AbstractThis article concerns the effects of globalization on Islam in the Bamum kingdom, Cameroon. Since its introduction into the kingdom at the beginning of the nineteenth century, Islam has been closely intertwined with ethnicity and the local political system has been consensual. Politically, Bamum royalty – as the secular arm of central power – has had the unconditional support of Islam. For a long period, ‘Bamum Islam’, with its origins in the Tijaniya tariqa, withdrew in on itself, unlike other parts of Africa where sufism is dominant. But since the start of the 1990s, both political liberalization and Isalmic modernity have had their effects in Bamum through what is called in Foumban the ‘Wahhabite’ infiltration, namely, all those who have studied in Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The politico-religious foundation on which were based both the legitimacy of the royal household and the unity of the Bamum people has been undermined and disabled, provoking a crisis of identity. This crisis is evidenced, on the one hand, by the politicization of the Tijaniya on behalf of one opposition party, reforms and the destabilization of the dominant position of the Tijaniya, and, on the other hand, by a Tijaniya insurrection, open defiance and the weakening of the position of the Sultan-King of Bamum.

Анотація:

The utilisation of local raw material in the production of ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) is worthy of exploration for the replacement of full-fat milk, peanut butter, mineral and vitamin mix used in the standard formulation. The objective of this study was to produce snack bars that will meet the protein requirement set by World Health Organisation (WHO) for RUTF (13–16% by weight) using the Bambara groundnut-Moringa oleifera leaf protein complex (BAMOLP). The BAMOnut snack bars were simulated using the mixture preparation procedure in Superpro Designer to determine different proportions of BAMOLP, Moringa oleifera leaf powder, egusi, oats, and millet. Three bars formulated were; BAMOnut-OB3 (BAMOnut Bar enriched with oats and 3% BAMOLP), BAMOnut-MB2 (BAMOnut Bar enriched with millet and 2% BAMOLP), and BAMOnut-OMB5 (BAMOnut Bar enriched with oats, millets, and 5% BAMOLP). The snack bars were assessed for physical, nutritional, proximate and bench-top sensory properties. BAMOnut-OB3 was firmer and less crumbly, with a larger particle size. BAMOnut-OB3 had the lowest water activity, lightest colour and the best amino acid profile. The moisture (4.9%), protein (14.1%), fat (19.3%), carbohydrate (59.7%), and energy (468.6 Kcal/100 g) of BAMOnut-OB3, compare favourably with the requirements for RUTF (2.5% moisture, 13–16% protein, 26–36% fat, 41–58% carbohydrate, and 520–550 Kcal/100 g energy). Local raw materials can be successfully used in the production of RUTF.

The royal palace museums of the Grassfields’ Kingdoms of West Region of Cameroon are well recognized for the preservation of culturally significant objects and practices. To date, the role of palace museums in wildlife conservation has received little consideration. Herein, a preliminary study into the animalbased artefacts of palace museums from a wildlife conservation perspective is presented. A total of 11 chiefdom palace museums in the West Region of Cameroon were surveyed and the animal species represented in their exhibitions recorded. Parts of 32 different animal species, including locally extinct large mammals such as lion, cheetah, chimpanzee, and elephant were found. The primary purpose for inclusion of specimens in palace museums was for preservation of culture. However, potential wildlife conservation focused uses to which palace museums may also put their collections are discussed herein. Les musées du palais royal des royaumes des Grassfields de la région de l’Ouest Cameroun sont bien connus pour la préservation d’objets et de pratiques culturellement significatifs. À ce jour, le rôle des musées de palais dans la conservation de la faune a été peu pris en compte. Ici, une étude préliminaire des collections animales de ces musées du point de vue de la conservation de la faune est présentée. Onze musées de palais de chefferies de la région de l’Ouest Cameroun ont été étudiés et les espèces animales représentées dans leurs expositions ont été enregistrées. Des parties de 32 espèces animales différentes, y compris de grands mammifères localement disparus comme le lion, le guépard, le chimpanzé et l’éléphant ont été découverts. Le but principal de l’inclusion de spécimens dans les musées du palais est la préservation de la culture. Western Cameroon is one of the regions most in needs of innovative and healthy solutions for freshwater fish conservation. This study aimed at evaluating the socio-economical characteristics of fish smokers and technical factors on the species smoked in the Noun Division. A total of 91 fish smokers were chosen. The socio-economic data were on age, gender, religion, number of dependents, marital status, ethnic group, education level, economic activities, smoking goals and workforce. The results of this study showed that fish smoking is practiced mainly by women (70%) which is common in Sub Sahara Africa small scale fish sector. The smokers are aged from 20 to 50 years (80%), married (92.2%) and taking care of a family of 1 to 10 persons (80%). These smokers are Muslim (74%), belonging to the Bamoun ethnic group (81%). They were also involved in other activities: agriculture (29%) and trade (1%). About 67% of the sampled smokers’ population had an experience of more than 10 years in the domain. The Purpose of smoking was largely sales (97%) and subsistence (3%). Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) was the most smoked species (36%), followed by African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) with a proportion of 32%. The average quantity of fresh fish smoked was 110 kg/day/smoker, with Oreochromis niloticus being more produced (60±4.74 kg/day/smoker). With regard to the smoking techniques used, hygiene measures were poorly respected. The major constraints revealed by the survey were that freshwater’s traditional fish smoking activities in Noun Division are influenced by gender, economic and cultural background. There is a lack of technical support material and financial means. Any implications for future investigations on health and food safety will be suitable for fresh fish smokers and the entire consumers.

