Becoming country prone to the occurrence of natural disasters, determination on risk variables affecting successful operation of disaster response service supply chain using supply chain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is undeniably important to support successfulness of humanitarian operation. However, scientific studies concerning on integrating SCOR into Risk evaluation of disaster response supply chain is rarely found in references. To response such gap, this paper presents a conceptual model on integrating disaster response supply chain FMEA with Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) to determine a conceptual risk-based performance evaluation model in disaster response supply chain. A framework on integrating Service Supply Chain FMEA with SCOR is presented coupled with a decision support model for evaluating criticality of risk-based performance index and followed with discussions and new opportunity for further investigations. Keywords—Service Supply Chain, FMEA, SCOR, Disaster Response, Risk.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan hasil implementasi dari sistem halal traceability supply chain pada produk makanan halal pengolahan daging di perusahaan Ternaknesia Farm Innovation. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) sebagai model utama dalam pengembangan halal traceability supply chain. Perusahaan ini tengah mengembangkan sistem jaminan ketelusurah halal (halal traceability supply chain) pada produk daging yang dijual nya dengan membuat model bisnis Ternaknesia 2.0 yang berkelanjutan sebagai perusahaan pertama di wilayah Surabaya Jawa Timur yang memiliki sistem halal traceability. Hasil identifikasi atas Implementasi dari halal traceability supply chain menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem halal traceability di perusahaan mampu meminimalisir terjadinya ancaman kontaminasi zat haram yang ditelusuri dari implementasi pada proses model SCOR yaitu plan,resource,make, deliver return, dan enable dengan mengembangkan konsep halal dan thoyyib pada produk daging halal yang dijual. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam implementasi pelacakan proses ketertelusuran halal atau halal traceability system yaitu dengan penggunaan label QR Barcode Scan dan didukung penggunakan EPICS code pada produk daging halal yang dijual di perusahaan, sehingga memberikan jaminan ketelusuran halal rantai pasok kepada konsumen. Kata Kunci: halal traceability supply chain dan makanan halal. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the results of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain system on halal food products for meat processing at the Ternaknesia Farm Innovation company. The analysis in this study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model as the main model in the development of halal traceability supply chain. The company is developing a halal traceability supply chain guarantee system for the meat products it sells by creating a sustainable Ternaknesia 2.0 business model as the first company in the Surabaya area of East Java to have a halal traceability system. The results of the identification of the implementation of the halal traceability supply chain show that the implementation of the halal traceability system in the company is able to minimize the threat of contamination of illicit substances traced from the implementation of the SCOR model process, namely plan, resource, make, deliver return, and enable by developing the concept of halal and thoyyib. on halal meat products sold. The technology used in the implementation of tracking the halal traceability system is the use of a QR Barcode Scan label and supported by the use of the EPICS code on halal meat products sold in the company, thus providing guarantees for supply chain halal traceability to consumers.Keywords: halal traceability supply chain and halal meat products.

Perkembangan bisnis di masa sekarang menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi supaya tetap bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang semakin tinggi. Perusahaan terus berupaya meningkatkan produktivitas, efektif, efisien, pelayanan cepat, mudah, dan mengembangkan serta menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk tetap dapat unggul, bersaing, dan bertahan di pasar. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang rantai pasok (supply chain) adalah Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja supply chain Perum BULOG Divre Kalimantan Barat dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Penelitian ini diawali dengan pembuatan hierarki awal yang didasarkan pada proses supply chain , yaitu Plan, Source, Deliver dan Return. Dengan dimensi Reliability dan Responsiveness. Kemudian proses dan dimensi tersebut disesuaikan dengan kondisi di perusahaan, yang akhirnya dilakukan untuk pengukuran performansi. Berdasarkan analisa diatas, maka didapatkan pengukuran performansi supply chain berdasarkan nilai aktual, normalisasi nilai aktual, matriks perbandingan berpasangan dan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan penghitungan nilai akhir kinerja Perum BULOG Divre Kal-Bar. Nilai akhir total kinerja supply chain Perum BULOG Divre Kal-Bar adalah sebesar 9,5677 dapat dikategorikan sebagai “Amat Baik”. Dengan rincian nilai proses inti supply chain adalah Plan sebesar 0,0594, Source sebesar 7,1542, Deliver sebesar 2,3080 dan Return sebesar 0,0462.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of organic vegetable supply chains in each member chain to determine the direction of improvement in the fulfillment of consumer needs optimally. The performance of supply chains at the farm level will be differentiated by individuals and commodities. The analytical method used is the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model taking into account the internal and external attributes. The primary data used is taken through observation and interview process, meanwhile secondary data obtained from related institutions. The results of measuring the performance of organic vegetable supply chains at all levels of the responsiveness and flexibility attributes have achieved the superior performance position. Meanwhile, the value of organic vegetable supply chain performance on asset attributes at the farm level only reaches a good position. But at the corporate level has reached the best performance position (superior). In general, the performance of the organic vegetable supply chain on the cost attribute still has not achieved good performance. So there is the need for improvement efforts through minimization of cost in each supply chain activity to improve performance.

