Повний текст джерелаTrabajos de prospección arqueológica realizados en la parte alta de los valles de Palpa, en la vertiente occidental de los Andes, nos han permitido identificar y registrar un importante número de asentamientos pertenecientes a la culturaParacas, de manera especial, aquellos pertenecientes a las épocas Paracas Medio (550 a 350 a.C.) y Paracas Tardío (350 a 200 a.C.), entre los que destacan varios sitios bastante grandes que presentan construcciones de piedra que conforman estructuras arquitectónicas en forma de flor. Se trata de construcciones en donde se pueden distinguir patios hundidos de forma de media luna o de forma circular, alrededor de los cuales se disponen recintos en forma de «D» que presentan pequeñas terrazas delante del muro recto.Recientes excavaciones en área realizadas en Cutamalla, uno de los asentamientos más grandes y mejor conservados de la zona, nos han permitido documentar con detalle este tipo de estructuras arquitectónicas, y conocer sus rasgos formales y constructivos, su filiación cultural, así como las actividades que se realizaban en ellas.Todos los datos indican que las estructuras arquitectónicas en forma de flor constituyen un nuevo patrón arquitectónico Paracas Tardío, cuya distribución se limita a una parte de la sierra de Lucanas, Ayacucho, y que, hasta el momento, viene a ser único en toda la sierra sur del Perú.

Повний текст джерелаThis dissertation chronicles the morphological and iconographical development of the Southern Floral Style according to the systematically excavated floral vases from Rhitsona and the Thespian Polyandrion. Rim and base profiles from the Thespian Polyandrion, Thebes and Haliartos are classified and floral motifs from datable contexts are assigned to types. The evidence indicates that it is the overall shape of the vase and the decorative details within the compositions, rather than a specific rim or base type or compositional layout that identifies regional differences, if any. Newly excavated vases from Haliartos are presented not only to provide a contrast for the Southern Style Floral Ware, particularly in terms of their shape, but also in order to establish a bridge between this dissertation and any future studies of the Northern Style Floral Ware.

Повний текст джерелаENGLISH ABSTRACT: Unless Africans and their leaders make a concerted effort to rid themselves of the harmful legacy of colonial spirituality by adopting new motives for living, entering into new relationships with themselves on the plane of beneficial values, Africa will not be able to escape the social, environmental, political and economic afflictions that currently beset her. The colonial forces that burst into Africa with violence from minds bent on foreign conquest were primarily driven by an ethos of covetousness that has come to characterize the existing international order. Stealing, not only of natural resources has continued side by side with the denuding of the very souls of people – as has happened so successfully in Africa – of their humanity. There is evidence that human existence has been beleaguered and governed by an unviable microphysical framework (mindset and spirituality). In the midst of what appears to be a bewilderingly dynamic, turbulent and complex world, this spirituality looms large, gaining a stronghold resulting in disconnectedness among self-worshipping humans and their environment. We now live in a world governed by a distructive innate iniquity that produces overwhelming inequity among humans and unprecedented damage in the natural environment that sustains us. This study draws from and connects the evidence provided by ancient history with current macro-physical endeavours to demonstrate that this micro-physicality still holds sway, albeit under various manifestations. Having been in a state of war with itself and its living environment, humanity has reached what observers have acknowledged as a crossroads. In the violence that has engulfed all humans since time immemorial, as evidenced in the co-existence of poverty and affluence, pandemics driven by a wide variety of illnesses, huge disparities in wealth within and between national economies, energy and environmental depletion and degradation that have earned us the unprecedented crisis of global warming, this crossroads has made itself very present. A particular kind of mentality and spirituality has taken us to this point. It is a spirituality that is obviously devoid and incapable of producing beauty of harmony and communion among us irrespective of our diversity, whether in race, culture, knowledge discipline or geographic space. The macro-physical condition we are experiencing cannot be viewed in isolation from the spirituality that produced it. We are now in an unsustainable world that must have been the fruit of an unsustainable spirituality. The answers to our global dilemma must fundamentally be sought not in any new technologies that emanate from the same mindset, but in a renewed mind and in a different pattern of spirituality. This study probes the dominant world mindest that directed the globally pervasive Western civilization and reviews some major historical and cultural trends that, it argues, have brought humanity to the zenith of its “world-hunt”-culture. This is a “world- hunt” of self-mutilation that manifested itself in Europe, the near-east, Asia and Africa over more than four millennia ago. The deforestation, land degradation, oppression of the poor, hunger, hatred that drives terrorist attacks, climate changes that drive natural disasters and the loss of species, are all the unmistakable bitter fruit of such a culture. It is a culture characterized and propelled by the absence of what this study coins as “aesthetic relational values”. This dominant mindset has strewn all over our globe various rule-based governance institutions characterized by an ethos of central control, manipulating people’s