Анотація:
Actually, basic needs postulates securing of the elementary conditions of existence to every human being. Despite of the practical and theoretical importance of the subject the greatest irony is non- availability of any universal preliminary definition of the concept of basic needs. Moreover, this becomes the reason for unpredictability of various political programmes aiming at providing basic needs to the people. The shift is necessary for development of this or any other conception. No labour reforms could be made in history till labours were treated as objects. Its only after they were started being treating as subjects, labour unions were allowed to represent themselves in strategy formulations that labour reforms could become a reality. The present research paper highlights the basic needs of Human Rights in life.

This theoretical article represents a psychological analysis of the factors of the digital information environment that transform the labour behaviour of the subject (agency), discusses the possibility of asking the question about join subject (agency) of labour ‟individual-digital information environment”. It is shown that as a result of the digitalisation of society, the following changes have occurred in the field of labour – the autonomy of labour, de-standardisation, virtualisation of labour relations, a decrease in the share of physical labour, the convergence of play and labour. A set of contradictions that are brewing in the classical models of professional development is also highlighted. As conclusions, the conditions that are the mediators of the desired single subject of labour and the research ‟gaps” that indicate the horizons of further research in this area are presented.

Objectives: To determine the frequency of hypomagnesaemia in women withpreterm labour. Study Design: Cross sectional study. Settings: Department of obstetrics &gynaecology Nishtar Hospital Multan. Duration of Study: From 10th November 2016 to 10th May2017. Subject and Methods: A total of 219 pregnant women with singleton pregnancy, pretermlabour and parity 1 – 4 were included in the study. Women with history of diabetes, hypertensionsmoking and polyhhydramnious amniotic fluid index (AFI)>25 cm on ultrasound were excluded.Venous blood was drawn from entire subjects to evaluate the serum magnesium level and sentimmediately to laboratory for analysis venous blood samples were obtained by venepunctureand collected in lithium heparin specimen bottles. Data was collected for hypomagnesaemia.Results: Age range in this study was from 20 to 40 years with mean age of 30.356±3.60 years,mean parity 1.936± 0.96, mean gravida 2.936 ± 0.96, mean gestational age 32.000±2.25weeks and mean BMI was 27.337 ± 1.67 kg/m2. Majority of the patients were from 20 – 30 years(51.1%). History of preterm delivery was 17.4%. Majority of patients belong to middle economicstatus (66.2%). Hypomagnesaemia was seen in 37.9% patients. Conclusion: it is concludedthat low serum magnesium (hypomagnesaemia) is associated with preterm onset of labour.Maternal hypomagnesaemia may be used as a predictor of preterm labour.

In this article, I argue for a public relations research agenda which places new divisions of labour and worker subjectivities at the centre. While communication technology may be facilitating greater work flexibility, research is needed into how work processes interact with broader inequality regimes, producing new discourses and possibilities for resistance among public relations practitioners. I discuss the benefits of sociological frameworks which position work as a central organising process through which power relations are constructed and maintained. I then propose that Bourdieu’s theory of habitus complements Glucksmann’s ‘Total Social Organisation of Labour’ (TSOL) framework, combining a focus on power relations within a field with a feminist analysis of new divisions and processes of labour. After briefly discussing cultural and public relations scholarship which problematises work from a critical perspective, I conclude by framing a critical feminist public relations research agenda on labour, which utilises Bourdieuvian theory and Glucksmann’s TSOL.

On the basis of analysis of acts of legislation in force characteristics of legal status of labour unions as subjects of collective labour relations is provided. Proposals are made on fixation of their status in the Draft Labour Code.

The author has revealed methodological approaches to the measurement of underutilization of labour force, the quantitative and qualitative aspects of this phenomenon, analyzed international statistics using ILO data, Rossiyskaya Federatsiya conducted calculations of the components of underutilization of labour in the Rossiyskaya Federatsiya using Rosstat microdata, identified the key sociodemographic characteristics of the people in the category of underutilization of labour (potential labour force, working insufficient hours and people with insufficient or excessive education), and outlined the key problems of underestimation of this phenomenon.