The high potential of fisheries in Banyuwangi has caused many canned sardine processing industries to be established, one of which is PT. Sumber Yalasamudra in Muncar District. In recent years the population of lemuru fish has decreased so that PT. Sumber Yalasamudra must be able to carry out good supply chain management so that the production process continues to run smoothly. This study aimed to analyze the supply chain flow and supply chain performance of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra. The research method used descriptive analysis to explain supply chain flow and SCOR analysis to measure supply chain performance of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra. The results of the analysis showed that the supply chain flow of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra are divided into 3 streams, namely (a) product flows from fishermen to final consumers (buyers), (b) financial flows flowing from downstream to upstream in cash with a period of time and (c) information flows flowing from upstream to downstream and vice versa, and supply chain performance of PT Sumber Yalasamudra based on 5 attributes of SCM (Supply Chain Management) it can be concluded that PT Sumber Yalasamudra has a good performance because it is in a superior position.

Nowadays, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry keeps trying to optimize the production of batik cloth until the batik cloth can be accepted by consumers, but the Hayuningrum Batik Industry lacks awareness about environmental issues. One effort that can be taken is by measuring the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). This study aims to calculate and analyze GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry in the year 2020 and provide proposed improvement to improve GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry located in Laweyan, Surakarta. The method used are the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (Green SCOR) model approach, weighting with the Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) method, and normalization using the Snorm de Boer formula. Based on research conducted, 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) have been verified. The KPI is weighted using the AHP method. Then, the normalization score has been calculated for each indicator. The results of these measurements show the value of GSCM performance in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry of 57.42, which means that the performance is classified as Average. Therefore, the Hayuningrum Batik Industry need to improve their performance. The proposed improvement is given to each indicator in the Hayuningrum Batik Industry that need to be prioritized for improvement.

This paper tries to use systematic approaches for analysis and design of the construction supply chain operation model. According to the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model, SCOR Model of Supply Chain Council, SCC in 1996 and based on this model and application to the SCOR Model, this research places focus on the supplydemand behaviors of the Taiwan High Speed Railroad (HSR) construction process as a case study. This paper uses the concept of SCOR Model and appliance to Dynamic Simulation software, namely, SIMPROCESS, trying to assist in establishing a hierarchical model to explore the behavior of construction supply chain process and developing a performance evaluation method which can help improve supply chain management (SCM) of the construction project.

PT. Asia Forestama Raya (AFR) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi plywood (kayu lapis). Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi perusahaan antara lain, keterlambatan bahan baku, jumlah bahan baku yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan, dan keterlambatan pengiriman produk. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi di sepanjang aliran supply chain perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja aliran supply chain menggunakan metode Supply chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi matrik SCOR, verifikasi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner indikator, perhitungan nilai normalisasi (skor), pembobotan KPI menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menyebarkan kuesioner AHP. Nilai kinerja aliran supply chain yang didapatkan adalah 73,33 dengan kategori Good, dimana kinerja terendah terdapat pada proses source yaitu 69,29 dengan kategori Average.

The role of the Supply Chain affects the value of domestic products that arise in an area is not the same as the income received by residents of the area. It can be seen that the staple products sector dominates 61.55% of the distribution of products in Central Java. So, this is an important factor in measuring the Supply Operations Chain that occurs in these commodities. The high costs incurred in this sector encourage us to continue to improve our operational performance to reduce costs as low as possible. The condition is what the public/consumers want so that the gap between production costs and distribution costs of existing products is not too far away. This study aims to measure consumer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area and optimize the Supply Chain model that can be done to improve operational processes in the upstream (supplier) and downstream (distribution channels) of the Supply Chain in Central Java. The data analysis method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). This model serves to weigh the importance of measuring customer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area, and efforts to improve operational performance can be made by minimizing failure in the process so that delivery to consumers is on time. The results of the SCOR model show that Asset, Agility, and Cost are variables that must be improved in the logistics process in Central Java.

“Es puter Bang Karim “ is the one company that produces ice cream in the city of Palembang . This company does not have a good performance measurement . Performance measurement systems in use today are not able to measure the actual value of the company's performance , because the valuation is only based on the perspective of the production output . supply chain operations reference is one of the performance measurement tool used to streamline material and machinery . Supply chain operations reference is considered more complete , systematic and more integrated . The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the performance of companies using supply chain operations reference . Results of this experiment showed that the value of the highest performance occurred in June with a value indicator ( 60.3 ) and lowest values in April with a value of ( 58.2 ) so that the average indicator 59.3 . This value includes the category average performance indicators . Need to improve performance in order to better index future.

