Анотація:
Timurid era is the era of Persian culture and literature efflorescence. Amirs Timuri’s attention to culture has provided base literature for breeding scholar. In Timurid period, a large number of poetry and literature people were commuting in the court of Timur. Eyewitness of two important literary biographies is as a biography of the poet Samarkandi and more importantly Amir Alishir Navai’s Tazkara Majale-Al Nafis. The importance of the second work is that the author had both Divan and Persian literature expertise. Checking presented poets from Navai in Majales Al Nafis is the most important objectives of the present study. The main question is that, which group had higher share in the categories of poets in Majales Al Nafis, and what was the reason? The results show that, poets whom Navai had referred to in his work, have not been outside the three groups, poets agreed with the government, or the opposition and exile, and the third group were also in average. The reason for this division is that, firstly, the desire of Timurid was to ordinary and popular poets, and secondly, selection and anthology of poets in Majales-Al Nafis book has a meaning from the author. This study is intended to explain the poets of the era in Navai’s work with statistical and comparative method.

Following the Mongol era and the instability of the llkhanis, Amo river areas and Transoxiana saw a favorable situation to turn into a great empire. Amir Timur Gorkani who had established himself as a person with great military intelligence in Transoxiana, gathered his loyal forces and with his resolution and valor founded a government that made many people from east to the west fear even by hearing his name. Timurid banners were designed with pictures of a lion and the sun that were associated with tyranny and light. This government unique characteristics had enabled it to stabilize its dominance over a great area after a short period of time. In order to recognize Timurian strong foundation, its governance must be studied. In the scope of research purposes, library methods and analyzing authentic sources of timurd authors have been used. Military arrangements based on Genghis Khan’s yasai and use of public fear for conquering different areas, an economical – governmental system compatible with the situation of the time, appointing competent and reliable people for governmental posts and integrating a Mongol and Islamic government in itself answered all governmental necessities. Of course, Timur was a Muslim himself but one of those Muslims who allotted most of his time for life and governance. Forced immigration of artesian to the government’s favored areas made Samarkand and Bukhara to be considered among the best cities of the world. In this work it has been tried to study Amir Timur’s governance for political, economic and military stability using authentic academic resources.

Persia in the post-Mongol era is an ambiguous concept. The area is riddled with different ethnicities, religions, and seemingly endless claims to power. The Timurid Empire is no exception to this trend. Temür rises to power in 1370 using Central Asian nomadic styles of ruling and quickly dominates this geographic region inhabited by a plethora of ethnicities and religions. He understands the volatility of maintaining a large, diverse empire and takes key steps in securing his “united” rule. The key political move that this paper examines is Temür's commissioning of art. The art endorsed by the Timurid government surrounds the illumination of manuscripts and the illustration of literature. The Timurids conveyed two main messages to those living under their empire. The first message targets the main ethnic groups: Iranians, Mongols and Turks, justifying Temür as their rightful leader. The second message is delivered to the ethnic minorities, instilling fear to prevent rebellions and ensure subjugation. This paper will demonstrate that the Timurids decided to present political messages through cultural media because they understood the how literature and art were imperative in shaping identity.

The article is devoted to the study of the most valuable source at the culture and architecture of Persia and Central Asia during the reign of Timur (late 14th — early 15th centuries) — the diary of the Spanish ambassador to the court of Timur. At this stage in the development of researching on the Persian and Central Asian architecture of the Timurid period, along with the problem of “analysis” of monuments and artistic style, the problem of “synthesis” of image of these architecture is urgent. The authors of this article propose a methodology for restoring the general impression of this architecture, which can serve as a basis for the process of “synthesis”, based on the study of the contemporary written source of the early 15th century — the diary of the Spanish grandee Ruy Gonzalez de Clavijo, who was part of the Spanish embassy, sent by the Castilian king Enrice III to the court of Timur at 1403–1406. Being an educated man and receptive to the new, Clavijo was able to isolate the characteristic features of the worldview of a man of the East, primarily an oriental despot, and the associated features of the art of the East. He and his colleagues in the embassy drew attention to the cunning, treachery, ingenuity, secrecy of the eastern rulers. The Spaniards were struck by the luxury, power and wealth of Timur’s state, which at that time was at the zenith of glory. The Spaniards, accustomed to the stability of architectural images in their native Spain, were amazed at the variability of the artistic images of the East. They drew attention to the love of the representatives of the peoples of the East for free draperies, giving themselves to the will of the wind, in the temporary architecture and in festive women’s clothes, that by their nature were well consistent with the decoration of architectural buildings. The Spanish envoys revealed that subservient to the first and most faithful fresh impression, tenaciously grasping the main difference between the architecture of Timur’s state and contemporary European architecture. This difference consisted in the desire to create an image that is changing, diverse, fluid, mobile, not instantly solved and full of mystery, but at the same time striking the imagination with its luxury and wealth and according to the understanding of their masters, customers and spectators. The conclusion about the specifics of Timurid architecture, made on the basis of a study of the diary of the Spanish ambassador, is supported by the authors of the article turning to the analysis of written and pictorial sources created by representatives of the studied culture itself.

Analyzing this manuscript, but also the codicological tradition of the Prince Baysunghur era and various other manuscripts, the author raises the question whether in reality the author of these illustrations had in mind Persian princes when he depicted characters of epic heroes.

