. Digitalization of the Russian war crimes against Ukrainian culture became one more important work aimed at preservation of the Ukrainian cultural heritage. It was done by means of interactive maps of the Ukrainian cultural losses and it enables documenting crimes of the occupant army and spreading this information at the international level.