Perkembangan sektor industri dari waktu ke waktu semakin berkembang hal ini bisa dilihat dengan semakin banyak industri-industri yang tumbuh baik itu industri kecil, menengah maupun besar. Peran Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) Kerupuk Subur yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dan distribusi hampir seluruh wilayah Yogyakarta. Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) memiliki banyak stakeholder sehingga memegang peranan penting bagi terciptanya efektifitas dan efesiensi rantai pasok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja supply chain pada IKM Kerupuk Subur dengan nilai performansi supply chain, kemudian dapat memberikan usulan perbaikan pada IKM Kerupuk Subur dalam meningkatkan performansi kinerja supply chain. Model hierarki Key Performance Indicator awal pengukuran kinerja tersebut disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada di IKM Kerupuk Subur untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasoknya, Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Proses berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesoner subjektif dan Snorm De Boer berfungsi untuk menyamakan nilai matriks yang digunakan sebagai indikator yang diukur menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR). Sehingga dari hasil pengukuran tersebut dapat dianalisis proses bisnis dan metrik kinerja yang harus segera dilakukan perbaikan, dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai kinerja IKM Kerupuk Subur sebesar 48.638, yang angka tersebut menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan IKM Kerupuk Subur berada dalam kategori marginal, dari 21 Key Porfermance Indicator terdapat 13 Key Performance Indicator yang termasuk didalam kategori merah.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur kelembagaan rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah dan menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok bawang merah di Nagari Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. Metode penelitian menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 10.0. Metode pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 50% dari populasi yaitu petani bawang merah (25 orang), ketua kelompok tani (2 orang), pedagang besar (3 orang), anak randai (3 orang) dan pedagang besar di Pekanbaru (2 orang).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur kelembagaan rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah meliputi petani – anak randai- kelompok tani - pedagang besar dan pedagang besar di Pekanbaru serta 3 aliran yang dikelola dalam rantai pasok bawang merah yakni barang, uang dan informasi. Untuk kinerja reliability yaitu 35,70, responsivness adalah 3,5 hari, nilai agility tidak dilakukan penghitungan disebabkan tidak adanya jumlah tambahan permintaan bawang merah sebesar 20% dari pelaku rantai pasok dan cost adalah 2,14 serta critical key performance indicator,s dari cost pada metrik level 1 di terjadi di tingkat petani yaitu 0,52.Saran yang diberikan adalah kelompok tani sebagai unit business harus mampu meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah dengan cara semakin memperkuat kemitraan dengan pelaku rantai pasok dan pemerintah harus mensinergikan koordinasi dengan kelompok tani agar petani bisa mempunyai posisi tawar yang tinggi dalam menjual bawang merah.

Анотація:
Green supply chain performance measurement system is required to manage environmental risk, increase competitive and obtain appropriate strategy for company. Performance measurement system in PT RAPP only focus on midstream and downstream operation related with manufacturing processes and supplier. The problem is how to redesign existing performance measurement system for pulp and paper in PT RAPP, so that downstream operation related with distributor can be integrated into green supply chain performance measurement system. Research objective designing conceptual and computer model for green supply chain measurement of pulp and wherein information entire supply chain can be managed well. Conceptual model is designed with involving activities such as stakeholder identification, stakeholder green requirement analysis, green objective identification, and KPI weighting. Supply chain operations reference (SCOR) metric is applied to identify key performance indicator (KPI). KPI weighting is determined by AHP method. Computer application is designed by combining database, mathematical formulation, and user interface. it is designed to implement conceptual model. Research result is consisting of two levels with fifteen objectives and twenty seven KPI’s. Proposed application has capability to support decision maker in calculating partial and total performance measure each period. It is designed specifically with quantitative measure to support operational decision making related with environmental aspect.Keywords: Green, supply chain, SCOR, performance measure

