Telegram and Viber are the most popular mobile messengers nowadays. Unlike other products, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, these messengers allow their users to restrict access to messages stored on the device − in Telegram it is access protection using a PIN code, in the Viber there is hidden chat functionality, also protected with a PIN code. This article presents a practical attack that allows to bypass the security functionalities implemented by the developers of both solutions. The paper presents the methods to increase the security of the mentioned software in a way that it can be implemented in the Android operating system. <span>A variety of internet-based applications are widely used in our animation activities because they provide free and useful services. These applications, such as Instant Messaging, can be run via the web, mobile, or computer-based devices. Therefore, the security and privacy of user data over these apps have been concerned in recent years because of sensitive and confidential information considerations. Consequently, many instant messaging applications, like Viber, have various security and privacy issues that need to be understood and resolved. Viber users reached 800 million, and they increased dramatically due to the efficient services that this app provides. Hence, a loophole in an application’s design may allow illegal access to the app and gain confidential and sensitive data. In this article, we proposed a security approach for Viber to safeguard user confidential data and sensitive information. The proposed approach involves two theoretical solutions: Short message service (SMS) authentication code and the physical hardware number to prevent illegal access to user data. Several scenarios are adopted to assess the proposed approach and achieve security and privacy for the user information.</span>

The rapid development of mobile technology today is directly proportional to the development of mobile applications in it. Making it easier for people to choose and use the application as they want. This has resulted in misuse of negative things, ranging from human trafficking, drug trafficking, as well as online prostitution business. Viber is an Instant Messenger application that makes it easy for users. This application can be used to send messages, call, send photos, audio and video to others. This application has been used by 260 million people worldwide. This is the basis of research to acquire digital evidence in Viber applications. Data obtained after acquiring based on the work steps of NIST are the accounts of the perpetrators, contacts targeted by the perpetrators, call history, text messages, picture messages and videos.

Viber is one of the most popular social media in the Instant Messenger application category that can be used to send text messages, make voice calls, send picture messages and video messages to other users. As many as 260 million people around the world have used this application. Increasing the number of viber users certainly brings positive and negative impacts, one of the negative impacts of this application is the use of digital forensic crime. This research simulates and removes digital crime evidence from the viber application on Android smartphones using the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST) method, which is a method that has work guidelines on forensic policy and process standards to ensure each investigator follows the workflow the same so that their work is documented and the results can be accounted for. This study uses three forensic tools, MOBILedit Forensic Express, Belkasoft and Autopsy. The results in this study show that MOBILedit Forensic Express gets digital evidence with a percentage of 100% in getting accounts, contacts, pictures and videos. While proof of digital chat is only 50%. Belkasoft gets digital evidence with a percentage of 100% in getting accounts, contacts, pictures and videos. While proof of digital chat is only 50%. For Autopsy does not give the expected results in the extraction process, in other words the Autopsy application gives zero results. It can be concluded that MOBILedit Forensic Express and Belkasoft have a good performance compared to Autopsy and thus this research has been completed and succeeded in accordance with the expected goals.

Process mining provides an important bridge between data mining and business process analysis, his techniques allow for extracting information from event logs. In general, there are two steps in process mining, correlation definition or discovery and then process inference or composition. Firstly, the authors' work consists to mine small patterns from a log traces of two applications; SKYPE, and VIBER, those patterns are the representation of the execution traces of a business process. In this step, the authors use existing techniques; The patterns are represented by finite state automaton or their regular expression; The final model is the combination of only two types of small patterns whom are represented by the regular expressions (ab)* and (ab*c)*. Secondly, the authors compute these patterns in parallel, and then combine those small patterns using the composition rules, they have two parties the first is the mine, they discover patterns from execution traces and the second is the combination of these small patterns. The patterns mining and the composition is illustrated by the automaton existing techniques. The Execution traces are the different actions effected by users in the SKYPE and VIBER. The results are general and precise. It minimizes the execution time and the loss of information.

