ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang dalam kegiatannya memberikan dampak positif. Sampah padat medis adalah sampah yang terdiri dari sampah infeksius, sampah patologi, sampah benda tajam, sampah farmasi, sampah kimiawi, sampah radioaktif, dam sampah dengan kandungan logam yang tinggi. Untuk menunjang pelayanan medis bagi pasien di rumah sakit perlu adanya pengelolaan sampah padat medis yang baik dan memenuhi syarat sanitasi. Tujuan Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sistem pengelolaan sampah padat medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, data primer diperoleh menggunakan cheklist serta wawancara kepada pihak rumah sakit yang berhubungan dengan petugas pengelola sampah padat medis. Data sekunder di peroleh dari informasi yang diberikan oleh pihak Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI. Hasil Penelitian Dari hasil pengamatan terhadap sistem pengelolaan sampah padat medis Rumah Sakit Umum Palembang BARI diperoleh hasil persentase pengamatan yaitu 85 %. Penerapan sistem pengelolaan sampah padat medis yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik seperti beroperasi sendiri insenerator di Rumah Sakit Umum Palembang BARI. RSUD Palembang BARI telah melakukan kegiatan upaya menimisasi limbah yang meliputi reduksi dan pemanfaatan limbah berupa daur ulang. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah padat medis seperti kegiatan pemilahan dan pengangkutan sudah sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor 07 tahun 2019. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan komitmen dalam pengelolaan sampah padat medis, memberikan program dan pelatihan mengenai teknik pengelolaan sampah padat medis. Le malattie cardiovascolari (MCV) rappresentano la principale causa di mortalità a livello globale, con una prevalenza maggiore nelle donne rispetto agli uomini, seppur tardiva spesso di un decennio. Per questo nella valutazione del rischio cardiovascolare di una donna, oltre all’impatto dei fattori di rischio tradizionali, dobbiamo tener conto di fattori predominanti nel sesso femminile, fattori correlati alla fase riproduttiva, alla fase della gravidanza ed alla fase menopausale. L’importanza di valutare questi tre momenti nella vita di una donna e di applicare specifiche strategie di intervento per ridurre il relativo aumentato rischio CV, è stato ampiamente rimarcato da un recente documento di consenso redatto dalle Società Europee di Cardiologia, Endocrinologia, Ginecologia. Tutto questo ci ha fatto comprendere la necessità di creare un ambulatorio di Cardiologia di Genere dedicato alla stratificazione, all’approfondimento ed alla valutazione diagnostica e terapeutica delle donne nelle tre fasi più importanti della loro vita. A ciascun gruppo di donne è corrisposto uno specifico percorso di intervento e di prevenzione. Da gennaio 2020 a maggio 2022 abbiamo valutato 720 donne, con un’età media di 66 anni, per lo più affette da ipertensione arteriosa ed ipercolesterolemia. I risultati ottenuti e l’entusiasmo delle pazienti hanno permesso l’inserimento del nostro Ambulatorio di Cardiologia di Genere nel Bilancio di Genere 2020 della ASL BARI.

The aim of the research was to verify the applicability of microsatellite (SSR) markers in High Resolution Melting (HRM) analysis for the identification of the olive cultivars used in the “Terra di Bari” PDO extra virgin olive oil. A panel of nine cultivars, widespread in Apulia region, was tested with seventeen SSR primer pairs and the PCR products were at first analysed with a Genetic Analyzer automatic sequencer. An identification key was obtained for the nine cultivars, which showed an unambiguous discrimination among the varieties constituting the “Terra di Bari” PDO extra virgin olive oil: Cima di Bitonto, Coratina, and Ogliarola. Subsequently, an SSR based method was set up with the DCA18 marker, coupled with HRM analysis for the distinction of the Terra di Bari olive oil from non-Terra di Bari olive oil using different mixtures. Thus, this analysis enabled the distinction and identification of the PDO mixtures. Hence, this assay provided a flexible, cost-effective, and closed-tube microsatellite genotyping method, well suited to varietal identification and authentication analysis in olive oil.

