Penilaian kecerdasan anak melalui aspek perkembangan kognitif adalah suatu permasalahanyang hendakya dibuatka sebuah solusi, maka dari itu peneliti mengangkat sebuah artikel ini melihat di sekolah TK Al-Ikhlas masih memilki kendala salah satnya keterlambatan kognitif pada anak usia dini. Artikel ini bertujuan utuk mengembangkan dan memberikan daya cipta pada pendidik di TK Al-ikhas berupa pengembangan dalam menerapkan aspek perkembangan kognitif ini guna meningkatka kualitas dari permasalahan yang terjadi di TK Al-ikhlas di Molibagu, adapun luaran dari hasil artikel ini menciptakan suatu pengembangan dan daya cipta bagi pendidik di TK Al-ikhlas di Molibagu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat beberapa permasalahan dimana Kognitif pada setiap anak cenderung mengalami keterlambatan yang tidak sesuai dengan tingkat pencapaian perkembangan. Анотація:
Tulisan ini bermaksud melakukan sedikit penjelasan mengenai hadis-hadis tentang keutamaan surat al-Ikhas dengan langkah-langkah operasional: melacak hadis-hadis terkait, memaparkan redaksi hadis, melakukan takhrij hadis, melakukan i’tibar dengan skema sanad, melakukan kritik sanad dan matan, memaparkan syarah matan dan analisa. Sejauh penelusuran penulis banyak didapati hadis tentang keutamaan surat al-Ikhlas, namun dalam hal ini penulis fokus pada keutamaan surat al-Ikhlas yang menyamai sepertiga Al-Qur’an dalam Sunan Abi Dawud hadis nomor 1461.Sebagai hasil, terdapat perbedaan pendapat di kalangan ulama terkait pemahaman hadis tersebut, di antaranya mengatakan bahwa al-Ikhlas disebut sepertiga al-Qur’an karena ia mengandung unsur tauhid yang merupakan salah satu kandungan isi al-Qur’an, di samping itu, sebagian ulama berpendapat bahwa pahala membaca surat al-Ikhlas sama dengan pahala membaca sepertiga isi al-Qur’an, dan sebagian lagi berpendapat al-Ikhlas menyamai sepertiga al-Qur’an khusus bagi pelaku peristiwa sahabat ketika Nabi masih hidup. Kemudian dari ketiga pendapat tersebut, penulis setuju dengan dua pendapat pertama bahwasannya al-Ikhlas menyamai sepertiga al-Qur’an dilihat dari segi isinya dan pahala orang yang membacanya sama seperti membaca sepertiga al-Qur’an juga. Selain itu menurut penulis secara tidak langsung hadis tersebut mengajarkan kita untuk memegang teguh tauhid, memotivasi untuk mengkaji al-Qur’an lebih dalam dan memotivasi untuk gemar membaca al-Qur’an.Kata kunci: hadis, keutamaan qul huwallahu ahad.

Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan ilmu tafsir, linguistik, sejarah (historis). dengan menganalisis isi terhadap literatur dan mempunyai relevansi dengan masalah yang dibahas, kemudian mengulas dan disimpulkan. Adapun sub masalah yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana metodologi penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab terhadap QS al-Ikhlas dalam Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-Karim?, dan 2) Bagaimana metodologi penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab terhadap QS al-Ikhlas dalam Tafsir Al-Mishbāh ? Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, metodologi penafsiran yang digunakan tafsir Al-Qur’ān Al-Karīm berkarakter nuzūlī, secara metodologi penyusunan disusun berdasarkan urutan turunnya surah, sehingga wajar penjelasan QS al-Ikhlās diawali dengan uraian surah ke-19 yang diturunkan dan dimulai dengan penjelasan tentang urutan turunnya QS Al-Ikhlās. Kedua, sedangkan metodologi penafsiran yang digunakan tafsir Al-Mishbāh berkarakter tafsir Tahlīlī, secara metodologi penyusunannya disusun berdasarkan urutan surah yang ada dal mushaf sehingga wajar QS Al-Ikhlās diletakkan pada urutan ke-112 dan uraian pembahasannya diawali dengan kategori surah, nama lain surah dan seterusnya. Penelitian ini penting untuk dikaji lebih mendalam lagi, mengingat metodologi penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab terhadap QS al-Ikhlas} dalam tafsir Al-Mishbāh dan tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-Karim ini merupakan hal yang menarik, Sehingga penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat menambah pemahaman masyarakat luas tentang penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-Karim dan Tafsir Al-Mishbāh-nya.

