The article is devoted to the study of the specifics and types of socio-professional identification. The basis for the research is formed by the study conducted in the city of Perm using the “Who am I?” method that involved surveying the socio-professional groups of entrepreneurs and leaders. It was found that entrepreneurs and leaders typically self-identify through the “social self” and “reflexive self”. Common to the two types of entrepreneurs in terms of self-identification (having and not having an in-depth identification with their socio-professional group) is the correlation of self-confidence and the ability to persuade others. In leaders with in-depth self-identification with their socio-professional group, self-confidence correlates with the ability to organize work while in leaders lacking such self-identification, self-confidence correlates with the ability to talk to people. It is tested whether the self-evaluation of one’s financial status and readiness to change the sphere of one’s activity influence the degree of awareness of socio-professional identification and whether socio-professional identification affects the perception of success in life.

The teacher professional development model is an important part of teacher education and the key aspect in developing teacher’s individual style, consolidating their professional knowledge, and improving their teaching methods. In retrospect to value connotations, the article explores the evolutionary characteristics of the macro design from governmentled to multi-subject collaboration, the development of teacher groups from scattered groups to integration, and the development of individual teachers from passive to active professionals. As for the prospective view, the authors claim the need to deepen the reform of the teacher professional development model by innovations from the governmental macro-regulation of teacher professional development policies, strengthening the integration concept of teacher professional development model, and integrating the elements of the teacher professional development model, as well as improving teachers’ knowledge, teaching techniques, and reflection on teaching

AbstractAmateur astronomers play an important role in historical astronomy and publish a wide range of studies. They can participate nearly as well as professional astronomers since neither are professional historians or archaeologists. Amateurs often restore old instruments and facilities, discovering clues to their design, manufacture and use that would not be noticed by non-astronomical historians.Possible studies include histories of institutions and of astronomy in different countries, biographies, and evolution of ideas. Publications and manuscripts could be studied for matters of current and historical importance. Folklore (of all countries) should be recorded before it dies out, and the beliefs behind it examined. More study groups involving amateurs, professionals and others should be established.

The objective of this study was to analyze the socio-occupational features, perceived stress, coping strategies and self-reported psychopathological symptoms of different groups of health professionals and the relationship among these variables during the Covid-19 pandemic. One hundred and thirty-five healthcare workers participated (medical staff, nursing staff and other health professionals), who obtained higher values than the normative data in the mean scores of perceived stress, phobic anxiety, and anxiety measures. The medical staff group showed a lower level of anxiety and somatization than the other group of healthcare professionals. Being a medical professional, having a lower level of perceived subjective stress, a greater proportion of active coping and lesser passive coping were significant predictors of fewer psychopathological symptoms. The description of a health professional profile with a lower risk of showing psychopathological symptoms can help identify healthcare groups with greater psychological vulnerability. The findings suggest specific psychological factors of interest to consider in interventions aimed at addressing the mental health needs of this population in the health context generated by Covid-19.

This article reveals the relevance of researching the issue of personal safety, as well as examines the essence of the socio-psychological approach to its understanding. It analyzes external and internal threats to personal security. These include natural, man-made, epidemiological, social, economic and other hazards. Furthermore, the article analyzes the practice of overcoming these threats in order to ensure personal safety. Without this, it is impossible to speak about the effective provision of personal safety. The theory and practice of ensuring personal safety is an integral part of social safety psychology. There is still a lot to do both in theoretical and applied terms for its complete design. Currently, there is an urgent need to develop professional competence in various safety areas, not only among professionals, but also among various groups of the population.

The presented research direction is focused on modeling of interpersonal communication in professions of socio-economic type. The relevance of studying the problem of psycholinguistic peculiarities of modeling interpersonal communication in professions of the socio-economic type is conditioned by the increasing role of professionalism in the information society; the emergence of new communicative professions of the socio-economic type; changing socially approved norms of the role behavior of professionals of the socio-economic profession, especially those related to interpersonal interaction; increasing the share of creative work related to interpersonal relationships; the increasing role of each professional and the need for coordination of actions and understanding of each other by experts from different fields and different social groups; awareness of communication as an important part of effective work in socio-economic professions; formation of new requirements for professionalism, including - communicative competence, as an indicator of the skill of a specialist. As a result of the research, invariant linguistic formulas have been singled out, which help to increase the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in professional socio-economic activity and its correction by influencing the linguistic consciousness of specialists of the socio-economic profile. The empirical data obtained suggest that the structural-semantic features of linguistic dialogue, as mono-rhetorical expression, depend both on the level of linguistic culture and on the personal characteristics of specialists of the socio-economic profile. The area of recognition of professional deformation has been expanded through the study of linguistic formulas, which, on the one hand, preserves the resources of the specialist, avoids the syndrome of professional burnout, on the other - prevents failure in the intercultural communication of specialists socio-economic profile.

