The human being is a mystery, he is not only nature, and he is not only soul, but these two together and more than that, he represents the divine seal on the individual. The human being can only be defined as a being impossible to define. Man created in God’s image is immortal, unique, non-recurring and we can even say impossible to clone. Beyond these statements, deep within himself, man discovers himself as a being animated by light and grace that do not come from within, but from the outside, as tension that is above all laws and mechanisms caused by it and which could be altered. Not only by means of his soul, but also by means of his body can any man achieve uniqueness, which makes it so that no body is completely identical to another. We find proof in finger prints or even in the composition of strands of hair, which differ from man to man. With each body, as with each soul, God wanted to make one of His special thoughts come alive. That is why it is not allowed to treat people as simple, identical copies of the same reality, but each person should be considered and treated as a unique value in time and space.

This article is the result of theological research on the subject of life. The phenomenon of life is multifaceted, but often it cannot be defined because it is a mystery. The author of the article, based on the truth that man is a biological-psycho-spiritual unity, interprets these spheres in the key of St. Bonaventure’s idea, describes them as vestigium, umbra, and imago Dei. The issue of spiritual life in the category of Imago Dei is analyzed in detail. The author tries to answer the questions that arise by using not only theological fields: or is there an openness to transcendence only in a man? What does it mean to be an image of God? How to achieve a full life? The sphere of bios, psyche, and zoe in the human person are permeating each other, but this spiritual life transcends the previous two planes. This distinguishes man from other creatures and gives him a unique character. God, in His goodness and freedom, grants man life, creates him as a free being and in His image. But the perfect image of the Father is Jesus Christ. In His Incarnation, He showed us the fullness of humanity and through imitation and union with Christ, man can become conformed to the image of God. In this way, it is finally possible to obtain full participation in the communion with God in the Holy Trinity.

The article deals with the problem of civilizational identity in the light of the experience of socio-cultural “borderland”. The author defines identity as a state of community or personality that has acquired the meaning of existence and, thus, integrity. Under the condition of identity differ in the image of identity and the identificational pivot-invariant. The image of identity is a spiritual reality, the basis of the “spiritual body” of civilization, reflecting its ideas about itself, its place in history. Identifying a core-invariant is the reality of the connection of the spiritual and the material “body” of civilization. In its spiritual aspect it is either the same as (fully or partially) with the image of civilization, or is in conflict (to varying degrees). The key characteristic of civilizations of the “borderline” type-the dominant of diversitydetermined the specificity of their identification sphere: relatively frequent (in comparison with the great “classical” civilizations of the East and the West) change of identity images while maintaining the same identification invariant – the process of interaction of diverse traditions. According to the author, the experience of civilizational “borderland” is especially valuable in modern conditions. The main conclusions that can be drawn from the study of this experience. First, it is possible to achieve the unity of the civilizational system in the conditions of the dominant diversity. Secondly, it is possible to preserve the identificational core-invariant with a relatively frequent (again, in comparison with the great “classical” civilizations of the East and the West) change in the images of the identity of civilizations of the “border” type.

Research of the cultural artistic image is the issue of the nowadays of contemporary aesthetics. As a result, of that value that is acquired by artistic images in a modern culture, and new creative opportunities of cultural development, in the sphere of arts that is predefined by new realities in the field of cultural existence of man in the world. In Ukrainian scienctific research withstand and accept thesis the point that art, mainly in the formof image, becomes active, culturecreative force that acts directly on spiritual-emotional world of a person. At the sametime, culture-creative activity of art can appear beyond and pose vivid embodiment of artistic idea. A work of art is able to reflect theoretical, moral, legal and other public ideas that can influence on people exactly in such their hypostasis. To a large extent relying on modern, and not only modern, artistic practice, and taking into account theoretical works, we can confidently talk about the levels of vividness of art and levels of activity, cultural-creative nature of art. An important moment in terms of clarifying the cultural specificity of the artistic image is that it, thanks to its content, is constantly includedin the structure of social practice. In order to outline the way of analyzing the artistic image as a special phenomenon of culture the essential features of which are expressed in its cultural potential, it is firstly necessary to understand what the image represents an integral cultural and spiritual formation that has certain properties and qualities distinguishing it from all other spiritual phenomena. It is necessary to clarify the structuraland typological features, which, on the one hand, characterize it as a specific element of art, and on the other – contain something that constantly displays the artistic image beyond the boundaries of art. The concept of the "image-action" is able to grasp by its content a number of artistic features that characterize it, on the one hand, as a way of spiritual and practical mastering by a person of reality in accordance with all the consequences that stem from this feature ofart. With the other – with the possibilities of analysis open from the standpoint of its active being in society as a phenomenon of culture, its cultural dimensions.

