- The way immigrant students are distributed in the Italian schools appears unequal, both at regional and at local level, and also in the single schools and classes. The article reflects upon the consequences of such phenomenon and on the strategies to be carried out in order to prevent the building of "separate classes", mostly attended by students whose citizenship is not Italian. The article takes into account the ways distribution is carried out in several European countries - and in particular the case of the carte scolaire in France -, analising the policies of orientation of enrolments and the risks of school apartheid. For what concerns Italy - where there is a variety of situations because of the liberalisation of accesses - the risk of an unequal distribution and of an -inner segregation- is confirmed, which could be emphasized by special measures in favour of immigrants. Finally, the article introduces the reasons for the school mix and the debate on the consequences of heterogeneity in class, which is linked to a greater equity but not necessarily to a lower scholastic achievement, as long as it is supported by measures of complex instruction, differentiated didactic, intercultural prospective, and a planning at local level based on the pact between school and territory.Keywords immigrants school inequality intercultural education distribution

The emotional potential of sound is an excellent resource for companies and institutions seeking to test new ways of communicating with their stakeholders through the senses. However, there are still few organizations that include sound as a conveyer of their corporate identity. Audio branding aims to expand the contact points with audiences by incorporating sound elements that facilitate the recognition of the brand's values. This research attempts to understand the use that corporations make of sound as a communication tool and to evaluate its presence, but above all it wants to find out if this use is due to a strategic approach or if it is a specific decision marked by the temporality of advertising campaigns. For this reason, in this paper we have taken the radio as an advertising media. On the one hand, because it is the sound media par excellence. On the other hand, because it is where we can find the most well-known modes of audio branding such as the brand song, the jingle or the sonotype. The sample, composed of 239 inserts from the 3 generalist radio channels with the highest audiences in Spain, reveals that only 21% of items contain an element of audio branding, indicating that this is a field yet to be explored by organizations.

Abstract: Intelligence in general is a general ability to acquire skills that contain various components, to reveal individual abilities, intelligence test instruments are usually used. One example of an intelligence test, is the WAIS test (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale). The WAIS test is presented individually and requires special skills for its presentation. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the use of the Wais test tool in the diagnosis of clinical assessment because Wais has superior competence in assessing individual cognitive abilities. We raised this topic because the advantages of the WAIS test are not only measuring the level of intelligence, but also being a diagnostic tool for clinical assessments. WAIS capabilities can be used to measure individual intelligence, neuropsychological, psychological assessment, and other diagnostic functions. The research method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a synonym for literature review, literature review, theoretical basis, theoretical study, and literature review. The data used in this study is secondary data, the data of this research comes from the results of previous studies that have been published through journal articles, books, and continuous references to the research topic. In this literature study, it was found that the use of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) test for clinical diagnosis includes, namely, being used to see indications of disease in psychiatric patients, screening for Alzheimer's Dementia (AD), a tool to see comparisons between people with beta thalassemia minor. with normal people, and as a test for trichotillomania

Abstrak: Intelegensi secara umum merupakan suatu kemampuan umum untuk memperoleh kecakapan yang mengandung berbagai macam komponen, untuk mengungkapkan kemampuan individu biasanya digunakan instrumen tes intelegensi. Salah satu contoh tes intelegensi, adalah tes WAIS (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale). Tes WAIS disajikan secara individual dan membutuhkan kemampuan khusus untuk penyajiannya. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah mengetahui pemanfaatan alat tes wais dalam diagnosis asesmen klinis karena Wais memiliki kompetensi dalam menilai kemampuan kognitif individu yang sangat unggul. Kami mengangkat topik ini karena keunggulan dari tes WAIS tidak hanya mengukur tingkat kecerdasan saja, tetapi juga menjadi alat diagnosis bagi asesmen klinis. Kemampuan WAIS dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecerdasan individu, neuropsikologis, asesmen psikologi, dan fungsi diagnostik lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Studi pustaka merupakan sinonim dari kajian pustaka, tinjauan pustaka, landasan teori, kajian teoritis, dan telaah pustaka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, data-data penelitian ini berasal dari hasil-hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya yang sudah di publish melalui artikel jurnal, buku, dan rujukan yang berkesinambungan dengan topik penelitian. Dalam studi literatur ini didapatkan hasil bahwa pemanfaatan tes Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) untuk diagnosa klinis diantaranya yaitu, digunakan untuk melihat indikasi penyakit pada pasien psikiatri,, skrining adanya Alzheimer's Dementia (AD) , alat untuk melihat perbandingan antara orang dengan thalasemia beta minor dengan orang yang normal, dan sebagai alat untuk mengetes dari gangguan trikotilomania

