Анотація:

À partir de l’analyse d’une appropriation médiatique, la thèse interroge les (re)configurations symboliques de la presse professionnelle en communication. Il s’agit de voir dans quelle mesure un format médiatique (la « revue-livre ») peut contribuer aux redéfinitions d’un monde professionnel, par le travail de ses frontières. Pour ce faire, la thèse avance que la revue, média disciplinaire, institue les pratiques d’un monde socio-professionnel donné, ce qui ouvre la discussion sur le statut et la fonction de ce territoire spécialisé. Instance de lisibilité et de visibilité, cet espace informationnel doit pourtant se légitimer en continu, à l’instar de l’interprofession qu’il représente. L’emprunt au format actuel de la revue, source de désirabilités médiatiques, constitue alors une tentative de dépassement de cet amas tensif. Il permet de miser sur un flou autant fonctionnel que professionnel. Il permet aussi, dans la perspective d’une analyse concurrentielle au cœur de l’étude, d’occuper ou de maintenir une place. Le support et le format deviennent des outils de valorisation, des compensateurs de reconnaissance, des moteurs de distinction. En cela, la thèse étudie un lieu de fixation, parmi d’autres, d’une prétention communicationnelle. Le couple savoir-pouvoir sera transversal à cet écrit, car l’échappée observée est une opération tactique de prise de pouvoir symbolique, tant en direction des marges de la profession qu’en son sein. La thèse s’intéresse en définitive à la construction de dispositifs intellectuels qui tentent de se constituer en représentants légitimes et dominants ; et qui à cette fin, redéfinissent en continu le professionnel et le communicationnel
Based on the analysis of the appropriation of a media, this thesis questions the symbolic (re)configurations of professional magazines in communication. The objective is to analyze to what extent a media format (the “magazine-book”) contributes to the redefinition of a professional field by questioning its boundaries. To demonstrate that, the thesis asserts that the professional review institutes the practices of its socio-professional group, which opens the discussion on the status and function of this specialized territory. Agent of visibility, this informational space needs nonetheless to continuously legitimize itself. Using this current format of the review constitutes an attempt to overcome those tensions. It allows to leverage the vagueness of both this format function and communication professions. It also allows to establish and defend one’s positioning, as it is observed in the light of a competitive landscape analysis at the heart of the study. The support and the format become valorization tools, recognition substitutes and distinction drivers. From this perspective, this research studies an illustration, among others, of a communicational claim. The duet of knowledge and power will be transversal in this demonstration, because the observed escape is a tactical move to seize symbolic power, both in direction of the margins of the profession and its core. Ultimately, the focus of this thesis is to analyze the construction of intellectual devices, aiming at being legitimate and dominant representatives, by continuously redefining the professional and the communicational

The present work is part of the Language Toolkit project, born between the Chamber of Commerce of Romagna and the Department of Interpretation and Translation of Forlì. The collaboration for this work was organized with Rinieri S.r.l., a company which produces agricultural machineries, and the object of the thesis is the translation of their product catalogue from Italian into Russian. The work highlights the importance of translation for companies that decide to internationalize themselves. In particular, the thesis shows how professional translation turns out to be fundamental, as specialized texts often cause many difficulties during translation, which can only be solved by specialists who know in detail both the technical area of the texts and the translation strategies to tackle linguistic, stylistic and cultural difficulties. The work is composed of four chapters. The first one gives a framework of the company and an overview of the internationalization process, highlighting the different strategies that can be implemented by companies to be visible at an international level. The chapter also focuses on the importance of translating their written materials, since this process can bring to an increase in the level of export. The second chapter gives an overview of specialized languages, and of the tools used by specialized translators. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the text and on the methodology used for its translation, and particular attention is given to the process of creation of a specialized corpus and to the terminological research. The last chapter is dedicated to the discussion of the translation strategies used to tackle the main problems that arouse from the linguistic and cultural differences between the source and the target text.

Анотація:

This work deals with the theoretical modelling of the vertical dynamics of the vehicle which has an additional level of suspension for a cargo platform with the nonlinear stiffness. The paper presents the design scheme of the additional level of cushioning having a quasi-zero stiffness in the equilibrium position. The mathematical model of the dynamic behavior of specialized vehicles is developed as a nonlinear discrete system. The results of numeric calculations of the vehicle dynamic response on the stochastic load is represented based on the developed model. Vertical vibrations of the cargo platform caused by the kinematics random influence applied to the axels of the vehicle are analyzed. The load is applied to the axels of the vehicle with a time delay. The results of the comparative analysis are displayed for the frequencies and amplitudes of the vehicle vertical vibrations within two different suspensions: in the linear and nonlinear statements.

This study focuses on the development of press freedom and professional journalism in Cameroon since the country's transition to democracy in the 1990s. More precisely, it examines how press freedom and professionalism have become formalized through processes of legislation and institutionalization. To realize this, this study uses a broad literature review and documentary analysis to gain an overview of the evolution of press freedom and the professionalization of journalism in Cameroon. It also incorporates survey, in-depth interviews and newsroom observation to gain additional insights into how Cameroonian journalists go about their daily routines and the extent to which they feel free and autonomous to do so, as well as to better understand both the relationship between the roles of individual journalists and the organizational and societal contexts in which they operate. I contend that it is only through blending the survey, interview and newsroom observation that we can have a broader picture of the gap between role perception and performance in journalism.The study draws from the political economy approach to inform its discussions. It argues that journalism is a socially constructed activity within a specific political, economic, legal and regulatory context. It also draws from the sociology of the professions to analyse the professionalization of journalism in Cameroon, the role perception theory to underpin the journalistic role perceptions of Cameroonian journalists and the role perception and performance gap theory to explain and understand the gap between the various roles Cameroonian journalists believe the media should fulfil and the extent to which they perform these roles in daily practice.The hierarchical news environment includes not only reporters but also editors and directors of news publications, whose job involves ensuring that information reaching the public is ethically sound. From within the Cameroonian newsrooms, the role of editors and directors of news publications as gatekeepers, commercial and economic pressures, the interests of owners may undermine the efforts of journalists in performing their roles in actual practice. From outside the news organization, state interference in the media, the use of repressive press laws, sources, advertisers, political elites and the prevalence of gombo may limit the freedom and autonomy of journalists to live up to their ideals. When combined, these factors are likely to create a gap between journalists' ideals and practice.