Lagutina I. V. Electronic labour book and data protection. – Article. The article considers the protection of personal data as a modern and active law that provides a system of checks and balances to protect the individual if his personal data is processed. Data processing must meet the basic requirements of personal data protection, namely independent control and respect for the rights of the personal data subject. The development of legislation on personal data protection has been marked by a significant expansion of the rights of their subjects and the legal regulation of all transactions with information from collection to destruction. With the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” of June 1, 2010, a regulatory framework for the protection of personal data in national legal practice was created. It is emphasized that the right to protection of personal data is not absolute; it may be restricted as necessary to satisfy the general interest or to protect the rights and freedoms of others. The right to data protection is often interlinked with other rights, such as freedom of expression and the right to receive and impart information. Any type of information can be personal data, provided that the information relates to an identified person or a person who can be identified. Personal data are processed legally if they meet one of the following criteria: processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject; data processing is required by contractual relationship; data processing is necessary for the controller to comply with a legal obligation; data processing is required to comply with the vital interests of personal data subjects or others; data processing is necessary to perform the task in the public interest; the legitimate interests of the controllers or other persons are the basis for processing, but only if they are not outweighed by the interests or fundamental rights of the data subjects. It is necessary to develop a sectoral mechanism for the protection of personal data of employees under labour legislation of Ukraine, as the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” does not take into account the peculiarities of personal data protection of employees as subjects of labour relations.

Research Methods: Exerting cross-subject research methods like comparative research, statistical research and international politics combined with regional politics. Research Content. Northeast Asian area is one of the most dynamic economic zones in the world, regional crossborder labour migration employment is becoming more active than before. the disparity between the level of economic development, population and labour structure, so that countries in this region have a strong supplydemand complementarity. Enhancing cooperation of cross-border labour in Northeast Asia is conducive to further improving the level of economic exchange and cooperation in Northeast Asia. It is of great significance and practical basis for countries to strengthen the development and cooperation of labor resources. China, as the biggest developing country, meanwhile is the major labour exporting and importing country, expanding cross-border labour cooperation with countries in Northeast Asia will have a positive effect on promoting the development and utilization of human resources in China and improving employment and social management policies. How to grasp the opportunities in foreign labor service cooperation and avoid potential risks is a test of Chinese wisdom. Conclusion. China should be well prepared in four aspects when dealing with cross-border labour cooperation in Northeast Asia. Establishing regional cooperation scheme and management security system; Setting up a linkage mechanism for foreign management of expatriate labor, protection and privileges protection from a micro perspective. Cultivating high quality labour resources and improving recruitment of high-tech experts. Discovering the potential of service trade and upgrading the level of cooperation is conducive to the export of high skilled labor force.

Background: Epidural anaesthesia is regional anaesthesia that blocks pain in particular region of the body. The present study was done to observe the effect of epidural analgesia and active management of labour on duration of labour and mode of delivery.Methods: Main source of data were Primigravida inpatients from hospitals attached to JJM Medical College, Davangere from October 2016 to September 2017. It was a clinical cross-sectional study.Results: It was observed that duration of labour was comparatively less in epidural group than control group. There was no significant increase in duration of II stage of labour in epidural group. There was no increase in both the instrumental delivery rate and caesarean section rate and also noted higher newborn APGAR score rate in parturient who received epidural analgesia.Conclusions: The present study showed that there is no increase in the duration of labour or any increase in the rate of instrumental delivery or caesarean section in parturient receiving epidural analgesia, instead, there is a downward trend in all the above outcomes.