Abstract. The industrial sector is experiencing increasingly fierce competition, requiring each company to continue to improve its competitiveness. The competitiveness of the company can be done through improving product quality as well as understanding and fulfilling the needs and desires of consumers. In order to make this happen, it is necessary to pay attention to supply chain activities from upstream to downstream, from selecting suppliers to distribution activities to consumers.X Bakery is one of the food industry sectors in the city of Bandung. In its activities, X Bakery involves several activities, namely procurement activities, manufacturing activities to distribution activities. However, the products produced by X Bakery do not have a halal certificate so it is necessary to check the flow of their supply chain. In their activities, small and medium enterprises are not yet aware of the importance of halal certification in the products they produce, in line with public awareness of halal assurance, the halal supply chain can be a solution to this problem. So that in this study, performance measurement in supply chain activities added several aspects related to the halal concept.The supply chain performance measurement is carried out using the SCOR model approach and the weighting is carried out using the Fuzzy AHP method. Based on the research, it is known that the overall value of the assessment is included in the average category with a value of 69.59. Of the 15 KPIs studied, there are 8 KPIs that are still low. Of the 8 low-value KPI’s, 3 of them are KPI’s with the halal concept, including KPI’s for product storage time, cleanliness of transportation equipment, and product time. Where improvements need to be made in order to improve the company's performance by providing several improvement proposals in order to help improve the performance of the X Bakery company. Abstrak. Sektor industri mengalami persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut setiap perusahaan agar terus meningkatkan daya saingnya. Daya saing yang dilakukan pada perusahaan dapat melalui peningkatan kualitas produk serta dengan memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Agar bisa mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka perlu diperhatikan pada kegiatan rantai pasok dari hulu hingga hilir, mulai dari pemilihan supplier hingga pada kegiatan pendistribusian ke konsumen. X Bakery merupakan salah satu sektor industri makanan di Kota Bandung. Dalam kegiatannya X Bakery melibatkan beberapa aktivitas, yaitu aktivitas pengadaan, manufaktur hingga aktivitas distribusi. Namun produk yang dihasilkan X Bakery belum memiliki sertifikat halal sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan pada aliran rantai pasokmya. Dalam kegiatannya usaha kecil menengah belum sadar akan pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada produk yang dihasilkannya, sejalan dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan jaminan halal, maka dengan mengadopsi halal supply chain dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini pengukuran kinerja pada aktivitas supply chain yang ditambahkan beberapa aspek terkait dengan konsep halal. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain dilakukan dengan pendekatan model SCOR dan pembobotan dilakukan dengan metode Fuzzy AHP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai keseluruhan penilaian kinerja termasuk pada kategori average dengan nilai 69,59. Dari 15 KPI yang diteliti, terdapat 8 KPI masih memiliki nilai rendah. Pada 8 KPI nilai rendah, 3 diantaranya merupakan KPI dengan konsep halal, yaitu KPI waktu penyimpanan produk, kebersihan alat transportasi, waktu pengembalian produk. Dimana perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan diberikannya beberapa usulan perbaikan agar dapat membantu peningkatan kinerja perusahaan X Bakery.

As a result of the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, numerous countries have become highly interested in sustainability. Manufacturers have been triggered to develop sustainable supply chain strategies in consideration of their value-added processes and stakeholders. This study was conducted, in the context of small- and medium-sized enterprises in the Taiwanese manufacturing industry, in order to examine the relationship between sustainability and business performance from the perspective of the supply chain aspects of business cooperation, operation integration, and enterprise commitment. A total of 290 companies were surveyed and structural equation modeling was applied to analyze the figures from the samples. The results reveal that the implementation of sustainable practices in the context of enterprise commitments, supply chain cooperation, and operation integration has a positive impact on sustainability and business performance. Furthermore, in high-value manufacturing, supply chain cooperation significantly affects sustainable business performance through internal operation integration. These results may serve as a reference for the realization of supply chain sustainability in small- and medium-sized enterprises.

This study aims to map the process and to measure the performance of supply chain of table tennis at CV Shiamiq Terang Abadi according to SCOR®11.0 model. Furthermore, this study would give suggestion of improvement in order to improve company's performance. The SCOR®11.0 model is considered more complete, systematic and integrated because of its capability in measuring the company's performance from supplier to customer. Data collection in this study was conducted by questionnaire method to CV Shiamiq Terang Abadi which is related directly to the supply chain process. Based on SCOR®11.0 assessment, there are five KPIs that have not reached the company’s target and can be improved: POF, OFCT, USCA, TC and CCCT which has successive gap by 4%, 33 days, 24.05%, 7,38% and 9 days. There are sub-operations within the supply chain become inefficient metrics and need process improvement. The best practices of recomendations are four of the most prioritized: convergence of SCOR model with lean and six sigma, make-tostock goods receipt, ABC inventory classification, and batch size reduction

The aim of this research is to observe and measure the performance of the supply chain implemented by PT. Eastern Pearl Flour Mills in Makassar. The research was conducted by using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Method. There are five components, reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, costs, and assets, being assessed and tested as to whether it is aligning and appropriate as the best way in achieving the business’s objectives. It is found that both Supply Chain Management Cost (SCMC) and Cost of Averages Sold (COGS) were in high level of performance (excellent positions) with a gap value ​​of 20% and 12% respectively. Meanwhile, Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) and Cash to Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) are only at a moderate level by indicating result (gap value) around 6%, 15%, and 10% respectively. It is, however, Return on Supply Chain Fixed Asset (ROFA) and Return on Working Capital (ROWC) are still in the average position with a gap value of 8%. It can be concluded that all supply chain components have been managed properly.