During the fourteenth century, Venetian chronicles, art, and ceremony fostered provocative analogies between angelic annunciation and the political voice of the Venetian populace. Such analogies imagined a city whose civic and heavenly members were united through the sound of unanimity. At the intersection of the state’s civic and celestial bodies stood the doge, considered to be the image of the Republic and of its patron, Saint Mark. A complex of sung ceremonies and musical compositions addressed to the doge dramatized the notion that the voice, as a ritual instrument, could engender real political or spiritual change in the state and its leaders. Performances of acclamations to the doge positioned him within Venice’s sacred and civic hierarchies, while state art and ceremony forged symbolic resemblances between ducal acclamation and angelic annunciation. A repertory of occasional motets evidences polyphonic play with the notion that vocal rituals centered on the doge could activate the spiritual ideals of the state: the anonymous Marce, Marcum imitaris (c. 1365) draws a sonic analogy between spiritual likeness and musical imitation in order to dramatize the concept of the doge as Mark’s image, whereas Johannes Ciconia’s Venecie mundi splendor/Michael qui Stena domus elides a text dedicated to the Annunciate Virgin with one addressed to the doge, creating musical echoes and simultaneities in its praises of Venice’s temporal and celestial leaders.

The main task of man at the turn of the epoch is the transformation of himself into a new one, "which is renewed in knowledge in the image that created it" (Colossians 3:10). A person should fall in love, discover his spiritual self, learn to see, hear and feel the Spiritual World - that is, quite differently than now, to see the Reality. It is very important for a person to know the hidden meaning of things, and to introduce vague feelings and ideas of his inner world into images and words. Our eyes in the Spiritual are knowledge: a person transformed by knowledge can enter into the vibrations of the Spiritual World where, acting by consciousness, according to the words of the apostle Paul, becomes a co-worker of God (1 Corinthians 3.9).

The index of understanding dimensions is low, namely 3.13 for self-image and 3.40 for motivation. This paper aims to find a new pastoral strategy in reaching generation Z for self-image restoration and motor development. The next goal is to build synergy with parents in spiritual growth. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through literature study and observation. The argument is that shepherds play an essential role in developing the understanding dimension of Generation Z. The first step is to restore self-image with the Family Healing Movement with parents. The second thing is that pastors provide spiritual assistance to develop motivation and improve pastoral services on social media through counseling and training guidance. Her contribution; 1) pastors work together with parents to become inspirations and mediators in recovery, 2) spiritual practitioners take a fundamental part in social media, 3) maximize the pioneering of shepherding young people by new shepherds.

Spiritual intelligence is our capacity for developing meaning, vision and value and allows us to dream and to strive. Narcissism is characterized by indulgence in excessive self-love, selfishness, feelings of superiority, disregard for others, lack of empathy, illusions of grandiosity, and the use of people for one’s self gain. Body image relates to a person’s perceptions, feelings and thoughts about his or her body. A 3x2 factorial design was employed to observe the main and interaction effects of BMI (low, normal and high) and gender on spiritual intelligence, narcissism and body image in college students. Further, a correlational design was used to determine the predictors of the dimensions of body image from spiritual intelligence and narcissism. A non probability purposive sampling technique was used to gather data from 360 college students (180 boys and 180 girls) of low, normal and high BMI. There was a significant influence of BMI on fatness evaluation and negative effect. Significant gender differences were seen in some of the dimensions of all the three variables. Also, interaction effect between BMI and gender were reported in certain cases. Results also showed that spiritual intelligence, critical existential thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness, conscious state expansion and narcissism were found to be significant predictors of various criterion variables. Spiritual intelligence can be explored in more than one population in order to gain a better understanding of its influence over body image. Based on the results of the current research study, interventions could be designed which aim at enhancing the understanding of spirituality and spiritual intelligence. This would, in turn, contribute to the fostering of a desirable body image in college students.

The ideas that religion capitalizes on the operation of the attachment system and that believers’ perceived relationships with God can be characterized as symbolic attachment relationships have been well established in the psychology of religion. This study aims to explore the relationships between early caregiver experiences and religious and spiritual struggle and whether loving, distant, and cruel God images are mediators of these relationships. The Experiences in Close Relationship Scale, God Image Scale, and Religious and Spiritual Struggle Scale were applied to the research. Correlations of parent–child attachment with religious and spiritual struggle measures support a correspondence between working models of parents and God. The study has shown that a distant God is a mediator of the relationship between avoidant attachment to one’s parents and divine, meaning making, and religious doubt struggle. A cruel God is a mediator in the relationship between avoidant attachment to one’s parents and interpersonal struggle.