Non-verbal communication is a process of communication where the message is conveyed not by using words. For example, only by using gestures, body language, facial expressions and eye contact, the use of objects such as clothing, haircuts and so on, symbols and ways of speaking such as intonation, emphasis, sound quality, emotional style and speaking style. Even so, experts in the field of non-verbal communication usually use the definition of "not using words" with katat, and do not equate non-verbal communication with non-verbal communication. For example sign and written languages are not considered non-verbal communication because they use words, while intonation and speaking style are classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from talking classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from subconscious communication, which can be verbal or non verbal communication. In this case the most common is the use of clothing, where people are often judged by the type of clothing they use, although this is considered wrong for stereotypes. For example, people often prefer other people who have interesting ways of dressing. Also in job interviews someone who is dressed attractively is more likely to get a job than those who are not.

Unit Filtrasi merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pengolahan air baku di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minun (PDAM) Way Rilau untuk pemenuhan penyediaan air bersih masyarakat kota Bandar Lampung. Untuk mencegah penyumbatan pada unit filtrasi ini perlu dilakukan pencucian ulang (backwash). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dan efektifitas proses backwash yang dilakukan di Water Treatment Plant (WTP) PDAM Way Rilau berdasarkan parameter derajat keasaman (pH), kadar kesadahan, kekeruhan, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) dan konduktivitas. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa proses backwash efektif untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dari unit proses filtrasi yang terlihat dari nilai efektifitas kadar kesadahan serta kekeruhan (40-50)%. Proses ini juga sedikit menurunkan derajat keasaman (pH) (0-5)%, , total dissolved solid (TDS) (5-10)%, dan konduktivitas (10-20)%.

Beside speech, that helps children to express their feelings and experiences, establish relations with people, the drawing is one of the most truthful ways of its expression. In this paper the results of pleasant and unpleasant emotions among children through drawing of human fi gure are presented. The survey is conducted on 634 children, and the results indicate that there is difference in expressing negative emotions between boys and girls, while at expressing pleasant emotions the results are similar.

Prolonged conflict in Aceh has caused trauma in people who were directly affected. Aside from post-traumatic disorder, a traumatic event can bring out post-traumatic growth (PTG) too. PTG is a positive transformation that is resulted from an adaptation process of traumatic events in life. This study aimed to examine the relationship between coping and PTG. There were 55 respondents involved in this study, who were obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria were those experiencing by themselves certain events during the conflict, men and women over 20 years old, able to read and write, and willing to be respondents for the study. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, Post-traumatic Growth Inventory (α = .88) and Ways of Coping Questionnaire (α= .89). The data were analyzed with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The analysis results showed a significant correlation between post-traumatic growth and coping (r = .523; p < .01). In addition, coping ways that correlated with post-traumatic growth were seeking for social support (r = .545), distancing (r = .315), self-control and accepting (r=.274), while confronting and escape did not have a correlation with post-traumatic growth

Jumiang tourist area is a one of the top tourist attraction in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. This area consists of beaches and hills that have a distinctive natural beauty. The research analyses the development strategy of of Jumiang tourist area as a nautical tourism in the future. The analysis is conducted with a qualitative method of analysis, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the development of the tourist area Jumiang can utilize various ways in accordance with the results of the SWOT analysis that has been described in this study. Hopefully, the results of this study and research can be the basis and consideration materials in the development of sustainable education tourism (sustainable edutourism) in Pamekasan District, so that the community can be more independent in economic life.

