Анотація:
The structural-parametric synthesis of neural networks of deep learning, in particular convolutional neural networks used in image processing, is considered. The classification of modern architectures of convolutional neural networks is given. It is shown that almost every convolutional neural network, depending on its topology, has unique blocks that determine its essential features (for example, Squeeze and Excitation Block, Convolutional Block of Attention Module (Channel attention module, Spatial attention module), Residual block, Inception module, ResNeXt block. It is stated the problem of structural-parametric synthesis of convolutional neural networks, for the solution of which it is proposed to use a genetic algorithm. The genetic algorithm is used to effectively overcome a large search space: on the one hand, to generate possible topologies of the convolutional neural network, namely the choice of specific blocks and their locations in the structure of the convolutional neural network, and on the other hand to solve the problem of structural-parametric synthesis of convolutional neural network of selected topology. The most significant parameters of the convolutional neural network are determined. An encoding method is proposed that allows to repre- sent each network structure in the form of a string of fixed length in binary format. After that, several standard genetic operations were identified, i.e. selection, mutation and crossover, which eliminate weak individuals of the previous generation and use them to generate competitive ones. An example of solving this problem is given, a database (ultrasound results) of patients with thyroid disease was used as a training sample.

Анотація:
The morphological methods are successful analytical and practical tools for development and choice of new engineering solutions. They can be successfully used in the conceptual and preliminary design stages of the development of new systems, products and technologies. The article discusses the scope of application, classification, advantages and disadvantages of this approach. The design process consists of two stages - structural synthesis and parametric optimization. The morphological approach is used for the structural synthesis stage. Structural synthesis generates a significant number of variants. This stage is the most important tool for achieving the high characteristics of the systems being designed. The article discusses the ratios between parametric, structural and structural-parametric methods of synthesis. The possibility of computerizing the stage of structural synthesis on morphological approach is discussed.

Purpose of this paper is to improve parameters of metal structures elements of hoisting-and-transport machines (HTMs) by means of systematic approach to study changes of their stress-strain state during design or usage stage. Subject of the study is pattern of changes in distribution and values of stresses in elements of metal structures of HTMs depending on the structural and parametric characteristics. Design methodology of metal structures of HTMs on the basis of a portal crane is proposed, it is based on strength calculations using methods of allowable stresses and FEM, 3D computer simulation, system analysis of the stress-strain state and structural-parametric synthesis. Results of modeling of loading state and calculations of the portal crane metal structures on strength by FEM in CAD/CAE system, analysis of their stress-strain state, structural-parametric synthesis are presented. Recommendations on practical application of the results are given. Possible ways of further development of proposed solutions are identified.

This paper addresses the structural-parametric synthesis and kinematic analysis of the RoboMech class of parallel mechanisms (PM) having two sliders. The proposed methods allow the synthesis of a PM with its structure and geometric parameters of the links to obtain the given laws of motions of the input and output links (sliders). The paper outlines a possible application of the proposed approach to design a PM for a cold stamping technological line. The proposed PM is formed by connecting two sliders (input and output objects) using one passive and one negative closing kinematic chain (CKC). The passive CKC does not impose a geometric constraint on the movements of the sliders and the geometric parameters of its links are varied to satisfy the geometric constraint of the negative CKC. The negative CKC imposes one geometric constraint on the movements of the sliders and its geometric parameters are determined on the basis of the Chebyshev and least-square approximations. Problems of positions and analogues of velocities and accelerations of the considered PM are solved to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed formulations and case of study.

The article is devoted to improving the methods for building throttle diagrams of gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers of physical and mechanical parameters of fluids. The authors reviewed modern throttle transducers of various parameters, built on different diagrams, with different numbers and types of throttle elements, with different output signals. We established that the goodness of the measuring transducer is determined both by the structural diagram and the design characteristics of the throttle elements of a specific measuring diagram. The article proposes using structural synthesis with parametric optimization to achieve the specified characteristics of the gas-hydrodynamic transducers. The aim is to develop an effective method for building throttle diagrams of gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers of physical and mechanical parameters of fluids using structural optimization of diagrams and to evaluate each dia-gram using parametric optimization methods with the appropriate criterion that quantifies the goodness of the measur-ing transducer. To achieve this goal, the authors analyzed the criteria and resources of structural and parametric optimization of gas-hydrodynamic transducers. In particular, the following resources of structural synthesis of measuring transducers’ dia-grams are analyzed: diagram order and throttle arrangement, type of throttles, output signals, supply mode of the transducer. Approaches to parametric optimization of throttle diagrams are offered: based on the mathematical model, one defines the objective function, forms restrictions on variable and fixed values, substantiates optimization parameters, chooses the optimization method. As a result of the research, the authors developed a technique for structural and parametric optimization of gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers, making it possible to synthesize throttle diagrams and build mathematical models of transducers of specific parameters of the fluid with optimal characteristics.