<p>This study examined the effects of collaborative blended learning writing environment on students’ writing apprehension and writing performance as perceived by a selected group of EFL students enrolled in one of the international schools in Malaysia. Qualitative case study method was employed using semi-structured interview, learning diaries and observation. Twelve male students enrolled in Class Ten were selected to participate in a 13-week study. To learn how to write collaboratively, the students followed the procedures of the blended learning writing process. Students were divided into three groups and were given the freedom to choose the members of the group they would like to work with. They went through the writing process in face-to-face and online learning modes via the class blog and online Viber discussion. Data collected were analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis. The findings indicated that the students had positive perceptions towards the collaborative blended learning writing environment they had experienced. They perceived that the collaborative blended learning activities had helped them reduced their writing apprehension and improve their writing performance as they experienced and learnt much knowledge concerning the micro and macro aspects of writing. Students also viewed that their online discussion and collaboration on writing in Viber groups and the class blog had assisted them greatly in their writing task.</p>

Introduction and Objective: Financial limitations and scarcity of technological knowledge is a major hurdle to good communication platform, data storage and dissemination of medical knowledge in developing countries. Out of necessity we used free to use apps in our practice. We studied the applicability and cost effective aspect of a systematic use of these apps in neurosurgery.Materials and Methods: We designed Free to use apps in neurosurgery (FAN) module in 4 phases at KMCTH over the last 3 years. We used free apps like viber, dropbox, skype and vlc media player on 3G and wifi. Users were trained in ethics and measures to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient related data. Endpoints studied were feasibility, reliability, cost effectiveness and overall satisfaction of the users.Results: In the FAN module, viber app was used to send pictures of digital imagings (DI) using smartphones within 30 minutes enabling quick decision by the consultants. Dropbox not only helped store images but also helped quick verification of discharge summaries as early as 15 minutes increasing overall efficiency. With Skype, consultants could be contacted even when they were abroad and using FAN they remain updated of their patients. Using skype and vlc, 2 operative live workshops from abroad was transmitted live with good visual and audio reception allowing question answer sessions with the faculties. Users’ satisfaction was more than 90%.Conclusion: FAN module helped in quick reliable decision making, allowing for instantaneous communication and storing data and exchange of knowledge across countries.

В статье анализируется проблема как современные технологии стали для тувинцев, помимо всего прочего, своеобразными проводниками архаизации — процесса возвращения к архаическим социальным и культурным связям и смыслам. Источником данных являются результаты авторского опроса тувинцев, пользующихся социальными сетями, мессенджерами. Опрос состоялся в начале 2021 г. методом случайной выборки, охватил 205 человек, ответивших на вопросы анкеты в Google Forms. Российская киберэтнография сегодня больше сконцентрирована на изучении презентации этничности в Интернете. Автор предлагает пойти дальше и рассмотреть сеть как новое пространство для функционирования социальной культуры этноса на примере тувинцев. В основе анализа — идеи антропологов К. Хайн и Г. Рейнгольда, что позволяет говорить о сетевой социальности как факте социальной реальности. Развитие беспроводного Интернета в Туве привело к тем же результатам, что и во всем мире — люди научились действовать совместно в условиях, которые ранее этого не допускали. Значительное число тувинцев имеют группы (родственников, коллег, друзей) в мессенджерах, прежде всего Viber, общение в которых имеет различные социальные «последствия». Чаще всего Viber используется для связи со знакомыми, родственниками (90,2%). Родственные группы насчитывают от 13 до 70 человек, общение в них ведется почти постоянно, чаще всего на тувинском языке; участники обмениваются информацией, новостями и договариваются о совместных действиях. Использование интернет-коммуникаций как возможность сплочения, координации действий позволяет тувинцам максимально результативно участвовать в голосованиях в интернет-конкурсах разного масштаба. Исторический экскурс позволяет увидеть, что пространство социальной культуры тувинцев подвергалась на протяжении истории изменениям, а социальная культура сохранила свои основные ценности — значимость социальных связей родственных групп.

