Анотація:

El presente artículo analiza la reelección presidencial en los países andinos. El debate se aborda desde la perspectiva de Jon Elster quien interpreta el constitucionalismo como un mecanismo de compromisos previos, en el que se establecen amarres o limitaciones institucionales para evitar que en tiempo futuro el gobernante se extra-limite por el exceso de poder –“cantos de sirena”–. En este sentido se establecen trayectorias que permitieron-restringieron la reelección presidencial en los países del área andina, en las que la influencia del gobernante en ejercicio fue determinante para sus diferentes desenlaces: auto-marre, des-amarre institucional, o amarrar a “otros”.

Français et francophiles ont abondamment glosé depuis plus d'un siècle sur le caractère déterminant de l'influence française dans la naissance des nouveaux Etats du sous-continent latino-américain. Aujourd'hui cependant, une antienne revient souvent dans ce Nouveau Monde: des Révolutions d'Indépendance et de la naissance des Etats-nations américains à nos jours, l'Amérique latine aurait progressivement changé de sphère culturelle, largué les amarres de l'Europe vieillissante ancrée, en particulier la France, dans un passé fastueux. Ce phénomène supposé requiert l'analyse.

En esta investigación se realiza un estudio de un producto de madera a base del árbol de Teca (Tectona grandis). Se obtiene una productividad para la madera y un coeficiente de aprovechamiento para cada uno de los componentes resultantes en 4 patas, 4 amarres y 4 sobres por tabla y coeficiente de aprovechamiento general de 73%. Se estima además un residuo de 27% por mesa representando 1.60 kg/hora, para una resultado de 873.6 kg/hora para los 78 productores afiliados a la cooperativa, información que podría reunir de referencia para evaluar la factibilidad técnica y económica de que esta pueda respaldar la importancia de un gasificador para generación eléctrica.

O processo de amamentação mostra-se imbricado em uma espessa rede de valores constituindo-se numa junção multidimensional e exigindo diferentes abordagens e intervenções para uma atuação efetiva na problemática nos dias atuais. Considerando a escassez de estudos que abordam o processo de desmame enquanto parte do amamentar bem sucedido na perspectiva da mulher, operacionalizei a pesquisa que originou esta Tese, objetivando conhecer as representações maternas do processo de amamentação-desmame de crianças com idade superior a dois anos. A pesquisa envolveu trinta e duas mulheres residentes em treze localidades do município de Biguaçu, em Santa Catarina, cujos filhos haviam nascido no período de outubro de 2002 a outubro de 2003. Constituiu-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de caráter exploratório-descritivo, que teve como referencial teórico a Teoria das Representações Sociais, de Serge Moscovici. Para a coleta dos dados foram utilizados instrumentos como a entrevista individual semi-estruturada, o diário de campo, bem como, a escuta sensível. Os dados obtidos foram transcritos e validados pelas participantes, para serem utilizados no estudo. Foram cumpridas as normas das Resoluções 196/96 e 251/97 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde, que trata da pesquisa envolvendo seres humanos. Operacionalizada através de sessenta e quatro encontros (trinta e dois para coleta dos dados e trinta e dois para validação dos mesmos) face à face com as participantes, em seus domicílios, os dados obtidos foram analisados à luz do referencial teórico de escolha. Desta análise foi possível identificar três temas. O primeiro tema, denominado "Eu amamentei meu filho por mais de dois anos e desmamei, apesar de tudo!", trata da representação dos sentimentos maternos no amamentar-desmamar e mostra a complexidade que envolve o processo para quem o vivencia. Em suas representações, únicas e irrepetíveis, estas mulheres colocaram sentimentos e significados, muitas vezes contraditórios, mostrando a ambigüidade que cerceia o processo e o simbolismo que o comporta, enquanto possibilidade de crescimento ou amarra ideológica. No segundo tema, "Como aconteceu o desmame", apresento os contornos do desenho que o amamentar-desmamar riscou na vida destas mulheres. As práticas de desmame identificadas deixaram transparecer a evidência que, de certa forma, elas agem com base nos conhecimentos e formas aceitas e conhecidas no meio familiar e social em que se inserem, prevalecendo a vontade e o interesse da criança sobre os da mãe. O terceiro tema, "Quem amamentou o João, que o desmame!", aponta as insistentes tentativas de camuflagem social da violência perpetrada na esfera privada do amamentar-desmamar na perspectiva do ser mulher, alertando para a existência de realidades silenciadas e tornadas imperceptíveis pela convivência social, cujas práticas familiares e profissionais coniventes, tornam-se geradoras de um desamparo cuidativo. No aprofundamento das relações interpessoais foi possível identificar a influência da construção social do modelo de maternidade (ideal da boa mãe) e a mística da unidade mãe-criança, bem como, a necessidade de individuação dos sujeitos envolvidos no processo. Finalmente, o estudo me permitiu concluir que não há, atualmente, um posicionamento epistemológico, que dê sustentação aos argumentos da mulher nutriz em suas crises e conflitos no processo de amamentar-desmamar.