Introduction. In Ukraine, it is important to form a national labour market based on sectoral economic characteristics, strategic goals of sectoral transformation and taking into account international experience and models of this market regulation, including the labor market in rural areas. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the labor market in rural areas. Methods: In disclosing the subject of the research, the theoretical basis of the article was a dialectical method of cognition and a systematic method for studying the components of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the labour market in rural areas. The study used general scientific methods of cognition, namely: methods of analysis, synthesis, analogies are used to identify elements of improving the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the labor market in rural areas; the method of generalization to form the conclusions of the study. Results. The starting points and the reference point of labour market regulation in rural areas are determined, the results of the SWOT-analysis of its regulation are presented, and priority goals of labour market regulation in rural areas have been identified. The conceptual scheme of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulation of the labor market in rural areas is substantiated. More expedient at the current stage of reform, mechanisms of supply and demand at the labour market are substantiated according to four defined priority goals. Discussion for further research are to agree on the stages and organizational and economic mechanisms of state regulation of the labour market in rural areas in the context of the implementation of four identified priority goals of labour market regulation. Decent work is a comprehensive concept expressing people’s aspirations for their working lives. This concept has had great legitimacy since it was proposed by the International Labour Organization, the United Nations agency for labour issues, which is the well-established institutional world forum for cooperation. Furthermore, decent work has joined various research subjects in labour-related disciplines, gaining a central role as a research subject and intervention compass. This paper aims to discuss the consequences of societies’ cultural complexity for decent work intervention. After highlighting previous research subjects in labour-related disciplines that are closely related to the decent work dimensions, the consequences of cultural complexity for intervention are pointed out. The tension between universal human values, cultural diversity and culture as an evolving social phenomenon is the trigger for proposing a balance expressed in several propositions concerning culture-sensitive intervention in decent work.

Objectives: To determine the frequency of preterm labour in association with interpregnancy interval among pregnant women visiting tertiary care Hospital. Subject and Methods: This prospective cross-sectional study was performed at Unit-I, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, Civil Hospital Karachi; from June to November 2020. A total of 190 women with singleton pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound were included. After taking detailed medical history regarding previous fetal death and C-section was recorded either patient goes into preterm labour or not and confirmed by history for short and prolong interpregnancy interval (IPI). Data was collected by pre-designed study proforma. Results: The average age of study subjects was 26.27±4.07 years. The frequency of preterm labour among the pregnant women was 51.05%. The rate of preterm was significantly higher in those women who had with short inter interpregnancy interval (p=0.0005). Conclusion: Our findings clearly show that a short interval in inter-pregnancy is a cause of premature birth. Preterm birth can also be indicated by the antenatal care visits, inter-pregnancy complications, and having a birth defect. Premature birth minimization can enhance overall newborn's health and can lead to considerable minimization of neonatal death in the future. In article the author considers the complex of measures of state and municipal occupational health management in institutions of higher education. The article also discusses the main problems of implementing the state policy in the field of labor protection, aimed at preventing industrial injuries and occupational diseases, ensuring the social protection of the workforce and students through the organization of coordinated interaction of subjects of management at all levels, the introduction of economic methods of management, development of social partnership. In this paper the essential theoretical aspects of labour protection in the Russian Federation, the problems of administrative-legal regulation of relations in the sphere of labour protection and the ways of its solution, justifies the author’s position on the subject. The level of effectiveness of the implementation of state management of labor protection in the Russian Federation depends on the dynamics of implementing the system specific security and occupational health aimed at the prevention of accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences and damage to health. The problem of labour protection in the field of education is one of the topical, as every year in educational institutions of the country injured thousands of children and adolescents, the disabled, dozens of children die from injuries sustained during the educational process. The article may be of interest to researchers, teachers, postgraduates and students of educational institutions of higher education, employees of public administration.

Contemporary labour market is subject to profound changes, such as the increase in the importance of short-term relations between employee and employer, transformation in the very nature of the employer, automation of many jobs. Changes in global work require permanent monitoring whether the institutional model of labor relations is adequate to the changing reality. An element of this model are legally sanctioned groups that can consult and negotiate the existing formal framework for cooperation. The aim of the article is to present the direction of institutional changes in the model of labor relations in Poland. Analysis focused on formal definitions of the major players operating in this market. The conducted studies (desk research) were based on ILO formal documents. The article presents proposed changes in the classification of labor market participants. The article highlights the increase in the importance of self-employment, and the increasingly less representative nature of organizations recognized so far as the main actors of labour market – trade unions and employers’ organizations. It has been proved that the definitions and classifications of major players used on the traditional labor market are not sufficient to monitor the current trends of this market.

