Повний текст джерелаThis master's degree dissertation for the amount of work is 88 pages, 49 illustrations, 5 tables and contains 10 literature. In this paper, we investigated the problem of choosing the optimal design of the carbon fiber rib web of an aircraft wing in terms of strength, stiffness and buckling. According to the results of the performed analytical calculations of the corresponding characteristics for rib walls with reinforcing ribs, corrugated rib walls and three-layer walls, it was found that the most effective rib wall in terms of rigidity and stability is a sinusoidal wall with confinement angles of 0 ° and 30 °, and the most effective rib wall from the point of view of strength, it is a wall with transverse ribs. An algorithm has been developed that makes it possible to determine the optimal design of the carbon fiber rib wall in terms of strength, stiffness and buckling. Recommendations are formulated for choosing the optimal design option for the rib wall. The most effective rib, after additional research and bench tests, can be used in the wing and tail structure. This, in turn, makes it possible to reduce the mass of the aircraft, and therefore increase the fuel efficiency of the aircraft and the best competitive qualities of the aircraft in the international market.