La thèse vise à étudier l’efficacité et la précision des solveurs NS et SWENSE pour simuler des structures fixes et flottantes. Les deux solveurs sont basés sur OpenFOAM et sont couplés indépendamment avec HOS pour la générationd’onde en termes de domaine et d’approche de décomposition fonctionnelle. Les solveurs sont testés pour trois applications. Les première et deuxième applications présentent l’interaction d’ondes de focalisation avec des cylindresfixes et mobiles et la troisième est l’interaction d’ondes régulières et irrégulières avec la sousstructure de type OC3 Hywind SPAR. Les méthodes et paramètres de génération d’ondes pour les solveurs NS et SWENSE sont discutés endétail pour les ondes régulières, irrégulières et focalisées. Pour vérification, l’incertitude du cas est quantifiée à l’aide de l’approche d’extrapolation de Richardson et validée avec les mesures expérimentales. Une réduction significative de lataille du maillage est prévue dans les deux approches. Pour l’étude de l’interaction des ondes de corps flottant, les amarres sont modélisées de deux façons : en considérant les lignes d’amarrage comme un ressort linéaire avec une raideur de ressort définie et un couplage avec un modèle d’amarrage dynamique (MoorDyn). Les résultats numériques de l’élévation de surface, des mouvements du corps et des tensions d’amarrage sont validés par rapport aux expériences menées dans le projet SOFTWIND, et l’efficacité et la précision des deux solveurs sont comparées
The thesis aims to study the effectiveness and accuracy of the NS and SWENSEbased solvers for simulating fixed and floating structures. Both solvers are OpenFOAM-based and are independently coupled with HOS for wave generation in terms of domain and functional decomposition approach. The solvers are tested for three applications. The first and second applications present the focusing wave interaction with fixed and moving cylinders and the third is the interaction of regular and irregular waves with the OC3 Hywind SPAR type substructure. The wave generating methods and parametersfor NS and SWENSE solvers are discussed in detail for regular, irregular, and focused waves. For verification, the case’s uncertainty is quantified using the Richardson extrapolation approach and validated with the experimental measurements.A significant reduction in the mesh size is predicted in both approaches. For the floating body wave interaction study, the moorings are modelled in two ways: by considering the mooring lines as a linear spring with defined spring stiffnessand coupling with a dynamic mooring model (MoorDyn). The numerical results of surface elevation, body motions, and mooring tensions are validated against the experiments carried out in the SOFTWIND project, and the efficiency andaccuracy of the two solvers are compared

Apresenta-se uma leitura de As Amargas, não... (lembranças), de Alvaro Moreyra. Salientam-se alguns aspectos importantes na tessitura do texto, como a repetição, os traços de oralidade e o humor. Traça-se ainda um percurso pela temática do tempo e pela questão do gênero, buscando evi-denciar as características que definem As Amargas, não... como uma obra de cunho memorialístico. Das lembranças recolhidas pelo autor para formar o mosaico que lhe conta a vida, recortam-se três cidades que mar-cam a vida pessoal e a vida literária de Alvaro Moreyra: Rio de Janeiro, Paris e Porto Alegre. A primeira apresenta-se ora como espaço da memó-ria, ora como espaço do presente, enquanto as últimas con-sagram-se tão somente como espaços da me-mória.