Although Plato's notion of spiritual pregnancy has received a great deal of critical attention in recent years, the development of the metaphor in the Symposium has not been fully analysed. Close attention to the details of the image reveals two important points which have so far been overlooked: (1) There are two quite different types of spiritual pregnancy in the Symposium: a ‘male’ type, which is analogous to the build-up to physical ejaculation, and a ‘female’ type, which is analogous to the physical experience of pregnancy as normally understood.

Photography is a referent medium. While a photograph is a physical object with its own ontology, the image depicted references a moment that has already ended. The mobility of a photograph relies on the divide between presence and absence, the material and the ephemeral. This photographic essay considers the tensions and parallels of such divides in photographing and photographs of sadhus, holy men who wander throughout East Asia. Sadhus relinquish worldly possessions in the name of spiritual pursuits, surviving on whatever the divine provides. The following images illustrate both their radiant spiritual presence, and the trace of a material boundedness.

Abstract This essay examines the significance of Frederic Leighton’s illustrations of George Eliot’s historical novel of Renaissance Florence, Romola (1862–1863). Leighton’s illustrations form a crucial part of Eliot’s vision of her heroine’s movement toward spiritual liberation. Eliot and Leighton together figure this evolution as a pilgrimage that takes us from the Old Testament to the Gospel of John, concluding with one of the most significant moments in the life of Christ: his encounter with the Woman at the Well. Leighton’s depictions of the heroine and Eliot’s narrative powerfully combine to show how Romola’s connection to sacrificial love is combined with increasing authority, as she becomes imagined as the force who unites both the prophetic Old Testament with the manifestations of the New. Romola thus uniquely underscores the place of a complex Victorian aesthetic and print culture within a genealogy of cultural renderings of female agency and mobility.

In the poetry of Daud Kamal, water figures as an image of mercy, as in the Quran, and as a mirror that reflects a divine hidden presence. The rock pool evokes the memory of Gandhara and other foundational civilizations born in love and creative ferment. Conversely, the images of drought, heat, and dust symbolize a parched spiritual order. The river, a recurring archetypal image in Kamal’s poetry, represents the fluid self that is subsumed into collective identity to become a poetic distillate of history.

The text is an attempt to present possible dialogical connections between works of literature and visual arts as an expression of the building up aspiration of the creative spirit to give rise to ideas ,by constructing the universe in fictional worlds. Such dialogue is far from utilitarian and bears the traces of artistic freedom; it is a kind of a play and provocation because it handles artifacts in which spiritual experience has crystallized, knowledge is preserved, and the coordinate system of values characterizing periods or communities is outlined. Although recreated through a different type of expression, a different articulation of meaning - verbal or non-verbal, they are manifestations of a worldview and moral convictions and fulfillment of aesthetic views - the author shows subjectivism regarding the choice of life material, regarding the scheme of its organization, the way its interpretation and the degree of distance from reality. In this sense, the analytical observations on works of literature and fine arts can be based on similar tendencies, related to the prerequisites for their emergence, the influence of sociocultural factors, and the distinction of imaginative, ideological, thematic and stylistic parallels. The characteristics are even more clarified in the contact zone of the two arts.Attention is drawn to icon and illustration, which are to some extent interconnected because, despite their iconographic, stylistic and printing differences, they can be defined as a plastic narrative. They are similar due to the presence of stylization and decorativeness in the image. Their aesthetic nature and social function are a kind of projection of the ideological and artistic tendencies in the spiritual pursuits of the community and the understanding of the role of the creative personality in the cultural and social life.Their juxtaposition with literary texts is conditioned by the possible thematic, ideological, figuratively-emotional and stylistic parallels, which are the basis of the functionality of similar psychological preconditions that determine their creation, as well as of similar aesthetic categories and social tasks to which the authors are subject. In such a view, the unique in both arts is more clearly distinguished, but at the same time, through the different languages, the “spirit of time” in its sociocultural condition is more fully reconstructed. The dialogue between works of literature and fine arts outlines a cultural field in which parallel worlds intersect. The various aspects of the relationship between them are examined - conflicting or complementary, with an emphasis on the idea of their mutual transformation or their clear separation. It is a communication in which meaning penetrates and dissolves into other cultural fields, overcomes limitations and generates additional nuances when it comes to ideas and emotions. The dynamics of their encounter, overlay, transformation or complementarity contribute to create a panoramic picture of the spiritual life over a period of time, to trace cultural interactions and to clarify the specifics of a work of art as an artifact.

