Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho tem como propósito principal o de analisar o modelo de gestão atual do setor sucroalcooleiro do bioetanol e desenvolver um modelo prático de gestão do conhecimento com foco na troca de informações entre as áreas da agricultura, e usina de álcool na geração de bioenergia que utilizam como base uma matéria-prima com alto índice de sustentabilidade econômica e que oferece o menor impacto ambiental, a cana-de-açúcar. Foi desenvolvido um Modelo com foco em gestão de conhecimento alimentado por dados coletados com tecnologia embarcada para agricultura de precisão com indicadores de desempenho das etapas do manejo da cana-de-açúcar incluindo dados de conhecimento tácito nos sistemas de informações, bancos de dados e mapas do conhecimento oferecendo uma visibilidade global dos processos em um modelo prático com front-end em software que facilitou a integração total e a comunicação rápida entre as áreas da agricultura e usina. O processo de inovação tecnológica para agricultura de precisão foi promovido através da gestão do conhecimento e da troca de informações entre as áreas da agricultura no manejo da cana-de-açúcar e a aferição da ATR na usina para a produção de bioetanol favorecendo o feedback de informações dos eventos em cada processo durante todo o ciclo do processo desta produção. O resultado obtido com os dados inferindo em mapas do conhecimento foi um aumento expressivo de informações operacionais das áreas e uma maior visibilidade com um aumento ao fomento no processo de inovação tecnológica em uma busca pela melhoria contínua favorecida pela integração das áreas do setor sucroalcooleiro baseada em uma plataforma tecnológica como a Web com utilização de Intranets, Virtual Private Networks (VPN) ou Extranets para a comunicação entre as áreas de forma instantânea, melhorando a previsão do aumento de produtividade e expectativas econômicas da produção anual
Abstract: The main goal of the present work was to analyze the current management model of the sugar-alcohol sector for bioethanol production and to develop a practical model of knowledge management with focus on the information exchange among agriculture, ethanol plant in the generation of bioenergy which use a self-sustaining raw-material that offers the high index of economic sustainability and lowest environmental impact, the sugarcane. A Model was developed with focus on a knowledge management fed by collected data from embedded technology for the precision agriculture with performance indicators on the stages of sugarcane management including data from tacit information included on information systems, databases, and knowledge maps offering a global process and visibility in a practical model with a front-end software that facilitated the seamless integration and fast communication between agriculture and ethanol plant areas. The process of technology innovation to precision agriculture has been promoted through the knowledge management and information exchange between the areas of sugarcane agriculture and the measurement of ATR at the bioethanol plant for the production of bioethanol favoring the feedback of information events in each process during the entire process of production. The obtained result with the inferred data in knowledge maps was an expressive increase of the operational information of areas and a larger visibility, offering an increase in the technology innovation with a search for a continuous improvement favored by the integration of the areas of the sugar-alcohol sector based on a technological platform as the Web Browser using Intranets, Virtual Private Networks (VPN) or Extranets between areas, instantly improving the prediction of productivity increase and economic expectation of annual production

To prepare research methodology for innovation installation management in clients' farms; 3. To identify and analyze innovation installation problems and opportunities in UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai'' client farms; 4. To prepare directions for innovation installation management inprovements. Research metods: synthesis and analysis of scientific literature, comparison, graphical representation, interview. Research results: o the first part of work presents concept, essence, classification and management of innovations as described in the Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature. o the second part of work introduces activities of UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘, presents detailed research plan to analyse problems and oppurtunities in innovation installation in UAB ,,Dotnuvos projektai‘‘ clients' farms. o the third part of work analyses result of accomplished research, also proposes the directions of innovation installation management improvements. The research results are published at the students’ scientific conference: „Young Scientist 2014“.

