If the process of candy packing can be automated it will be very advantageous for industrial-scale home industry. This candy packaging automation systems using a microcontroller ATmega 8535. The tool consists of a sensor LDR as sensor packaging, the heater as a tool for plastics pressing, conveyor as a driver and microcontroller ATmega 8535 as the main controller. Microcontroller ATmega8535 is one of the artificial Atmel microcontroller that has many uses. Price microcontroller is relatively cheap nowadays, if viewed from its facilities. Aber die Atmung dient auch zu Regulationszwecken, und wir können sie willentlich beeinflussen. Mittels des langsamen, bewussten Atmens können Organfunktionen reguliert werden. Es fußt auf dem Prinzip, dem Körper vorzugaukeln, er schliefe. Der Beitrag zeigt, wie das entschleunigte Atmen erlernt werden kann, welchen klinischen Nutzen es als ordnungstherapeutisches Element hat und gibt einen Überblick über die aktuelle Studienlage.

This manuscript addresses the design and implementation of a portable PC-based ECG device. Three electrodes are often employed for ECG recording, with two of them being connected to the patient's chest via the ECG amplifiers' differential inputs. Therefore, every stage of the design takes into account factors like low cost, low power consumption, portability, and simplicity of usage. In this system, the ATMEL Company's ATMEGA 328 low-power microcontroller is investigated for signal processing and delivering digital format to a PC through a serial connection, where it is then displayed utilizing LabVIEWTM SP1 software ( The released version in Feb. 2022). A portable tool that can capture, amplify, filter, and analyze biological signals is this one ECG. The intended device's target beneficiary was the intensive care unit.

Remote control is not something new, so the development of remote control has been done in many applications. The author designed automatic control of equipment and devices at home and buildings from a distance. The microcontroller used in this study was the ATmega 328P AVR type (Alf and Vegaard's Risc). ATmega 328P is an external microcontroller from atmel that has a RISC (Reduce Instruction Set Computer) architecture where each data execution process is faster than the CISC (Completed Intruction Set Computer) architecture. In the research, the application of access to devices in the home such as light control, fans and servo motors as a door driver using Arduino UNO as a microcontroller and Android applications as the main controller to control electronic devices. The circuit work system with a voltage of 3.3V to 5V, then each device in the circuit will be active (ArduinoUno, Bluetooth HC05 and Relay Module) with a 12V voltage on each tool. HC-05 As a connection with a maximum distance of 12M the tools can work. Based on the test results, it is obtained that the control system based on the android application using Arduino can be used as a controller for lights, fans and doors properly.

Penelitian ini bermula dari banyaknya mahasiswa pada program studi teknik Elektronika yang membuat inverter dalam tugas akhir/ skripsi mereka. Berdasarkan informasi dan pengamatan yang ada di tengarai mayoritas alat tidak berhasil dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini dibuat inverter dengan menggunakan 4 macam modul kontrol dan rangkaian switching transistor yang berbeda. Parameter yang di amati adalah bentuk gelombang dan level tegangan sinyal luaran . Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini, umumnya modul kontrol inverter yang ada di pasaran menggunakan IC CD-4047-BE dengan hasil luaran berupa gelombang kotak, dan IC ATMEGA 8-16PU dari ATMEL dengan hasil berupa gelombang sinusoida tidak sempurna (75%). Untuk modul kontroller EGS-900 yang menggunakan EGS-002 sebagai kontrol utama memberikan hasil luaran berupa gelombang SPWM dengan masukan berupa tegangan 24V DC, sesudah melewati transformator penaik tegangan hasilnya berupa gelombang sinusoida murni dengan tegangan sekitar 220V dengan frekuensi 50 Hz This research stems from the large number of students in the Electronics engineering study program who make inverters in their final project / thesis. Based on the information and observations available, the majority of the tools did not work properly. In this research, an inverter is made using 4 kinds of control modules and different transistor switching circuits. The parameters observed were the waveform and voltage level from the output signal. The results obtained in this study, generally inverter control modules on the market use IC CD-4047-BE with the output in the form of a square wave, and IC ATMEGA 8-16PU from ATMEL with the result in the form of imperfect sinusoid waves (75%). For the EGS-900 controller module, which uses EGS-002 as the main control, it gives an output in the form of an SPWM wave with an input in the form of 24V DC voltage, after passing through the step-up transformer the result is a pure sine wave with a voltage of about 220V with a frequency of 50 Hz.

Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de un módulo didáctico con la implementación de un controlador proporcional – integrativo (PI) en un péndulo suspendido, donde se regula la velocidad de la hélice de forma se obtenga el ángulo deseado y se mantenga estable ante la presencia de perturbaciones adicionadas al péndulo. Además el módulo didáctico, le fue desarrollado un sistema de adquisición de datos con un microcontrolador atmega atmel 328 en comunicación serial con la plataforma matlab® simulink®, la cual permite un monitoreamiento en línea en tiempo real del comportamiento del péndulo para sus posteriores análisis y prácticas a los estudiantes en el área de teoría control e ingeniería. El comportamiento del sistema fue satisfactorio, se alcanzaron respuestas transitorias no mayores a cuatro segundos por parte del controlador PI para estabilizar el sistema ante la presencia de perturbaciones o cambios tipo escalonado en su setpoint.Palabras clave: péndulo, controlador PI.

Анотація:
In order to solve the problems associated with the express registration of the presence of biologically active substances in callus biomass, we propose the use of cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) with a spiral structure as a material of a sensitive element of optical sensor of flavonoids. Cholesteric liquid crystal BLO62 is proposed to use as a sensitive element. Spectral characteristics of alcohol solutions of flavonoids (20%, 40%, 70% and 90%) were obtained. The interaction of CLC with quercetin was analyzed. The scheme of the primary information signal converter is developed in which the current from the photodetector is transmitted to the developed signal converter. The device is implemented with the common use Atmega 328 microcontroller manufactured by Atmel. Speciality of this structural scheme is its flexibility and versatility, which makes it easy to reconfigure the parameters of the firmware for the registration of various types of investigated mediums.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat inovasi instrumen sit and reach berbasis digital technology. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development / R&D). Instrumen yang dibuat oleh peneliti ini menggunakan rangkaian elektronika berbasis Microcontroller Atmel Atmega 328p. Instrumen ini menggunakan sensor putar yang bernama Potensiometer Logaritmik. Cara melakukan tes menggunakan instrumen ini yaitu diawali dengan memasang alat pada kaki kiri dan menempatkan titik sensor tepat pada sendi paha (hip joint). Setelah itu, sampel melakukan gerakan dengan menekukkan badan ke depan (mencium lutut), kemudian alat diukur sesuai sudut yang terbentuk. Menekuknya sudut pada instrumen tersebut, akan mengakibatan perputaran pada sensor yang telah terpasang. Instrumen ini menggunakan kabel sebagai penghubung untuk transfer data dari sensor ke microcontroller untuk diproses, dan menghasilkan output dalam LCD. Instrumen ini memiliki tingkat validitas yang tinggi setelah diuji dengan instrumen yang memiliki validitas sebelumnya. Reliabilitas instrumen ini memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi setalah diuji antara tes pertama dan tes kedua. Instrumen ini dalam pengoperasiannya masih membutuhkan asisten, yang diharapkan kedepan mampu berkembang lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Fleksibilitas otot, sit and reach, teknologi digital, ilmu keolahragaan.

The goal of diploma thesis is design of programmable control system. This system can be used for regulation of basic parameters in an aquarium. Primary parameters for selection of this device are the price and the easy realization of final device. In first step there are selected parameters, which are needed to control. In second step there is described which kind of sensors can be used for measuring of selected parameters and suitable regulation of necessary parameters. The device is supposed to communicate with PC by USB and this communication is going to be compatible with an old RS-232. Device must be completed with hardware design. Device will be in principle system with real time, that is the reason why device will contain microcomputer. A microcomputer must communicate with other integrated circuit in the device and it supposes to communicate with PC. In specific chapter it will be described, how many different kinds of communication it is possible. For microcontroller it is necessary to create a program, which can figure the measured parameters and it also allows setting up the way how parameters can be regulated. Measured parameters are supposed to storage in the specific memory for the later interpretation. The completely device must be put into a case, which is calculating with a damp place. There must be created a host application for PC. This application suppose to detect if device is connected, figure measured parameters and also allows to set up the way, how to regulate the parameters and display the storages parameters. The application is suppose to run on the operation system created by Microsoft (Windows XP and Windows Vista or later). Diploma thesis contains a problem of the analysis which parameters may be controlled and the way how it can be controlled. There will be selected the sensors, which are suppose to measure and there will be described the basic data transfer and the specifications. It will also contain description of the hardware and software implementation of the device and possibilities of the user’s settings. There will be described the host application and its possibilities. Finally there will be described a functionality of the device and the host application. It will be also imagined some system upgrades for future.

First one is based on Mackie Control protocol, second one is based on Generic Remote which offers better customization.

This report studies the possibility of using some sort of radio sender and transmitter in order to position skis lost in powder snow. It is concluded that a RF-solution on the 433 MHz frequency should be the most efficient. Different forms of directional antennas are examined and studies show that in theory the best suited is the so called “Yagi-Uda antenna”. A solution based on using a Receive Signal Strength Indicator value together with the above mentioned directional antenna is developed. To control these different components microprocessors from Atmel is used. These are programmed in C and compiled with Atmel’s own compiler AVR Studio. Despite all efforts it is proven that the prototype does not perform in an adequate way. An alternative solution based on “byte-loss-rate” is then developed and the results are slightly improved. Nevertheless, the directional properties of the antenna are still too poor why other alternatives are discussed. No fully functioning prototype is achieved but good grounds for further development of the prototype into something that fulfills the specifications are produced.