The death association of Al-Ikhlas referred to above is a group of people formed to achieve a common goal. Where the purpose of forming the Al-Ikhlas death association is to help members who are members of it in the event of death. This association provides compensation in the form of funds obtained through the contributions of each member to families who have died in order to make it easier for the family to organize the management of the remains. The Al-Ikhlas Death Association was founded in 2015 which was initiated by one of the religious leaders on Jl. H. Arief Tembilahan Hulu. Untilnow, the Al-Ikhlas death association has 284 members. This research was conducted to understand and examine the implementation of Islamic Inheritance Law in the Al-Ikhlas death association Jln. H. Arief Tembilahan Hulu, 2022. The type of research applied is empirical legal research (socio-legal) or sociological jurisprudence. Based on the results of the research, it was found that in the communion community with the death of Al-Ikhlas Jln. H. Arief Tembilahan Hulu, in 2022 the law of inheritance explains that there is an impact of Islamic inheritance law on the inheritance law of the fellowship of Al-Ikhlas's death Jln. H. Arief Tembilahan Hulu, 2022. Its application in the Al-Ikhlas death fellowship community Jln. H. Arief Tembilahan Hulu, in 2022 he has implemented the provisions contained in the Islamic Inheritance Law.

Ikhlas beramal merupakan motto Kementerian Agama yang belum pernah didefinisikan secara institusional oleh Kementerian Agama sejak awal kelahirannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai organizational citizenship behavior dan employee engagement mana saja yang yang bersesuaian dengan makna ikhlas beramal. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik literature study, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Teknik stock taking dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengklasifikasi berbagai textbook dan jurnal serta berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas non kontraktual dan employee engagement dapat dipadankan dengan ikhlas kontraktual karena memiliki nilai-nilai tertentu yang bersesuaian dengan beberapa nilai keikhlasan. Diperlukan berbagai kajian lanjutan untuk menguji temuan ini.

This research aim to description: 1) how profile elementary school Qur’ani Al- Ikhlas Rappang (Sidenreg Rappang Regency), and 2) reinforcement of Implementation education character at elementary school Qur’ani Al- Ikhlas Rappang (Sidenreng Rappang Regency). This research it was descriptive kualitative research through case study. The data resources were; head master, teachers, Parents, and pupil of elemntary school Qur’ani Al-Ikhlas Rappang. Technique collecting data by using observation, intervew and documentation. Data analysis by using Milles Huberman technique was covered; data reduction, provided data, verification data. To make validitatioan data, the research was used triangulasi sources and triangulasi method. The research result showed that was; 1) elementary school Qur’ani Al- Ikhlash Rappang was one of the basic Islamic private elemntary school, located in Rappang, Distric pancarijang, Sidenreng Rappang regency, south sulawasi , Indonesia. This school was builded in 2014 as collabaration Wahdaislamiyah Sidenreng Rappang Regency with inhabitants, and parents of the students. This institute was overation by fullday school system and have point of view “ bertauhid dan berprestasi”; 2) Implementation education character elemntary school Qur’ani Al-Ikhlash Rappang implemnted through culture and school system as well as; best attitude, education, makes good condition, good suggest, good communication, 9K concep (kerapian, kebersihan, ketertiban, kesopanan, keindahan, kerindangan, kedisiplinan, keimanan, dan ketaqwaan). The aplication of education charakter through cleaning around school with self awarness. Everyday, teachers showed attitude to keep clean around the school, as well as students have become accustomed to cleaned their class without command.

