Relevance. Improvement of the medico-psycho-physiological support of professional activity of employees of hazardous production facilities is associated with the development of methods for rapid diagnostics of psycho-physiological state in order to significantly reduce examination time. In particular, vibration imaging takes only one minute. Currently, there are no quantitative criteria for assessing the psychophysiological state based on vibration imaging in employees involved in hazardous work at the stages of periodic, pre-shift medical examinations and training.Intention. Development of non-contact rapid diagnostics of psychophysiological status of employees involved in hazardous work based on vibration imaging parameters for periodic and pre-shift medical examinations, and assessing their current state during training.Methodology. The object of the study was the psychophysiological state of employees of the temporary storage of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste at the stages of periodic and pre-shift medical examination, as well as during training. The subject of the study is assessment of relationship of indicators of psychophysiological state with the parameters of vibration imaging. Results and Discussion. According to comprehensive tests with the use of regulated and non-contact methods of assessing psychophysiological state of the workers of hazardous facilities, the parameters of vibration imaging reflect the systemic response of the body. Using the developed criterion of the rapid diagnostics of psychophysiological state at the stage of periodic medical examinations, it takes 1 minute to identify persons with psychophysiological disorders. For the stage of pre-shift medical examinations, a criterion has been developed to make a decision on admission/non-admission to work. The obtained criterion helps to quantify the psychophysiological “price” of training activities in order to optimize their regimens based on the current psychophysiological state as assessed via vibration image parameters.Conclusion. The developed criteria for rapid diagnostics of psychophysiological status, if introduced in scientific-practical activities, will help to monitor the psychophysiological adaptation of workers of hazardous facilities in order to maintain their occupational health and minimize anthropogenic risks.

The influence of motivation on psychophysiological states of a person is investigated. It is established that motivation is a psychological process that controls human behavior. Motivation is a guiding tool of the individual in the process of achieving goals. At different stages of motivation a person has different psychophysiological states. There are six stages of motivation: 1. The emergence of needs; 2. Finding ways to eliminate the need; 3. Defining goals; 4. Implementation of the action; 5. Receiving reward for the action; 6. Elimination of needs. Psychophysiological state can be called the physiological level of mental state with special energy features. There is a classification of psychophysiological states: neutral (calm, confidence, etc.); activation (excitement, inspiration, rise, concentration, etc.); tonic, those states that reflect the resources of forces (satiety, fatigue, monotony, etc.); tension, showing what level of effort should be applied to the person (tension, stress, sensory hunger, etc.). Thus, in the process of achieving goals, motivation is an important component. Knowing the effect of motivation on a person's psychophysiological states will help him to use this tool in the best way. A survey of 200 people was conducted to help determine what psychophysiological states occur at different stages of motivation. After analyzing the results of the study, it was found that most often in the process of motivation in humans there are activating psychophysiological states, then tension and rarely tonic. When processing the results at each stage of motivation, three psychophysiological states were taken, which the subjects chose more often. It was found that activating psychophysiological states are more common in the first five stages of motivation, tension psychophysiological states are more common in the second, third, fourth and sixth stages of motivation, tonic psychophysiological states occur in the sixth stage of motivation.

Aim. The study aims to reveal objective psychophysiological indicators that are related to flow state. Materials and methods. Thirty-one (31) athletes of different competitive levels (20 females and 11 males, mean age 19.1 ± 4.59 years) participated in the study. The dynavision D2 training device was applied for creating optimal flow state conditions during the experiment. Physiological indicators were recorded by the Thought Technology hardware and software system. Heart rate variability, respiration rate (thoracic and abdominal), finger temperature, skin conductance were analyzed. Flow state depth was estimated based on the participants’ answers during the semi-structured interview that followed the experiment. Results. According to the results of the interview, all athletes were divided into two groups: the first group included athletes experiencing flow state (“flow” group), the second group composed of athletes who did not manage to experience flow state (“no-flow” group). When comparing these two groups after the experiment, it was revealed that the first group had higher levels of standard deviations of heart rate compared with the second group. In the first group (flow), the following indicators were significantly higher after the experiment: standard deviation of the RR-intervals (SDRR), skin conductance, and finger temperature. In the second group (no-flow), only skin conductance increased significantly. Conclusion. The results allow us to conclude that the flow state is characterized by a marked increase in the sympathetic nervous system (a higher level of stress compared to the same activity without flow).

