Political communication is a kind of communication which involves political messages and actors, or it is related to power, state, and government policy. Based on this definition, as an applied science, political communication is not something new. It can be also understood as a communication between ''the ruler" and ''the ruled". To communicate politics without a concrete political action can be actually carried by anyone, such as students, lecturers, and so on. The same also applies to political communcation of da'wah, which is not relatively different from political communication in general. It is obligatory that all preachers should be able to plan their da'wah activities which are more structured and concrete. This aims not only to transfer knowledge or da'wah messages, but also to give strong impacts to decision makers who are sinergized with power

A szociálpszichológia utóbbi három évtizede a kutatás és a publikációk határozott irányaival jellemezhető hazánkban. 1) Az első tárgykör a szociális identitás különböző (generációs, nemzeti, kulturális és nemi) aspektusait, ezen makrostrukturális csoportok viszonyait, a működő sztereotípiákat és a multikulturális nevelést öleli fel. Ezen a széles szaktudományos területen a különböző egyetemeken és kutatóintézetben folytonos fejlődés ment végbe, az elméleti megközelítések és módszertani megoldások gazdag változatossága mellett. 2) A második nagyobb tematikus egység a változások szociálpszichológiája volt, mind a „kommunizmus bukását” követő társadalmi-politikai változásokra, mind az internet és általában a kommunikációs technológia forradalmi hatásaira kitekintve. 3) A hatékony kutatómunka harmadik fontos területe a személyközi és szervezeti viselkedés dinamikája, kitüntetett figyelemmel az együttműködés és versengés kontinuumára. 4) A negyedik témakör a személyes értékekhez, ezeknek az egyéni világképben játszott szerepéhez és a nevelés révén végbemenő értékátadáshoz kötődött. Ebben az időszakban jelentős kutatásmódszertani fejlődés ment végbe, és erősödtek a szociálpszichológia és más társadalomtudományok (a nevelés-, közgazdaságés jogtudomány) közötti kapcsolatok.The last three decades of social psychology can be characterised by specific thematic directionsin Hungary. The first direction includes different aspects of social identity (generational, national, cultural, gender), intergroup relationships between these macrostructural social groups, stereotypes and the mechanisms of the multiculturial education. The second major thematic unite encompasses the social psychology of change, both the societal-political change after the „fall ofcommunism”, and the revolutionary effects of the internet, and the technology of communcation in general. The third important field is the dynamics of the interpersonal and organizational behavior, with a special regard to the cooperation-competion continuum. The fourth trend involves the personal values, their role in the individuals’ world views, and the transmission of values via education. During this period a significant methodolodical development took place and the interdisciplinary relations strengthened among social psychology and other social sciences (especially educational science, economy and law).

Although the field of Communication Sciences has been slower to organize in Spain than in other European countries and the United States, in recent years it has shown a clear tendency to growth. One way to trace this process is by analyzing scientific production, and this paper focuses on this aspect. Using bibliometric methods, we analyze scientific journals and papers indexed in Thomson Reuter’s international database, the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) for Communication. While the focus of the study is Spanish scientific output, the results are related to international activities in this field. The three Spanish journals included in SSCI in recent years: «Comunicar», «Comunicación y Sociedad» and «Estudios sobre el Mensaje Periodístico» were studied in detail. The results show that Spain plays an important role in Communcation journal publishing (4th in the world) and as a producer of scientific papers (6th in the world), with a remarkable evolution, in quantitative terms, especially in the last five years. The inclusion of these three Spanish journals in the international database has been an important contribution to the country's visibility in this field, but there is still a need to promote international collaboration to achieve greater impact and openness in the scientific community. Aunque el campo de las Ciencias de la Comunicación en España ha tenido una organización más tardía que en otros países de Europa y Estados Unidos, en los últimos años ha evidenciado un claro proceso de crecimiento. Una forma de rastrear este proceso es a través del análisis de la producción científica, por lo que este trabajo se centra en este aspecto. Utilizando métodos bibliométricos se estudian las revistas y los documentos publicados en la base de datos internacional Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) de Thomson Reuters en la disciplina Communication. Si bien el foco es el estudio de la producción española, los resultados se ponen en relación con la actividad internacional en este campo. En cada caso se analizan con mayor detalle las tres revistas españolas incluidas en SSCI en los últimos años: «Comunicar», «Comunicación y Sociedad» y «Estudios sobre el Mensaje Periodístico». Los resultados obtenidos muestran un importante papel de España como editor de revistas sobre Comunicación (4º del mundo) y como productor de artículos (6º del mundo) con una notable evolución en términos cuantitativos en los últimos cinco años. La inclusión de las tres revistas españolas en la base de datos internacional ha sido una importante contribución a la visibilidad del país en esta disciplina, aunque aún es necesario promover la colaboración internacional para lograr un mayor impacto y apertura a la comunidad científica.