Il rapporto tra agricoltura e urbanizzazione è oggi centrale nella lettura dei paesaggi metropolitani. La rilevanza dell'agricoltura nel dare forma al territorio, alle sue caratteristiche spaziali e alle sue prestazioni ecologiche si traduce in una domanda di rinnovamento dei metodi e della strumentazione del progetto urbanistico e di paesaggio. Apre nuove opportunità di riflessione sulla qualità degli spazi urbani e riporta al centro la discussione delle differenti scale del progetto urbanistico. L'esplorazione di questi campi è uno dei caratteri fondanti del Piano urbanistico esecutivo per Bari Costa Sud, che ridisegna parti di città e contemporaneamente rilancia le capacità produttive del territorio agricolo, dotando la città di Bari di inediti spazi pubblici di scala metropolitana.

Il presente elaborato si propone di analizzare il culto di San Nicola, figura sacra fortemente venerata a livello internazionale, nel mondo slavo ortodosso e in Russia, proprio a partire dalla terra dove riposano le sue preziose reliquie: la città di Bari in Italia. La vita e miracoli di San Nicola sono stati ampiamente esaminati a livello cronachistico e agiografico da vari studiosi internazionali, e la tesi intende far luce in primis sul grande contributo degli studi baresi sul Taumaturgo all’interno del panorama scientifico attuale, grazie alla prestigiosa istituzione barese del Centro Studi Nicolaiani, diretto dal grande studioso Padre Gerardo Cioffari. Il contesto culturale di riferimento sarà quello slavo ortodosso di Russia, Ucraina e Serbia. In secondo luogo, tale ricerca si propone di studiare l’impatto della presenza delle spoglie del Santo sul territorio locale tramite la costruzione di una moderna chiesa russa di pertinenza del patriarcato di Mosca e la conseguente costituzione di un’attiva comunità russa e russofona a Bari e in Puglia. Inoltre, l’affluenza di pellegrini russi e slavi alla Basilica di San Nicola di Bari ha creato fermento culturale e ravvivato lo spirito festivo popolare e religioso, intensificando i rapporti internazionali tra l’Italia ed il mondo slavo ortodosso nel segno dell’ecumenismo, di cui il Vescovo di Myra è da sempre simbolo supremo. Infine, tale progetto mira a divulgare sul piano teorico lo spessore degli studi nicolaiani condotti a Bari e il loro apporto al mondo accademico della Slavistica sia in Italia che all’estero, e allo stesso tempo a livello pratico, la vivacità della vita culturale creatasi in loco grazie alla stessa presenza del Santo.

Nella mia tesi di laurea ho voluto affrontare il tema dell’asimmetria informativa che si può riscontrare nel mercato dell’arte, in particolare nel caso specifico delle case d’asta: viene cioè trattata l’eventualità in cui al momento dello scambio uno degli attori economici, che sia il compratore o il venditore, abbia maggiori informazioni rispetto all’altro, potendo così meglio decretare il prezzo di un determinato bene artistico. A tal proposito è stato necessario capire cosa definisce il valore di un’opera, chi ne è responsabile e il comportamento degli investitori e quindi dei collezionisti. Infine è stato approfondito uno specifico caso relativo al quadro I Bari di Caravaggio, comprato all’asta come copia non autografa ad una cifra relativamente bassa da un grande esperto e studioso di arte, Sir Denis Mahon; essendo stato uno tra i massimi conoscitori di Caravaggio, egli si era accorto precocemente della paternità del Merisi e di conseguenza del reale valore dell’opera d’arte, a discapito di casa d’asta e precedente proprietario.