As the number of coronavirus cases increased globally, governments started to introduce restrictive measures which many individuals had never experienced before. Heads of state started to use expressions referring to ‘war’, encouraging citizens to help the ‘fight’ against the ‘invisible enemy’. In the cognitive linguist approach, metaphors are believed to involve the ‘thinking’ as well as the ‘talking’ (or writing) of one thing in terms of another. That is, similarities (or correspondences) are perceived between two different ‘domains’ such as ‘covid-19’ and ‘war’. Therefore, ‘fighting the disease’ can be ‘translated’ into ‘reducing infection, illness and death’. This dissertation aims to identify metaphorical expressions, and the associated conceptual mappings, in the coronavirus media discourse of three countries – Italy, France, and the United Kingdom – over the period of the ‘first wave’. If metaphorical expressions can highlight how we ‘think’ about an event, it is interesting to investigate if all three countries are ‘thinking’ about the novel coronavirus in the same terms. In order to tackle this question, this dissertation has five chapters. First, the cognitive linguistic approach to metaphors is discussed, focusing on Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT). In chapter two we turn to the corpus linguistic approach and its application to metaphor research. On the basis of this theoretical background, chapter three introduces the methodology employed for this study. Chapter four presents the main results for English, French and Italian. In particular, this study found that the coronavirus is conceptualised as WAR, SUBSTANCE IN MOVEMENT, SUBSTANCE IN A CONTAINER, and OBSTACLE in all three language corpora, while WATER, FAMILY and POSSESSION are unique to the French, Italian and English samples, respectively. Finally, chapter five discusses the findings and the limitations of this study, closing with possible directions for future research.

Анотація:

This study investigates press freedom in the political context of Zambia by looking at The Post, a daily tabloid that operates in the country. It involves in-depth interviews with tabloid journalists working or having worked with the tabloid mainly in the area of reporting politics. It involves a literature review in the broader subject area and notes that, even though press freedom is the life blood of any democratic society which needs to be enhanced, there are other complexities that hinder its realisation, including ownership interests, tabloid journalists’ predilections, advertisers’ influence, political authorities’ expectations, and readers’ social and economic positions. In addition, despite the general public’s expectations and the press’s ardent quest for press freedom, the conception and understanding of press freedom in democracy is far from straight forward. The research found that The Post was incapable of contributing effectively to the maturity of democracy. Its level of credibility as a tabloid was compromised by joining ranks with ruling politicians. Its traditional watchdog role of exposing political and social elites to public accountability was also suppressed due to political partnership. In addition, citizens needed to consider seriously online journalism as it provided information at the expense of The Post which was no longer vocal in these domains. Government too needed to provide favorable mechanisms to enhance online publishing as it was beneficial to the promotion and protection of democracy. Furthermore, the Press Association of Zambia and the Media Institute of Southern Africa needed to be more critical of government operations towards the press and needed to intensify their role in providing checks and balance on journalists to uphold their professional values. Overall thesis contribution to knowledge derives from its critical examination of this under examined area of the role of tabloid journalism in emerging democracies. It adds detailed knowledge on the professional practice of tabloid journalism in Zambia as an exemplar of the political role of tabloid media in a developing democracy.

Уточнено поняття особистісної готовності до діяльності майбутнього психолога-тренера. Подано та обґрунтовано теоретичну модель особистісної готовності до діяльності (операційно-професійний, емоційний, соціально-психологічний, ідентифікаційний компоненти). Шляхом факторного аналізу визначено структуру особистісної готовності до діяльності тренера. В ході емпіричного дослідження встановлено недостатній рівень розвитку особистісної готовності до діяльності майбутніх психологів-тренерів. Визначено основні психологічні умови (творче моделювання, експериментування, вільний обмін думками, експертна оцінка), напрямки (формування теоретичної бази, відпрацювання на практиці методичних засобів створення та проведення тренінгу, отримання досвіду групової роботи, зворотній зв`язок) та етапи (підготовчий, організаційний, маркетинговий, логістичний, програмний, груповий, презентаційний, експертний, дебрифінговий) формування особистісної готовності до професійної діяльності на базі яких розроблено та впроваджено в навчальний процес навчальну програму.

Dissertation is devoted to the features of formation of personal readiness for future professional activities of psychologists who choose the specialization of the trainer. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the main approaches to determine readiness for professional activity of foreign and domestic scientists. The concept of personal readiness for activity of future psychologist-trainer is presented. Reasonable structure of personal readiness for activity (operational and professional, personal, emotional and identification component) are posted. During the empirical research found insufficient level of personal readiness of future psychologists-trainers. Basic psychological conditions (creative modeling, experimentation, open exchange of ideas, expert evaluating), ways (forming of theoretical basics, working in practice teaching tools for creating and conducting training, getting the experience of group work, feedback) and stages (preparatory, organizational, marketing, logistics, program, group, presentation, expert, debriefing) of forming personal readiness for professional activities were defined. They created the basis for practical training program, which was implemented in the educational process. With control testing and statistical data effectiveness of the author's educational program of forming personal readiness for future professional activities of psychologists-trainers was found.

During the last decades, the presence of visual media has increased dramatically. However, very little empirical research has been carried out to determine the implication of the medium photograph as a visual information transmitter. The aim of this study was therefore to investigate the characteristics of professional press photos that relate to war and armed conflicts and to examine the framing of victimhood. A thorough literature review as well as an iconographic interpretation of World Press Photos serves to ascertain data in order to permit answering the research questions. The World Press Photo Foundation is the subject of research as it represents the most prestigious international competition for press photography at present and thus acts as an agenda-setter. That highlights the implication of its decisions about professional photographs since its coverage of certain issues biases the international media coverage of the same. It also affects the development of professional photojournalism. In this context the meaning of photographs in today’s visual media societies can be discussed.

The pedagogical conditions of professional training for future programmer engineers in a technical university are theoretically justified, developed and checked experimentally in the dissertation. The essence of the concepts "professional training of future programmer engineers", "readiness of future programmer engineers for professional activity" is specified. The defining of the structural components of future programmer engineers’ readiness for professional activity, and the criteria and indicators of its formation achieved further development. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm the implementation feasibility of the developed pedagogical conditions into the professional training of future programmer engineers.

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено теоретичному та емпіричному вивченню проблеми професійного вигоряння викладачів технічних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів. Професійне вигоряння – це інтеграційний процес, що є специфічною реакцією особистості на дію системи різних факторів професійного оточення з урахуванням індивідуально-психологічних особливостей людини в організації власної професійної діяльності. Було встановлено, що вигоряння викладачів технічних спеціальностей відбувається переважно через посилення деперсоналізації, заощаджування емоцій та особистісне віддалення. Виділено психологічні особистісні риси, притаманні викладачам технічних спеціальностей ВНЗ з високим рівнем професійного вигоряння, такі як незалежність у соціальній поведінці, консерватизм, обережність та розсудливість у спілкуванні, емоційна стриманість, індивідуальний стиль професійної діяльності, прагматичність, орієнтація на об’єктивну реальність, деяка незадоволеність собою і невпевненість у своїх силах. Розроблено комплекс рекомендацій, які сприяють запобіганню виникнення синдрому професійного вигоряння викладачів технічних спеціальностей ВНЗ.
Thesis for a Candidate Degree in Psychological Studies. Specialty 19.00.03 – Psychology of Work; Engineering Psychology. – Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy. – Kharkiv, 2012. The thesis deals with theoretical and empirical study of the problem of professional burnout of technical specialties teachers at higher schools. Professional burn-out is an integrated process that means the personality’s specific response to the action of the system of various factors of professional environment with taking into ac-count individual psychological features of the person in organizing his own professional activities. It has been found out that technical specialties teachers are mainly burnt out due to increased depersonalization, saving emotions and personal estrangement. Psychological personal characteristics have been distinguished that are specific for university teachers of technical subjects with high level of burnout. They include independence in social behavior, conservatism, carefulness and common sense in communication, emotional restraint, tendency to individual style of professional activity, pragmatism, focusing on objective reality, some dissatisfaction with oneself and lack of confidence in one’s abilities. A complex of recommendations that can help to prevent emerging the syndrome of technical specialties teachers’ burnout at higher schools has been developed.

