The article aims at investigating the specifics of the modern practice of training foreign authors of Russian as a foreign language (RFL) textbooks and identifying the prospects for the formation of a professional thesaurus of this group on the basis of modern educational technologies. This issue is really relevant, since, as it is shown in the article, there are currently almost no methodological studies and manuals addressed to this group of trainees. At the same time, practice shows that foreign colleagues are in urgent need of diverse methodological support from Russian methodologists. The paper shows that in 1970-1980-s, when such support was purposefully implemented, modern textbooks on RFL were created in foreign countries, which contributed to the Russian language spreading in Europe, Asia and Africa. The research materials were textbooks on the Russian language for foreigners, which marked a certain stage in teaching methods of RFL development. The authors of the article rely on general scientific theoretical research methods: comparative analysis of available sources of information, comparative analysis of the conceptual system of the topic under research, synthesis of their own points of view (or positions), based on the analysis of various ways of solving the problem. The article resulted in the proposed topic of training and consulting materials for potential foreign authors of RFL textbooks, which are supposed to be based on the developed electronic platform, as well as the introduction of materials of the round table Designing a communicative textbook of RFL into the system of professional training and advanced training. The authors concluded that potential foreign authors of RFL textbooks are currently in urgent need of systematic scientific and methodological support. In this regard, it is recommended to intensify work with this contingent, using the potential of domestic methodological research, both classic and modern.

Due to the proliferation of advanced information technologies and overall digitalization in the post-Covid period, the education system is currently subjected to drastic changes, which in their turn predetermine a new area of theoretical and practical research investigating the issues of distance learning similarly referred to as online learning, e-learning, Web-based training. The present paper reveals the role of digital pedagogy in the modern educational process, evaluates the effectiveness of the most popular learning platform in Russia – the learning management system – Moodle. The brief analysis of the existing online RFL (Russian as a Foreign Language) courses shows a great discrepancy between the insufficient offer and increasing demand for such products in the Chinese educational market. The author describes the experience of the Siberian Federal University in the implementation of the online course “Business Russian” in the educational space of the PRC, featuring the core elements of the course design such as objectives stated, resources used, forms of assessment suggested, as well as the demands and the requirements to the flexible all-in-one approach to Moodle course delivery. The work also provides the interpretation of the poll results, which provide valuable insights into the impressions and the opinions of the students from different countries who have already taken the course.

The paper deals with the problem of optimizing the language training process for Chinese engineering students in the framework of joint Sino-Russian programs. The existing curricula on the Russian language as a foreign language (RFL) used to train future engineers have several disadvantages, and therefore do not provide a high level of subject and language competences. This is primarily due to weak contacts between teachers of special disciplines and teachers of the Russian language, the lack of coordination of teaching methods used by Russian and Chinese teachers of Russian. Features of training in a non-linguistic and linguistic environment predetermine the expediency of interconnected teaching of all types of speech activity in Russian. In this case, the system of exercises should be based on taking into account the ethno-psychological characteristics of Chinese students and the learning strategies they use when learning a foreign language. Particular attention should be paid to teaching the language of the specialty on the material of authentic video lectures of subject teachers in Russian. The author concludes that it is necessary to develop nationally oriented teaching aids for Chinese students-non-philologists who study in joint training programs for engineers in 2 + 2 and 3 + 1 schemes.

The data forwarding plane in the Software Defined Network (SDN) is decoupled from the network control plane, which can realize the unified control of the whole network by the controller. Although centralize control provide great convenient in many cases, it is vulnerable to malicious attacks, especially for one of the most threatening attack - Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). We innovatively propose a machine learning hybrid DDoS attack detection model which provide high precision within short-term. We named our model as RF-SVM-IL, which represents an integration of integrates Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Incremental Learning (IL). The combination of RF and SVM can detect detect attacks in two layers and filter out the easily misclassified samples. Then IL is added to filter new samples to avoid repeated iteration training, and improve the adaptability of the model to dynamic data. Compared with other methods, RF-SVM-IL can detect DDoS attacks in SDN with higher accuracy and shorter time. The experimental results show that the average detection accuracy of RF-SVM-IL model is as high as 98.54%, and the detection time is as low as 2.386s.