Riqualificare un’area come quella della ferrovia a Bari significa confrontarsi con due sistemi antitetici, “due città” che non riescono a dialogare e vivono in maniera isolata all’interno del tessuto urbano. Il tracciato ferroviario, infatti, costituisce una grande frattura nel tessuto della città e nel flusso della vita quotidiana dei suoi abitanti. Tutto ciò ha portato inevitabilmente a un netto contrasto percettivo tra le due immagini della città. Questo progetto nasce dalla volontà di convertire una frattura urbana e sociale apparentemente inestricabile in uno snodo urbano versatile che possa accogliere attività locali e gestire flussi nazionali. A tal fine si propone di prendere il tessuto urbano circostante come fonte ispiratrice del progetto, di prolungarne gli assi viari e realizzare non un semplice collegamento, ma una vera e propria infrastruttura sociale che crei una coerenza con il contesto. Il progetto vuole essere infatti contenitore di spazi per la collettività, creando un ambiente commerciale e culturale che offra una grande flessibilità per l’utente. Piazze, e giardini si alternano a campi sportivi e attività commerciali, al di sotto di un parco pensile che con le sue linee morbide abbraccia gli spazi sottostanti. Varie tipologie di trasporto pubblico sono interconnessi all’interno del progetto, creando un “hub” urbano che raccoglie e gestisce i flussi, combinandoli con le attività della vita quotidiana. In sintesi, si vuole proporre un’inedita apertura del territorio verso le due parti di città tramite una strategia duale che affianchi in maniera consapevole grande e piccola scala, tradizione ed avanguardia, che integri dunque strumenti di pianificazione opposti tra loro, nel programmatico intento di creare una struttura territoriale che possa perdurare nel tempo.

Mon travail de recherche est composé de trois chapitres : le premier a une fonction introductive : il vous présente la ville de Bari aussi bien d'un point de vue historique que linguistique. Ce chapitre comporte trois paragraphes : le premier est dédié à l'histoire linguistique de la ville, le second traitera les principales caractéristiques du dialecte de Bari et enfin le dernier paragraphe intitulé "la dialecte de Bari du papier au web" analyse la manière avec laquelle les nouveaux internautes vivent leur rapport avec leur propre dialecte. Le second consiste en l'étude des réponses données par 120 personnes choisies selon certains paramètres sociolinguistiques (âge, sexe, niveau d'étude). Cette étude permet de mettre en évidence des situations communicatives dans lesquelles on retrouve le dialecte et l'usage alterné italien/dialecte dans la ville de Bari. Les résultats montrent que le dialecte est encore très présent dans la ville de Bari comme le démontrent 90% des personnes interrogées. On remarquera que le dialecte est employé de manière plus courante chez les personnes âgées et beaucoup moins souvent par les personnes dont le niveau d'étude est élevé. Le dernier, qui concernera principalement l'analyse linguistique d'un enregistrement d'une durée totale de 115 minutes, contient également deux paragraphes théoriques sur la variété du répertoire linguistique italien et sur les principaux phénomènes de contact linguistique italien/dialecte. Le résultat de ces analyses montre que, même s'il est vrai que le dialecte tente à disparaître, dans la réalité quotidienne des habitants de Bari ce dernier semble bien plus vivant
My research falls into three parts : firstly, an introduction situating the town of Bari historically as well as linguistically. This chapter comprises three paragraphs : the first deals with the linguistic history of the city, the second focuses on the principal characteristics of the Bari dialect, and the last, called "Bari dialect : from paper to the web" analyses the way today's internauts have adapted their own dialect in web communications. Part two is a study of the answers provided by 120 people selected according to parameters of age, gender and educational attainment. This survey reveals the various situations where either dialect or a mix of Italian and dialect is used. The results show that dialect is still very much live in Bari, as 90% of interviewees claim to use it, particularly old people, while among the educated use is much less frequent. The third part mainly consists of a linguistic analysis of a 115-minute recordind, plus two theoretical paragraphs dealing with the width of the Italian linguistic repertory, and how this interacts with the use of dialect. The report concludes that, even though dialect is losing ground, it still plays an much more important role in the daily lives of Bari's inhabitants

Dopo aver sposato Sigismondo I il Vecchio, Bona Sforza d'Aragona duchessa di Bari diventa Regina di Polonia. Durante il suo regno, sia Bari che la Polonia vivono un periodo di massimo splendore. In questa tesi, verrà analizzata la figura di Bona Sforza come ponte tra il piccolo ducato di Bari e il grande regno di Polonia. Si utilizzerà la figura della regina Bona per evidenziare le relazioni che si sono protratte tra Bari e la Polonia durante la prima metà del XVI secolo, ma anche oltre. Si metterà in primo piano anche l'importanza dei ruoli svolti dai vari pugliesi nell'entourage di Bona Sforza nel suo regno polacco.