Social Policy and Employment Chapter of EU Acquis has recently been continuing to be an important subject. Social Policy and Employment is related closely with improving working conditions and socio-economic factors. Socio-economic factors and good working conditions in a country determines women participation in labour force and job quality. In this context, job quality and representation of women in labour force has been important subjects of social policy for a while. Within this scope this study explores how job quality effects participation of women in labour force by comparing Sweden and Turkey. Additionally, it investigates whether low job quality leads to underrepresentation of women in labour force. Document analysis and secondary sources are used in this qualitative research. The results show that the determinants of job quality in this study effects Swedish and Turkish women’s representation in labour force. Moreover, low job quality leads to underrepresentation of women in labour force.

The court's jurisdiction with regard to employment disputes is a new and unexplored aspect of the application of current labour legislation. The transformation of social and economic relations, an extensive system of specialized courts and the change of established approaches to the subject matter of labour law fundamentally modify the perceptions of labour law's place and role in the legal system of Ukraine. It leads to a reconsideration of traditional approaches to the jurisdiction in general and to the jurisdiction over labour disputes in particular. The main research method is an analytical method that has been used to analyse and categorize legal conclusions of the Great Chamber of the Supreme Court and to identify the relationship between them and the theory of labour law. The principal outcome of the research is that established approaches to the subject matter of labour law are now dated and bound to decline. The current case law of the Supreme Court continues to be in the forefront of changes concerning the application of the law and it also has a significant impact on the basis of labour law. The labour disputes nowadays can be resolved within the civil jurisdiction (based on a labour agreement), the administrative jurisdiction (labour relations in the public service) and the commercial jurisdiction (the appointment and dismissal of directors in companies). Before, the Great Chamber identified a number of labour disputes that should be settled within the alternative dispute resolution procedure.

Formidable changes are occurring in the organization of work, production and the labour process. The emerging world of flexibility, part-time contracts and ‘just-in-time labour’ has invoked systemic disruptions in the sequential ordering of time/space. Feminists have been less than sanguine in their resistance to the placeless, timeless logic of ‘just-in-time labour’. The flexible fragmented present of post-fordist production is variously argued to be in contradiction to the embodied social relations through which women ‘weave’ their own autobiographies. While sympathetic to the concept of ‘feminine time’, its application to the present labour market context requires intense inquisition and critical reflection. The modern episteme consisted of a constellation of discourses linked to narrative realism. This is to appreciate that basic to all forms of gendered subjectivity is a conscious subject living in time and capable of uniting the literal with the virtual, or linking one temporal order (the present) with others (the past and future). The ‘timeless times’ and dislocated ‘spatial flows’ of our current era threaten the ability of gendered subjects to form their identities into sustained narratives. Focusing on post-fordist flexible specialization, this article challenges the fixed, unitary, relational subject of feminist critique and begins to deconstruct the problematics of gender and work in the time/space economy of ‘just-in-time’ labour.

AbstractThis introduction highlights the main subjects and research questions addressed in the articles making up this Special Issue on the labour histories of transport in the Global South. Although historiographical interest in the history of transport labour is growing, scientific knowledge on the subject is still very limited. This is especially true for histories from outside Europe and North America. Important topics and research problems covered here are: (1) transport labour as facilitating the exchange and mobility of goods but also of peoples and ideas – as such transport constitutes a noteworthy element of social history; (2) transport labour as a factor of production which is relevant for industrial and agrarian societies, as well as for market-driven and socialist economies; (3) the extent to which the processes of globalization, imperial expansion, and the emergence of global capitalism owe a debt to transport labour of the global south and its micro-histories.