Visuality in Robert Louis Stevenson’s Novella “Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” (by Ludmila Dorofeyeva) analyzes some visual images connected with the author’s way of writing, the picture of the world created by him, spatial organization of the text, and content of the characters’ images. According to the levels of art space, we can see two basic types of visual images. The world of “visible”, real actuality is accompanied by some visual images generated by an “outward” sight, which are traditional to a realistic prose. Their main function is a characterological one. Visuality of the second type concerns the mystical side of the novel, accompanies the image of Mr. Hyde and the image of London. It is mainly a metaphorical symbolism and a kind of medieval genre of visions. General historical context of the novel relates to the Late Victorian period, accordingly to the Protestantism; and its spiritual space is a Christian one. Therefore, the nature of this novel’s mysticism is not magical, and the visual images associated with it open their spiritual meanings rather than mystical ones. One of the most important conclusions here is the statement that Mr. Hyde’s image is impersonal, that he lacks personality, which means his lack of personal will and of free self-determination. He is not a double who wants to replace and destroy Dr. Jekyll’s personality but just a transformed Jekyll’s body, a mask, a guise, a “container” for dark, demonic powers; the character of his visuality witnesses that.

This paper argues that Augustine makes use of two principal images in his four extant sermons on Perpetua and Felicity: the masculine image of the combatant, who engages in spiritual warfare with the devil, and the feminine image of the mother, who tramples the diabolical serpent through childbirth. This paper makes the case that in styling the martyrs as combatants and mothers Augustine develops images that first appear in their third-century Passio. This thesis challenges the scholarly consensus which claims that Augustine departs from the content of their Passio in order to present these women behaving in conformity with the “patriarchal” norms of the late antique Church.

Four sermons of Saint Theophan the Recluse addressed to children as well as his writings on upbringing are analysed in the article. The author discovers the parallels and ideological similarities of heritage of Saint Theophan and the 19th-century Russian literature, and he notes that Saint Theophan's sermons are intended to strengthen the spirit of children and adolescents, and to upbringing in love for God. A number of ideas and provisions on the spiritual and moral life of man, that sermons of Saint Theophan and Russian classical writers have in common, are discussed in the article. In the heritage of Saint Theophan the Recluse and most 19th-century writers, we see a representation of the correct path of man, a rationale for the values that shape a spiritually developed personality. Special attention in the article is paid to the compositional construction of Saint Theophan's sermons. The commonality of spiritual and moral problems, the proximity of the tasks of the heritage of the saint and the Russian classic suggest that it is impossible to study the latter outside Orthodox patristic tradition.

The author of the article considered the peculiarities of the plastic interpretation of Carmen image in Bizet's opera in terms of the concept of "Soul and body: opposition or harmony?". The urgency of the study is due to the need to rethink the image of the protagonist in the new paradigm of theatrical art. The purpose of the study is to determine the stylistic features of the plastic solution of the image of the main character in the evolutionary development of the role-playing game. The author of the research applied the methodology based on an integrated approaches conditioned by the synthesis of the comparative method (innovative approaches of the composer to the opera), genrestylistic method (specifics of dance in opera), analytical method (characteristic features of Carmen's image), interpretive method (plastic interpretation of the metamorphoses of the spiritual and physical principles of the protagonist). The scientific novelty lies in the delineation of significant changes in the relationship between the spiritual and the corporeal in the plastic communication of Jose and Carmen. J. Bizet's innovative approaches to the composition of the opera "Carmen" are clarified which consists in identifying the following points: the creation of a realistic psychological drama, its expansion beyond the genre of comic opera; choosing a new type of the main character, who acts as herald of female images cult in the decadence era. The author emphasizes the important place of dance in the plastic images of the main characters of the opera, its effectiveness in the development of the plot line of the work in contrast to the illustrative divertissement samples of previous operas. The "exotic" type of the main heroine is outlined, whose appearance in theatrical themes became an announcer of the formation of the fundamental beginnings of the Art Nouveau style. The symbolic moments of plastic communication between Jose (rhythmic pantomime) and Carmen (dance pantomime) prove the gradual evolution of the spiritual and physical essences of the main character from opposition to harmony. Prospects for further explorations in terms of compositional and architectural solutions of mass ballet scenes in accordance with modern realities are predicted.