Performance measurement in supply chain management is essential to facilitate the company to achieve effectiveness and efficiency to meet customer satisfaction. One of the models to measure performance in the supply chain is SCOR version 12. This model presents a business process framework, performance indicators, best practices, and unique technologies to support communication and collaboration between supply chain partners to increase the effectiveness of supply chain management and the effectiveness of supply chain improvements. This research used SCOR 12.0 to identify the performance metrics within the supply chain. A make-to-order small-medium enterprise (SMEs) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is the object of the research. We portrayed the business scope diagram by identifying the process elements in each tier (plan, source, make, deliver, return, enable) and decomposing each Process into performance attributes, i.e., Reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, and asset management efficiency. We obtained three performance attributes (Reliability, responsiveness, and cost) based on observation and interviews, 52 performance metrics spread into 47 process elements. The SMEs can use the performance metric framework to measure supply chain management performance in make-to-order products.

Information technology (IT) has a critical importance. Information technology governance (ITG) is the system that allows enterprises to master the complexity of IT in order to maximize its use and to foster the competitive advantage. Control objectives for information and related technology (COBIT) is a well-known IT governance (ITG) framework that groups IT best practices. There is little research about the correlation between COBIT and domain specific frameworks, like supply chain operation reference (SCOR) for supply chain (SC). The paper proposes an approach to map SCOR's components to COBIT with ArchiMate, which is a standard language to model enterprise architecture (EA). The mapping can simplify, by visualization, the complexity of both frameworks. It can also provide a view on possible overlaps and synergies between SCOR and COBIT. Two detailed illustrations are presented. The evaluation is done according the Bunge-Wand-Weber method. An example of the utility of the mapping is done for a real case scenario.

Abstract The current building’s energy supply chain model has the characteristics of high complexity, time-consuming, poor accuracy, and high pollution coefficient. In this paper, a renewable building’s energy supply chain model based on LCA is proposed. Based on the definition of planned supply chain, procurement, construction and delivery process, the operation reference model of renewable green building’s energy supply chain is analyzed. According to the analysis of LCA, the life cycle stage set of renewable green building’s energy supply chain is obtained. A renewable green building’s energy supply chain model with economic and low-carbon comprehensive objectives is obtained by combining the economic goal-oriented model with the low-carbon goal-oriented model and introducing the life cycle stage set. The experimental results show that the modeling complexity of the model is low and the time-consuming is less. The model fits the actual situation well. The pollution coefficient of the model is smaller than that of the current model. It is practical and provides technical reference for the field of green building.

As a main new business model of Internet plus foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce has become an important way and breakthrough for China creating new foreign trade requirements in Internet economy. Cross-border supply chain management is one of the most important supports for cross-border e-commerce. Compared with domestic e-commerce, the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce faces more risks. In order to effectively identify and avoid the operational risks in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain, this article firstly analyzes the cross-border e-commerce supply chain risks from the operation process of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain. The risks include product selection management risks, cross-border transaction risks, and customs clearance risks that exist in the operation of cross-border e-commerce. Secondly, the cross-border e-commerce supply chain risk evaluation index system is established based on the risk elements. Finally, the risk evaluation is carried out through the FUZZY-ISM evaluation method, and the internal connection of each risk factor and the risk generation mechanism are revealed through structural model analysis, which provides a theoretical reference for cross-border e-commerce enterprise supply chain risk management.

This paper provides a systematic approach for the analysis and design of construction supply chain operation models. Based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model of the Supply Chain Council, this research studies sup- ply and demand behavior, using a bridge superstructure construction process as a case study. Abstract Currently, every company is competing to improve the performance of their supply chain, and the efforts include loss mitigation, which requires risk management. This study aims to identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for Indonesia’s “PT. SPLP” company. First, this study identifies every risk in the Supply Chain Operation Reference to determine the causes. A mitigation strategy is formulated based on the criteria. According to the study results, each division faced specific risks, and the best mitigation strategy was a briefing at the beginning of each shift. The results indicate that different data processing methods used by companies lead to various risks and mitigation strategy results. Risk management is carried out and evaluated at “PT. SPLP” regularly.