Since in the current conditions the dominant trends in agriculture are automation and robotization, in the near future, human-controlled equipment will be almost completely automated and most of the competencies required in production will lose their relevance, since the use of digital technologies can replace not only routine manual labor, but also a significant number of mental labour of workers. During this period, the formation of unique competencies inherent only to a person acquires special relevance. Therefore, in our opinion, the need for the formation of knowledge and skills of a higher level comes to the fore. The use of digitalized systems and algorithms in agricultural production leads to a significant increase in labor productivity and, as a result, to a significant release of labor resources. At the same time, the demand for workers with a certain set of knowledge and skills is increasing. The article discusses the main changes taking place in the agricultural labour market in the context of digitalization. Key points: – the use of digital algorithms significantly affects the growth of labour productivity; – the growing demand for workers with digital competencies leads to a lagging supply in the agricultural labour market; – the influence of non-price factors of supply and demand leads to an imbalance in the agricultural labour market The object of the study is the agricultural labour market in the conditions of digitalization. This article uses Foucault’s lecture courses to illuminate his reading of Marx’s Capital in Discipline and Punish. Foucault finds in Marx’s account of cooperation a precedent for his own approach to power. In turn, Foucault helps us rethink the concepts of productive force and labour power in Marx. Foucault is shown to be particularly interested in one of Marx’s major themes in Capital, parts III–IV: the subsumption of labour under capital. In Discipline and Punish and The Punitive Society, Foucault offers a genealogy of the forms of labour power ( Arbeitskraft) and productive force ( Produktivkraft). One of his central problems is to understand how labour power is converted in productive force and how, prior to that, productive subjects who can properly bear and dispose of their labour power are formed. Foucault’s reading of Capital resonates with those currents of Marx interpretation today that seek to repoliticize the concept of productive force and to offer a materialist account of subject formation.

Commodities play an integral role in the creation and maintenance of personas - to such a degree that they begin to take on characteristics of labor, provenance, and politics, such as distressed clothing or fair trade labels. This essay proposes that we have begun to freight our commodities with their own personas and imagined subjecthoods, and that this shift is foreshadowed in the transformation of artistic practices in the late twentieth century.Two theories on the status of contemporary artworks have come to recent prominence - David Joselit’s “Painting Beside Itself,” which argues that artworks need image not just their status as commodities but rather their circulation and [social] networks, and Isabelle Graw’s claim that artworks are being reconsidered as imaginary “quasi-subjects.” Thus, artworks are being equated with persons, not by their looks but by their actions. This new apprehension of objects finds its own roots in American sculptural debates of minimalism in the late 1960’s, where theorists resorted to ascribing subjectivities to objects to account for the relentless anthropomorphism of even those works which attempted to fully excise the human form.Proponents of “quasi-subjecthood” argue from two tacks: the object either is a subject of its own, or is propped on the “ghostly presence” of its maker. I believe this indicates two predominant characterizations of commodities: full subjects, or signs of an absent maker. Both arguments flirt with a fetishism that, in giving personas and personalities to objects, threatens to erase the social conditions in which each object is made. However, there may be a way in which these imaginaries can be harnessed as prosthetics for our communities. This essay explores possible avenues for artists and critics to create ethical objects for societies of art.

The specifics of temporary employment in which there are temporary work agency and the user employer acting at employer’s side makes collective agreements conditions much more complicated against those settled in the Labour Code. Collective agreements should play an increasing role in the system of sources of labour law. In particular, in non-standard forms of employment mainly at temporary work. Collective agreements in a more perfect way are able to reconcile the protective function of labor law and the need for flexibility of employment.

Abstract Background: Research conducted at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Dr. Kariadi Semarang in 2013 stated that out of 1,719 deliveries, 82 (5%) were preterm labor cases. Although there are many predictors for predicting imminent preterm labour, the complete prediction and prevention have not been established. Prevention of preterm labor through screening is the key to antenatal care. Good early prediction on a premature labor will provide adequate antenatal surveillance and special interventions.Objective: to analyze the relationship between cervical length, bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infections, and premature rupture of membranes with the incidence of preterm labor.Methods: It is an observational analytic study in the form of the design of cross sectional with subject of pregnant women who experienced imminent preterm labour at gestational age 28-34 weeks and were treated at the ward of Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital Dr. Kariadi Semarang and network hospital during the study period (n=112). Subjects were assessed for the clinical risk (BV, premature rupture of the membrane, urinary tract infection) and sonography (cervical length). Statistical analysis was performed with paired t-test for normally distributed data and Mann Whitney if otherwise. Analysis of the relationship between variables and the incidence of preterm labor was carried out by the X 2 testResults: From 112 subjects, it was found that the Prevalence Ratio (PR) for cervical length, bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infections and premature rupture of membranes to the incidence of imminent preterm labor was 2.2;2.32;1.99 and 2.36 respectively. From the multivariate analysis, it was found that bacterial vaginosis and premature rupture of membranes were the most influencing factors for the incidence of imminent premature labor with Odd Ratios of 6.497 and 21.362, respectively.Conclusion: There is a relationship between cervical length (≤25 mm ), bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infections and premature rupture of membranes in the incidence of preterm labor.