Introduction. The relationship of IT specialists to representatives of other professional groups is built in different ways – from cooperation to conflicts. The important practical significance of the analysis of this problem actualizes the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the study and diagnosis of relations between IT specialists and representatives of other socio-professional groups based on an appeal to values. This is important for a holistic understanding of the trends in the development of the social structure of modern society.Methodology and sources. The multi-paradigm platform of work is formed on the ideas of two directions. Firstly, the fundamental principles of the theory of P.A. Sorokin on the sociodynamics of values in the process of social development are used; the ideas of D.A. Leontiev on the connections of individual and group values; approaches to the construction of methodological procedures for diagnosing values, set out in the works of V.A. Yadov and N.I. Lapin. Another part of the study is formed on the provisions M. Grannoweter’s theory of the strength of weak ties. The methodological procedure of the study is based on the technologies for assessing the relevance of professions proposed by J. Holland. Results and discussion. On the basis of network models of relations between IT specialists, it is shown that interaction with professionals of various professional groups is carried out in different ways. The professional groups with which IT specialists develop tense relations are shown, which is due to the specifics of their professional competencies. The sociodynamics of changes in professional values is revealed as the status and role positions of IT specialists change.Conclusion. The conducted research shows that the attitudes of IT specialists to actors of other professional groups of external social interaction are built inconsistently and ambiguously. Relationships between IT professionals and other professions are formed more like relationships oriented towards different values and variables. In this sense, a group of IT professionals can be perceived as a special case. Unlike relationships within the group of IT professionals themselves, relationships with professionals of other specialties are predominantly situational in nature and are more likely determined by some specific conditions and circumstances, specific people and specific factors than by the unity or solidarity of professional values and interests.

This article highlights the socio-psychological aspects of supervision groups organised for psychologists who are just starting their practical activities, based on the analysis of the methodological framework of supervision in a group. Supervision is seen as a counselling form aimed at improving the quality of communication and cooperation in the professional sphere, as a form of professional support, primarily in the areas of helping professions - psychology, psychotherapy, social work, as well as in management. In the last twenty years, the interest in supervision has been associated with the rapid growth of consultative and therapeutic services, due to wider use of the biopsychosocial approach and the model of "community care". The European model of supervision, which focuses on the integrative approach to supervision, has become relevant to these new demands of increased practice. In this article, we proceed from the idea that the modern methodology for supervision, relevant to the complex and multi-level tasks of modern practice, is based on the vision and principles of the integrative approach. The integrative approach used in groups and organizational supervision involves a combination of the capabilities of the systemic, humanistic, cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic directions with the principles of inter-subjective interaction, where the focus is on relationships between a supervisor and a supervisee. We also point out the expediency principle for choosing an approach used by a supervisor in a specific situation, depending on a subject, a supervision request and the supervisor’s focus at a certain stage of work. In this case, the main procedural model of practical work is the seven-dimensional model of supervision. A supervisor’s activity is implemented on the basis of the system of methodological principles given in the article. The central subject of our research was group dynamics under supervision, since it was proven that group supervision work was largely based on a supervisor’s understanding and conscious use of the resources of group dynamics. The effectiveness of this work largely depended on taking into account the regularities of stages, processes and phenomena of group dynamics.

The objective is to analyze the life stories of Physical Education teachers in Brazil and Colombia. Based on the methodology of life history and configurational sociology, two retired professors from each country were interviewed. A narrative text was produced that presented the intertwined lives, and many of the narrated experiences originated in confrontations and material and symbolic struggles that constituted social habitus in the face of professional development in schools, colleges and groups. Among the converging aspects between the countries, the unbalance in the “me – us” scale stands out, leaning towards a “we”, confirming for teachers the importance of leadership of different groups and collectives. As divergent aspects, there is, for one country, a socio-professional character of those groups and, for another, the existence of these groups in conjunction with an academic-scientific configuration of the area. It is concluded that configurational approaches to life stories make it possible to understand the multiple interdependencies that configure being a teacher.

The article discusses the influence of socio-economic characteristics of the regions on the effectiveness of attracting and professional adaptation of young teachers in educational institutions. Based on the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches, empirical research, and the regulatory framework, it is concluded that there are several features of the analysis of professional adaptation: the problems of professional adaptation are closely related to the key categories of sociological theory and have a long history of analysis at the theoretical and empirical levels; there is noted an increased attention of state and society to the problems of attracting young teachers to the educational system along with an increased state support in its various forms and growing research on various aspects of professional adaptation of novice teachers. Nevertheless, at the moment there is a gradual increase in personnel tension in organizations of general education, associated with a number of factors of a psychological, professional, and social nature. There is also noted a significant difference in the share of young teachers among the regions of Russia. As a source of empirical material, statistical data are used on the number of teachers in the regions of Russia, their distribution according to the criteria of age, length of service, type of settlement, as well as information on the socio-economic condition of the constituent territories of the federation (indicators of unemployment and the average level of wages, the number of population younger than able-bodied age, development indicators of science-intensive sectors of the economy). Based on the correlation analysis carried out, the author concludes about the specific nature of the process of young teachers’ professional adaptation in urban and rural areas as well as the specifics of the relationship between the proportion of teachers in different age groups and indicators of the socio-economic development of the region.

