Анотація:
Residents' activities will always use the land as a place to carry out activities which will affect the GRDP value. This study uses data on the GRDP values of Lampung Province in 2014–2021 obtained from BPS Lampung Province and uses land cover area data obtained from the classification results of Landsat 8 imagery for 2014–2021. The data analysis technique used in this study is correlation analysis and linear regression using panel data. The results of the correlation analysis found that the value of GRDP in total, GRDP in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, GRDP in the processing industry sector, and GRDP in the construction sector all correlated with built-up land cover, for GRDP in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, in addition to correlation with built-up land cover as well correlated with paddy field cover, and pond land. GRDP values that correlated with the land cover area were carried out by a linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of panel data linear regression calculations show that changes in the area of built-up land cover in Lampung Province do not affect the total value of GRDP, but the built-up land cover has a negative effect on GRDP in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors and a positive effect on GRDP in the processing industry sector and GRDP in the construction sector. The area covered by paddy fields and ponds has a positive effect on GRDP in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors. Keywords: Land Cover, GRDP, Panel Data Linear Regression, Correlation

Regional Revenue is the right of the regional government which is recognized as an addition to net worth. GRDP per capita is the GRDP of an area divided by the number of people living in that area. The potential of natural resources and human resources has an effect on regional income and then has an effect on per capita income. In this study the authors examined how the influence of natural resources and human resources on the regional income of Karo Regency, and raised the title: "Analysis of the Potential of Natural Resources and Human Resources on PDRB Per Capita of Karo Regency.The data in this study is secondary data sourced from BPS Karo Regency and BPS North Sumatra. To determine the effect of potential natural resources on GRDP per capita, the GRDP data for agriculture, forestry and fisheries are taken. To find out the effect of potential human resources on GRDP per capita, health GRDP data is taken. The data is processed through multiple linear regression data processing, processed using Eviews.Based on the results of the study, it was found that the GRDP of agriculture, forestry and fisheries) has a positive effect on GRDP per capita, GRDP for Health has a negative effect on GRDP per capita. Indonesia has been implementing fiscal decentralization since 2001. In theory, fiscal decentralization affected macroeconomic stability and economic growth—this study using data panels at the provincial level from 2010 to 2013. In the relationship between fiscal decentralization and macroeconomic stability with control variable income, significant variables are income to GRDP, GRDP per capita, and population. If control variable expenditure, significant variables are expenditure to GRDP, GRDP per capita, and population. In the model that analyzes fiscal decentralization and economic growth with control variable income, significant variables are income to GRDP, consumption to GRDP, and population. Meanwhile, if control variable expenditure, significant variables are expenditure to GRDP, consumption to GRDP, and population. By using sensitivity analysis, the population variable is a high priority. Therefore stakeholders should treat population variables carefully.

Анотація:
Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is a widely used macroeconomic indicator to measure socioeconomic development. A comprehensive GRDP calculation requires complete data available from the national level down to minor administrative areas. However, institutions that carry out GRDP calculations often face challenges in obtaining complex data at smaller administrative levels. This paper explores the use of nighttime light (NTL) data as an alternative data source to estimate GRDP and its changes. The results of the panel data regression with random effects show that NTL data is statistically significant in describing GRDP in various Indonesian provinces. However, during the pandemic, NTL was not substantial in describing GRDP and showed movements that were not in line with GRDP.

Анотація:
This study examines the influence of (1) to identify the value of depletion, forest degradation and depreciation Tabalong Regency in South Kalimantan Province (2) can see the value of Forestry Sector Green GRDP Tabalong Regency in South Kalimantan Province. Data is processed using the Green GRDP calculation method. The result of this study prove that the value of the Forestry Sector Green GRDP is smaller than Conventional GRDP. This Green GDRP shows the implementation that Tabalong Regency actually suffered losses due to the exploitation of the forest. The result of the Forestry Sector Green GRDP calculation on 2015 amount to Rp -24,413 milion, in 2016 amount to Rp. -10.816 milion and 2017 amount to Rp28,665 million. This research is to determine factors that influenced Gross Regional Development Product (GRDP) Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe city in context relationship between core and periphery using panel data regression of 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province, Indonesia year 2010-2020. Selected independent variables in this paper are GRDP core and periphery, population, distance between core and periphery, availability of hospital, availability of university and availability of industry. Based on estimation results, all independent variabels have significant effect toward GRDP Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe city. Variabels that found have positive effect toward GRDP Banda Aceh city are GRDP core and periphery, and distance between core and periphery. Variabels that found have negative effect toward GRDP core Banda Aceh city are population, availability of hospital, availability of university and availability of industry. Then, variabels that found have positive effect toward GRDP Lhokseumawe city are GRDP core and periphery, distance between core and periphery, and availability of university. Variabels that found have negative effect toward GRDP core Lhokseumawe city are population, availability of hospital, and availability of industry. It is hoped that this findings will provide useful information for policymakers in attempt to enhance the competitiveness of regional economy.