On the Internet, the media are fighting fiercely for every reader, viewer, or listener. Every year it becomes more and more difficult to keep and interest your audience. Therefore, the media are looking for new channels to distribute their products. Official sites and pages on social networks are losing popularity among the audience every year, so editors are forced to look for new and promising ways to communicate with their audience. One of these is the so-called messengers. Messengers are essentially reminiscent of a specific media subscription, but the audience receives the information for free. The most popular messengers in the world are Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Wechat, and WhatsApp. And in Ukraine, the most popular social platform for communication is Viber (97% of Ukrainians have it downloaded on their mobile devices), as well as Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. But Ukrainian media most often use Viber and Telegram to distribute their content. Interestingly, in different studies, you can find different terms that describe these social platforms, namely: applications, social networks, communication platforms, social platforms, and messengers. The first messengers appeared in the 90s of the last century, but the peak of their development is now. They are quickly gaining popularity among the audience, but not all media use them properly to distribute their content. Therefore, we will consider them in more detail, as well as give the rules for publishing posts on such social platforms.

Education is a significant factor which contributes to overcoming social, economic, health, ecological and other challenges. During a pandemic, formal education adapts to ongoing circumstances, and the learning-teaching process transitions to distance education. A study of the advantages and disadvantages of the realization of certain modalities of distance education is significant as it contributes to the improvement of its quality. The aim was to determine how the citizens of Serbia evaluated the quality of distance education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research questions focused on how they evaluated: distance education based on modality (via Radio Television of Serbia, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, Viber groups, WhatsApp), the level of involvement of the learners/students during distance learning classes, the quality and extent of their acquired knowledge, and the level of skills that teachers need to effectively teach in distance education. The study presents the results of a survey carried out in 2020 on a sample of 602 adult Serbian citizens. The results confirm the initial hypothesis that certain modalities of distance education received a highly positive evaluation (Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom), and that teachers, learners/students, and other citizens provided statistically significant different evaluations of their quality (classes for primary and secondary school students broadcast on the Radio Television of Serbia; classes via Viber groups, on WhatsApp). Citizens feel that distance education enables efficient learning-teaching during the pandemic, confirming the importance of modern technologies for the learning-teaching process in Serbia, and the need for their continued intense development and application in education. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and other crises create problems for the normal teaching process in the class. In this case, alternate teaching techniques such as mobile applications are required for continuing the teaching and learning process. This research focuses on teaching mathematics in class 12 by using applications (available on mobiles, laptops, desk tops, iPads etc.), namely Phone, Viber, WhatsApp and Messenger so as to provide an appropriate teaching environment. Class 12 in Gawher Preparatory School (both scientific and literary branches) in Erbil City, Kurdistan Region-Iraq was selected for this study. The sample sizes for both scientific and literary branches during the academic year 2019-2020 were 31 and 53, respectively. Pre and post tests were administrated to check pupils’ achievements. Videos were prepared and uploaded to the teaching groups in Viber and Messenger. Suitable environments for teaching mathematics to class 12 were provided via direct communication, and questions and answers were provided. The results revealed that average scores for pre and post tests for the scientific branch were 20 % and 63.33 %, respectively; while for the literary branch were 17.5 % and 50.83 %, respectively. The mobile applications experimented with have led to the enhancement of the mathematics teaching process outside normal classes and particularly during the COVID-19 lockdown periods and crisis. Also, COVID-19 lockdowns decreased noise pollution, water consumption, production of wastewater, generation of solid waste, and expenditures at schools. Additionally, a number of problems, benefits, and recommendations have been outlined; for instance, providing internet and continuous electricity for schools, supplying mobile phones or laptops for pupils with reasonable prices, and running training courses for teachers and pupils are essential.

