Анотація:
The development of automotive software has been an evolving process for the last decades. As a result, the paradigm of software development which is independent of the target hardware platform has been adopted in almost all parts of the automotive industry. Deploying software to a hardware platform is now controlled by an enormous parameter set stored in a mapping configuration. This led to the creation of numerous vendor-specific tools for electronic control unit (ECU) development. While this approach simplifies and supports the re-usability of vehicle functions it also increases the complexity as well as the difficulty for integration tests and error localization. In this paper, we present a conceptual platform which allows to establish references between different development and test phase items in a developer-friendly way. It revolves around two self-developed tools supported by an extensive AUTOSAR knowledge base. The system creates inter-connectivity so that it becomes easier to locate the actual origin of a misbehavior or to find a test error manifestation in the actual end system for developers and testers alike.

Generality is an important direction for Automatic Test System (ATS) ,while general software platform is the key technology to realize general ATS. Object-oriented programming design ideas and hierarchical and modular structure of the program have been adopted ,achieving the separation of data processing and testing processes; "Software backplane + Component" general software architecture has been used to achieve "the stability of the core layer, general, component layer configurable, scalable"; non-coding type of test program development way is used to achieve the development of test programs assembled . In order to make the hardware resource management centralized in the testing system, test resource management server is designed on the platform, which can put the hardware and software resources into service to achieve the equipments transferring. The results provide that the software platform can improve the development efficiency of test program and also maintenance costs are reduced.

We propose a new flow for hardware/software co-design, based on the platform-based design, which forms a base for further automation attempts of the co-design process. We prove the applicability of the proposed flow on co-designing generic systems as well as RTOS-based systems. Our proposed flow starts with a software-only solution in which all system functionality is described as embedded software targeting a selected platform. Then, the flow iterates through co-verification, profiling, partitioning, and co-synthesis until the design criteria are met. We present four test cases to show the effectiveness of our proposed methodology. The main contribution added by the proposed methodology is incorporating the target application platform at the first stage of the flow then applying our iterative co-design algorithm without altering the main platform. This opposes other co-design methodologies that let the platform details be synthesized at later stages, widening the exploration space to be unrealistic and producing platforms that may vary to a large extent compared to the pre-verified application platform. The other contribution is the study provided on the effect of co-design on the behavior of RTOS-based platforms, which brings the flow closer to real-case problems, where most embedded systems utilize RTOS in their software stack.

A hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) platform for unmanned air vehicle (UAV) systems is designed that demonstrates flight attitudes on yaw, pitch and roll axes. The design combines a sophisticated flight simulation software with a platform capable of moving 360 degrees on all axes. This enables the testing of the flight sensors and autopilot algorithms for all sorts of scenarios including emergency and acrobatic cases where an indefinite number of full rotations in the yaw, roll and pitch might take place.

Embedded software and hardware integration simulation platform is developed for simulating the embedded systems design process in current engineering system, which can facilitate finding various problems in system design process. For example, in the system scheme phase, the scheme and design verification are untimely and inadequate. In the early prototype phase, software development lags behind result in deferral of the overall progress of the system. And in the late prototype stage, the problem is lacking configuration item test environment. Embedded software and hardware integration simulation platform can provide verification of hardware and software integration and test development environment. Therefore, the quality of software development in embedded systems can be significantly improved and development cycle can be remarkably shortened by using this simulation platform.

This article is devoted to the modeling of the software and hardware complex (SHC) “Polygraph” on the basis of freely distributed microcontroller platforms. In the work, the analysis of primary sources was carried out and the most promising microcontroller platform for the purposes of visual modeling and training to work on such devices was chosen. Within the framework of modeling tasks, on the basis of a number of criteria, the most optimal automated system for the design of devices has been determined. Using the chosen toolkit, the authors modeled the first educational test version of “Polygraph” with the ability to display some parameters measured by real SHC. The article considered the connection of the following sensors of the SHC “Polygraph”: pulse, body temperature and respiratory rate. Based on the work done, it was concluded that this development is promising and relevant for design purposes and training in work on devices such as “Polygraph”.