The author presents a multi-component practical study of a new type of electronic educational environment on the example of the author’s cross-platform project Langteach-online, aimed at teaching foreign students Russian. A new type of elearning environment will allow you to create online courses without the use of Western learning management systems, such as LMS Moodle, Schoology, and others with the integration of mobile devices that are trained in the learning process in mixed and distance formats. The methodology of this study will allow creating multidisciplinary online courses for teachers without special training in information technology and programming, which is especially relevant in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Russian cross-platform project Langteach-online is used in teaching foreign citizens Russian at the bachelor’s and master’s levels in a number of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation in order to form a creative professional personality of a foreign graduate. The multi-format of organized tasks and materials (text, video, audio, graphics, presentations) allows us to talk about the possibility of using cross-platform projects of this type not only for teaching practical courses in foreign languages and RFL, but also other disciplines that are taught in schools and higher educational institutions. Training based on this model can be carried out both in blended and distant formats. The system of technical and methodological organization of a cross-platform project has the fexibility to use it inside the personal web resource of a teacher or educational institution.

One of the critical and difficult moments in the development of the Russian language by foreigners is the transfer of subjective meanings. The existing terminological and methodological difficulties in studying this issue do not remove the need to teach in the course of Russian language for foreigners means of expressing subjective meanings. The problem is aggravated by the discrepancies between the description of these means in the grammars of the Russian language, including the academic one and the actual functioning. This is most clearly manifested in the functioning of variable prepositional-case forms (for example, вслед чему-либо, кому-либо – вслед зачем-либо, кем-либо, where only the second form can be used in the function of the authorizer: вслед за академиком Виноградовым). The particular difficulty for foreigners is also deanonymization prepositionalcase forms, the paradigm of values which includes the authorization, such as у кого-либо, для кого-либо, and the like. As a result, the elaboration of a system of rules of use and a system of exercises for training the use of means of expression of subjective meanings requires not only methodological but also theoretical justification. We offer such a justification in the form of systematization of these means based on the concept of «authorization» as used in the functional-communicative grammar of G. A. Zolotova, and a typology of syntaxes made in the same concept (free, structurally-driven, connected). The developed system of rules and exercises is implemented in a textbook for Iranian advanced students and tested in teaching in higher educational institutions of Iran. It includes the development of syntagmatic and paradigmatic of substantive and verbal authorization means, differentiation of syntactic synonymy and limitation of syntactic homonymy, considering stylistic parameters. The rules provide the maximum approximation to the living modern use of substantive and verbal authorization means in compliance with the methodological principles of compactness and consistency of the formulation. The exercises require the development of authorization tools in context, so that students confidently include them in any sentence structure. The interrelated development of form, meaning and function corresponds to the trilateral essence of the language sign, which makes the proposed model of training not only methodically effective, but also theoretically solid and modern.

The article describes the experience of using applications of the LearningApps service in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language (hereinafter - RFL) to students of the Institute of International Education, Henan University of Science and Technology in the 2018-2020 academic years. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of a comprehensive description of the potential of the LearningApps service simulators in traditional and distance teaching of foreigners. The purpose of the article is to show the possibilities of LearningApps service simulators as an accompanying electronic resource in teaching various aspects of RFL. The study of the service teaching potential was carried out using the analysis of scientific literature and the study of the service functionality, observation and generalization of pedagogical experience, conversations with students and teachers. In the course of the study, the positive and negative aspects of the resource under consideration were identified. Its advantages for a student are interactivity, individual trajectory of the student's performance, the possibility of receiving prompt advice and multiple execution, game form, availability of a large variety of task templates (more than 20). The advantages of the resource for a teacher are simplicity in learning, lack of linkage of exercises with a certain training platform, which allows including them in printed and electronic teaching aids, availability of ready-made exercises in the public database or possibility to make your own exercises based on them, the ability to use it for different methodological purposes: demonstration, search for information, formation of skills and abilities in different types of speech activity, the possibility of intensive learning of vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening, control, conducting students individual work, depending on the level of language proficiency. The disadvantages include the impossibility of quick assessment using a point-rating system, the absence of the Cyrillic font in some templates, the absence of some templates in the database. The prospects for using the resource are associated with the need to develop distance learning of RFL.