This paper discusses consumer behavior and banking credit card security. Credit cards are present as one of the non-cash payment methods that simplify business and financial matters so that many consumers use them. After review and discussion, it was found that consumer behavior in using credit cards is more dominated by personal factors. With the drive for needs and lifestyle, many consumers are interested in using a credit card. The bank as a credit card issuer also provides sophisticated and multi-layered security features. Even so, it still has a gap for the presence of fraud crime in various ways and forms. In order for credit cards to be safe from crime and fraud, consumer behavior must be changed by maintaining confidentiality, caution and vigilance in conducting transactions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Dearah X which is one of the regional owned enterprises of Local Government X and identify the steps ways of fraud prevention which is effective in PD BPR Bank Daerah X. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. This study uses the primary data and secondary data. This research uses many data collection techniques by conducting an interview, an observation and a documentation. The results show that the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Daerah X can be classified into four, namely: (1) the pressure that comes from the external and internal influence, (2) an opportunity or a chance due to the weakness of internal control systems owned by BPR , sanctions are not strict enough for the wrongdoers of fraud, and misuse of authority committed by directors, (3) rationalization, and (4) collusion. The ways of fraud prevention which are done by the management of PD BPR Bank Daerah X and based on the results of interviews conducted by the researchers, can be identified as follows: (1) An improvement of the internal control system in PD BPR Bank Daerah X, (2) An implementation of policy of know your employee (KYE) as an effort of fraud prevention by controlling the aspects of human resources (HR); (3) A creation of a special line of fraud reporting policy;and (4) An establishment of policies and sanction procedures.

This study aims to determine students creative thinking skills in solving arithmetic progression and series problems with the open-ended method. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The selection of subjects uses a purposive technique that is based on certain characteristics. The subjects in this study were 3 junior high school students selected in the category of high matematical abilities. Methods of collecting data using tests, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the triangulation method to gain deeper understanding of the subject under study. Based on the results of the study show the ability of creative thinking of students because it meets the three indicators of creative thinking, namely fluency: students are able to calculate smoothly and solve problems correctly, flexibility: students are able to find other ways to find the same results, novelty: students are able to think in new ways and different from other subjects.

This study aims to analyze the practice of the implementation of e-government at the kelurahan level as the lowest level of governance. This study employed the descriptive qualitative method. Besides that, the search through various official documents record, in print and electronic mass media was also conducted. The results of the study showed that the level of e-government at the kelurahan level has not run effectively due to the lack of optimal infrastructure provision, efficiency, community satisfaction, apparatus adaptation to application, development, and lifespan. With technology, the government is able to use innovative ways of communicating with communities, these facilities can ideally improve the quality of government services and provide greater opportunities for the public participation in public service processes to support smartcity. Therefore, there must be efforts to improve such obstacles which can be done by improving infrastructure, developing human resource and strengthening regulations.

Bentuk nyata apresiasi tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan paling tidak membaca teksnya, mendengarkan pembacaan teksnya dan atau bahkan secara jeli menginterpretasi teks sekaitan dengan konteksnya sekaligus. Data penelitian yang berupa tiga teks puisi Anak, Pangudarasane Cah Gelandangan dan Suling dinukil dari buku kumpulan puisi para sastrawan Jawa Modern yang pernah eksis. Melalui pendekatan interpretasi Semiotika Riffaterre puisi-puisi tersebut diinterpretasi melalui pemaknaan heuristik dan hermeneutik. Sedemikian sehingga didapati bahwa ketiga puisi Jawa Modern tersebut merupakan suatu sistem tanda. Ini artinya, untuk memahaminya diperlukan bukan hanya alih Bahasa Jawa ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia saja, melainkan juga mencari kaitan isi teks dengan konteks yang melingkupi puisi tersebut.
Literary works in the form of poetry can be endeavored to understand their meaning through one of the many ways, namely appreciation. The tangible form of appreciation can be done by at least reading the text, listening to the reading of the text and or even observant interpreting the text in relation to the context at once. Research data in the form of three Javanese poetry texts Anak, Pangudarasane Cah Gelandangan and Suling quoted from the book collection of poems of Modern Javanese writers who once existed. Through Riffaterre's Semiotic interpretation approach, these poems are interpreted through the meaning of heuristics and hermeneutics. So that it was found that the three Modern Javanese poems are a sign system. This means, to understand it, it is necessary not only to transfer Javanese into Indonesian, but also to look for the relationship of the contents of the text with the context surrounding the poem.