Aiming at the problems of low user satisfaction and long response time in traditional online English education platforms, this paper designs a web-based online English education platform and carries out relevant application tests. With the support of the web, the hardware and software of the platform are designed. The hardware of the platform is composed of student module, teacher module, administrator module, and database module. On this basis, the K-means clustering method is used to cluster the learner data in the web, to determine their English level, and the collaborative filtering algorithm is combined to recommend relevant course materials for learners so as to complete the platform software design. The application test results show that the platform has the advantages of superior function and security, high user satisfaction, and short response time and has certain practical application value.

Due to the features of complicated test environment, variable parameters, and limited conditions in real car experiment, it has proposed a Hardware-in-Loop test platform for Fuel Cell System (Short for FCS) based on hardware of NI PXI and software of NI Labview to fuel cell vehicle. According to FCS’s control strategy, I/O signal map, CAN communication and sensor characteristics, it has designed the hardware configuration, software program, test interface, and rapidly made validation to control logic and fault diagnosis of Fuel Cell System’s Electronic Control Unit (Short for FCU). The experiment result shows that this test platform is effective for FCU control logic validation, system status monitor, fault injection, fault tracing, and it can shorten the vehicle research and development cycle, reduce the development cost, optimize test environment and promise safety for test engineer. This test platform will make good effect to vehicle electrical system development and supply reference for vehicle test.

Although the RISC-V ISA has not been around for long, it is a processor architecture that has been highlighted by many businesses and individuals for its low-cost and rapid pace of development. They are open-source-synthesizable hardware processors with minimal functionality that is ideal for current IoT applications involving simple sensors and actuator controls. Due to some qualities of hardware, they can operate in areas where software programs and applications cannot be used whereas, these software programs that run on such hardware equally help in understanding how hardware operates. This paper, therefore, proposes and discusses the design, implementation, and internal verification and test platform for a Reduced Instruction Set Code-V’s (RISC-V) Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), using an interactive desktop program for a 32-bit single-cycle processor. This paper developed a system that functions as interactive assistance to RISC-V's ISA design and debugger using a more user-friendly desktop UI application. The uniqueness of this design is the flexibility of testing and debugging that is possible through either the software interface or through hardware peripherals such as Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) protocols in FPGA or even both. These peripherals allow users to view the contents of the register files and RAM being utilized by the implemented processor on the FPGA. The proposed desktop User Interface program monitors and controls the sequential processing and states of a 32-bit single-cycle RISC-V processor’s operation on an FPGA. Contents of the proposed processor’s registers and memory are displayed alongside other temporal or internal data. Internal components such as Program Counters (PC), Random Access Memory (RAM), are displayed all through the proposed User Interface (UI) program and also through various peripherals on the FPGA board. The software program is implemented using C# programing language through Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The proposed hardware synthesizable processor core is implemented using Verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL) and synthesized with Xilinx Integrated Synthesis Environment (ISE) version 14.7. The proposed processor and its corresponding hardware test modules occupy 6476 Look-Up-Tables (LUT) and operate at a maximum frequency of 49MHz and its operation is verified on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The proposed processor and its test platform can serve as a good educational tool as well as a help for processor design engineers both experienced and beginners.

With the development of computer hardware and software, the simulation of computer virtual simulation has been rapid development. The running process of computer simulation platform need to deal with massive data, and in general software testing technology can not meet the requirements. On the basis of this, an application computer virtual platforms parallel test method is proposed. Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction for the process of computer simulation, and then the testing method can carry out software programming, it will realize the virtual process of serial FIFO buffer and register through reading and writing function. In order to develop basketball virtual platform as an example, the use of Simulink modules in MATLAB compare the serial and parallel testing of two testing methods used by software debugging time. Finally, we find that the parallel test is the best scheme of computer virtual platform software test, to provide theoretical reference for the design of software testing process.