lives for self-centred gain. Though many of these institutions come in various garbs of apparent benevolence, faith-based, trade-based, knowledge/science-based and political governance bodies, all are adherents of the same worldview that is firmly grounded in a merciless and destructive pantheistic, and nature-worship belief system traceable to ancient Egypt. Many of these institutions, today, publicly claim to be proponents of sustainable development, the eradication of poverty and peace among the nations of the world, yet they are still clinging, esoterically, to a cosmological perspective of nature-worship that glorifies self-worship and disregards the well-being of others. The study contrasts this dominant spirituality with the Afrocentric one based on a knowledge system that propounds a belief in a compassionate and merciful Creator-God who is the source of all nature, including the human family, as illustrated in the daily lives of amaMbo peoples whose geographic origins are traced to ancient Ethiopia. As the former continues to make a nonentity of the Creator-God, Africans, realizing the spiritual bankruptcy of a self-glorification ethic that has polarised the people and ravaged their continent through rule-based institutions, are returning, in large numbers, to this knowledge system of their ancient fathers on which their social institutions of shared and consensus-based decision-making and governance, from the basic social unit as the family, to national political relations, were founded. In several encounters these patterns of spiritualities have produced unsavoury outcomes. In the Cape’s more-than-a-century long, bitter and protracted encounter between a branch of amaMbo called amaXhosa, that began with the seventeenth century arrival of the Western “world-hunt” culture through the Calvinist Dutch East India Company traders, Africa and the entire world have been provided, simultaneously, with indisputable evidence of the destructiveness of self-indulgent living on the one hand and the efficacy, on the other, of a relational aesthetic as a viable alternative out of the humanitarian and environmental crises that confront our globe. Views and principles regarding the harmonious living of life on earth have been advocated by many a great leader since antiquity. They have been vindicated in the lives of ancient Israelite patriarchs such as Abraham and Moses, who led his kinsmen out of the Egyptian bondage that lasted over four centuries; in the life of Tolstoy, who chose to be excommunicated from a society that regarded these principles with disdain; to that of Gandhi, on whom Tolstoy was a tremendous influence, and effectively applied them to unshackle a whole nation from British subjugation; and Dostoevsky, Tolstoy’s compatriot, who first referred to these as “aesthetic views”. These relational principles were embedded in the lifestyle of ancient Israel, lived and advocated later by the Jewish Rabbi called Jesus, whose very own people chose to shamefully murder Him rather that accept His teachings. These principles were taught, practised and handed down to His followers to influence humanity as never before. In their ancient setting these principles clashed with those of the pagan lifestyle of Egypt, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome, which culturally shaped the Western civilization that pervades our globe. The results were centuries of enslavements, dispossessions and persecutions. In the course of history pagan beliefs crept in and mingled with orthodox Jewish rites and worship, producing an adulterated Christianity and a plethora of what are known today as nature-based religions, which still uphold and advocate the individual gods to whom honour and worship is due rather than the Creator in the Hebrew and Afrocentric cosmologies. This study traces the effect of the absence of these relational values on the quality of the life of nations and their leaders. A remarkable trend and pattern characterized by self-mutilative living emerged among all such nations and people. Their efficacy and mutual beneficence, on the other hand, was unmistakable in societies such as that of amaXhosa, in their pre-colonial state in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa. As all of nature “groans” under the human self-mutilation caused by the impoverished spirituality in aesthetic relational values, this study argues that salvation lies in ibuyambo, the recalling of these under-appreciated relational values, and in ensuring the re-education of ourselves and our future leaders in them. The focus of the study is what these values are, the effect of their absence, how different they are to what are known as “social capital”, how they have been manifested and preserved in ancient African institutions such as the weekly memorial day of rest – the Sabbath in the creation narrative – in the lives of some individuals and people on our planet, particularly Africans and amaMbo, and the benefits they derived from respecting them. A vital observation in this study is that social systems that are driven by the motive of individual, corporate or national self-exaltation are invariably rooted in strife and discention. The conclusion is drawn that these under-appreciated relational values, aesthetic relational values, are not only a vital ingredient to the quest for and in all known facets of sustainability in development efforts, they hold the key to unlock the door to the mystery of “harmony” that has proven so elusive to individuals, families, communities, societies, nations and their governance systems. The study concludes, with Dostoevsky, that aesthetic relational values contain “a guarantee of tranquility” for all humanity and the natural environment that sustains them. The restoration, not only by all of Africa, of the lost spirituality of aesthetic relational values cherished by their ancient forebears, is key to the renewal of our world.