O objetivo é realizar um levantamento sobre os achados científicos quanto ao uso da comunicação como instrumento de enfermagem no cuidado interpessoal do usuário no período de 2015 a 2019. Realizou-se uma busca nas bases de dados BVS, Science Direct, Scopus e Pubmed. Selecionaram-se artigos na íntegra; em português, inglês e espanhol; publicados entre 2015 a 2019. Utilizou-se o CASP para análise de elegibilidade dos estudos, analisando-os de maneira descritiva. Os termos de pesquisa utilizados foram: “comunicação”, “relações interpessoais” e “enfermagem”. Treze artigos foram selecionados para este estudo. Mostrou-se, pelos resultados desta revisão, que o uso da comunicação pode influenciar positivamente no cuidado de enfermagem, com a explicitação de alguns elementos que efetivam a comunicação interpessoal entre os profissionais e o usuário, além de demonstrar que existem desafios e obstáculos encontrados pelos profissionais para efetivá-la, mas que podem ser superados pela adoção de ações e medidas necessárias na prática assistencial.Descritores: Comunicação, Relações Interpessoais, Enfermagem, Cuidados de Enfermagem. Communication as a nursing instrument in user's interpersonal careAbstract: The objective is to carry out a survey on the scientific findings regarding the use of communication as a nursing instrument in the user's interpersonal care in the period from 2015 to 2019. A search was conducted in the BVS, Science Direct, Scopus and Pubmed databases. Full articles were selected; in Portuguese, English and Spanish; published between 2015 to 2019. CASP was used to analyze the eligibility of studies, analyzing them in a descriptive manner. The search terms used were: “communication”, “interpersonal relationships” and “nursing”. thirteen articles were selected for this study. It was shown, through the results of this review, that the use of communication can positively influence nursing care, with the explanation of some elements that effect interpersonal communication between professionals and the user, in addition to demonstrating that there are challenges and obstacles encountered by professionals to carry it out, but which can be overcome by the adoption of actions and measures necessary in care practice.Descriptors: Communcation, Interpersonal Relations, Nursing, Nursing Care. La comunicación como instrumento de enfermería en el cuidado interpersonal del usuarioResumen: El objetivo es realizar una encuesta sobre los hallazgos científicos sobre el uso de la comunicación como instrumento de enfermería en el cuidado interpersonal del usuario en el período de 2015 a 2019. Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos VHL, Science Direct, Scopus y Pubmed. Se seleccionaron artículos completos; en portugués, inglés y español; publicados entre 2015 y 2019. Se utilizó CASP para analizar la elegibilidad de los estudios, analizándolos de manera descriptiva. Los términos de búsqueda utilizados fueron: "comunicación", "relaciones interpersonales" y "enfermería". Se seleccionaron trece artículos para este estudio. The practice of effective communication is to change attitudes, change thinking, and change behavior both in speech and in action. The aim of the strategy in general is to determine and communicate a picture of vision and policy. The strategy describes the direction supported by various available resources. The communication strategy undertaken is macro and the process takes place vertically pyramid. In the context of science, Islamic communication has a main reference which is a way of life for Muslims, namely the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. These two main sources provide characteristics of Islamic communication. In addition to the Qur'an and Hadith, the books delivered by the scholars and other disciplines also contributed to the development of communication science in general and Islamic communication in particular. Islam is a guide to life, which has provided various instructions in all areas of human communication. In fostering the character of students through the Development of Islamic Education Development Program (P3AI) more concerned with the final result (pragmatic) to get directly Islamic values.Keywords: Strategic, Islam Communcation, Character Building

Total communication (TC) involves the teaching of a manual sign language response while simultaneously presenting the corresponding vocal stimulus. TC procedures have been shown to increase the acquisition of vocal responding for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This study attempted to systematically replicate the findings in Carbone et al. (2006), who found TC training to have a superior advantage over vocal alone (VA) procedures in the acquisition of vocal tacts. An alternating treatments design with initial baseline was implemented to compare two conditions in teaching vocal mands to children with ASD. In the VA condition, the researcher presented a vocal prompt to evoke vocal behavior. In the modified total communication (MTC) condition, the researcher presented the vocal prompt along with the corresponding manual sign. Participants were only required to vocally respond to produce reinforcement in both conditions. Sign language responses also produced reinforcement. Four children diagnosed with ASD and varying speech delays participated in this study. A multiple stimulus without replacement (MSWO) preference assessment (DeLeon & Iwata, 1996) was used to identify each participants’ preference to 15- 20 different stimuli. Following baseline, one to two highly preferred target stimuli were assigned to each condition. Four sessions were conducted during the intervention phase, two sessions of the VA condition and two sessions of the MTC condition. Conditions were counterbalanced by alternating each session with no more than two consecutive sessions of the same condition introduced first to control for sequential confounds. Sessions included three trial presentations of each stimulus. Sessions took place one to three times a week. Previous research suggested MTC to have an advantage in higher acquisition rates of vocal responses than the VA condition. The study outcome led to mixed results; three participants demonstrated slightly better acquisition of vocal mands in the MTC condition compared to the VA condition. The MTC condition also yielded slightly better acquisition of full word vocalizations and independent vocalizations for two participants. Results of this study were marginal and inconsistent but could suggest MTC training to have a slight advantage in the acquisition of vocal responses in individuals with speech delays. It also appears that teaching sign language to individuals with communication delays does not hinder natural speech development. Science communication, over the last two decades, has shifted its onus from public understanding to public engagement. These efforts have been paralleled in science education, which strives to promote continued student engagement with science. Persistence with more traditional forms of pedagogy by teachers in middle school is a chief deterrent to this endeavour. Since many teachers' inadequate understanding about science is regarded as inhibiting their use of inquiry-based pedagogy, professional development based on constructivist principles has been identified to remedy this problem. This study investigates the constructivist basis for a model of short-term professional development, which has not been addressed in the literature. The one-day workshops offered to middle school science teachers in Australia and overseas by the Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (ANU, Canberra) are investigated here. While the workshops did facilitate conceptual change in the teachers, it was found that the constructivist principles which were incorporated into the workshops' design and delivery were underpinned by science communication practices. The conclusions presented include: the possibility of a constructivist framework for short-term professional development; the need for greater involvement of science communication in science education reform; and the unique challenges which confront science teachers from non-Western cultures.