Ikhlas merupakan kesucian hati dalam beribadah atau beramal untuk menuju kepada Allah. Ikhlas adalah suasana kewajiban yang mencerminkan motivasi bathin kearah beribadah kepada Allah dan kearah membersihkan hati dari kecenderungan untuk melakukan perbuatan yang tidak menuju kepada Allah.Terdapat lima aspek penting dalam ikhlas, yaitu (1) ikhlas dalam arti pemurnian agama (2) ikhlas dalam arti pemurnian agama dari hawa nafsu dan perilaku menyimpang; (3) ikhlas dalam arti pemurnian amal dari bermacam-macam penyakit dan noda yang tersembunyi; (4) ikhlas dalam arti pemurnian ucapan dari kata-kata yang tidak berguna, kata-kata buruk, dan kata-kata bualan, serta (5) ikhlas dalam arti pemurnian budi pekerti dengan mengikuti apa yang dikehendaki oleh Tuhan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitaif dengan pendekatan semiotik bayaniyah melalui studi terhadap ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan ikhlas.Peneltian dilaksanakan dengan menggali makna-maknayang mendekati bahkanyang tepat untuk mnemukan hakikat makna ikhlas. Beberapa litertur tafsir digunakan untuik mendukung penulisan ini.

This paper discusses the magic aspects of surah al-Ikhlas in the book Khazīnat al-Asrār. This qualitative research answers what aspects of surah al-Ikhlas contained in this book. Through the analysis of Surah Al-Ikhlāṣ in the book, there are at least a few important points. First, the book affirms that the practice of magic in Islam is not a tradition that comes from outside, but it comes from the internal traditions of Muslims in which they are the arguments of authentic hadiths. Secondly, the Quran is believed to be the word of God provides magic values for its readers. It encourages reading certain letters, use as away to resould problems. encountered can be resolved. Thus, the mechanism of action is the same as magic, only it is packaged using Quranic verses.

Анотація:
The research focuses on the practices of digital activism and political communication of the Muslim Brotherhood, examining a selection of meda outlets established by the group before the 25 January revolution. In doing so, it attempts to answer the following research questions: what is the political role of digital technologies? How is one to conceive of the role they play in relation to contemporary social movements? The thesis argues that the political role of new media is to be found in their capacity to store information. Far from merely making claims to authorities or expressing identities, social movements produce knowledges about the territories they inhabit. What new media provide social movements with is the capacity to assemble digital archives, which in turn enable them to organize and produce knowledge. By going online, social movements create archives of their own history, read against the grain others' archives or remember what was arbitrarily removed from them. For keeping memory is never an innocent act, but always an exquisitely political one. Having positioned the theoretical argument in relation to both social movement and new media studies, I will then proceed to apply it to three cases of study. Two chapters will examine and compare the official websites of the Muslim Brotherhood - one in English, the other in Arabic. The last chapter focuses instead on the development of an Ikhwan-related blogosphere. The research argues that the adoption of new media was both beneficial and detrimental to the organization. Digital technologies did help the group in circumventing the obstacles imposed by the regime, yet they equally enabled internally marginalized subjects, such as the youth, to intervene in decisionmaking processes and pierce the ideological veil of unity and cohesion.

This thesis analyses economic change among the bedouin of northern Arabia by examining four factors: the trade in camels; intertribal raiding; large-scale attacks by the Akhwan (Ikhwan); and trade and smuggling. Many writers have assumed that the sale or hiring out of camels for transport by camel-herding tribes was their main source of income, and that the spread of modern transportation caused a decline in the demand for camels, resulting in lower prices for the animals and an economic crisis for the bedouin. The well-documented case-studies in this thesis demonstrate that this assumption is flawed. The bedouin economy was more complex than the portrayals in many sources, and the reasons for economic hardship and political decline among the camel-herding tribes are more varied. In the story of how the wheel overcame the camel, it is clear that while transportation technology had some effect, even more important were such factors as drought, the rise of new states, colonial policies, intertribal politics and the varied factors pulling nomadic peoples to become sedentary.

