Анотація:
The microstructure, phase composition, and parameters of the -Ti based solid solution in the Ti-6Al-4V alloy obtained by 3D printing without cooling and with water cooling of the titanium substrate were studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction analysis, transmission diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, and optical metallography. It was found that the use of water cooling of the substrate leads to a decrease of the hereditary  grains sizes, an increase in the volume fraction of the  phase, a decrease in the volume fraction of the  phase and the total mean square displacement of atoms in the -Ti crystal lattice, as well as an increase in the elastic macrostrain of the samples.

The article reveals and analyzes the advantages of ATMs with the function of cash recycling to improve welfare of the rural population. The bank's credit policy is based on the basis for the entire lending process, which determines its objective parameters and features. Its main goal is to maximize profits while minimizing potential risks. In the world market, the use of recycling technology in the banking sector remains in demand. Its use ensures constant availability of banknotes in the ATM, and this allows ATM to work for a long time without stopping for cash-in-transit services, which is a significant advantage for users. At present, the technology of cash recycling is a promising direction in the field of self-service banking and has a huge potential for its development. Due to the increase in the number of such devices,banking services are becoming available to potential consumers. The credit policy of a commercial bank in this direction provides an opportunity to attract a larger number of clients, at relatively low operating costs. ATMs with a cash recycling function are widely used in European countries, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. In Russia, such first ATMs appeared about 15 years ago, but due to their high cost, not every financial institution can use them in their work. The demand for ATMs with cash recycling is growing steadily around the world. Now, when it has become clear that ATMs with recycling function can reduce the costs of cash-in-transit serices, many banks when buying terminals include recycling in the list of basic functional requirements for new equipment. These technologies will allow financial organizations to save time on equipment maintenance and optimize costs.

Анотація:
A low-temperature (substrate heating temperature up to 400 °C) ion-plasma technology for the formation of nanostructured AlN and BN films by the method of high-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering of the corresponding targets has been developed (the modernized installation "Cathode-1M"), which has in its technological cycle the means of physical and chemical modification, which allow to purposefully control the phase composition, surface morphology, size and texture of nanocrystalline films. The possibility of using the method of high-frequency magnetron sputtering for deposition of transparent hexagonal BN films in the nanoscale state on quartz and silicon substrates is shown. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has shown that AlN films can have an amorphous or polycrystalline surface with grain sizes of approximately 20-100 nm, with the height of the nanoparticles varying from 3 to 10 nm and the degree of surface roughness from 1 to 10 nm. It was found that the dielectric penetration of polycrystalline AlN films decreases from 10 to 3.5 at increased frequencies from 25 Hz to 1 MHz, and the peak tangent of the dielectric loss angle reaches 0.2 at 10 kHz. Such features indicate the existence of spontaneous polarization of dipoles in the obtained AlN films. Interest in dielectric properties in AlN / Si structures it is also due to the fact that there are point defects, such as nitrogen vacancies and silicon atoms, which diffuse from the silicon substrate during synthesis and play an important role in the dielectric properties of AlN during the formation of dipoles. The technology makes it possible, in a single technological cycle, to produce multilayer structures modified for specific functional tasks with specified characteristics necessary for the manufacture of modern electronics, optoelectronics and sensorics devices. It should also be noted that the technology of magnetron sputtering (installation "Cathode-1M") is highly productive, energetically efficient and environmentally friendly in comparison with other known technologies for creating semiconductor structures and allows them to be obtained with minimal changes in the technological cycle.