Анотація:
The article deals with the analysis of psychological features of social media users’ activity. The authors discuss the main approaches to the classification of social media, clarify the definition of this concept. The article presents the analysis of the typologies of social media users. According to the results of the qualitative study, the authors identified eight types of social media users, (considering the specifics of their activity: 1) generator of creolized content; 2) initiator of the discussion; 3) active participant in the discussion; 4) spreader of the creolized content; 5) imitator; 6) conformist; 7) observer; 8) inactive user. The psychological characteristics of the activity of these types of users of social media are identified. It has been proved that there are some differences in the ratio of different types of users for the most popular social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and messengers (Telegram, Viber). It is determined that the leading types of users are: for the Facebook – discussion initiator, active discussion participant, conformist; for the Instagram – generator of creolized content, spreader of the creolized content, and a follower; for the Twitter – generator of creolized content, spreader of the creolized content and a discussion initiator; for Telegram – discussion initiator, active discussion participant, spreader of the creolized content; for Viber messenger – initiator of discussions, active participant of discussions, conformist. The prospects for further research are outlined: verification of the typology of social media users in an expanded sample, specification of the psychological profile of different types of social media users, creation of technologies for development of personality’s media competence, identification of preconditions for constructive social media impact on users, exploration of the role of social media in the process of building a personality’s civic competence.

This research refers to the way marketing and electronic marketing equipment are used, and the most used marketing tools in the Kurdistan Region are. The most important outcomes researchers have received are the art of marketing in new media forms, due to the nature and technique of new media forms and the number of use by participants. According to the majority of Facebook research samples, it comes in the first rank in the marketing process for services and this seems to be because the number of Facebook users is higher than any other network Facebook's options and usage options are also easier to market and the YouTweed social network has the least use in the marketing process, which may be because of it, which would make it more skilled to prepare a video for the marketing process. In the app chats, Viber comes first to marketing and telegram has the least users, and this is because of the wide and familiarity of people with App Viber, which the research samples believe It is more successful in the marketing process and the app ity of the architecture is because a small number of users are familiar with it, so it is not very successful in the marketing process. Also, about the role of new media forms, the website comes in the first place and the blog comes in the rank of co-coordinator because the blog in the research community is not cared for and people don't have information about it.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of an empirical study of the potential of social media for civic competence development. Modern approaches to understanding civic competence and the use of social media are analyzed. The main vectors of social media influence on the development of civic competence are determined: informational, valuemotivational, emotional-consolidating, mobilizing. Using the method of evaluative repertoire grids, the structural components of civic competence of student youth, which are developed by means of social media, are determined. A method for identifying the leading motives for the use of social media for civic competence development is proposed. Two groups of motives are defined: target and instrumental. It is established that among the target motives for the use of social media the leading role for student youth is played by: 1) self-expression and self-exposure - declaring one’s own civiс position (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube); 2) self-identification with representatives of social groups who have common views on certain issues (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram); 3) joint entertainment (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok); 4) establishing contacts (Instagram, Viber, Telegram); 5) expanding ideas about the rights and responsibilities of citizens (Facebook, Youtube); 6) the opportunity to discuss socially significant and political and legal issues (Facebook, Twitter). The leading instrumental motive is the use of social media as a means of: 1) finding educational programs, information resources for self-education (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram); 2) satisfaction of aesthetic needs (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok); 3) keeping in touch with those who it is not possible to see in real life (Viber, Telegram, Instagram); 4) development of an individual’s social capital (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube); 5) generation of ideas and relevant content (posts / texts, audio and video content, comics, memes) on socially significant and political and legal issues (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube); 6) job search tool (Facebook, Instagram).

<p>This paper intends to analyze subjective measurements of intelligibility of speech on Albanian language during the conversation between two people using applications which today are very used for communication such as Skype and Viber. The measurement is done as follows: on the entry part of the transmission system sentences or words are spoken or just syllables while on receiving part is recorded what is heard; the percentage of words, sentences or syllables correctly received, on proportion to those imposed on the entry of the system, providing the percentage of intelligibility (the words, sentences or syllables). Methods of measurements are made at different speed of the Internet, in an environment without noise and with noise, in order to see the impact on understanding of the speech with different target parameters.</p>