Public Relations is the company's functional organ in building an image aimed at gaining public trust as a potential market. Through this trust the value of a company has increased, both in aspects of customer loyalty and corporate profits. The ability to increase the value of the company will be the strength to win the competition, so the company is able to maintain sustainability and experience growth. Based on that, a strategy to build and maintain an image is needed. Besides other facts, the company's ability to survive in a pandemic condition is an interesting plus point to be investigated. To get comprehensive information, researchers interviewed informants directly from the owner, manager, employees, customers, and the community around the hotel. The results showed that the application of the public relations strategy was done through a human relations approach, and the media relations strategy was implemented according to their respective goals. Human relations approach, aimed at maintaining internal and external relations of the company environment. So that good relations between fellow employees, stake holders, customers, the community and regulators are harmoniously established. As for media relations, it is intended to build and maintain a general corporate image through social media and direct communications. In another aspect, this study also found the importance of the owner's spiritual character. This spiritual character has created public sympathy that is relevant to the general purpose of the company. The above proves that there are three things that must be considered in building the company's image through the spiritual strategy of public relations, namely the value of public relations itself, human relations and media relations, and the third is the personal character of the owner. So that the target of public relations activities to be effective for improving the company's image

Spiritual and sports performance have multiple implications, individual and social, which go beyond the strict environment in which the case and their perception may be a means of education and training. Trouble perception moral responsibility must be attributed primarily to educational environments and not as individuals.

Abstract. Anger and Aggression in the Christian Cultural Behaviour. One of the typical pitfalls of the Christian practice of piety is the image of the Christian man born of high ideals. The inner image of the perfect Christian hides man’s true SELF. The incorporation of sin-oriented theology, shame, and self-infidelity shapes hiding strategies in Christians. This is the reason for disabling impermissible feelings such as anger and aggression. However, spiritual bypasses that offer a quick solution pose a serious threat to Christian communities. Achieving a realistic view of the image on canvas or paper is a key requirement of the portrait genre. Since the establishment of the professional school of painting, the portrait has attracted the attention of Azerbaijani artists and has been widely used in their work. Thus, in our miniatures of the Middle Ages, as well as among the paintings created in the XIX–XXI centuries, you can find beautiful, eye-catching portraits with high artistic value. Thus, the portrait has always occupied one of the main places in Azerbaijani painting. Of course, the main object of the portrait genre is a person, so its spiritual world and position in society is the main theme of fine art. For many years, portraits in Azerbaijani painting have been mainly dedicated not only to creative intellectuals, but also to workers, collective farmers and labor pioneers. In portraits, on the one side, there is a generalization of images, and on the other side, there is a more democratic approach to the selection of models. The characters in the portraits are close people, friends, relatives of the artists, or strangers who are attracted only by their appearance. Elements of painting in the human image of Azerbaijani artists attract attention: color, texture experiment, spatial elements, format, etc. It is known that in order to create a realistic portrait, artists must master the perception of emotions in a person’s environment, as well as master the art of realist painting. Throughout the development of the portrait genre, artists are engaged in research, trying to convey the true image of a person in an objective way. In the portrait genre, the image of the century was clearly visible. In the portraits of Azerbaijani artists, generalized, energetic, strong images are often replaced by psychologically complex characters. There is a growing interest in the spiritual world of images, the tendency to reach the depths of thought and intellect, to create a portrait with a rich spiritual content. Portraits created by Azerbaijani artists in modern times differ in their main features, such as deep spirituality and strict intellect.

Nowadays the spiritual and moral tendencies of Russian society are due to the opposition of the spiritual and moral foundations of the traditional mentality to the intrusion of Western non-traditional mentality values. As a result of the imbalance, the spiritual image of Russian society, as well as the spiritual and moral image of the individual, his worldview is transformed. The representatives of educational institutes, state and municipal authorities, the media, who are most closely related to this problem, discuss the issues of the spiritual and moral development of a personality, emphasizing their importance for the civilizational future of Russia. An expert assessment of spirituality and morality provides the opportunity to determine the possible ways of overcoming the crisis. In this regard, an expert survey as a sociological study was conducted in three stages: in 2009 it was a pilot study to clarify the toolkit, as well as in 2010 and 2019 there were some surveys of the representatives of three activity areas. The research was based on such approaches as personal, activity, systemic and subjective. The results were the consideration of the experts’ understanding of the content of the concepts “spirituality”, “morality”, “spiritual and moral development”, the determination of the level of morality and spirituality of Russian society, the conditions that cause its decline, and the conditions, resulting in its development. An expert survey made it possible to reveal a low level of the spiritual and moral development of the society, distortion of the spiritual and moral baselines for the development.

This paper explores why women with disabilities need to learn and understand their stories as part of the spiritual journey. Spirituality teaches us to live into our stories, where we find empowerment and freedom to transcend disability and re-create a positive self-image. Negative self-images contribute to the myths about who we are. As we come to know the myths we have lived with, we are enabled to shatter them and change our lives. The spiritual journey teaches us to live with rather than suffer from disability. We learn to Be who we are with our disability, while also Becoming all we are created to be by discovering our gifts and full potentiality.