National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkiv, 2016. The thesis has solved a manufacturing problem of modern manufacturing engineering, which is connected to ensuring the assembly of high-quality joints from parts of ordinary quality in conditions of serial production. Considering the use and management of information on the actual size of the parts a method of kitting during the assembly has been proposed, which excludes incomplete production, provides minimization of joint parameters scatter in the party without the necessity of increasing the accuracy in the production of the combined parts. The effectiveness of the method has been thoroughly studied and a conclusion has been made about its applicability in conditions of serial production. An approach which divides the parts into quality categories according to the degree of approximation to the actual size of nominal characteristics has been proposed, and a calculation of dimensional chains based on the mentioned approach has been tested. The efficiency model for a cylindrical joint with pressure has been improved, and the model has been tested on experimental joints. The effect of the shape geometry errors on the efficiency of the joint with pressure assembled with heating has been studied, and advice on modelling the assembly process of joints assembled with heating has been given. The research results have been tested on serial products and implemented at machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of increasing the productivity of the process of grinding on the basis of achieving the high required accuracy and quality of the surface layer with an assessment of the complex influence of structural and technological factors on the formation of the surface layer of teeth of gear wheels in order to increase their wear resistance, as well as the productivity of the technological process in optimal production conditions. The theoretical and experimental dependence of the formation of the quality of the surface layer and the method of intermittent gear grinding has been further developed, which differs from the geometric parameters of the discontinuous circle, which allowed predicting the operational properties of the gears. Improved technological means of stabilizing optimal modes of intermittent gear grinding, which allow to improve the quality of machining of gear wheels. The regularity of reduction of salting of intermittent gear grinding wheels and temperature in the contact zone is established, which affects the maintenance of the operational properties of tooth surfaces.

Повний текст джерелаThis work is developed into the areas of laboratorial quality and concrete control tests, specifically focusing on the static modulus of elasticity or Young´s modulus. The motivation of this work is the high variability of experimental results observed by national technicians in interlaboratorial tests. These results show total standard deviations of around 3.5 GPa, a significant value for the technological control for civil construction. The main objectives are the identification of the variability fragments derived from the production and test, specially the ones related to the instrumentation for measuring deformations during the test, and the discussion of the semi-probabilistic concept applicability on the concrete Young´s modulus control. Moreover, the discussion of the applicability of the procedure used in this work and its analysis are also objective pursued here. The experimental program was developed in two steps: the first step covered the accuracy assessments (precision and exactness) of test method. The assessments were carried out according to instructions from Metrology concepts for the validation of the methods and the measure systems. One out of four instrumentations for measuring the tested deformations proved to be more precise (identified as clip gages) and another one proved to be more susceptible to systematic and random errors (identified as a compressometer with two dial indicators). The extension of the experimental program to an interlaboratorial scope is recommended because the current test method could not be considered valid based only on the results of this experimental program. However, it was shown that the practical acceptance of the test method for three among the four kinds of instrumentations analyzed, without damaging the production or the usual technological control of this property, is possible. On the second step, a mix design diagram was obtained and a case of supply of concrete under different statistical criteria (fulfillment the modulus of elasticity specification): the use of the characteristic value and the average value, with difference of 4 GPa between them. An increase of 9% on the vertical transference of a simple dual supported beam was observed when using a lower modulus concrete, when compared to another one with a higher modulus. On the other hand, the modulus increase would require an increment in the cement consumption up to 200 kg per cubic meter, if all the material inputs and further technological parameters is maintained. The final conclusion was that the procedure used on the assessment of the test method accuracy and the semi-probabilistic concept on this material property is applicable.