The article considers a method for producing neutron shielding materials based on modified birch wood. It is known that shielding materials based on polyethylene with boron addition are widely used in the nuclear industry, medicine and the military-industrial complex to create protection against neutron radiation. Due to the high hydrogen content, their use makes it possible to protect objects from the effects of fast neutrons, and thermal neutrons are effectively contained due to the presence of boron atoms in the protective screens. Wood is also a hydrogen-containing material, therefore, it is of scientific and practical interest to create and study the properties of neutron shielding materials based on wood. The most expedient is the creation of neutron shielding materials from hardwood, which have a high specific density and, accordingly, a high content of hydrogen per unit volume. It is possible to increase the hydrogen content per unit volume of wood and, accordingly, to reduce the thickness of the protective layer due to the compaction of wood by the method of flat (singleaxis) pressing. The main condition for obtaining high-strength and form-resistant pressed wood is the preservation of its microstructure (without damage) during pressing. It has been theoretically found that the optimal pressing stage, at which the lowest percentage of microfractures in wood is observed, should not exceed 50 %. In the experimental part of the work, birch lumber was used for the production of an experimental neutron shielding material, radial sawn with a length of 200 mm, a width of 100 mm, and a thickness of 80 mm to obtain ready-made neutron shielding materials with a thickness of 40 mm, which is equivalent to a polyethylene shielding thickness of 26.8 mm. It is known that during flat pressing bursting forces occur in wood, which can lead to cracks, destruction of edges, buckling, delamination, and a decrease in the uniformity of the density distribution. The bursting force acts in the direction perpendicular to the action of the applied load. Therefore, in the manufacture of a neutron shielding composite material, it is necessary to use press molds (with side stops) that stop the impact of the bursting force. The design parameters of the press molds and pressing modes are determined taking into account the resistance caused by the friction forces of the wood against the side walls of the press mold. The design of a press mold that provides the production of a neutron shielding material of specified properties from wood is presented.

According to the theory developed by the author, a substance is built from statistical ensembles more general than atoms, molecules, and supramolecular structures, namely, from multicomponent systems with chaos of chemical composition (MSCC). Any imperfect substance exists in the form of multicomponent systems with chaos of composition and consists of an infinite number of components. It is shown that all natural and man-made substances are MHS, with varying degrees of chemical chaos. According to the theory, MSCC with small composition chaos are distinguished, which are identified as individual substances and systems with significant chaos – multicomponent mixtures. Natural MSCC with significant Gaussian compositional chaos include hydrocarbon systems, for example, natural gases, fuel fractions, gas condensates, space systems, for example, interstellar dust and gas clouds, geochemical, and biogeochemical objects. Technogenic MSCC are obtained by processing natural systems, such as coal tar, and oil refining. Biogenic MSCC include humic acids, blood plasma, etc. Individual substances (colorblind) are Poisson systems with chaos of chemical composition, or systems with small chaos of composition. MSCC are objects that manifest themselves as a whole in physicochemical processes. These systems are qualitatively different from conventional mixtures by a certain statistical law of the distribution of the composition according to physicochemical properties and have thermodynamic and kinetic features. For example, the Ministry of Agriculture does not comply with the law of consistency. To characterize such systems, it is proposed to use the informational entropy of the composition and the entropy of the diversity of components. The point of view on matter as a system with chaos of composition is justified, one of the laws of evolution of which is the increase in the entropy of the diversity of states, which is the source of evolution of the MSCC.

Представлена технология выращивания партенокарпического гибрида корнишонного типа F1 Атос в условиях открытого грунта. Зеленцы короткие, мелкобугорчатые, не перерастают и не деформируются в условиях открытого грунта, пригодны для сбора пикулей и корнишонов. Для формирования урожая на уровне 70 т и выше рекомендовано под зяблевую вспашку вносить от 40 до 120 т/га навоза в зависимости от плодородности почвы. В виде подкормки с помощью капельного орошения вносить минеральные удобрения. В борьбе с грибными заболеваниями растений огурца использовать фунгициды. Для снятия отрицательного воздействия пестицидов, неблагоприятных факторов среды и других стрессовых ситуаций следует применять стимуляторы роста.The technology of growing of parthenocarpic hybrid F1 Atos in the open ground. Fruits are short, tuberculate, not grow and do not deform in the open ground, suitable for the collection of pickles and gherkins. For yield formation at the level of 70 t and above is recommended for plowing to make from 40 to 120 t/ha of manure, depending on soil fertility. In the form of dressing with the help of drip irrigation make mineral fertilizers. For protection from fungal diseases of cucumber plants it is necessary to use fungicides. To relieve the negative impact of pesticides, unfavorable environmental factors and other stressful situations it is necessary to use growth stimulants.