Alfred Wolfsohn (1896-1962), German researcher of human expression through voice. He participated as a soldier of the First World War, which caused a war neurosis: the starting point of formulating his ideas about the human voice, especially in relation to organic and functional conditions in association with emotional and affective dimensions of production and vocal preparation. Wolfsohn developed a detailed proposal preparation vocal for singers and actors, although it is still unfamiliar in Latin America, especially in Brazil. The aim of the dissertation was to describe some aspects related to Wolfsohn´s work, collaborating in the dissemination of his work and the debate about the possibilities of vocal preparation in Brazil. Additionally, as a specific objective, we discuss the design of vocal work of Wolfsohn, as well as a possibility of practical work it inspired. Our hypothesis was that, although there are similarities between the work of Wolfsohn and other preparers vocals, the novelty of the proposal of the German author regards the exploration of visceral vocal production, provided support plan preparation vocal. Concerning the methodology, this is an exploratory research, conducted through a literature review and systematic observation of a vocal preparation process, performed by the proposed of Wolfsohn. The results show that the research of Wolfsohn´s work has convergences with the literature of vocal preparation area, especially in the aspects related to the work with the breath, vocal support, posture, resonance, articulation and voice projection. Most authors raised in the literature review, refer psychological dimensions and / or psychological, which influence the vocal work, few directly address the practice in preparation for singing. Unlike, Wolfsohn seeks visceral voice from the Jungian notion of archetypes; tool that allows him contact with the unconscious and the drives, exploring the vocal range as privileged way for the expansion of human expression, which can be verified also systematic observation of the subjects of our research through the integration of perception and body / voice, which made to evolve in terms of linkage between perception of themselves and the world through the utterance. The conclusion points to the relevance of Wolfsohn´s proposal in the preparation of voice professionals, especially singers and may constitute as subsidy to speech therapy
Alfred Wolfsohn (1896-1962), alemão, pesquisador da expressão humana por meio da voz. Participou, como soldado, da primeira guerra mundial, o que lhe causou uma neurose de guerra: ponto de partida da formulação de suas ideias sobre a voz humana, principalmente em relação às condições orgânico-funcionais em associação às dimensões emocionais e afetivas da produção e preparação vocal. Wolfsohn desenvolveu uma detalhada proposta de preparação vocal de cantores e atores, embora seja ainda pouco conhecido na América Latica, especialmente no Brasil. O objetivo da dissertação foi descrever algumas dimensões da obra de Wolfsohn, colaborando na difusão de sua obra e com o debate sobre possibilidades de preparação vocal no Brasil. Além disso, como objetivo específico, analisamos criticamente a concepção de trabalho vocal de Wolfsohn, assim como uma possibilidade de trabalho prático nela inspirado. Nossa hipótese foi a de que, embora existam similaridades entre o trabalho de Wolfsohn e de outros preparadores vocais, a novidade da proposta do autor alemão diz respeito à exploração da visceralidade da produção vocal, na condição de plano de sustentação da preparação vocal. Do ponto de vista metodológico, trata-se de pesquisa exploratória, realizada por meio de levantamento bibliográfico e de observação sistemática de um processo de preparação vocal, realizada por meio da proposta de Wolfsohn. Os resultados obtidos na pesquisa demonstram que o trabalho de Wolfsohn possui convergências com a literatura especializada da área de preparação vocal, sobretudo em aspectos relacionados ao trabalho com a respiração; com os apoios vocais, a postura, as ressonâncias, a articulação e a projeção da voz. A maioria dos autores levantados na revisão da literatura, referem dimensões psicológicas e/ou psíquicas, que influenciam no trabalho vocal, poucos as abordam diretamente na prática de preparação para o canto. Diferentemente, Wolfsohn busca a visceralidade da voz a partir da noção Junguiana de arquétipos; ferramenta que permite a ele entrar em contato com o inconsciente e com as pulsões, explorando a extensão vocal como caminho privilegiado para ampliação da expressão humana; o que pode ser verificado também na observação sistemática dos sujeitos de nossa pesquisa, por meio da percepção e da integração corpo/voz, o que fez com evoluíssem em termos de articulação entre percepção de si e do mundo através da expressão vocal. A conclusão da pesquisa aponta para pertinência da proposta de Wolfoshn na preparação vocal de profissionais da voz, especialmente de cantores, podendo constituir subsídio ao trabalho fonoaudiológico nesse campo