Annotation. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the transformation of professionally important psychophysiological qualities of military pilots who are practically healthy and patients with stage I hypertension. The article highlights the hidden factors that contribute to the performance of a military pilot. These factors make it possible to explain the peculiarities of the mechanisms of organization of working capacity in practically healthy and patients with hypertension and stage I military pilots. Special decision-making rules have been developed, which make it possible to state that even small changes in the state of health that occur during the development of stage I hypertension are appropriately reflected in the level of psychophysiological functions on the basis of which it is possible to distinguish with a probability of 77.5%. The degree of connection between the state of health of military pilots and the level of their psychophysiological characteristics was assessed. Recommendations for taking into account cognitive changes in pilots of patients with stage I hypertension have been developed. It is established that stage I hypertension affects the structure of correlations of psychophysiological functions of the body, which shows the difference in the mechanisms of regulation of these functions in the development of the disease. It is shown that even practically healthy military pilots have different levels of mental capacity and can show their psychophysiological qualities in different ways, especially in extreme conditions. In addition, it was found that hypertension makes about a third of the surveyed sick pilots more active, which, in turn, increases the physiological cost of professional activities, to reduce which requires periodic treatment and prevention and rehabilitation measures.

The reality gap is the discrepancy between simulation and reality—the same behavioural algorithm results in different robot swarm behaviours in simulation and in reality (with real robots). In this paper, we study the effect of the reality gap on the psychophysiological reactions of humans interacting with a robot swarm. We compare the psychophysiological reactions of 28 participants interacting with a simulated robot swarm and with a real (non-simulated) robot swarm. Our results show that a real robot swarm provokes stronger reactions in our participants than a simulated robot swarm. We also investigate how to mitigate the effect of the reality gap (i.e., how to diminish the difference in the psychophysiological reactions between reality and simulation) by comparing psychophysiological reactions in simulation displayed on a computer screen and psychophysiological reactions in simulation displayed in virtual reality. Our results show that our participants tend to have stronger psychophysiological reactions in simulation displayed in virtual reality (suggesting a potential way of diminishing the effect of the reality gap).

The necessity of psychophysiological selection of a motor vehicle driver is substantiated. Among the types of professional selection, psychophysiological selection has a special place due to the fact that psychophysiological studies make it possible to quickly and objectively measure a large number of psychophysiological properties. Psychophysiological characteristics of a person can be a quantitative measure of professionally important qualities, and have a sufficiently high prognostic value for occupations related to "man—machine" systems. The necessity of using non-invasive measuring devices to determine the degree of reliability of a motor vehicle driver is justified. Analysis of the statistics of road accidents gives reason to believe that the biggest number of accidents is observed on road sections where the drivers experience biggest tense anxiety and mental stress. This confirms that the reliability of the driver’s work is consistent with one of the main laws of psychophysiology: the outcome of the work correlates with mental stress. According to this pattern, there is optimal level of emotional tension of a person, at which he or she performs the work with the greatest efficiency. Exceeding this optimal level, as well as reducing it, is accompanied by deterioration in performance. In psychophysiological studies, the assessment criteria of the impact of various road conditions on the driver are the values of psychophysiological indicators corresponding to the optimal level of emotional stress. Based on this, one can determine the degree of reliability of the driver’s actions. When conducting an experiment to determine the psychophysiological characteristics of the driver, the use of non-invasive measuring devices makes it possible to assess the degree of reliability of the driver. The review of measuring devices for psychophysiological measurements of noninvasive form is given. The article also describes the most popular measuring methods, such as electroencephalography, electrocardiography, electromyography, eye tracking. The principle of operation of each non-invasive measuring methods is considered in detail, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are described. It is proposed to synchronize the measuring devices and use them comprehensively regarding the functional power of universal computing tools for a more accurate assessment of the psychophysiological condition of the driver of the vehicle.