<p class="zhengwen"><span lang="EN-GB">Mosques’ architecture is one of the monuments in the history of Iranian architecture that has alwaysbeen of interest andimportance and in the Timurid period was also welcomed by many architects and artists and e</span><span lang="EN-GB">xamples were built that were used as a perfect model for the architects of the next periods. The architecture of this period is known as a good example of harmony with the environment, which is a result of various climatic, historical, economic, cultural and political factors and have had the greatest impact and benefit fromthe continental and social and politicalconditions of Ilkhani and Seljuk periods. Timurid mosques of Iran are from the important elements of Islamic architecture in terms of architectural form and decorations that need to be reviewed in these two factors. Building mosques in Iran, as a public place and a political state for the spiritual guidance was started at the beginning of Islam and was completed in the Timurid era in the various buildings. Mosques were firstly build as Shabestani and then as one Iwan and two Iwans and four Iwans, as one of the important elements in the cities.</span></p><p class="zhengwen"><span lang="EN-GB">Given that the architectural design, construction and decorations of some of theTimurid mosques are from the architectural masterpieces of Iran, this article has considered three important mosques of the Timurid period in Iran, GoharshadJameMosque,Jame Mosque of Yazd, Blue Mosque of Tabriz, and has analyzed and compared the structural elements of the architecture of these mosques (dome, Iwan, courtyard,and use of geometry in buildings, etc.) as well as considering the climatic factors that impact on those building. The method of research is comparative study and case study and then with an analytical approach, we will compare three important mosquesin terms of political, social situations and also physics and structure and geometry and decorations of them. In addition to reviewing the related papers and books, we will have a comparative table for the physical elements and their decorations. Finally, in addition to achieving the objectives of constructing the mosques and their formal changes in this period and comparingthem, the status of each of them is reviewed in the main section of the paper and the analytical model for future studies for mosque’s architecture according to the continent, is recommended.</span></p><span lang="EN-US">In this research with the aim of considering the methodologies of building mosques’ architecture according to the continent, first we consider the physical features of architecture in Timurid period. Then we consider the architectural physical features of The Blue Mosque of Tabriz, GoharshadJame Mosque, and Jame Mosque of Yazd as some examples. After that, the general characteristics and structural form of mosques according to the continent and the domestic architecture of the regions was analyzed. At the end, comparing the features and similarities of mosques and the differences in mosques’ architecture in this period, we have found some strategies about building mosques according to the domestic and continental architectural features.</span>

AbstractThe paper is concerned with a long-term perspective on the position of Māturīdi kalām within (mostly) Hanafi Muslim societies from Timurid times to the 19th century. Whereas outright conflict between legal and theological schools was mainly a thing of the past during the time in question with Ash'arism, already fully embraced also by Hanafi constituencies within the ahl al-sunna wa l-jamā'a, a preference for Māturīdi views on specific issues persisted among the majority of Hanafi kalām scholars from Bosnia to South Asia. This state of affairs will be highlighted through recourse to madrasa curricula and theological literature from the era and areas as diverse as Turkey and Southeast Asia. Additionally, it seeks to draw attention to the mechanisms behind the spread and long-term persistence of the school throughout large parts of a Muslim world seemingly dominated by Ash'arism in the sphere of scholastic theology. In this regard, the prevalence of Transoxanian legal tradition within Hanafism and its linkages to Māturīdism, as well as the relationship of Naqshbandi Sufism to the school will be discussed.

In Timurid times Persian littérateurs devised a new kind of logogriph (muʿammā) that differed con­siderably from the muʿammā as was known in the Arabic tradition. The most salient feature of the new, Persianate muʿammā, which is normally a couplet, is that it has two levels of meaning: an obvious or surface meaning (‘the poetic meaning’), and an encoded ‘riddle meaning’, which gives the clues to the solution of the riddle. Since the 16th century the new, Persianate muʿammā became very popular with Ottoman Turkish and Arabic littérateurs as well. In fact, to judge by the available evidence, it appears that the new muʿammā gradually became the most popular kind of literary riddle in Arabic. The present paper presents Quṭbaddīn an-Nahrawālī’s (917-990/1511-1582) Treasure of Names, the most influential Arabic treatise on the new muʿammā, which is modelled on earlier Persian treatises. It discusses the growth of the new muʿammā in Arabic, describes the rules applying to it as presented in an-Nahrawālī’s treatise, analyses several Arabic muʿammayāt cited in that treatise and concludes by mentioning some additional Ottoman-era Arabic treatises on the riddle that testify to the great popularity of the new muʿammā in Arabic until the late 19th century.

The legasy of Ali Shir Navai has influenced both Turkish and Ottoman literature and Turkish folklore. His poems penetrated into the Ottoman Empire since the 15th century, and in the 16th century became well known to the Ottoman poets. The article is devoted to the works of Navai in the literature and folklore of Turkey in the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. After the reforms of the Tanzimat era, Ottoman intellectuals turned not only to European philosophical thought and Western literature, but also to the Turkic literary heritage of Central Asia. In 1872–1873 (1289 AH), in Istanbul, under the editorship of Ahmed Vefik Pasha, Navai&apos;s didactic treatise (which was chronologically one of the poet&apos;s latest works) “Mahbub al-kulub” (“Beloved of Hearts”) was published. This publication laid the foundation for the scientific study of Ali Shir Navai in Turkey (works and translations by I. Hakkı, N. Asım, M.F. Köprülüzade), and also to a certain extent anticipated the expression of the ideas of Turkism. After this publication, the Chagatai-Ottoman dictionary of Sheikh Suleiman of Bukhara was published in Istanbul in 1880–1881, which also testifies to the interest in the cultural heritage of the Timurid era in Turkey in the second half of the 19th century. At the same time Ali Shir Navai himself becomes the prototype of the hero of Turkish folklore as the character of the folk narrative about Gül and Mir Ali Şir which performed in Turkey up to the middle of the 20th century

