The article outlines the current problems of professional training of future physical education teachers in universities. It is noted that their professional training acquires special significance in the current conditions of socio-economic and socio-cultural transformations in the country and the world. The system of professional training of future teachers of this profile requires updating the content, finding additional methods, forms, and means of teaching that will contribute to the formation of their individual style of professional activity. Such needs are due to changes in the pedagogical field, updating the requirements for physical education teachers, presented in official government documents. It has been proven that modelling is an effective teaching method. Its importance in the process of professional training of future physical education teachers is emphasized. The purpose of such training is not only the acquisition of the necessary amount of theoretical knowledge but also the formation of future teachers' individual style of professional activity as an effective means of adaptation and self-realization in the realities of a modern school. The article summarizes the data of theoretical analysis of pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature on the modelling of pedagogical situations. The essence of modelling as an important factor in the formation of the individual style of professional activity of the future teacher is analysed. It is proved that pedagogical situations should be used in lectures, seminars, and practical classes, especially before preparation for pedagogical practice. It is determined that effective methods of solving pedagogical situations are role-playing games, discussions with the analysis of specific situations, which deepen the knowledge of the discussed problem, activate the creative potential of future teachers. It is concluded that modelling is an important prerequisite and means of effective formation of individual style of professional activity of future physical education teachers in higher education institutions. The approaches of different authors to the peculiarities of modelling different pedagogical situations and their impact on the professional development of future teachers are summarized. The goals and objectives of teaching a foreign language in a professional direction are defined, attention is paid to the importance of its integration with special disciplines, ways to solve the difficulties that arise in the selection and learning process with an emphasis on the content of the necessary materials. In addition, the article analyzes the main factors of effective teaching of a professionally-oriented foreign language and describes the role of educational materials as a means of forming and developing students’ motivation to learn a professional foreign language.

Abstract The article reviews certain aspects of organising the process of professional training of future specialists in social sphere. It identifies, considers and analyzes the main definitions of scientific research, the object of which is to make specialists in social sphere ready for professional activity. The article highlights peculiarities of forming professionally significant personal qualities of social workers as well as their mature, objective system of values. The practical training with a focus on having the ability to apply effective creative approaches in solving social problems is identified as an important component of the comprehensive process of professional training of future specialists in social and pedagogical work. It emphasises the importance of the use of effective innovation in social and socio-educational institutions. It analyzes the problem of organizing student teaching, which includes ignoring the use of active forms and methods in the learning process, a lack of skills of professional activity. The article reveals potential opportunities for the practical activity which is most closely approximate to real professional situations as an opportunity to form a positive attitude towards oneself as a subject of the chosen professional activity and the formation of students as professionals. It forms the principles of future social sphere specialists’ training. The article also highlights the need to direct the educational process towards formation of an individual creative approach and establishment of partnerships between education and social institutions.

The modern requirements to the professional activity of social workers on social protection of youth rights are characterized. The inconsistency of the professional training of a social worker with the modern requirements of the labor market was revealed. The main features of a social worker for the protection of youth rights are identified, as well as the priority requirements for professional training of social workers for the social protection of youth rights. The focus is on the functions, knowledge, skills, abilities and professionally significant personal qualities of a modern social worker. The main methods of social workers' activities on social protection of youth rights are highlighted. Perspective directions of professional training of future specialists in social work are outlined.

Abstract:Complicity in an immoral, and even criminal, activity, such as robbery or murder, is itself regarded as involving responsibility for those acts. What should the position be of health professionals who are expected to participate in actions that they believe are morally wrong? Professional responsibilities may clash with private conscience. Even referring a patient to someone else, when what is in question may be assisted suicide, or euthanasia, seems to involve some complicity. This is a live issue in Canada, but similar dilemmas occur elsewhere. Physicians and others should not be coerced into involvement of any kind in what they regard as wrong. Such coercion goes against the very principles of liberal democracy. Conscience matters. Reasonable accommodation should be given to those whose moral judgment may be at variance with prevailing professional norms. Moral questions should still be given weight within medicine, and disagreements respected. Dedication to the promotion of human welfare should be paramount, but it should be recognized that there may be different visions of what such welfare consists of.