Анотація:

The article analyzes the process of formation of readiness for adaptive management of future managers in the process of vocational training in the institution of higher education. Such organization of educational and educational process, which provides for correction of its components and system of interaction of subjects, is proposed for the purpose of activating the independent cognitive activity of students at each stage. Also defined are the main components of readiness for adaptive management in the process of training managers and teaching methods, with the help of which they can be formed. The article contains analytical material on the competitiveness of future managers in the labor market, subject to readiness for adaptive management. Also, the article includes suggestions on the use of master classes, including the author's "From Adaptive Leadership Leader in an Adaptive Organization" and "Time Management: Managing the Personal Effectiveness of a Modern Leader", in the educational process with the goal of forming readiness for adaptive management in the process of training managers.

У дисертації на засадах інтегративного підходу обґрунтована та презентована авторська концепція психологічних основ становлення професіоналізму майбутніх інженерів протягом етапу професійної підготовки у технічному виші. Схарактеризовано теоретичні підходи щодо розуміння проблеми професійного становлення майбутнього фахівця, результатом якого є поява такого новоутворення студентського віку, як професіоналізм. Презентовано феноменологію проблеми професіоналізму суб'єкта інженерної діяльності. Визначено місце професіоналізму у психологічній структурі інженерної діяльності. За рівневим підходом визначено професіоналізм майбутнього інженера як складний багатокомпонентний психологічний конструкт, процес становлення якого починається на етапі професійної підготовки у вищому технічному навчальному закладі. У роботі виявлено закономірності становлення професіоналізму майбутнього інженера під час навчання у виші. Визначено психологічні детермінанти розвитку професіоналізму студентів інженерно-технічних спеціальностей, до яких віднесено внутрішні протиріччя, навчально-професійні кризи та психологічні бар'єри. Визначено основні психолого-педагогічні умови становлення професіоналізму в технічному ВНЗ. Наведено результати емпіричного аналізу, що спрямований на розкриття динаміки становлення професіоналізму майбутніх фахівців інженерної галузі, специфіки прояву професіоналізму майбутніх інженерів, характеристики його складових, психологічної структури, верифікацію предикторів досліджуваного феномену, визначення типів інженерів-професіоналів. У дисертації розкрито результати апробації психолого-педагогічної програми супроводу становлення професіоналізму майбутніх інженерів впродовж навчання у технічному виші, кількісні та якісні показники якої свідчать про її ефективність.

This study intends to evaluate the development in the professional qualification of workers acting in the wine and derivatives specialized retail trade, who maintain a direct contact with the consumer and who are generically called in the market as retail attendants. The rise in the number of wine and derivatives retail outlets makes necessary the development of the worker with the specific knowledge required for his professional proceedings, and both the retail trade and the worker itself are called to develop the specific competences and skills, for which we find the theoretical justification in the skills model developed in Philippe Zarifian s work. The analysis of the obtained data allowed the confirmation of the built of professional qualification in work relations, requiring from the workers effort and personal dedication to the obtainment of the necessary attributes for the maintenance and expansion of his professional trajectory in the area
Esse estudo se propõe a avaliar o desenvolvimento da qualificação profissional dos trabalhadores que atuam no comércio varejista especializado em vinhos e derivados, que mantém contato direto com o consumidor, denominados genericamente no mercado como atendentes de varejo. A ampliação do número de pontos de venda do varejo especializado na comercialização de vinhos e derivados torna necessário o trabalhador com conhecimento específico exigido para sua atuação profissional e, tanto o comércio varejista como o próprio trabalhador, são chamados a desenvolver competências e habilidades específicas, para as quais encontramos a justificativa teórica no modelo de competências elaborado por Philippe Zarifian. Esta tese parte do exame de convencionalidades terminológicas e de colocações especializadas em um corpus de artigos científicos em inglês da área de Ciência da Computação com cerca de 400 mil palavras/tokens. Em seguida, investiga os desdobramentos pedagógicos desses elementos em um contexto de ensino de Inglês Instrumental em cursos técnicos e tecnológicos da área de Informática/Computação da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional do Brasil. O levantamento e análise de padrões léxico-terminológicos do corpus foi realizado com apoio computacional e de acordo com os aportes da Linguística de Corpus e da Teoria Comunicativa da Terminologia. Uma vez verificados a relevância terminológica e o potencial pedagógico das ocorrências de terminologias e de colocações no corpus reunido, são feitas propostas de apoio terminológico-pedagógico para o ensino de leitura de artigos científicos em inglês, o que inclui a proposta de desenho básico de um aplicativo educacional para acesso em smartphones e tablets. A pesquisa também levanta as necessidades terminológicas e pedagógicas dos alunos envolvidos no contexto educacional sob estudo, evidenciando diferenças entre os estudantes de cursos técnicos e de cursos tecnológicos. Por fim, o trabalho conclui ser possível e produtivo levar dados de descrição terminológica e de descrição de padrões de um corpus para um cenário didático-pedagógico de Inglês Instrumental na Educação Profissional, desde que isso seja balizado por uma série de aportes teóricos, dos estudos de Terminologia aos estudos sobre o Ensino de línguas estrangeiras.
This thesis sets off on examining terminological conventionalities and specialized collocations in a research article corpus in English in the Computer Science area containing around 400 thousand words/tokens. Then, we investigate the pedagogical ramifications of these elements in a context of English for Specific Purposes courses in the area of Informatics/Computer Science in the Federal Institutions of Professional Education in Brazil. The survey and analysis of lexical-terminological patterns from the corpus was performed with computational support, and according to Corpus Linguistics as well as Communicative Theory of Terminology framework. Once we verified the terminological relevance and pedagogical potential of the terminological occurrences and collocations in the corpus compiled, we proposed terminological-pedagogical aid for English research article reading, which includes a proposal of basic design of an educational app for smartphones and tablets access. This research also examines terminological and pedagogical needs involved in this educational context, highlighting differences between students in technical courses and technological courses. Overall, this investigation has found possible and productive to take terminological description data as well as pattern descriptions from a corpus to a didactic-pedagogical scenario of ESP in Professional Education, once this is settled by a range of theoretical considerations from Terminology studies to Foreign Language Teaching studies.