Questo elaborato di tesi, ricavato dal lavoro di tirocinio svolto presso uno dei laboratori di ricerca del Dipartimento di Chimica Industriale “Toso Montanari” dell’Università di Bologna, si concentra sullo studio dell’attività e dell’enantioselettività di catalizzatori eterogenei composti da sfere di gel di alginato di bario. Per preparare il catalizzatore chirale abbiamo seguito un protocollo di preparazione di cui abbiamo studiato la sua robustezza. Tale catalizzatore è stato testato conducendo delle reazioni di Friedel-Crafts che coinvolgono indolo e accettori di Michael, nitrostireni con diversi sostituenti sull’anello aromatico. Abbiamo ottimizzato il protocollo della reazione catalitica, variandone i diversi parametri, focalizzandoci su un substrato che dagli studi precedenti era stato individuato come scarsamente reattivo. Migliorato il protocollo di reazione, abbiamo testato l’attività del catalizzatore su una serie di nitrostireni recanti diversi sostituenti sull’anello aromatico, principalmente in posizione para. I substrati testati hanno generalmente portato alla formazione dei prodotti attesi in buone rese ed enantioselezioni, dimostrando quindi per la prima volta la possibilità di utilizzare alginati, biopolimeri a larga disponibilità, come induttori di chiralità in reazioni catalitiche. Infine abbiamo iniziato lo studio sulla riciclabilità del catalizzatore, il quale ha dato ottimi risultati sotto il punto di vista della conversione e meno entusiasmanti per quanto riguarda l’enantioselezione.

Superati «novant’anni d’impazienza» e dopo un lungo periodo votato all’autocommento e all’esplorazione delle proprie intenzioni, Raffaele La Capria ha raccolto le sue opere in due Meridiani curati da Silvio Perrella. La Capria ne ha celebrato l’uscita nella prolusione inaugurale di Salerno Letteratura, poi confluita nel breve autoritratto narrativo "Introduzione a me stesso" (2014). In questa sede, l’autore è tornato su alcuni punti essenziali della sua riflessione sulla scrittura, come la relazione, reciproca e ineludibile, fra tradizione e contemporaneità. All’epilogo del «romanzo involontario» di una vita, La Capria guarda retrospettivamente alla propria esperienza come ad un’autentica educazione intellettuale. Perciò, muovendo da un’intervista inedita del 2015, riportata integralmente in appendice, la tesi ha l’obiettivo di ricostruire l’apprendistato letterario di La Capria dai primi anni Trenta, quando l’autore ancora frequentava il ginnasio, fino all’inizio dei Sessanta, quando ottenne il premio che ne avrebbe assicurato il successo. Il percorso, che riesamina l’intera bibliografia lacapriana nella sua varietà e nella sua stratificazione, si articola in una serie di fasi interdipendenti: la partecipazione indiretta alle iniziative dei GUF (intorno alle riviste «IX maggio» e «Pattuglia»); l’incursione nel giornalismo e l’impegno culturale nell’immediato dopoguerra (sulle pagine di «Latitudine» e di «SUD»); l’attività di traduttore dal francese e dall’inglese (da André Gide a T.S. AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic took a toll on the world’s healthcare infrastructure as well as its social, economic, and psychological well-being. In particular, Italy’s unexpectedly high COVID-19 case and death rate from March to June, 2020, captured headlines due to its speed and virulence. Many governments are currently implementing measures to help contain and slow down the spread of COVID-19. The Social Response to Covid-19 Smart Dashboard was built by researchers at the Metabolism of Cities Living Lab, Center for Human Dynamics in the Mobile Age at San Diego State University and Politecnico di Milano. This dashboard provides an aggregated view of what people in 10 Italian metropolitan cities (Milan, Venice, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples, Bari, Palermo, and Cagliari) tweet during the pandemic by monitoring social media behaviors in the north, center, south, and islands. Moreover, the dashboard is a geo-targeted search tool for Twitter messages to monitor the diffusion of information and social behavior changes which provides an automatic procedure to help researchers to: associate tweets based on geography differences, filter noises such as removing redundant retweets and using machine learning methods to improve precisions, analyze social media data from a spatiotemporal perspective, and visualize social media data in various aspects such as weekly trends, top urls, top retweets, top mentions, and top hashtags. The Social Response to Covid-19 SMART Dashboard provides a useful tool for policy makers, city planners, research organizations, and health officials to monitor real-time societal perceptions using social media.