Introduction. Women's attitudes to money seem to play an important role in easing social tension and, therefore, need to be studied. Social transformations and the war in Ukraine, as well as global socio-political and economic crises have a powerful effect on the mentality of the individual including the economic behavior of women, which calls for researching the types of womens' money attitudes and behaviors and their relationship with socio-demographic, socio-economic and organizational-professional factors. Aim: to analyze the levels and types of womens' money beliefs and behaviors and their relationship with socio-demographic, socio-economic and organizational-professional factors. Methods. A. Fernem Money Beliefs and Behavior Scale (MBBS) (a modified version: M. Simkiv Money Perceptions and Behavior Scale (ShGUP) (Simkiv, 2012)) and a specially developed passport questionnaire. Results. Womens' money beliefs and money behaviors were divided into four groups (money obsession, power, economy, and inappropriate money behavior) and had high, medium, and low levels. Besides, womens' money beliefs and money behaviors had positive and negative statistically significant relationships with socio-demographic, socio-economic, and organizational-professional factors. Based on the methodological practice of oral history, as well as the method of in-depth interviews, the article reveals factors, content and results of the development of the socio-cultural and professional identity within the academic and teacher community consisting of the post-war generation born in 1943–1953. It establishes that markers of the identity of the generation include joint historical experience, models, and programs of socialization cultivated during the Soviet era, general life experience in the process of professional communication. When reconstructing the socio-cultural identity of baby boomers, the authors take into account the thesis, according to which the differentiation of generations is due to the experience of significant historical events, perceived as historical caesura. It also establishes that crises, scientific revolutions, socio-political innovations that influence many age groups are experienced differently in the certain phase of a certain generation. This study identifies the stages of the development of the communicative consent of the representatives of the baby boomer generation, the ethical principles of community contacts in the context of the socio-cultural background of the 2nd half of the 20th century. The authors pay particular attention to intergenerational communication, which defined the system of moral and ethical ideas of baby boomers, influenced the choice of strategies and practices of social behavior in the conditions of generally accepted norms of the USSR.

What future for the socio-professional categories in an economy and a society in profound mutations?Thats the question posed by the mobility of work and its world, characteristic of excessive globalization. Indeed, the central place that work, in the diversity of its forms, occupies for man and society has been called into question since the end of the last century with the emergence of new codes of work market access and new job categories. We are attending a categorical recomposition of work where some professional groups have disappeared to give birth to others. The sociodemographic variables are strongly correlating the supply of job which is coated in social inequity. By renewing the debate on the job crisis, the economic and social transformations have engendered a deconfiguration of economic activities by inducing a real overhaul of the work world with as a corollary a destructuration of the job structure. This article restores a survey that analyzes the anteriority of socioeconomic mutations to the deconfiguration of socio-professional categories in professional sphere in central and southern Benin. Thus, this paper aims, as a general objective, to examine the impact of changes of the work world in a globalized economy on socio-professional categories. Specifically, it involves, on the one hand, to inventory the various changes that have occurred in socio-professional categories and their effects and, on the other hand, to elucidate the process of the reconfiguration of the socio-professional categories, which will lead us to explain the configuration of the new nomenclature of socio-professional categories.

The objective of this study is to identify the usage of ICT tools among social educators within their professional activity. Technology among social educators is currently a very up-to-date topic. This is a professional group with its own characteristics that are different from those of teachers or other professionals in formal education. A mixed sequential two-phase method was proposed for the study: both quantitative and qualitative. In the first phase, the EdSocEval_V2 questionnaire was applied to a sample of 504 social educators from 17 autonomous communities. In the second phase, four focus groups were formed. The results presented reduced and basic usage of ICT: in management and administrative tasks and for communication with conventional tools. The COVID-19 pandemic has likewise increased the need for the use of ICT in socio-educational interventions, although their use for intervention among these groups is still very scarce. Training in and raising awareness of ICT among professionals for social interventions are priorities, as is the construction of a referential framework for professional training.

The report makes a brief analysis of the psychological and pedagogical literature on the issue of mentorship with teachers in the context of the inclusive education and the definitions of the term. Mentorship in the field of the inclusive education of teachers is a strategy of individual and institutional support which is fulfilled by the collaboration for learning of two persons and is predominantly targeted to professional development. It is a partnership, normally between two persons (mentor and mentee), who work in one sphere and share common experiences. Their partnership is based on beneficial relations, trust (confidentiality), protection, mutual confidence and respect. It emphasizes on the necessity to ensure effective mentorship for newly employed young teachers in order to develop their professional skills through a motivating environment in the process of inclusion of students with special educational needs.Socio-economic changes in the country and the modernization of training require a new approach to teachers' professional competence. Their professionalism is becoming a decisive factor in ensuring the quality of education.Main priority is to create conditions for developing the personality of the teacher, self-realization of his / her abilities, further training and development of his / her professional qualities. The professional training and development of future teachers is a unified, continuous and continuous process aimed at building personal qualities, professional competences, knowledge, skills and habits, adequate to his / her personal needs as well as to the qualification requirements for the occupation.Along with the motivational factors, the mentoring system plays a significant role in the development and improvement of teachers as professionals which is an integral part of the young professional's adaptation to the profession, its overall development and improvement.Often the words "mentor" and "perceptor" are used as synonyms and no distinction is made in their meaningful sound. Mentoring is a method that enables in particular disadvantaged groups to become more easily integrated into education or work. Mentoring has a relatively long history and is one of the first forms of learning and transferring socio-cultural experience.