In this work, an information and analytical model of the psychophysiological state of the operator of the main control panel of a critical infrastructure facility has been developed, which provides an objective process for revealing a latent negative impact on people who provide the main production process at the enterprise. It is shown that the features of management of an emergency of a terrorist nature in the interests of its prevention and prevention, caused by a hidden electromagnetic effect on the operational composition of a critical infrastructure facility, are determined by taking into account five factors. This is control over the level of electromagnetic radiation and the psycho-emotional state of the personnel of the facility, the prevention of errors of the operational staff and hidden psycho-emotional impact on him, technical counteraction of the hidden electromagnetic influence. Theoretically, there are three possible solutions to the problem. The first is the positioning of the language source. The second definition of the boundaries of the linguistic parameters of the individual in various psychophysical states. The third definition of the psychophysical state of the operator by the discrete components of his linguistic spectrum. Obtaining this model of obtaining this model is achieved by determining the psychophysiological state of the operator. The information-analytical model of the psychophysiological state of the operator of the main control panel of the critical infrastructure facility is a system of three dependencies. The first of them describes the psychophysiological state of the operator, they change during the performance of his functional duties. The second describes the i-th element of the current psychophysiological state of the operator, changes in time, and the third describes the development of anomalies in the i-th element of the psychophysiological state of the operator, making it difficult for him to perform his duties.

The characteristics of transformation of the psychophysiological state of servicemen during a long stay in the combat zone have been studied. The psychophysiological status of servicemen, muscular strength and endurance of right and left arms were assessed. The obtained results indicate that the studied contingent was heterogeneous in its psychophysiological status and was divided into two subgroups «better» and «worse». It was found that the studied psychophysiological parameters are described by two orthogonal factors (65%) - the «activation and stress of the body» factor (38%) and the «quality of cognitive processes» factor (27%). The first factor is the most powerful, this indicates a significant role of a serviceman’s stress-resistance in the conditions of long stay in the combat zone. It was found that this factor is also the leading one in the «worse» subgroup, this to a lesser extent can prevent disorder and unpredictability of behavioral reactions of combatants. In the «better» subgroup «quality of cognitive processes» was the leading factor. It plays a significant role in the balanced activity of functional systems of the body responsible for formation of adaptive behavioral responses during long-term action of high-level stressors. The decisive rules for selection of servicemen best suited for carrying out official duties in conditions of high-risk activities have been developed.

The aim of the study was to compare the state of psychophysiological functions of highly qualified handball players with different experience of sports training (special training). To determine the state of psychophysiological functions of athletes diagnostic complex "Diagnostics-1" was used (MV Makarenko, VS Lyzogub). In accordance with the purpose of the work, we studied the properties of the nervous system (functional mobility and strength of nervous processes), the efficiency of sensorimotor activity and the dynamics of nervous processes in feedback, the latency of complex response reactions of choice, the accuracy of response to a moving object. Higher psychophysiological status in terms of the strength of nervous processes (both in the feedback mode and during long-term sensorimotor loads in the mode of imposed rhythm) was demonstrated by athletes of the older age group with more experience of sports training. Athletes of older and younger age groups did not differ in the level of functional mobility of nervous processes and accuracy of reaction to a moving object. Therefore, we can assume that athletes with less experience of sports training in the state of these psychophysiological functions have reached the level of athletes of the older age group, ie the level of maximum realization of individual capabilities. The identified differences in the individual-typological properties of the higher parts of the central nervous system in female handball players with different sports experience can have prognostic value and be used to optimize sports improvement in this sport.

Introduction. The consequences of chronic work-related stress are related to various emotional, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms. Occupational burnout as a complex syndrome is characterized by exhaustion, cynicism, and lower professional efficacy. Moreover, the growing amount of research on the neural correlates of burnout broadens the existing knowledge on the mechanisms underlying this syndrome. Aim of the Study. The aim of the study is to explore possible differences in brain activity between burnout and nonburnout employees. Frequency-specific EEG power analyses in a resting-state condition in burnout subjects and controls are presented. Materials and Methods. Burnout employees (N=46; 19 men) were matched with the control group (N=49; 19 men; mean age: 36.14 years, SD=7.89). The Maslach Burnout Inventory–General Survey (MBI-GS) and the Areas of Worklife Survey (AWS) scale were used to measure burnout symptoms and work conditions, respectively. A 256-channel EEG (EGI System 300) was used to collect psychophysiological data. A repeated measures ANOVA was performed with condition (eyes-open vs. eyes-closed) and region (6 levels: extracted scalp regions) factors; burnout (2 levels: burnout vs. no burnout) was the grouping factor. Results. A significant difference was observed only in the alpha frequency band: the burnout group revealed significantly lower alpha power in the eyes-open condition compared to the controls (p<0.05). The correlation analysis revealed that gender may significantly change the pattern of relations between EEG spectral characteristics and burnout symptoms. Conclusions. Reduced alpha power in burnout individuals suggests cortical hyperactivity and may be related to greater mental effort and the possible development of compensatory mechanisms by burnout subjects.

Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological sources, psychophysiological, mathematical statistics, fuzzy logic.</p><p><strong>Results.</strong> The conducted studies proved the presence of significant differences in the values of psychophysiological indicators and the reaction to the training load of athletes with different levels of fitness, which made it possible to use these indicators to build a model for predicting the dynamics of a functional state. Changes in the functional state, determined by psychophysiological indicators, confirmed by corresponding changes in indicators of heart rate variability. The developed forecast model allows using two psychophysiological indicators (the time of a complex visual-motor reaction and the response index to a moving object), received to the load, to predict a change in the functional state of athletes engaged in hand-to-hand combat, with an overall accuracy of 95.5%. The forecast of changes in the functional state provides the trainer with the opportunity to timely adjust the volume of training loads and training regimen.</p><p><strong>Conclusions.</strong> Significant differences between groups of trained athletes and beginners in terms of the state of nervous processes (the time of a complex visual-motor reaction and the response index to a moving object) to the load were revealed, which allowed developing a model for predicting the functional reaction to the load in athletes with different levels of sportsmanship. Using the obtained model allows predicting changes in the functional state of athletes that will take place under the influence of the test load, according to psychophysiological indicators without using the load with an overall accuracy of 95.5%.</p>

Objectives: To study the development of professional deformity in oncological hospital doctors under the influence of professional activity factors. To consider the issues of professional adaptation of medical workers from the perspective of their development of psychoemotional burnout in combination with the problem of physiological and psychophysiological aspects of professional maladaptation. Methods: The analysis of the features of maladaptive reactions of the cardiovascular system of oncological hospital doctors that occur in the course of their professional activities is based on the analysis of changes in three groups of indicators of adaptive response of the cardiovascular system of oncologists, characteristics of blood pressure, heart activity indicators, and the state of peripheral vascular tone. Calculations of the values of psychophysiological indices that integrally characterize the functional state of their body are made. All of the doctors participating in the survey gave informed consent on the acquisition and processing of data. Results: It was found that a significant number (75%) of the tested oncologists have reduced adaptive capabilities of the circulatory system. A significant number of individuals with low stroke (40%) and minute blood volume (30%) were identified. In most cases (up to 68.4%) the examined specialists of the oncological hospital are in a state of impaired professional adaptation according to psychophysiological criteria. Conclusions: It is proposed to use the physiological and psychophysiological indicators used in the study as psychophysiological correlates of the formation and development of professional maladaptation in doctors of different specialties, as well as to control the dynamics of their condition during medical and social rehabilitation of medical institutions.

The first historical phase of psychosomatic medicine was largely dominated by the psychoanalytic approach to research and theory. The current phase has shown a radical shift away from that approach. It has focused on the study of the physiological mechanisms mediating between psychological states and body functions in health and disease, and on the role of personally meaningful life events and psychophysiological responses to them in the etiology, course, and outcome of a wide range of physical illnesses. The concepts of psychosocial stress, psychophysiological response specificity, coping, adaptation, and social supports predominate in psychosomatic theory. Research has grown in scope, diversity, and methodological sophistication. Concurrently, clinical application and the psychosomatic approach to patient care has expanded in the form of consultation-liaison psychiatry and behavioural medicine. The author reviews the current state of the field in its scientific and clinical aspects, and offers definitions delineating its scope.