As part of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Polytechnic of Bari, the University of Bari and the Academy of Albanological Studies of Tirana, research on Albanian fortified architecture was started which also saw recognition by the MAECI. The studies, starting from experiences already acquired by the Polytechnic and the University of Bari on the Apulian fortified works, aim to create an atlas of fortified architecture in Albania and in-depth interventions on some significant case studies. Having noted a series of limitations in various studies on fortified architecture in Albania and in particular the lack of comparisons between eastern and western sources, it was possible to find a chronological classification of the sites based almost exclusively on typological aspects and construction techniques, generating a certain rigidity that should be rethought in the light of new studies and insights. Add to this the lack of excavations and archaeological tests which can highlight, with greater clarity and precision, chronological indicators to be associated with the wall structures. A first approach to the topic was to create a Geographic Information System (which is being structured and enriched as the research progresses) in which the main examples of Albanian fortified architecture were inserted to begin to define some fundamental relationships between the fortification system and the geo-morphological aspects of the territory, the hydrographic network and the ancient and medieval roads. Two case studies were identified at the same time: the fortified citadels of Berat and Tepelene for a first series of historical investigations and surveys of some significant structures in order to be able to carry out some reflections on the restoration operations that have involved, over the past few years , the two fortresses.

L’attività estrattiva ha costituito per la Puglia un importante motore di sviluppo economico e produttivo, uso del territorio legato alla sua tradizione storico-costruttiva. In particolare il bacino estrattivo della nuova provincia Barletta – Andria – Trani (BAT), a nord di Bari, in crisi ed in parte dismesso, è stato per la Regione uno dei riferimenti per l’ economia, non sempre sensibile verso le indotte trasformazioni sul paesaggio e territorio. Il presente contributo si propone di indagare quale possa essere il punto d’incontro tra il processo di pianificazione e quello produttivo, al fine di individuare strategie con cui operare il ripristino e la restituzione di usi, significati e valori a siti estrattivi ormai dismessi; attivando proattivamente e propositivamente processi virtuosi capaci di innescare da un lato una migliore gestione del paesaggio e dall’altro la necessaria innovazione nel sistema di gestione del comparto estrattivo risorse per il territorio. Partendo dall’atto di avvio del PTCP (Piano Territoriale di Coordinamento Provinciale), attento al recupero di cave esaurite ed abbandonate, si è cercato di definire un percorso metodologico e progettuale, nel quale il presupposto di riacquisire le cave esaurite in un processo di sviluppo sostenibile del territorio trova, attraverso azioni di paesaggio ripensate come le “3R”: Rinaturalizzare, Reinventare, Riparare, proposte strategiche di trasformazione territoriale in grado di delineare scenari futuri per il territorio e per i nuovi contesti di vita. Operativamente attraverso lo strumento delle linee guida sono state messe a sistema le tre azioni di paesaggio in risposta alle criticità che derivano dai processi e conflitti in atto individuati dai progetti territoriali di paesaggio regionale, con l’obiettivo di pensare al riuso delle cave esaurite per consolidare e valorizzare i caratteri di ciascun contesto di vita, e creare nuovi valori e risignificazione dei luoghi. The mining activity has been an important driver of economic and productive development for the Apulia region, representing a land use inextricably linked to its historical and constituting tradition. In particular, the mining basin of the comprehensive province Barletta - Andria - Trani (BAT), north of Bari, is now undergoing a crisis and has been partly dismissed. However, it has always been an important driving force for the local economy of the region. The consequent problems associated with landscape modification and alteration, land use,waste and sludge proper disposal have never been sufficiently taken into account This paper aims to investigate a possible meeting point between the planning and the production processes, in order to identify recovery and recycling strategies, as well as identifying how to return the dismissed extraction sites their former uses, meanings and values by proactively activating virtuous processes capable of triggering a better landscape management on the one hand and, on the other hand, the necessary innovation of the mining management system, allowing it to be a territorial resource again. Starting from the act of initiating the PTCP (Provincial Territorial Coordination Plan), attentive to the recovery of exhausted quarries and abandoned, we have tried to define a methodological and design, in which the assumption of regaining the exhausted quarries in the process of development sustainable land is, through actions of landscape rethought as the "3R" renaturalise, Reinvent, Repairing, policy proposals of territorial transformation can outline future scenarios for the region and for new life contexts. Operationally, through the instrument of the guidelines have been put in the system landscape of three actions in response to the issues that arise from the processes and ongoing conflicts as identified by the local projects of regional landscape, with the aim of thinking about the reuse of exhausted quarries for consolidate and enhance the characteristics of each context of life, and create new values and re-signification of places.