Motivation is a major factor in activity, including cognitive one. Pedagogical and psychological factors stimulate cognitive interest, cognitive and educational activity. Activating the cognitive interests of students to study foreign languages becomes successful due to the correspondence of the content of educational material organization, ways and methods of teaching, the provision of personal meaning educational material, the establishment of subject-subject relations in the educational process, the use of psychological and pedagogical methods of stimulation by the teacher of students’ cognitive interest and cognitive activity. The future professionals (students) successful training of foreign language, professionally oriented communication is impossible without defining a single concept that is the training clear strategy and tactics.Formation of foreign-language professional-oriented competence is possible through that modeling in the educational process typical situations of real professional communication that arise in different spheres of life and relate to different topics.The communicative activity of students during the training of professionally oriented communication in a foreign language is a system consisting of organizational and motivational, informational and procedural and criterion-effective components that derive from the social nature of human activity and create the best conditions for the improvement of the entire system of student communicative activities in relation to formation of foreign professional competence.

The purpose of the article is to develop a theoretical model of effective self-marketing with the allocation of specific blocks, factors and results of career development. Currently, there is no system model of the self-marketing process within the framework of existing concepts, which limits the possibilities of developing scientifically based proposals for its effective technology. The formation of the model consists of three stages. Stage I – “Self-orientation”, takes into account the individual psychological characteristics of the individual, which relates to the sphere of the subject of labor and is implemented through introspection, career strategy planning and self-organisation. Stage II – “Orientation to career conditions”, takes into account the requirements of the sphere of professional activity and is implemented by analysing the conditions of the career environment and career space. Stage III – “Self-expression in the career space”, taking into account the requirements of the professional sphere and one’s own identity, involves managing an individual image, and self-presentation of the subject of labor. It is proposed to evaluate the result of self-marketing on the basis of a combination of objective and subjective criteria: the degree of achievement of the set goals of professional activity and the experience of satisfaction with its results.

According to foreign scientists, emotions, which play an important role in human life, still remain "elusive" mental phenomena for scientific research. This is due to the fact that the dominant criterion that determines the scientific nature of the study is accurate measurement. The problem of emotions is considered in connection with such more general problems as: consciousness and self-consciousness of man, man's awareness of his "I", people's perception of mutual understanding, etc. This is probably due to the fact that the phenomenology of emotion perception it is difficult to express in theoretical, and even more so in experimental psychology, because emotions are "hidden" from the observer, deeply intimate experiences that lead to significant difficulties in terms of their objective study. The scientific novelty of the field of acmeology today exists in the conflict between the importance of the problem of emotional stability, its relevance and importance as a professionally important quality.

Clinical supervision of students, interns, and postdoctoral trainees is an essential professional activity of clinical neuropsychologists. Clinical supervision is considered a specific competency by the American Psychological Association. Unfortunately, most practicing neuropsychologists receive very little training in the provision of supervision, most likely because the existing literature on supervision in clinical psychology pertains mostly to therapy supervision. Although there has been an increase in attention paid to this issue in neuropsychology over the past decade, there have been no published books on the provision of supervision specifically in clinical neuropsychology. This book fills that gap in the literature by providing a review of practical, ethical, legal, and theoretical considerations when providing supervision in clinical neuropsychology. The book is intended for practicing neuropsychologists who provide training and for advanced trainees who are learning how to conduct clinical supervision. Traditional fears and misinformed concerns regarding youth resistance training have been replaced by scientific evidence that indicates regular participation in well-designed resistance-training programmes can be safe and effective for both children and adolescents. In addition to increasing muscular strength and power, regular participation in a structured resistance training-programme can increase bone mineral density, improve cardiovascular risk factors, fuel metabolic health, facilitate weight control, enhance psychosocial well-being, and prepare youth for the demands of daily physical activity and sport. An integrative approach to training, grounded in resistance exercise and motor skill development, can optimize children’s fitness potential and maximize their athletic performance while reducing the risk of sports-related injury. Qualified professionals are needed to plan, implement and progress developmentally appropriate resistance training to attain a level of muscular fitness that facilitates long-term physical development.

AbstractThis chapter explores a series of thought experiments for an investigation of what one casually calls the image. In this endeavor, images will be rendered as bodies compiled from versions of themselves (bodies of images), explored embedded in dissemination processes (memeplexes), and hence contoured as highly effective structures with sophisticated potential for transformation (image objects). Basing on three major theoretical concepts (meme theory, object-oriented ontology, and network effects), this re-interrogation of the image is the suggestion of a reading of images as entities that actively, or inactively, form structural assemblages and maintain energetic human and non-human constellations which shape the present. At the close of the exploration, a professional habitus is sketched in which art educators are experts for image relations.