O turismo tem uma enorme importância estratégica para a economia portuguesa devido ao facto de criar emprego e riqueza. É um setor onde as vantagens competitivas são certas, o que acontece em poucas áreas. É fundamental apostar no turismo, quer por parte do governo ou dos empresários do ramo. O turismo em Portugal está a atravessar uma fase positiva e sente-se um crescente aumento. Estão a surgir novos destinos de grande qualidade, mas é importante apostar no turismo, nos destinos já existentes e na descoberta de novos. É necessário criar um novo modelo turístico, levar Portugal a ser um destino turístico ainda mais procurado. A necessidade de um planeamento estratégico turístico possibilitará a Portugal de melhorar e reequilibrar a economia. A acelerada emergência do processo de planeamento estratégico em Portugal e mais precisamente, no concelho de Amares, o meu caso de estudo, incita-nos a questionar acerca da sua criação e integração possível no modelo turístico português e mais concretamente no caso de Amares. É imprescindível compreender o que pode ser feito a nível de estratégias turísticas, bem como os seus impactos no futuro, no setor do turismo de Amares. O presente trabalho pretende responder a essas questões e apresentar um conjunto de medidas estratégicas que podem ser adotadas a nível do turismo, no concelho de Amares. Para obter respostas às perguntas levantadas neste trabalho, foi essencial fazer uma revisão de literatura no âmbito do turismo, planeamento estratégico e todas as temáticas que lhes estão associadas. Para compreender melhor quais seriam as soluções estratégicas mais adequadas ao turismo do concelho de Amares, este estudo baseou-se em duas ferramentas para ajudar, a análise PEST e a análise SWOT. Dessas análises concretas e de todas as observações feitas ao longo da concretização desse trabalho, surgiu um conjunto de estratégias que se espera, possam vir a ajudar o turismo do concelho de Amares.
Tourism has a huge strategic importance for the Portuguese economy due to the fact that creates jobs and wealth. It is a sector where competitive advantages are sure, what only happens in a few areas. It is crucial to invest in tourism, either by the government or the branch of business. In Portugal, tourism is going through a positive phase and we can observe a growing increase. They are emerging new high quality destinations, but it is important to invest in tourism, on the destinations that already exist and discover new ones. It’s necessary to create a new tourism model, in order to help Portugal becoming a tourist destination even more sought. The need of a tourism strategic planning will allow Portugal to improve and rebalance the economy. The rapid emergence of the strategic planning process in Portugal and more precisely in Amares municipality, my case study, urges us to question about their creation and possible integration in the Portuguese tourism model and more specifically in the case of Amares. It is essential to understand what can be done in terms of tourism strategies and their impact on the future, in particular, in Amares tourism sector. This paper aims to answer these questions and presents a set of strategic aspects that could be adopted in Amares tourism. In order to find the answers to the questions raised in this work, it was essential to make a literature review in the field of tourism, strategic planning and all subjects associated with them. For a better understanding about the most appropriate strategic solutions to the Amares county tourism, this study was based on two tools to help, the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. From these concrete analyzes and all the comments made during the implementation, a set of expected strategies emerged, that can help the tourism in Amares county.

During the final stages of the AMRAAM Full Scale Development effort a requirement for a miniature warhead compatible instrumentation system was established. Internal missile volume was not available to house the system but volume was identified within the external wiring harness cover. The system was required to have significant data handling capability and encryption, and had to withstand a severe environment on a small power budget. Several technologies were developed at the Pacific Missile Test Center to meet this challenge including Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), surface mount technology, and thick and thin film hybrid microcircuits. In addition the state-of-the art in transmitters and power converters was stretched. The result was an encrypted PCM telemeter with 2 watt transmitter and antenna all in the missile wiring harness cover (along with the wires!)

Atualmente, vivenciamos a exaltação do corpo e da aparência, e as práticas de cuidados com o mesmo, para alcançar a imagem considerada bela, tornam-se regras para os indivíduos, principalmente para as mulheres. Essas práticas sociais são acompanhadas por um discurso médico que alia saúde à magreza e são propagadas pela mídia, criando nos indivíduos um desejo de possuir o corpo ideal – magro e jovem. A indústria da beleza a cada dia cria um novo produto e novas tecnologias da beleza para serem consumidas, procurando atingir o maior número possível de indivíduos. Assim, analisamos se o padrão de beleza, construído socialmente, atinge todas as classes sociais, ou seja, se os indivíduos da classe baixa absorvem os discursos médicos e da mídia sobre o atual culto ao corpo; analisamos quais as práticas realizadas por essa classe social e se essas causam prejuízos para a saúde; verificamos, também, se o padrão de beleza continua configurando uma desigualdade entre os sexos. Utilizamos para tal análise, o referencial teórico das relações de gênero. Concluímos que este ideal de imagem atinge todas as classes sociais e que as práticas utilizadas para alcançar esse corpo, acarretam, muitas vezes, prejuízos para a saúde; o padrão de beleza é desigual entre homens e mulheres, pois, a beleza é naturalizada como uma prática feminina e são as mulheres os principais alvos dos discursos sobre a beleza, sendo as que utilizam as tecnologias para alcançar o corpo ideal.