Cette recherche en géographie sociale et culturelle porte sur Nguon, grand festival et rassemblement culturel multiséculaire des Bamoun au Cameroun. Nguon, avec des publics différenciés et dans des temporalités complémentaires mais distinctes, est à la fois un festival et une ritualisation de la coutume et du sacré du royaume bamoun maintenu durant l'époque coloniale puis depuis l'avènement de la république du Cameroun.L'originalité de son processus de patrimonialisation s'inscrit dans la vague contemporaine des traditions recomposées. Il constitue une arène d'analyse pour révéler des questionnements de gouvernance autour de l'attractivité touristique du territoire et du développement local grâce à son riche patrimoine, mais plus encore, pour ses retombées concernant la permanence de la cohésion communautaire, politique et culturelle face au contexte mondialisé plein d'incertitudes. Le potentiel d'attractivité touristique naturel et patrimonial de ce territoire, le Noun, peut-il être exploité sans que la structure sociétale bamoun n'en soit trop déséquilibrée ? Finalement, comment la patrimonialisation mise en perspective avec les enjeux touristiques, politiques et économiques interfèrent avec l'identité culturelle bamoun, et comment en retour la spécificité bamoun portée par le rituel et la coutume multiséculaire font de Nguon un festival singulier dans la vague des patrimonialisations actuelles ?
This research in social and cultural geography focuses on Nguon, a major festival and centuries-old cultural gathering of the Bamoun people in Cameroon. Nguon, with differentiated audiences and in complementary but distinct temporalities, is both a festival and a ritualization of the custom and sacredness of the bamoun kingdom maintained during the colonial era and since the advent of the Republic of Cameroon.The originality of its heritage process is part of the contemporary series of rebuilt traditions. It is an arena for analysis to reveal questions of governance around the attractiveness of the territory for tourism and local development thanks to its rich heritage, but even more so, for its impact on the permanence of community, political and cultural cohesion in a globalized context full of uncertainties. Can the potential for natural and heritage tourism attractiveness of this territory, the Noun, be exploited without causing the bamoun societal structure to be too unbalanced? Finally, how does the patrimonialization put in perspective with the touristic, political and economic stakes interfere with the bamoun cultural identity, and how in return does the bamoun specificity carried by the ritual and the multisecular custom make Nguon a singular festival in the wave of the current patrimonializations?