AbstractThis chapter is an introduction to the use of data science technologies in the fields of economics and finance. The recent explosion in computation and information technology in the past decade has made available vast amounts of data in various domains, which has been referred to as Big Data. In economics and finance, in particular, tapping into these data brings research and business closer together, as data generated in ordinary economic activity can be used towards effective and personalized models. In this context, the recent use of data science technologies for economics and finance provides mutual benefits to both scientists and professionals, improving forecasting and nowcasting for several kinds of applications. This chapter introduces the subject through underlying technical challenges such as data handling and protection, modeling, integration, and interpretation. It also outlines some of the common issues in economic modeling with data science technologies and surveys the relevant big data management and analytics solutions, motivating the use of data science methods in economics and finance.

Such global challenges and crises highlight the significance of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE)’s third mission: responsibility for the well-being of the community.As one of the first universities to offer support to elementary and secondary education systems in Russia during the pandemic, the HSE relied on its ability to create new scientific knowledge and make it useful in practice to provide versatile and targeted aid for students, teachers, regional administrators, and parents across the country. There were two main vectors of HSE activity at the time of the pandemic: (1) promoting the development of the Russian education system through research, monitoring, and coordination of scholars and analysts and (2) direct work with secondary and high school stakeholders using contemporary approaches for talent development and digital tools.The pandemic revealed the importance of developing new areas of research and analysis. In line with the first vector, the HSE focused on: Monitoring and studying the situation and collecting and promoting university and school case studies on organizing work during a pandemic Leading and participating in professional reflections and discussions regarding experiences and training practices in the context of a lockdown The institution organized an array of surveys with students, teachers, parents, and representatives from regional and municipal education organizations and analyzed the results as quickly as possible. The main areas of research were problems of educational inequality and digital transformation. Based on the collected data, the Institute of Education managed to publish more than 30 analytical works between April and June of 2020.For the second vector, the HSE developed programs that seek to expand its geographic reach, implement flexible recruitment, and digitize communication with school students. Such programs aimed at: Training personnel while consulting with administrators and educators on the technological and legal aspects of the work of schools. Providing online instruction and assistance for students learning software tools and preparing for exams. Helping parents arrange support for children in the transition to distance learning. For this period, the HSE quickly and effectively expanded cooperation with schools in Moscow and regions around Russia that the institution developed over the last 15 years. The concept of education using an evolutional-activity approach is presented. This approach resolves the problem of continuous self-development of specialists in their professional activity. The conformity of their evolution to individual and social changing needs is supported by development of skills for reliable generation of a new valuable knowledge in the right time and in the right place of the professional space. This new knowledge becomes a basis for generation of time- and energy-effective engineering solutions, including unique ones. The novelty of the proposed approach comes from the establishment of an axiomatic basis. The core categories of the basis are activity classes. The whole conceptual framework and fundamental laws are represented as consequences of initial axioms and postulates of the basis. This approach allows the higher education pedagogy to overcome the conceptual crisis, which resulted from the variety of existing conceptual frameworks.

Chronic pain is one of the most common health problems affecting daily activity, employment, relationships and emotional functioning. Unfortunately, the lack of specialized health care personnel, and the high heterogeneity in terms of clinical manifestation and treatment results contribute in failure to manage efficiently and effectively pain. Information and communication technology (ICT) can be a valuable tool, enabling patients and healthcare professional empowerment and better self-management of pain. To this direction, this article reports on the design of a novel technical infrastructure to support effectively and efficiently chronic pain management, based on an Intelligent Personal Health Record platform on top of already available ICT tools. The designed platform targets, among others, at improving the knowledge on the patient data, effectiveness and adherence to treatment and providing effective communication channels between patients and healthcare professionals.