The study aims to identify the features of the functional state of physically gifted children 5-6 years old with a high level of development of aerobic capacity under conditions of cognitive loads performed at different speeds. The authors used tests based on Anfimov’s letter tables as models of intense cognitive load. The examination was carried out at rest and while working at a comfortable speed and the maximal possible speed. Based on the results of the tasks, the speed and productivity of work, indicators of the psychophysiological cost of activity were calculated. Using the Luscher test, the level of situational anxiety was assessed and the coefficient of autonomic tone was determined. To diagnose the emotional state, the Lutoshkin technique was used. The tension of the systems of autonomous and central regulation of physiological functions was measured based on temporal analysis of the heart rhythm. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse and mean pressure, double product, Kerdo vegetative index, Myznikov index, and functional changes index were also calculated. A complex indicator of the development of aerobic capacity was found, taking into account the power, capacity, and efficiency of an aerobic source of energy supply to muscles. Based on the sigma scale, 7 gradations for assessing the development of aerobic abilities were identified, namely, very low, low, below average, average, above average, high, very high (above M + 2.0σ). The results obtained show that psychophysiological changes in the functional state during intense cognitive load in children aged 5-6 years largely depend on the development of aerobic capacity. It was found that physically gifted preschoolers with a high level of development of aerobic capacity were distinguished by optimally reduced activity during a calm wakeful state and less pronounced psychophysiological reactivity in conditions of intense cognitive load. They were characterized by increased efficiency of activity and its low psychophysiological cost in combination with increased adaptive potential of the organism.

The psychophysiological stress paradigm has been applied to detect pathways through which stress can induce migraine. We propose that the negative and inconsistent findings of previous studies can be ascribed to the restricted psychophysiological scope of these experiments, to insufficient operationalization of the concepts of stress, and to the lack of attention paid to the presence or absence of an attack after a stressful situation. Our present state of knowledge on the pathophysiology of migraine should form the basis for future psychophysiological research, which should focus on patients who are actually stressed and develop an attack afterwards.

The professional training of a clinical speech therapist traditionally focuses on the formation of professional competencies, motivation, and the ability to develop professionally, while the problems of coping with chronic emotional stress are common causes of professional deformations in them. It has been suggested that a high level of speech therapist’s readiness for professional activities, along with the individual typological characteristics of the personality described in the professiogram, is positively associated with a number of psychophysiological characteristics. An empirical study of personality traits, psychoemotional state, psychophysiological reactions, the adaptability of speech therapists (N = 56) was carried out using the psychophysiological testing device “UPFT-1/30 Psychophysiologist” (“Medicom MTD”). For the survey of teachers of three Russian state universities (N = 37), providing education clinical speech and language therapists were used the methods of analytical professiogramme E. M. Ivanova.

Patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) demonstrate abnormal psychophysiological responses to stressful events. Given that eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy appears to be a treatment of choice for trauma victims, the aim of the present study was to determine if psychophysiological responses to stress decreased after a single EMDR session. Six PTSD patients were treated by an EMDR therapist. Their psychophysiological responses (heart rate and skin conductance) were recorded before and after the EMDR session under two conditions: (a) in a relaxed state and (b) while visualizing their own traumatic event. At the end of the session, all patients had a significant reduction in their PTSD symptoms, which confirms previous results demonstrating the efficacy of the EMDR approach. Second, after only one EMDR session, heart rate and skin conductance during the trauma recall decreased significantly as compared to a relaxing state.

Introduction: Electroencephalograms contain information about the individual characteristics of the brain activities and the psychophysiological state of a subject. Purpose: To evaluate the identification potential of EEG, and to develop methods for the identification of users, their psychophysiological states and activities performed on a computer by their EEGs using convolutional neural networks. Results: The information content of EEG rhythms was assessed from the viewpoint of the possibility to identify a person and his/her state. A high accuracy of determining the identity (98.5–99.99% for 10 electrodes, 96.47% for two electrodes Fp1 and Fp2) with a low transit time (2–2.5 s) was achieved. A significant decrease in accuracy was detected if the person was in different psychophysiological states during the training and testing. In earlier studies, this aspect was not given enough attention. A method is proposed for increasing the robustness of personality recognition in altered psychophysiological states. An accuracy of 82–94% was achieved in recognizing states of alcohol intoxication, drowsiness or physical fatigue, and of 77.8–98.72% in recognizing the user's activities (reading, typing or watching video). Practical relevance: The results can be applied in security and remote monitoring applications.