Le but de cette thèse est d'étudier et analyser les objets du musée du Palais Bamoum. La nature des éléments rencontres à Foumban, fait que cette étude reste sous beaucoup d’aspects, une reconstitution ; en effet, la plupart des objets ne sont plus en usage dans leur conteste originel. Il était donc nécessaire de restituer ce contexte même par une étude historique. Notre choix a porté sur les trois rois qui nous ont paru les plus représentatifs de l'histoire du royaume Bamoum : 1- Share 1394 - 1418 1er roi 2- Mbuombuo vers 1700 - 1757 11eme roi 3- Njoya 1889 - 1933 17eme roi. Ensuite, nous avons analyse les objets dans leur milieu c'est-à-dire dans le musée du palais. Il y a aussi une étude sur le bois comme objet sacré. Enfin, nous parlons des problèmes de la conservation dans les musées africains. Tout ceci soutenu par des planches, et des documents photographiques
The aim of this thesis is the study and analysis of the objects of the Bauman royal palace. The nature of elements met at fumban, makes that this study remains under many sides, a reconstitute. The majority of objects are not used in their original context. It was necessary to recreate this context by an historical study. We have choosen three kings that seemed to us the more representative of the history of the bamun kingdom. Then, we analysed the objects in the background, in the palace's museum. A study about the wood, sacred objects is made too. At last, we talk about problems of the conservation in the african museums. All of this, is sustained by plates and photographic documents

Les dynamiques socio-économiques déterminent les rapports de genre et l’accès aux ressources productives. L’essor des cultures vivrières et maraîchères a forgé un nouveau contexte agricole que nous voulons examiner dans ce travail. Il s’est produit une transformation de l’identité des acteurs impliqués, de l’usage de l’espace, des relations de genre et du rapport aux ressources. Cette recherche voudrait identifier les principales dynamiques qui ont accompagné cette transition agricole, montrer que la reconversion agraire ne s’est pas produite de la même manière pour les femmes et les hommes et débusquer les spécificités de leurs nouvelles activités économiques. Le développement des activités féminines et l’évolution des asymétries de genre, l’égalité de statuts et des droits entre les sexes n’aboutissent pas à l’égalité des pouvoirs entre les femmes et les hommes et à un accès équitable aux ressources productives puisque plusieurs facettes de la socioculture Bamoun (spécialisation des cultures, division du travail etc.) entretiennent une hiérarchisation en faveur des hommes et renforcent la supériorité de leurs statuts, de leurs fonctions et de leurs activités
The socio-economic dynamics determine gender relations and the allocation of productive resources. In this area, the development of foodstuff and vegetable cultivation has forged a new agricultural context that we want to study in this work. There was a transformation of actors involved, of the spatial changes, of gender relations and the access to resources. This research is to identify the significant dynamics that accompanied this agricultural transition, to show that agricultural reconversion does not occur in the same way for women and men and to review the specificities of their new economic activities. The development of gender asymmetries, of the women activities, equal status and rights between the sexes do not lead to equality of power between men and women and equitable access to productive resources since many aspects of Bamun culture (crop specialization, division of labor) maintains a hierarchy in favor of men and reinforce the superiority of their status, their functions and activities

Cette thèse porte sur les débuts du christianisme et son évolution en pays Bamoun entre le début du XXème siècle et 1960, période de l'indépendance du Cameroun. Comprendre aujourd'hui l'identité africaine, c'est mettre à jour les processus qui en organisent la construction historique, la mise en question, la perte ou la réappropriation. Aussi, les recompositions religieuses auxquelles on assiste sur le continent nous interpelle sur l'implantation du christianisme durant la période coloniale. Nous articulons cette thèse en trois parties. La première présente le pays Bamoun et le système de croyances traditionnelles structurées avec un pouvoir partagé entre le roi et les dignitaires. Une grande importance est accordée aux cultes basés sur le groupe familial ou communautaire. La seconde partie retrace l'arrivée des Allemands en pays Bamoun et le début du christianisme (1906) sous l'impulsion de la mission protestante de Bâle. Cette phase d'évangélisation s'accompagne d'un certain nombre d'apports en terme de liberté individuel et d'infrastructures. Toutefois les freins se révèlent forts : méfiance de l'aristocratie locale, réformes qui déstructurent l'organisation de la société traditionnelle. La troisième partie met en scène les missionnaires français des SMEP et SCJ, des œuvres des missions (catholiques et protestantes). Cette dernière partie est marquée par le début de la décolonisation. Elle débouche sur l'autonomie de l'Eglise et d'un nouveau paysage religieux, plus enclin à respecter l'identité culturelle africaine.

