Анотація:
The main purpose of this article is to describe and validate/test a set of hypothetical traits of the theology students from two important Romanian universities regarding their migration attitudes after graduation. The study is based on a consistent questionnaire survey, both in terms of architecture of variables and number of complete responses. After cleaning, processing and doing all the required derivations on the original data, statistical analysis methods have been applied. The results have brought solid arguments to validate all the hypotheses that marked the starting point of this study. They finally proved the importance of specific personal motivations and personality traits as key enablers of the decision to emigrate in the Western Europe.

This study aims to describe the material, learning steps, and evaluation sheets of students in the book K-13 moral creed class V publishers of the Directorate of KSKK Madrasah Directorate General of Islamic Education Ministry of 2020. This research uses a qualitative research type with content analysis techniques and semiotic, sociological, theology, and pedagogy. Using primary and secondary data sources. The research method is documentation in the form of books and other documents. Data processing techniques; coding, classification, analysis and descriptive stages. Data validation technique is source triangulation. The results of the study show that the social character education contained in the moral creed book for class V MI contains social care, friendship/communication and peace-loving values.

This research is an attempt to find out how At-Tabari and Ibnu Katsir view nusyūz. Starting from the many circulating understandings about nusyūz which are only shown and questioned only to women (wives). Understanding that tends to be textual in surah An-Nisa verse 34 is often used as an excuse for committing acts of violence against his wife both physically and psychologically. Even though in fact in Surah An-Nisa verse 128 it is proof that husbands can also do nusyūz. and in the settlement between the two, there is still discrimination against women. This type of research is library research, namely research that is based on data processing obtained from written library materials. Using a comparative approach (muqarin), namely comparing the opinions of At-Tabari in the book jami' Al-Bayan and Ibn Kathir in Tafsir Al-Qur'an Al-Azhim. This study uses the theory of gender equality and liberation theology put forward by Ali Engineer. From this research, it shows that At-Tabari and Ibnu Katsir found that nusyūz of a wife or husband is a form of hatred for a partner and leaves obligations that have been set in household life, and in solving the nusyūz of a wife, there are three stages, namely advising, separating and hitting According to the theology, beatings are only permitted when a wife is proven to have committed adultery. Meanwhile, the settlement of the husband's nusyūz is by peace, and from the liberation theology, a wife is free to file for divorce. Then equality in the settlement of nusyūz which is carried out by the wife can also be carried out in the settlement of the husband's nusyūz.

AbstractThe aim of this study is to demonstrate the applicability of selected methods of the so-called distant reading from the area of digital humanities for the interpretation of early Christian texts, specifically for approaching similarities and differences between the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of John. We use the term “distant reading” for the methods that allow us to explore, analyze, and visualize digitized textual data while using the tools from the area of data mining, natural language processing, or corpus linguistics. We want to explore whether methods from the field of digital humanities can allow for a sophisticated, quantifiable, and replicable comparison of the corpora of early Christian movements and thereby help to uncover the basic features of their theology and thus be a suitable complement to traditional exegesis and interpretation achieved by close reading.

This research aims to describe the dynamics and impact of village head elections on the implementation of church services in Abat. The research was conducted using political theology theory as a means to present God's kingdom through the church. The church in its ministry must actively make changes as a form of presenting the kingdom of God in the middle of the world. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach involving data collection procedures, data analysis, data processing, and data interpretation. The author finds that there are factors such as intervention, provocation, interests, village funds, and divisions of areas of power that are the causes of conflict and strained relations between communities in Abat. These factors have an impact on the arrangement of services in the Congregation and the social life of the people. Therefore, the church needs to renew its understanding of politics as a vessel for preaching and glorifying God, by presenting the values of God's kingdom which is full of peace, justice, and freedom of life.