Research on specific qualities of music used for relaxation has shown conflicting results. The use of different familiar or pre-composed pieces, with many simultaneous changes, might limit the ability to discriminate which musical element is responsible for the relaxation response. To address the latter, we examined the relaxing effects of music on three psychophysiological measures (heart rate, respiration rate, and skin conductance) with one original piece of music, and three modified versions (altering one musical element in each version). We investigated whether participants’ psychophysiological responses reflected a more “relaxed” state (lower heart rate, respiration rate, and skin conductance) with slower tempo (45 bpm), mellow timbre (bass clarinet), or smaller amplitude (-10 dB). We also investigated whether psychophysiological responses were consistent with self-report scores. Visual inspection of psychophysiological data indicated two distinct responder profiles, and a logistic regression confirmed this distinction. Using mixed ANCOVAs, we found significant differences between participants (responders and non-responders) in skin conductance level. No correlations between psychophysiological measures and self-reports were found. These findings raise interesting questions regarding the mechanisms behind the relaxing effects of music.

Modern highly technological teaching widely uses neurotechnologies related to creating new educational products, expanding the content of education and establishing objective feedback with students. One of the most promising neurotechnologies in the sphere of education is the method of biological feedback (BFB) based on studying the current psychophysiological state of students and using this information for further correction of the educational process, improving its quality and efficiency. This article presents the results of the studies based on the method of biological feedback to investigate the influence of the form of presentation of the educational material on the current psychophysiological state of students. During the BFB-studies, we used the PEN method developed by Hans and Sybil Eysenck to form focus groups of students and the CMS method to process the results of the studies. The research resulted in quantitative values of parameters of the current psychophysiological state of students reflecting the degree of intensity of such properties as the general adaptive resource, the degree of mobility (instability) of psychological processes, neuroticity, psychic productivity etc. (a total of 19 parameters). The study’s results based on the biological feedback method showed that studying educational materials that are different in form influences the parameters of the current psychophysiological state of students. The indicators of reserve of control of psychological activity, regulating and adapting the psychological sphere, as well as the indicators of reserve of syndromologicaladaptiveness of the current state if students study the textual material on their own, will improve as compared to studying graphical material only. Different types of educational material can cause anxiety and increased apprehension, with textual material contributing the least to these effects.

Introduction. Characteristic features of tense and dangerous activities of ship and vessel specialists require constant development of their medical and psychophysiological following-up including at the stage of studying at a university and mastering a marine specialty. Complex education program for cadets often results in dysadaptation disorders and disability for successful completion. Therefore, early detection and prevention of these disorders are extremely necessary. Purpose of work: assessment of the possibilities of using an automated system for dynamic control of the process of adaptation to educational activities among cadets of marine specialties.Materials and methods. In the course of the work, 120 cadets were examined in the initial period of their education at universities. The studies were carried out using an automated system of screening monitoring of functional state, designed on a modular basis and developed for Navy orders’ use.The research results showed that automated systems of psychophysiological control available at the Navy make it possible to perform diagnostics of maladaptive manifestations in cadets, to carry out objective assessment and detail the revealed violations, and to forecast further dynamics of the functional state. This was evidenced by the presence of a statistically confirmed relationship between the integral indicators of the functional state recorded by the automated system and expert assessments of adaptation to educational and training activities at the university.Conclusion. The automated system of dynamic control of the functional state and working capacity tested in this work can be effectively used in medical and psychophysiological support of cadets to assess the process of their adaptation to educational activities.