The professionalisation of social work is examined using Germany as an example. The main aspects of the process are explored: professional qualifications, content aspects of professional work, resources allocated and their control, as well as empirical and theoretical research in social work. The evolution of approaches to aid motivation from ecclesiastical and Christian traditions of love for one's neighbour to institutionalised aid within the functioning of welfare states is analysed. The dynamics of approaches to the definition of neediness in order to prevent the development of social parasitism is studied, the historical continuity of forms of work with socially deprived groups is shown. The professionalization of social work is considered in socio-historical context: its connection with protest movements of neo-Marxist persuasion in 1960s and changes in the system of academic training of social work professionals with the introduction of Bologna system is analyzed. The material in this article is the result of many years of research, including participant observation by the authors. This text is the latest and the last article by Professor Horst Bossong, one of Germany's leading specialists in social work, social policy and administration. Introduction. For sociology, it is important to understand the content and forms of integration of IT specialists as one of the types of social associations. Such an analysis is important to carry out since the interpretation and content characteristics of this community subsequently guide all other elements of the strategy of theoretical and empirical research. In particular, it is relevant to identify: in what capacity of a “professional community” or “professional group” IT specialists act as a real social phenomenon.Methodology and sources. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of IT specialists involved identifying the nature and forms of their social integration: as socioprofessional groups, or as socio-professional communities. Based on the analysis of the fundamental provisions of foreign and Russian sociologists F. Tennis, J. Shchepansky, R. Merton, K. Manheim, T.M. Mills, P.A. Sorokin, V.A. Yadov, and many others, the differences in the understanding of “community” and “group” are revealed as a reflection of the special essential characteristics of these forms of integration. Results and discussion. The results of the analysis of statistical data show that the concept of a social group is used much more often than the concept of community in characterizing integration processes; this is a more relevant category for modern research. The results confirm the significant connection between the concept of “group” and the concepts of “values”, “common goal”, and “professional”. Exploring the numerous features of IT specialists, such as self-education, the desire to organize training based on introspection, significant differences from other specialists in the system of professions “human-sign system”, such as erudition and logical thinking, mastering mathematics, English language, the Internet as necessary starting conditions for entering the profession, the authors use the definition of a professional or social group.Conclusion. IT professionals should be considered a special socio-professional group with all the signs of such social integration. IT professionals operate in today's multidimensional social space. As a social group, IT specialists are united by the presence of a common feature – activities in a special environment – in the information and digital space, common social values.

The article examines the socio-demographic indicators of professional groups of medical workers, some factors of job satisfaction. Purpose of the study - socio-demographic characteristics of medical personnel in obstetric institutions for the further development of scientifically based recommendations on the formation of health-preserving behavior. The research was carried out by means of anonymous questionnaires on the basis of obstetric institutions of the second and third levels. Ryazan, Kolomna, Lipetsk, Smolensk. The study involved doctors (obstetricians-gynecologists, neonatologists) and nurses (midwives, anesthetics nurses, ward nurses). The study showed that about half of the respondents in medical professions, one tenth in the professional groups of nursing staff belong to the age category under 30 years old. The age group of 30-39 years is represented by doctors and mid-level medical personnel in almost equal proportions. In the age group 40 years and older, representatives of the nursing professions prevail. A significant part of the respondents are medical professions, have work experience in their specialty from 5 to 9 years; representatives of nursing professions, mainly, have work experience of 10-14 years and more than 15 years. In the families of nursing staff (nurse anesthetists and ward nurses), one can note dissatisfaction and incomplete satisfaction with the level of wages and lack of confidence in the future. The revealed dissatisfaction with work can lead to a decrease in motivation to perform professional duties. Socio-demographic characteristics are basic and serve as the basis for further hygienic and statistical studies, identifying correlations between unfavorable hygienic factors (physical inactivity, prolonged static load, local overstrain of certain muscle groups, exposure to physical, chemical and biological factors, psychoemotional and informational stress).

This article reveals the relevance of the study of socio-political psychology, as well as the essence of the socio-psychological approach to its understanding. At the same time, the difficulties that occur in defining the concept, subject, structure and ensuring the development of socio-political psychology are analyzed. The prospects for the development of this industry are connected with their overcoming. Therefore, it is not by chance that the most important task is to create a general theory of socio-political psychology. At the same time, the theory of applied socio-political psychology is an integral part of the general theory. They complement each other. Without this, it is impossible to talk about the effective development of socio-political psychology. Within the framework of the everyday competence of various social groups in the field of socio-political psychology, many mistakes occur. Professional competence in the field of socio-political psychology is a profile based on the characteristics of professional competence and professional readiness. In this regard, it is necessary to increase the everyday and professional competence of various social groups in the field of socio-political psychology.