It has been commonly agreed that social networks is an educational tool related to interests and needs of a modern student. We may use it as a connector between participants of educational process: teachers may reach their students outside limited classroom activity and motivate them to further study in a non-formal atmosphere. The article discusses possibilities of using social networks (Facebook) and digital applications (like, Viber) to develop grammar competence of students through blogging, texting, posting. Having organized a small focus group, we were able to: define functions and skills which are required when you enter networks for educational purposes; understand the drawbacks of using social networks and describe the support expected from a teacher; advise on the pace and tasks used in virtual classes. Dynamics of cosmopolitan societies demand knowledge of international communicative ethics which, due to IT progress, is required during e-mailing, on-line discussions and meetings, participation in distant conferences. Modern student is a researcher who can do both – collect and share information with the outer world. There’s also much space for personal development: students learn to promote their skills, communicate in virtual profession-oriented environment, form cross-cultural verbal literacy, improve soft skills and interpersonal cooperation, analyze and correct own grammar mistakes as well as accumulate experience of other group members. Knowing the methodology of up-to-date practices, teacher can motivate to educative on-line communication: writing blogs, posting on latest events, commenting to daily tasks in viber-community. Active learning demonstrates results of study immediately – staying verbally active 24/7, students see the perspective of own future mobility. We have concluded that there’s an urge necessity for professional upgrade of teachers, as using social networks for specific educative purposes demands personal mobility, compute proficiency, readiness to work outside formal classroom, responsibility for creation of informal study material and content choice, psychological competence, people skills. Key words: social networks, mobility, modern educational tool, digital competence, blogging, virtual class.

Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini pada saat teknik pengolahan didapatkan dari data sekunder oleh pihak perusahaan agar pengolahan air dari zat terlarut yang tinggi menjadi rendah sedangkan perhitungan kapasitas tangki dihitung dengan metode Mc. Cabe and Smith dan dibandingkan dengan data primer perusahaan agar metode perhitungan ini dapat dipakai pada saat merancang tangki untuk pengolahan air laut dengan menggunakan mesin reverse osmosis

The aim of this study was to introduce a modern, engaging and easily accessible approach to medical education. A virtual journal club (VJC) was established for the orthopaedic trainees of Ethiopia using instant messaging via Viber. Group discussions included research articles, case reports and radiographs. In addition, senior participants posed quiz questions, with a leaderboard for best performance. Finally, a satisfaction survey was conducted using Google Forms. We have accumulated data from the first five months of educational activity with 73 participants. Seven articles were analysed and debated, covering a broad range of orthopaedic topics, with 56 messages per article on average and 60 quiz questions overall. Our survey received 20 responses, where 95% perceived the VJC as superior to the traditional journal club. Instant messaging is recommended as an educational tool, utilised as an effective VJC. It provides continuous interactive distance learning, without the restrictions of traditional methods.

This article explores the mobile-mediated mothering experiences among migrant Somali mothers living in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Twenty semi-structured interviews were conducted with Somali mothers to examine how Imo, Viber, Skype and WhatsApp enable them to fulfil important maternal responsibilities toward their left-behind children in Somalia. The findings reveal that three types of maternal tensions occur due to their migration: guilt and concern, family strains, and judgement in Somali communities. Efforts to overcome these tensions include the adoption of mobile technologies to continue to mother from a distance. Migrant Somali mothers in this study mediate mothering using mobile platforms by: (a) transferring remittances to their children’s caretakers, (b) sustaining emotional bonds, (c) teaching religious beliefs, and (d) encouraging educational pursuits. By focusing on mothers as a distinct category of women, this study contributes to the theoretical call for more scholarship on matricentric feminism.

This paper discusses the use of communication and collaboration tools in the delivery of social services, based on the results of a qualitative study. The research question is what kind of remote communication and collaboration tools are used by social workers in the provision of social services. The paper focuses on the use of telecommunication and collaboration tools by social workers in their service delivery and activities. The study involved 22 social workers employed in social institutions in different parts of Lithuania providing complex services to families.The study found that social workers use mobile devices and that the most convenient and acceptable means of remote communication and collaboration are learning environments, audio and video data storage (YouTube), conferencing and chat software (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Facebook Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, Board Connect, Telegram), social networks (Facebook, Messenger), technical means (smart phone, computer, Internet connection).