Characteristics of the psychophysiological state of qualified female boxers in the preparatory period. Purpose: to study the level of manifestation of psychophysiological properties of women boxers in the preparatory period. Methods. The following methods were used in the study: psychophysiological research methods; methods of mathematical statistics. Using the complex computer system "Multipsychometer-05", sensorimotor reactions, endurance of the nervous system, balance of nervous processes, functional mobility of nervous processes were determined. Results. The analysis of the results obtained indicates a significant variability in terms of the psychophysical state, the coefficients of variation V, % are in the range from V=778.87% to V=25.63%, which indicates the heterogeneity of the sample and the need to individualize the training process. An analysis of the psychophysiological state of female boxers, including mental, physiological and behavioral levels, is characterized by a low average group indicator of reaction latency based on the results of a sensorimotor reaction, an average level of stability indicating the balance of the nervous system, and an average level of endurance of the nervous system. In the vast majority of 89.5% (n=17) of the studied female boxers, the results of the duty cycle indicate an irrational organization of motor activity. According to the results of the balance of nervous processes, 42.1% (n=8) of female boxers have high own values of the accuracy and stability index, have high abilities to perform cognitive tasks, for the solution of which it is necessary to involve the function of thinking and concentrate attention. The obtained results of the study can serve to individualize and correct the training activities of female boxers in the preparatory period. Conclusion. Manifestation of psychophysiological properties in skilled women boxers has considerable variability, which indicates the need for an individual approach to training.

Trust plays an essential role in all human relationships. However, measuring trust remains a challenge for researchers exploring psychophysiological signals. Therefore, this article aims to systematically map the approaches used in studies assessing trust with psychophysiological signals. In particular, we examine the numbers and frequency of combined psychophysiological signals, the primary outcomes of previous studies, and the types and most commonly used data analysis techniques for analyzing psychophysiological data to infer a trust state. For this purpose, we employ a systematic mapping review method, through which we analyze 51 carefully selected articles (studies focused on trust using psychophysiology). Two significant findings are as follows: (1) Psychophysiological signals from EEG(electroencephalogram) and ECG(electrocardiogram) for monitoring peripheral and central nervous systems are the most frequently used to measure trust, while audio and EOG(electro-oculography) psychophysiological signals are the least commonly used. Moreover, the maximum number of psychophysiological signals ever combined so far is three (2). Most of which are peripheral nervous system monitoring psychophysiological signals that are low in spatial resolution. (3) Regarding outcomes: there is only one tool proposed for assessing trust in an interpersonal context, excluding trust in a technology context. Moreover, there are no stable and accurate ensemble models that have been developed to assess trust; all prior attempts led to unstable but fairly accurate models or did not satisfy the conditions for combining several algorithms (ensemble). In conclusion, the extent to which trust can be assessed using psychophysiological measures during user interactions (real-time) remains unknown, as there several issues, such as the lack of a stable and accurate ensemble trust classifier model, among others, that require urgent research attention. Although this topic is relatively new, much work has been done. However, more remains to be done to provide clarity on this topic.

Due to increasing safety standards in air transport, the emphasis is put on human factors in this domain. This<br />regards especially the improvement of piloting precision during flight training and the elimination of internal and<br />external influences with negative effect on pilots. This paper is focused on evaluation of pilot’s psychophysiological<br />state during flight training on a simulator and in an aircraft and also on pilot’s reaction on transfer from analogue<br />to digital visual presentation of avionic data. The best indicator for evaluating human’s psychophysiological<br />condition could be a heart rate because of its descriptive activity of human heart and its psychophysiological<br />character based on sympathovagal balance of autonomic nervous system. In this paper heart rate frequency<br />is measured by FlexiGuard biotelemetry mobile device and by a Garmin c<br /> chest belt. This paper is oriented<br />towards description and comparison of the most common methods for physiological parameters assessment, i.e.<br />time and frequency domain analysis and non-parametric methods analysis. The paper also describes a wavelet<br />transform. The results show that not every parameter resulting from each analysis could be a good indicator<br />describing pilot’s stress. Results also show which parameters might work as good indicators of pilot’s stress<br />– those are LF/HF ratio and parameters measured by wavelet transform. Best way to define pilot’s stress on<br />simulators in real time indicates to be wavelet.