Sienswyses en beginsels omtrent ’n harmonieuse lewenswyse op aarde is al sedert die vroegste tyd deur vele groot leiers bepleit. Dit is gehandhaaf in die lewens van antieke Israelitiese patriage soos Abraham en Moses, wat sy stamverwante uit die Egiptiese slawerny van meer as vier eeue gelei het; in die lewe van Tolstoi, wat verkies het om verban te word uit ’n gemeenskap wat hierdie beginsels met minagting bejeën het; in dié van Gandhi, op wie Tolstoi ’n geweldige invloed gehad het, wat hierdie beginsels effektief toegepas het om ’n hele nasie van Britse onderwerping te bevry; en Dostojewski, Tolstoi se landgenoot, wat die eerste keer daarna as “estetiese sienswyses” verwys het. Hulle doeltreffendheid en wedersydse liefdadigheid is, aan die ander kant, onmiskenbaar in gemeenskappe soos dié van die amaXhosa, in hul voorkoloniale staat in die Oos-Kaapse streek van Suid-Afrika. The purpose of this study was first to examine the relationship of the work values and career planning among students of hospitality management schools in southern Taiwan. Second purpose was to explore the differences between the effect of demographic variables and work experiences on the work values. Third, this study was to examine the effects of the work experiences on career planning. Sample population was consisted of students of hospitality management schools in southern Taiwan. Convenience sampling was employed throughout the survey. 270 valid questionnaires were collected. Variables examined including the work values, career planning, demographic variables and work experiences. Descriptive statistic, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression were use for statistical analysis. Results of this study indicated that demographic variables and work experiences were significantly effect with work values, and work experiences were significantly effect with career planning. Furthermore, work values students studied in hospitality management schools were associated with career planning.

This study aims to explore the relationship between the work values, leadership style and job satisfaction of Taiwans national army personnel. This research approach questionnaire investigation and the participants are employee of the air conditioner dealers. The data were analyzed by using SPSS22.0 for windows, including descriptive analysis, T-test analysis, one-way AVOVA analysis and regression analysis. Research conclusions were summarized as follows: 1.National military personnel will make the greatest efforts to achieve the mission objectives, continue to learn at work, seek to solve any difficulties encountered in the work, accept any challenges, learn interpersonal relationships, care for each other among colleagues, through new knowledge and technology. Self-growth, gaining the affirmation and trust of unit cadres and officers, and obtaining perfect welfare and promotion, but thinking that the unit leader (official) manages the leadership style, good decision-making, determination to achieve goals, work content and effectiveness, personal gain There are still different opinions and opinions on the welfare. 2.Work values will be significantly different due to different classes and positions; leadership styles will be significantly different due to different positions; job satisfaction will not be significantly different for different classes and positions. 3.The higher the self-growth, institutional remuneration, interpersonal interaction and overall work values in the work values, the higher the overall job satisfaction of the national army personnel. 4.The higher the leadership style, transactional leadership, task advocacy and overall leadership style in the leadership style, the higher the overall job satisfaction of the national army personnel, especially the leadership style of task-oriented leadership and task-oriented style. The impact is most obvious. 5.The higher the self-growth, the system remuneration and the overall work value in the work values, the higher the overall leadership style of the national army personnel, especially the work value of self-growth and institutional remuneration has the most obvious influence on the leadership style. 6.In the work values, the higher the system leadership, the transactional leadership, the overall work values and the overall leadership style in the system remuneration, interpersonal relationship, leadership style, the higher the overall job satisfaction of the national army personnel, especially the working values of interpersonal interaction. The leadership style of the transitional leadership has the most obvious impact on job satisfaction.