В статье отмечается, что на сегодняшний день в условиях глобальных компьютерных телекоммуникационных сетей и технологий развитие платежной системы имеет ключевое значение для обеспечения стабильности финансовой системы страны, эффективного обслуживания и доверия населения к новым продуктам. Авторами статьи рассмотрены вопросы развития технологии электронного банковского обслуживания, в условиях конкурентной борьбы требующие от банков оперативной, безопасной и удобной системы в возможности самообслуживания клиентов из дома, офиса или мультимедийного киоска, эффективного мониторинга в повышении качества обслуживания клиентов. В статье указано, что при стремительном росте безналичных операций важной проблемой остается необходимость реализации программы развития национальной платежной системы Казахстана (НСП). Авторами проведен анализ основных индикаторов платежного рынка, показаны количество функционирующих платежных систем в Казахстане и его участники. Определены количество и суммы транзакций, проведенных через Межбанковскую систему переводов денег (МСПД) и Систему межбанковского клиринга (СМК), денежные переводы из РК за рубеж за последние годы. В статье авторами предложены рекомендации развития платежной системы: реализация программы развития национальной платежной системы Казахстана (НПС), необходимость разработки национального стандарта работы системы, сертификация всех банкоматов и POS-терминалов, криптографическая защита каналов связи, внедрение инноваций, включая бесконтактные платежи с применением банковских карт и технологии NFC, развития интернет-торговли. The article notes that today, in the context of global computer telecommunications networks and technologies, the development of the payment system is of key importance for ensuring the stability of the country's financial system, effective service and public confidence in new products. The authors of the article consider the development of e-banking technology, which in a competitive environment requires banks to have an operational, safe and convenient system for self-service of customers from home, office or multimedia kiosk, effective monitoring in improving the quality of customer service. The article indicates that with the rapid growth of non-cash transactions, an important problem remains in the need to implement the program for the development of the national payment system of Kazakhstan (NPS). The authors analyzed the main indicators of the payment market, showed the number of functioning payment systems in Kazakhstan and its participants. The number and amounts of transactions conducted through the Interbank money transfer system (IMTS) and the interbank clearing system (ICS), money transfers from Kazakhstan abroad in recent years are determined. In the article, the authors offer recommendations for the development of the payment system: implementation of the program for the development of the national payment system of Kazakhstan (NPS), the need to develop a national standard for the system, certification of all ATMs and POS terminals, cryptographic protection of communication channels, introduction of innovations, including contactless payments using Bank cards and NFC technology, development of Internet Commerce.

Описано об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі цеху. Наведені заходи щодо охорони навколишнього середовища.

Графен - слой атомов углерода толщиной в один атом, соединенных в гексагональную решетку. А графан - это гидрогенизированный графен. Дефекты, паттерны, на их поверхностях приводят к различного рода искажениям, и, следовательно, к появлению особых свойств. В данной работе паттерны исследуются на предмет их способности избирательно улавливать молекулы в полость, а именно молекулу метана. Что касается методов моделирования, то были использованы метод молекулярной механики и полуэмпирический метод PM3. Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal lattice. And graphane is a fully hydrogenated form of graphene. Defects are named patterns on their surfaces lead to various kinds of distortions and hence to the appearance of special properties. In this study, patterns are explored for their ability to selectively incorporate molecules namely methane molecule within the cavity. As for methods used in modeling, there are molecular mechanics and semi-empirical PM3.