Анотація:
This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on shifts in business fields in Regency and City GRDP in South Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study are (1) the average GRDP in the Regency Region after the pandemic increased from 14,444.63 to 16,831.04. This shows that there has been a recovery in the contribution of the Business Field to GRDP. The Business Fields which contributed quite a lot (2.7 percent) but have not yet recovered are Real Estate; (2) The average GRDP in the City Region after the pandemic fell from 27,459.3 to 19,272.2. This shows that there has been no recovery of GRDP; (3) The results of the quadrant analysis show that the shift in Business Fields that occurs is caused by a decreased contribution to GRDP, slowing growth in Business Fields, and a combination of both. In conclusion, there is a shift in Business Field which has a significant contribution to changes in GRDP in the City area. Keywords: GRDP Shift, Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic

Анотація:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH), General Allocation Funds (DAU), Special Allocation Funds (DAK) on South Sulawesi's GRDP. This study uses a quantitative research design, namely research that seeks the relationship or influence between one variable and one or more other variables in terms of analyzing the effect of balancing funds on GRDP in South Sulawesi. The sample in this study looked at the budget realization reports of the Provincial Government and Regional Government of South Sulawesi Districts/Cities as well as South Sulawesi's GRDP data for 2010 to 2020. The results showed that DBH partially did not have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAU has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAK has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Meanwhile, DAU, DBH, and DAK simultaneously have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Furthermore, the amount of simultaneous influence is 92,6%, while the remaining 7,4% is determined by other factors not beyond this study.

The fisheries sector has a role for the regional to national economy through fishery GRDP, fishery production, and employment. In utilizing fishery resources, Indonesian seas are divided into 11 WPP. This study aims to determine whether the differences in the characteristics of WPP 712 and WPP 714 can affect fisheries GRDP and capture fisheries production and to find out whether there is a reciprocal relationship between fisheries GRDP and capture fisheries production. The type of data used in this study is panel data in 14 provinces in 2010-2019. This study use TSLS regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the differences in the characteristics of WPP 712 and WPP 714 have no effect on fishery GRDP and capture fisheries production. Fishery GRDP and capture fisheries production have a positive and significant effect on each other. Fish consumption rate has a positive and significant effect on each other. Fish consumption rate has a positive and significant effect on fisheries GRDP, but NTN have no effect on fisheries GRDP. Анотація:
The fisheries sector, both capture fisheries, and aquaculture, needs to be developed in Southeast Sulawesi Province, considering that most of its territory is water. One of the indicators to measure the success of the development of the fisheries sector is the increase in production and added value of fishery commodities. On the other hand, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) can be used as an indicator of the success of economic development in a region. As one of the GRDP elements, the value of fisheries production can be used to measure the performance of the fisheries sector. By knowing the magnitude of the value contribution of fishery products to GRDP, it can be seen the role of the fisheries sector in the formation of GRDP. This study aims to analyze the trend of fishery production value contribution to GRDP; and the relationship between the value contribution of fishery production and GRDP in Southeast Sulawesi. The data used in this study is time series data consisting of capture and aquaculture production values ​​and GRDP for 17 years (2006-2022). Data analysis is descriptive quantitative and simple correlation analyses (Pearson correlation). The study results show that the value contribution of capture and aquaculture production to Southeast Sulawesi’s GRDP tends to decrease. The role of the fisheries sector in forming the GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi Province is not significant.

