The loss of power of a photovoltaic generator (PVG) is undoubtedly due to the appearance of a certain number of anomalies linked to manufacturing, production or the environment and causing failures in its proper functioning. From a realistic model, quite close to real operation and able to take into account the avalanche effect of a PN junction transmitted to the entire PVG, we have sufficiently shown the loss of performance of a PV generator and the need to have a diagnostic method for maintenance assistance in order not to suffer the effects of faults. Two diagnostic methods were applied to this PVG, one relating to the detection and localization of sensor faults, and the other to the detection and localization of system faults. The particular choice of these two diagnostic techniques, which do not target the same types of faults, lies in the complex nature of the model of the industrial process subjected to study. The performances obtained with the analytical redundancy relations (ARR), method based on the principle of parity space applied to the maximum operating point are very relevant. Using the artificial intelligence (AI), method based on the principle of artificial neural networks (ANN), we experimented with two classification methods for the detection and diagnosis of system faults. If detectability is proven with our different configurations without the possibility of locating the origin and the cause in the first part of the classification, we arrive thanks to a bundle of clues to locate the origin or the cause thanks to the classification for the diagnostic. The production of two real-time acquisition prototypes is based on the principle of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The first only allows the acquisition and saving of data on an SD card. The second, and more advanced prototype, allows real-time transmission via WiFi to a web server and aims to create a real-time monitoring platform in the long term. Both prototypes produce data that is used to power both diagnostic methods. The results obtained with real data are compatible with those obtained in the simulation phase. The conclusions of this diagnosis will enable greater efficiency in proactive maintenance operations
Verdier, Ghislain. "Détection statistique de rupture de modèle dans les systèmes dynamiques : application à la supervision de procédés de dépollution biologique." Phd thesis, Montpellier 2, 2007. http://www.theses.fr/2007MON20200.
This thesis considers the problem of model change detection in complex dynamic systems. The goal is to develop statistical methods able to detect possible change of parameters in the model describing the system, while keeping a low rate of false alarms. This type of method is applied to the detection of anomaly or failure in many systems (navigation system, quality control. . . ). The methods developed take into account the characteristics of biotechnological processes, which are the main application of this work. Thus, the development of a CUSUM type procedure, based on estimation of conditional likelihoods enable to treat, first, the case where a part of the model is unknown by using a nonparametric approach to estimate this component, and second, the case frequently met in practice where the system is observed indirectly. In this second case, approaches such as particle filtering are used. Several results of optimality under classical constraints are established for the proposed approaches which are applied to a real problem, a bioreactor for wastewater treatment

Zaylaa, Amer. "Multichannel EHG segmentation for automatically identifying contractions and motion artifacts." Thesis, Compiègne, 2019. http://www.theses.fr/2019COMP2521.
In this study , we have focused on the automatic segmentation of events in the uterine EMG signal and then on the identification of contractions among these events by referring to the expert's knowledge. Our database includes uterine EMG signals of different weeks of gestation acquired through a matrix of 4x4 electrodes. Therefore, our work has first included an application of the dynamic cumulative sum (DCS) method in a monodimensional approach on monopolar signals in order to obtain a high spatial resolution of the data. Based on the obtained results, our study has then focused on bipolar signals in order to increase the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of uterine EMGs. In fact, the DCS method has continued by associating first a series of techniques for the elimination of false detected ruptures either based on Fisher or on the SNR and by developing secondly two fusion methods of these ruptures : the firts one is automatic while the other one is based on the weighted majority voting system, where each channel is weighted by a factor when merging the instants of detected ruptures. In addition, the DCS method is applied in a multidimensional approach, first on the bipolar signals, then on their details after wavelet decomposition. Infact, we were interested in the dynamic selection of these details in both approaches by using a technique based on the Kullback Leibler ditance. Finally, in order to indentify the contractions and reduce the number of other detected events, an assay of parameters extraction of these obtained events has been presented and validated