The article highlights the theoretical foundations on the formation of future specialist professional culture the in the field of professions "person-person". It is established that this is a purposeful, specially organized influence on the individual to improve his/her motivational sphere, value orientations, professional knowledge, skills and abilities, ability to empathy and reflection. This problem was studied by the author from the view of several scientific approaches: axiological, cultural, competence, activity. Based on the definitive analysis, the "professional culture of a specialist" concept is formulated, which is considered as a combination of professional and personal values and qualities of a specialist, his/her professional competence, which ensure highly effective fulfilment of professional duties based on reflection and self-development. Structural and semantic analysis allowed identifying components of the professional culture of future professionals i.e. value, cognitive, personal, and reflexive. The experimental research diagnostic tools of a formation condition of the future specialist professional culture in educational space of university are developed and tested: criteria, indicators, levels, techniques which reflect integrity of the investigated phenomenon structural components. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional culture of the future specialist in the field of professions "person-person", which were implemented in the educational environment of the university, have been developed and theoretically grounded. An experimental study was fulfilled and the effectiveness of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions was proved.

The article is devoted to the psychological peculiarities of the manifestation of coping-resources of educators. The teaching profession belongs to the category of professions especially vulnerable to stress, since the teacher has to solve various professional tasks in the absence of time and information, constant open contact with people, which entails considerable emotional energy. The professional activity of a modern teacher requires constant and maximum mobilization of their personal resources. Maintaining or enhancing a person's stress resistance is associated with finding and using resources well enough to help the educator overcome the negative effects of stressful situations. The article reveals such characteristics of personality and social environment that facilitate or make possible adaptation to life stresses, promotes the development of a means of overcoming it, and increases stress resistance. These personal structures help a person cope with threatening circumstances and facilitate adaptation. The author analyzes the scientific and psychological approaches to understand personal resources, determinants of the choice of coping-strategies, and the influence of the characteristics of professional activity on the behavior of the individual. Questions about structure, functions, and types of coping behavior are raised. According to the majority of modern researchers, the generalized classification of the methods of mastering stressful circumstances is analyzed: coping aimed at evaluation; problem-oriented coping; coping aimed at emotions. Also presented were the most up-to-date and most modern models of coping resources, which can be viewed from different angles to look at the choice of coping-resources by the personality of the teacher, taking into account the conditions of his professional activity. The organization and methods of conducted research of the features of manifestation of coping-resources in teachers are described. The presented quantitative and qualitative results are disclosed according to the stages of the study. In particular, the analysis of teacher’s coping-strategies depending on the level of emotional burnout, ways of overcoming difficult life situations, as well as the methods of coping-behavior of the respondents. Relationships between teachers' coping-resources and emotional and mental stress as well as the monotony of professional activities are also identified. Adaptive and non-adaptive coping behaviors are differentiated in terms of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral coping strategies are analyzed separately. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and empirical research, the author substantiates the relevant conclusions and recommendations for school educators on the effective use of their own coping resources.

The article is devoted to the study of the practical and theoretical issue of the formation and realization of a system of conscious self-regulation of professional activity. The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activities at different stages of his professionalization. The choice of goal is due to the fact that the study of the patterns the formation of a system of self-regulation of professional activity is given insufficient attention against the background of a large number of psychological works devoted to the study of various aspects of self-regulation. The methodological basis of this research is the psychological theory of conscious self-regulation, developed by O. A. Konopkin, his students and followers. Self-regulation is defined as a structurallevel metasystem, reflecting the level of formation of general and special regulatory resources and capabilities. The research is identified the qualitative, quantitative and structural patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of activity. It is shown that structural transformations determine the essence of the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation. The cyclical development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation is revealed, which indicates a change in the leading trends in its formation and realization. A critical or transitional point in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity, which falls on the professional experience of 20 years, is determined. The constructive, stagnation and destructive trends in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity are analyzed. It is defined that in the course of constructive development there is an active growth of the components of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the formation of its effective structure. In the course of stagnation and destructive development, the growth of the components of the self-regulation subsystem stabilizes and decreases, their differentiation increases and the destruction of its structure begins. The relationship between the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the effectiveness of the surgeon’s professional activity is fixed.