This thesis aims to illustrate the cultural differences in the work-related values between Northern and Southern Vietnam by using Hofstede's Value Survey Module (VSM), one of the most popular measures of cultural values. In the literature, national culture differences and the effect of various cultural dimensions on leadership styles, organization structures, employee's performance and management practice were investigated through many studies in the last two decades. Such cultural differences were shown to be the most difficult factor faced by the organizations in today's global business environment (Wisma, 2008; Krishna, Sahay & Walsham, 2006). However, the limitation of previous studies is that scholars tried to relate 'culture' to a nation as a whole. In fact, a variety of cultures may exist in many single regions within the country. Vietnam is a country with huge regional differences in culture, especially in the North (Hanoi City which is influenced by China) and the South (Ho Chi Minh City is influenced by the US). The purposes of this study are: first, to analyze the subcultural value differences between employees who live in the Northern and Southern Vietnam; second, identifying the factors that impact cultural differences across regions; third, applying five cultural dimensions of Hofstede in the case of Vietnam to identify regional differences in term of work-related values. Survey questionnaire has been conducted in this research and it will be dissimilated via the Internet to those employees who are working at small and medium enterprises in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. As the results of this study, the most significant differences are found in terms of individualism, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation. First, in term of individualism and uncertainty avoidance, Ho Chi Minh City records higher scores than that of Hanoi. It is reasonable to assume that a positive correlation may exist between the economic development and individualism as well as uncertainty avoidance due to relatively comfort life contributed by fast economic development. In fact, Ho Chi Minh has recently become one of the biggest cities in Vietnam with the economic growth accelerated over others. Second, the score of long-term orientation in Hanoi is contrastively higher than Ho Chi Minh. Such observation can be explained by the theoretical concept that savings will be reduced when incomes rise, which is the way economic development affecting long-term orientation through savings (Edwards, 1996; Tang & Koveos, 2008). Hofstede’s dimensions have been studied in more than 50 countries, but this is the first study that tries to explain the influence of cultural differences to the work-related values in different parts of Vietnam in term of five cultural dimensions. Based on the findings of this study, managers may have a better insight of the Vietnamese labor market, which consists of people from various parts of the country. Furthermore, foreign investors can also establish an appropriate strategy to deal with the cultural difference before penetrating Vietnamese markets. The contents of abstract in this thesis: Based on the research motives and objectives, this study targeted agricultural students at technological and vocational colleges in southern Taiwan to discuss the relationship among work experience, work values, and career intentions. Using a questionnaire survey and SPSS18.0 statistic software, data were collected and analyzed. The analyses included reliability, validity, description, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, chi-square, correlation, and regression. The results showed students enrolled in agriculture majors usually had short-term internship experience and part-time work experience. But they relatively lacked of agriculture-relevant work experience. The personal interaction was their highest work value while the self-growth was their lowest one. The students’ career intentions regarding agriculture was not high, and relatively high intentions were found in the students with parents engaged in agriculture. The students’ work experience would affect work values, and agriculture-relevant work experience of the students would also affect their career intentions regarding agriculture. In addition, their work values had positive effect on agricultural career intentions. Finally, feasible suggestions were proposed according to the findings for educational institutions, employment counsellingorganizations, and agricultural policy makers. Abstract The history of Private Security Industry in Taiwan has been twenty-five years till now. Private security guards are not only the major support to governmental police force but also the labor market in demand now in spite of the work force surplus in other industries caused by economic depression. The development of private security industry is still at developing stage so that some organizations’ policies and systems are not complete and sound enough. In addition, the demographics of employees in this industry are different from those in others. Majority of them are low-level educational or unemployed older workers. They chose this low entry-barrier occupation in order to solve economic plight but find no aspiration for or don’t adapt to this position after working for a while. The issues discussed above have been affected private security guards’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Few of the foreign and domestic studies on private security industry focused on behavioral issue and were conducted quantitatively. The purposes of this study were to measure work values, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of private security guards and to examine the effect of work values on those two work attitudes. Due to most of private security guards are older workers, in this study age has divided into four categories with the reference of the Bureau of Accounting & Statistics as following: young aged(below 25), middle aged(26-45), senior aged(46-65), and old aged(above 66). Data collected from a questionnaire survey of 967 private security guards in southern part of Taiwan was analyzed using the statistical techniques of crosstab, descriptive statistics analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression. The results indicates: 1.Most of private security guards are reemployed; most of their previous positions are at non-managerial levels; previous tenure are mainly below 15 years; most of them engaged in service industry; the main reason of last separation for all of them was voluntary separation, but for the senior aged it was factory or business shut down; the first reason of present employment is basically to support family economy. 