This article examines the factor analysis of the changes in legal perspectives between qaul al-qadim and qaul al-jadid of Imam Shafi'i. The study utilizes the Library Research method. The approach adopted includes a sociological approach to Islamic law and normative theology (sharia), while data collection involves reviewing literature such as books, articles, and other sources discussing the qaul al-qadim and qaul al-jadid of Imam Shafi'i. In processing the data, the author employs deductive reasoning, starting from general propositions and concluding with specific conclusions. Furthermore, the data analysis employs qualitative descriptive analysis, focusing on dominant factors influencing the changes in qaul al-qadim and qaul al-jadid of Imam Shafi'i. The conclusion explains that throughout the dynamic evolution of Imam Shafi'i's legal thought in Iraq and Egypt, he developed concepts known as qaul al-qadim and qaul al-jadid. Factors influencing the dynamics of his legal ijtihad include numerous hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad and other strong evidence, which subsequently influenced Imam Shafi'i's legal perspectives. Thus, experiences and knowledge significantly influenced the evolution of legal perspectives, supported by other factors such as social, traditional, cultural, political, and economic influences.

We have chosen this empirical research and a transversal section of the current moment in Serbia, integrating religion, individual identity, and the process of secularization. We have used the comparative method in our research of differences and their contribution to the atmosphere that currently prevails in Serbia. We also researched differences between high school students and students of the Theology Seminary of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Through statistical data processing we composed graphs which represent two groups within the youth population: those oriented towards secular professions, and those oriented towards a spiritual vocation. We wondered whether these differences are present only in students who are religious as opposed to those who are from the same school but not religious. What connects believers and makes them different from those who are not religious? The results show that differences between secular and spiritual identity are visible in the self-image, which is possessed by the young and especially referring to the control of one's own behavior. We find that there is a connection between religiosity, morality, sexuality and guilt.

AbstractIn both natural and religious thinking, people have ntultiple versions of the same concepts that may be contradictory. In the domain of religious concepts, these ntultiple levels of representation in single individuals may be termed "Theological Correctness." Versions of religioiis concepts range front fairly simple or concrete to very complex and abstract. Selection of the, concept to be used in any given context is largely dependent on the cognitive processing demands of the task. In tasks in which there is great derrtand to draw quick and rich inferences, a basic concept comprised largely of intuitive knowledge, is used. In tasks in which there is less demand, as when one is slowly and carefully riflecting on one's knowledge, more complicated, intuition violating theoretical concepts may be drawn upon. In the domain of religious concepts these concepts closely match traditional theology and so may be termed theological concepts. Implications for data gathering and theorizing in the study of religion are discussed. Finally, these observations suggest the. importance of insights from cognitive sciertce, for the study of religion.

Social constructs have shifted women's participation in education. Differences in role and status have placed women at a disadvantage in accessing education. This research aims to describe the urgency of women's education in the era of globalization from the perspective of Siti Walidah. This research is a literature study that adopts a descriptive method with a critical approach. Data processing is done with the framework proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results show that Siti Walidah personally applies Al-Ashr theology where in life she must make the best use of time. Siti Walidah's educational ideas refer to the concept of "Catur Pusat" which combines the four elements: education in the family, school, community, and education in places of worship. This catur pusat concept forms an integrated whole. This thinking led Siti Walidah to pioneer the movement as evidenced by the establishment of Sopo tresno, giving lessons to women from Kauman to learn to read the Qur'an through Wal 'Ashri, and establishing the Maghribi school. Siti Walidah's thoughts and movements that place women as pioneers for advancing civilization are very important and can become a paradigm for women facing the challenges of the globalization era.

The article is devoted to the unknown prayer to St. John Damascene preserved on the margins of the oldest Russian 12th century copy of the “Theology” by this Orthodox thinker. Its text is badly damaged and almost not readable. It has been visualized by the multispectral method with subsequent digital processing and published in this work. The text of the prayer was written in a unique type of ligature writing, which has only survived in one more codex. On the basis of codicological, paleographic and historical data, both texts have been dated to the last third of the 14th century and localized in Moscow. The article puts forward a hypothesis about the connection of the unusual ligature writing with the metropolitan scriptorium at the Moscow Chudov Monastery where there were Greek manuscripts at that time and new translations of liturgical texts were underway. Its appearance was probably due to the need of creating a new book letter design instead of the “ustav” (majuscule) in order to speed up the scribe’s work and save parchment. The original solution was inspired by the Greek ligature script and minuscule. However, this artificial style of writing did not spread out; the “ustav” was soon replaced by the “poluustav” letter form.