These social practices go along with a medical discourse which associates health to slimness and are broadly propagated by media, overstimulating in individuals the desire for possessing the ideal body - lean and young. Every day, the body care industry develops a new product and new technologies and put them available on market for consumers, aiming to reach the largest possible number of people. Thus, we analyzed if the current beauty pattern, which has been socially constructed, reaches all social classes, that is, if individuals from lower social classes absorb the already mentioned medical and media discourses about the cult to the body; we analyzed the practices carried out by lower class individuals and also if such practices cause damage to health; we also verified if the beauty pattern continues configuring an inequality between men and women. We used for this analysis, the theoretical referencial of genre relationships. We concluded that this ideal of body image reaches all social classes and the practices used to reach such ideal body, may cause, many times, damages to people’s health; the beauty pattern is unequal for men and women, once beauty and the practices used to reach it have always benn understood as belonging to the feminine universe and, so, women are the main targets of the beauty discourses, as they represent the ones who most consume and use the novelties and new technologies to reach the ideal body.

Cette thèse a pour but l’étude de la structure des membranes lipidiques bicouches attachées, qui sont des bicouches lipidiques greffées chimiquement sur une surface plane. Ces systèmes, comparés à d'autres systèmes de membranes modèles, présentent une stabilité accrue, mais leur structure est plus complexe, nécessitant une étude approfondie. La structure des bicouches lipidiques attachées est fortement influencée par l'architecture moléculaire des composés utilisés pour greffer la bicouche lipidique à la surface. Cette thèse porte sur l’étude de deux systèmes d'attache des bicouches lipidiques. Le premier système est une bicouche lipidique attachée à une surface d’or utilisant une seule chaîne alkyle pour ancrer la membrane. Le second système utilise une structure moléculaire synthétique semblable à un lipide pour ancrer la membrane et lie à une surface de silicium par chimie du silane. Cette thèse a trois objectifs pour ces systèmes d'attache: (i) étudier les bicouches attachées avec des fractions élevées de cardiolipine lipidique, (ii) étudier la structure des membranes attachées sur une surface via l’utilisation de différentes molécules de greffage, et (iii) étudier l'incorporation de la protéine membranaire NhaA dans ces systèmes. Le lipide cardiolipine a une structure unique contenant quatre chaînes d'acides gras. Cela conduit à des propriétés intéressantes des bicouches le contenant ainsi qu'à une interaction avec plusieurs protéines membranaires. Nous avons étudié la structure des membranes captives avec des fractions de cardiolipine élevées pouvant atteindre 80%. Les deux systèmes d'attache pourraient être utilisés pour former des bicouches lipidiques avec des fractions élevées de cardiolipine. En comparaison, le cardiolipine est généralement présent dans les membranes naturelles à de faibles fractions de l’ordre de 10%. La nanostructure des membranes avec différentes fractions de cardiolipine a été structurellement caractérisée par réflectométrie neutronique, et leurs propriétés électrophysiologiques ont été étudiées par spectroscopie d'impédance électrochimique. Ces membranes attachées de cardiolipine ont montré une structure très condensée avec de hautes propriétés d'étanchéité électrique. Ces résultats sont importants pour d'autres utilisations technologiques des bicouches lipidiques captives. Enfin, l'incorporation de la protéine membranaire NhaA dans de tels systèmes membranaires a été étudiée. NhaA a été incorporée avec succès dans les deux systèmes d'architecture d'attache à des fractions élevées sans perturber de manière significative la structure bicouche lipidique attachée. This thesis investigates the structure of tethered lipid bilayer membranes, which are lipid bilayers chemically grafted to a planar surface. Compared to other model membrane systems they show increased stability, but have a higher complexity in structure, which requires thorough investigation. The structure of tethered lipid bilayers is strongly influenced by the molecular architecture of the grafting molecules. Within the framework of this thesis, two different types of tether architecture were investigated. The first was a lipid bilayer tethered to a gold surface and using a single alkyl chain to anchor the membrane, while the second used a synthetic lipid-like molecular structure and was bound to a silicon surface by silane chemistry. Three main objectives for those systems were pursued: (i) to investigate tethered bilayers with high fractions of the lipid cardiolipin, (ii) to investigate the structural differences between tethered membranes having different surface grafting molecules, and (iii) to investigate the incorporation of the membrane protein NhaA into these systems. Cardiolipin has a unique structure characterized by four fatty acid chains, which leads to interesting effects on bilayer structure, as well as interaction with several membrane proteins. Tethered membranes with high cardiolipin fractions of up to 80 % were structurally characterized by neutron reflectometry, and their electrophysiological properties were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In both tethered bilayer architectures, cardiolipin containing membranes showed a very condensed structure with high electrical sealing properties. Differences in tether architecture mainly affected the structure of the water-filled sub-membrane space. The tethered bilayers grafted to a gold surface showed very low water content below the membrane, while the sub-membrane space of bilayers grafted to a silicon surface was highly hydrated. Finally, NhaA was successfully incorporated into both tether architecture systems at high fractions without damaging the tethered lipid bilayer structure significantly. This makes tethered membranes containing elevated amounts of cardiolipin a promising model membrane system for protein incorporation and offers possibilities for further technological uses of tethered lipid bilayers