This article attempts to consider the types of cognitive activity of students in the process of learning foreign languages, including Russian as a foreign language. It contains a synthesis on this topic and practical results of the material implementation developed with the consideration of linguo-cognitive styles of students. Special attention is paid to the analytical cognitive style that is inherent in the students of technical fields. Considering the features of the linguo-cognitive picture of students with a predominantly analytical cognitive style, the authors conclude that these features are innate to the students from European countries who speak European languages and studied within the European educational system. Attention is paid to the consideration of cognitive styles in the existing training materials on RFL. The textbook, created by a group of authors (editor-in-chief Avdeyeva), which is addressed to students of the engineering field, was given as an example. Moreover, the article analyses the special course by Krasnokutskaya, developed at the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute and addressed to European students studying Russian as a foreign language. Based on the analysis and testing of mentioned training materials, conclusions on the feasibility of further development of such manuals are drawn.

American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) youth have higher rates of suicidality than any other ethnic or cultural group in the United States. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment that has been found to reduce suicidality in adolescents, but there is little literature speaking to its efficacy with the AI/AN population. The transactional-ecological model of suicidality helps identify protective factors that can be bolstered at the individual, familial, community, and spiritual levels to reduce suicidality and suicidal contagion in AI/AN youth. The current study examines a case where DBT was culturally adapted and embedded within a transactional-ecological framework to treat a 14-year-old Navajo female with Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic features who presented to a psychiatric inpatient facility following a suicide attempt. The patient’s wish to die was motivated by her belief that her death could lead to positive changes in an extended family system plagued by historical trauma, alcoholism, suicide, and domestic violence. Ongoing assessment was conducted using the Suicide Status Form (SSF), Suicide Probability Scale (SPS), Reasons for Living Scale for Adolescents (RFL-A), and the DBT diary card. Navajo healing traditions were used in conjunction with DBT skills training and enhancement of ecological protective factors. Initial reduction in depression and suicidality was complicated by an increase in homicidal ideation. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation was completed, and treatment was modified through medication changes, increased mindfulness practice, bolstering support systems, and engagement in a Navajo healing ceremony. Implications for clinicians treating suicidality in Navajo youth are discussed.

With the rapid development of deep learning, computer vision has also become a rapidly developing field in the field of artificial intelligence. Combining the physical training of deep learning will bring good practical value. Physical training has different effects on people’s body shape, physical function, and physical quality. It is mainly reflected in the changes of relevant physical indicators after physical training. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the method of evaluating the impact of sports training on physical indicators based on deep learning. This paper mainly uses the convolutional neural network in deep learning to design sports training, then constructs the evaluation system of physical index impact, and finally uses the deep learning algorithm to evaluate the impact of physical index. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of the other three algorithms. Firstly, in the angular motion, the accuracy of the mean algorithm is 0.4, the accuracy of the variance algorithm is 0.2, the accuracy of the RFE algorithm is 0.4, and the accuracy of the DLA algorithm is 0.6. Similarly, in foot racing and skill sports, the accuracy of the algorithm proposed in this paper is significantly higher than that of other algorithms. Therefore, the method proposed in this paper is more effective in the evaluation of the impact of physical training on physical indicators.

The Biosecurity Research Institute (BRI) facility at Kansas State University is a huge biocontainment facility to conduct research on infectious diseases that pose a threat to plant, animal and human health. The BRI Training and Education Program is currently offline; i.e., classroom sessions are taken to provide this training and education. The objective behind taking up this project was to move the entire training and education module of Biosecurity Research Institute online, instead of having a classroom session for each training course, with an subject matter expert (SME) to come and take the training session. The aim is to develop an online training system which is synchronized with the information in the BRI Research Project Database. The employees will only have to login to the website, scroll through the list of courses they are enrolled in, take the courses, write the assignments/quizzes assigned to the course and then submit the quizzes. They can also self-enroll themselves into courses, if they are given the permission to do so. The SME’s of the courses can create new courses, upload the course materials, enroll users into the courses, and assign deadlines to course completion. Once the student submits the course quiz or assignments, the SME’s can grade the quiz, assign a final grade to the students, and give feedback on their performance. They can even reassign the course in case of poor performance by the student. The administrators of the website can assign roles to different personnel, give permissions according to need and requirement, add/delete courses, and change the appearance of the website. The project is to be done using a Learning Management System called Moodle. Moodle (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is an online learning management system designed to allow interaction between teachers and students. The back-end database used is SQL Server 2008 R2 and additional tools used are Adobe Presenter (with Microsoft Power Point 2010) to create the courses in SCORM format.