The algorithm of structural and parametric synthesis of automatic control systems for limitedly uncertain non-linear objects with unstable balance status and right own values in their exit matrix is proposed. The pecu-liarity of the structural synthesis algorithm is that synthesized automatic control systems use differential com-pensating connection with two components. The signal of one of them is proportional to the signal of disa-greement between the required and measured values of the state vector of the system. A signal of another com-ponent is formed by the sign-operated integral feedback on the module of the control influence. The algorithm of parametric synthesis is reduced to solving the problem at a conditional minimum of integral regulatory error when limiting the characteristic frequency multi-member module to an algorithmically linearized system.

The aim of the study was to increase the speed, quantity and quality of solutions in intelligent systems aimed at solving the problem of structural–parametric synthesis of models of large discrete systems with a given behavior. As a hypothesis, it was assumed that the adapted model of an artificial neural network is able to control changes in the parameters of the functioning of the operators of the genetic algorithm directly in the process of solving the problem of intelligent structural–parametric synthesis of models of large discrete systems. To solve the problem of managing the process of intelligent search for solutions based on a genetic algorithm, an artificial neural network, which is used as an add-in, must dynamically change the “destructive” ability of operators based on data about the current and/or historical state of the population. In the article, the theory of Petri nets is used as a single mathematical device capable of modeling the work of evolutionary procedures. This mathematical tool is able to simulate the operation of a genetic algorithm adapted to solving the problem of structural–parametric synthesis of models of large discrete systems with a given behavior; simulate the operation and training of an artificial neural network; combine the genetic algorithm with a control add-in based on an artificial neural network to prevent attenuation and premature convergence; simulate the process of recognizing the state of the population; and simulate the operation of the models obtained as a result of the synthesis. As an example of the functioning of the proposed approach, the article presents the results of a computational experiment, which considers the problem of structural–parametric synthesis of computer technology based on the developed models of the element base-RS, D and T triggers that are capable of processing a given input vector into the required (reference) output. In the software implementation of the proposed approach, calculations on the CPU and CPU+GPGPU technologies were used.

In this paper, we propose a direct method for the synthesis of robust systems operating under parametric uncertainty of the control plant model. The developed robust control procedures are based on the assumption that the structural properties of the nominal system are conservated over the entire range of parameter changes. The invariant-to-parametric-uncertainties transformation of the initial model to a regular form makes it possible to use the concept of super-stable systems for the synthesis of a stabilizing feedback. It is essential that the synthesis of super-stable systems is carried out not on the basis of assigning eigenvalues to the matrix of the close-loop system, but in terms of its elements. The proposed approach is applicable to a wide class of linear systems with parametric uncertainties and provides a given degree of stability.

The paper presents the analysis of the resources of structural and parametric optimization of gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers of physical and mechanical parameters of fluids. Resources such as the number of throttles and their arrangement in the diagram, type of throttle elements, measuring channels with a certain type of output signal, the supply mode of the measuring transducer can be integrated into the design process of the measuring transducer of a specific parameter. A mathematical apparatus based on set theory and combinatorial analysis is proposed for synthesizing the possible structures of throttle diagrams, graph theory – for forming a set of measuring channels. The authors have given examples demonstrating the possibilities of building different diagrams of measuring transducers using the resources for structural synthesis. The proposed resources are the means of structural and parametric optimization for synthesizing the gas-hydrodynamic measuring transducers with optimal characteristics.

The structural and parametric analysis presented in this work is understood as an inverse task of dynamics. The solution to this task is to obtain structure and parameters of a system meeting initial requirements. This synthesis may be used as a non-classical method of designing mechanical systems [1÷7]. The presented work extends this issue. Apart from designing a system consisting solely of passive elements, it also describes a subsystem, whose operation reduces undesired vibration of the primary system. The basic analysis which will be performed is to test the influence of applying electric elements on the primary mechanical set [1,3,6]. The analysis will be done on the example of system which were obtained while conducting the structural and parametric synthesis. In order to design a system including an active subsystem in the form of electric elements reducing vibration by means of a non-classical method of designing.

