Повний текст джерелаThesis for scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.14.02 – Еlectrical power stations, networks and systems. – National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute", Kharkov, 2016. The thesis is dedicated to solution of the important scientific and technical problem of influence of the non-sinusoidal regimes of electric networks operation on the processes of power consumption at the point of connection of a non-ideal (asymmetrical and nonlinear) load to the network with asymmetrical and non-sinusoidal voltage. Based on theoretical studies using a common vector approach, a vector mathematical model of non-sinusoidal and asymmetrical power regimes in a four-phase system has been obtained. The vector approach uses two complementary methods: time and spectral. Time approach uses concepts of the classical scalar and a new vector instant power. The spectral approach uses complex Fourier series for three-phase current and voltage processes. The approach uses the classical notions of scalar integral powers (active power and reactive power) and provides obtaining new integrated vector powers (power of unbalance, power of pulsations). It was shown on an example of activereactive nonsymmetrical linear load how the proposed mathematical model allows refining and detailing the decomposition of full power of the IEEE Standard 1459 non-sinusoidal mode. Imitating model of non-sinusoidal power regime was implemented with the help of visual programming method Simulink in the software package Matlab. Carried simulations have confirmed the correctness of theoretical research.

To ensure the proper level of Ukraine in principle the question is to simplify the procedure and find the optimal connection to electrical networks. The purpose and objectives of research. It consists in reviewing and resolving issues related to improving the efficiency of networks of electricity transmission organizations in terms of connecting consumers to electricity networks through organizational and managerial, technical and economic, regulatory, environmental and technological issues. The object of research - the processes of organization of connection of consumers to the electrical networks of the power transmission organization. The subject of research - methods to increase the efficiency of the organization of accession. Research methods. The methodological basis of the conducted research was the following methods: fuzzy logic (queuing theory), cluster analysis of transformer substation data, mathematical and physical calculations. The scientific and practical value of the work lies in the study of organizational and managerial, technical and economic, regulatory, environmental and technological issues, the formation of proposals to improve the efficiency of the transmission organization to connect consumers to electricity networks, as well as the development of proposals for geographic information management system development and operation of energy facilities in Ukraine.

Повний текст джерелаU radu je obrađen problem merenja visokog napona i struje u nesinusidalnoj visokonaponskoj mreži, stanje tehnike, predlog rešenja koje podrazumeva nekonvencionalni način merenja ovih veličina, praktično izrađen prototip i izvršena potrebna merenja koja su potvrđena teorijski. Merenje napona u visokonaponskoj mreži se vrši naponskim mernim transformatorom bez jezgra i integrisanim merilom harmonika (IMH), a zatim se stohastičkom metodom mere harmonici napona, smerovi i protoci snage, odnosno energije. Za merenja struje na visokom naponu predlaže se kalem Rogovskog i stohastička metoda merenja. Stohastička metoda merenja je zasnovana na dodavanju diterskog slučajnog signala na mereni signal. Smetnje i prisustvo viših harmonika u mrežnom signalu su, za ovu metodu, dodatni diterski signali koji metodi ne smanjuju tačnost merenja.
A problem of measurement of high voltage and current in non-sinusoidal grid is given in the thesis, along with the current state in the field, the proposed non-conventional measurement method for these values, the realized prototype and the necessary measurement results that are confirmed theoretically. Measurement of voltage in high-voltage grid is performed using the coreless high voltage transformer and the Integrated harmonic measurement device (IMH). The stochastic method is used to measure harmonics of voltage, direction and flow of power and energy. For current measurement at high voltage level a Rogowski coil along with the Stochastic measurement method is proposed. Stochastic measurement method is based on adding a arbitrary dither signal to the measured signal. Disturbances and pollution of the grid signal are, for this method, additional dither signals that do not lower the measurement accuracy.

This thesis developed a set of mathematical models and methods that together solve important scientific and technical analysis of the problem of transmission of information via computer networks in a non-Markovian traffic. Using a simulation model evaluated the effectiveness of the service system with self-similar input stream. The dependences of the basic characteristics of the system on the value of self-similarity, and system load. The method of analyzing the effectiveness of information transfer routes from the primary to the end nodes via intermediate nodes using a probability-time graphs. The implementation methodology provides a Pareto-optimal set of routes according to the criteria and the probability of the average time of delivery. The technology of finding the optimal route, taking into account the dynamics of traffic intensity. To calculate the predicted values of the input rate used by the correlation function of the flow. Evaluating the effectiveness of routes in the network carried out using probability-time graphs. In this two-criterion assessment of the quality of routes is carried out by constructing a Pareto-optimal sets them. The problem of finding the best route is solved by genetic algorithm. Using a genetic algorithm in constructing an optimal algorithm in branching system of roads is ensured by the procedure of decomposition.