O presente estudo procura compreender a identidade cultural latino-americana através de uma análise crítica do Ariel, de José Enrique Rodó. Entendendo questão literária e identitária de forma associada, a teorização proposta estrutura-se no processo de interpretação das personagens shakespearenas d´A tempestade como um dos caminhos reveladores da realidade colonial instaurada na América Latina, revisando os novos padrões de poder econômicos impostos pela colonialidade. Dessa forma, vimos a necessidade de dialogar o pensamento rodoniano com as concepções calibanesca do escritor cubano Roberto Fernández Retamar, com o propósito de atualizar os pressupostos anti-imperalistas associados ao pensamento descolonial latino-americano. Para isso, filiamo-nos aos pensamentos desenvolvidos por Ardao (1951: 1971), Zea (1979), Halperín Donghi (1972), Renan (2003), Anderson (2003), Geary (2005), Valdés-Devés (1997:2000) e Mitre (2003), Vasconcelos (1928), Ugarte (2006), Darío (1898), Retamar (2004), Mignolo (2007: 2012), Jáuregui (2008), Santos (2003) e Quijano (2000). Portanto, entendemos o literário como uma maneira de enxergar novas perspectivas acerca da condição da identidade cultural latino-americana diante de novas dinâmicas econômicas e sociais.
Este estudio es uma manera de entender la identidad cultural latinoamericana a través de un análisis crítico de Ariel, de José Enrique Rodó. Entendiendo la literatura y los estudios identitarios de una manera asociada, la propuesta teórica de este estudio se basa en el proceso de interpretación de los personajes shakespearianos de La Tempestad en una perspectiva de revelar la realidad colonial establecida en América Latina, revisando de este modo las nuevas normas impuestas por la colonialidad. Así, vimos la necesidad de un diálogo de las concepciones rodonianas con la canibalia del escritor cubano Roberto Fernández Retamar, con el propósito de actualizar los presupuestos antiimperalistas asociados con el pensamiento des-colonial latinoamericano. Para eso, asociamos nuestras reflexiones a las desarrolladas por Ardao (1951: 1971), Zea (1979), Halperín Donghi (1972), Renan (2003), Anderson (2003), Geary (2005), Valdés-Devés (1997: 2000), Mitre (2003), Vasconcelos (1928), Ugarte (2006), Darío (1898), Retamar (2004), Mignolo (2007: 2012), Jáuregui (2008), Santos (2003) y Quijano (2000). Por lo tanto, entendemos lo literario como una manera de abrir otras perspectivas sobre la condición de la identidad cultural latinoamericana ante las nuevas dinámicas económicas y sociales.