Le pays bamoun est une entite socio-economique et politique precoloniale. Conquetes et vassalisations ont contribue a la creation d'un vaste royaume pratiquantl'agriculture sur des domaines ruraux et exercant le commerce international. Il s'y est developpe une civilisation qui a mis en place une structure spatiale en aureoles concentriques, un espace organise par la ville et pour la ville. La colonisation et l'arrivee des eleveurs nomades introduisent de nouvelles formes d'occupation du sol. Les grandes plantations de cafe naissent et autour d'elles, se developpent des exploitations paysannes. Il y a une tentative de destruction sociale. Les reformes agraires et l'accroissement de la population favorisent le developpement de l'agriculture. L'espace se rarefie de par l'utilisation faite par les eleveurs et les agriculteurs, les grands amenagements (barrages reservoirs, reboisement, voies de communication). La campagne echappe a la ville. Les hautes terres de l'ouest et des grassfields connaissent de fortes densites. Le pays bamounse presente comme le deversoir potentiel du trop plein des populations installees sur ces ensembles. La cartographie de la dynamique des paysages utilisant la teledetection est entravee par les conditions physiques du milieu (brume seche, nuages. . . ). .
The bamun land is a socio-economic and political unit. The civilisation developed here set a bipolar structure make of towns and country. The space divided into concentric areas, is organised by and for the town. It hat known several transformations since its formation up to now. One of these happened with the arrival of colonisation and cattle rearers. An attemp to destructurate social noms occurs during colonial period. With colonial peace, cattle rearers settled in the bamun land, and international trade was develop. Colonial coffee plantations and peasants farms appeared on the black volcanic soils of foumbot. The intemal population and towns growth cause an intersification of agriculture for the revictualing of urban centers. The space becomes scarce, and as a result of the use made of it by cattle rearers and farmers, the settlement of important land use programs (dams, high ways, reforestation) which consume space. Country tends escape from town control. High lands and grassfields are densely occupied. Bamun land is a potential overfall zone for populations settled on these units. Remote sensing offers a possibility of diachronic and synchronic analisis of the milieu. But atmospheric conditions of the erea (clouds, smokes, mists, haze. . . ) and the technique hinder its use. Meanwhile, it's a precious tool for a study of dynamic changes in bamum area. The analisis of spatial systems shows that concentric structures are generalised on the central plateau, while the paeallel structures occupy the low lands of this zone. Many tendencies are now present : population densification, the development of agricultural technics and the arrival of new populations. The management of the. .