This study describes the platform Atmel FPSLIC, which is created by means of the logic arrays FPGA and the micro-sequencer controller AVR. The developmental kit STK594 is described here as well, with its programming possibilities, as for the logic arrays FPGA, as for the micro-sequencers AVR. Also the separate circuit AT94K is described there. This circuit can be programmed by the language VHDL (the field FPGA), or by means of the assembler and language C for the micro-sequencer. All this can be integrated into the one output file by means of program System Designer, comprising a set of software tools for given programming languages and for generation of the whole circuit. Furthermore, the study describes a simple application for the both platform parts. Also the description of the dynamic reconfiguration of the circuit gate part is included.

The result of the project is a device with the controlling software.

This diploma thesis describes the standard IEEE802.15.4 and Zigbee for wireless sensor networks. These norms are described in detail in the first two chapters. The main priority of the wireless sensor networks is to minimize the power of the devices and the price while maximizing the reliability of the data transfer. Minimum consumption is provided by the significantly lowered complexity in comparison to the standard wireless networks. Further, the design of the concept of the complex and universal hardware platform focused on intelligent building is described. Software implementation of those norms is described in the chapters five and six. Finally, comparison of the designed hardware platform and the other commercial platforms is described in the last chapter.

The diploma thesis provides a brief overview of the architecture Atmel AVR32 UC. Project deals mainly AVR32 processor UC3A and processor AVR32 UC microarchitecture. From The Microarchitecture AVR32 UC3A was derived processor AT32UC3A0512. This processor is used for the development board EVK1100. Options of this plate are also investigated. Basic information about programming and AVR32 Studio development environment for these processors are given. After the acquisition of control of the IDE and study the attached sample application a simple program was created. This program was integrated as a task operating system FreeRTOS along with several another tasks.

Maja Figge analysiert in diesem Beitrag die digitale Videoarbeit INFINITY minus infinity (The Otolith Group, 2019), die ausgehend von der Verunmöglichung des Atmens, in der sich die menschengemachte Klimakatastrophe und anhaltende anti-Schwarze rassistische Politik überlagern, das britische Nachleben der Sklaverei untersucht. ATMEA, an AREVA NP and MHI joint venture offers ATMEA1, an innovative and reliable mid-sized evolutionary reactor based on its parent companies’ experience and technology. With a net electrical output between 1100 and 1150 MWe, ATMEA1 is aimed at ensuring competitive power generation. Its operational flexibility and features make it particularly attractive for countries with small or medium size grid. The presentation will focus on and emphasize the general safety design approach and main safety features of this Generation III+ Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR). High level safety, operational objectives, licensability and public acceptance have driven the design: Buildings and all safety systems are being designed in compliance with stringent regulations and worldwide accepted codes and standards, making ATMEA1 a licensable product in any country around the world. Public acceptance is a key element in the nuclear world. Supported by safety features like large commercial airplanes crash protection and resistance to severe accident, ATMEA1 is a robust generation III+ reactor.

Meiotic recombination contributes to the generation of biodiversity as well as to genome stability, ensuring the proper segregation of homo logs during meiosis. It is also an essential step in the process of plant breeding. It generates the diversity needed by the breeder for selection of novel varieties. In this project, we have collaborated towards the goals to identify and characterize key genes involved in meiotic recombination. In addition we have shown how some of these genes can be used, through loss of function, or through overexpression, to enhance homologous recombination in Arabidopsis and in maize. Our main achievements can be summarized as follows: 1- To establish a collection of mutants, in Arabidopsis and in maize for candidate genes. In Arabidopsis, insertion mutants were isolated in the following genes: AtMSHI, AtMSH4, AtMSH5, AtMLH3, AtPHSl, and mutants in the Mre11/Rad50/Nbs1 complex. In maize, the TILLING system was established and enabled to isolate mutants in candidate genes, such as Rad2l-4a, Sgo2, and Aml. In addition, we generated phs 1 mutant alleles as well as mutants in the Mre11/Rad50/Nbs1 complex. No mus8l mutants have been found thus far. 2- We showed that mutants in AtMLH3 have decreased rates of crossover, suggesting that overexpression of these genes may enhance crossover. Mutants in AtMSHlhad no effect and mutants in AtMSH4 and 5 showed sterility. Overexpression of these genes might also enhance crossover. The effect of other mutations on crossovers in maize is still being investigated. 3- We showed that overexpression of AtMLH1, RecG and RuvC under a meioticspecific promoter enhances meiotic crossover in Arabidopsis. The effect of PHSloverexpression on crossover is expected to be determined soon. 4- New tools have been developed and perfected to study the recombination genes effect on meiotic crossovers. This includes antibodies, cDNAs and fusion proteins.
