To answer this question, we encouraged the pupils to read subjec tively and analysed the persona!readin gs of each student. A comparative study over three years took place in two different classes which allowed us to highlight the links between school reading and everyd ay literature. In each case, we find the need for stories which provide the means to access knowledge, the very knowledge Claude Lévi-Strauss termed the mythical thought. We identify three uses of school texts which, once subtly mixed, allow access to literary reading and the birth of the subject-reader

Повний текст джерелаThe history and institutionalisation of rugby in France has led to the establishment of a set of rules that make it possible to define, and thus make possible, the practice of rugby. These rules focus on the game, the establishment of a ranking, but also on the status of clubs and their interaction. The institutionalisation of rugby has made it possible for major changes in the way rugby is played, with the creation of federations and the transition into professionalism in 1995. After a century of resolute opposition to the idea that rugby could shift into an era of professional practice, the institutions in place finally accepted the need to change from the growing pressure from players (media, sponsors and players) to professionalise. The challenge of such a change is that rugby can finally be considered as an economic activity in its own right. Professionalisation has led to players no longer considering "rugby" in the same way. Formerly deeply rooted in amateurism, rugby has now become an essential support for a profitable entertainment product. The sports structures have adapted to professionalism by adapting their statutes but also, above all else, by defining their new business model. In analysing club strategy, maximizing sports performance is a key element, impacting the ranking institution to which the club belongs. The clubs, in an effort to optimize their business model, have gradually integrated the use of technological tools and the exploitation of the resulting data. Повний текст джерелаWe assume that there is a personal investment of pupils when they write. Basing on the clinical didactics approach, I question the learning of writing fiction in vocational high schools. This theoretical framework is based on the hypothesis of Freud’s unconscious mind and it considers the subject to be singular, liable to subjection and divided. In fact, the division of the subject, the result of their entry into language, is probably a guiding impulse in the process of writing and, therefore, of its learning. My work questions the existence of a psychic investment of pupils, in connection with their division, when they learn to write fiction. If such division exists, I want to shed light on its relationship with the know-how to write and thereby assert the existence of a didactic conversion, just like such a phenomenon is also noticeable with the subject-teacher (Buznic-Bourgeacq, 2005).I observed four pupils : Soleil, Nicolas, Blow and Luc, during the sequence “write a short story with a surprising ending " in a French class. The case constructions that I built for each one would show a psychic investment in relation to the division of the subject

Повний текст джерелаTransmission processes are very important to keep knowledge developped by organizations but are often neglected because of a dominating conception of knowledge as innovation. This research studies contemporary transmission processes using a clinical and social theory and methodology. We identify historical figures of transmission showing their dependency with the evolutions of society and time conceptions. The subject at work is today involved in a situation of « subjectivization », requiring all his capacities as a subject to face risk and uncertainty. We say that these difficulties are linked to an intense activity of elicitation and objectivation of knowledge in a long historical development determining the work forms. The relations between people are thus made vulnerable making transmission a problem. The case studied here is based on an intervention in an organisation producing electricity that is engaged in a demographical transition. We propose to understand knowledge acquisition in the perspective of subjectivation, relying on the philosophy of Michel Henry, object relation theory in psychoanalysis and the knowledge sociology of Karl Mannheim. We define the concept of « collective subjective body » as a support for transmission processes. Our study shows that this « body » gets vulnerable, producing a crisis in transmission and relational problems between young and elder workers. We show that « knowledge ideologies » are at work, opposing workers refering to the collective subjective body and people, mostly managers, who refer to a model of explicit knowledge making its free circulation possible and the roots of a new model of learning

A review of studies by sociologists of work shows that it is possible to articulate these opposing elements differently, based on various causalities: anomie, a deregulation that blurs the limits (Durkheim); a specific, meaningless company language (Gaulejac); a repression of thought (Dejours).Freud and Lacan are both readers of Marx. Freud makes him an adversary who disregards the death drive whilst Lacan pays him a strong homage, retracing in his footsteps the Hegelian dialectic of master and slave thanks to the paradigm of discourses. Two major concepts can be deduced from this: the master-signifier, which demonstrates the injunctive power of language, and the surplus-jouissance, the counterpart of the restrictions imposed on jouissance that Lacan makes the very principle of capitalism.However, science and the financialisation of contemporary economics pulverise the discourse, eradicating the subject in favour of accounting, removing any barrier to jouissance, which has become an inalienable right. The reign of numbers only allows us to think in terms of a continuity that unfolds ad infinitum (1 + 1 + 1 +…) and no longer of opposing elements (allowed / forbidden) that are likely to put limits on excess.Leaving a capitalist discourse supposes a new way of handling of the language. By making resonate the hitherto concealed jouissance, the psychoanalyst gives everyone a chance to reappropriate their own language and thereby to say no to always-more. The desire which arises creates a new social bond and makes it possible to think of an alternative political system to the globalized governance by numbers