La présente thèse questionne, sur le fondement des hypothèses de l’interface directe (Scheer 2011, Lowenstamm 1999, Guerssel&Lowenstamm 1990) et du minimalisme non lexicaliste (Halle&Marantz 1993), l’importance de l’information suprasegmentale (Leben 1973) en morphologie. Elle croise, pour ce faire, la phénoménologie de début de mot en bamun (Niger-Congo, EasternGrassfields Bantu, Nun) (Hyman&Voorhoeve 1980), une langue à classes nominales parlée au Cameroun, et la relation d’accord entre affixes de classes nominales et racine.Un fil conducteur, la nasalité, permet de remonter le cours de la dérivation des formes nominales du bamun construites à partir d’une racine postulée a-catégorielle (Acquaviva 2009) et de têtes fonctionnelles (Marantz 1997). Au travers de la sélection allophonique des segments en C1 et de la sélection allomorphique du préfixe nominal, on voit que son mode d’ancrage sur le palier métrique via un pied iambique (Hayes 1985) et la façon dont elle investit la position forte (Ségéral & Scheer 2001) du palier squelettal, déterminent la configuration du gabarit nominal en bamun. Ce qui fait du syncrétisme genre-nombre-diminutif observé dans ces formes nominales plus une conséquence de la dissimilation segmentale, à l’origine de la nature tonale du pluriel morphologique, que le résultat d’une opération d’appauvrissement (Bonet 1991) qui effacerait totalement l’information du genre. Celle-ci peut ne pas être exprimée, et est alors marquée par un diminutif à lecture référentielle, phonétiquement réalisée sur l’unité CV-initiale, posée comme existante et jamais licenciée dans une langue pourtant à groupe consonantique exclusivement de type Sonorant-Obstruante comme se révèle être le bamun
The following thesis investigates, built on the direct interface hypothesis (Scheer 2011, Lowenstamm 1999, Guerssel & Lowenstamm 1990) and the non-lexicalist minimalist view of the grammar (Halle & Marantz 1993), the importance of suprasegmental information (Leben 1973) in morphology. It crosses, for this purpose, the phenomenology of the left margin of nouns in Bamum (Niger-Congo, Bantu Grassfields, EasternGrassfields Bantu, Nun) (Hyman & Voorhoeve 1980), a noun class language spoken in Cameroon, and the agreement relationship between noun class affixes and the root.Nasality, a peculiar feature in the language, is used to trace the course of the derivation of Bamum nouns constructed from a postulated a-categorial root (Acquaviva 2009) and functional heads (Marantz 1997). Through the allophonic selection of segments in C1 and the allomorphic selection of the nominal prefix, we see that its mode of anchoring on the metrical tier via an iambic foot (Hayes 1985) and the way it invests the strong position (Ségéral & Scheer 2001) on the skeletal tier, determine the configuration of the bamum nominal template. Thus, the observed gender-number-diminutive syncretism in these nominal forms is more a consequence of a segmental dissimilation, at the origin of the tonal nature of the morphological plural, than the result of an operation of impoverishment (Bonet 1991) which will completely delete the information of gender. When not expressed, gender is marked by a diminutive morpheme with referential reading, which occupies the initial CV site, proven existing and never licensed in Bamum, a not so hypothetical language of exclusively Nasal-Obstruent initial clusters

Dans cette étude, les matériaux composites poly 3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate (P34HB) / fibres de bambou et polybutylène succinate (PBS) / fibres de bambou ont été préparés en utilisant le mélangeur interne et le moulage par compression. Les propriétés thermo-mécaniques de P34HB et de PBS ont été caractérisées. Les fibres de bambou ont été modifiées par des traitements chimiques. Les propriétés mécaniques telles que la résistance à la traction, la résistance à la flexion, le module d’élasticité et les propriétés thermiques ont été étudiées. Pour les deux types de composites (P34HB et PBS), le module est significativement amélioré, cependant, la résistance du composite est légèrement diminuée. L'allongement à la rupture est plus faible que celui des polymères purs, ce qui indiquerait une bonne adhérence entre la matrice et les fibres. L'étude révèle que l'adhésion est améliorée avec les fibres modifiées avec le silane et l'acide acétique, ce qui entraîne une augmentation des propriétés mécaniques du matériau, par rapport à celles des composites renforcés avec des fibres non traitées. En outre, le taux de 20% de fibres est considéré comme la bonne composition de fibres pour garantir de bonnes propriétés thermo-mécaniques et une absorption d'eau faible.En étudiant ces matériaux composites, nous visons à produire des matériaux respectueux de l'environnement. De plus, l’abondance des fibres de bambou permettra de réduire le coût de la matière première. Ce travail porte principalement sur la modification des fibres de bambou afin d'améliorer les propriétés globales des composites et sur la comparaison de ces propriétés par rapport à celles des fibres non traitées. In this study, poly 3,4 hydroxy butyrate (P34HB)/bamboo fibers and polybutylene succinate (PBS)/bamboo fibers composites were prepared by internal mixer and compression molding. P34HB and PBS were characterized with mechanical and thermal methods while bamboo fibers were modified with chemical treatments. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength, modulus and thermal properties were investigated. For both 2 kinds of composites (from P34HB and PBS), it was found that the modulus was significantly improved, however, the strength of the composite was slightly decreased and the elongation at break was a lower than the neat polymer suggesting that the adhesion between matrix and reinforcement should be improved more. The study reveals that modifying the fibers with both silane and acetic acid would improve the adhesion, resulting to the better mechanical properties of the material, compared with composites reinforced with untreated fiber or fiber treated with other methods. Also, 20 % of fiber content is regarded as the good composition of fiber to guarantee the good mechanical, water absorption and thermal properties.By taking advantage of P34HB, PBS and bamboo fibers, we aim to produce the material which is environmental friendly. Moreover, the abundant bamboo fibers can be used and these bamboo fibers will reduce the cost of the material. Within this work, we focus on the modification of bamboo fibers to reach our goal of improving the overall properties of the composites, compared with composites reinforced with untreated fibers. To achieve the better adhesion between fibers and matrix, coupling agent and compatibilizer may be used and studied in our future study