The themes of reduce, recycle, reuse are at the heart of the challenges that the global society of the XXI century is facing. At the same time, more than two-thirds of the world population lives in cities nominating the latters to play a central role in the near future. For this reason, the search for a methodology for the redevelopment of the historical urban fabrics appears today extremely interesting. Complexity, richness and stratification of the latters make them definitely the most convincing test to set a scientific strategy for the project of urban transformations. But stratification means complexity and complex are the phenomena that characterize the XXI century society. The only convincing way then for the analysis of these phenomena is that of the multi-disciplinarity. The proposed methodology is structured, thus, around a number of disciplines (Urban Morphology, Sustainability, Urban Regulation, Economic Evaluation and Urban Design) on which to set the reading of the urban fabric with special attention to the so called “urban voids” namely all those situations in which the tissue is interrupted due to slumping and demolitions. This aspect is very important because if, on the one hand, it is in these areas where key tissue analysis problems can be seen, on the other hand, it is always from these areas that the main urban, social and economical transformation opportunities can take boot. A Due Diligence of the “urban voids” organised in datasheets/base (for each area) concludes the analysis. The coast of Monopoli is affected by a complex system of creeks used since ancient times as landings that connected, through the road network and the system of karst blades, the coast with the interior. Near the docks will develop from the sixteenth century a large and articulated system of fortified towers, functional to the defense of the hinterland.The context of Torre Cintola has been the subject of action by the ABAP Superintendence of the Metropolitan City of Bari, with a global approach (archaeological, monumental, environmental) aimed at protecting and enhancing a system of settlement of the coastal rural landscape, with a view to safeguarding the "identity" characteristics of the territory and the communities that have inhabited it over time. Recovery, restoration and enhancement of the tower were carried out by the Superintendence in 1995 and the Municipality of Monopoli in 2021; archaeological investigations carried out in the areas outside the tower and non-destructive diagnostic (georadar and georeferenced relief laser 3D scanner and GPS) also allowed to clarify the articulation and type. Just to the north of Torre Cintola are documented some ancient road sections, attributed to the Via Appia Traiana, whose strategic function, compared to the road networks that developed from the coast inland, has been confirmed by archaeological investigations carried out in the inlet adjacent to the tower, which was to represent a landing place for small and medium boats. On the seabed is preserved part of the keel and the wooden planking of a wreck, some areas of clay fragments and dead lithic bodies, while on the cliff have been identified numerous mooring bollards, made directly carving and shaping the rock bank and, in the northern part of the coast, a series of salt pans on the rocks with canalizations for the outflow of sea water.