The purpose of this study is to explore the design of equity cooperation mechanism in the sharing logistics service supply chain. This study designs a two-echelon logistics service supply chain composed of an urban joint distribution company and N logistics companies. The urban joint distribution company is jointly established by N logistics companies based on specific shares of equity investment. We establish sharing logistics service supply chain models under revenue-sharing or cost-sharing contracts. Revenue-sharing factor or cost-sharing factor is the equity cooperation parameter. When the members of the supply chain choose to cooperate in revenue-sharing or cost-sharing mechanism, not all cooperation scenarios considered in the study can achieve Pareto improvement of the total profit of the supply chain, but at least one situation can achieve Pareto improvement. This study provides feasible solutions for logistics companies to join the sharing logistics service platform and provides a reference for the operation of a joint distribution platform established by logistics companies. New results and managerial insights are derived by the sharing logistics service supply chain with revenue-sharing vs cost-sharing contracts, which enriches the interfaces of the operation of the sharing logistics service supply chain.

Supply chain management (SCM) represents a crucial role in the military sector to ensure operation sustainability. Starting from the NATO handbook for military organizational learning, this paper aims at investigating the link between technical inconveniences and sustainable supply chain operations. Taking advantage of the learning from incidents (LFI) models traditionally used in the risk and safety management area, this paper proposes an information management system to support organizational learning from technical inconveniences in a military supply chain. The approach is discussed with reference to the Italian context, in line with international and national standards for technical inconvenience reporting. The results of the paper show the benefits of adopting a systematic LFI system for technical inconveniences, providing related exemplar business intelligence dashboards. Further implications for the generalization of the proposed information management system are presented to foster a healthy and effective reporting environment in military scenarios.

Green closed-loop supply chain management is an important topic for business operations today because of increasing resource scarcity and environmental issues. Companies not only have to meet environmental regulations, but also must ensure high quality supply chain operation as a means to secure competitive advantages and increase profits. This study proposes a multi-objective mixed integer programming model for an integrated green closed-loop supply chain network designed to maximize profit, amicable production level (environmentally friendly materials and clean technology usage), and quality level. A scenario-based robust optimization method is used to deal with uncertain parameters such as the demand of new products, the return rates of returned products and the sale prices of remanufactured products. The proposed model is applied to a real industry case example of a manufacturing company to illustrate the applicability of the proposed model. The result shows a robust optimal resource allocation solution that considers multiple scenarios. This study can be a reference for closed-loop supply chain related academic research and also can be used to guide the development of a green closed-loop supply chain model for better decision making.

Green closed-loop supply chain management is an important topic for business operations today because of increasing resource scarcity and environmental issues. Companies not only have to meet environmental regulations, but also must ensure high quality supply chain operation as a means to secure competitive advantages and increase profits. This study proposes a multi-objective mixed integer programming model for an integrated green closed-loop supply chain network designed to maximize profit, amicable production level (environmentally friendly materials and clean technology usage), and quality level. A scenario-based robust optimization method is used to deal with uncertain parameters such as the demand of new products, the return rates of returned products and the sale prices of remanufactured products. The proposed model is applied to a real industry case example of a manufacturing company to illustrate the applicability of the proposed model. The result shows a robust optimal resource allocation solution that considers multiple scenarios. This study can be a reference for closed-loop supply chain related academic research and also can be used to guide the development of a green closed-loop supply chain model for better decision making.

Supply chain finance and logistics activities are developing rapidly. In the economic activities of the tripartite cooperation between financial institutions, logistics enterprises, and loan enterprises, the goods will enter the logistics and supervision links of pledged goods immediately after they are postponed. It is proposed to integrate computer network communication technologies such as the Internet of Things with supply chain finance and logistics supervision to strengthen the information interaction between suppliers, which is widely used in supply chain activities to help realize the Internet finance. An intelligent supply chain supervision can implement monitoring and early warning of the time of the pledged goods in the warehouse, in transit, and during processing. Therefore, this paper proposes an intelligent supply chain supervision model by integrating supply chain finance, logistics, and pledge finance models into an operation management platform to better promote the smooth progress of supply chain finance and logistics supervision activities, which can effectively reduce various external risks, improve operational efficiency, and provide reference for supply chain finance and logistics activities.

With the proliferation and aggregation of advanced production technology and information technology, several regional intelligent manufacturing clusters have taken shape in China. The development of intelligent manufacturing, which is highly technical, innovative, and informatized, needs the support of more professional producer services. Considering the broad scope of producer service supply-demand in regional intelligent manufacturing, this paper takes the intelligent manufacturing cluster in the Yangtze River Delta as the object, analyzes the limited access to producer services required for production operations, and proposes to integrate and supply the resources of multiple service agents in the region in a dynamic and collaborative manner. Then, the Multi-Agent model was constructed for the producer service supply chain, and the relevant factor libraries and decision libraries were designed. Finally, an empirical analysis was carried out to evaluate the stability of the collaborative operation of the producer service supply chain under the effect of some collaboration factors. The results show that the model has a certain theoretical reference value.