Повний текст джерелаThis PHD research , about teaching of writing in vocational school, takes place in a ICE project leaded by the social purpose of reducing school inequities.The main purpose of this research-action project was to create an educational tool which helps improving writing skills for pupils in vocational school, especially pupils in GA ‘s classrooms. The first part of my work was to make a diagnosis by trying to identify difficulties which can be specific to this pupils (and more specifically academic difficulties linked to the “scholar capital”). We collected and analyzed pupils written pieces and we proceeded to a survey trying to identify “des compétences ignorées”(Penloup, 2007) and difficulties of the pupils. During this period of the PHD research, we also observed classroom situations trying to identify breaks and levers in teaching practices. We gave a particular attention to practices which can participate, without the knowledge of teachers, to social inequities in class, practices that can obstruct learning for some pupils (Bautier & Rayou, 2014).The second step of this work consisted in creating a new educational tool especially for the classrooms involved in this project and to offer this tool to the teachers. Starting from the premise that the difficulties in writing of these pupils were linked to their representations of writing, we decided to offer an integrative approach of writing skill which associate some linguistics and reflexives activities to written production. The main idea was that, if we wanted to help the writing skills progress of this pupils, we must work on writing abilities and relation to writing in a transversal approach of literacy skills.Data’s collected allowed us to identify pupil’s difficulties not fully investigated yet : punctuation marks, paragraphs, tacit marks in written conversation…We also discovered some interesting facts about this pupils and their teachers’ representations about writing and their consequences in teaching and learning writing at vocational school context. These data allowed to find some original perspective to get a new reflexion about teaching writing. The results of the experimentation leaded to prove that we can act positively on writing skills and writing representations in a same way. The results show that we can have a positive action on the discursive abilities of pupils considered like the “weakest” by using high degree and very reflexive writing activities. We can also see a positive effect on pupils and teachers’ representations of writing.Finally, this collaboration with the teachers of two GA classroom shows that research-action coud be a way to support professional development of teachers

Повний текст джерелаThe emancipation of individuals through work and at work is a transhistorical psycho-social phenomenon, studied by different schools of thought. The hypermodern era (an era of ever more, of the extreme, towards a radicalization in the social and individual life) was to allow, for the researchers in management attached to the positivist paradigm, the advent of a new figure, namely that of an emancipated individual at work; that is to say, autonomous and responsible for its successes and failures. It is clear that new forms of hypermodern management are widening inequalities at work and creating new forms of pathology that we think are linked to the reinvention of self-reinvention at work. From a position of research of critical-clinical filiation, this research work aims to understand how individuals at work resist the alienating aspects of these new forms of management and how their acts of resistance are emancipatory or restrictive as to their ability to be subject to their own story. This thesis work contributes to the research for a methodological point of view, in that the auto-ethnography crossed to semi-directive interviews and the study of secondary data carried out for this work, constitutes a contribution poorly exploited in the field of management sciences to think of new ways of producing knowledge. Another contribution of this work will be related to the emotional dimension that is taken into account for the understanding of the emancipatory process experienced by the field workers, which constitutes a theoretical contribution for the critical school in management sciences. Finally, from a more practical point of view, this research work makes it possible to question the new forms of hypermodern management in the original setting of the male modeling industry. This sector of activity is little studied in management sciences, which is a managerial contribution for researchers in management sciences and more broadly for professionals. From a practical point of view, this research aims to question managerial practices with regard to the health of field workers at the intersection of psychic and social dimensions, trying to propose new possible ways to promote the development of the social subject

Повний текст джерелаThe evolution of the conceptual approach to disability, the guidelines developed by international organizations, declined at the european level in terms of rights and social participation of people with disabilities gradually led to the establishment of an inclusive society, with impacts on access to education, vocational training or higher education and professional insertion of young people with disabilities. The subject of this thesis in Education Science is part of a qualitative interpretive and comprehensive survey with phenomenological sensitivity, and focuses on the training path towards the professional insertion of young peoplewith disabilities. It proposes, from their stories, to understand the personal subjective meaning that each one can give to his/her path and his own life, to understand how these young people develop their vocational guidance project, how they can become the authors of their training and of their insertion through the experience of disability, for some of them with physical impairments. The chosen approach was to give priority to the narrative feature with an opening to otherness, a sensitive listening to the fragments of course delivered by these young people, and an analysis in a multi-referentiality bringing intelligibility to this research topic and emerging phenomena. A first analysis-synthesis work for each of the portraits with a reading based on key notions such as subject-actor, psychological empowerment, events, bifurcations and biographical transitions, gives prospects of generalization in the form of pathways typologies

Повний текст джерелаInterested in the people that are being supported and the listening to the psycho-social suffering of users by social intervention professionals, the author questions the training systems in this field of activity. After having observed a strong injunction to reflexivity in the training of future social workers, she questions this reflexive turn based on the links that exist between the ideal-typical figure of the contemporary individual and the taking into account of social overdeterminations in the work of listening and support among professionals in the field of special education. Concerned by the way in which the training system could further support a « technicist » perspective of social intervention, the author introduces the pratice of life stories through a collective and clinical support system, with eight students. Biographical research, and more precisely clinical sociology, seem to be particularly pertinent with the skills-based approach, for the training of future social workers and the construction of their professional identity. Promoting the development of the « power to hear » of future professionals, these approaches indeed give a prominent place to processes of subjectivation, while sharing the collective project of « taking care of others ». It is then a question of paying attention to the construction of a specific professional posture from a work of existential rereading aimed, for the students, at better specifying « what I do with what I am » in the professional activity