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the use patterns and ownership of smartphone apps among students at the Department of Library and Information Science (DLIS) at the South Valley University (SVU), Egypt. This study may help faculty members and students, as well as DLISs in general and SVU’s DLIS, in particular, to understand the nature and purpose of such use. Design/methodology/approach This study used quantitative research methodology in the form of a survey, which was undertaken from February to March 2015. The survey instrument was a self-administrated questionnaire, with a response rate 82.7 per cent (441/533). Findings The findings of this study showed that smartphone users (82.7 per cent) at SVU’s DLIS tended to be junior females. Smartphone non-users (17.3 per cent) tended to be also young females but primarily sophomores. The highest percentage of smartphone users had been using smartphones for four to five years, and the largest number of students was described to be advanced users who heard first about these mobile devices through friends and the Web. Most users had 21 to 25 apps. Social apps were the most popular and included Facebook, e-mail and Twitter. For professional purposes, students used smartphones more for communication purposes than learning purposes. Apps related to educational purposes included Google Mobile, Facebook, e-mail, Twitter, YouTube and Wikipedia Mobile. Students perceived most apps to be easy to use and useful to them. There were a number of uses for socializing including messaging, following the news and playing games. Students had mainly positive attitudes towards apps with a few negative concerns. Almost all students confirmed that they trust most apps. Barriers related to the use of apps included training and lack of awareness. Further research may be needed to specify the relationship between the students’ use of these apps and their academic performance. The main tasks done on smartphone devices were mainly for socializing. Students indicated that popular tasks and activities, such as sending and receiving messages, following the news, making communications, making chat, making friends, finding specific information, finding general information, making discussion groups, playing games, completing class assignments, checking materials related to courses, doing business, seeking jobs, watching movies, listening to music and accessing library services are important tasks accomplished by them through the use of these devices. The current study indicated very positive attitudes towards the use of these apps. Student at least agree with the statement that smartphone apps allow for easy dissemination of information, provide too much information, increase the speed of finding information, help communication, convenient, secure, build confident and reduce paper use. However, a large number of students also at least agree with the statement that these apps are time consuming, intimidating, addictive, violate privacy, require high language and technical skills, harmful and frustrating. Almost all students confirmed that they are at least trustful in some apps, such as WhatsApp, e-mail, YouTube, Facebook, Flickr, Twitter and Viber. A large number of smartphone users surveyed in this study have been described to make excessive usage of social apps, such as communication apps, messaging/texting apps and social networking sites, which were at the forefront of use. Additionally, a large number of them adopted these devices, especially for communication purposes. The most used apps were Facebook, e-mail, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube and Viber. For professional purposes, students used smartphones more for communication purposes than learning purposes. However, some of the students were using some of apps related to educational purposes, such as Google mobile, Facebook, e-mail, Twitter, YouTube and Wikipedia mobile but not on a regular basis. Students perceived the use of e-mail app, Google mobile, Facebook app WhatsApp, Kik, Twitter, YouTube, Google maps, Viber, Line, Skype, Tango, Instagram, Flickr and Wikipedia mobile as at least fairly easy to them. Additionally, they perceived the use of e-mail app Google mobile, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Viber, Instagram, Wikipedia mobile, Google maps, Kik, Skype, Line, Tango and Flickr as at least fairly useful to them, especially for the purpose socialization more than learning. Research limitations/implications This study focuses only on undergraduate library and information science students belonging to SVU’s DLIS, Egypt. Any findings and conclusions resulting from this study are limited in scope to only SVU’s DLIS’s undergraduate students. The study does not contain a significantly large sample of a population from across Egypt to draw meaningful widespread conclusions indicative of such a larger population. Practical implications This study provides valuable insight into the use pattern of smartphones among a very important client group. It may serve as useful input to researchers who are interested in the study of mobile internet technologies (MITs), particularly in the education society. Originality/value Being the first study of its kind about university students in Egypt, it is considered a pioneering and a unique study among studies conducted in the field of ICTs and MITs, especially with this category of information users.