Att reglera sin gripkraft och lyfta ett föremål kan tänkas vara enkelt och självklart. Men för personer med visa neroulogiska sjukdomar som hydrocefalus och Parkinsons sjukdom har det visat sig att deras sjukdomar kan påverka deras gripkraft. Om nu gripkraften påverkas kan det kanske användas inom vården för att kontrollera sjukdomsförloppet, om det blir bättre efter behandlingar. På Medicinsk Teknik - Forsking och Utveckling (MT-FoU) har ett mätinstrument som mäter gripstyrkan och lyftaccelerationen konstruerats. För att detta instrument skall bli mer användbart i klinisk praktik behövs ett analysprogram för att ta fram resultatet efter mätningar gjorda med utrustningen. Ett datoriserat analysprogram har potential att vara betydligt snabbare, effektivare och objektivare jämfört med den manuella analys som används idag. Syftet med detta projekt är att skapa ett analysprogram som kan ersätta arbetet av den manuella analysen och som kan ta fram resultat från mätdata. Resultatet skall inte skilja mellan en manuell analys och den automatiska analysen. Målet är att analysen ska bli snabb, effektiv och vara objektiv samt ge samma resultat som en manuell analys skulle ge. Programmet som konstruerades blev snabbare och effektivare än den manuella analysen. Mätningar på sex stycken friska, frivilliga personer användes för att jämföra de automatiska och manuella analyserna. Ingen signifikant skillnad kunde påvisas för någon av de parametrar som skulle analyseras, och detta visar att det automatiska analysprogrammmet fungerar lika bra som manuella analyser och därmed kan ersätta dessa för att analysera framtida mätningar. Dock är detta endast testat på friska personer så om de automatiska och manuella analyserna är jämförbara även för personer som har en neurologisk sjukdom bör utredas vidare innan den automatiska analysmetoden tas i bruk.
To be able to regulate your grip force and lift an object can be simple for healthy people. However, for people with disabilities of neurological diseases such as hydrocephalus and Parkinson’s disease it has been found that their diseases can affect their grip force. If the grip power is affected, it may be used in healthcare to check the course of disease, if it gets better after treatment. At the department of Biomedical Engineering - Research and developmet a measurement device for analysing grip force and acceleration when lifting an object has been developed. In order for this instrument to be more useful in clinical practice, an analysis program is required to produce the result after measurements made with the equipment. A computerized analysis program has the potential to be significantly faster, more efficient and more objective compared to the manual analysis used today. The purpose of this project was to create an analysis program that can replace the work of the manual analysis and which can generate results from measured data. The results should not be different between a manual analysis and the automatic analysis. The goal was that the analysis should be fast, efficient and objective and also provide the same results as a manual analysis would provide. The program that was designed became faster and more efficient than the manual analysis. Measurements on six healthy volunteers were used to compare the automatic and manual analyzes. No significant differences could be detected for any of the parameters that were analyzed, and this shows that the results of the automated analysis are comparable to the manual analysis and thus can replace these to analyze future measurements. However, the automatic analysis has only been tested on healthy people, so if the automatic and manual analyzes are comparable even for people with a neurological disease should be further investigated before using the automatic analysis method on patient data.

Vyhledávání regulárních výrazů má ve vývoji softwaru nezastupitelné místo. Rychlost vyhledávání může ovlivnit použitelnost softwaru, a proto je na ni kladen velký důraz. Pro určité druhy regulárních výrazů mají standardní přístupy pro vyhledávání vysokou složitost. Kvůli tomu jsou náchylné k útokům založeným na vysoké náročnosti vyhledávání regulárních výrazů (takzvané ReDoS útoky). Regulární výrazy s omezeným opakováním, které se v praxi často vyskytují, jsou jedním z těchto druhů. Efektivní reprezentace a rychlé vyhledávání těchto regulárních výrazů je možné s použítím automatu s čítači. V této práci představujeme implementaci vyhledávání regulárních výrazů založeném na automatech s čítači v C++. Vyhledávání je implementováno v rámci RE2, rychlé moderní knihovny pro vyhledávání regulárních výrazů. V práci jsme provedli experimenty na v praxi používaných regulárních výrazech. Výsledky experimentů ukázaly, že implementace v rámci nástroje RE2 je rychleší než původní implementace v jazyce C#.