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodical bases of general educational preparation of future skilled workers of an agrarian profile. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time the author's concept of general education of future skilled agricultural workers in VET schools is theoretically substantiated and developed. The concept is based on the provisions of leading methodological approaches, general and specific principles, scientifically sound selection of content, forms, methods, innovative technologies, which will increase the level of formation of general competence of future skilled agricultural workers. The pedagogical conditions of general education are substantiated. The first pedagogical condition – formation of po sitive motivation of future skilled agricultural workers on achievement of success in educational activity – encourages them to choose a constructive way to obtain educational information on the basis of cooperation and mutual understanding with the teacher. The second pedagogical condition – professional orientation of the content of general education subjects – is carried out through the professional orientation of the content of general disciplines, which determines the dialectic of interaction of holist ic development of the individual and his special, professional. The third pedagogical condition – pedagogical integration of the educational process – provides an opportunity to qualitatively change the process of general educa tion, allows teachers of general disciplines to carry out creative work, helps to improve, accumulate and develop integrated own pedagogical findings, as well as to form students' general competence with a large amount of information, to realize creative opportunities, increase the share of independent work of students, increase the pace of the lesson and its learning effect. The fourth pedagogical condition – the use of innovative pedagogical learning technologies in mastering general education subjects b y applicants for education – helps to attract future skilled workers to actively interact with each other, the ability to work in groups and subgroups, thereby contributing to the formation of their positive attitude to learning and striving for high results. The author's model of pedagogical system of general education of future skilled workers of agrarian profile is developed. Such a model contains target, methodological, semantic, activity, effective blocks that reveal the component structure of general education, systematic and p urposeful nature this process in VET schools of agricultural profile

The dissertation deals with the historical development of pupils’ scientific labour management (SLM) in secondary and vocational schools in Ukraine at the end of the XIX – during the XX century; the extent to which the chosen theme has been investigated in pedagogical theory has been characterized; the meaning of the key concepts, the contents and the structure of the pupils’ scientific labour management have been revealed from the position of multidisciplinary approach; the periodization of pupils’ scientific labour management development in secondary and vocational schools in Ukraine has been grounded theoretically; the peculiarities of pupils’ SLM have been cleared in the context of pedological researches; the new tendencies in the development of pupils’ labour management in the systems of qualified workers’ training have been brought to light; the main directions and organization forms of teachers’ professional training for scientific labour management have been analysed; the peculiarities of teachers’ professional competence in pupils’ scientific labour management in the conditions of informational and technological society development have been enlightened; the prognostic grounding of multidisciplinary approach in the field of pupils’ SLM in secondary and vocational schools has been determined
Диссертация на соискание ученой степени доктора педагогических наук по специальности 13.00.01 – общая педагогика и история педагогики. – Институт педагогического образования и образования взрослых АПН Украины, Киев, 2009. В диссертации воссоздана история развития научной организации труда (НОТ) учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы в Украине в конце ХІХ – на протяжении ХХ века. Проанализировано состояние исследованности избранной темы в педагогической теории на основе изучения архивных источников, научно-методических, историко-педагогических, психологических, философских материалов, отчетной документации разных учреждений и административных лиц, а также результатов диссертационных исследований, содержания периодических изданий, в которых освещается названная проблема. Раскрыта сущность ключевых понятий, содержание и структура научной организации труда учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы на основе междисциплинарного подхода. Обоснование структуры НОТ учащихся осуществлено в контексте взаимосвязи всех ее составляющих (педагогической, психологической, социальной, экономической, организационно-управленческой и пространственно-предметной). С учетом социально-экономических, общественно-политических событий в Украине, а также специфических целей, задач и функций, некоторых зарубежных тенденций в области научной организации труда раскрыты особенности организации труда учащихся на разных этапах развития общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы. Разработана периодизация развития научной организации труда школьников и учащихся профессиональной школы в Украине и осуществлено ее теоретическое обоснование. Выявлены тенденции развития научной организации труда учащихся в общеобразовательных учебных заведениях, а также в учебных заведениях начального профессионального и профессионально-технического образования. Разработана хронологическая таблица документов, в которой систематизированы основные события и факты из истории развития научной организации труда учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы исследуемого периода. Проанализированы основные направления и организационные формы профессионально-педагогической подготовки педагогов к организации труда учащихся на научной основе. Определены особенности профессионально-педагогической компетентности учителей в области научной организации труда учащихся в условиях информационно-технологического развития общества. Осуществлено прогностическое обоснование реализации междисциплинарного подхода в области научной организации труда учащихся общеобразовательной и профессиональной школы. Определены перспективы дальнейших научных исследований проблемы содержания и структуры научной организации труда субъектов педагогической деятельности

Cette thèse en anglais de spécialité s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’étude des domaines spécialisés analysés par le prisme du continuum unissant milieu, culture et discours. Notre approche consiste à tenter d’appliquer ce cadre à un objet problématique, celui de la presse écrite de qualité aux États-Unis, représentée par le New York Times et le Washington Post. Dans cette optique, nous nous appuyons sur les trois fonctions d’un domaine spécialisé (opération, régulation et formation) afin de déterminer dans quelle mesure les caractéristiques culturelles du domaine conduisent à la production d’un discours spécifique.La première partie présente une réflexion épistémologique et méthodologique sur notre objet de recherche et sur notre discipline. Nous exposons les difficultés à considérer le journalisme comme domaine spécialisé en anglais de spécialité et la réflexion qui nous a conduite à envisager la spécialisation de ce sous-domaine, qui s’appuie en particulier sur certaines théories sociologiques. Nous présentons également la méthodologie adoptée pour l’étude de terrain et pour l’analyse du corpus. Dans la deuxième partie, nous nous intéressons au cadre de l’entreprise comme premier niveau de spécialisation et nous tentons de déterminer ce qui réunit les deux journaux choisis. Nous analysons ainsi certains aspects de la fonction d’opération. Dans la troisième partie, nous nous concentrons sur l’analyse du milieu ; nous exposons ainsi les fonctions de régulation et de formation telles qu’elles sont mises en œuvre dans le domaine. Enfin, la quatrième partie présente deux aspects du discours qui reflètent les contraintes du milieu : le discours rapporté et la terminologie
This dissertation in the field of English for Specific Purposes focuses on the study of specialized domains analysed through the milieu-culture-discourse continuum. The approach consists in an attempt to apply that theoretical framework to the problematic domain of the quality written press in the United States, of which the New York Times and the Washington Post represent two examples. The study consists more specifically in testing the three functions of a specialized domain, operation, regulation and training, in order to understand to what extent the cultural features of the domain determine the production of a specific discourse. The first part presents an epistemological and methodological reflection on the research object as well as on the theoretical framework. It begins with a presentation of the specific difficulties encountered in analysing journalism from an ESP perspective. It then focuses on the criteria used to determine the specialization of the milieu, based on sociological theories of the media. It finally presents the methodological framework developed for the field study and as regards discourse analysis. The second part focuses on the two companies, considered as the lowest level of specialization, in an attempt to define the similarities between the two newspapers based on a study of the operation function. The third part presents an analysis of the milieu, through an understanding of the regulation and training functions in the domain. The fourth part studies two aspects of journalistic discourse that reflect the constraints of the milieu, namely reported speech and terminology