Shortly after the completion of Firdausī’s Šāhnāma, historical epics in modern Persian were being written. While sharing in the tradition of šāhnāma-nivīsī, these epics deal with a more recent past. This paper maps out the characteristics of Persian historical epics by means of three examples (ʿAbdallāh Hātifī: Timurnāma and Šāhnāma-yi Hātifī; Qāsimī Gunābādī: Šāhnāma-yi Ismāʿīl). Not only during the Ilkhanid era, but also during later eras these kinds of works were actively being produced in Iran, even though they are as yet largely unexplored. The three aforementioned epics dating from the late Timurid and early Safavid periods (15th and 16th c.) shall illustrate continuities in form and content that transgress the limits of dynastic history, while at the same time acknowledging the three epics’ characteristics to be understood within their particular historical context. It will become clear then that historical epics tied together poetry and historiography consciously. For centuries, the respective authors sought to follow up on Firdausī’s opus and thus to embed the depicted ruler or dynasty/dynasties in a narrative of Iranian history, which apparently greatly appealed to their envisaged audience.

The article considers an actual historical and legal task –understanding the problem of gender equality and identifying the main models of women's promotion to government and management bodies as an institution of political and legal science in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Itis argued that laws and legal norms can create a basis on which the policies necessary to achieve balanced political participation can be built. Women have an opportunity to improve their position in the case of a multi-party system, in which parties are interested in the votes of different groups and need new ideas for this, and also attract female candidates. Creating equal opportunities requires socially supportive networks, developing negotiation skills, training courses in management, improving budget analysis skills, acquiring knowledge and skills in politics and elections, as well as applying long-term strategies to attract the younger generation. For this, there is a rich history of Uzbekistan and a spiritual heritage, which the author draws conclusions based on historical and legal teachings about the need to provide an empirical justification for the gender perspective of women's political participation in government and administration, including a detailed description of all trends, trends and schools from antiquity, the Eastern Renaissance era, including the Timurid period to the present.

Research objectives: To conduct a detailed comparative analysis of the toponymic source known as “Hand Drawn Portolan of the Caspian Sea (1519)” by Vesconte Maggiolo, and ascertain the range and chronology of its sources. Research materials: At the turn of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, there were a few navigational maps – portolan charts – created in Italy which contained rather precise outlines of the coastline of the Caspian Sea. The present Portolan excels all earlier items in terms of precision of the depicted topographical realities of the region. The quality of the map we are examining was surpassed only in the seventeenth century after Peter I’s hydrographic expeditions. The high level of shoreline’s precision also strongly suggests that the map was based on authentic topographic input. Maggiolo’s map contains 136 geographical names. Results and novelty of the research: For the first time ever in domestic scholarship, we conducted a comparative historical analysis of the hand drawn portolan chart of the Caspian Sea. We also proved the correlation of some toponyms of the West Caspian region with the Timurid and local sources that covered the military campaigns of Amir Timur in the region. In our view, the “Hand Drawn Portolan Chart of the Caspian Sea (1519)” created by Vesconte Maggiolo is one of the most notable among similar works. It finds many common features with the portolan from the island of Lesina, but also contains some common elements with the Mallorca cartographic school and Fra Mauro, Egerton MS 73, and Egerton MS 2083. This research allows us to extend and systematize our understanding of Italian cartography in relation to the Caspian region. It also details or adds some facts about the presence of Europeans in this region during the Golden Horde era. Based on this topographic and toponymic analysis, we furthermore come to a conclusion that the portolan in question is derived from a protograph created in the first half of fifteenth century, reflecting the realities of the turn of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries.

Central Asia has one of the deepest and richest histories of any region on the planet. First settled some 6500 years ago by oasis-based farming communities, the deserts, steppe and mountains of Central Asia were subsequently home to many pastoral nomadic confederations, and also to large scale complex societies such as the Oxus Civilization and the Parthian and Kushan Empires. Central Asia also functioned as the major hub for trans-Eurasian trade and exchange networks during three distinct Silk Roads eras. Throughout much of the second millennium of the Common Era, then under the control of a succession of Turkic and Persian Islamic dynasties, already impressive trading cities such as Bukhara and Samarkand were further adorned with superb madrassas and mosques. Many of these suffered destruction at the hands of the Mongols in the 13th century, but Timur and his Timurid successors rebuilt the cities and added numerous impressive buildings during the late-14th and early-15th centuries. Further superb buildings were added to these cities by the Shaybanids during the 16th century, yet thereafter neglect by subsequent rulers, and the drying up of Silk Roads trade, meant that, by the mid-18th century when expansive Tsarist Russia began to incorporate these regions into its empire, many of the great pre- and post-Islamic buildings of Central Asia had fallen into ruin. This colonization of the region by the Russians, and its later incorporation into the Union of Society Socialist Republics in 1919, brought Central Asia to the attention of Russian and Soviet archaeologists and urban planners. It was these town planners and engineers who were eventually responsible for preserving many of the decaying monuments and historic urban cores of Central Asia, despite the often-challenging ideological constraints they were forced to work under. The paper focuses particularly on the effect of these preservation policy decisions in Uzbekistan, where the process has been best documented. It argues that Soviet authorities struggled constantly with ways of recognizing the need for historical preservation while at the same time creating a new society that had cast off the shackles of its ‘feudal past’.