The article stresses that Georgy P. Fedotov's systematic reference to the Bible enabled him in his historical monographs (Abelard, St. Filipp Metropolitan of Moscow, Saints of Ancient Russia, Spiritual Poems ) to reconstruct the spiritual reality of past eras and symbolically perceive the present. Fedotov intended to know The Gospel in History, Russian religiosity, exploring it on the material of hagiographies of saints, spiritual poems, folk faith, apocrypha, and prologues. Fedotov considered the history of Russian culture in terms of a "living chain," an integral phenomenon existing due to the Holy Scriptures and Holy Tradition. However, "The sacred tradition of the Church is included in the general stream of historical tradition, all complex, always muddy, human weaving truth and falsehood." Fedotov raised the question of the relationship between scientific criticism and biblical exegetics: how can we reconcile exegetics of sacred texts, which assume that the Bible is an inspired book, and historical criticism, which by its very nature cannot share such a position, being aimed at comprehending objective historical reality? He solved it convincingly practically through hermeneutic religious analysis of hagiographic monuments and spiritual verses. In his Spiritual Poems Fedotov explores folklore material compared to biblical texts, hagiographies, and apocrypha, to comprehend the peculiarity of religious "Weltanschauung" and popular orthodoxy. In spiritual verses, there was a transformation of biblical images (Christ, the Virgin Mary, the Last Judgment) under the influence of folk faith with pagan features. In folklore texts, Fedotov reveals how Christ, from savior and redeemer, turns into a king and dreadful judge. The image of the Mother of God merges in the popular consciousness with the image of the mother earth, suffering from people. Eschatological prophecies are based on impressions from icons, frescoes, and lubok pictures. Fedotov's historical monographs illuminate various aspects of Russian religious consciousness regarding Holy Scripture, considering dogmatic biblical exegetics and historical criticism. All the mentioned facts allow us to assert that Fedotov was the leading secular biblical scholar of the Russian diaspora.

The article emphasizes that in the study of the creative personality and worldview in art, his beliefs, confession of heart, life position, activity, attitude to the artistic word - all should be taken into account and studied on this basis. It is also possible to solve this problem by studying the poetics of the hero created by the creator. In prose, the image and interpretation of the protagonist plays a key role in the assessment of the author's personality, and in poetry the scientific interpretation of Alisher Navoi's lyrical hero.

The article is devoted to the analysis of such phenomena as the cultural world image, sociocultural organism, tradition, in the terms that do not contradict Orthodox anthropology. Sociocultural organism means socium (that can be bigger or smaller than ethnos), which is the culture bearer, transforming pure social connections into organically-cultural ones. The socium is subject to socio-biological and personalistic-spiritual rules, which manifest in the structure and functions of the cultural world image and in the patterns of social activity. Tradition is one of the most striking examples of how the natural, social, cultural, personal and spiritual factors overlap and combine, and lead to the formation of important social institutions.

The phenomenon of Kanda Pat's spiritual commodification in Bali tourism healing is an interesting thing to look at. On the one hand, Kanda Pat in Balinese society is still a local belief, but there is also a brand that is used as a modern spiritual healing brand. The purpose of this study is to reveal the occurrence of commodification, the form of commodification, and its implications. The approach used in this study is the study of culture with a theoretical foundation based on a critical paradigm. This study reveals the causal phenomena of spiritual commodification, namely commodification requires changes in merchandise of commodities through the packaging of spiritual elements with high image values. The form of spiritual commodification includes all forms of spiritual means and practices that are packaged in such a way as to be of economic value, and in particular in this study, the spiritual Kanda Pat. The implication of Kanda Pat's spiritual commodification is the strengthening of Kanda Pat's spiritual existence, spiritual healing service competition, reproduction of local spiritual discourse, and the trend of spirituality in Bali as an international tourist destination.