When moving the arm while holding an object, grip force (GF) increases at movement onset (anticipatory control; AC). Post-stroke individuals preserve AC in some tasks but few of these have been ecological. We hypothesized that post-stroke individuals will have problems in AC during functional hand tasks. Subjects lifted a 63.5g load cell (lift) with the thumb and index finger and held it (hold) while flexing or extending the elbow (transport). GF, EMG activity of the elbow and thumb, and forearm acceleration were recorded. Stroke subjects had no impairments in AC between GF and acceleration. However, they used higher GF, had deficits in maintaining constant GF during hold, demonstrated abnormal couplings between GF and temporal parameters of grasp and had disrupted timing of muscle activation between thumb and elbow flexors during flexion movements. These findings suggest that people with stroke have disruptions in the patterns of grasping during functional arm tasks.
Quand le bras en mouvement tient un objet, la force de préhension (FdP) augmente en début de mouvement (contrôle anticipatoire; CA). Après un accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC), les personnes conservent le CA dans quelques tâches mais peu d'entre elles sont écologiques. Nous avons émis l'hypothèse que l'AVC entraîne des problèmes de CA lors de tâches fonctionnelles. Les sujets ont levé un capteur de force de 63,5g (lever) avec le pouce et l'index et l'ont tenu (maintien) tout en fléchissant ou allongeant le coude (transport). La FdP, l'activité EMG des muscles du coude et du pouce ainsi que l'accélération de l'avant-bras ont été enregistrées. Les sujets avec un AVC n'avaient pas de déficience dans le CA entre la FdP et l'accélération. Toutefois, ils utilisaient plus de FdP; ils avaient des déficits dans le maintien de la FdP; ils ont démontrés des relations anormales entre la PdF et les paramètres temporels de préhension et ils présentaient une perturbation temporelle de l'activation musculaires entre le fléchisseurs du coude et du pouce lors des mouvements de flexion. Ces résultats suggèrent que les l'AVC altère les patrons de préhension lors de tâches fonctionnelles du bras.

In this bachelor’s thesis, the development and construction of a soft exoskeleton for a human hand is described.The purpose of the project includes evaluating what type of exoskeleton that is most suitable for aiding the user inactivities of daily living and how this exoskeleton can be constructed in order to increase grip strength in the human hand. In addition, the prototype should be portable and not inflict any harm on the user. The necessary theoretical research is thoroughly conducted followed by the construction of the final prototype. The purpose of the project is achieved, resulting in a flexible, portable and safe exoskeleton which with satisfaction can aid the user in its activities of daily living. However, this prototype is limited to exclusively include the thumb and index finger, and in further work the prototype can be developed to include all five fingers of the human hand.
I detta kandidatexamensarbete behandlas utvecklingen och konstruktionen av ett mjukt exoskelett för den mänskliga handen. Syftet med projektet är att undersöka vilken typ av exoskelett som passar bäst för att hjälpa användaren med aktiviteter i det dagliga livet, samt hur detta exoskelett kan konstrueras för att förstärka greppet i handen. Prototypen ska även vara bärbar och inte skada användaren. Den nödvändiga teorin presenteras, följt av konstruktionen av den slutgiltiga prototypen. Syftet med projektet uppfylls och resulterar i ett flexibelt, portabelt och säkert exoskelett som kan hjälpa användaren med aktiviteter i det dagligalivet. Dock är denna prototyp begränsad till att endast inkludera styrning av tummen och pekfingret, och prototypenkan således i framtida arbeten utvecklas till att inkludera samtliga fem fingrar på den mänskliga handen.

Анотація:
The grip strength test is one of the most commonly applied tests in animal laboratories to measure neuromuscular functions or disorders. It was first developed in the 1970s. Today a wide range of techniques are available to study muscle strength in rodents. These methods are categorized into two categories:[2] Invasive method: In situ and in vitro measurements of muscle force are invasive methods. Non-invasive method: This method only includes in vivo measurement tests to analyze muscle force such as treadmill tests, wire hang tests, swimming endurance, vertical pole test, and grip strength tests. The most convenient technique of all tests is the grip strength test. It’s most convenient and causes less stress to animals. The grip test has been widely used in order to investigate the phenotypes of transgenic mice with neuromuscular disease and evaluate potential compounds involved in the motor functioning of organisms. The tests have been serving the purpose for 30 years either alone or in combination with other tests.