This paper concerns the acoustic analysis of self–sustained thermoacoustic pressure oscillations that occur in a test rig equipped with full scale lean premixed burner. The experimental work is conducted by Ansaldo Energia and CCA (Centro Combustione Ambiente) at the Ansaldo Caldaie facility in Gioia del Colle (Italy), in cooperation with Politecnico di Bari. The test rig is characterized by a longitudinal development with two acoustic volumes, plenum and combustion chamber, coupled by the burner. The length of both chambers can be varied with continuity in order to obtain instability at different frequencies. A previously developed three dimensional finite element code has been applied to carry out the linear stability analysis of the system, modelling the thermoacoustic combustion instabilities through the Helmholtz equation under the hypothesis of low Mach approximation. The heat release fluctuations are modelled according to the κ-τ approach. The burner, characterized by two conduits for primary and secondary air, is simulated by means of both a FEM analysis and a Burner Transfer Matrix (BTM) method in order to examine the influence of details of its actual geometry. Different operating conditions, in which self–sustained pressure oscillations have been observed, are examined. Frequencies and growth rates of unstable modes are identified, with good agreement with experimental data in terms of frequencies and acoustics pressure wave profiles.

Abstrak Perkembangan Arsitektur Tradisional Bali (ATB) tetap terjadi. Ditemukan ATB yang perkembangannya merupakan kriteria kekokohan, dan lebih mengutamakan tampilan keindahan. Perkembangan pengindahan dengan perletakan ornamen estetika yang tidak pada tempatnya, berupa perletakan kencut pada saka (kolom kayu) sekeliling bale (bangunan ATB) serta canggahwang (segitiga pengaku) dengan ukiran tembus yang penuh dan indah. Perkembangan tersebut tidak terlepas dari permintaan masyarakat pemesan ATB. Pekerja ATB bukanlah seorang undagi yang ahli pada bidang ATB. Pekerja ATB kurang memahami prinsip-prinsip konstruksi ATB yang tahan terhadap gempa termasuk pemahaman perletakan ornamen estetika/ukirannya. Hal ini menyebabkan pelemahan-pelemahan pada titik-titik tumpuan yang sangat beresiko saat terjadi gempa serta akan merusak ikon ATB yang selama ini diketahui tahan terhadap gempa. Dari perkembangan yang terjadi di lapangan, pengindahan-pengindahan bangunan bale ATB perlu diarahkan melalui workshop pekerja ATB. Pada akhir workshop/pelatihan, keahlian para pekerja ATB semakin meningkat sehingga paham dan mampu menerapkan makna keindahan dan logika struktur ATB. Jalur pedestrian merupakan salah satu fasilitas bagi kegiatan atau pergerakan pejalan kaki. Pembangunan jalur pedestrian saat ini sedang dilaksanakan di sisi ruas jalan utama di Kota Pontianak. Pembangunan jalur pedestrian yang lebar, lengkap dengan atribut dan perabot dari sebuah fasilitas pejalan kaki, menjadi pemandangan baru di beberapa sudut kota. Kegiatan berjalan kaki di Kota Pontianak yang terletak di wilayah tropis khatulistiwa lembap menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi keberhasilan pembangunan sebuah fasilitas pejalan kaki. Keberhasilan pembangunan akan dimaknai dengan tumbuhnya budaya berjalan kaki di fasilitas-fasilitas yang tersedia. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan bagi seseorang untuk memilih moda perjalanan, di antaranya adalah faktor waktu, kenyamanan, ketersediaan kendaraan bermotor dan pola tata guna lahan. Hal ini ditambah lagi oleh motivasi untuk melakukan kegiatan berjalan kaki, baik itu rekreatif, fungsional hingga yang pragmatis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan potensi pemanfaatan jalur pedestrian di jalan utama Kota Pontianak, khususnya Jalan Ahmad Yani, dalam tinjauan teoritis spasial. Pembahasan menggunakan pendekatan kuasi kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis spasial, yaitu radius perjalanan, street hits, dan walkscore. Perencanaan spasial yang heterogen dalam jarak jangkau pejalan kaki dan perencanaan lebar jalur pedestrian yang efektif dapat menjadi solusi peningkatan bangkitan pergerakan kawasan perkotaan di Kota Pontianak.