The term "contrastive analysis" (CA) can be defined as how to compare two or more languages in synchronic not diachronic analysis including phonetic elements, morphemic, syntactic, and discourse for the sake of teaching and translation discourse. CA purpose is to look for similarities and differences between two or more languages as the object of study. Benefit from the findings of CA can be used as one of the basic considerations in developing language teaching syllabus and in selecting appropriate translation pattern. This practical method of analysis of language has experienced the ups and downs from time to time which in turn gave birth to two powerful streams (strong version) and weak (weak version). Nevertheless, CA is still needed in the world of foreign language teaching does not turn a blind eye to the weaknesses and strengths. Basically there is no single approach that perfect language, so the use of comprehensive methods are a good choice can therefore complement each other. Implications of CA will give influence to teachers, subject matter, and syllabus. Through this analysis, a language teacher can display methods, materials and cargo with special and specific ways. While, the subject matter may be submitted with varying intensity through the CA of the findings of aspects of equality and difference. Syllabus based CA can determine the design of the learning and acquisition targets with existing time allocation.

Perusahaan harus menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk menangani kondisi ini. Strategi <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> dinilai sangat efektif oleh setiap perusahaan agar bisa menarik konsumen dan meningkatkan citra baik bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana proses kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan strategi <em>M</em><em>arketing Public Relations</em> tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi di lapangan, pengamatan sosial melalui berbagai media. Hasil penelitian menunjukan <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> Pizza Hut Cimahi dalam menangani keadaan yang terjadi menerapkan <em>Three Ways Strategy</em>. <em>Three Ways Strategy</em> meliputi <em>Pull Strategy</em> dengan melakukan promosi menggunakan media, <em>Push Str</em><em>a</em><em>tegy</em> dengan memberikan diskon secara berkala, dan <em>Pass Strategy</em> dengan melakukan <em>branding</em> sebagai restoran yang tanggap situasi. Keberhasilan Pizza Hut Cimahi dalam menjalakankan Strategi <em>Marketing Public Relations</em> tersebut dilihat dari adanya pencapaian target penjualan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Pizza Hut di daerah lain yaitu Pizza Hut di Kota Bandung.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The restaurant losses as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and social restrictions on a large scale (PSBB) the past two months achieve a value of the billions rupiah. The company must implement the right strategy to handle this condition. Marketing Public Relations strategies are effective for companies to pull costumer and improve their brand image company. The purpose of this research, the author wants to know and understand how the process of activities is carried out in implementing the Marketing Strategy Public Relations. The method used is qualitative descriptive methods by data collection via semi structured interviews, field observations, social observations via various media. Research shows Marketing Public Relations of Pizza Hut Cimahi to handle of situation implemented Three Ways Strategy. Three ways strategy encompass a “Pull Strategy” by using media promotions, “Push Strategy” by giving periodic discounts, “Pass Strategy” the restaurant that are aware of the situation. ABSTRAK
Triglycerides are one of the fats in the body. Increased triglyceride levels occur due to obesity, alcohol consumption, and lack of activity, causing a buildup of triglycerides in the blood. Decreasing triglyceride levels can be done in various ways, one of which is to regulate lifestyle patterns such as diet regulation and physical activity. This research aimed to determine the effect of the types of running on triglyceride levels on runners. This study is a Pre-Experiment. The number of samples used was 27 people. The results of the study in the form of runner triglyceride levels were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test to see differences in the results of triglyceride levels before and after running. The results obtained from this study were before running (119,56)> after 100m run (75,11), before running (88,11)> after a 1500m run (67,22), before running (71,44 )> after running 5000m (56,33). The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test show that the probability in the 100m and 1500m run group is (Sig) 0.008 and in the 5000m run group is (Sig) 0.007 which means that the P <α 0.05 value. The farther the distance a runner traveled, the greater the triglyceride level obtained by the runner.