A prototype microcomputer-based CBI program was developed to provide review, structured self-study, and remediation to students undergoing initial skills training at the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC), Lakehurst, NJ. The program demonstrates the capabilities of the authoring (LSAUT) and delivery (LSSTU) programs that are parts of the Language Skills Computer Aided Instruction (LSCAI) system developed by the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center and the University of Utah. A course of instruction at NATTC, Lakehurst was selected for this project on the basis of level of training, student throughput, attrition and setback rates, and category of learning objectives. Student and instructor evaluations of the program were conducted. A preliminary cost-effectiveness analysis is presented. Conclusions and recommendations include: (1) Development of the prototype program should be continued; (2) The LSCAI system should be considered for this type of application when learning objectives require the remembering of facts, especially the learning of technical vocabulary; (3) Use of microcomputer-based review, structured self-study and remediation can reduce the requirement for experienced instructors; (4) This type of CBI can be cost-effective when implemented on low-cost microcomputers using inexpensive software; (5) demonstration projects such as this should be encouraged and funded to facilitate the movement of technology from the laboratory to the classroom; (6) drill and practice type CBI that uses the capabilities of modern microcomputers can be challenging, interesting, and enjoyable and Navy development of systems that exploit these microcomputer capabilities should be continued; and (7) this type of review program should be considered for use on Navy ships to augment on-the-job training.

Pre-Trip Inspection of the truck and trailer is one of the components of the current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) test. This part of the CDL test checks the ability of the student to identify the important parts of the commercial vehicle and their potential defects. The Virtual Check Ride System (VCRS), a computer-based application, is an assessment and feedback tool that mirrors the inspection component of the actual CDL. The VCRS has provided an after action review (AAR) via a feedback session that helps in identifying and correcting drivers' skill in inspecting parts and for overall safety. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the VCRS in truck driving training programs. An experimental study was conducted with truck driving students at Mid Florida Tech, located in Orlando, Florida. The students were divided into control and experimental groups. Students in the both groups received regular training provided by Mid Florida Tech. The experimental group received additional training by making use of the VCRS. A total of three paper-based tests were given to all subjects during first three weeks; one test at the end of a week. Both groups were given the same paper-based tests. A two-way analysis of variance was conducted to evaluate the effect of the VCRS in the experimental group. This analysis found a significant difference between control and experimental groups. This effect showed that the students in the experimental group increased their performance by using VCRS. Moreover, there was a main effect in the scores of each week. However, there was not an interaction between the two factors. Follow up Post Hoc tests were conducted to evaluate the pair-wise differences among the means of the test week factors using a Tukey HSD test. These Post Hoc comparisons indicated that the mean score for the third week's test scores were significantly better than the first week's test score in the experimental group. It was concluded that the VCRS facilitated learning for the experimental group and that learning also occurred for both groups as a result of repeated testing.

This training sought to catalogue all existing support materials and articulate key philosophical and operational systems regarding relationships between Club Managers and the club's Board of Governors, which stands as the leading administrative body for philosophical and operational issues in individual private clubs.

This analysis operates on two levels of investigation: 1) a case study that provides a rhetorical assessment of the development and contents of this training system, 2) based on this appraisal, an introduction of theoretical options regarding the development of training applications. Moreover, the theoretical exhortations of Michel Foucault and Augusto Boal provide a language to encourage a different modus operandi in the field of corporate training.

By articulating the concept of a "dialogue training continuum," this elucidation strives to offer an alternative when rethinking training systems and their encoded discourses. By analyzing local and institutional knowledges and how those knowledges find shape in this project, this analysis argues that establishing a system where end-users may question and reshape the philosophical discourse of the company during the context of training, the overall milieu has the ability to grow and shape-shift through legitimizing and valuing the voices of all organizational constituents.

The U.S. Navy transitioned to Computer-Based Training (CBT) in A and C schools in 2003 after a 2001 Revolution in Training report claimed that the Navy would realize savings in cost and training time without negatively affecting the quality of sailors arriving to the Fleet. This thesis analyzes Operating and Support (O and S) cost data for the AN/SQQ-89(v) sonar system to determine whether the transition to CBT contributed to increased Fleet maintenance costs. Determining how actions to change one aspect of a system affects other areas of the system will provide insight for future decisions affecting O and S cost, system life cycles, and Fleet material readiness.

