The study mainly discusses are the application of high power UV LED and design of driver circuit to achieve a stable electric power supply and stabilize its output power to produce a UV-A light curing equipment for the applications of the nail to replace existing expensive traditional mercury UV curing equipment. The product of the discussed in the paper is a high-power UV LED module, arranged in a small pattern array, the circuits design also need to consider the impact of its array and the problem most need into consideration is cooling. Changes in the study affected by temperature its electric power and photo power at different temperatures for the curing system, in order to determine the automatic constant electric power control drive circuit of high power LED's with a clear effect. The study also measured the power of high-power UV LED curing system which produced by the design to understand the power distribution scenarios.