The purpose of the work was to identify the influence of functional class and degree of damage to extremities on psychophysiological indicators of Paralympians. The study involved 33 elite athletes with musculoskeletal system disorders of the 6 (n = 15) and 10 (n = 18) functional classes in table tennis, aged 21–25 years old. Parameters characteristic for determining the psychophysiological state and typological characteristics of the nervous system were analyzed with the help of computer programs for psychophysiological testing. We determined the latent time of simple and complex reactions in different testing modes. Dispersion analysis was also used. We applied single-factor multidimensional dispersion analysis: one-way analysis of variance and General Linear Model, Multivariate. The indicators of psychophysiological testing were applied as dependent variables. The values of the functional class of athletes were used as the independent variable. To study the influence of damage degree of the upper or lower extremities on psychophysiological indicators, the extremities damage degree was applied as an independent variable. The time in the Paralympic 6 functional class to reach the minimum signal exposure in feedback mode was significantly longer compared with the 10 Paralympic functional class (p < 0.05). Comparing psychophysiological indicators when Paralympians are divided into groups more differentiated than functional classes (that is, according to the nature of the disease or the degree of limb lesions), significant differences were found in all psychophysiological indicators between the athletes of different groups. The greatest impact on psychophysiological indicators was a lesion of the lower extremities. The training of Paralympians in table tennis should consider the reaction rate indicators. In addition, when improving the functional classification of Paralympians in table tennis, a more differentiated approach should be taken when considering their capabilities, including psychophysiological indicators. During training and functional classification of Paralympic athletes in table tennis, it is important to consider their functional class as well as the degree of damage to upper and lower extremities and the level of psychophysiological functioning.

Aim. To determine the effectiveness of hardware and software complexes in assessing the psychophysiological state of persons in extreme conditions professions. Material and methods. The post-hoc comparative analysis of sensitivity, specificity, and overall accuracy of five hardware and software complexes was performed involving 459 patients of different medical and preventive care institutions that received the rehabilitation medical care. The simulation of altered reactivity in 6 athletes of cyclic kinds of sport was carried out within a daily experiment (5 men, mean age 21.1±0.7 years and one woman, 22 years; sport rank not lower than 1 senior degree). Psychophysiological testing was conducted at five time points using the following methods: hardware and software complex “Diamed-MBS”, ASD (Radix), Lusher colorchoice test (Radix), reaction to a moving object (Multipsychometer), static and dynamic tremorometry (Multipsychometer). Results and discussion. The diagnostic effectiveness of these psychophysiological examination data automated processing complexes were determined by their informative value, the ability to recognize signs of the disease with a so-called reference or benchmark diagnosis. The highest indicators of sensitivity (82.5%), specificity (79.3%) and overall accuracy (80.6%) were found in the Diamed-MBS hardware and software complex. A tendency to decrease in the main indicators, such as heart rate, stress index, activity, well-being, working capacity with a minimum at 3:00-5:00 hours, was revealed. During the day, the possibility of the athletes’ psycho-emotionalstate dynamic assessment during the day (somatic and psychological components) was evaluated according to the parameters of heart rate variability, electrosomatography and bioelectrography. The dynamics of psychological and psychophysiological diagnostics indicators was of the multidirectional nature, which does not allow us to assert unequivocally about the negative impact of daily rhythms on the condition of athletes. All athletes showed negative results in one way or another at different intermediate diagnostic points, but by the end of the study they managed to compensate and reach the results of the primary diagnosis. Conclusion. The diagnostic efficiency of complex screening diagnostics when using hardware and software complex “Diamed-MBS” is 80.6%, which is 25-35% higher than the same parameter for similar devices. No negative psychological and psychophysiological effects of stress stimulation on daily rhythms of athletes were defined.

The impact of the psychophysiological factors of ethical relationships on the efficiency of cargo transportation has been considered. In the face of increasing tension on the roads, issues of compliance with the drivers’ professional ethics, which are a set of moral norms, that determine a person’s attitude to his professional duty, become relevant. The main problems of international transportation are inefficient communications, the causes of which are the following: psychophysiological features of drivers’ work; lack of communication skills among drivers; lack of an international ethical code of conduct for drivers. It is necessary to take into account the effect of a set of factors, that determine the psychophysiological state of drivers at different stages of the transportation process: first, highlight the factors, that determine the performance of the driver before the trip; secondly, the factors determining road safety. The general performance of the driver during transportation is determined by the psychophysiological features of the drivers’ labor in the process of driving, which, in turn, are predetermined by it's operation as part of the driver-car-road-environment system. This fact predefines the need to raise at the state level the issue of the development and implementation of the Ethical code of conduct for the driver, which will take into account national behavioral patterns and regulatory documents, governing road traffic in different states.
