Повний текст джерелаIn this thesis we extend further the foundations of derived C-analytic geometry proposed by J. Lurie in DAG IX. Moreover, we show that his ideas can be used to develop a theory of derived non-archimdean spaces. Motivations are coming from nonabelian Hodge theory and from mirror symmetry. Among the main results there are generalizations of Grauert theorem and GAGA theorems for derived analytic stacks (including C-analytic orbifolds and analytic analogues of Artin stacks). We extensively study analytic deformation theory, including the analytic cotangent complex and its basic properties. Finally, we obtain an analytic version of Lurie's representability theorem. We use the language of infinity categories throughout the whole thesis

Повний текст джерелаWe associate to every compact polydisk B [belonging to ] Rn an algebra CB of real functions defined in a neighborhood of B. The collection of these algebras is supposed to be closed under several operations, such as composition and partial derivatives. Moreover, if the center of B is the origin, we assume that the algebra of germs at the origin of elements of CB is quasianalytic (it does not contain any flat germ). We define with these functions the collection of C-semianalytic and C-subanalytic sets according to the classical process in real analytic geometry. Our main result is an analogue of Tarski-Seidenberg's usual result for these sets. It says that the sub-C-subanalytic sets may be described by means of equalities and inequalities by terms obtained by composition of elements of the algebras CB, the functions x->^{1/n} and the function x->1/x. It is proved via a model theoretic preparation theorem

The first part is an article written jointly with Martin Puchol and Jialin Zhu, the second part is a series of results obtained by myself in connection with the Riemann-Roch-Grothendieck theorem for flat vector bundles. In the first part, we give an analytic approach to the behavior of classical Ray-Singer analytic torsion in de Rham theory when a manifold is separated along a hypersurface. More precisely, we give a formula relating the analytic torsion of the full manifold, and the analytic torsion associated with relative or absolute boundary conditions along the hypersurface. In the second part of this thesis, we refine the results of Bismut-Lott on direct images of flat vector bundles to the case where the considered flat vector bundle is itself the fiberwise holomorphic cohomology of a vector bundle along a flat fibration by complex manifolds. In this context, we give a formula of Riemann-Roch-Grothendieck in which the Todd class of the relative holomorphic tangent bundle appears explicitly. By replacing cohomology classes by explicit differential forms in Chern-Weil theory, we extend the constructions of Bismut-Lott in this context

Повний текст джерелаThe thesis makes an in-depth study of one of the classical problems in RF circuit design,the problem of impedance matching. Matching problem addresses the issue of transmitting the maximum available power from a source to a load within a frequency band. Antennas are one of the classical devices in which impedance matching plays an important role. The design of a matching circuit for a given load primarily amounts to find a lossless scattering matrix which when chained to the load minimize the reflection of power in the total system.In this work, both the theoretical aspects of the broadband matching problem and thepractical applicability of the developed approaches are given due importance. Part I of the thesis covers two different yet closely related approaches to the matching problem. These are based on the classical approaches developed by Helton and Fano-Youla to study the broadband matching problems. The framework established in the first approach entails in finding the best H infinity approximation to an L infinity function, Փ via Nehari's theory. This amounts to reduce the problem to a generalized eigen value problem based on an operator defined on H2, the Hankel operator, HՓ. The realizability of a given gain is provided by the constraint, operator norm of HՓ less than or equal to one. The second approach formulates the matching problem as a convex optimisation problem where in further flexibility is provided to the gain profiles compared to the previous approach. It is based on two rich theories, namely Fano-Youla matching theory and analytic interpolation. The realizabilty of a given gain is based on the Fano-Youla de-embedding conditions which reduces to the positivity of a classical matrix in analytic interpolation theory, the Pick matrix. The concavity of the concerned Pick matrix allows finding the solution to the problem by means of implementing a non-linear semi-definite programming problem. Most importantly, we estimate sharp lower bounds to the matching criterion for finite degree matching circuits and furnish circuits attaining those bounds.Part II of the thesis aims at realizing the matching circuits as ladder networks consisting of inductors and capacitors and discusses some important realizability constraints as well. Matching circuits are designed for several mismatched antennas, testing the robustness of the developed approach. The theory developed in the first part of the thesis provides an efficient way of comparing the matching criterion obtained to the theoretical limits

Повний текст джерелаCurrently, microfluidic is a science field in constant development with an increasing need of devices able to generate flows at the micrometer order. At these length scales, physical phenomenons occurring in a moving fluid are mainly governed by its viscosity (low Reynolds number) contrary to macroscale flows dominated by inertial effects.In this thesis, a study on flows engendered by moving walls has been carried to fulfill to micropumps devices.In a first part, an analytical and a numerical study evaluates the possibility to generate a flow for a rotating cylinder close to moving boundaries.The results ranging from Stokes flows (Re=0) up to the low Reynolds number Re=60 in the stationary regime reveals the noticeable potential of integrating this device in microsystems as a micropump. In a second part, a new micropump, based on an innovative principle, is designed thanks to microfabrication technologies. In this perspective, the etching process of an elastomer called Silastic S is developed. Micropump performances in terms of pressure and flow rate are beyond the state of the art for similar microsystems and are achieved by using a simple and low-cost technology