Objective: To continue the study of the role of the Shibanids in the initial and part of the middle period of the era of “the Great Troubles” in the Golden Horde, which began in the previous article with the study of the role of the first Shibanid khan – Khizr. This article discusses the rule of the following three khans, who with varying degrees of probability can be attributed to the Shibanids – Murid (brother of Khizr), Khayr-Pulad and Aziz Shaykh. Research materials: The main written sources used in the article are Russian chronicles and late (in relation to the period of research) Chinggisid genealogical writings (mainly from Central Asia). The work of the Timurid court historian Muin al-Din Natanzi should be added. However, the information ин these sources is rather scarce on many issues for this period, and numismatic material and (to a less degree) archaeological data were widely used to expand the amount of information on the studied topic. Research results and novelty: The role of the Shibanids was examined in more detail, clarified, and specified. This is especially true for Murid, whose rule is very important for the initial period of the “Great Troubles”. As it turned out, he was trying to create a new administrative centre for himself in Gulistan, while, in many ways, continuing the policy of the Batuids, but not of his perished brother. It was also attempted to clarify, as much as possible in absence of narrative and documentary sources, the causes and the outlines of Khayr Pulad’s policies, known to us only from the numismatic data. In addition, some features of the policies of Aziz Shaykh towards the Russian principalities were explained. One of the important results of the study is the conclusion that the aforementioned Shibanid khans came from three different genealogical branches of Shiban’s descendants, and these branches varied in their importance.

Abstract The late 8th/14th century saw a renaissance of high occultism throughout Islamdom—a development alarming to puritan scholars. This includes Ibn Ḫaldūn (d. 808/1406), whose anti-occultist position in the Muqaddima is often assumed to be an example of his visionary empiricism; yet his goal is simply the recategorization of all occult sciences under the twin rubrics of magic and divination, and his veto persuades more on religious and social grounds than natural-scientific. Restoring the historian’s argument to its original state of debate with the burgeoning occultist movement associated with the Mamluk sultan Barqūq’s (r. 784/1382-791/1389 and 792/1390-801/1399) court reveals it to be not forward-thinking but rather conservative, fideist and indeed reactionary, as such closely allied with Ibn Qayyim al-Ǧawziyya’s (d. 751/1350) puritanical project in particular; and in any event, the eager patronage and pursuit of the occult sciences by early modern ruling and scholarly elites suggests that his appeal could only fall on deaf ears. That it also flatly opposed the forms of millennial sovereignty that would define the post-Mongol era was equally disqualifying. I here take Šaraf al‑Dīn ʿAlī Yazdī (d. 858/1454), Ibn Ḫaldūn’s younger colleague and fellow resident in Cairo, as his sparring partner from the opposing camp: the Timurid historian was a card-carrying occultist and member of the Iḫwān al-Ṣafāʾ network of neopythagorean-neoplatonic-monist thinkers then gaining prominence from India to Anatolia via Egypt. I further take geomancy (ʿilm al-raml) as a test case, since Yazdī wrote a tract in defense of the popular divinatory science that directly rebuts Ibn Ḫaldūn’s arguments in the Muqaddima. To set the stage for their debate, I briefly introduce contemporary geomantic theory and practice, then discuss Ibn Ḫaldūn’s and Yazdī’s respective theories of occultism with a view toward establishing points of agreement and disagreement; I also append a translation of Yazdī’s tract as a basis for this comparison.

This article titled “Shi’ism and its creedal impact on society in Afghanistan” has been elaborated and explained in detail that the people of Afghanistan converted to Islam early, and they were on the belief of the Sunnis. The political shiism appeared in them against the Umayyad State and increased in Timurid-Mongol and Safavid era. After the succession of Iranian Revolution, the Iranian regime helped the Shiite minority in Afghanistan and trained them in all fields. The Shiites are spread in most of the Afghanistan provinces, the percentage of them is different from one province to another. They are concentrated in the Afghan capital, Kabul, the city of Herat, Kandahar and Mazar Sharif, and most of the residents of Daikandi and Bamyan are Shiites, and they have no presence in the eastern provinces. The Hazaras are recorded first in shiism, then the Qizilbash, then in the rest of the of the Tajiks, Pashtuns, and Turkmen, and it is hardly mentioned in the statistics. The ignorance of many people in Afghanistan about the reality of the Shiite sect has led to the recognition of the Ja’fari sect, the support of its false beliefs, the misrepresentation of truth to the common people, the spread of various kinds of heresies, funerals, and parties, and even the participation of some Sunnis in them. Shiite Iran shares the Persian language, Persian nationalism, and the Shiite minority with Afghanistan, and thus supports them creedal, economically, and culturally, and the Sunnis are influenced by them, so they ask for help from the dead and shrines, and the phenomenon of building on graves spread. Many of the Sunni scholars, intellectuals, tribal sheikhs, and political persons were influenced by Shiite movements and activities, so they continued to support them in word and deed and shared their sorrows and joys. Also, the curriculum books of Logic and Philosophy in religious schools of Afghanistan are written by Shiite authors, and they have a great influence in turning people away from the Book, the Sunnah, and the correct belief. Building Husseiniyas and cultural centers is one of the most important methods for spreading Shiite thought, its corrupt beliefs, and plans. In recent years, Shiites have been able to open hundreds of Husseiniyas and dozens of cultural centers, and they perform all their sectarian rituals in them freely. Rather, they invite the negligent Sunnis to increase their masses. Dissemination of superstitions among their children. The research describes the presence of Shiite in Afghanistan and Its influence on the People in the of creed and culture.