Turning to the history of the everyday life of an individual or society allows us to preserve historical memory, to identify the mechanisms that ensure the historical continuity and integrity of society at the present stage. An important role in the organization of the management of the regional educational space belonged to civil servant (the trustee, district inspectors, administrative corps of educational institutions), allocated from among the employees of the Ministry of the National Education. Based on historiographical and historical sources, using the methodological provisions of the theory of everyday life, the principles of objectivity, historicism and consistency, the article shows the role of the profession in the structure of the daily life of civil servant of the West Siberian Educational District. It is established that the professional activity was influenced by the scope of official duties established by departmental regulatory documentation, spatial and territorial features of the entrusted management sector, the socio-political situation that corrects professional duties, the established way of life and provides the opportunity to choose within the entrusted professional space. The social status and income level of a civil servant depended on the scope of control and its significance for the activities of the entire system. It was a compensation for the time and effort spent. The proposed approach to the analysis of the role of the professional factor in the daily life of civil servant of the West Siberian Educational District can be applied to other socio-professional groups in different territorial and temporal spaces. Background. The spatial aspect of professionals’ trust and distrust in socio-technical systems has not been sufficiently explored. The study of its structure, criteria for spatial distribution, and interrelationships of elements is of both scientific and practical interest. Objective. To perform a comparative analysis of the trust and distrust experienced by professional operators in a socio-technical system of subject–subject and subject–object interactions. Design. This work is based on A.B. Kupreychenko’s methodological approach to studying trust and distrust in socio-technical systems, adapted by the authors to the railway transport system in Russia. The subjects were 86 locomotive crew members. The main focus was on their trust/distrust in the operation of the socio-technical (railway transport) system, including their workmates, managers, and themselves, as well as the technical objects they operate (locomotives), manufacturers of railway equipment, and conditions of its operation. Results. The authors identified two relatively independent groups of indicators of trust/distrust in subject–subject and subject–object interactions. Trust in the elements of subject–subject interactions (involving workmates, managers, and the study participants themselves as specialists) was reliably higher than their trust in the elements of subject–object interactions (technical objects, manufacturers of railway equipment, and conditions of its operation). The correlations between trust and distrust in the elements of the socio-technical system were positive. Conclusions. Trust and distrust perform the functions of integrating/differentiating elements of a socio-technical system according to their predictability in various operating conditions. The degree of trust/distrust in the system elements and their “location” in the space of trust/distrust are important when professionals make decisions in the course of performing professional actions. The results of the study can be used for designing socio-technical systems to increase the predictability of their operation in unstable conditions.

This article points out that the process of modernizing the Russian Federation’s education system is aimed at developing such a professional body of teachers that would be prepared to solve issues associated with improving the quality of education. Given such a situation, the need arises for finding effective means of developing the professional competencies of teachers. One direction for modernizing the education system would be a national system of advancement for teachers, which postulates the need for creating the right conditions for the formal and informal training of educators. Given the context, socio-professional teachers’ unions turn out to be especially vital. The goal of this study was to identify how active participation in the practices of such organizations is connected to a young teacher’s professional growth. The study was conducted in Orel Province. Members of the regional young math teachers’ association were selected to be the object of research, with questionnaire survey used as the research method. The study focused on several aspects of teaching: professional difficulties faced by young educators, the mentorship system, an educator’s value orientations, professional growth. The results of the study allowed for identifying three groups of educators, the first one being young teachers who do not actively participate in educational events. The second group included teachers who do not share their own methodical expertise, but partake in seminars and master classes. The third group consists of educators who publically share their experience and are prepared to think of new ideas for future events. The article shows that the Association’s active participation in various events significantly affected the individual value orientations of trade professionals. Those educators who shared their publically work experience demonstrated a higher degree of professional aptitude in performing their jobs within the national system of teachers’ training. ctive efforts as members of the Association helped young educators quickly adapt within their professional community and establish firm social connections with their colleagues. The authors suggest the need for developing a system of mentorship in educational institutions, which would utilize resources provided by socio-professional teachers’ unions.

Trust in the business environment is usually seen as the trust of entrepreneurs to each other or trust within the firm as the trust of managers to their subordinates. The importance of such trust for the successful functioning of the economy and business is often emphasized. This article presents another aspect: it is the trust of entrepreneurs as a socio-professional group to other people (generalized trust), their trust in a narrow circle - family members and acquaintances (particularized trust); trust in social institutions (institutional trust). The characteristics of trust of entrepreneurs are compared with other socio-professional groups (such as workers, specialists with higher education in the field of science and culture, civil servants). Entrepreneurs have the highest level of trust, both generalized and particularized, among all socio-professional groups, but the level of trust in the state is the lowest for them. A rationalized attitude towards trust, involvement in horizontal (non-hierarchical) social relations, an increased level of risk, and the need for trust to reduce transaction and social costs distinguish entrepreneurs from other socio-professional groups and form their specific (local) culture of trust. The article also reveals the features of entrepreneurial trust in the field of digital technologies that are actively developing today (trust in social networks; trust in online commerce; trust in mobile applications of banks, etc.). Our study is based on the results of two surveys conducted in St Petersburg - a telephone survey of city of St Petersburg, N = 1032 (2020); Internet survey, N = 505, residents of the city and region (2021); in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs (10) (2020-2021).

In the article, the authors consider the vectors of professional training of bachelors of socio-cultural activities, focused on solving the problems of consolidating the state and civil society. Socio-cultural design is the most effective technology to solve this problem. It is noted that the curricula of universities that train bachelors of social and cultural activities include disciplines whose main educational goal is to attract student youth to socially significant activities aimed at improving living conditions, developing social activity of various population groups, as well as mastering and the preservation of national cultural values and traditions. In the process of formation of knowledge about the history and culture of Russia and the native land among bachelors of socio-cultural activities, as well as practical participation in the development and implementation of relevant socio-cultural projects, the territory is branded. The brand of the region is defined as a territorial identity, systematically expressed in bright and attractive ideas, symbols, values, images, well-known brands of the territories of Kuzbass are also presented, which influence the quality of life and regional identity of the population of the region.