To realize the design of mobile 4G gateway of ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN), a scheme of wireless remote monitoring based on ZigBee and general packet radio service (GPRS) WSN gateway system is proposed. The scheme combines the advantages of short distance, low power consumption, low cost and long distance popular communication of ZigBee technology, and uses the system architecture of ZigBee + GPRS + Android. On this hardware platform, the transplantation of Android system and the development of related hardware device drivers are designed and implemented, so as to build the software platform of the system. Based on the software and hardware platform of the system, the related applications are designed and realized according to the function requirements of the system, and the software and hardware platform and the application program are tested and analyzed. The test results show that the system runs steadily and has good performance. To sum up, the hardware platform has the advantages of low energy consumption, high performance and scalability.

The key technologies and system implementation steps are discussed from the hardware architecture and software design, focusing on the process of the hardware design and software platform composition. CNC(Computer Numerical Control) machine tool is the foundation and core of modern manufacturing systems, advanced CNC technology is the key to sustainable development of machine tool manufacturing industry. This thesis presents ARM as the main chip, motion control chip MCX314, the operating system using μC / OS-II, to build a CNC system development hardware platform and software platform, to explore the new ways for numerical control system development and design. This thesis can be divided into: CNC system hardware platform structures, including ARM and external hardware selection, hardware interface design and testing; MCX314 hardware platform design and testing; Software Platform, including the use of real-time operating system μC / OS-II to achieve the mission of the NC system, scheduling, management, μC / OS-II transplantation on ARM; MCX314 hardware platform building and testing; application framework built , program design and testing. Test results showed that: ARM as the main chip, MCX314 as a motion controller of the CNC system is feasible, its motion performance can meet the design requirements.

And we use Matlab/xPC Target real-time platform to build the hardware in-the-loop platform for brake-by-wire and steer-by-wire system, we select typical operating conditions to conduct the hardware-in-the-loop test, the results show that the by-wire system testing capabilities of the platform.

A hardware-in-the-loop simulation of a three-shaft gas turbine engine for ship propulsion was established. This system is composed of computers, actual hardware, measuring instruments, interfaces between actual hardware and computers, and a network for communication, as well as the relevant software, including mathematical models of the gas turbine engine. “Hardware-in-the-loop” and “volume inertia effects” are the two innovative features of this simulation system. In comparison to traditional methods for gas turbine simulation, the new simulation platform can be implemented in real time and also can test the physical hardware’s performance through their integration with the mathematical simulation model. A fuel control strategy for a three-shaft gas turbine engine, which can meet the requirement to the acceleration time and not exceeding surge line, was developed using this platform.

Developing an operating systems (OSs) for low-end embedded devices requires continuous adaptation to new hardware architectures and components, while serviceability of features needs to be assured for each individual platform under tight resource constraints. It is challenging to design a versatile and accurate heterogeneous test environment that is agile enough to cover a continuous evolution of the code base and platforms. This mission is even more challenging when organized in an agile open-source community process with many contributors such as for the RIOT OS. Hardware in the Loop (HiL) testing and Continuous Integration (CI) are automatable approaches to verify functionality, prevent regressions, and improve the overall quality at development speed in large community projects. In this paper, we present PHiLIP (Primitive Hardware in the Loop Integration Product), an open-source external reference device together with tools that validate the system software while it controls hardware and interprets physical signals. Instead of focusing on a specific test setting, PHiLIP takes the approach of a tool-assisted agile HiL test process, designed for continuous evolution and deployment cycles. We explain its design, describe how it supports HiL tests, evaluate performance metrics, and report on practical experiences of employing PHiLIP in an automated CI test infrastructure. Our initial deployment comprises 22 unique platforms, each of which executes 98 peripheral tests every night. PHiLIP allows for easy extension of low-cost, adaptive testing infrastructures but serves testing techniques and tools to a much wider range of applications.