Region’s media image modelling is a very topical problem of the information age from the view of productive functioning of territories, their socio-economic and political status. The article presents the role of values in the media image structure, analyzes axiological components of the Transbaikal Territory media image, and shows its cultural and content characteristics. Research findings are based on some data from a sociological survey carried out in 2021, where 911 residents of the region of different ages (20 to 68) took part, as well as the results of a survey of 48 regional journalists from different communication channels. The attention is paid to the conceptual component of the Region Media Image, as well as to the special role of the actor of multimedia content.Typological and cognitive analyses allowed us to identify the empirical material and present it as a system of cultural and historical dominant ideas. Major characteristics of media image axiology are based on linguocultural approach, emphasizing the values of traditional culture. Media image axiology presents a triple-stage system with its regional specific features, distinct content including spiritual and moral, cultural and historical, and natural values. Spiritual and moral priorities reflect region’s mental view of the world and focus on the values of labour, kindness, grace, sincerity and patriotism, preservation of family values, faith in justice. Cultural and historical context is enriched by the folk heroes of the past and present, traditions, beliefs and customs. Coronavirus pandemic made actors of information flows focus on natural resources of Transbaikalia. During the study, we revealed a correlation between the axiological instrumentation of designing the media image of the region and the level of influence of the media discourse on the consumer, between the spiritual and moral picture of the author’s view of the world and the demand for media products by the audience. We justify the need to adjust the work of regional journalists with a texture inherent in modelling the media image of the region. The authors make a conclusion that, on the one hand, a productive media image is designed using values and ideals characteristic of the territory, on the other hand, the cultural and historical space of the region is a tool for necessary identification with a place of residence, a link between generations and residents of the region.

Jeanne d'Arc has been the wellknown female hero in the Westem tradition. However, the opinion about this hero has varied according to how people interprete her existence. She was known using God's voice in order to convince the French army in defeating British troops. Some of the interpreters have argued that she used that voice to manipulate French troops in order to get her own glory. Others have argued that she was a real hero that passed over the French men's heroism. This article attempts to explore this female heroism from spiritual point of view. It is argued that the spiritual approach used by Jeanne d'Arc was not a manipulation but a strategy to negotiate power mostly handled by men in the arena of conflict.

This paper uses a Tavesian model of religious experience to make a modest theorization about the role of “fabulation”, an embodied and affective process, to understand how some contemporary AI and robotics designers and users consider encounters with these technologies to be spiritually “authorizing”. By “fabulation”, we mean the Bergsonian concept of an evolved capacity that allows humans to see the potentialities of complex action within another object—in other words, an interior agential image, or “soul”; and by “authorizing”, we mean “deemed as having some claim to arbitration, persuasion, and legitimacy” such that the user might make choices that affect their life or others in accordance with the AI or might have their spiritual needs met. We considered two case studies where this agency took on a spiritual or religious valence when contextualized as such for the user: a robotic Buddhist priest known as Mindar, and a chatbot called The Spirituality Chatbot. We show how understanding perceptions of AI or robots as being spiritual or religious in a way that authorizes behavioral changes requires understanding tendencies of the human body more so than it does any metaphysical nature of the technology itself.

Religion, and the desire to find purpose, and often paramount to culture. In this work of philosophical short story fiction, a priest from earth is sent to another planet to continuing the mission work of his predecessor. The planet is inhabited by “teddies” a people with a deep spiritual faith and a belief that it is only by finding and performing one’s life purpose can they serve God’s role. Those that are unable to find their purpose are willingly put to death so that, according to their belief system, they can be reincarnated and make a new attempt at finding their purpose. The visiting human religious leader is appalled by this religious belief, and the religious culture. He goes against the community by helping those that a poor and hungry. This goes against the culture as the teddies see those that are poor or hungry and serving their purpose; they were born to live hungry and poor. The article covers some issues regarding the development of the image of the family in European and Russian cultures. The family is considered as a biological, psychological and social system, establishing certain realities that perform various functions. The study reveals that in Western European countries rational behavior regulators dominate in family and marriage relations, while in Russian families spiritual and moral values traditionally act as behavior regulators. The authors identify the main trends and factors in the transformation of the image of the family in Europe and Russia: a decline in births, a change in family size, an increase in the openness of the sexual sphere, and tolerance of premarital sex. Overcoming such tendencies is seen in the revival and strengthening of the traditional family on a new basis, taking into account the spiritual component, in the preservation and enhancement of family values. The authors conclude that the revival of the institution of the traditional family helps to strengthen not only the family, but also society.

Throughout his life, Christopher Isherwood explored his sense of himself through a range of different genres of writing: autobiography, letters and journals, and fiction. The polysemic image of the mirror plays a major role in the structuring of his novels and other writings. Through the figure of the mirror, the writer signals many nearly imperceptible yet significant changes over time. This article explores this image in a range of Isherwood’s writings, and argues that, through its deployment, the artist very often questions himself about the dichotomy between appearance and reality. The presence of the mirror in the early writings assumes modalities which are distinct from those belonging to the conversion period to Vedanta, the Hindu-oriented philosophy and religion.