Factor analysis is a test of construct validity. The test is taken by testing so much items or variables and extracting to be lesser and simpler factors. The extraction is carried by unifying some items or variables having significant common variance as they measure the same dimension. In its application, factor analysis can be exploratory or confirmatory. Exploratory factor analysis is used to understand some factors explaining a variabel that analysis does not work under a hyphotesis. On the other hand, confirmatory factor analysis hyphotezise some factors from some items or variables to guide its work. The analysis runs some steps : testing of analysis property, serving correlation matrix, doing extraction, making rotation, and labeling factors. The results of testing are interpreted in some ways. Data can be analyzed if assumptions are approved. Index of Kaiser Meyer Olkin must be over 0,80. Data must also be normal in Bartlet’s test of sphericity. Items or variables make the same dimension or factor if they have intercolinnearity over 0,20. A factor can be developed if it has eigenvalues more than 1,00. An item support a factor if it has factor loadings more than 0,30. Then, the developed factors are labelled or named according to the characteristic of supporting items.

WAIS (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale) sebagai skala kecerdasan sejak kemunculannya telah banyak menarik perhatian para ahli psikologi. Kemampuannya dalam mengestimasi kemampuan kognitif individu belum ada bandingannya. Apalagi dalam pengembangan yang lebih luas, ternyata kemampuannya tidak terbatas pada individu yang normal semata, tetapi juga menyangkut individu yang mengalami gangguan psikiatrik. Bahkan kemampuannya tidak hanya mengukur tingkat kecerdasan, tetapi juga mampu menjadi alat diagnosis bagi asesmen klinis.Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui tentang model short form pada tes WAIS untuk klien psikiatri, tingkat validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta implementasi dari sort form tes WAIS ini pada klien psikiatrik. Metode ADS (Analisis Data Sekunder) digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Hasilnya, model short form yang digunakan untuk klien psikiatrik ada dua, yaitu model pemilihan aitem (butir-butir pertanyaan) dan model pemilihan sub-tes. Adapun untuk Validitas dan reliabilitas short form tes WAIS ternyata memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi (hamper sama skornya dengan tes WAIS yang full). Sedangkan untuk implementasi sort form tes WAIS untuk klien psikiatrik. Ternyata tes WAIS juga memiliki kemampuan dalam mengukur kecerdasan atau tingkat IQ individu yang tergolong dalam gangguan psikiatrik serta mampu mendiagnosis gangguan yang diderita oleh klien psikiatrik.

In language studies, there is a study of the use of language which is intended as an effort to guide conversation participants to be able to carry out cooperative conversations, namely pragmatic studies, especially in the part of the principle of cooperation. Grice divides four maxims which establish the principle of cooperation. The four maxims are the maxims of Quality, quantity, relationships, and ways. The object of the study in this analysis is the comedy Extravaganza program "Love in the Restaurant" which aired on Trans TV. From the results of the analysis using cooperative principles, conversational data were obtained which showed the existence of quality maxims (Maxime der Qualität) in 4 conversations, 3 conversations violating maxims and 1 not violating maxims. Whereas for the maximum quantity (Maxime der Quantität) there are 12 conversations, 2 of which violate maxims and 10 do not violate maxims. Furthermore, for the maximal relevance (Maxime der Relevanz) data obtained as many as 3 conversations and all are declared relevant / not violating the maxim. Whereas for the maximal means (Maxime der Modalität) there were 2 conversations, 1 conversation showed a violation of maxims and the remaining 1 did not show violations of maxims.