O presente volume constitui requisito parcial para a obtenção do grau de Doutor pelo Curso de Pós-Graduação em Ciências de Saúde, área de concentração Saúde Coletiva, do Centro de Pesquisa René Rachou da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (FIOCRUZ). Ele é constituído por dois artigos que apresentam resultados relativos a dois estudos qualitativos sobre a percepção de idosos sobre os benzodiazepínicos. Os dois artigos inserem-se em um estudo mais amplo sobre envelhecimento e saúde, o Projeto Bambuí, desenvolvido na cidade de mesmo nome, no sudoeste de Minas Gerais. Os dados analisados para produção dos dois artigos foram coletados, por meio de entrevistas não estruturadas, junto a 22 idosos não institucionalizados, residentes na cidade. O primeiro artigo, intitulado, “Uso crônico de benzodizepínicos entre idosos: nervoso controlado, alívio garantido”, analisa as motivações apontadas pelos idosos para a utilização desta medicação, considerando questões ligadas ao processo de obtenção dessa medicação e o vínculo dos usuários com o medicamento. No segundo artigo, que intitula-se, “Uso de benzodiazepínicos entre idosos: o alívio de poder ‘jogar água no fogo’, não pensar e dormir”, o foco da investigação é a percepção do usuário quanto ao uso de benzodiazepínico, considerando questões ligadas ao risco de desenvolvimento de dependência física e psicológica, em um cenário de uso crônico.
The present volume is a partial requirement for the degree of Doctor, Post-Graduate Health Sciences, area of concentration being the Collective Health, Research Center René Rachou, Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ). This work consists of two articles that present results of two qualitative studies, both focusing on the perception of the elderly on the use of benzodiazepine medication. The first article, entitled, " Chronic use of benzodizepínicos among the elderly: controlled nervous relief granted," aimed to: describe the reasons noted by elderly people to use this medication; explore the process of getting this medication; assess the relationship of users with medicine, health care and the health service to which they belong; analyze the perception of using this drug for this population group. The second article , " Use of benzodiazepines among elderly : The relief of being able to " throw water on the fire , do not think and sleep”, has investigated how the use is perceived by elderly residents in the community , due to the risk of physical and psychological dependence when these drugs are used chronically . The two articles are part of the population-based study on aging and health developed in the City of Bambuí - MG, along with 1,606 inhabitants , with 60 or more years old , and which forms the baseline of the elderly cohort design ( 92 , 2 % of elderly residents in the city in January 1997 ),involving 22 patients qualitative interview. This collection is a partial requirement for the degree of Doctor, Post - Graduate Health Sciences, Public Health Area of Concentration, Research Center René Rachou /Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ).

Анотація:

Nous étudions expérimentalement différentes figures d'impacts de solides sur des liquides. Dans un premier temps, nous lançons à grande vitesse une bille dans un bain. Nous mesurons sa décélération et en déduisons la force exercée par le fluide sur la bille. Nous montrons ainsi qu'une mousse fortement cisaillée se comporte comme un fluide visqueux. Lors de ces impacts violents, de l'air est entraîné dans le bain par le projectile. Il se forme alors au sein du liquide une cavité que nous caractérisons : elle prend la forme d'un tunnel dans la mousse, d'un vase dans une huile visqueuse, et d'une spirale dans l'eau si la bille tourne sur elle-même au moment de l'impact. Nous nous intéressons ensuite à des impacts à plus faible vitesse, en remplaçant le bain par un film liquide : film de savon ou film visqueux étendu sur un plan. Les forces capillaires deviennent alors comparables à l'inertie des projectiles. On montre alors qu'une bille venant frapper un film peut rester piégée dans le liquide. Une mousse, qui contient de nombreux films liquides, peut ainsi freiner puis capturer des solides par capillarité.