Abstract Knowledge organization is an essential component of engineering design, and a deeper understanding of how designers organize knowledge could enable more effective insights in support of the design process. To explore this, we examine 23 professional designers’ knowledge organization practices as they virtually engage with data collected during a teardown of a consumer product. Designers organized this data by forming groups of related data, nesting subgroups of data within groups, and creating directional links between groups of data and individual data. Our results indicate three insights about how designers organize and acquire knowledge from product teardowns. First, we observe that while designers find grouping data to be more effective for learning, linking proved more helpful for knowledge transfer. Second, we find that designers employ links between data much more frequently than they do nests, and that links primarily serve to identify trade-offs, requirements, and opportunities for team collaboration. Finally, a graph analysis indicates that design features, product housing, cost, and manufacturing coexist as separate but central groups in designers’ knowledge organization, reflecting the diversity of perspectives on knowledge organization emergent in a constrained teardown activity. These findings provide insight into professional designers’ knowledge organization practices, and represent a preliminary step toward design knowledge bases that more accurately reflect designer behavior, ultimately enabling more effective data-driven support tools for design.

Methods: systematic, problem-targeted, normative-comparative analysis of sources; content analysis of documentation of training the program "Effective management of youth centers", and of other training programs. The program covered 40 participants from different regions of Ukraine. Conclusions. Each training program, including "Effective management of youth centers" and others, are aimed at: improvement, effective activity of youth centers; development and improvement of professional competencies of managers, specialists and volunteers of youth centers and spaces; acquisition of new knowledge and skills connected to the financial direction of the centers; providing quality services by specialists of youth centers.

The article highlights the current state of distance education, considers its advantages and disadvantages, and analyzes the main factors that inhibit the introduction of full-fledged distance learning of art education during the pandemic. The main problems faced by university teachers in organizing distance learning are clarified. Prospects for the introduction of distance education in the Free Economic Zone of Ukraine have been studied. The main role in the implementation of distance learning is played by modern computer technologies, which in combination with the latest educational media technologies become effective means of developing professional and critical thinking of students. Right now, society is more interested than ever in informatization and computerization of all spheres of activity, including art. Therefore, the computer is an indispensable assistant to teachers and students in mastering information flows, modeling and illustrating processes, phenomena, objects and events. High-quality mastery of music and computer technology, orients the future art teacher to the school of tomorrow and gives him a certain "margin of advance" for highly professional activities. The article considers the ways of application of innovative and music-computer technologies in the study of art disciplines, as well as the forms of their implementation, which are aimed at improving the quality of training of future professionals. The main priorities for the development of modern art education in Ukraine and the prospects of distance learning for the higher education system of Ukraine during the pandemic are identified.

If in the case of consumer law, as protected persons are the consumers, then in the case of competition law, the protected entities are the competitors. A combination of actions in competition law presupposes that the same commercial offer satisfies several individual interests of consumers. In the strictest sense, such a combination implies the same legal fact, simultaneously opening up more possibilities for the consumer to choose due to loyal offers from a professional, if he is monopolistic or dominant in the market. More broadly, it can also be accepted that offers can be combined from several competing professionals relating to the same product or service and concerning the same individual interest of a consumer. The possible complementary effects of common law, which would justify the non-limitation of a specific piece of legislation, can never lead to a new monopoly. In some cases this will make competition law more effective and, in other cases, provide marginal and non-exclusive protection to consumers who do not have a direct right guaranteed by competition law. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the interdependent relationship between competition law and consumer law, from the perspective that both have the same common goal, namely to limit abuses by professionals in their economic activity, especially during pandemic times.

Analysis of a time-based study of the main types of functional responsibilities of outpatient nurses in the dispensary Department. This study may affect organizational activities of a specialized drug treatment nurse. The purpose of this study is to improve the organization of the nursing activities in a medical organization that provides specialized medical care. Proper organization of the nurses’ work contributes to high involvement in the treatment process, improving the quality of medical care, and motivation for active professional development. Effective professional activity of the nursing staff is aimed to meeting the needs of patients in affordable and acceptable medical care.

В статье раскрыта сущность понятия «условие» и охарактеризованы содержание понятия «педагогические условия». На основе обобщения существующих научных подходов подано понимание педагогических условий формирования профессионально-терминологической компетентности будущих учителей биологии в ходе профессиональной подготовки. Определены и обоснованы основные педагогические условия формирования профессионально-терминологической компетентности будущих учителей биологии. In the article essence of concept «condition» is exposed and maintenance of concept «pedagogical condition» is described. The generalization of existent scientific approaches the understanding of pedagogical terms of forming of professional and terminology competence of future biology teachers is given in the process of professional preparation. The main aspect of modern pedagogical research of the increasing the efficiency of the educational process problems is the identification, substantiation and verification of pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of the activity. The problem of identifying and substantiating the pedagogical conditions of professional and terminological competence of future biology teachers formation during professional training remained out of the attention of the researchers. The effective pedagogical conditions depend on the clearly determining the structure of methodological support in accordance with the ultimate goal, as well as on the implementation of an interdependent set of conditions. Considering that for the biology teacher, as well as for the doctor, Latin is the basis of professional and terminological competence.