The historical evolution of the democracy brought the growing necessity of communication and spreading public interest information about the governments to the citizens. Managing these fluxes became part of a specific professional activity, the press office – which gained boost regarding the news release with these function occupied by journalists. The present work shows how this class conquered, developed and exercise its mediator role between power and society, both yesterday and today, in media times. The technologic evolution brought changes in diverse social areas, reaching significantly the media functions. Therefore, it is important to describe the press office work in the institution, focusing the functions and challenges faced by the journalist, especially after the social and digital medias creation. As research’s objectives we have: to contextualize the exercise of the press office profession in general and local levels. To characterize the nature of the journalistic work developed in institutions – especially publics institutions (conflicts, tensions, interests). To distinguish the journalistic practice in press and in the institutional environment. To point the changes faced in social fields and, mainly, in communication, with the digital creation. To discuss culturally and professionally the press officers identity, investigatin if the “ciberculture” creation and the social medias rise brought changes in press officers identities and production routine. For this, besides the bibliography revision, we resorted to the study of the experience in the Paraíba Government case, which has sort of 65 press officers. As methodology, the study uses, in addition, the researcher’s direct participative observation, who is part of the group, and did interviews and applied questionnaires, in a pattern, as a sample of the government press officers. Starting from these resources, the results point that the use of the digital devices, digital and social, are part of the routine of most of the press officers, optimizing the journalistic disclosure and the relationship with the public. The majority of the press officers sees that the new tools, though beneficial, bring function accumulation and overwhelming, because the routine is not restrict to work journey, but full time, to answer the demands coming from everywhere anytime. The press officer also exercise various media activities, establishing a multitasking and technological profile.
A evolução histórica da democracia trouxe uma necessidade crescente de comunicação e liberação de informações de interesse público dos governos para os cidadãos. Administrar esses fluxos passou a fazer parte de uma atividade profissional específica, a assessoria de imprensa – que ganhou impulso quanto à divulgação noticiosa com a ocupação desta função por jornalistas. Neste trabalho, mostra-se como essa classe conquistou, desenvolveu e exerce o papel de mediador entre o poder e a sociedade, tanto ontem quanto hoje, em tempos de midiatização. A evolução tecnológica trouxe mudanças nas diversas esferas sociais, atingindo significativamente as funções de mídia. Por isso, cumpre-nos descrever o trabalho de assessoria de imprensa nas organizações, com foco nas funções e desafios enfrentados pelo jornalista, sobretudo depois do advento das mídias digitais e sociais. Como objetivos específicos da pesquisa, temos: contextualizar o exercício da profissão de assessor em nível geral e local; caracterizar a natureza do trabalho jornalístico desenvolvido em organizações – sobretudo públicas (conflitos, tensões, interesses); diferenciar a prática jornalística na redação e no ambiente organizacional; apontar as mudanças vividas nos campos sociais e principalmente na Comunicação com o advento do digital; discutir cultura profissional e descrever o perfil dos assessores; investigando se o advento da cibercultura e a ascensão das mídias sociais traz mudanças na identidade e nas rotinas de produção do assessor de imprensa. Para isso, além da revisão bibliográfica, recorremos ao estudo de caso da experiência do Governo do Estado da Paraíba, que emprega uma média de 65 assessores. Como metodologia, o estudo utiliza, ainda, a observação direta participante da pesquisadora, que integra a equipe em questão, bem como a realização de entrevistas e a aplicação de questionário padrão com uma amostra de assessores do governo. A partir desses meios, os resultados apontam que o uso dos dispositivos de mídias - digitais e sociais - fazem parte do dia a dia da maioria dos assessores, otimizando a divulgação jornalística e o relacionamento com os públicos. A maior parte dos profissionais enxerga que as novas ferramentas, embora benéficas, trazem acúmulo de função e sobrecarga - pois a rotina não mais é restrita às horas de trabalho, mas “full time”, para atender as demandas advindas de todos os meios e em qualquer momento do dia. O assessor também passa a exercer diversas atividades de mídia, estabelecendo-se com um perfil multitarefa e tecnológico.

The problem of prophylaxis of drug addiction of vocational school students has been examined in the thesis. The social and psychological aspects of problem of prophylaxis of drug addiction of students have been analyzed; also individually psychological features of vocational school students inclined to drug consumption have been described. The personality approach to the problem of development psychological facilities of prophylaxis of drug addiction of vocational school students has been substantiated. The empiric research of individually psychological features of vocational school students inclined drug consumption has been carried out. The system of psychological facilities of prophylaxis of addiction of vocational school students has been worked out and its efficiency has been experimentally verified. The methodical recommendations for practical psychologists and social pedagogues concerning realization of prophylactic work with regard to prevention of the drug consumption by vocational school students have been given.

У дисертації обґрунтовано умови професійної орієнтації учнів у процесі профільного навчання за технологічним напрямом. Здійснено системний аналіз розвитку професійної орієнтації, висвітлено передумови, соціально-економічні, психолого-педагогічні та медико-фізіологічні чинники професійного самовизначення особистості, визначено закономірності та сучасні тенденції в професійній орієнтації учнів. Доведено, що система професійної орієнтації в Україні є функціонально неповною. Встановлено, що в загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах України організаційно і методично не забезпечується проведення професійного добору. Розкрито педагогічну технологію професійного добору та обґрунтовано необхідність його запровадження під час комплектування груп для профільного навчання з технологій. Cette thèse, inscrite en Sciences de l'éducation, interroge les pratiques d'écriture des éducateurs spécialisés. L'écriture y est envisagée comme un nouveau trait professionnel, participant d'une période de mutation de l'action sociale et de ses métiers. Cette évolution transforme la culture des éducateurs et le fonctionnement de leur soi-professionnel. Inscrite dans une approche clinique d'orientation psychanalytique, cette recherche questionne les enjeux sociaux et psychiques relatifs aux pratiques d'écriture des éducateurs, les rapports au savoir et à l'écriture qui les soutiennent. Elle met au jour la complexité de ces pratiques, l'articulation entre les rapports subjectifs à l'écriture, ses enjeux réels et symboliques, et les contextes historiques, législatifs, institutionnels et professionnels dans lesquels elles s'inscrivent. L'analyse s'élabore à partir d'entretiens cliniques de recherche réalisés auprès de six éducateurs spécialisés. Elle met en valeur des processus conscients et inconscients mobilisés dans leurs expériences d'écriture. Elle éclaire certains mécanismes psychiques de défense ou de dégagement, d'identifications actuelles et anciennes, à l’œuvre dans la professionnalité au moment de l'inscription et de l'intégration, par les éducateurs, du trait professionnel « écriture » à leur quotidien et à leur soi-professionnel. This thesis in Educational Sciences examines specialized educators' writing practices. Writing is here envisioned as a new professional skill that reflects the deep changes that have affected the field of social action and the related professions. This evolution transforms the educators' culture and their professional-self. Through a psychoanalytical orientated clinical approach, this work explores the social and psychic stakes related to the specialized educators' writing practices, as well as the relationships to knowledge and writing that supports them. It excavates the complexity of those practices, the bond between the subjective relationships of writing and its real and symbolic stakes, and the historical, legal, institutional and professional contexts they are set in. The analysis is elaborated from clinical research interviews carried out with six specialized educators. It develops the conscious and unconscious processes involved in their writing experiences. It highlights various psychical defense or decommitment mechanisms, current and former identifications, in motion within the professionality at the time of the inscription and integration, by the educator, of the "writing" trait in their daily professional life and professional-self. Lastly, this research opens up prospects to rethink the modalities to a creative and positive investment of writing in the profession of specialized educator