This thesis contributes to debates concerning the role of the Muslim Brotherhood and the study of political systems in transition, with a focus on Egypt following the 25 January 2011 revolution. Orthodox studies on political systems within Political Science, including scholarship on large-scale transitions and (liberal) democratisation, often focus on political institution-building, regime elites, civil/political rights, and purely structuralist approaches as explaining political dynamics and change. This study argues that discourse, power relations, and forms of resistance indicate and shape political processes, including change and transition. The originality of this work thus derives from its focus on discourse and power dynamics, analysed within the narrative accounts of informal political actors collected during Egypt's transition. This thesis also argues that the pillars of (liberal) democratisation have made possible the analytical location of the Brotherhood within these debates. For example, political systems have been measured on a (sometimes linear) scale from authoritarian to liberal democracy and this has made possible the framing of Islamic political movements on a scale from 'radical' to 'moderate', or constructed binaries in which movements like the Brothers are categorised. Through this work's analytical and empirical approach, these categories are shown to be simplistic and fragile. Two central themes are developed in relation to discourse, power relations, and the Brotherhood: democratisation as discourse and political violence. Through this study's framework political change and transformation are studied beyond the level of the regime and political elite, as is often the focus within political systems/transitions literature. Conceptions of Egypt's political transition and of the Brothers are grounded in empirical research and the experiences of political actors on the ground.

Surat Al-Ikhlas is called Surat Al-Tawhid and in it is the declaration of God’s oneness and his transcendence of what is not worthy of Him, acknowledgment with the tongue, and belief in the heart. This is the logic of faith and its essence Whoever does not believe in the oneness of God, and that he is the God and the Lord who has no partner, nor is there any equal or equal, he is not from the people of religion at all. and monotheism has many effects on the individual and society, including these effects: Achieving true slavery. Reducing the phenomenon of extremism and extremism. Developing a culture of peaceful coexistence in society. - Building people and urbanization. and other important effects that aim to build and develop a sound society; By transforming a person into positive energy that builds and does not destroy, and gives more than it takes. Анотація:
Wahhabism represents an ideological and religious movement. It is the dominant islamic movement in Saudi Arabia. The founder of this ideology is Muhammad Ibn Abd AlWahhab (1703-1792). In the introductory part of this paper, the authors give an explanation of the historical paths of Wahhabism as a general Islamic doctrine. The main focus of the paper is on the basis of the ideology of wahhabism. This ideology starts with the Muslim brotherhood of Hassan el-Banna in 1928, through the Islamic ideological movements of Abul ala Maududi and Sayid Qutb and ends with the extremist Deobandi faith in South Asia. All of these Islamist movements established a strong presence in the Muslim world during the second half of the 20th century. In the sesond part of the paper, the authors give a review on wahhabism ideology, as in its basis, wahhabism is not an officially recognized and approved Islamic religious direction. Having in mind that the main role of wahhabism is unification of Saudi Arabia, this religious direction has always been a broader subject of public attacks and criticism. However, the interest in wahhabism increased at the beginning of the 21st century, especially with the terrorist attacks in the USA on 11.09.2001. One of the first Islamic movements based on wahhabism was founded in Saudi Arabia, known as “Ikhwan”. This Islamic movement was represented by Bedouin tribes that were formed by Ibn Saud. Finally, having in mind the full spectrum of ideological and doctrinal steps of wahhabism in general, we must mention the influence of wahhabism towards the other Islamic movements, and also gave a clear vision of its widespread vision in global frames. The ideology of wahhabism, according to the world views on radical Islam movements, represents a prototype ideology of some extreme and terrorist groups. The aim of this paper is to analyze the historical development and social role of the modern ideology of wahhabism towards other Islamic movements. All of the above mentioned will be analyzed through the comprehensive social changes that have taken place in the world over the last century. 190 Keywords: ideology, modern wahhabism, islamic movements, influence, terrorist groups