These can make students understand the basic principles of local modules, while cannot provide a whole view of communication systems. Our work constructs a practical training project of telecommunications experiential platform, consisting of hardware communication facilities and software operation systems, realizing multi-user operating practice. This telecommunications experiential platform can train more than 40 students simultaneously and has proved to be economic and efficient in practical teaching.

Using model based design(MBD) method, deadbeat control algorithm for three-phase grid-connected inverter was designed in optimization and realized in hardware. According to the advanced idea of MBD and its basic procedure, the software-in-loop(SIL) test, processor-in-loop(PIL) test and hardware-in-loop(HIL) test for deadbeat control algorithm were mainly researched under MATLAB/Simulink environment choosing TMS320F2812 as object hardware board. In such method, embedded codes could be produced automatically and the errors brought in through algorithm model could be tested and corrected earlier. Meanwhile, simply changing the PIL related modules, the self-defined deadbeat algorithm module could be flexibly applied in other hardware platforms. At last, the correctness and efficiency of deadbeat control algorithm were verified in three-phase grid-connected inverter experiment platform.

Some complex digital circuits must host various operating systems in a single electronic platform to make real-time and not-real-time tasks compatible or assign different priorities to current applications. For this purpose, some hardware–software techniques—called virtualization—must be integrated to run the operating systems independently, as isolated in different processors: virtual machines. These are monitored and managed by a software tool named hypervisor, which is in charge of allowing each operating system to take control of the hardware resources. Therefore, the hypervisor determines the effectiveness of the system when reacting to events. To measure, estimate or compare the performance of different ways to configure the virtualization, our research team has designed and implemented a specific testbench: an electronic system, based on a complex System on Chip with a processing system and programmable logic, to configure the hardware–software partition and show merit figures, to evaluate the performance of the different options, a field that has received insufficient attention so far. In this way, the fabric of the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) can be exploited for measurements and instrumentation. The platform has been validated with two hypervisors, Xen and Jailhouse, in a multiprocessor System-on-Chip, by executing real-time operating systems and application programs in different contexts.

Adaptive multi-rate wideband (AMR-WB) speech codec is the first standard for both wired and wireless universal broadband speech codec. Real-time implementation of AMR-WB algorithm in DSP has important practical significance and will accelerate its course of practice. The paper first designed the hardware platform and system software structure for real-time implementation of the AMR-WB algorithm, then introduced the transplantation of AMR-WB algorithm to the designed hardware system. The paper next discussed the real-time implementation of optimized algorithm on the hardware platform. Objective test results indicated the decoded speeches of real-time platform were bit exactly the same as test sequences. Synthetic speeches of real-time platform were very good in restoring the speaker’s voice characteristics by good intelligibility and naturalness.

In this paper, a complete design procedure, together with robust system validation approaches, is presented for implementing a high-performance re-configurable digital predistortion (DPD) test platform for compensating for nonlinear distortion and memory effects induced by radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers (PAs) in the transmitters of modern wireless communication systems. This hardware and software co-operated test system not only enables effective validation for DPD algorithm development, but also provides a high-performance and reliable hardware-based linearization test platform. The experimental test was applied on a medium power Doherty amplifier, which was designed for 3 G/4 G wireless communication base stations. By applying our DPD algorithms on the proposed platform, more than 30 dB improvements in adjacent channel power ratio can be achieved for Universal Mobile Telecommunications System and long-term evolution signal excitations.