The results of this study are the inability and unpreparedness of the parents to facilitate their children to live in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 due to economic factors, and the availability of other facilities in the form of Android phones and cellular networks as a means of supporting virtual learning that has not been evenly accessedby the students in East of Nusa Tenggara. The goal is to improve the students' skills to be highly competitive with other public school graduates. This research examines the education management applied and the learning methods implemented to support the students' skills at the boarding school. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study. This approach can clearly explain the phenomena of the research phenomena and entirely from the new findings at the Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor 12 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This study indicates new effective methods to support e-learning-based santri skills through the learning process using the Yadan-Biyadin method. Yadan-biyadin is a method of conveying material from one hand to another or from one santri to another.

Keresahan AS terhadap datangnya imigran Timur Tengah menjadi salah satu fokus utama kebijakan luar negeri pada era pemerintahan Trump. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis konsep keamanan manusia dan kebijakan luar negeri, studi ini bertujuan menjelaskan kebijakan luar negeri AS di era Trump sebagai respon terhadap masuknya gelombang imigran Timur Tengah yang mengancam sektor keamanan personal domestik AS. Kebijakan yang dikeluarkan dari pemerintahan Trump, tidak terlepas dari pandangan Islamophobia yang dimiliki Trump, sehingga menghasilkan produk kebijakan luar negeri terhadap imigran Timur Tengah yang bersifat kontradiktif dengan era pemerintah sebelumnya. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder. Dalam studi ini ditemukan beberapa strategi kebijakan luar negeri Trump sebagai agenda meningkatkan dan mempertahankan keamanan manusia domestik AS yakni Border Security and Interior Enforcement dan perintah eksektutif “Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign National” melalui travel ban.

Akhirnya, muncul urgensi degradasi moral akademik pada generasi milenial. Maka dari itu, pendidikan diharuskan bertransformasi untuk memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa tentang pendidikan karakter dan bagaimana mahasiswa memberikan solusi terhadap ancaman kemerosotan moral di era new normal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 24 dari mahasiswa di Jawa Timur. Data dari penelitian ini didapat dari pengisian kuesioner menggunakan Google Form dan penyebaran informasi melalui poster dalam Instagram. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan mahasiswa sudah memahami pentingnya pendidikan karakter dan dapat memberikan cara atau solusi untuk membentuk karakter di era new normal.

This study examines the implementation of JPS Program policies in poverty reduction in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The research location is in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur. The approach used is a qualitative research method. The problems studied are about the implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur in the context of overcoming poverty due to the Covid-19 Pandemic as well as the positive and negative impacts of implementing the JPS Program policy on the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of the study found that the Covid-19 Pandemic that occurred in Indonesia caused the poor in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur to lose their jobs. In dealing with this phenomenon, the government implements the JPS Assistance Program policies is the Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT DD), Bantuan Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM), Bantuan Kartu Prakerja, Subsidi Listrik dan Bantuan Sosial yaitu Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), Bansos Sembako dan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). The implementation of the JPS Program policy in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur was able to increase the purchasing power of the poor for their food needs. This reality is a positive impact of the JPS Program. Meanwhile, the negative impact of the implementation of the JPS Program policy is that the poor people in Kecamatan Nurussalam Kabupaten Aceh Timur are getting lazy to work so they are very dependent on the assistance that the government provides every month.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan budaya lokal desa Kaduara Timur, Sumenep. Potensi tersebut menjadi acuan utama masyarakat untuk dapat mengembangkan petik laut. Implementasi budaya ini mengartikan bahwa masyarakat bersyukur atas rezeki dan keselamatan yang diberikan oleh Tuhan melalui alam, khususnya melalui lautan. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat mengetahui perkembangan budaya tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) latar belakang masyarakat Kaduara Timur mempertahankan petik laut (2) proses pelaksanaan petik laut (3) pemenuhan kebutuhan secara biologis (4) hambatan dan pengembangan budaya petik laut di desa Kaduara Timur. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian ini: (1) proses pelaksanaan petik laut di Kaduara Timur yang primitif. (2) pemenuhan kebutuhan biologis dari sisi individual dan sosial. (3) memaksimalkan budaya petik laut untuk pengembangan potensi lokal. (4) pemanfaatan potensi budaya petik laut untuk keberlangsungannya. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian bahwa petik laut merupakan budaya turun temurun dari nenek moyang para nelayan. Budaya petik laut menjadi prioritas utama bagi para nelayan untuk tetap menjaga kelestarian desa Kaduara Timur. Pengembangan potensi ini dilakukan dengan cara memvariasikan rentetan acara sekaligus memudahkan pelaksaannya dengan sistematika yang sejalan dengan era industris 4.0 dan bekerjasama dengan pihak lain untuk mendapatkan tambahan biaya pelaksanaan.

