Повний текст джерелаLe attività svolte durante il Dottorato di Ricerca, e descritte dal presente elaborato, hanno avuto come obiettivo la realizzazione di un WebGIS con tecnologia open source per archiviare, gestire, visualizzare, interrogare e rendere disponibile un patrimonio, oggi frammentato, di dati spaziali archeologici, paleogeomorfologici e storico-cartografici, provenienti da ricerche diverse, orientate alla comprensione del paesaggio antico di Aquileia, in particolare attraverso l’analisi dell’evoluzione della rete idrografica. La stessa natura intrinseca di un WebGIS, costruito secondo una logica client/server, ha stimolato la ricerca e l’adozione di soluzioni che agevolano l’interoperabilità tra diversi sistemi eterogenei che hanno la necessità di dialogare tra loro attraverso il Web. In questa ottica il progetto adotta opportuni standard per la trasmissione dei dati attraverso la rete che consentono di fatto, un facile interfacciamento tra client e server superando gli ostacoli dovuti alla diversa natura dei dati e dei software che li gestiscono. Le specifiche implementate nel sistema sono quelle previste dall’OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium) e dall’ISO (International Organization for Standardization) per la ricerca, la visualizzazione e il download delle informazioni geografiche, le stesse adottate dalla recente Direttiva UE che istituisce un'Infrastruttura per l'informazione territoriale nella Comunità europea (INSPIRE). La progettazione del sistema si è svolta tenendo conto del carattere eterogeneo degli operatori “lato client”, dando la possibilità di accedere ai dati archiviati “lato server” attraverso software di tipo “browser”, “GIS desktop” e/o “database”. La gestione dei dati da client differenti, insieme alla possibilità di assegnare agli utenti privilegi differenziati di lettura, inserimento, scrittura e cancellazione delle informazioni, rende il WebGIS uno strumento flessibile e utile tanto alla ricerca, quanto alla tutela e alla valorizzazione e quindi alla divulgazione della conoscenza di quanto scoperto fino ad oggi sull’antico assetto del territorio aquileiese.

Neste âmbito surge como preocupação a interoperabilidade entre sistemas permitindo que sistemas diferentes possam “comunicar”, partilhando informações e recursos. O presente trabalho propõe-se recolher informação sobre a utilização das normas de interoperabilidade do Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) na Administração Pública em Portugal, permitindo analisar e tirar conclusões relativamente a esta temática, tendo também em conta o seu enquadramento legal nacional.
With the growth of the Internet as a global platform to share information there is also an increase in the diversity of the kinds of information shared and accessed, including geographical information. In this context there is a concern with the interoperability between systems, allowing different systems to “communicate” among themselves, sharing information and resources. This dissertation collects information about the usage of interoperability norms of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) in the Portuguese Public Administration, with a subsequent analysis and drawing of conclusions regarding this matter, taking also into account the national legal framework.

Повний текст джерелаEntusiasmen kring gratismjukvaror med öppen källkod tycks ha ökat under 2000-talet då allt mer öppen källkod blivit tillgänglig på nätet. Sådana programvaror är intressanta för aktörer inom både privat och offentlig sektor då kostnader för mjukvarulicenser kan minskas. Simultant med denna utveckling har datalagring i tjänsteorienterade arkitekturer blivit vanligare. Foran Sverige är ett företag som bland annat erbjuder geografiska fjärranalysprodukter. Deras system för distribuering av karttjänster bygger idag på mjukvara med proprietär källkod som innebär höga licenskostnader, därför vill de se på möjligheterna att migrera till ett system med kostnadsfria mjukvaror. För att bidra med beslutsunderlag till Foran och andra verksamheter som ser till möjligheterna att migrera har ett antal mjukvaror för distribution av karttjänster valts ut och genomgått prestandatester. Det är också viktigt att det administrativa gränssnittet i mjukvarorna är relativt enkelt att använda. Programvaran JMeter har använts för att belastningstesta tre olika geospatiala servermjukvaror med öppen källkod vid leverans av standarderna Web Map Service (WMS) och Web Feature Service (WFS). Ett antal vanliga dataformat med varierande lagringsvolym valdes ut som testdata. QGIS server hade nästan genomgående den högsta överföringshastigheten vid test av WMS. I kontrast presterade QGIS sämst vid test av WFS med lägst överföringshastighet och tillsammans med MapServer levererades stundtals ett högt antal felaktiga responser vid 30 respektive 60 simulerade användare. GeoServer presterade mest kontinuerligt vid de olika datakällorna och hade genomgående den högsta överföringshastigheten vid test av WFS. De administrativa gränssnitten hos GeoServer och QGIS anses båda vara lätta att använda medan MapServer är betydligt svårare då karttjänstens alla parametrar definieras i ett textbaserat gränssnitt.