The descriptive research aims to diagnose the difficulties of secondary school students in understanding Cube and Rectangular Prism. Geometry test and interview are used as the instrument. The subjects are 3 seventh grade students who respectively represent high, medium and low ability in mathematics. This research finds that the students have difficulties in understanding the properties of a cube and rectangular prism, inventing the surface area, and using the formula to determine the surface area. The difficulty in using the formula to solve related problems is an effect of memorizing ready-made formula without understanding so the students are easy to forget it. The alternative ways to cope with the difficulties are: (a) Using computer application (PowerPoint, Ms. Word with SmartArt Graphic) and other current software like Cabri Geometry, The Geometer’s Sketchpad (GSP), Geometry Expert, Logo, Geogebra, and Wingeom; (b) Activating students’ prior knowledge about plane which explains the side of the solid figures; (c) Implementing guided discovery learning with students’ worksheet; and (d) giving variation exercises involving contextual or non-contextual problems.

This research is purported to understand and map people’s preferences on rearrangement plan of the area. General description of people’s preferences is resulted by using qualitative descriptive analysis on data gained from interview and FGD. Furthermore, by employing Participatory Prospective Analysis (PPA) the people’s preferences has represented through the following key variables, those are transparency, people’s bargaining position, tenurial (ownership) system, communication, land value, institution/organization, location’s economic value, and level of conflict potential. Based on those variables, the future’s scenarios are constructed as follows: (1) Status quo; (2) Negative; (3) Positive; and (4) Progressive. The way to anticipate the first two scenarios are to close or impede any room or possibilities of the scenarios’ emergence. Meanwhile, for the last two scenarios, the anticipation way is to promote or enhance the scenarios’ emergence, maintaining sustainability of the scenarios, as well as avoiding any ways that can reverse the scenarios’ direction. Both ways of anticipation should be carried out through transparency, communication, and institution.

This article discusses the analysis of Islamic law on buying and selling online. This research is literature and qualitative research. Data were collected through books, journals, and documents and analyzed descriptively. The study results conclude that buying and selling online is a sale and purchase transaction of goods carried out by two parties, namely the seller and the buyer, through the internet. In Islamic law, buying and selling online is legal, and the contract is valid on the condition that the goods purchased are halal and have precise specifications, the goods to be bought are following their needs. The buyer has the right to cancel or accept if the goods are not following the order. The sale and purchase are considered fi hukm ittihad al-majlis (in the position of one assembly). Ittihad al-majlis can be interpreted in three ways, namely ittihad al-makan (one place) and ittihad al-zaman (time of time), and ittihad al-haiah (one position). With modern communication media, it is possible to unite two places that are far apart, so that the two places are considered to be one (taaddud al-makan fi manzilah ittihad al-makan). Online buying and selling transactions carried out in two far apart areas are included in ittihad al-majlis in the ittihad al-zaman category (one time).Islam allows buying and selling online as long as there is no element of fraud between the two parties in the contract. It has fulfilled the conditions and pillars following the provisions of Islamic law.

Worker productivity is an important part of the successful development of human resources and infrastructure building. One of the ways to improve workers’ productivity is using training and worker certification. Therefore, there is a need to analyze the effects of training and certification on worker productivity with case study lightweight brick and steel rods workers in some projects in Palembang. This study aims to analyze the productivity value of workers between certified trained workers (TS) and untrained noncertified workers (BTBS) in the field. Furthermore, comparisons were also conducted on productivity based on field survey and Indonesian National Standard (SNI). This paper also analyzed the significant factors that affect workers productivity in the field. This productivity appraisal used field observation methods and questionnaire. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the training and certification of the workforce greatly affected the worker’s productivity; but some of workers’ productivity of trained workers (TS) and untrained noncertified (BTBS) met the standards of SNI, some did not. This was due to the influence of other factors beyond training and certification of the productivity value of handyman. Furthermore, based on t test results, the factors that significantly affect the productivity of workers were the skills of labor (X1), work motivation (X2) and management (X4). Thus the available regression equation was Y =0,024 +0,332 X1 + 0,676X2 - 0,039X4 + e.

