Повний текст джерелаThis thesis work contributes both in the pervasive computing and computer supported collaborative work domains. We explore these domains by an extended presentation of related works concerning models, designs and evaluation methods. Our main contribution for these areas is the PCSCW model, which proposes an original approach to the integration of the pervasive aspect inside the collaboration. By relying on an ontological model representing users’ context and a set of devices collaboration rules, our work enables smart devices to analyse their context and find the best way to behave and collaborate with other devices of the environment in order to seamlessly and efficiently channel and facilitate the collaboration of humans. We also propose a methodology allowing collaborative systems’ developers to build their own evaluation strategies

Global trend of aging population have made aging society become the light spot for elder-related industries and service providers, especially in travel and tourism industry. All health problems accompanied by aging process could lead to potential gaps related to food, lodging, movement, recreation, shopping and entertainment during an abroad trip, and those gaps might lead senior citizens’ original health problems worse, or induce the associated health problems. The potential gaps related to health problems are evident in the aspect of food factor, and finding of the gaps could build one circumstance providing safe and secured foods during travelling. This study discussed the existing and potential “Gaps” might exist in physical, psychological, and social aspects and leveraged free-listing, focus or semi-structured interview for data collection, as well as used ANTHROPAC program for analysis of indexed responses from all subjects among those senior subjects with more than 2 chronic illnesses. The study samples show that senior citizens with hypertensive disease are the popular population among 100 subjects (43), and subjects with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases are next in line. The resulting salience index of free listings of related gaps in each criteria which occurs at higher frequency are “food cleanliness” on psychological related gap (food criteria); “lodging amenity” on physical aspect related gaps (housing criteria); “fear of being falling over” on psychological aspect related gaps (movement criteria); “environment safety” on social aspect related gaps (recreation criteria); “quality (flaw products)” on psychological aspect related gap (shopping criteria); “fine scenery” on psychological aspect related gap (entertainment criteria), respectively. By all accounts, the resulting salience index of listings shows the psychological aspect related gaps occur at higher frequency while the gaps highly related to physical aspect of senior citizen occur at very low listing frequency.

With the acceleration of aging population increase, the statistics survey report released by the National Immigration Agency shows the number of Taiwanese travelers over the age of sixty-five has been increasing in recent years. Senior population has become one of the largest groups for tourism market. The purpose of this studyis to develop a scale of seamless travel assessment with good reliability and validity for seniors in Taiwan. First of all, through a literature review and the review of five experts, a primary questionnaire with 35 items was generated. The main facets are related to food, medical treatment, lodging, transportation and entertainment, to explore the possible specific and potential traveling seams of seniors during their vacation trips. "Traveling Seams" refers to any impacts that influence personal leisure preferences, decision making on leisure participation and recreation experiences, which lead to decrease, unwillingness or inability to participate in tourism. A purposive sampling method was used twice to collect data from Seniors Education Agencies of the northern part of Taiwan. The data went through item analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and reliability analysis. The scale was originally comprised of four subscales with 18items. The four subscales focused on food, accommodation, safety and tours. The collected data are tested by Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The scale was then finalized 12-item version. The results have shown that this scale has good reliability and validity. This STA scale is expected to become one measurement tool for the senior tourism market, for tourism-related industries to reduce travelingseamsand to achieve "Seamless Travel"for senior citizens.

Kaohsiung County/City were merged at the end of 2010; it possesses international airport, seaport and a convenient public transit with Rail, HSR, and MRT. Along with comprehensive infrastructure and abundant tourism resources, it has the basic ability to develop seamless travel. Thus, this research used observations, experts interviews, and document analyses to investigate four major gaps “space, time, information, and service”, of major scenic spots and public transit system, in order to propose the measures for improving the seamless travel in Kaohsiung. Research results and suggestions show: 1.In terms of “spatial gaps”, the public transit system at downtown scenic spots were convenient, but remote scenic spots haven't enough public transit services, resulting in the difficulty in visiting remote scenic spots. Therefore, there are two suggestions for improving: “to develop the service of cruised shuttle touring tourism attractions” and “to promote low-carbon traffic tool for excursion”. 2.In terms of “temporal gaps”, there is a very low efficiency of public transit in remote areas; some lines have ceased operating or decreased frequency, the results in the transport services failing to meet needs in travel. Therefore, there are two suggestions for improving: “to promote demand responsive transit system” and“to add fill mechanism to reduce waiting time”. 3.In terms of “information gaps”, Kaohsiung has fairly comprehensive tourism and transport official website, and the continued of promotion of smart phone mobile web browsing. However, the design of tourism leaflets wasn't delicate, and their contents were all the same. Therefore, there are four suggestions for improving: “to strengthen the serial search function on official websites”, “to strengthen the integrated marketing between official and private websites”, “to issue delicate tourism leaflets or brochure” and “to issue e-books integrated with tourism and traffic information”. 4.In terms of “service gaps”, public transit ticket failed to fully cover “various transport tools, areas, and fields, and use of travel package was limited. In addition, the travel service centers were merely established in downtown, there were only few service facilities established in remote areas. Therefore, there are six suggestions for improving: “to improve the applicability of public transport ticket integration”, “to cooperate with private operators to increase discount of travel package”, “to establish i-centers at station of tourism system”, “to install kiosk machines at stations in remote areas”, “to establish Bluetooth system” and “to make the best use of toll-free hot line of Tourism Bureau”.

In recent years, eco-tourism has become the intermational trend of tourism, and the Ecotourism White Paper published by Tourism Bureau R.O.C. in 2002 also proposed related strategies and specific implementation plans for national parks, forest recreation areas and national scenic areas. However, most of the attractions for ecotourism usually lie in rural areas, where the usage rate of public transport was low resulting from inefficient timetables, and 2010 Survey of Travel by R.O.C. Citizens showed the majority of tourists, 65 percent, tend to go to these destinations by car. This kind of private mode of transport contributes carbon dioxide emissions though. If we use green transport which is more sustainable, then we could minimize the impact on local environment so as to achieve the concept of ecotourism. Previous studies showed that transportation typically accounts for the majority of energy consumption in tourism so this research aims to evaluate intermodal integration strategies which could provide door-to-door passenger journey and improve the quality of public transport service by reducing the transfer costs so as to attract users from private modes of transport and to promote sustainable transport. This research selects Guan-Zi-Ling Designated Scenic Area in National Scenic Area to be the research scope and then applies stated preference approach, multinomial logit model and nested logit model to construct the travel demand model and then to understand the factors of tourists’ and residents' mode choice. The result shows that, in terms of tourist model, in-vehicle time, out-of-vehicle time, travel cost, transfer distance, career, age and education level are the important factors to tourists who are willing to transfer by public transport; in-vehicle time and out-of-vehicle time are important factors, but travel cost is not, to tourists who are unwilling to transfer and tend to use their existing transport; finally, gender, income, number of peers and origin are important factors of willing to transfer public transport or not to tourists. In terms of resident model, travel cost, transfer distance and education level are the important factors, but travel time is not, to residents who are willing to transfer by public transport; in-vehicle time and out-of-vehicle time are important factors, but travel cost is not, to residents who are unwilling to transfer and tend to use their existing transport; finally, age and career are important factors of willing to transfer public transport or not to residents.