The multidimensional open epistemological active network MOGAN is the basis for the transition to a qualitatively new level of creating logical artificial intelligence. Mivar databases and rules became the foundation for the creation of MOGAN. The results of the analysis and generalization of data representation structures of various data models are presented: from relational to "Entity — Relationship" (ER-model). On the basis of this generalization, a new model of data and rules is created: the mivar information space "Thing-Property-Relation". The logic-computational processing of data in this new model of data and rules is shown, which has linear computational complexity relative to the number of rules. MOGAN is a development of Rule - Based Systems and allows you to quickly and easily design algorithms and work with logical reasoning in the "If..., Then..." format. An example of creating a mivar expert system for solving problems in the model area "Geometry"is given. Mivar databases and rules can be used to model cause-and-effect relationships in different subject areas and to create knowledge bases of new-generation applied artificial intelligence systems and real-time mivar expert systems with the transition to"Big Knowledge". The article aims to discuss the main features of teaching reading in the lessons of RFL (Russian as a foreign language) in the Chinese audience. Foreign language reading is significant speech activity because it is the basis of developing other speech activities. The article analyses the phonetical and methodological barriers, which may meet Chinese students while improving their reading skills, and provide some methods of removing the difficulties in reading. When teaching Russian to Chinese students, especially outside the linguistic environment, teachers do not pay due attention to practicing various types of reading, and, consequently, automating verbal forecasting. In the methodological literature, to overcome oral speech problems, the need to focus on spontaneous oral speech is noted, directly related to reading as a resource for expanding vocabulary and grammatical structures. Using system analysis, comparison, typology, theoretical and methodological forecasting, the work compares the most popular types of reading in China and Russia when teaching international students, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using these types of reading. Based on Chinese students’ most frequent difficulties, a developed balanced type text is proposed that considers the most problematic phonetic cases. Also, a system of various exercises is proposed, aimed at developing the skills of oral speech. The exercises and use of phonetically balanced texts might contribute to the further enrichment of RFL methodology. Traditional data-driven prognostics often requires a large amount of failure data for the offline training in order to achieve good accuracy for the online prediction. However, in many engineered systems, failure data are fairly expensive and time-consuming to obtain while suspension data are readily available. In such cases, it becomes essentially critical to utilize suspension data, which may carry rich information regarding the degradation trend and help achieve more accurate remaining useful life (RUL) prediction. To this end, this paper proposes a co-training-based data-driven prognostic algorithm, denoted by Coprog, which uses two individual data-driven algorithms with each predicting RULs of suspension units for the other. The confidence of an individual data-driven algorithm in predicting the RUL of a suspension unit is quantified by the extent to which the inclusion of that unit in the training data set reduces the sum square error (SSE) in RUL prediction on the failure units. After a suspension unit is chosen and its RUL is predicted by an individual algorithm, it becomes a virtual failure unit that is added to the training data set. Results obtained from two case studies suggest that Coprog gives more accurate RUL predictions compared to any individual algorithm without the consideration of suspension data and that Coprog can effectively exploit suspension data to improve the accuracy in data-driven prognostics.