HIV/AIDS is a very dangerous disease. The transmission of HIV/AIDS can be in three ways and one of them through a syringe. In this paper we describe SIR and SEIR Host-Vector model transmission of HIV/AIDS amongst populations of injecting drug users. From the existing model we obtained disease-free equilibrium point and endemic equilibrium point. Then we study the stability conditions and sensitivity analysis of the . The analysis shows if then the disease-free equilibrium point is stable and if then the endemic equilibrium point will be stable. We also obtained that parameter of probality host-vector infected with HIV/AIDS affects the increase of number infected HIV/AIDS.

Organizations are required to have AD and ART to be used as guidelines in carrying out organizational activities, ratification as a Association Legal Entity issued by the Minister of Law and Human Rights. CBOs are prohibited from spreading teachings and actions that are contrary to Pancasila. So that Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Mass Organizations is no longer sufficient, finally the government issued Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2017 to explain more broadly about prohibited teachings / understandings. The research method used is normative research, with the focus of the study being on the statutory approach to the establishment and dissolution of Community Organizations and reviewing the Supreme Court Decisions related to the establishment and dissolution of CSOs by taking case studies of NW and HTI decisions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedures for establishing community organizations and the dissolution mechanism of CSOs. Furthermore, conducting a case study based on the Decision of the Supreme Court Number 37K / TUN / 2016 concerning the establishment of Nahdlatul Wathan (NW) and Decision Number 27K / TUN / 2019 concerning the dissolution of the Indonesian Hizb ut-Tahrir Association (HTI).

Literatures in the field of psychometrics recommend researchers to employvarious of methods on measuring individual attributes. Ideally,each methods are complementary and measuresthe construct designed to be measured. However, some problems arise when among the methods is unique and unrelated to the construct being measured. The uniqueness of method can lead what is called the method effect. In testing construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis, the emergence of this effect tend to reducing the goodness of fit indices of the model. There are many ways to solve these problem, one of themis controling the method effects and accommodate it to the model. This paper introduces how to accommodate method effecton the confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling. In the application section, author identify the emergence of method effects due to the differences item writing direction (favorable-unfavorable). The analysis showed that method effectemerge from different writing direction.

The purposes of this research are to analyze the benefits of recipients of Scholarship CSR Funds by Bank Nagari,the feedback for Bank Nagari and the provision of target benefits of CSR Funds by Bank Nagari. The subject of this research was students who received Bank Nagari scholarship. This research was a qualitative research. The type of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with students and secondary data was obtained from Bank Nagari's Annual report 2016. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicated that the scholarship from Bank Nagari has benefits for recipients, while for feedback was directly not received by Bank Nagari, as well as for the overall awarded of scholarships was considered appropriate but there was different ways of register procedures.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were 3 students of class XI with high, medium, and low abilities in SMK PUSDIKHUBAD Cimahi. There were five communication questions that were given that were agreed with each student. Then the results obtained are the results of mathematical communication of vocational students in Cimahi City based on written tests and the results of interviews with students who are still lacking.

College student is the source of inovation that can further the country. Indonesia needs their inovation, either on social and humanities scope or science and technology scope. But they choose different ways after college. There is students that want to work, and some of them want to be entrepreneur. And the purpose of this research is knowing the effect of their major to their interest of being an entrepreneur. The sample of this research is the college students from vary major in many universities. The independent variable is the major and the major category (social and humanities/science and technology) and dependent variable is the career plan and the tendency between working and doing business. The data analysis that was used is by counting the average tendency of doing business from each majors and major categories. The result of this research show that majors effect student’s interest for doing business although not significant. The students from all of major categories show that they have interest for doing business. But the tendency for doing business of social and humanities students is higher than science and technology students. The significant difference appears on the major that is strongly-related with finance/money. They have significant difference in tendency for doing business.