To date, a significant number of software products have been created that are licensed under free software and not used in educational activities. The conducted research revealed the factors promoting and hindering the use of free software in educational activities. Conducted questionnaires, analysis of open data, research of scientists made it possible to conclude on the expediency of using free software in educational activities. Cloud technology is not only a modern trend of effective use of information and communication technologies in professional activity, but also a proven tool for educational activities. To get acquainted with the free software, the use of cloud technologies has been helpful, which is the goal of our research.

In modern conditions, innovative augmented reality technologies are actively developing, which are widespread in many areas of human activity. Introduction of advanced developments in the process of professional training of future specialists of socionomic professions in the conditions of adaptive training, contributes to the implementation of the principles of a personalized approach and increase the overall level of competitiveness. The relevant scientific article is devoted to the theoretical and empirical analysis result of conducting a psychodiagnostic study on an innovative computer complex HC-psychotest. of the features of the implementation of augmented reality technologies in the construct of traditional psychological and pedagogical support aimed at the development of emotional intelligence of the future specialist. The interdisciplinary approach was used while carrying out the research work at the expense of the general fund of the state budget: “Adaptive system for individualization and personalization of professional training of future specialists in the conditions of blended learning”. A comprehensive study of the implementation of traditional psychological-pedagogical and innovative augmented reality technologies was conducted in the framework of scientific cooperation of STEAM-Laboratory, Laboratory of Psychophysiological Research and Laboratory of Psychology of Health in Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University. The theoretical analysis considers the structural model of emotional intelligence of the future specialist of socionomic professions, which is represented by two structural components: intrapersonal construct of emotional intelligence and interpersonal construct of emotional intelligence. Each component mediates the inherent emotional intelligence of interpretive, regulatory, adaptive, stress-protective and activating functions. The algorithm of the empirical block of research is presented by two stages: ascertaining and forming research. According to the results of the statement, low indicators were found on most scales, reflecting the general level of emotional intelligence development of future specialists, actualizing the need to find and implement effective measures for the development of emotional intelligence components in modern higher education and taking into account information development and digitalization. As part of the formative stage of the research implementation, a comprehensive program “Development of emotional intelligence of future professionals” was tested, which integrated traditional psychological and pedagogical technologies and innovative augmented reality technologies. This program is designed for 24 hours, 6 thematic classes of 4 hours. According to the results of a comprehensive ascertaining and shaping research, the effectiveness of the influence of augmented reality technologies on the general index of emotional intelligence is proved. The step-by-step model of integration of augmented reality components influencing the ability to analyze, understand and regulate emotional states into a complex program of emotional intelligence development is demonstrated. According to the results of the formative study, there is a dominance of high indicators of the following components: intrapersonal (50%), interpersonal (53.3%). Thus, we can say that intrapersonal and interpersonal emotional intelligence together involve the actualization of various cognitive processes and skills, and are related to each other. When carrying out professional activities, officers of the VNG of the Russian Federation are often in difficult, stressful, emotionally stressful situations associated with the use of weapons as a particularly dangerous means of destruction. The right to use a weapon by an officer makes him responsible for its use. And therefore requires the officer to make a balanced optimal decision, which is associated with the risk and transience of events, and in which no mistake can be made, since the price of it can be someone's life. It is at such a moment that it is important that the officer has stable skills in making a decision on the use of weapons, and this requires skills not only in managing subordinates or the situation,but in managing himself. The complication of the military-professional activity, manifested in the need to develop the ability to quickly and accurately make command decisions, exacerbating the problem of social responsibility of an officer who has the management of unit that leads to an understanding of his singular personal and professional responsibility, as the ability to govern themselves makes it possible to achieve a positive result of the Department for the DBA. This characterizes the need for a commander to have the ability to manage himself, as a "system" that manages others. Forming skills of self-control, patience, compassion, having mastered algorithms of making managerial decisions, the cycle of implementing managerial functions, etc., a person comes to the belief: "before effectively managing others, it is necessary to learn how to manage yourself." The required level of personal and professional maturity can be formed in a person as a result of purposeful self-management, which determines the special role of professional and personal self-management in the training of future officers.