Introduction. All over the world, the great socio-economic importance of occupational skin diseases is recognized, among which occupational allergic dermatoses account for a significant share. An important factor affecting the effectiveness of preventive measures is the identification of groups and risk factors for the development of the disease. In this regard, the importance of measures aimed at reducing the incidence of pro-allergic dermatoses is obvious. The aim of study is to characterize the severity of the clinical course in patients with occupational eczema, depending on the influence of concomitant pathologies (atopy, mycoses). Materials and methods. The data of the results of examinations of 70 patients who were hospitalized in the clinic department of dermatology of Izmerov Research Institute of Occupational Health for the last 3 years are provided. Results. In patients with a history of atopy and concomitant mycotic infection, the clinical picture is widespread with pronounced inflammatory manifestations, there is a more frequent exacerbation and torpidity to the therapy. The time of manifestation from the beginning of work with industrial allergens is reduced. Conclusions. Identification of patients with atopy (pollinosis, bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis), patients with mycotic infections as risk groups for the development of occupational allergodermatoses and their inclusion in preventive programs can improve the effectiveness of medical examinations and prevent them from developing severe forms of occupational skin pathology, reduce the disability of patients.

The article attempts to determine the usefulness of the concept of resourcefulness for research in the field of social history of the People’s Republic of Poland. On the basis of examples concerning problems with provisions, housing, professional work and retirement benefits, an analysis of specific issues was made, where this resourcefulness manifested itself particularly intensively. The research shows that in many cases it was pathological. It meant a strategy of behavior consisting in achieving the assumed goals by individuals or various groups of people using means that are in conflict with the norms, rules, procedures accepted as appropriate in a given political and socio-economic order.

The objective of this study is to contribute to the valorization of P. reticulatum. Semi-structured interviews and direct observations were conducted with 144 operators and conservation agents from the locality of Yilou and surrounding villages belonging to the Mossi ethnic group. The socio-professional criteria, the uses, the habitat of the species, the conservation, the opinion of the population on the threat of the species in its environment have been listed. We used XLSAT version 2022 software to perform descriptive analysis, graphs and Chi2 tests. The surveys identified four socio-professional groups (farmers, breeders, housewives, sellers and traditional healers) who exploit P. reticulatum for multiple uses. Seven categories of use have been listed and the most cited use is medicinal use (23%). The species is threatened and ten types of threats have been mentioned, the most important of which is abusive cutting (30.4%). Four types of preservation methods have been identified and the most used is RNA (54.16%). P. reticulum has several uses and its valorization could help the different socio-professional groups in their activities. Improving the productivity, quality and availability of medical services directly depends on the effectiveness of motivational mechanisms for personnel management. Despite the sufficient empirical and practical experience in the field of health workforce management, data on the comparison of labor motivation among different professional categories of medical personnel are not often found. The article analyzes the main labor motives of nurses and doctors, reveals the differences in the motivational profiles of these categories of workers.Purpose of the study. Is to study and compare the motivation of doctors and nurses from budgetary healthcare institutions providing TB care to the population.Materials and methods. A sociological survey was conducted using a questionnaire form containing questions to study the labor motivation of healthcare workers. The study involved employees of various professional categories of public medical institutions – the Republican Clinical Tuberculosis Hospital and the Makeyevka Municipal TB Dispensary. Labor motives are structured into 3 blocks: material, socio-psychological and individual.Results. In the overwhelming majority, doctors and nursing staff of public health care institutions with a phthisiology profile are equally satisfied with the work they do. The most significant labor motives were identified for each category of medical personnel. For paramedical personnel, the factor of material motivation came out on top, but a convenient work schedule, relationships with superiors and a favorable psychoemotional climate made up the five most significant work motives. Physicians are more influenced by individual and socio-psychological motives: self-realization and professional interest are in the lead, remuneration, relationships with colleagues and patient care have a complex effect on the activities of doctors.Conclusion. This study confirms the principle of polymotivation of all categories of employees, therefore, the modernization of the motivational environment should be carried out taking into account group affiliation, individual characteristics, preferences and personal qualities of employees. Personnel-oriented system of motivation of medical personnel will solve most of the problems faced by the healthcare sector in today's changing market relations.

The state of fatigue caused by work (“professional burnout”) must be given legal significance. The authors of the article are among the first in legal science to assess the links of “professional burnout” with the categories of work capacity, disability, legal capacity, delictworthiness, social and professional risks. The study solved the tasks of assessing the extent of the real spread of “professional burnout”, its symptoms and their legally significant manifestations in the activities of pedagogical and medical workers classified as high-risk groups of exposure to “professional burnout”, in order to formulate ideas on this basis about the place and role of assessment of “professional burnout”in the system of relations regulated by labor and administrative law, social security law. The data used as the basis of the study were collected in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, during a period of drastic changes in organizational and socio-psychological working conditions, exacerbation of stressful factors. To assess them, the methods of questionnaires, legal analysis, comparative analysis with the progress and results of medical research, generalization of statistical data were used. As a result, a unique database was formed on the dynamics of the health of teaching staff, a detailed description of the professional burnout of medical workers, symptoms that pose a threat of negative socio-legal consequences were identified by the phases of the syndrome development, a comparative characteristic of the socially significant symptoms of “professional burnout” was created and based on it - the characteristic of legally significant features of the syndrome as a whole, as a fact-a condition characterized by increasing dynamics, shows the connection between the structure of violations detected as a result of control and supervisory measures committed by medical workers in the provision of medical care with the development of “professional burnout” in this environment, the means and legal mechanisms for preventing or minimizing the risk of the formation of “professional burnout” are presented, the necessity and possibility of conceptual changes in the system of assessing working conditions by groups of factors of production by including a new group in them – socio-psychological factors with the attribution to them of work regimes, the quality of labor rationing, the quality of communication, for which the identified indicators of “professional burnout” will be one of the indicators of well-being or trouble in the production environment.