Анотація:

The presence of non-pathogenic bacterial microflora in Arabidopsis thaliana suspension culture has been shown to coexist latently with plant cells for a long time. According to the results of 16S rRNA sequencing, it was shown that the detected bacteria belong to the species Rothia amarae. Using microbiological, microscopic and immunochemical methods, the correspondence of the obtained strain to the species Rothia amarae was also confirmed.

Diante do centenário da radiodifusão brasileira e da expectativa de mudanças no cenário político eleitoral de 2022, este trabalho busca reunir novas perspectivas diante da experiência de três anos no desafio da conquista da “cidadania da escuta”, na escala macro da comunicação radiofônica (emissoras em escala nacional), e em sua micro escala, por meio de imersão na programação de emissoras comunitárias via internet, que ultrapassam amarras regulatórias e resistem ao poder hegemônico de grandes redes de comunicação. Além da desconstrução tecno-social em curso, novas perspectivas são elucidadas, na tentativa de aproximar o universo popular ao meio acadêmico e o acadêmico à profundidade da radiodifusão comunitária e popular que necessita de apoio para a luta pela democratização da comunicação.

Background: Over the past three decades, the treatment of the axilla in breast cancer management continues to change. Current treatment strategies aim to achieve regional nodal control associated with reduced incidence of lymphedema and other long-term complications. In this study, we analyzed our tertiary center’s database of patients who had a single retrieved sentinel node (SN) that was positive for macrometastatic disease. We focused on AMAROS trial outcomes and the future view of treating this cohort of patients with axillary radiotherapy (RT) instead of axillary node clearance (ANC). Methods: Both the literature review and the 5-year retrospective analysis of our database were performed, focusing on the management of the axilla in patients with breast cancer with one-in-one positive SN. Results: A total of 24 patients who had surgery as primary treatment had one-in-one positive SN. All patients had the clinical and radiological assessment of their axilla prior to their sentinel lymph node biopsy (SNB). In all, 92% of these patients had a complete ANC, 50% of them had zero additional positive nodes, 21% had only one additional positive node, and a further 21% had more than one additional positive node. One patient was planned for ANC but died from chemotherapy-related complications and one more patient had alternative axillary RT instead of ANC. Of note, 80% of patients who had three or more positive axillary lymph nodes following ANC had indeed evidence of advanced locoregional disease and thus would not be eligible for alternative axillary RT, as compared with one patient who had a multifocal disease, could have axillary RT but had a heavy axillary burden on ANC. Finally, 71% of patients could have been offered alternative axillary RT but had ANC instead. Fourteen patients from this group had chest wall and supraclavicular fossa RT after their initial surgery, and thus, the addition of axillary RT instead of ANC could have been offered. Conclusion: In patients with early breast cancer and clinically node-negative axilla, disease burden in non-SN is limited and ANC may entail overtreatment. In view of low recurrence and complication rates seen in the AMAROS trial, axillary irradiation appears to be a valid and safe alternative when compared with ANC in patients with one-in-one positive SN.

For the period 2011-2021, 231 fish species from 18 families were established in protected area BG0000271 �Mandra-Poda�, 345 fish species from 7 families in protected area BG0001502 �Otmanli� and 169 species from 11 families in a protected area BG0000242 �Chengene skele Bay�. One hundred eighty-seven of the species were freshwater, 256 were typical marine fish species, and the other one hundred and fifteen were anadromous and brackish species. Protected species are Rhodeus amarus, Cobitis taenia, Chalcalburnus chalcoides, Alosa immaculata. The dominant fish species in the area are species from the family Mugilidae - Mugil cephalus, with 1800 ind./ha and biomass of 36.67 kg/ha. The population of M. cephalus from these three protected areas is represented by 1 (33.54%), 2 (14.59%), 3 (23.58%), 4 (18.52%) and 5 (9.78%) years old fish; for Ch. auratus: 1 (39.41%), 2(44.21%), 3 (14.28%), 4 (1.98%) and 5 (1.12%) and for Ch. saliens respectively data are as follows: 1 (28.74%), 2 (55.44%), 3 (14.5%) and 4 (1.32) years old fish. The most abundant are the M. cephalus with a length of 24.1 � 25 �m (14.91%). The relation between the fish length and the radius of the scales for the M. cephalus is L = 2.582S � 1.9712, r = 0.9974. The relation between fish length and fish weight for the M. cephalus is W = 0.0132L3.0654, r = 0.9938. The coefficient of Fulton (kf) is 1.77.