This research aim is to know chemical and organoleptic characteristic kerupuk bananan flower substituted with mocaf (modificated cassava). This product use banana kepok flower, mocaf with formula 90%:10%. Blend banana flower to smallest size, mix with mocaf and spice, steam 5 minute, and dry with cabinet drying 6 hour 50 0C to proseses it. Chemical characteristic show water level is 2%, protein is 0,37% and viber is 7 %. Organoleptic characteristic of banana flower with sensory analisis show mean score colour 5,2 (nearly like), score taste 6 (like), score tecsture 5,8 (like), score shape 4,7 (nearly like)and overall score are 5,7 (like). Suggested to make more innovation to produce banana flower mocaf crispy with more attractive in colour and shape.</p>

Social Media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, IMO, Twitter and Viber have become famous social interaction forums among all age groups in Pakistan. Social media websites remained the most common platform for the exchange of political ideas and political awareness, consequently influencing political mobilization and bringing change in the political setup of Punjab. This study evaluates the impact of social media on molding the behaviors of voters during the general elections in 2013.The aim was to quantify how social media websites affected political mobilization and altered the Pakistani political setup. The findings are based on a survey conducted amongst the population of Punjab belonging to different age groups, gender, profession, qualification, and localities. Significant correlations were found among different variables i.e. gender, age, profession and locality of the participants. This paper suggests that social media has affected the young population most in Pakistan and helped alter the politicalbehavior of voters.

The article presents a sociolinguistic analysis of the communication style of users in social networks and messengers. Based on the methods of sociolinguistics and indirect analysis methods of discourse, the usual moments of exchanging messages between users of a certain social group in Viber are compared with their interactions using the same environment in social networks during the occurrence of non-standard situations. The combination of case studies and the study of key moments when relevant offline moments affect the linguistic practices of a particular community can influence the understanding of current semi-social online communication. Accordingly, stylistic and linguistic practices of communication in social networks and messengers bear the imprint of the communication process and are directly related to the topic of the issues discussed. If, outside of a critical situation, such communication will receive an impression of ease and be confirmed by the usage of colloquial words, impulsive abbreviations, named sentences and a significant number of emojis.

В статье описана разработанная автоматизированная система для управления работой образовательного центра. Перечислены основные возможности, которые предлагает система, а именно: общение с клиентами в любом месте и в любое время с помощью виджета на сайте, мессенджера, e-mail, в мобильном приложении; омниканальность; аналитика всех действий по всем параметрам; база знаний заранее подготовленных ответов на часто интересующие клиентов вопросы; интеллектуальный ассистент. Приведено основное программное обеспечение, используемое для ее разработки. Описаны модули, из которых состоит система: модуль «База знаний», модуль «Служба поддержки», модуль «Управление», модуль «Аналитика». Кроме этого описаны чат-бот помощник для клиентов, чат-бот ассистент для разработчика, чат-бот помощник для команды. На данный момент чат-боты реализован в таких мессенджерах как: Telegram, ВКонтакте, Facebook, Twitter, Viber и стандартный виджет на сайте. Приведены результаты работы системы в виде отчетов и графиков. Система поддерживает возможность переключения на онлайн обучение, для этого в платформе осуществлена текстовая, аудио и видео связь в качестве диалога между двумя участниками с разных сторон.

The aim of the study in highlight the practical experience of organizing distance learning of choreographers at the Kyiv Municipal Ukrainian Academy of Dance named after Serge Lifar. Practical Significance lies in using the research results in the educational process in teaching disciplines of the choreographic cycle “Theory and methods of working with the choreographic team”, “History of choreographic art”, “Theory and methods of teaching choreographic disciplines at higher educational institutions” for students of the educational program “Choreography" at the Kyiv Municipal Ukrainian Academy of Dance named after Serge Lifar. The approbation of modern forms of organizing distance learning and its daily analysis in conditions dictated by real events makes it possible to state that it is convenient to work with students-choreographers in practical classes using video communication in the mobile applications Viber, Messenger on Facebook and Instagram, as well as in the mode of video conferences in the Zoom program.