2.Private security guards emphasize most on the work value of “the orientation of organizational security and economy” but least on “the orientation of stability and free from anxiety ”; they have greatest “intrinsic job satisfaction” but least “extrinsic job satisfaction”; they have highest “affective commitment” but lowest “continuous commitment”. 3.The occupation of a private security guard should possesses the work values of higher “orientation of social interaction” and lower “orientation of stability and free from anxiety”. Employers might take the work values orientation into consideration in the process of recruiting and selecting. 4.Senior aged private security guards have higher affective commitment and normative commitment than the young and middle aged. 5.Among work values, “the orientation of self-realization, the orientation of esteem, and the orientation of stability and free from anxiety” had significant positive effect on job satisfaction; “the orientation of organizational security and economy” had significant negative effect on job satisfaction; “the orientation of esteem” has significant positive effect on organizational commitment; “the orientation of social interaction” had significant positive effect on affective commitment; “the orientation of stability and free from anxiety” had significant negative effect on affective commitment, but significant positive effect on continuous commitment. Private security company employers might regard these findings as the direction of modifying organization policies to improve employee’s work attitudes. This research is study one of the southern unervisity, Department of restaurant, hotel management internship students’ work value and professional commitment and discover their aggrement of the work value and commitment. The research method is using questionair and the students that under the internship program and students that finish their internship in one of southern unervisity, Department of restaurant, hotel management as samples. The result show: 1. Internship students have more positive thoughts and correct work value and also have good commitment tendency. For restaurant, hotel management business, it has positive performance when speak of professional commitment. 2. It is also found in the research that most of internship students are capable to work along with their colleagues with passions. They also willing and likely participate every activitives that held in the group, it shows the positive revelent in several work value matrix, they even honor with themselves as part of restaurant, hotel management business and try very hard to learn more new thing and thus be able to gain more compliment from their supervisor and thus have promoted students’ professional value. 3. Therefore, it is believe that students participate internship can bring up their work value and the professional commitment can thus grow in positive way.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between the supervisor personality and the performance of the employees. The thesis will undertake to exam the relationship among the personality traits of Southern Taiwan Science Park R&D people, job satisfactory, work values and organization commitment. First of all, the study will structure some feasible scale chart “Personality traits scale”, “Job satisfaction scale”, “Work ethic scale”, and “Organization scale”, for R&D people in Southern Taiwan Science Park based on lots of literature review. The research subjects are the R&D people in Southern Taiwan Science Park; out of 300 questionnaires sent and 258 returned and the valid return questionnaires is 83.3% not include 8 null copies. We apply reliability data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relations involved. The main finding of this study are as below conclusions: 1. The personality traits associate with job satisfactions. 2. The personality traits and work values have positive relationship. 3. The personality traits and organizational commitment with the most relevant. 4. The job satisfaction associate with organizational commitment. 5. The work values and organizational commitment are relevant. 6. Work values and job satisfaction on organizational commitment associated with most of the relevant interaction. 7. Different demographic variables in the personality traits, job satisfaction, work values and organizational commitment with the most relevant. The aim of this research was to explore the relations on working pressure event degree, physiological values and quality of life among allied personnel working on outpatient department. This cross-section relational survey was conducted by structured questionnaire and physiiological values. Data were collected between 8am and 9am (before working), including individual´s blood pressure, cortisol level and the structured questionnaire. Blood pressure was also collected when participants finished working. All outpatient department nurses in a southern medical centre were participated.There were 141 valid questionnaires with response rate as 88.1%. Research instruments include: demographic characteristics, working environment, working pressure event scales which was developed by Yan yuch yun(2005) .