Objective: Lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in electric cars as the source of power with its advantages of high energy density. The development and use of electric vehicles are affected by the performance degradation of the battery with cycling and ageing. However, the present researches on the battery cycle life are mainly focused on the single cell rather than battery packs, which is different from the actual situation of electric vehicles provided energy by battery packs. This paper examines the degradation characteristics of the battery pack during the charge and discharge cycle and suggest effective model to characterize the capacity degradation and predict the remaining useful life (RUL) of lithium-ion battery pack. Methods: An experiment was carried out for researching the degradation characteristics of the ternary lithium battery pack which is used in a electric car. The battery pack is tested for 400 charge and discharge cycles, in which the voltage and capacity data of the battery pack are collected through battery management system and test equipment. Random vector functional link (RVFL) network model is trained to track the pack's degradation trend over its cycle life based on experimental data analysis. Compared with RVFL, several approaches such as statistical models, Kalman filtering and Particle filtering are also applied to predict the remaining useful life of the pack. Results: From the analysis of experimental data, the remaining useful life of the battery pack drops from 37.271 Ah to 36.094 Ah after 400 cycles. At the end of discharge, the voltage distribution of the batteries in the battery pack is inconsistent, with a maximum difference up to 0.28V. When individual batteries reach the upper limit of charge or lower limit of discharge more quickly, the energy of the battery pack cannot be fully utilized and the remaining useful life is limited. The prediction results show that, Kalman filter and particle filter have errors in battery RUL prediction due to the form of state function. It can be seen in the prediction results at cycle 300 that RVFL model is more accurate to predict the battery pack remaining useful life trend. Conclusion: Different from the remaining life of a single battery, the inconsistency of battery capacity within a battery pack is an important factor limiting the overall battery pack life. The degree of capacity inconsistency of the batteries in the battery pack will further increase with cycling and ageing of the pack. Data-driven prediction models, such as SVM, neural network models, when performing predictions in 100 cycles, the amount of data available for training is insufficient to accurately predict RUL. Model-driven Kalman filtering and particle filtering prediction methods are limited by the form of model equations. As the number of cycles increases, Kalman filtering and particle filtering prediction methods are less accurate than SVM and RVFL.

In the article the problems of the systems of computer mathematics use as a tool for the students learning and research activities support are investigated. The body condition (BC) score is recognized in the dairy industry as an essential tool for managing the energy reserves of the dairy cow, which is essential for sustaining optimal and efficient production over several lactations. The current use of BC scoring depends on the accuracy of subjective visual estimates, and this limits its kusefulness as a management aid in the dairy industry. A measuring tool that would frequently provide objective data on the cow's body reserves would be a major contribution to efficient dairy herd management. Ultrasonic sensors have the potential to be developed into an efficient BC measuring device, and the experimental use of such sensors for subcutaneous fat thickness (SDFT) estimates, as an indication for BC in beef cattle, supports this assumption. The purposes of this project were: 1. To compare visual BC scoring and ultrasonic fat thickness with on-line automated body weight (BW) measurements as monitors of nutritional adequacy of dairy cows at various stages of lactation. 2. To determine the effects of variation in digestive fill in early and late lactation on the accuracy of body weight measurements in lactating cows. 3. To modify an existing ultrasonic system and develop a specialized, low-cost sensor for repeatable determination of body condition scores by users with minimal training and skill. 4. To develop a standard for the assignment of body condition scores based on ultrasonic measurements of subdermal fat thickness. The procedure to execute these objectives involved: 1. Frequent measurement of BW, milk yield (MY), BC (visually scored) and subdermal fat thickness ultrasonically measured of dairy cows, and data analysis on average and individual basis. 2. Testing and selection of an appropriate special-purpose sensor, finding an optimum body location for working an ultrasonic measurement, prcessing the signals obtained, and correlating the resulting measurements with performance responses in lactating cows. Linking the ultrasonic signals to BC scores, and developing a BC scoring data acquisition system are the first steps towards fulfilling the necessary requirements for incorporating this device into an existing dairy herd management system, in order to provide the industry with a powerful managment tool. From the results obtained we could conclude that: 1. BC does not correlate with BW changes during all stages of lactation, although in general terms it does. These results were confirmed by individual cow BW and BC data obtained during the course of lactation, that were supported by individual objective ultrasonic measurement of SDFT. 2. BW changes reflect energy metabolism reliably ony after peak milk yield; early in lactation, a decrease in BW expresses mobilization of body reserves only qualitatively, and not quantitatively. 3. Gastrointestinal content increases throughout the whole period during which dry matter intake (DMI) increases. The drastic increase very early in lactation prevents the use of BW changes as a basis for quantitative estimatio of energy meatabolism; at this stage of lactation, konly a BC score or any other direct measurements willl provide a quantitative estimate of energy metabolism. 4. Ultrasonic measurements of subdermal fat thickness can be used to quantify changes that correlate with the actual condition of the cow, as assessed by performance and the traditional way of scoring. 5. To find the best site on the cow's body at which to obtain responses to BC and its changes in the course of lactation, additional sites have to be examined. From the present study, it seems that the sites between ribs 12 and 13 have the potential for this purpose. 6. The use of templates made it easier to repeat measurements at a desired site and spot. However, the convenient easy-to-handle way to standardize the measurement, described in this study, koffers scope for improvement. 7. The RF peak values of the A-mode are better indicators of the location of fat layer borders than image analysis, from the point of view of future commercial development. 8. The distances between the RF peaks of the A-mode can be automatically measured by suitable software, for future commercial development. 9. Proper analysis of daily body weight and milk yield data can provide the necessary information on body condition changes during lactation, until a direct BC measurement device is developed. 10. In any case, at least one visual BC assessment has to be done, preferably immediately after calving, for calibration purposes.