Tiongkok melakukan peningkatan kemampuan pertahanannya tidak semata-mata untuk mengoptimalksan postur pertahanan negara untuk keamanan nasionalnya. Tetapi sebagai salah satu tindakan untuk menjaga stabilitas kawasan di Asia Timur. Berdasarkan China’s National Defense bahwa terdapat ancaman di kawasan Asia Timur yang dapat menimbulkan stabilitas negara di sekitarnya seperti perkembangan kemampuan pertahanan THAAD Korea Selatan, perubahan kebijakan pertahanan Jepang, kemampuan rudal balistik Korea Utara dan keterlibatan actor eksternal di Kawasan Asia Timur yakni Amerika Serikat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis strategi pertahanan yang dilakukan oleh Tiongkok berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam China’s National Defense in The New Era 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan realisme, security dilemma, keamanan nasionnal, dan strategi pertahanan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan dengan adanya perubahan dan peningkatan kemampuan pertahanan negara di kawasan Asia Timur menimbulkan instabilitas di Kawasan. Hal ini menjadikan negara di kawasan Asia Timur menjadi distrust antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Atas distrust yang terjadi sangat penting bagi Tiongkok melakukan peningkatan kemampuan pertahanannya untuk mengoptimalkan postur pertahanan negaranya menjadi lebih kuat dan modern.

Dari banyaknya musisi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang mendistribusikan karyanya di kanal YouTube, kami memilih Tiga narasumber yang berbeda asal, referensi musikal, usia, dan jenis kelamin. Tiga narasumber ini dipilih berdasarkan popularitas di internet dan saran dari masyarakat setempat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengartikulasikan dan menelisik perkembangan praktik musik populer daerah di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Bermetodekan etnografi, tulisan ini merujuk konsep glokalisasi dan hibridisasi budaya Roland Robertson dan Richard Giulianotti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menguraikan sejauh mana unsur lokal dinegosiasikan oleh musisi di pulau Timor di dalam musik yang mereka unggah di internet.

Untuk itu dilakukannya sebuah penyuluhan Psikoedukasi pada masyarakat mengenai “pola asuh yang efektif di era digital” yang dilakukan selama 120menit terhadap 50 orangtua/guru di Kecamatan Sungai Pinang serta Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Orangtua harus memahami bahwasannya perangkat lunak dan media digital tidak dapat lepas sepenuhnya pada era sekarang ini, sehingga orangtua sebaiknya mengawasi anak dengan sebaik mungkin gara anak tidak salah menggunakan perangkat dan media digital tersebut. Hal ini membutuhkan ekstra tanggung jawab karena semakin hari semakin canggih perangkat dan media digital yang digunakan.Awal kesalahan pertama apabila orangtua menyerahkan keputusan menggunakan perangkat dan media digital sepenuhnya kepada anak, sehingga diperlukannya perilaku berkomunikasi internal keluarga untuk melindungi anak dari penggunaan perangkat digital dan paparan media digital. Setelah diberikannya penyuluhan orangtua dapat mengetahui pengaruh gadget pada perkembangan anak, fakotr-faktor anak dapat mengalami kecanduan gadget dan pemilihan pola asuh yang efektif dalam era digital.

Indonesia merupakan produsen jagung terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Produksi jagung Indonesia mencapai 18,5 juta ton pada tahun 2013, disusul Filipina pada urutan kedua dengan total produksi 7,4 juta ton. Komoditas jagung di Provinsi Lampung memiliki keunggulan komparatif (0,33) lebih tinggi dibanding di Jawa Timur (0,44), Kalimantan Selatan (0,62), Sulawesi Utara (0,65), dan Gorontalo (0,86). Sementara itu, keunggulan kompetitif Provinsi Jawa Timur lebih tinggi (0,45) dibanding Lampung (0,63), Kalimantan Selatan (0,56), Sulawesi Utara (0,97), dan Gorontalo (1,34). Dalam menyambut era perdagangan bebas ASEAN, Indonesia telah melahirkan regulasi penting, yaitu UU No 7 Tahun 2014 tentang perdagangan sebagai salah satu strategi untuk membendung membanjirnya produk impor masuk ke Indonesia. UU ini antara lain mengatur ketentuan umum tentang perizinan bagi pelaku usaha dalam kegiatan perdagangan agar menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dalam pelabelan dan peningkatan penggunaan produk dalam negeri. Kebijakan yang perlu ditempuh pemerintah baik di pusat maupun daerah adalah membuka seluas-luasnya iklim investasi industri jagung di Indonesia, sehingga diharapkan meningkatkan daya saing jagung Indonesia dalam menghadapi MEA. Di lain pihak, kebijakan proteksi komoditas dan produk industri jagung dalam negeri perlu dilaksanakan secara hati-hati sesuai aturan atau persyaratan WTO agar Indonesia terhindar dari klaim negara-negara pesaing.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada siswa di Sekolah Diponegoro, Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur. Sebagai program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang perlunya E-Commerce sejak dini bagi siswa di era digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan menggunakan zoom meeting dengan menghadirkan narasumber dari para ahli e-commerce. Kegiatan ini dapat mendapat respon yang baik dari peserta dan kegiatan ini bersifat berkelanjutan. Target capaian program penggunaan e-commerce meningkat setelah diadakan penyuluhan ini dari 50 siswa sampai sekarang sudah menjadi lebih dari 50 siswa.