The article substantiates the importance of training future teachers to use AR technologies in the educational process of preschool and primary education. Scientific sources on the problem of AR application in education are analyzed. Possibilities of using AR in work with preschoolers and junior schoolchildren are considered. Aspects of research of the problem of introduction of AR in education carried out by modern foreign and domestic scientists are defined, namely: use of AR-applications in education; introduction of 3D technologies, virtual and augmented reality in the educational process of preschool and primary school; 3D, virtual and augmented reality technologies in higher education; increase of the efficiency of learning and motivating students through the use of AR-applications on smartphones; formation of reading culture by means of augmented reality technology; prospects for the use of augmented reality within the linguistic and literary field of preschool and primary education. The authors analyzed the specifics of toys with AR-applications, interactive alphabets, coloring books, encyclopedias and art books of Ukrainian and foreign writers, which should be used in working with children of preschool and primary school age; the possibilities of books for preschool children created with the help of augmented reality technologies are demonstrated. The relevance of the use of AR for the effective education and development of preschoolers and primary school children is determined. Problems in the application of AR in the educational process of modern domestic preschool education institutions are outlined. A method of diagnostic research of the level and features of readiness of future teachers to use AR in the educational process of preschool and primary education has been developed. Criteria, indicators are defined, the levels of development of the main components of the studied readiness (motivational, cognitive, activity) are characterized. The insufficiency of its formation in future teachers in the field of preschool and primary education; inconsistency between the peculiarities of training future teachers to use AR in professional activities and modern requirements for the quality of the educational process; the need to develop and implement a holistic system of formation of the studied readiness of future teachers in the conditions of higher pedagogical education are proved. A model of forming the readiness of future teachers to use AR in the educational process of preschool and primary education has been developed.

The article gives a definition of „educational dialogue‟, observes its structure, and defines its stages: modeling (a future educational dialogue model designing and ways of its implementation at a lesson); motivational (identifying problem, task for solving which encourage further active learnsearch activity of educational dialogue participants); searching (finding out/discovering an effective or new method of problem solving; searching answers to the question); disputing (presenting and discussing results, different positions, viewpoints); concluding (analyzing results, summarizing, substantiating the best chosen way of solving tasks, versions, and opinions). Short-term rentals mediated by digital platforms have positive and negative impacts that are unevenly distributed among socio-economic groups and places. Detrimental impacts on the housing market and quality of life of long-term residents have been particular contentious in some cities. • In the 12 cities studied in the report (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Prague, Rome and Vienna), city governments have responded differently to the growth of short-term rentals. • The emerging local regulations of short-term rentals take multiple forms and exhibit various degrees of stringency, ranging from rare cases of laissez-faire to a few cases of partial prohibition or strict quantitative control. Most city governments have sought to find a middle-ground approach that differentiates between the professional rental of whole units and the occasional rental of one’s home/ primary residence. • The regulation of short-term rentals is contentious and highly politicised. Six broad categories of interest groups and non-state actors actively participate in the debates with contrasting positions: advocates of the ‘sharing’ or ‘collaborative’ economy; corporate platforms; professional organisatons of short-term rental operators; new associations of hosts or ‘home-sharers’; the hotel and hospitality industry; and residents’ associations/citizens’ movements. • All city governments face difficulties in implementing and enforcing the regulations, due to a lack of sufficient resources and to the absence of accurate and comprehensive data on individual hosts. That data is held by corporate platforms, which have generally not accepted to release it (with a few exceptions) nor to monitor the content of their listings against local rules. • The relationships between platforms and city governments have oscillated between collaboration and conflict. Effective implementation is impossible without the cooperation of platforms. • In the context of the European Union, the debate has taken a supranational dimension, as two pieces of EU law frame the possibility — and acceptable forms — of regulation of online platforms and of short-term rentals in EU member states: the 2000 E-Commerce Directive and the 2006 Services Directive. • For regulation to be effective, the EU legal framework should be revised to ensure platform account- ability and data disclosure. This would allow city (and other ti ers of) governments to effectively enforce the regulations that they deem appropriate. • Besides, national and regional governments, who often control the legislative framework that defines particular types of short-term rentals, need to give local governments the necessary tools to be able to exercise their ‘right to regulate’ in the name of public interest objectives.