ENTITIES OF EMPLOYER’S RESPONSIBILITY IN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSThis text is focused on the issue of an employer treated as a subject of the responsibility in labour law relations. The labour law doctrine shows that the responsibility of an employer for an infringement of its obligations may be analysed in a wide sense which is not limited to the responsibility of an employer as defi ned in article 3 of Polish Labour Code. The other legal or natural persons which bear responsibility with an employer or instead of it must be taken into account. To this aim the author reviews the responsibility of some legal and natural persons: a leading partner of a company acting as an employer, the Guaranteed Workers’ Benefi ts Fund and a legal person in the context of obligations of its organizational unit which is an employer according to article 3 of Polish Labour Code. Above-mentioned situations are of a heterogeneous nature. Therefore it is impossible to apply to them the unifi ed rules of legal evaluation. In some cases it may be stated that a named subject bears responsibility which is characteristic for the employer’s party of labour relations e.g. a legal person which answers for the obligations of its organizational unit being an employer. In other cases we deal with a type of responsibility which comes beyond the scope of the notion of employer’s party responsibility but this does not mean that it should not be a subject of a discussion on the notion of responsibility in labour law.

The main theoretic aspects of the article show favorable opportunities for the growth and realizing the labour and business potential of workers as a result of increasing the flexibility of employment. Besides, they characterize the problems in consequence of the fact of losing labour and social guarantees of workers.The Main Empiric Aspects of the Article defines the structures of employed workers, differentiated according to the combination of standard and non-standard forms of their employment.The Results of the Study are focused on working out proposals for realizing the positive potential of flexible employment and reducing its negative consequences.

The Labour Reform fruit of Laws n. 13.427/2017 and 13.467/2017 inserted in the Consolidation of Labour Laws new forms of employment that until then were not regulated in Brazil, namely: telework, intermittent, hypersufficient and outsourced. Thus, employment modalities that until then were the subject of labour jurisprudence, such as outsourcing and teleworking, began to be specifically regulated, and intermittent and hypersufficient, which were completely strange and considered as labourfraud, also began to have their own regulation. Therefore, it is essential to carry out the constitutional hermeneutics of the articles included in the Consolidation of Labour Laws that regulate these new forms of employment relationship so that these workers have their social rights cataloged in the Federal Constitution guaranteed. The article was based on a bibliographical research and examination of the legal literature, using the deductive method, in the qualitative perspective.

In this paper New Labour's commitment to developing a citizenship curriculum will be reviewed. Characterised by a determination to affect cultural change through the introduction of citizenship education in schools in England from 2002, the Government's citizenship agenda has been developed in the policy process by the Advisory Group on Citizenship (AGC). An explanation of the work of the AGC and the final report Education for Citizenship and the Teaching of Democracy in Schools will be followed by an analysis of how it dealt with the issue of defining the values to be taught in the citizenship curriculum. The ambiguous text of the report reflects the political sensitivity that the subject demands. An investigation of the main reasons and political appeal of invoking the citizenship ideal will precede a review of the inherent contradictions within the New Labour agenda. The paper seeks to describe the dichotomous position of New Labour's explicit commitment to implementing a citizenship curriculum, and the present lack of a clear ideology from which to inform the moral basis of such a venture.

