The interaction between continental and oceanic areas has long been discussed in the scientific literature. In this sense, water flows, receiving basins, and oceans are interconnected, just as problems and solutions are as well. The interaction between land and sea leads to a management challenge, as public policies, programs and/or projects often tend to act exclusively on land or in the ocean. In Brazil, the Coastal Management Program (GERCO) has been implemented since 1988, with specific legislation and a set of defined strategies and instruments. More recently, Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) has started to be discussed in the country. MSP, in many cases, tends to be more focused on marine areas, disregarding this land-sea interaction. This paper aims to identify opportunities to integrate the already consolidated basis of GERCO into MSP, highlighting the potential for integration between management instruments and their respective tools. Coastal Management instruments and strategies in Brazil were analyzed, considering the potential for overlap with the MSP. A codebook was organized taking into account keywords related to MSP, adapting the methodology to a qualitative analysis, in which these keywords were located in the instruments and strategies in question. The results allow us to infer that GERCO’s strategies and instruments have the potential to contribute to the development of the MSP in Brazil in its diagnostic; prognostic; implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases. There are opportunities for integration in all the instruments analyzed, considering their peculiarities in terms of purpose, method and scale. Considering that the MSP is a territorial planning instrument, although with the peculiarities of being focused on the ocean, one can infer that its elaboration and implementation can be catalyzed by the use of the experience and knowledge already acquired over more than 30 years of coastal management in Brazil.

Анотація:

SapTis is a software of simulation and nonlinear analysis of complex structures which based on the FEM method, this paper discussed the key technology of FEM parallelization and then the parallelization strategy of SapTis is given; There are three realization for the SapTis parallelization:Make fine grain parallelism to the PCG solution on the OpenMP platform; the other Krylov subspace method solutions and preconditioners was developed on the MPI platform; the sparse direct solutions was developed on the OpenMP platform. Test results show that there are high efficiency of the three parallel realization for SapTis, and each had its own characteristics. In addition, the GPU solution is still in development which will make the SapTis software more powerful, flexible and adaptable.

Анотація:

The parallelization of 2D/3D software SAPTIS is discussed for nonlinear analysis of complex structures. A comparative study is made on different parallel solvers. The numerical models are presented, including hydration models, water cooling models, modulus models, creep model, and autogenous deformation models. A finite element simulation is made for the whole process of excavation and pouring of dams using these models. The numerical results show a good agreement with the measured ones. To achieve a better computing efficiency, four parallel solvers utilizing parallelization techniques are employed: (1) a parallel preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) solver based on OpenMP, (2) a parallel preconditioned Krylov subspace solver based on MPI, (3) a parallel sparse equation solver based on OpenMP, and (4) a parallel GPU equation solver. The parallel solvers run either in a shared memory environment OpenMP or in a distributed memory environment MPI. A comparative study on these parallel solvers is made, and the results show that the parallelization makes SAPTIS more efficient, powerful, and adaptable.

Анотація:

This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze (1) the implementation of Sapta Pesona at Taman Kupu-Kupu in the Sukajadi Tourism Village and (2) the tourists' perception of Sapta Pesona actualization at Taman Kupu-Kupu in the Sukajadi Tourism Village. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a mixed approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation and literacy. The analysis method used is (1) Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then the second is quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Taman Kupu-Kupu in Sukajadi Tourism Village in May 2021, which is limited due to pandemic Covid-19. The results of this study indicate that (1) the application of Sapta Pesona Taman Kupu-Kupu Sukajadi Tourism Village on the seven elements has generally been carried out well, however, each indicator still can be improved to the most optimal level, in particular for elements safe, clean, cool, and beautiful. Furthermore, a survey on tourist perceptions in regard to the implementation of Sapta Pesona at Taman Kupu-Kupu Sukajadi Tourism Village is rated excellent on these elements: orderliness, friendliness, and memorable. Various efforts can still be worked on to reach maximum value for Sapta Pesona implementation. By improving its organizational strategy, providing skills training for its employee, preparing written and displayed Standard Operating Procedure in the park, building cooperation with related parties and improving marketing and promotion strategy are some recommendations can be conducted by the management of Taman Kupu-Kupu Sukajadi Tourism. Based on the results of this study. Moreover, it is strongly recommended that the Bogor Regency Tourism and Culture Office should pay more attention to conducting regular supervision of developing tourism villages in Bogor so that the implementation of Sapta Pesona can be optimized. Анотація:

“Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore which is originated from Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, is one of Javanese identities with a lot of local values and wisdom. This study aims to describe and explain Islamic religious values behind “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore. It is a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis method. The data were collected through literature study, structured and in-depth interviews, and field observations. The data analysis employed independent techniques and flow analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Islamic religious values of Sapta Tirta Pablengan folklore could be grouped into three dimensions along with their respective indicators. The first is faith dimension with indicators: (1) believing in Allah, (2) believing in His destiny, (3) surrendering to Him, (4) sincere, and (5) practicing worship. The second is experience dimension with indicators: (1) helpful, (2) honest, (3) forgiving, and (4) hard work. The third category is natural dimension with the indicator of managing and conserving nature. Therefore, “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore can be recommended a learning material at schools because it contains Islamic religious character education.Cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” yang berasal dari Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah, merupakan salah satu jati diri masyarakat Jawa yang sarat akan nilai-nilai dan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan nilai religius Islam yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan.” Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, serta observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik mandiri dan teknik analisis mengalir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan mengandung nilai religius Islam dikelompokkan menjadi tiga dimensi beserta indikator yang menyertai. Pertama, dimensi keyakinan dengan indikator: (1) percaya adanya Allah, (2) percaya pada takdir Allah, (3) pasrah pada Allah, (4) iklhas, dan (5) menjalankan ibadah. Kedua, dimensi pengalaman dengan indikator: (1) suka menolong, (2) jujur, (3) pemaaf, dan (4) kerja keras. Ketiga, dimensi alam dengan indikator mengelola dan melestarikan kekayaan alam. Dengan demikian, cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” bisa direkomendasikan sebagai materi pembelajaran sastra di sekolah karena sarat dengan pendidikan karakter religius.