Saat ini industri kita telah memasuki suatu masa yang disebut dengan era digital. Segala sesuatu dapat diakses dengan mudah baik yang bersifa positif atau bahkan negatif. Persaingan dunia usaha juga semakin ketat. Bagi industri yang telah menerapkan pola digitalisasi tentu tidak kesulitan beradaptasi dengan kondisi ini. Akan tetapi bagi usaha yang masih bertahan di pola-pola tradisional akan tergerus oleh kemajuan atau dapat tertinggal jauh dengan usaha yang telah menerapkan sistem di era ini. Provinsi Jawa Timur, sebagai Provinsi ke-2 terbesar di Indonesia, saat ini memiliki potensi ekonomi yang luar biasa. Ditinjau dari sisi jumlah industri kecil dan menengah saat ini Jawa Timur memiliki 12,1 juta unit UKM ( Usaha Kecil Menengah) tetapi hanya 1,3 juta unit yang siap memasuki persaingan di era globalisasi. Itu berarti masih perlu lebih banyak upaya pendampingan maupun pelatihan untuk mendorong UKM untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif mereka. Peningkatan daya saing merupakan suatu keniscayaan. Untuk hal tersebut diperlukan strategi yang tepat agar dapat dicapainya tujuan perusahaan.

Artikel yang berjudul performansi seni pertunjukan ludruk Jawa Timur pada era new media ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan potret keberadaan seni ludruk mulai periode kelahirannya hingga era new media. Metode kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengeksporasi data pustaka. Data pustaka yang dimaksud adalah hasil penelitian serta buku referensi yang memiliki relevansi terhadap objek yang dikaji. Pola interaksi serta hubungan sosial yang makin kontraktual, berkembangnya proses komersialisasi, serta pengaruh modernisasi kehidupan masyarakat pada era new media, telah menyebabkan keberadaan serta tampilan seni pertunjukan ludruk mengalami perubahan dari masa ke masa. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, ludruk pernah mengalami masa kejayaan sebagai sarana hiburan rakyat, pernah menjadi seni yang dikenal luas oleh berbagai kalangan masyarakat sebagai sarana propaganda pada masa penjajahan Belanda, Jepang, serta sarana efektif dalam mendukung program pembangunan pemerintah Orde Lama maupun Orde Baru. Selain pernah berada pada puncak kejayaan popularitas sebagai sarana hiburan rakyat, dalam perjalanannya juga pernah mengalami era keterpurukan eksistensi sebagai seni tradisi yang mulai ditinggalkan. Situasi yang lebih memprihatinkan akibat dari proses modernisasi dan globalisasi, kesenian tradisional yang pernah jaya dan menjadi ikon Jawa Timur dan kota Surabaya ini tinggal menjadi paraphernalia, yaitu semacam hiasan sosial yang tidak lagi fungsional dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Pada era new media, ludruk mengalami transformasi menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi dan kondisi. Bentuk-bentuk pakem konvensional yang ada disesuaikan dengan mengakomodasi situasi kekinian, baik itu menyangkut media pementasan maupun situasi sosial kalangan para penikmat pertunjukan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pemahaman dan penerapan community based-integrated farming dan menekankan pada ide yang berkaitan dengan peran Revolusi Industri 4.0 pada IFS dan perekonomian desa di Jawa Timur. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur, secara konseptual, artikel ini menyajikan keterkaitan antara jenis elemen dalam community-based integrated farming system, yaitu pertanian, dengan fokus pada tanaman pangan dan hortikultura dan perkebunan; peternakan yang lebih diarahkan ke perikanan, ternak unggas dan hewan ternak lainnya; hasil dasar usaha setempat; Infrastruktur dan konstruksi; produk dan jasa pelengkap. Integrasi tersebut diperkuat oleh revolusi Industri 4.0 dalam konteks information technology dan operational technology yang meliputi semua aspek dalam elemen community-based integrated farming system dan beberapa area pedesaan di Jawa Timur diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomiannya. Dengan demikian revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki peran besar pada perbaikan proses produksi, pemasaran, pengembangan serta produk pertanian, peternakan dan perkebunan serta peningkatan perekonomian desa di Jawa Timur melalui community-based integrated farming system yang mengedepankan kesesuaian teknologi dan pengembangan hasil usaha dasar dengan kemampuan masyarakat dan kondisi setempat.