Анотація:

Ces dix dernières années, l'étude des réseaux petits-mondes a montré une grande stabilité de certaines métriques issues de la théorie des graphes formels. Elle porte sur l'analyse de réseaux traduisant des activités de l'homme : réseaux d'échanges téléphoniques, de connexions aériennes, de navigation sur le Web, de structure des lexiques linguistiques, mais également de réseaux de diffusion des épidémies ou de réseaux de relations sociales. En revanche, peu d'études ont porté sur l'analyse de la dynamique de ces graphes et leur évolution au cours du temps. C'est cette approche que nous développons dans ce document. Nous nous intéressons ici à des graphes obtenus à partir de comptes rendus professionnels de travailleurs sociaux. Ces graphes modélisent les cooccurrences des mots au sein des phrases. Notre analyse porte sur un lexique professionnel et sur l'évolution de son usage sur une période de près de 40 ans. Après avoir constitué notre matériel à partir des textes écrits (environ 1500 pages dactylographiées), ce corpus d'étude a été quantifié, vérifié, homogénéisé et traité orthographiquement sur un mode semi-automatique. Puis ce corpus normalisé a donné lieu à la constitution d'un graphe global pour la période complète, et d'une quarantaine de graphes pour chacune des sous-périodes étudiées. C'est sur ceux-ci que porte l'analyse de la dynamique d'évolution de graphe issu d'un lexique professionnel. Au final, notre travail permet de pointer le paradoxe existant, entre d'une part la contrainte d'écriture liée à un objet qui ne change que très peu dans la nature de sa mission (le travail d'un éducateur de rue) et d'autre part la permissivité du langage oral qui ne cesse d'évoluer (le langage professionnel). Par ailleurs notre approche propose une certaine automatisation pour dégager l'essentiel d'un "dire professionnel" dans un corpus de comptes rendus.

Que tipo de relação existe entre a exposição que uma empresa tem na mídia e o seu valor de mercado e o volume de negócios com suas ações? Partindo da premissa que a exposição de uma empresa na imprensa aumenta o alcance das informações relativas a ela e contribui para diminuir a assimetria informacional entre a administração da companhia e os investidores, o objetivo deste trabalho foi testar empiricamente se existe relação positiva entre a exposição de companhias abertas brasileiras na imprensa e seu valor de mercado e a liquidez de suas ações em bolsa. Trata-se do primeiro estudo feito no Brasil sobre o assunto. A partir de uma amostra de 152 companhias que representavam 81% do valor de mercado da bolsa brasileira em março de 2015, foi levantada a frequência de matérias que citaram essas empresas no jornal Valor Econômico no período de 20 trimestres entre janeiro de 2010 e dezembro de 2014. A técnica estatística usada foi a de regressão com Dados em Painel, que considera a variação tanto entre as companhias da amostra como também as alterações de valores no tempo para cada empresa. Como esperado a partir da plataforma teórica e da evidência de estudos internacionais, os resultados indicam uma relação estatisticamente significativa entre cobertura da mídia e valor de mercado. Os resultados foram consistentes tanto no teste com o múltiplo preço/valor patrimonial (P/VPA) como com a métrica Q de Tobin como variável dependente. Isso significa que, nesta amostra, as empresas que aparecem com mais frequência na imprensa econômica têm maior valor de mercado relativo do que aquelas que aparecem menos. Um terceiro teste foi feito para medir a relação da exposição na mídia com a liquidez das ações, também encontrando associação estatisticamente significante e positiva. No caso do primeiro teste, é importante destacar que, quando a amostra foi dividida em quartis por porte, a cobertura da mídia perdeu significância para explicar o valor de mercado das maiores empresas do país. Espera-se que o trabalho, ainda que com as limitações de um estudo pioneiro no país, possa contribuir para que companhias abertas, assessorias de imprensa, veículos de comunicação e também os reguladores do mercado conheçam melhor as relações existentes com a exposição na imprensa. Se a linha de pesquisa prosperar e uma relação de causa e efeito for comprovada, imagina-se que no futuro as empresas poderão usar planos de mídia em estratégias de relações com investidores e medir esses efeitos.
What kind of relationship exists between the exposure that a company has in the media and its market value and the traded volume of its stocks? Assuming that the exposure of a company in the press increases the extent of information relating to it and helps to reduce the information asymmetry between the company\'s management and investors, the objective of this study was to empirically test whether there is a positive relationship between Brazilian companies exposure in the press and its market value and the liquidity of its shares on the stock exchange. This is the first study in Brazil on the subject. From a sample of 152 companies representing 81% of the market capitalization of the Brazilian stock market in March 2015, I have collected the frequency of stories in which they were mentioned in the Valor Econômico newspaper in the period of 20 quarters between January 2010 and December 2014. The statistical technique used was the regression with Panel Data, which considers the variation both between the sample of companies as well as value changes over time for each company. As expected from the theoretical platform and evidence from international studies, the results indicated a statistically significant relationship between media coverage and market value. The results were consistent in both the test with the multiple price-to-book (P/B) as with the Tobin\'s Q ratio as the dependent variable. This means that companies in this sample that appear more frequently in the financial press have higher market value relative to those that appear less. A third test was done to measure the relationship between media exposure with the liquidity of the shares, also finding statistically significant positive association. For the first test, it is important to note that, when the sample was divided into quartiles by size, media coverage has lost significance in explaining the market value of the largest companies in the Brazilian market. It is expected that work, albeit with the limitations of a pioneering study in the country, can contribute to public companies, press offices, media outlets and also the market regulators to have a more informed perception of the scope of the exposure in the press. If the line of research to thrive and if a cause and effect relationship is proven, it is thought that, in the future, companies may use media plans in investor relations strategies and measure these effects.