Анотація:

This study introduced the Scale of Adolescents’ Perceptions Toward Adults (SAPTA), which was developed in Turkey. The validity and reliability study for SAPTA was performed using the data obtained from 1008 high school students whose ages ranged between 14 and 18. The internal consistency coefficient calculated with the Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) data obtained from 381 students was found to be 0.78 for the sub-scale named “Admired Adult Characteristics,” 0.66 for the sub-scale named “Disturbing Adult Characteristics,” and 0.69 for the entire scale. The internal consistency coefficient calculated with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) data obtained from 627 students was found to be 0.82 for the sub-scale named “Admired Adult Characteristics,” 0.68 for the sub-scale named “Disturbing Adult Characteristics,” and 0.72 for the entire scale. The Spearman-Brown split-half test reliability value was found to be 0.74. The results of the analysis indicate that SAPTA has psychometric characteristics sufficient for determining the perceptions of adolescents, whose age range between 14 and 18 years.

Анотація:

This study aims to test work competence on the performance of employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo. This research is a type of causal quantitative research. The subjects of this study were employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo and the objects in this study were variables of work competence and employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Sapta Prima Cargo connecting 40 people. The instrument used in studying the data is a questionnaire which will be given a score based on the Likert scale. This study uses a regional linear analysis method with regression of the dependent variable and one independent variable. The results of this study indicate that job competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Financial reports are a very important tool for obtaining information regarding the financial position and results achieved by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance Analysis Can Support Company Operations at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. the formulation of the research hypothesis is: Financial Performance Analysis Can Support Company Operations At PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. The population in this study are all financial statements and profit and loss balance of PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga Branch. The sample in this study is financial report data and profit and loss balance for the last 3 years, namely 2019 to 2021. The data used is secondary data. The research results show that the Liquidity Ratio in 2019 is known to be 1.06%, in 2020 it is 1.07%, in 2020 of 1.08% Activity ratio in 2019 of 11 times, in 2020 of 19 times, and in 2021 of 18 times. Profitability Ratio Analysis found that the Gross profit margin in 2019 was 4.69% The Gross profit margin in 2020 was 5.3% The Gross profit margin in 2021 was 5.3% 1.09%, in 2021 it will be 1.16%,

PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the plantation sector which is currently focusing on developing the quality of human resources, because the role of human resources is very vital in the production and quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches and Crude Palm Oil. However, company have problems in HR management related to Employee Engagement problems, it is indicated by the low score of Employee Engagement, especially those at the non-managerial level. PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi has made various efforts in building Employee Engagement, among others, by cultivating corporate values in order to form a strong organizational culture in the company. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to see and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement through Work Attitudes as an intermediate variable at PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi. The research methodology used is Path Analysis. The results showed that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect directly on Work Attitudes; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect directly on Employee Engagement; Work Attitude is directly proven to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement; and Organizational Culture through Work Attitude indirectly has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi. This dissertation considers three topics under the themes of wetland restoration, urban sprawl, and recreation demand employing spatial data and analysis. A key question addressed in the first essay is how we can identify priority areas for wetlands restoration along the Louisiana coast under the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection, and Restoration Act by estimating amenity values received by nearby residents from hypothetical wetlands restoration projects. The second essay evaluates the effectiveness of alternative land-use policy variables for controlling development in a sprawling metropolitan area during two extreme market conditions. The third essay estimates the effect on consumer welfare from improved satisfaction of recreation information availability.

This thesis presents a comparison of Ks estimates obtained by three classical devices, namely the double ring infiltrometer (DRI), the Guelph version of the constant-head well permeameter (GP) and the CSIRO version of the ten- sion permeameter (CTP). A distinguishing feature of this study is the use of steady deep flow, obtained from controlled rainfall-runoff experiments, as a benchmark of Ks at "local" and field/plot scales to assess the reliability of the above methods. Spatially representative estimates of Ks are needed for simulating catchment scale surface runoff and infiltration. Classical methods for measuring Ks at the catchment scale are time-consuming. Important insights can be obtained by experiments aimed at understanding the controls of Ks in an agricultural setting and identifying the minimum number of samples required for estimating representative plot scale Ks values. This thesis presents results from a total of 131 double-ring infiltrometer measurements at 12 plots in a small Austrian catchment. Classical field techniques to determine Ks at the plot and catchment scales are complex and time-consuming, therefore the development of pedotransfer functions, PTFs, to derive Ks from easily available soil properties is of utmost importance. However, PTFs have been generally developed at the point scale, while application of hydrological modeling requires field scale estimates. In this thesis, values of field-scale saturated hydraulic conductivity, K ̄s , measured in a number of areas within the Austrian catchment, have been used to derive two PTFs by multiple linear regression (PTFMLR) and ridge regression (PTFR). Two alternative approaches have been used: (A) soil properties have been first interpolated with successive application of the PTFs, (B) the PTFs have been first applied in the sites where soil properties were available and then interpolated.