Modelos de alocação de banda (BAM) oferecem um mecanismo eﬁciente e prático para a alocação dinâmica e ﬂexível de recursos numa rede para classes de aplicações. Este artigo apresenta BAMSDN, uma ferramenta que, através de BAMs, aloca o recurso "banda" dinamicamente para uma rede MPLS através do paradigma SDN e protocolo OpenFlow. A ferramenta apresenta uma solução modular e de baixo custo que permite um controlador SDN gerenciar, de forma dinâmica, a alocação de LSPs (Label Switched Paths) e suas respectivas larguras de banda nas portas de saída de switches OpenFlow, sem a necessidade do desenvolvimento de uma inteligência ou engenharia de tráfego. O ambiente suporta a inclusão de múltiplos BAMs e outros módulos de engenharia de tráfego. A BAMSDN foi desenvolvida na linguagem Python e pode ser reutilizada em qualquer ambiente Linux com Mininet, OpenVswitch, OpenFlow e controlador POX para diferentes cenários de rede.

Анотація:

Esse estudo teve como objetivo realizar o zoneamento agrícola de risco climático do bambu no Brasil por meio de redes neurais artificiais. Foi utilizado dados climáticos de temperatura do ar (TAIR, ºC) e precipitação pluviométrica (P). Foi empregado a Rede Neural Artificial Feed Forward, Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) com algoritmo de aprendizagem “backpropagation” para multicamadas. O zoneamento agroclimático permitiu a classificação das regiões por aptidão climática e demonstrou que 71% do território nacional foram aptos para o cultivo do bambu. O uso da rede neural permitiu uma classificação precisa e rápida das aptidões climáticas.

Introdução: As vespas são insetos da ordem Hymenoptera, família Vespidae, e apresentam diferentes hábitos de vida, podendo ser solitárias ou sociais. As vespas sociais, da subfamília Polistinae, polinizam uma grande diversidade de plantas e predam insetos fitófagos que causam grandes prejuízos para a agricultura. As ações do homem podem influenciar diretamente no modo de vida desses insetos, sendo que alguns são sensíveis a mudanças ambientais, colocando em risco espécies que ainda nem foram estudadas. O levantamento e identificação de vespas sociais, principalmente em ambientes predominantemente agrícolas, são os primeiros passos para identificar espécies ideais para uso em programas de controle biológico de pragas. A quantidade de estudo de diversidade de vespas sociais vem aumentando no Brasil, principalmente em Minas Gerais, porém a maioria deles são focados em ambientes naturais, sendo que as áreas antropizadas são pouco estudadas. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é atualizar a biodiversidade de vespas sociais no IFMG – campus Bambuí, através da revisão de trabalhos realizados na área. Material e Métodos: O IFMG – campus Bambuí é um ambiente antropizado, com presença de vários prédios e uma grande área agrícola. Há registros da diversidade de vespas sociais em três artigos publicados por Jacques e colaboradores nesta área. Resultados: Em um primeiro trabalho em 2015 foram registradas 29 espécies. Em um segundo trabalho em 2018, quatro novas espécies foram encontradas no campus. Já em um terceiro trabalho em 2020, mais uma espécie foi identificada na área. Sendo assim, temos agora no IFMG – campus Bambuí o registro de 34 espécies em 9 gêneros de vespas sociais, um alto valor comparado com outros estudos. Conclusão: A área de estudo possui um ambiente bastante diversificado, o que pode ajudar a explicar o grande número de espécies coletadas, uma vez que ambientes estruturalmente mais heterogêneos e complexos podem favorecer a coexistência de um maior número de espécies devido à maior disponibilidade de microhabitats, maior proteção contra predadores e maior disposição e diversidade de recursos alimentares e substrato para nidificação.