The actual scientific and technical problem of the mechanical engineering technology field was solved: the theoretical bases and technological means for oil and gas equipment resource increasing by the plasma electrolytic oxidation of an aluminum layer were developed. The ways of layered coating bearing capacity increasing, formed by the plasma electrolytic oxidation of an aluminum layer, were grounded. The schemes of layered coatings have been developed. The stress-strain state of a two-layer coating under for an arbitrarily oriented local load is studied. The method of rational design of a two-layer coating for local load is developed. The influence of the oxide layer thickness on the resistance of the ceramic-aluminum coating to inculcation is studied. A model of substrate reinforcement – an aluminum base with particles of aluminum oxide – is proposed. An estimation of the oxide coating bearing capacity reinforced layer thickness was carried out and the increase of the bearing capacity of the oxide coating was determined, as well as the robustness of the two-layer aluminum-aluminum oxide coating for bending with the twist of the cylindrical part was estimated. The group technological process of composite coating formation by a complex method with the use of plasma electrolytic oxidation of an aluminum layer has been developed. Studied material selection – aluminum alloys and steels and technologies of forming of blanks – is grounded. Strengthening technologies and equipment for plasma electrolytic oxidation of compact aluminum and aluminum coatings in electrolyte have been developed. An installation for spray coating of composite coatings by an arc method has been developed from the material of continuous wires and powders, which are introduced from the feeder. An installation for vibroelectric doping of the substrate before coating was modernized. Studying methods of coating properties, which allow to determine the level of residual stresses in coatings, to con-duct electrochemical measurements and corrosion tests and tests on hydro- and gas-abrasive deterioration of parts with oxide coatings are developed. The plasma electrolytic oxidation technological parameter influence on the ac-curacy and quality of part surfaces is experimentally studied. The technological parameters of the plasma electrolytic oxidation process in the flowing electrolyte are optimized to ensure the quality of the surface and the accuracy of the shape of the cylindrical parts. The structure and phase composition of the oxide layer formed by the plasma electrolytic oxidation have been studied. Empirical dependencies were obtained for determining the surface roughness after diamond polishing of the oxide coating. The physical and mechanical properties of the oxide coating formed by the plasma electrolytic oxidation, the residual stresses in them, corrosion properties and wear resistance of the formed oxide layer are determined. Electrochemical method determines the level of admissive stresses in parts with coatings. The assembly of components from parts reinforced with the plasma electrolytic oxidation has been studied. The wheel assembling peculiarities of axial fans with clutch joints with a nut are studied. The method of designing a threaded connection with a collar nut is developed. The assembling stresses in the elements of the working wheel of the centrifugal fan – disk – conical shell have been studied. The design of the composite plunger of the pump is proposed: a steel shaft – a working cylinder, which strengthens the plasma electrolytic oxidation of the surface layer. The connection of the steel shaft to the working cylinder is carried out using a threaded connection with the adhesive layer. The method of calculating allowances for mechanical processing of parts with oxide coatings is developed. The cutting modes of round diamond grinding of the oxide coating layer are optimized. The bench testing of parts strengthened by the method of the plasma electrolytic oxidation: protective shaft of shafts of centrifugal pumps, piston rod piston pumps, two-way pumps, compressor pistons. The analysis of harmful factors that arise during the process of the plasma electrolytic oxidation is carried out and the scheme of purification, regeneration and recycling of spent electrolyte is proposed.

Cluster theory has been applied gradually in regional development of local characteristic industries as a crucial theoretical basis. From the perspective of holistic industrial cluster theory and its fruitful results , which have been applied in Taichung City Precision Machinery Innovation Technology Park, this paper discusses the achievements of setting up special zone to promote the industrial cluster by the Taichung Municipal Government, and classifies the holistic industrial cluster theory into five aspects: environment changes, core agents’ strategy, social capital, industrial cluster strategy and industrial cluster development. This paper adopts literature review and in-depth interview as the research methods, calculates the cluster degrees of local competitive industries and the machinery industry by location quotient analysis, and analyzes the interview results by MAXQDA. Research findings: (1) It has been proved that Taichung C Precision Machinery Innovation Technology Park, which shows the effect of industrial cluster environment building and the trend of specialized dynamic cluster growth, has gained achievements driven by policies; in addition, strengthening the specialized cluster of competitive correlative industries is beneficial to their economic development. (2) As the social capital networks of the practitioners in the Technology Park have been developed and knowledge, technology and information have been exchanged, it is required to enhance mutual trust and common belief, reach consensus and create a spontaneous clustering effect to promote regional development by building formal and informal resource-sharing channels shared by members of the cluster. (3) For operation management, we should strengthen the trust network between industries and government and achieve consensus and shared governance considering industry opinion. Furthermore, complete the relations between industries, government and institutes in order to assist practitioners in making use of knowledge innovation. Practitioners, in terms of cultivating senior human resources and developing production and marketing technology, should contribute advanced operating management knowledge and dynamism, avoiding being involved in the crisis of clustering development. Research suggestions: (1) Policy---enhance the government’s integrative function of horizontal ties across institutions. (2) Resource---improve the interactions between public and private sectors. (3) Implementation---promote regional cluster synergy. Follow-up suggestions: (1) Discuss about the operation effects when entering the second stage. (2) Conduct quantitative research on precision machinery industrial cluster in Central China. (3) Focus on the comprehensive research involving professionals, supply of human resources and innovation effects that complement each other.