The subject of study is the process of creating an unmanned aerial vehicle of the helicopter type, which is able to perform autonomous flight and be used in the premises to test the algorithms of swarm interaction. The aim is to reduce the cost of forming and operating the UAV swarm intelligence model, ensuring compatibility with existing hardware positioning systems and simulation software platforms. Tasks: to analyze the existing prototypes of unmanned aerial vehicles of the helicopter type, used for modeling and testing of autonomous flight modes indoors; to review the systems of positioning and exchange of information between the participants of the swarm formation and to analyze the hardware systems necessary for the implementation of these systems; to develop the architecture of hardware subsystems for unmanned aerial vehicles capable of performing tasks at the level of the considered prototypes; design a case for a sound hardware platform, check its operational parameters, implement its collection and testing; install software that allows you to check the operability of the considered platform of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The methods used are: systems analysis used to compare models of unmanned aerial vehicles within the tasks, methods of analysis and synthesis of schemes for the implementation of the hardware platform, the method of graphic modeling for the design of the unmanned aerial vehicle, methods of system programming for flight program. The following results were obtained. The choice of the hardware platform of the unmanned aerial vehicle is substantiated; the hull for the helicopter was developed and implemented, two platforms of unmanned aerial vehicles were collected and tested during autonomous flight indoors. Conclusions. The study found that there are existing and widely used platforms for compatible indoor flight. These platforms are open and closed. The analysis of open hardware platforms and synthesis of architecture of own unmanned aerial vehicle is made. The designed and implemented unmanned aerial vehicle is capable of autonomous flight, has all the necessary components to perform a compatible flight program. As part of the layout of swarm interaction, it is necessary to further adjust the positioning system.

This platform, which enables production of dual-channel coherent radar transmitting signals with a bandwidth up to 500MHz, and reception of four parallel channels of RF injection signals or echoes, can simulate various types of radar emitters or to simulate the multiple modes of operation for a single type radar. A software is also programmed with C++ language to control the waveforms, frequencies, phases, time delays and all other aspects of the test platform’s operation at all stages. At last, an application example is given when the platform is used for ISAR imaging verification.

A static test system of photoelectric parameters for a smart ammunition is introduced, which provides a new solution for the detection of smart ammunitions. The system uses the technology of virtual instruments, PXI buses and intelligent connectors, constructs its hardware platform by the method of PXI modules, develops the test software in the circumstance of LabWindows/CVI and accomplishes the test of related parameters by the control of relevant modules. Experiments show that, the system designs reasonably, compared with traditional testing instruments, it is more accurate, reliable, and has favorable extending. Developing star trackers quickly is non-trivial. Achieving reproducible results and comparing different algorithms are also open problems. In this sense, this work proposes the use of synthetic star images (a simulated sky), allied with the standardized structure of the Universal Verification Methodology as the base of a design approach. The aim is to organize the project, speed up the development time by providing a standard verification methodology. Future rework is reduced through two methods: a verification platform that us shared under a free software licence; and the layout of Universal Verification Methodology enforces reusability of code through an object-oriented approach. We propose a black-box structure for the verification platform with standard interfaces, and provide examples showing how this approach can be applied to the development of a star tracker for small satellites, targeting a system-on-a-chip design. The same test benches were applied to both early conceptual software-only implementations, and later optimized software-hardware hybrid systems, in a hardware-in-the-loop configuration. This test bench reuse strategy was interesting also to show the regression test capability of the developed platform. Furthermore, the simulator was used to inject specific noise, in order to evaluate the system under some real-world conditions.

Abstract. New energy acquisition devices are urgently required to address the increasing global energy consumption and increasing difficulty of energy exploitation. Devices for seismic exploration appear to be small in size, wireless and rapidly becoming more intelligent; hence, a traditional operating platform can no longer satisfy the demand of portable exploration device usage. This study investigates and develops hardware for a wireless microseismic acquisition station and then uses this hardware as a platform to address the distribution of wireless microseismic acquisition stations and deliver monitoring software based on the Android platform, which is portable, popular and has a large number of users. In large-scale field constructions, software can provide operators with visualised station layouts throughout the process, including positioning, ranging, angle measuring and network monitoring. It also offers a real-time network for monitoring small- and medium-sized microseismic acquisition station arrays under construction as well as other functions, such as intelligent control and real-time data monitoring of the status of the acquisition station. A drainage blast monitoring test is conducted on the system, showing positively monitored data and accurate results in the inverse operation. Moreover, the software and hardware are proven to be highly stable and portable through a post-construction test, which can help enhance the field construction efficiency.