The results of researches on distance teaching from the teacher’s aspect during the state of emergency are presented in this paper, there are the teachers of primary schools, from the territory of Vojvodina (Serbia). The aim is to answer questions about how the respondents assess competencies for distance learning, job satisfaction, and how demanding are the different teaching platforms. The sample consisted of 574 teachers. The questionnaire The teacher’s and educator’s thoughts and experiences on distance teaching during the state of emergency was used. The questionnaire was distributed online. The data was collected from April 2020 until the end of the school year. Respondents assess that they have technical and IT competencies, acquired in informal education and that they need further education. Distance teaching is a professional challenge and is stressful, and the vast majority of respondents prefer regular teaching. The stress level is higher, more work, student engagement, and clarity of expectations from teachers are reduced. Respondents most often used already known communication channels during distance teaching: mail and Viber.

This developmental-longitudinal study aims to investigate the pragmatic development of Iraqi EFL learners in the use of external modifications of request over four years of study in authentic and elicited data. The authentic data is natural requests of Viber and WhatsApp while the elicited data is discourse completion test (DCT). The researcher has collected 202 authentic messages and 192 elicited messages from 24 learners. The external modifications are coded based on Blum-Kulka, House and Kasper’s (1989) and Economidou-Kogetsidis’s (2011) taxonomy of external devices. The results unveil that there is an evidence of pragmatic development in the learners’ use of external devices in the two types of data. Yet, the use of these devices increases with increased study years particularly when these learners produce their natural requests. Besides, this study reveals that the authentic data includes authentic results occur in real context whereby natural and spontaneous utterances are produced. Hence, the elicited data must be used in addition to other types of research instruments to arrive at valid results because it does not accurately uncover the learners’ real development

The sample of this study were students of Erbil Polytechnic University and 300 students participated the survey. The most important findings of the researcher is that the interaction with the electronic advertising on social media sites has taken a high level, and the models taken from the search sample most of them use social media sites (Messenger, Viber, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook), and the models taken benefit from this network, taking the information and seeing the services available there.

Therefore we need replacement materials that can be renewed, and have mechanical properties that can compensate for the superiority of mining materials. Composite material is material that combines the properties of two or more materials to form a new material that has the superiority of the properties of each of these materials.

Background: Mobile health and mobile phone technology have become increasingly noticed as favorable communication channels for the prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by reducing the unhealthy behaviors of NCDs. The study was carried out to assess the effect of the health messaging with the Viber application on modifiable risk factors of NCDs.Methods: A community-based quasi-experimental study was conducted among a total of 240 community members who were 30 to 60 years old selected from two villages in Twantay township with a one year intervention. Face-to-face interviews with all participants using the WHO STEP survey questionnaire and measurements of behavioral and metabolic risk factors of NCDs were carried out at baseline and after 12 months follow up. Changes in behavior and metabolic risk factors between the intervention and control group were analyzed using mixed-effects random-intercept linear regression modeling with propensity score adjustment. Because of the small sample in smoking, smokeless tobacco and alcohol users, the Wilcoxon rank-sum (Mann-Whitney) test was used to compare the changes between the two groups.Results: The amount of smoking and smokeless tobacco use among current users in the intervention group was reduced after the intervention (p<0.05). Of metabolic risk factors, participants in the intervention group had a significant net reduction in fasting blood sugar with a mean change relative to controls of -18.7 mg/dl 95% CI (-32.83, -4.56, p=0.010). No significant mean reduction was seen in other behavioral or metabolic risk factors.Conclusions: The study results showed that intervention affected a reduction in some behavioral and metabolic risk factors of NCDs.