Повний текст джерелаEn el modelo IS-LM de Hicks, en el que se asume que la producción se determina en el mercado de bienes y la tasa de interés en el mercado de dinero, cuando la propensión marginal a gastar es mayor que uno, la IS tiene pendiente positiva. Modigliani (1944), Varian (1977) y Sargent (1987), determinaron que en este caso especial el modelo IS-LM es estable cuando la pendiente de la LM es mayor que la de la IS.En línea con Samuelson (1941), este artículo muestra que en este caso especial el modelo es estable cuando la pendiente de la IS es mayor que la de la LM. Sin embargo, en este caso estable, el modelo no tiene un significado económico útil.Una solución a este problema teórico es abandonar el mecanismo de ajuste keynesiano y reemplazarlo por el mecanismo clásico, donde la tasa de interés se determina en el mercado de bienes y la producción en el mercado de dinero. En este caso el modelo IS-LM es estable cuando la LM es más empinada que la IS.

Повний текст джерелаThe aim of this study was to find out whether leukocytoklastic cell desintegration of neutrophils in cutaneous leukocytoklastic vasculitis (clv) is apoptosis. In order to find out more about the underlying mechanisms leading to this form of cell desintegration and subsequent cell death skin sections of 9 patients with clinically and histologically verified clv and of 13 patients with clv after intradermal injection of histamine were examined at different timepoints. The structural and ultrastructural morphological features of leukoctyoklasia were evaluated light- and electronmicroscopically. Immunhistochemistry included well known death receptors (CD95/CD95L), mitochondrial proteins (Bax/Bcl-2), proteins interfering with the cell cycle (p53/p21) and cell surface receptors (FcgammaRIII/FcgammaRII). Furthermore DNAfragmentation was assessed by the TUNEL-method. Although the structural and ultrastructural features of leukocytoklastic cell desintegration of neutrophils in clv revealed typical apoptotic morphology, the underlying biochemistry didn`t match apoptotic means. DNA-fragmentation was only seen in a minor fraction of fragmented nuclei and prominent in already phagocytosed debris. Neutrophils at different locations (in the lumen of the postcapillary venules, within the wall of the blood vessels and in the perivascular tissue) were always negative.The examined death receptors, mitochondrial proteins and DNA-interfering proteins play no (Bcl-2/Bax, p53/p21) or only a minor (CD95/CD95L) role in the biochemical mechanism leading to the cell desintegration of these cells in this self-limited inflammation. Interestingly FcgammaRIII was highly expressed not only in intact but also extremely desintegrated neutrophils as well as on the surface of their fragments. One could therefore assume that this receptor not only plays a role in activation of these cells, but also might be involved in the following induction of the cell death programm. Maybe this highly glycosylated receptor also functions as an `eat me flag` in the recognition-mechansim by macrophages. FcgammaRII could not be shown on the cell surface of these cells in this context, which on the one hand could be due to the high expression of FcgammaRIII with no room left for FcgammaRII on the cell surface or due to a separate or additional role in the induction of the cell death programm. Finally leukocytoklastic cell desintegration shows strong resemblance to apoptosis but with non classical underlying biochmical mechanisms, most importantly to mention the delay in DNA-fragmentation which could also be due to DNAdegradation by DNases of macrophages.

Повний текст джерелаBased on an ethnographic study, the book focuses how social workers deal with violence in youth clubs. The results show that they interpret violence as a risk: As severe injuries appear rarely, social workers do not have to handle violent situations but the risk of violent development of situations. Hence, they have a (tacit) amount of strategies to assess situations and to avoid developments of sincere violence. The results show further, that these strategies are based on different bodies of scientific knowledge.