Анотація:
Based on scientific analysis the authors of the article argued the necessity of solving priority tasks – the development of new educational technologies aimed at supporting the training of engineers in terms of the mining engineering as high-tech industry. The features of mining computer technologies are determined. There was worked out the project of the adaptive system of a mining engineer individual training "Electronic manual" aimed at the development of future professionals. The essence of individual preparation of future mining engineer ICT is defined. It is proved that the efficiency of the designing and planning of mining operations through the introduction of ICT at present is the real way to influence the quality of mining products that will promote individual learning orientation. For the first time pedagogical foundations for introducing adaptive training of mining engineers are clarified.

According to the Development Concept of the Digital Economy and Society in Ukraine, the priority of this area is to develop a substantial national policy on digitalization of education, as this is the key part of the education reform in Ukraine. For this reason, universities should firstly take into account the particularities of teaching the current generation of students and the needs of the digital society as a whole. This paper considers the process of transition from informatization to digitalization in society, implementation of digital support for the educational process in the university, development of the digital educational environment for the training university teachers, and proposes the digital tools for such an environment. The authors propose several ways to improve the development level of digitalization of the educational environment in the university. This is to take into account the needs of the digital society and the modern generation of students, provide a high level of the digital literacy formation of university graduates and support the development of a new digital security system of the modern university. Aiming to design the digital educational environment for increasing the of educators’ digital literacy level, the authors propose to develop and implement the following computer, multimedia and computer-based learning tools and equipment, which includes blended and distance learning classes, cloud technologies, tools of virtual and augmented reality, tools for gamification of the educational process, educational robotics, tools for learning 3D technologies, MOOCs.

The development of the information society and technological progress are significantly influenced by the learning tools. Therefore, to the variety of tools that could be used to support the study of any discipline new ones emerging lately are continuously being added. Along with the great deal of systems of computer mathematics (SCM), web-oriented versions of SCM mathematical applications and other math learning tools the cloud-based versions of mathematical software such as MapleNet, MATLAB web-server, WebMathematica and others are now being used. These tools accomplishment becomes the essential part of training mathematics teachers. Domestic and foreign experiences of using cloud services for forming professional competences of mathematics teachers are analyzed. The place of the CoCalc within the system of mathematical disciplines learning tools is investigated. The task of improving the math teachers’ ICT competence by means of cloud services use in the process of training is considered. Among the new forms of learning rising along with the cloud services dissemination are such as collaborative learning, inquiry-based learning, person-oriented learning. At the same time, the use of the appropriate cloud service in the study of some mathematical discipline improves the assimilation of the learning material and improves the knowledge acquisition process on most topics. The analysis of current research of Ukrainian scientists on the problem in question shows that the progress is underway as for further elaboration and implementation of new learning methods and techniques of using cloud services in the higher education institutions.

The article analyzes the main stages of software engineering (SE) development. Based on the analysis of materials from the first SE conferences (1968-1969), it was determined how the software crisis prompted scientists and practitioners to join forces to form an engineering approach to programming. Differences in professional training for SE are identified. The fundamental components of the training of future software engineers are highlighted. The evolution of approaches to the design, implementation, testing and documentation of software is considered. The system scientific, technological approaches and methods for the design and construction of computer programs are highlighted. Analysis of the historical stages of the development of SE showed that despite the universal recognition of the importance of using the mathematical apparatus of logic, automata theory and linguistics when developing software, it was created empirically without its use. The factor that led practitioners to turn to the mathematical foundations of an SE is the increasing complexity of software and the inability of empirical approaches to its development and management to cope with it. The training of software engineers highlighted the problem of the rapid obsolescence of the technological content of education, the solution of which lies in its fundamentalization through the identification of the basic foundations of the industry. It is determined that mastering the basics of computer science is the foundation of vocational training in SE.
