Повний текст джерелаUne comparaison des paramètres des aérosols restitués par cet algorithme, avec des mesures au sol, a permis de valider l'ensemble de l'instrument et la méthode utilisée. Notre instrument, associé à un lidar aéroporté (radar optique), a également permis de caractériser spatialement et verticalement les propriétés des aérosols naturels observés en mer Méditerranée. Au-dessus des terres, un nouvel algorithme de détection, s'appuyant sur la mesure polarisée à 2. 2 µm a été développé et évalué. Une étude des propriétés polarisantes des surfaces a confirmé la bonne neutralité spectrale des sols du visible au moyen-infrarouge. La mesure à 2. 2 µm a donc été utilisée pour estimer la contribution des surfaces dans l'ensemble des bandes spectrales. Une méthode, plus classique, basée sur l'utilisation de la luminance totale, a également été considérée. La comparaison des deux approches montre que seule la méthode basée sur l'utilisation de l'information multispectrale polarisée permet, dans le cas de particules de pollution, de restituer les paramètres de taille et de charge des aérosols, à la fois au-dessus des surfaces naturelles et urbaines. Le travail présenté ici constitue une étape importante de validation instrumentale et méthodologique, dans le cadre du développement d'un capteur spatial, polarisé, multiangulaire et multispectrale qui fait suite à POLDER et qui préfigure l'instrument OSIRIS

Повний текст джерелаToxoplasmosis is a protozoosis of high incidence in the world, caused by Toxoplasma gondii, transmitted by the ingestion of food contaminated by oocysts found in feline feces, or cists in raw or underdone meat, congenitally in other instances. The disease is usually asymptomatic, but in embryos or in imunodrepessive patients it may be devastating. In this work, the experimental serologic profile has been evaluated after specific therapy in isogenies mice Balbc, infected with a cystogenic lineage ME-49 of T. gondii. Fifty animals have been intra-peritoneal inoculated with 10 cists of T. gondii (lineage ME-49) obtained from the maceration of mice brains of previously inoculated mice. The mice have been divided into three groups of 15 animals each and a negative control group (not infected and not treated) of 5 animals. All the animals have been daily accompanied, and the symptoms were verified during 20 days. After this period, two groups of 15 animals underwent specific therapy schemes in which; group A: pirimetamin (12,5mg/kg/day) + folic acid; group B: pirimetamin + folic acid + sulfadiazine (500mg/kg/day), orally administrated during 10 consecutive days. After this period, all animals have been scarified, with an interval of 5 days, and the blood has been collected by a heart puncture and the serum separated for the Indirect Immuno-fluorescence Reaction. The samples from the treated animals presented a significant diminution in the quantity of (IgG) antibodies evaluated by the two schemes by the indirect immuno-fluorescence reaction (t=3,5, and t=7,6 respectively), in relation to the control group. There have been no significant differences between the two therapeutic schemes (t=0,36). Our results have shown that the experimental precocious treatment reduces significantly the IgG levels, suggesting a diminution of antigenic stimulus, and consequently a better prognosis for toxoplasmosis.
A Toxoplasmose é uma protozoose de alta prevalência mundial, causada pelo Toxoplasma gondii. É transmitida pela ingestão de alimentos contaminados com oocistos excretados em fezes de felinos, ou cistos, em carnes cruas ou mal cozidas, congenitamente entre outros mecanismos. A doença é usualmente assintomática, mas em fetos e/ou pacientes com imunodepressão, pode ser devastadora. Neste trabalho foi avaliado o perfil sorológico experimental após terapêutica especifica em camundongos isogênicos Balb/C infectados com cepa cistogênica ME-49 de T. gondii. Cinqüenta animais foram inoculados intraperitonealmente, individualmente, com 10 cistos da cepa ME-49 obtidos de macerado de cérebros de camundongos previamente inoculados. Os camundongos foram divididos em três grupos com 15 animais em cada grupo e um grupo controle negativo de 5 animais (não infectados e não tratados). Todos os animais foram acompanhados diariamente, observando-se sintomatologia, por 20 dias. Após este período dois grupos A e B, foram submetidos a esquemas terapêuticos específicos; Grupo A: pirimetamina (12,5mg/kg/dia)+acido fólico; grupo B: pirimetamina+acido fólico+sulfadiazina (500mg/kg/dia), por um período de 10 dias consecutivos, por via oral, onde as drogas foram ministradas de acordo com o peso dos animais. Após este período eles foram sacrificados, com intervalo de 5 dias, o sangue coletado por punção cardíaca, e o soro separado para a reação de imunofluorescência indireta. As amostras provenientes dos animais tratados apresentaram diminuição significativa nos títulos de anticorpos (IgG) avaliados com os dois esquemas, pela Reação de Imunofluorescência Indireta (t=3.5, e t=7,6 respectivamente), em relação ao grupo controle. Entre os dois esquemas terapêuticos não houve diferenças significativas (t=0,36). Nossos resultados demonstraram que o tratamento experimental precoce reduz significativamente os níveis de IgG, sugerindo uma diminuição do estimulo antigênico, e conseqüentemente um melhor prognóstico para a toxoplasmose.

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis has as its main objective the study and critical edition of the four passion plays included in the very important dramatic Majorcan play codex (end of the sixteenth century), known as the Llabrés Manuscript (Ms. 1139 of the Biblioteca de Catalunya). These four passion plays, each of which contains a play for Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, can be considered the central pivot for the other plays included in the manuscript either for prefiguring some scene of the Passion of Christ or for illustrating some aspect of the history of Redemption. The four passion plays, edited and analysed in the present thesis, and formed by the plays nº 19 (Consueta del Ditious Sanct, folios 73ra-75ra), nº 20 (Consueta del Divendres Sant, folios 75ra-76rb), nº 21 (Cobles del Devallement de la Creu, folios 76va-77vb) and nº 22 (Consueta de la Resurectió de Jesucrist Nostre Senyor, folios 78ra-80vb); the plays nº 27 (Consueta del Ditious Sant, folios 103ra-106vb) and nº 28 (Consueta del Divendres Sant, folios 107ra-109rb); the plays nº 38 (Consueta del Ditious Sant, folios 162ra-167vb), nº 39 (Consueta del Divendres Sant, folios 168ra-170vb) and nº 41 (Consueta del Devallament, folios 175ra-176vb) and the plays nº 42 (Representatió per lo Ditious de çena, folios 177ra-185va), nº 43 (Consueta del Divendres Sant, folios 186ra-188vb) and nº 49 (Representatió del Devallament de la Creu, folio 234ra). Die Waterwet 54 van 1956 behoort gewysig en vereenvoudig te word, aangesien Suid-Afrika nie slegs op die RomeinsHollandse reg kan staatmaak nie - ons waterprobleme staan direk teenoor die van die Nederlande.
The private person has certain powers regarding the arrest and the use of force to effect the arrest of members of the public who have committed/are committing offences. These powers are derived from either common law or statutory law. In terms of the South African Criminal Procedure Act these powers are regulated by ss 42 and 49. Riparian owners are entitled to the undisturbed use and enjoyment of their property. On the other hand, canoeists are also entitled to practise on public rivers. It is important, however, to ascertain whether portage of canoes on the river bank is incidental to the right of canoeing on the river. A balance should be struck between these conflicting interests. The Water Act 54 of 1956 should be amended and simplified, since South Africa cannot rely on Roman Dutch law alone - our water problems are the complete opposite of those in the Netherlands.