Повний текст джерелаThe work shows the technical feasibility of digital metadata within Spatial Data Infrastructures. The visualization of digital geo-metadata in geoportals was prototypical implemented. The use case was a map sheet index of topographical maps who is prepared automatically. Geo-metadata are described in the metadata information system GeoMIS.Sachsen and provided by a catalogue service (CSW). As a result a workflow was developed and implemented which calls the metadata automatically, transforms the metadata into GML and finally prepares the metadata through a web map service in geoportals. Thereby it is possible to analyze the actuality of the topographical maps through map sheet index. Because of the cyclical update of the data the map patterns are always up to date. There is also a map service for vector data (WFS) implemented which enables a user to directly retrieve additional factual information. Furthermore a direct URL to the metadataset in the GeoMIS.Sachsen is stated. Besides the GML transformation another one was developed, which converts the metadata in XML format into scalable vector graphics (SVG). This interactive map sheet index could be integrated directly on websites. It is also possible to create a PDF document automatically out of the SVG with appropriate software tools. By using the XSLT standard additional formats could also be served. For example a transformation of the XML source data into KML (Google), XHTML or XCPF is possible. This work demonstrates that there is no need for a separation of metadata and map sheet index any more. The usage of XSLT was profitable and supports a lot of formats. The workflow is also usable for other geo data like air photography, historical maps or development plans. In addition it is possible to use the workflow to visualize other metadata like resolution or prices of each map. Because of the visualization of the text based metadata a quality check of the data is possible

Повний текст джерелаNos últimos anos a logística tem-se revelado fundamental para qualquer empresa, na medida em que a falta de um componente, numa linha de produção pode significar a paragem da empresa e por consequência o encerramento temporário, da mesma. Um exemplo disso foi o caso ocorrido durante o período de greve dos camionistas que obrigou certas empresas a pararem a produção, por falta de componentes e matéria-prima. A logística pode ser fragmentada em diversas áreas, tais como a expedição; a recepção; a gestão de armazém, entre outros. A esta logística, normalmente, chama-se logística directa, pois o fluxo vai sempre ao encontro do cliente com o intuito de entregar a mercadoria nas melhores condições, de modo a superar as suas expectativas. Recentemente, as empresas têm enfrentado um novo problema que se prende com as recolhas ou devoluções dos clientes, é chamada logística inversa que não é mais do que a circulação dos bens, no sentido inverso à logística directa. É nesta logística que as empresas manifestam as maiores dificuldades, sendo por vezes o seu custo elevadíssimo. Outra dificuldade consiste em registar a entrada da mercadoria, bem como, saber da sua localização no armazém. Para a realização do presente trabalho procurei fundamentar conceitos relacionados com cadeia de abastecimento, logística, picking, transportes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) e tecnologias de Radio-Frequency IDentification (RFID), como componentes de uma estratégia logística, no sentido de optimizar resultados e criar vantagem competitiva. O estágio compreendeu a instalação de um WMS apoiado por um sistema de picking, em que os registos dos produtos passaram a ser feitos de uma forma informatizada, tanto à entrada como à saída. Com o aumento do volume de mercadorias a circular e com o alargamento da gama de produtos que a empresa começou a produzir e a vender, houve necessidade de colocar um sistema que facilitasse a recepção das matérias-primas e a expedição dos produtos. Outra razão que levou a empresa a adoptar um sistema de gestão de armazém foi a necessidade de aumentar a fiabilidade da informação e a eliminação de erros na introdução de dados relativos aos produtos. Acresce-se ainda que a competitividade do mercado faz com que as empresas necessitem de sistemas informáticos, que possibilitem a comunicação entre os parceiros da cadeia de abastecimento. Deste modo, a empresa teve necessidade de instalar um WMS apoiado por um sistema de picking. O presente trabalho pretende mostrar quais poderão ser as mais-valias na implementação de um sistema de gestão de armazém, ao nível da poupança de custos e diminuição das perdas, resultantes da falta de gestão de stocks.