In the new socio-economic conditions in the education system, forms of organization of tourist and local history activities are developing, which are based on traditions, experience of extracurricular and extracurricular work, taking into account the changes that have occurred in the country. Life requires that the tasks facing educational institutions are resolved quickly and have not just any solution, but one that optimizes the pedagogical process. At the same time, these requirements come into conflict with the state of the education system, the limited ability of most parents to create conditions for the full development of the child. The tasks facing the education system can be implemented in tourism and local history activities. The main task is to create the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of the child’s personality, his social adaptation in the process of participation in various types of tourist and local history activities. However, the school teacher is not ready to organize and conduct tourist and local history activities at school, as he is not professionally prepared for this activity. Questions of the organization, forms and methods of teacher training for the organization of tourist and local history activities are practically not reflected in the educational and methodological literature. There are no scientific studies that would allow us to effectively solve the pedagogical tasks of preparing the organizers of tourist and local history activities in the school.

The article investigates functional techniques of extralinguistic expression in multimedia texts; the effectiveness of figurative expressions as a reaction to modern events in Ukraine and their influence on the formation of public opinion is shown. Publications of journalists, broadcasts of media resonators, experts, public figures, politicians, readers are analyzed. The language of the media plays a key role in shaping the worldview of the young political elite in the first place. The essence of each statement is a focused thought that reacts to events in the world or in one’s own country. The most popular platform for mass information and social interaction is, first of all, network journalism, which is characterized by mobility and unlimited time and space. Authors have complete freedom to express their views in direct language, including their own word formation. Phonetic, lexical, phraseological and stylistic means of speech create expression of the text. A figurative word, a good aphorism or proverb, a paraphrased expression, etc. enhance the effectiveness of a multimedia text. This is especially important for headlines that simultaneously inform and influence the views of millions of readers. Given the wide range of issues raised by the Internet as a medium, research in this area is interdisciplinary. The science of information, combining language and social communication, is at the forefront of global interactions. The Internet is an effective source of knowledge and a forum for free thought. Nonlinear texts (hypertexts) – «branching texts or texts that perform actions on request», multimedia texts change the principles of information collection, storage and dissemination, involving billions of readers in the discussion of global issues. Mastering the word is not an easy task if the author of the publication is not well-read, is not deep in the topic, does not know the psychology of the audience for which he writes. Therefore, the study of media broadcasting is an important component of the professional training of future journalists. The functions of the language of the media require the authors to make the right statements and convincing arguments in the text. Journalism education is not only knowledge of imperative and dispositive norms, but also apodictic ones. In practice, this means that there are rules in media creativity that are based on logical necessity. Apodicticity is the first sign of impressive language on the platform of print or electronic media. Social expression is a combination of creative abilities and linguistic competencies that a journalist realizes in his activity. Creative self-expression is realized in a set of many important factors in the media: the choice of topic, convincing arguments, logical presentation of ideas and deep philological education. Linguistic art, in contrast to painting, music, sculpture, accumulates all visual, auditory, tactile and empathic sensations in a universal sign – the word. The choice of the word for the reproduction of sensory and semantic meanings, its competent use in the appropriate context distinguishes the journalist-intellectual from other participants in forums, round tables, analytical or entertainment programs. Expressive speech in the media is a product of the intellect (ability to think) of all those who write on socio-political or economic topics. In the same plane with him – intelligence (awareness, prudence), the first sign of which (according to Ivan Ogienko) is a good knowledge of the language. Intellectual language is an important means of organizing a journalistic text. It, on the one hand, logically conveys the author’s thoughts, and on the other – encourages the reader to reflect and comprehend what is read. The richness of language is accumulated through continuous self-education and interesting communication. Studies of social expression as an important factor influencing the formation of public consciousness should open up new facets of rational and emotional media broadcasting; to trace physical and psychological reactions to communicative mimicry in the media. Speech mimicry as one of the methods of disguise is increasingly becoming a dangerous factor in manipulating the media. Mimicry is an unprincipled adaptation to the surrounding social conditions; one of the most famous examples of an animal characterized by mimicry (change of protective color and shape) is a chameleon. In a figurative sense, chameleons are called adaptive journalists. Observations show that mimicry in politics is to some extent a kind of game that, like every game, is always conditional and artificial.