Cette recherche explore un sujet encore très peu étudié empiriquement: où en sont “l’éthique professionnelle” et la “déontologie” chez les journalistes en France? Qu’ont-ils à dire? À quelles embûches sont-ils confrontés ? Quel est le rôle des rédacteurs en chef ? En raison de la concurrence accrue, de la concentration de la propriété des médias, des changements technologiques et de plusieurs autres facteurs, « l’éthique » se situe à l’épicentre du journalisme contemporain. La thèse repose d’abord sur une analyse de contenu des points de vue d’une centaine de journalistes professionnels qui furent interviewés en face à face, dans la presse nationale, écrite et audiovisuelle, privée et publique. Elle repose également sur une observation participante : une dizaine de stages dans divers média. Elle analyse de surcroît une vingtaine de chartes ou codes de déontologie, de même qu’elle se fonde sur une brève enquête de certains directeurs d’école de journalisme. La thèse révèle la montée récente des enjeux déontologiques et la bonne volonté des journalistes et de leurs médiateurs pour faire face à cette situation. Elle montre aussi les différences entre les pratiques éthiques concrètes des différents médias, l’impuissance des écoles de journalisme à enseigner l’éthique, l’importance névralgique de l’attitude des patrons de presse envers l’éthique journalistique et parfois les difficultés des journalistes devant certains dilemmes et certaines pressions. This study is an exploratory research on a topic that has been slightly studied empirically. What are the issues of “professional ethics” and “deontology” amongst French journalists? What do they have to say? What problems are they confronted with? What is the role of chief editors? Because of increased competition, the concentration of press ownership, new technologies and other factors, “ethics” has now become a central issue in journalism. The thesis is, above all, a content analysis of journalists’ points of view, as recorded in some 100 face to face interviews of journalists in the generalist, private and public French press, newspapers and broadcasters. Participant observation was also a key methodology: some 10 quite lengthy internships in several media were done. Furthermore, the thesis analyses some 20 charters and codes of ethics and conducted a brief enquiry within schools of journalism. The thesis shows that ethics is now an absolutely central issue and that journalists (and their ombudsmen) have a very good will to cope with this new situation. Yet more, the thesis also shows the difference in the concrete practices of various medias, the incapacity of journalism schools to teach ethics, the extreme importance of the attitudes of the main editors, as well as sometimes the difficulties of journalists to cope with some pressures and dilemmas. Deux axes structurent ce travail de recherche : la comparaison franco-allemande et la construction de l’identité professionnelle de journalistes de la presse quotidienne nationale/suprarégionale. La construction de l’identité professionnelle est analysée au carrefour des interactions entre le journaliste comme individu, l’organisation dans laquelle il est employé, le groupe professionnel et l’environnement social, tout en tenant compte du cadre culturel de chaque pays dans lequel ces interactions se situent. Pour mener cette analyse à partir d’une trentaine d’entretiens semi-directifs réalisés avec des journalistes print et web, un regard croisé sur les approches développées par des chercheurs en France et en Allemagne a servi de point de départ. Afin de restreindre l’objet de recherche, la comparaison a été limitée aux rubriques politique, société et culture. La coexistence du journal papier et du site web défie l’identité professionnelle des journalistes, et influence l’image de soi et la perception respective des journalistes print et web. Dans ce contexte, des différences entre le print et le web qui se traduisent par des ressemblances transnationales parmi les journalistes de chaque support apparaissent, même si tous les journalistes se retrouvent unis par des attaches identitaires communes liées à d’anciens idéaux du métier.Malgré ces fortes ressemblances, la construction de l’identité professionnelle est influencée par le contexte national : notamment les différences d’organisation étatique se reflètent à divers niveaux, allant de la structure du paysage de presse et de l’organisation des rédactions et services jusqu’à la formation et la mobilité professionnelle des journalistes
The present work is structured by two main perspectives: the French-German comparison and the construction of the professional identity of national daily press journalists. The construction of professional identity is analyzed taking into account the conjunction of interactions between the journalist as individual, the organization in which he is employed, the professional group to which he belongs and his social environment, with consideration of the cultural background of each country in which these interactions take place. Before conducting this analysis on a basis of approximately thirty semi-structured interviews that have been conducted with print and online journalists, we first took a closer look on the approaches developed by researchers in France and Germany. In order to limit the object of this research, the comparison has been restricted to the following specializations: politics, society and culture.The coexistence of the print edition and the newspaper’s website defies the professional identity of journalists and has an impact on the self-perception and the perception of each other of print and online journalists. In this context, differences between print and online journalists appear which lead to transnational similarities between the journalists of each support (print or web), even if all journalists are united by common references linked to ancient ideals of the journalists’ profession.Despite these strong similarities, the construction of the professional identity is influenced by the national context: especially the impact of the differences in each country’s administration can be observed on different levels, for example in the structure of the media landscape and the news organizations and their departments as well as in the journalists’ training and their professional mobility

Si l’on se fie aux représentations communes, le journaliste sportif renverrait à un « journaliste-supporter ». La thèse montre que cette spécialité ne se résume pas seulement à cette face visible et à un déterminisme économique. En croisant les matériaux (archives, entretiens, ethnographie, analyse de contenu), nous verrons que l’histoire de la spécialité, profondément imbriquée dans celle du sport-spectacle, est celle de la légitimation d’un journalisme de marché qui s’accommode de la proximité avec l’objet social dont il traite et ce, malgré l’expression d’un esprit critique à la marge. Considéré comme un journalisme « d’en bas » au nom d’un légitimisme culturel, la spécialité occupe aujourd’hui une place centrale dans la hiérarchie professionnelle, invitant à repenser les normes dominantes du journalisme. Ces spécialistes se sentent d’autant plus « à leur place » qu’ils envisagent leur métier comme un « univers de consolation » pour vivre leur passion du sport
Sport journalists are said to be ‘supporter journalists’. They are supposed to be emotional and then barely closed from the detachment required by professional excellence. This dissertation uses cross materials (archives, interviews, ethnography, and content analysis) to give a broader picture of this occupation. It shows that sport journalism’s history has to do with sport business and the legitimization of a market driven journalism. However, such a market driven conception makes do with - sometimes critical - proximity with its object. Such a mass media conception of the sports news is reproduced via schools of journalism. It is all the more efficient since this schools’ teaching fit the economical reality and students’ expectations toward their future work as a “universe of consolation” to pursue their passion for sport. Sport journalism is still regarded from a legitimist point of view as a low-grade journalism, it occupies nowadays a very central position in the professional hierarchy. Then, once should reconsider dominant norms of journalism. Furthermore, the specialists feels “on their place” as they consider their work as a “universe of consolation” to pursue their passion for sport