Education is a process to optimize one's potential in certain ways to achieve certain goals. Every university has graduate competency standards that every student must have. Graduate competencies are made based on the expected graduate profile of each study program, including the automotive engineering study program. Based on data from sia2.unp.ac.id the comparison between the number of students entering and graduating D3 Automotive Engineering UNP students in 2014 to 2017 was 225 versus 101. This study used a quantitative descriptive method involving 75 students as respondents. The purpose of this study is to describe the abilities possessed by D3 students of the Automotive Engineering Department in 2020. The highest percentage of student competencies is at the B+ score, which is 25%, followed by A-, A, E, B, B-, C, C, C+. , and D, respectively, the percentages are 18%, 14%, 11%, 8%, 6%, 6%, 6%, 3%, 3%.
Pendidikan adalah proses untuk mengoptimalkan potensi diri dengan cara-cara tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Setiap perguruan tinggi memiliki standar kompetensi lulusan yang wajib dimiliki oleh setiap mahasiswa. Kompetensi lulusan dibuat berdasarkan profil lulusan yang diharapkan setiap program studi, termasuk program studi teknik otomotif. Berdasarkan data dari sia2.unp.ac.id perbandingan antara jumlah mahasiswa masuk dan lulus mahasiswa D3 Teknik Otomotif UNP tahun masuk 2014 sampai 2017 adalah 225 berbanding 101. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 75 orang mahasiswa sebagai respondenya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa D3 Jurusan Teknik Otomotif tahun masuk 2020. Persentase kompetensi mahasiswa paling tinggi berada pada nilai B+ yaitu 25% disusul A-, A, E, B, B-, C, C-, C+, dan D yang berturut turut presentasenya 18%, 14%, 11%, 8%, 6%, 6%, 6%, 3%, 3%.

SMK (Vocational High School) Negeri 5 Mataram is a school based on arts and culture. This school has some Information System (IS) that applied to the educational system, e.g, electronic report features of learning result (E-Rapor) and website.
In its implementation, the IS was unable to support schools to provide the newest information due to the large amounts of data management, the data waos changed routinely and repetitive, it often created difficulties to provide information, especially because of the academic data activity is still using a manual processing system.
Based on those problems above, the needs analysis of IS was conducted using value chain method. This method used to construct and formulates some strategies that possible to apply. The result, there were seven new application portfolios, i.e PSB Online, Financial Apps, Inventory Apps, E-Locker, E-Library, E-Learning, and Academic Information System. And two applications had improved, School Website and E-Report.

From all the explanations about this reverse proof law, as for the reverse-proof law, using the purely reverse-proof law and reason behind the limited changes in the criminal act Corruption, the upside-down proof only in the application of the trial of the judge never to provide the origin of the property but based on the evidence given by the public prosecutor.

The population in this study are employees of the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency. The research sampling technique used Stratified Sampling technique. The total sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using 2 (two) ways, namely using descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. Descriptive research results indicate, the average level of respondents' answers to the variable work discipline (X) of 3,188. The average level of respondents' answers to the motivation variable (Y) was 3.113.

Research conduct in BPPT, BAT AN, and LIPI, This research is a policy research with using normative - qualitative approachFrom research finding that, quantitatively human resources in non governmental department (LPND) having unbalanced ratio problem based on its functional position, especially in researcher category and non researcher. Quantitatively growth rate of research unmatched with retirement rate, resulted changing age structure tend to older age.Size limitation and lack of available data about utilization research facilities still not solved completely. Based on evaluation made by KRT, in macro, set up of condition and usage facilities lie near 50% to 75%. However, research facilities administrator still not satisfied yet with utilization of research facilities they managed. Other research facilities problems are slow supply, limited maintenance fund and lack of available spare parts.

The role of information technology in the current era is becoming large in aspects of life. One of them is in the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the East Banyumas KPH. The technology applied consists of a web-based information system that is used to manage ticket data designated by Ecofo. The application of technology is inseparable from the issuance of risks that arise that can hamper business processes. The purpose of this research is to study emerging issues and ways to save in order to minimize risks later on. This study uses the ISO 31000 method which is a method that specifically discusses risk management which has 5 stages of communication and consultation, determining context, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk evaluation), risk use and monitoring review. The results of this study consist of documentation found that identified 24 risks that have 3 levels of high risk, 10 levels of medium risk, and 11 levels of low risk that can be used as a reference to improve, manage and finance information technology assets in the future.