Purpose – The drug logistics play a crucial role in the hospital service performance. It has been proved that modern logistics concept is a valid access to competitiveness. In order to enhance the comprehensive capability and core competence of hospitals, including the internal support system, there is a great need to have an in-depth and systematic study on the drug logistics system in hospitals. The purpose of this paper is to explore the current situation of the drug logistics and the drug centres operations in public hospitals in China; specifically how the organizational partnerships with the supply chain partners can affect the operational performance. Design/methodology/approach – In this study, the possibility of correlations between schedule instability, partnerships with supply chain partners, and internal drug logistics operation is investigated by modelling, with reference to the previous work of Law et al. (2009), in which collective efficacy of the performance is incorporated into the model. Findings – The findings of this study show that the drug logistics working teams in public hospitals in China have a high level of efficacy and self-confidence, while they perceive they provide good operations even at a low level of schedule nervousness. The study also reinforces the significant correlation between internal operation and partnership with customers. This is definitely useful for the development of an appropriate framework for drug logistics operation improvement in the long run. Originality/value – The study thus offers a good reference for the administrators and practitioners who are keen on improving the service operations in the healthcare sector in the region.

For a long time, the mismatch between material flow and capital flow in the supply chain operation management practice is very prominent, which has led to the inefficiency of supply chain operation and hindered the exertion of supply chain’s advantages. In the field of supply chain management theory research, the information completeness in capital market has long been a hypothetical premise, which has led to the separation of corporate financing and operational decision-making research. In addition to production, inventory, procurement, pricing and other strategies in supply chain operations, payment options and credit incentives are also important decisions for both parties, especially for products with long production and sales cycles; different payment methods directly affect corporate capital flows and the enterprise’s long-term development. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing previous works, this paper analyzed the research status and significance of supply chain financing and operational comprehensive decision-making, expounded the development background, current situation, and future challenges of the fractal dimension of fractional Brownian motion; elaborated the principles and methods of the scaling properties of fractional Brownian motion and the phase space reconstruction of time series, established a financial management analysis model based on the fractal dimension of fractional Brownian motion, performed the analysis of the agglomeration degree, time series and multi-fractal characteristics of supply chain financing, explored the coupling relationship between the comprehensive operational decision-making and Brownian motion’s scaling properties. The final empirical analysis showed that when own funds are sufficient, the production should be carried out with the goal of maximizing profits, and full consideration should be given customer channel stickiness, relative costs of offline and online channel products, and product profitability; the proposed analysis model can achieve the optimal order quantity in supply chain, and reach risk and benefit sharing among financial institutions, retailers, and suppliers by setting the financing interest rate, wholesale price, repurchase price and other parameters, thereby improving supply chain performance. This study results of this paper provided a reference for further researches on the application of fractal dimension of the fractional Brownian motion to the supply chain financing and operational comprehensive decision-making.

In the traditional single-chain supply chain literature research, it is assumed that enterprises in the supply chain system have enough working capital. However, in practical management practice, enterprises are often faced with capital shortage, poor operation, and other related risks. In this paper, the price strategy of competitive supply chain based on bank financing is studied when many retailers are short of funds in the competitive environment. It is found that once the market share among retailers is fixed, the wholesale price of suppliers and the selling price of retailers will gradually increase with the increase of competition intensity, regardless of whether the retailer has financial constraints or not. The greater the competition intensity among retailers is, the better the expected profit of each member of the supply chain and the system will be. Finally, with the help of numerical analysis, the validity of the conclusion is depicted and verified. The relevant conclusions enrich and develop the financing theory of competitive supply chain, providing a strong practical reference value for the fund risk management of supply chain enterprises in the competitive environment.

Rice is the main food crop in Indonesia because most of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a source of carbohydrates. The supply chain (supply chain) of rice from producing regions to large markets is controlled by experts. This study discusses how the rice supply chain system in CV. Meutuah Baro and see how the rice supply on the CV. Meutuah Baro if analyzed with the SCOR model and AHP method. This research was carried out in the CV. Meutuah Baro in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. This research method uses descriptive analysis and supply chain performance analysis is carried out with the SCOR model and AHP method.The results of this study indicate the activity of members of the rice supply chain structure in the CV. Meutuah Baro consists of farmers, CV. Meutuah Baro, a large rice trader, a retailer of end-consumer retailers, and rice retailers as a direct distributor to end consumers. While in the supply chain performance analysis CV. Meutuah Baro consists of three attributes, namely reliability is the value of the attribute with the best weight (0.99), the agility attribute produces sufficient results with a weight value (0.55), and the responsiveness attribute is the lowest profit value attribute (0.27). Based on the classification of performance standard values, the results of a comprehensive assessment of the rice supply chain CV. Meutuah Baro shows a sufficient value, which is 64%.