Introduction. Dynamic changes of the labour market and blurring of the boundaries of professional functions of a modern expert dictate the need for trans-professionalism development. Trans-professionalism development involves such meta qualities as social and professional mobility, communicativeness, developed emotional intelligence, innovation, tolerance for uncertainty, etc. All members of multi-disciplinary projects have to possess the listed above characteristics. Joint activity of several professional groups requires the participants of the project to possess the following skills and abilities: search for the consistent principles of work; “common language”; coherence of various abilities, caused by specifics of their occupation, to differentiate duties and to work harmoniously in neutral spheres; mastering of new roles in the cooperation process. The aimof the publication is to present a product of structural-functional modelling which is the socio-humanitarian educational platform of trans-professionalism development of professionals involved in multi-disciplinary projects (hereinafter the “Platform”).Methodology and research methods. The authors used a comparative analysis and generalization of the models of the multi-professional relations offered by foreign and Russian authors. The methodological framework of the research was based on the following approaches to the design of the Platform: multidimensional, trans-disciplinary, network, design, nonlinear synergetic, and transpective competency-based.Results and scientific novelty. The structural and functional model of the Platform has been developed and described. The Platform model has a block-modular organization. It consists of three blocks: basic (invariant), poly professional and functional. The technological basis of the Platform is social and humanitarian educational technologies. The authors highlighted the principles of the Platform. In the present study, the authors substantiated the importance of the development of the structural and functional model of the Platform in terms of additional education. The presented model of the Platform accumulates the results of theoretical and applied research in the field of vocational education. For the first time, different models of multi-professional relations (from inter-professional to trans-professional) have been used in a single course of additional education. The development of adjacent areas of activity is a stage for the development of distant, non-contiguous areas. Interactive development of these spheres is facilitated by immersion of listeners in the poly professional communicative environments. The result of the implementation of the Platform is a trans-professional project of the full life cycle.Practical significance. The results of the study can be partially or fully applied in the system of additional education.

Based on the data of public opinion polls, the article assesses the degree of politicization and involvement in the practice of civic participation of a social group of “professionals”, by which we mean the Russian people with higher education and, as a rule, earning a living through mental labour. It is believed that this very part of society is one of the main pillars of democratic regimes in most of the developed countries. In the Russian realities, as the authors of the article note, the representatives of this group for a long time were focused on individual self-realization and avoided participation in the social and political life of the country, that led to the lack of adequate representation of their interests in public policy. In the past few years, as demonstrated by the FCTAS RAS studies, a demand for democratic participation began to form against the backdrop of the awareness of “professionals”, as well as of many other representatives of the middle class, of the importance of a favorable social environment (security, including environmental security, the presence of a developed social infrastructure, non-interference in the citizens private life, etc.). The authors believe that this is a request not only for adequate representation of the interests of these groups in the state, but also for changing the very nature of relations between the society and the state. The authors emphasize that the direct involvement of “professionals” in the practice of political and social participation is of “pulsating” nature yet, representing their reaction to certain political events that seem important. Despite the fact that the level of this involvement is not very high, nevertheless, it noticeably (and sometimes multiple) exceeds similar indicators of other socio-professional groups. In the event of a further deterioration in the quality of the socio-political environment and a decrease in the standard of living in the country, the “background” interest of the majority of Russian “professionals” in politics might be transformed into systematic and more active practices of political participation.

In order to identify the psychological factors of professional burnout of anesthesiologists and intensive care physicians, 61 physicians from the Arkhangelsk region were examined. Methods were used: questionnaire “Attitude to work and professional burnout” developed by V.A. Vinokur, McLean’s Organizational Stress Scale, Freiburg Personality Questionnaire (FPI), Anxiety Test developed by C.D. Spielberger and modified by Yu.A. Khanina, R. Lazarus and S. Volkman's Coping Test, methods for assessing the psychological atmosphere in the team developed by A.F. Fidler. It was established that 60,6% of anesthesiology and intensive care physicians have a high level of professional burnout. Three groups of factors affecting the emergence and development of professional burnout among physicians have been identified: individually personal (use of non-constructive coping strategies, high anxiety, emotional instability, depression, aggressiveness); socio-psychological (unfavorable socio-psychological climate in the team) and professional and organizational (lack of professional development and self-improvement, work tensions, low self-assessment of work quality, organizational stress). The article offers recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout in anesthesiology and intensive care physicians.