Background: The objective of the study was to evaluate efficacy and safety of oral mifepristone for preinduction cervical ripening and induction of labour in late preterm and term pregnancies with previous caesarean section with intrauterine fetal demiseMethods: This prospective short term study was conducted at Umaid hospital SNMC Jodhpur Rajasthan January 2016 to November 2016. 100 subjects with previous uses beyond 34 week with intrauterine fetal demise and bishop’s score<6 were included. Tablet mifepristone 200mg was given orally after taking written in informed consent. The same dose was repeated after 24 hour according to bishop’s score. Analysis was done with respect to maternal outcome of vaginal delivery, CS, duration of labour.Results: Among 100 subjects, 97 delivered vaginally (97%) delivered within 72 hour of 1% dose. Improvement of bishop’s score was observed in 1 subject (1%), which later required augmentation by oxytocin followed by vaginal delivery.1 subject (2%) failed to respond and required caesarean section, 72 hour after given of 1st dose.Conclusions: Mifepristone can be used safely and effectively for induction of labour in previous one and two LSCS near term and term pregnancies to avoid CS rates.

What follows examines the shifting nature of work to argue that we need to look beyond the employment relationship and the work organization to understand labour. It suggests one tendency in capitalism is to generate ‘all labour as productive of value’ (Harvie, 2005: 161), so that we subsume life to work. The article also suggests that, rather than being new, this development is an intensification of the past. Indeed, by returning to early management writers, it asserts that we can see the scale of management’s political ambition to subsume life to work. As such, to understand labour we need to comprehend the broader issue of capitalism’s social reproduction and the manner in which it recalibrates the subject as a ‘subject of value’.

Анотація:
Approaches to the modernization of the labour relations system of Ukraine are substantiated in the context of the main trends and problems in the field of employment that arise and worsen under the influence of digital transformations of the economy, which are based on the use of innovative mechanisms and qualitative changes in the system of social dialogue. Its platform is a socially responsible partnership that combines the principles and mechanisms of social dialogue, public-private partnership with the principles and mechanisms of social responsibility. The general direction of the transformation in labour relations is subject to the provision of sustainable and balanced socio-economic development, taking into account the opportunities that arise due to the latest digital technologies. The key features of a socially responsible partnership are defined as an innovative system of interaction between subjects of the labour and employment sector development.

Анотація:
The article provides a comparative analysis of practices on regulating the employment of foreign nationals, used in large recipient states (Germany, USA, Canada, Russia, Republic of Korea). The subject of the study is the process of external labor migration, taking into account country regulatory approaches to attracting foreign labour. The study aims to develop theoretical principles and methodology for regulating the process of external labor migration. The methodology is based on the polyparadigmal concept of the study, using theoretical experience in the study of migration processes and the practice of influencing their regulation. The scientific novelty of the study is to assess the effectiveness of a selective approach to attracting foreign workers to national labour markets. As a result of the study, a methodology has been developed to assess the impact of migration processes on labour market regulation in recipient countries. Promising for countries hosting external migrant workers is the mechanism of targeted organized recruitment of foreign nationals to carry out work activities. At the heart of this mechanism is the selective selection of job seekers on the basis of professional, sociocultural, educational and personal criteria that correspond to the interests of the host external migrants of society and the recipient state. To understand the basic administrative approaches and the system of economic, legal and social instruments for regulating the process of external labour migration, it is important to study the practice of adaptation activities of large recipient States, which have a systematic and proven mechanism of inclusion of foreign job seekers. Measures to regulate external labour migration needed to be balanced, since increased restrictive measures could lead to an increase in illegal external labour migration, and excessive preferences for foreign workers could restrict the rights of recipient citizens.

SummarySubject and purpose of work: The contemporary labour market in Poland is characterised by a large scale of migration of people, caused by the desire to find a good job. This situation is facilitated by the possibility of free movement within the European Union. The purpose of this study is to present the concept of migration, its types, causes and effects. Statistics related to the labour migration of Poles are also presented. The subject of the study is the migration activity of Poles abroad. The obtained data are presented using the descriptive method and graphical methods.Materials and methods: National literature and statistical data were used during the work on the research problem.Results: Statistics showing the scale of the migration phenomenon in Poland are presented. The research period covered the years 2013-2018.Conclusions: Over the period under consideration, the number of Poles travelling abroad for work purposes decreased. This may be due to the decreasing number of unemployed people and the lower unemployment rate in Poland. At the same time, an increasing number of job offers in the national labour market can be observed.