“Health related quality of life scales (WHOQOL-BREF)” was translated by Yao kai ping. Spss 20.0 version was used for data analysis. Research results and main findings: 一、The overall score on the disturbed degree of working pressure event was 3.32 which indicates between median to high , “Patient often rush in to inquire because of impatience” had the highest score (mean: 4.01), and both “VIP asking for cutting in to see the doctor” and “Colleague in the same hospital asking for cutting in to see the doctor” had second highest score (mean: 3.98) The pre-test systolic blood pressure was114.07(11.90), diastolic blood pressure was70.28(8.12), the post-test systolic blood pressure was 122.29(2.86), and diastolic blood pressure was74.83(9.40), The cortisol data was 12.36(4.77). In addition, among the four domains on the quality of life, the physical domain had highest average score as13.96, and the social domain was score as 13.80, the psychological domain was scored as 13.12, and the lowest score was environmental domain as13.08 。 二、Despite both increased physiological values and pressure awareness met the medium level in post-test, the data was still acceptable。 三、Among demographic characteristics, marriage, rank, education, degree, health awareness, life happiness, and income had relation to disturbed degree of working pressure event. Working environment had statistically significant difference on both today´s number of appointments and the number of appointments daily and in two weeks. Quality of life had relation to age, education, health awareness, life happiness, income, today´s number of appointments and working pressure。 四、The relation to physiological values and all domains on quality of life, both the systolic blood pressure variance and the diastolic blood pressure variance had negative relation to physical domain; whereas, the relation to physiological values and the disturbed degree of working pressure event, the systolic blood pressure variance had positive relation to administrative. On the other hand, the disturbed degree of working pressure event had significantly negative relation to all domains on quality of life. Furthermore, stepwise the multiple regression analysis to predict quality of life to disturbed degree of working pressure event, and physiological values, the “non-routine task” was the only one negative relation to all domains on quality of life。. The results of this explorative study provide medical authorities better understand about the relations on disturbed degree of working pressure event, physiological values and quality of life among allied personnel working on outpatient department. Although the data on physiological values were found acceptable, a long term constant surveillance was needed to avoid personnel from any physically and mentally damage and to promote their quality of life。

In recent years, the National Health Insurance system in the health care environment changes and the impact of changes in public hospitals in order to reduce operating costs, strict control of personnel expenses, was a "health care operations in accordance with the Fund's income employment medical manpower," which have to provide for deficiencies in medical hospital personnel, health care operating funds to set aside a certain percentage of income the amount of employment, to public hospitals, increasing the rate of contract staff in the process of hospital services has become an indispensable role and therefore, public hospitals contract-related issues worth exploring. This study used questionnaires to the southern region of three veterans hospitals and a military hospital for a sample of the lease object to explore in public knowledge of contract staff on study, work values, psychological empowerment, job burnout on the morale of cognitive performance, In other words, are based on public hospitals for the main contract to explore the views of the morale of its work. In this study, data collection in order to assist the key to the questionnaire issued by the main contract staff to public hospitals to release the questionnaire, conducted a questionnaire survey data collection and issued a total of 470 questionnaires, 424 were recovered, excluding 22 invalid questionnaires, A total of 402 valid questionnaires. In this study, the use of SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis tools, key findings are as follows: 1. The southern region of three veterans hospitals and a military hospital leases the personal characteristics (gender, age, marriage, length of service, the highest academic qualifications, duties, on a per capita income) on the knowledge, work ethic, mental Fu, work burnout the morale of some significant differences. 2. The southern region of three veterans hospitals and a military hospital in the learning contract, the work ethic, mental Fu, job burnout on the morale of the work between the research variables have a correlation analysis between the significant correlation, the only variable learning the morale of the work between variables not significantly related. 3. Knowledge, work ethic, psychological empowerment, job burnout on the morale and the level of multiple regression analysis have a significant impact on regression analysis, the only knowledge of the work was no significant positive impact on morale. 4. Different knowledge clusters, the values of different clusters and different clusters of psychological empowerment, job burnout in different clusters, identify different groups of staff in public hospitals of contractual knowledge, work ethic, psychological empowerment, job burnout, work the morale of the differences between the variables are significant differences in analysis. Based on the above findings of this study were members of the public hospitals, contract managers and the future researchers to make recommendations for reference.