The aim: To explore the peculiarities of subjective well-being (psychological well-being, physical health and well-being, relationships) and total well-being of the population during the 2022 war in Ukraine. To analyze the differences in subjective well-being of different population groups during the 2022 war in Ukraine according to the socio-demographic (gender, age, marital status) and socio-professional (social sphere of the work, position) characteristics and place of residence and security (territorial location and security level). Materials and methods: Subjective well-being was studied using the modified BBC Subjective Well-being scale (BBC-SWB). A specially designed questionnaire was used to study the characteristics of the population. The study was conducted in May 2022. 344 respondents from Central region (Kyiv and Dnipro cities, Kyiv region) of Ukraine participated in the survey using a Google Form. Results: The population’s subjective well-being the during the 2022 war in Ukraine was found to be at a moderate level. The differences in subjective well-being between the population groups (differentiated by their socio-demographic, socio-professional characteristics and characteristics of the place of residence and safety) were found. The most striking differences can be seen between the groups that differed by such criteria as gender, age, and place of residence during the war. The greatest differences were observed in the ‘psychological well-being’ and ‘physical health and well-being’ subscales, while the least differences in the ‘relationships’ subscale. Conclusions: The research findings can be helpful for local governments, social services, volunteer organizations, and psychological centers, as well as the described categories of the population in increasing the subjective well-being of the population in conditions of the 2022 war in Ukraine.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the process of formation and functioning of the Proskuriv Ukrainian Pedagogical Technical School, which was organized in 1921 of the 20th century. Its activity is presented through the prism of regulations, reports, letters, orders of various management levels. Particular attention is paid to the motivation of students in obtaining professional education related to the study of the Ukrainian, Polish, Russian languages; natural sciences - Mathematics and Physics. Teachers of the technical school organized lectures, consultations, individual educational work, control events in schools where students worked, to ensure their effective professional activity and their scientific and general development. The peculiarities of the organization of extracurricular work related to the functioning of amateur art groups and clubs (drama, singing), physical culture, the work of agricultural teams for growing vegetables and fruits are revealed. The objective analysis of this experience gives us the opportunity to assess the current state of national education, to establish the dependence of pedagogical phenomena on certain socio-political and socio-cultural conditions, which is an important source for developing a strategy for a modern system of education and upbringing, a necessary basis for scientific and pedagogical knowledge, on the basis of which new educational concepts are developed. In this context, there is a need to recreate the objective ethnic history of education in regions of Ukraine as well as in the whole country.

In connection with the emergence of a new society, the study of the socio-professional groups on a scientific basis becomes relevant again. It is emphasized that the history of the study of a social community from the perspective of sociology allows us to analyze the interactions of different actors. The article presents the classifications of research paradigms of a particular professional group. The classification of bureaucracy research paradigms is based on the Marxist, neoclassical and institutional paradigms. The research approaches applied are: rational choice institutionalism, historical and sociological. Six research paradigms are identified through an analysis of the entire history of the study of officialdom: Marxist and neo-Marxist, institutional and neo-institutional, classical and neoclassical research paradigms. The strengths and weaknesses of each are identified. The neo-institutional paradigm is very multi-faceted. The article considers its three strands: rational choice institutionalism, historical institutionalism and sociological institutionalism. Today, the most popular paradigms in the study of bureaucracy are the neoclassical and the neo-institutional. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses. Conclusions have been drawn on the state and prospects of research approaches to the study of this social community, taking into account trends in the development of sociology and humanitarian knowledge. It is very important and promising to develop the practice of combining different research approaches in the study of this community, as well as to use the achievements of other sciences if necessary.

The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the career growth dynamics, inherent to employees with different socio-demographic characteristics (women and men, persons involved and not involved in parental responsibilities) according to data on Ukrainian energy companies. To assess such dynamics, indicators of speed and amplitude of progress in the levels of the skill-occupational hierarchy have been developed. Comparing these indicators for different socio-demographic groups of staff (identical in other factors of career dynamics), the authors obtained comparative characteristics of the career opportunities, created by enterprises in the energetic sector for women and men, persons involved and not involved in parenting. In particular, women are significantly inferior to men in the dynamics of their careers, which is manifested in two main aspects, for which there is a formal confirmation of the statistical significance of differences:1) the share of women working in energy companies who do not make any transition to a higher qualification level (career amplitude is "0" for 10 - 20 years of work at the enterprise) is much higher than the share of men with similar stagnation career;2) During their employment at the energy company, women make on average a much smaller number of transitions to a higher level of occupational-skill hierarchy and face a much longer period of waiting for the next promotion.Employees of energy companies involved in childcare have even higher averages of the amplitude and speed of their careers than all respondents and respondents who are not involved in parenting. This can be explained by the greater career ambitions of people who have started family life and taken responsibility for the children.

OBJECTIVEAlthough multimodal treatment for glioblastoma (GBM) has resulted in longer survival, uncertainties exist regarding health-related quality of life and functional performance. Employment represents a useful functional end point and an indicator of social reintegration. The authors evaluated the rate of patients resuming their employment and the factors related to work capacity.METHODSThe authors performed a retrospective study of working-age patients treated with surgery and radiochemotherapy between 2012 and 2015. Data were collected before and after surgery and at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. Employment was categorized according to the French Socio-Professional Groups and analyzed regarding demographic and clinical data, performance status, socio-professional category, radiological features, type, and quality of resection.RESULTSA total of 125 patients, mean age 48.2 years, were identified. The mean follow-up was 20.7 months with a median survival of 22.9 months. Overall, 21 patients (18.3%) went back to work, most on a part-time basis (61.9%). Of the patients who were alive at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months after diagnosis, 8.7%, 13.8%, 15.3%, and 28.2%, respectively, were working. Patients going back to work were younger (p = 0.03), had fewer comorbidities (p = 0.02), and had a different distribution of socio-professional groups, with more patients belonging to higher occupation categories (p = 0.02). Treatment-related symptoms (36.2%) represented one of the main factors that prevented the resumption of work. Employment was strongly associated with performance status (p = 0.002) as well as gross-total removal (p = 0.04). No statistically significant difference was found regarding radiological or molecular features and the occurrence of complications after surgery.CONCLUSIONSGBM diagnosis and treatment has a significant socio-professional impact with only a minority of patients resuming work, mostly on a part-time basis.