Ikhtisar dari volume ini disusun untuk mengeksplorasi secara ringkas poin-poin utama yang dipaparkan di dalam studi kasus yakni bagaimana aksi kolektif perempuan telah membawa perubahan baik bagi kesejahteraan diri perempuan, maupun dampaknya bagi pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Desa di Indonesia, serta bagaimana perubahan-perubahan tersebut terwujud dengan dukungan berbagai organisasi masyarakat sipil dalam lintas konteks dan sektor. Pertama, kami mengidentifikasi perbedaan dan keberagaman prioritas dan inisiatif pembangunan desa sebagai hasil pengaruh keterlibatan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan UndangUndang Desa. Inisiatif pembangunan tersebut tidak hanya terkait isu infrastruktur dan ekonomi (walaupun perempuan juga telah mengupayakan beberapa inisiatif di isu ini), namun juga meliputi berbagai permasalahan pembangunan desa dan tantangan sektoral lain yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, khususnya perempuan. Kedua, kami menjabarkan berbagai bentuk perubahan yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan sehari-hari perempuan, dan juga pengaruhnya pada struktur kuasa, pembuatan keputusan dan prioritas pembangunan, baik di tingkat desa, masyarakat, institusi, maupun konteks yang lebih luas. Ketiga, kami membahas proses yang mendasari perubahan, dan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadapnya, sebagaimana yang digambarkan melalui studi kasus yang ada. Ini termasuk pembahasan bagaimana dinamika konteks menghambat atau mendorong pengaruh perempuan, perbedaan dari isu dan tantangan sektoral yang dihadapi oleh perempuan, dan bagaimana aksi kolektif perempuan berkontribusi terhadap perubahan yang ada. Keempat, kami mengeksplorasi dimensi temporal dari perubahan tersebut. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) merupakan bahan bakar yang umum digunakan di Indonesia, termasuk untuk sektor industri dan UMKM. Namun, penggunaan LPG memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, seperti harganya yang relatif tinggi dan ketersediaannya yang terbatas. Saat ini, sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) banyak yang menggunakan LPG 3 kg golongan subsidi. LPG 3 kg subsidi adalah bahan bakar gas elpiji yang disubsidi oleh pemerintah. LPG 3 kg subsidi diperuntukkan bagi rumah tangga dan usaha mikro yang menggunakan LPG untuk memasak. LPG 3 kg subsidi dijual dengan harga yang lebih murah dibandingkan LPG 3 kg non subsidi. Pemerintah memberikan subsidi LPG 3 kg untuk membantu masyarakat miskin dan rentan miskin untuk mendapatkan akses energi yang terjangkau. Subsidi LPG 3 kg juga bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran masyarakat untuk kebutuhan memasak. CNG merupakan alternatif bahan bakar yang dapat mengatasi keterbatasan LPG. CNG merupakan bahan bakar yang lebih efisien, aman, dan ramah lingkungan dibandingkan LPG. Laporan studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Laporan ini disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh tim peneliti Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa potensi konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY sangat besar. Hal ini dikarenakan wilayah tersebut memiliki banyak industri dan UMKM yang menggunakan LPG sebagai bahan bakar. Selain itu wilayah Jawa Tengah dan DIY dekat dengan sumber daya gas alam, di Blok Cepu (Lapangan Gundih, Lapangan North Kedungtuban, dan Alas Dara Kemuning (ADK)). Laporan ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah untuk mendukung konversi LPG ke CNG untuk sektor industri dan UMKM di Jawa Tengah dan DIY baik dari pemerintah maupun sektor swasta.