And the software is developed by C and LabWindows/CVI based on Win32 operating system. In addition, the modular and object-oriented programming are adopted in the software development. The software consists of three parts: the master program running on test and diagnosis platform, the client software module on signal adapter unit as well as the remote interface software module. It can implement fault detection of electrical system on replaceable circuit board and block of the hydraulic system or electrical system. So it can help equipment repairmen and operator perform quick repairs and maintenance to the electrical system for engineering equipment.

As an application layer protocol of CAN bus, CANopen has wide application in industry. This paper presents a kind of CANopen slave node based on AVR hardware platform of AT90CAN128. Firstly the structure of the slave node hardware platform of the AVR microcontroller AT90CAN128 and CAN bus control based on embedded CAN driver module CTM1050 is proposed. Then the open-source protocol stack CANFestival software design and the specific method are described. CANopen network testing platform is built to test the design of the CANopen slave node. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed solution and implementation method is correct and effective.

So it is a valuable job to promote the performance of the system employing the latest methods of collaborative design and embedded hardware and software technology. For designing of the new type improved aeroengine test system, a hardware and software co-design strategy is employed. After a thorough trade-off analysis and comparison among different hardware and software systems, an embedded aeroengine test system based on ARM and FPGA is designed, by using S3C2440A CPU with ARM920T core and FPGA from Xilinx as fundamental hardware data acquisition and process platform, using Linux as real time operating system. The data transmission between ARM and FPGA take the path of dual-port RAM, during which the read-write operation is coordinated by means of interruption. The system uses U-Boot to initialize hardware and load operating system. FPGA is used as foreside of data acquisition system, which sampling parameter setting is loaded by reading configuration file during start-up and read into inner register by SPI bus. Data is exported from flash-chip of test system by means of U-disk or network, and analyzed in PC equipped with specialized software. Strong post-proceeding capacity for multi parameters of aeroengine rig testing can be realized, especially for dynamic signal analysis in time domain, frequency domain. Because of the use of the new platform, a big promotion has been achieved. I) the capacity of data processing increases by 15%. II) The new system allows numbers of the sampling channels to double. III) Abundant functions of software can realize more professional, intelligent and generic tests. IV) Sampling frequencies increases by 20%, meeting the demand of monitoring dynamic random signals such as noise and vibration, on fluctuating pressure with wide frequency band. The embedded aeroengine test system based on ARM and FPGA is successful and the prototype is manufactured and tested. It is found that the performance of the new system is promoted significantly, which shows the effectiveness and reliability of the method employed.

Abstract Power line communication is a kind of communication mode which uses power line as transmission medium and carries on data transmission and information exchange through carrier. Power line has wide distribution, high economy, high transmission rate and good reliability. However, as a communication mode without special transmission media, there is still a lack of power line communication experimental platform in the industrial field. The communication experiment platform is composed of power line carrier field test platform, protocol consistency test platform, interconnection test platform and courts simulation platform. In this paper, the design scheme of the experimental platform is proposed from the aspects of hardware and software respectively. In terms of technology, the requirements of reliability, efficiency, enforceability and practicability are fully considered.

Based on the use of exiting testing equipment research, summarize the request of detection and analyze the existing problems. According to the signal characteristics of the aero-engine synthesis adjuster, designed a kind of test system based on virtual instrument for it, and developed a software system used for the adjuster in situ detection and offline testing. National Instruments launched Compact RIO platform. Adopted this platform as hardware system can realize test system open and integration designed very well, and simulated sensors for the offline test part of the system. This test system realized parameters calibrating, channel testing and fault diagnosis function etc. for the adjuster.