СаратовРанее методами теории комбинированных динамических систем (КДС) были исследованы области устойчивости спутников с упруго деформируемыми элементами конструкции, и был реализован параметрический синтез по линеаризованной модели с учетом времени запаздывания в исполнительных органах систем стабилизации. В настоящей работе по результатам численного моделирования спутников с упруго деформируемыми элементами конструкции показано, что нелинейная КДС с запаздыванием в исполнительных органах системы управления может быть стабилизирована в результате параметрического синтеза по линеаризованной модели. Previously, the stability regions of satellites with elastically deformable structural elements were investigated by the methods of the theory of hybrid dynamical systems (HDS), and parametric synthesis was realized by the linearized model taking into account the time lag in the stabilization system. In this paper, based on the results of numerical modeling of satellites with elastic-deformable structural elements, it is shown that the nonlinear HDS with a delay in the control system can be stabilized as a result of parametric synthesis by a linearized model.

The more designing solutions at the search stage for design for high-rise buildings can be synthesized by the engineer, the more likely that the final adopted version will be the most efficient and economical. However, in modern market conditions, taking into account the complexity and responsibility of high-rise buildings the designer does not have the necessary time to develop, analyze and compare any significant number of options. To solve this problem, it is expedient to use the high potential of computer-aided designing. To implement automated search for design solutions, it is proposed to develop the computing facilities, the application of which will significantly increase the productivity of the designer and reduce the complexity of designing. Methods of structural and parametric optimization have been adopted as the basis of the computing facilities. Their efficiency in the synthesis of design solutions is shown, also the schemes, that illustrate and explain the introduction of structural optimization in the traditional design of steel frames, are constructed. To solve the problem of synthesis and comparison of design solutions for steel frames, it is proposed to develop the computing facilities that significantly reduces the complexity of search designing and based on the use of methods of structural and parametric optimization.

The object of research is the military radio communication system. One of the most problematic areas in the management of military radio resources is the interference of military radio systems and facilities. A number of works have been devoted to the research of ways to increase the noise immunity of military radio communication systems and facilities. However, the known works contain some results of research by scientists aimed at increasing the noise immunity of military radio systems and facilities and do not have a comprehensive approach. In this article, the problem of developing a method of structural-parametric synthesis of the noise protection subsystem of special purpose radio communication systems is solved. The scientific problem is solved by formalizing the problem of structural-parametric synthesis of the noise protection subsystem of military radio communication systems, starting with its mathematical description and synthesis of the quantitative and qualitative structure of the noise protection subsystem. In the course of the research, the authors used the main provisions of the queuing theory, the theory of automation, the theory of complex technical systems and general scientific methods of cognition, namely analysis and synthesis. The novelty of this technique is the synthesis of the structure of the military radio system and the parameters of the radio system in the context of electronic conflict. This technique is multi-criteria, in which the parameters are different in importance. The basis of this technique is the principle of nonlinear scheme of A. Voronin compromises. This technique allows to: – to synthesize the structure of the radio communication system in the conditions of electronic conflict; – to determine the optimal number of radio communication devices to ensure management tasks in the conditions of electronic conflict; – to substantiate a set of mechanisms to increase the noise immunity of the noise protection subsystem in the conditions of electronic conflict. The results of the research should be used at the stage of planning and operational management of the structure and parameters of military radio communication systems.

In the event of accidents in power systems associated with a reduction in frequency in order to prevent the complete repayment of the energy district and accelerate the elimination of the accident, frequency division automatics (FDA) are used. Existing technical solutions for the implementation of the FDA do not always provide a balance of the generated and consumed power under the action of the FDA, since the current circuit-mode situation is not taken into account. The aim of this work is to develop effective algorithms for the functioning of adaptive FDA, which allocates power units of a power plant to a balanced load of an isolated energy district, taking into account the current circuit-mode situation. To achieve this goal, we use the method of structural and parametric synthesis of emergency control algorithms, which consists in creating a composite algorithmic model of adaptive FDA. The result of this work is the developed algorithmic model of an adaptive FDA of a power plant, consisting of input and processing algorithms for input analog signals of a FDA, algorithms for input and processing of input discrete signals of a FDA, algorithms for generating start-up organs of a FDA, algorithms for allocating a power plant to a balanced load of a power district. The proposed algorithm for the functioning of adaptive FDA is universal and allows you to automatically allocate power units of a power plant to a balanced load of an isolated energy district, regardless of the type of accident and its cause, the configuration of the electrical network and the values of electricity generation and consumption, as well as the current circuit-mode situation.