We have chosen this empirical research and a transversal section of the current moment in Serbia, integrating religion, individual identity, and the process of secularization. We have used the comparative method in our research of differences and their contribution to the atmosphere that currently prevails in Serbia. We also researched differences between high school students and students of the Theology Seminary of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Through statistical data processing we composed graphs which represent two groups within the youth population: those oriented towards secular professions, and those oriented towards a spiritual vocation. We wondered whether these differences are present only in students who are religious as opposed to those who are from the same school but not religious. What connects believers and makes them different from those who are not religious? The results show that differences between secular and spiritual identity are visible in the self-image, which is possessed by the young and especially referring to the control of one's own behavior. We find that there is a connection between religiosity, morality, sexuality and guilt.

The article is devoted to the work of the Russian painter Dobrolyubov Vladimir Petrovich, who in 2020 marks the centenary of his birth. Special attention is paid to the presentation of his ideals, which inspired the artist to create wonderful paintings depicting the world around him, landscapes and landscapes, urban environment, monuments of ancient Russian architecture, decoration and interiors of the oldest churches from Moscow to Yaroslavl, Pereslavl Zalessky, Staraya Ladoga. From the Russian North to the Crimean mountains and Tsemeskiy Bay. Vladimir Petrovich Dobrolyubov (05.07.1920-24.02.1975) - a student of I.I. Mashkov, N.P. Krymov, G.G. Ryazhskiy, K.F. Yuon, V.V. Krainev, P.I. Kotov, V.I. Finogeev, K.G. Dorokchov. Dobrolyubov V.P., was the veteran of the Great Patriotic war (1941-1945), - the 75th anniversary of the Victory which we celebrate this 2020 year. The author analyzes the paintings of V.P. Dobrolyubov - a natural colorist, nugget, artist, philosopher and citizen of his country. His thoughts on the art of painting based on the beauty and traditions of the Russian school of iconography were the Foundation, the spiritual platform, for all of his painting, created in a short period of life. The author's paintings Dobrolyubov V.P. is of well-deserved interest for art studies and make a worthy, significant contribution to it not only by their high appreciation of color, color spot, and lyrical appearance, but also as works of the history of Russian painting and in particular, the Moscow school of painting, 30-60-ies of XX century, of which he was a representative. Also noteworthy is his understanding of art, his creative pictorial, original, author's handwriting, and also an amazing vision of color and color spot, his own, individual. As well as the interpretation of personal perception, the attitude and understanding of the fundamental foundations of realism in the domestic and world fine arts, expressed and approved in their own, no one repeats, coloristic pictorial language. Dobrolyubov V.P. considered icons, the Russian icon, as a work of art, which following the tradition of Byzantine masters of iconography, undoubtedly constitutes the core of the soul of the artistic creative process, and especially the work of iconographers such as Andrei Rublev, Theophanes the Greek, Vladimir-Suzdal, Moscow, Yaroslavl school of icon-painting as an objective reality of the world of spiritual images in their own work. Artistic creativity, in his opinion, as a representative of the Moscow school of painting, is not an abstract search and self-expression of the artist's beliefs and ideas, but the result of a deep, divine transformation of the soul, its path to truth and to the foundations of realistic art, through the perception of artistic images. Russian iconography of the XIV-XVII centuries, brought to Russia from Byzantium, Dobrolyubov V. P. considered the Russian school of iconography the main, unsurpassed, imperishable Foundation and a masterpiece of Russian fine art. Everywhere in his memories, in his understanding of the basics of art, the artist renounces the concept of copying the image and the icon for him is like a conditional historical symbol, indicating the spiritual image of past centuries. An artistic image is born in the soul of the painter and of course exists outside of iconography, but then it can appear in the minds of other people who contemplate the master's canvases, in which the image of the universal universe and the beauty of the universe is encoded, if you want, encrypted in the very deep images of Russian iconography. Therefore, the icon itself, its image and composition, as a work of art created once in the depths of past centuries, is personified in the mind of the author, as grace and inspiration sent from heaven. Dobrolyubov V.P. confirms the aesthetic and spiritual platform created for any person. Therefore, Russian icons created as spiritually and artistically perfect, self-sufficient works of Russian culture are inextricably linked to the General process for Russian art history, its ability to testify to its highest level in the hierarchy of world art. For the artist Dobrolyubov, Russian iconography is an inseparable part of his spiritual platform, and his works of painting – and, temple art, in conjunction with ancient Russian architecture, with the interiors of churches and their decoration, as well as the sacrament of divine services, baptisms, weddings and funerals, and are the most essential foundation, being, as the very artistic image of all his art work and now, in 2020. Today, 45 years after his death in 1975, his artistic paintings are just as beautiful and heartfelt.