Secara tradisi Tumpek Landep sering dikatakan sebagai upacara ngotonin senjata- senjata yang tajam terbuat dari logam seperti keris. Kemudian berkembang menjadi upacara ngotonin benda-benda yang mengandung unsur besi seperti motor, televisi, mobil, kulkas dan sebagainya. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menghadirkan paradigma baru dalam pratik pendidikan yang sifatnya berbeda dengan transformasi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Sementara transformasi dunia pendidikan akibat kemajuan teknologi digital telah intensif dibahas dan diproyeksikan sekurang-kurangnya sejak Alvin Toffler nenerbitkan bukunya dengan judul “The Third Wave” tahun 1980, disrupsi pendidikan akibat pandemi nyaris luput dari perhitungan para futurolog, ahli-ahli kebijakan publik, maupun para praktisi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu keterkaitan pandemi COVID-19 dengan proyeksi Revolusi Industri 4.0 sangat relevan untk dieksplorasi un Tuntutan untuk akselerasi dan pemerataan agar semua madrasah baik di kota maupun kabupaten agar dapat mengimplementasikan digitalisasi secara baik dan sesuai kebutuhan menjadi sebuah hal yang harus diutamakan di era digital ini. Artikel ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana program digitalisasi madrasah di Jawa Timur kuhususnya di wilayah kerja Surabaya dan wilayah kerja Bojonegoro dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan survey dilakukan di wilayah kerja Surabaya yang meliputi Kota Surabaya, Kota Mojokerto, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Gresik sedangkan wilayah kerja Bojonegoro meliputi Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Lamongan, Kabupaten Tuban. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam webinar yang dilaksanakan di 9 kota/kabupaten telah dihadiri oleh 2.701 madrasah, terdapat 1.716 madrasah yang berminat menggunakan layanan digitalisasi data pendukung EMIS. Di antaranya 541 madrasah yang berkomitmen dan terlibat aktif di dalamnya dengan persentase 20%. Hasil Score Digitalisasi Madrasah Saat ini rata-rata di tiap kota/kabupaten masih sangat kecil, dimana rata-rata hanya di kisaran 2 s/d 5, padahal score maksimal dari survey digitalisasi adalah 63. Pelatihan jarak jauh merupakan model pelatihan baru dimasa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan jarak jauh yang diselenggarakan lembaga pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan Madrasah Aliyah baik negeri maupun swasta di Jawa Timur. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 99 orang yang mengikuti pelatihan jarak jauh Balai Diklat Keagamaan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Instrumen angket diunggah dalam google formulir. Data diolah dengan statistik deskriptif, sedangkan hasil wawancara dan observasi dianalisa secara deduktif kualitatif. Disimpulkaan bahwa pelatihan jarak jauh merupakan model pelatihan baru sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Terjadi perubahan dari model tatap muka menjadi online, menuju pelatihan berbasis teknologi informasi komunikasi. Pelatihan jarak jauh ditinjau dari kontek, input, proses dan hasil e-learning menunjukkan belum optimal dengan skor kategori sedang. Pelaksanaan pelatihan masih ada hambatan pada kesiapan sarana prasarana e-learning, dan kesulitan mengoperasikan beberapa piranti lunak e-learning. Kontek dan input peserta perlu ditingkatkan, sehingga proses dan hasil pelatihan meningkat.

TRIP adalah singkatan dari Tentara Republik Indonesia Pelajar. Kemunculan TRIP Jawa Timur, yang mulanya suatu kegiatan yang dipelopori oleh perkumpulan para pelajar di daerah Surabaya yang mempunyai perhatian terhadap kemerdekaan Indonesia dan mempunyai suatu keinginan dalam memperjuangankan kemerdekaan pada saat itu. Sehingga paa pelajar tersebut membentuk organisasi perjuangan pelajar yang sering di kenal dengan istilah TRIP, organisasi tersebut dibentuk ketika era perang kemerdekaan tahun 1946 di daerah Surabaya. bersamaan dengan terbentuknya Batalion-batalion TRIP Jawa Timur di Mojokerto, Kediri, Besuki dan Malang setelah diselenggarakanya Kongres Pelajar se-Jawa Timur di kota Malang Jawa Timur, hasil dari kongres tersebut ialah terpilihnya mas Isman sebagai ketua atau pimpinan Barisan Keamanan Rakyat Pelajar di Surabaya Jawa Timur pada tanggal 25 Oktober 1945.(Sejarah, Republik, Pelajar, Tahun, & Suryadi, 2018). Sesudah TRIP di Jawa Timur di bentuk di daerah Surabaya pada tanggal 21 September 1945, para pejuang pelajar tersebut membentuk suatu Batalion yang terdiri dari 5 Batalion antara lain; Batalion 5000 di Karesidenan Malang, Batalion 1000 di Jetis daerah Mojokerto. Batalion 3000 di Karesidenan Kediri, Batalion 4000 di Karesidenan Besuki ( Jember, Situbondo, Bondowoso, Banyuwangi ) serta Batalion 2000 di Karesidenan Madiun. Melihat pada peristiwa-peristiwa pertempuran guna mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Jawa Timur.

Di era pandemi COVID 19 ini, siswa SMP 275 Kelurahan Kebon Pala Jakarta Timur lebih banyak berdiam diri dirumah dan belajar dari rumah sehingga aktivitas pun berkurang. Padahal sebelum era COVID 19 generasi muda Kebon Pala Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur sebenarnya aktif dalam berkegiatan di sekolah baik mengikuti intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler. Untuk itulah dengan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini kami mengadakan Lomba Kreativitas menggiatkan generasi muda untuk membuat karya seni Majalah Dinding sekaligus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan semangat siswa SMP dalam mengkampanyekan hidup sehat ramah lingkungan. Sehingga di era pandemic Covid 19 ini generasi muda di SMP Kebon Pala ini bisa membuat satu hal yang cukup bermanfaat bagi kehidupan masyarakat, Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini terdiri dari beberapa rangkaian acara diantaranya sosialisasi kegiatan sekaligus penyuluhan terkait materi lomba kreativas membuat mading. Selanjutnya adalah pembuatan karya kreativitas oleh peserta yang sudah dibentuk oleh Sekolah selama dua minggu kalender dan diakhiri dengan tertemuan online dimana peserta lomba mempresentasikan karya nya di depan dewan juri secara online dan pengumuman pemenenang lomba.