Detecting the crisis of supply chain management is an important subject for the sustainable management of e-commerce. The purpose of this study was to explore the application of Q-technique to the detection of supply chain crises in the imported food industry under the influence of COVID-19. Literature analysis, expert consultation, and Q-technique methods were adopted. We used an expert consultation and questionnaire survey combined with Q-technique using the imported food industry in Taiwan as an example. Fifteen business owners were interviewed to identify priorities for supply chain crises, and 137 questionnaires were collected to determine the strength of each item. By investigating suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, platform operators, online sellers, and logistics operators, this study obtained the priority of supply chain crisis items and the strength of factors for each item. The results show that Q-technique can effectively detect the crisis of cross-border supply chain management, clarifying import food industry e-commerce supply chain crisis items and determining their priority and strength, to help enterprises make emergency decisions regarding supply chain operation, and they can also be used as a reference for enterprises to respond to the crisis.

Classic Sportapparel merupakan industri pakaian olahraga yang berada di Karawang yang salah satunya memproduksi jersey printing sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan (make to order). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur nilai kinerja dari rantai suplai jersey printing di Classic Sportapparel. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan kondisi perusahaan dimulai dari level 1 sampai level 3 model Supply Chain Operation Reference. Penelitian ini berfokus pada 6 tipe proses dan 5 atribut kinerja. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang dinilai sesuai kondisi perusahaan berjumlah 38. Metode yang digunakan adalah SCOR 11.0 dan untuk menentukan bobot setiap indikator kinerja adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner kepada 3 responden. Nilai akhir pengukuran kinerja pada setiap tipe prosesnya adalah plan 24,66; source 19,97; make 11,25; deliver 13,82; return 6,31 dan enable 6,87. Total nilai akhir adalah 82,88 yang dapat dikategorikan “Good”.

Purpose An understanding of the “AS-IS” stage of a relief operation is the basis for further action in humanitarian supply chain management. The purpose of this paper is to develop a toolbox called the Humanitarian Supply Chain Assessment Tool (HumSCAT). This toolbox is comprised of a set of basic tools which can be classified into each phase of disaster relief. Design/methodology/approach The HumSCAT is proposed by paralleling frequently used tools in commercial supply chains with the objectives and characteristics of relief phases. A case study was used to validate the HumSCAT along with six tools provided in the preparation phase. Findings The HumSCAT consists of seven tools in the preparation phase, nine tools in the response phase and ten tools in the recovery phase. The case study illustrates how to use the HumSCAT and the six tools. The latter were found to be useful for improving the relief chain. Research limitations/implications The list of tools is not exclusive. Other tools might be applicable as long as they meet the objectives and characteristics of the phase. A tool should be adjusted accordingly to the contexts. Tools in other phases should be validated in future research. Practical implications The HumSCAT may serve as a reference toolbox for practitioners. Its output can be used for further designing of the “TO-BE” status of humanitarian relief chains. Originality/value The HumSCAT is proposed as a toolbox for academics and practitioners involved in humanitarian supply chains.

Dalam memperhitungkan kinerja perusahaan, PD. Marzuki masih menggunakan pengukuran subjektif berdasarkan biaya yang menjadi tolak ukur keefektifan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian kali ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan setelah menggunakan pengukuran Supply Chain Management serta Memberikan usulan yang tepat kepada perusahaan agar menerapkan pengukuran kinerja Supply Chain Management. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan terkait rantai pasok perusahaan untuk menghadapi masalahmasalah yang sering dihadapi perusahaan. Setelah semua data yang dibutuhkan telah terkumpul, langkah selanjutnya adalah mengolah data tersebut menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model Versi 12.0. Didapatkan nilai skor performansi untuk atribut kinerja Reliability sebesar 13,64. Responsiveness sebesar 14,2, Upside SC Flexibility sebesar 7,10, Upside SC Adaptability sebesar 4,51 dan atribut kinerja Asset Management sebesar 9,00 dengan nilai total skor performansi sebesar 48,46. Nilai tersebut merupakan angka yang termasuk dalam kategori “marginal” atau dibawah rata-rata. Nilai Terendah didapatkan pada atribut kinerja Agility metrik Upside Supply Chain Flexibility (7,10), Upside Supply Chain Adaptability (4,51) dan Supply Chain Asset Management (9,00). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa PD. Marzuki masih memiliki kendala di atribut kinerja agility dan asset management.