This dissertation is about the professional education related to the qualification of the functions for the tertiary sector in São Paulo in the period between 1920 and 1930. According to the interregoations made to the Enquiry of 1926, elaborated and conducted by Fernando de Azevedo to O Estado de São Paulo, the configurarion of the commercial education and its relation with the job market in São Paulo in the First Republic period were studied. This work has as its core the characterization of this connection common at that time, between the job market and the professional education, at a certain point of the history where economic changes were happening in this important urban center of the country, and it was demanded a better professionalization and specialization to enter in the tertiary factor. For this reason, the advertisements on O Estado de São Paulo were taken into account as a source for the analysis of a common issue for these factors: the demand for specialized human resources, the offer of qualifications and functions, the modalities of the hiring companies, and on the educational field; which courses were offered, in which category of institution and what kind of knowledge was considered appropriated for the different professions that the function required.
Esta dissertação trata do ensino profissional na qualificação de funções para o setor terciário paulista no período entre 1920 e 1930. Com base em interrogações feitas ao Inquérito de 1926, elaborado e conduzido por Fernando de Azevedo para O Estado de S. Paulo, estudou-se a configuração do ensino comercial e sua relação com o mercado de trabalho na São Paulo da Primeira República. O trabalho tem como eixo central a caracterização da espécie de vínculo então vigente entre mercado de trabalho e ensino profissional, no momento que grandes transformações econômicas têm lugar neste importante centro urbano do país, para as quais se exige maior profissionalização e especialização para o ingresso no setor terciário. Para este fim, privilegiam-se os anúncios classificados do jornal O Estado de S.Paulo como fonte para análise da intersecção entre o mercado de trabalho, a demanda por recursos humanos especializados e a oferta de qualificação profissional, investigando-se quais empregos eram oferecidos, suas respectivas funções e qualificações, as modalidades de empresas contratantes e, do lado do ensino, quais cursos eram oferecidos, em que modalidade de instituições, e quais saberes eram considerados apropriados para as diversas profissões para cuja função se buscava o preparo.

Ce travail est consacré aux journalistes des quotidiens russes et français qui couvrent l’actualité politique depuis le terrain biélorusse. Les représentations de ceux-ci, nationales mais également transnationales, sont au cœur de nos interrogations. Leurs interactions coopératives permettant de fabriquer les élections biélorusses pour les publics russes et français est un autre aspect de ce travail. Leur discours, encadré par le projet éditorial de chacun des journaux pour lesquels ils travaillent, est le troisième point que cette thèse éclaire. Nous tâchons d’identifier les valeurs communes faisant adhérer les acteurs au monde de la production de l’information à Minsk, activé par les reporters étrangers. De plus, nous révélons des dynamiques internes aux groupes prenant part à la production mutuelle de l’information, qui font en sorte que ce monde est composé de communautés distinctes, réunies autour de leurs objectifs, leurs identités propres, ayant un discours propre. La question des frontières des communautés se pose ainsi, et permet de faire émerger l’équipe des reporters étrangers et la communauté opposante biélorusse. La structure de ces deux communautés, les rapports entre les membres de celles-ci, leurs conventions internes, leurs rapports aux coéquipiers et aux étrangers du groupe sont également des questions que ce travail se pose. Enfin, nous interrogeons les résultats de cette coopération, qui s’inscrivent dans les projets éditoriaux des journaux russes et français. This work focuses on the journalists from Russian and French daily newspapers who cover political events on the Belarussian territory. Their own national and transnational representations, are at the center of our questioning. The way their cooperative interactions elaborate the Russian and French audience's perception of the Belarusian elections is another aspect of this work. Their narrative, framed by each newspaper's editorial project for which they work is the third aspect this thesis explores.Our goal is to identify the common values that tie together the different actors of the world of information in Minsk, which is motivated by foreign reporters. Furthermore, we shed light on inner dynamics within the groups that take part in the mutual production of information, which create distinct communities that make up this world and are united around their own objectives, their own identities, and their own narrative. This is where the matter of borders between these communities lies and allows us to reveal the foreign reporters' team and the Belarusian dissident community. This work also interrogates the structures of both communities, the relationships between their respective members, their inner conventions, the relations between colleagues and individuals outside of the group. Finally, we explore the results of such cooperation, which are in line with the editorial projects of the Russian and French newspapers. Thus we analyze the expression of professional logistics on an editorial scale that transpires through the enunciation of the different press titles

La tesi analitza la relació entre el discurs sobre el cos de la premsa juvenil femenina i el de les lectores. Concretament les revistes investigades són You, Ragazza y Mujer 21.
El objecte d'estudi s'aborda des d'un enfocament pluridisciplinar basat en el periodisme especialitzat i de servei, per una part, i en la sociologia de la joventut, del cos i del consum, per una altra.
A més de comparar la relació entre el discurs sobre el cos de les revistes i el de les noies, la tesi estudia també la reapropiació simbòlica de significats que les lectores fan dels continguts i el sentit que els confereixen en el procés de construcció de la seva identitat. Per fer-ho es combinen tècniques quantitatives i qualitatives: l'anàlisi de contingut (portada, unitats redaccionals -titulars, textos i il·lustracions- i publicitat directa i indirecta) i l'anàlisi de recepció (grups de discussió i entrevistes en profunditat).
La tesis analiza la relación entre el discurso sobre el cuerpo de la prensa juvenil femenina y el de las lectoras. Concretamente las revistas investigadas son You, Ragazza y Mujer 21.
El objeto de estudio se aborda desde un enfoque pluridisciplinar basado en el periodismo especializado y de servicio, por una parte, y en la sociología de la juventud, del cuerpo y del consumo, por otra.
Además de comparar la relación entre el discurso sobre el cuerpo de las revistas y el de las chicas, la tesis estudia también la reapropiación simbólica de significados que las lectoras hacen de los contenidos y el sentido que les confieren en el proceso de construcción de su identidad. Para ello se combinan técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas: el análisis de contenido (portada, unidades redaccionales -titulares, textos e ilustraciones- y publicidad directa e indirecta) y el análisis de recepción (grupos de discusión y entrevistas en profundidad).
This research analyzes the relationship between the discourse on the body of female teen magazines and the discourse of the redears. In concrete the research was done on the spanish magazines You, Ragazza and Mujer 21. The approach to the object of study is multidisciplinary: on one side, specializing journalism and service journalism and, on the other side, sociology of youth, of the body and of consumption. Beside comparing the relation between the discourse on the body of the magazines and that of the girls, the thesis studies also the symbolic reappropriation of meanings that the readers do of the contents and the sense that they award them in the process of construction of their identity. This research combines quantitative and qualitative methodologies: content analysis (front page, text and illustrations, and direct and indirect advertising) and reception analysis (focus group and interviews).

Esta dissertação pretende discutir a unidade e a pluralidade no meio arquitetônico paulista, a partir de suas redes de sociabilidade, espaços de profissionalização e movimentações críticas, tendo como material primário as revistas especializadas publicadas na cidade no período de 1945 a 1965. Trata-se de percorrer a dupla direção das relações entre um grupo intelectual - uma parcela de arquitetos atuantes na cidade - e suas manifestações, procurando traçar o espaço particular no qual se desenvolveram parte de seus laços profissionais, de suas trocas culturais e ideológicas, e de seus posicionamentos projetuais. Operando na intersecção entre espaço urbano, organizações culturais, instituições profissionais e acadêmicas, o primeiro capítulo procura traçar as redes de sociabilidade dos arquitetos em São Paulo. O segundo capítulo busca percorrer os meandros da crítica paulista - suas aproximações, desarticulações, rupturas e deslocamentos críticos - a partir de seus diálogos internos e dos diversos olhares lançados sobre a arquitetura contemporânea no Brasil, principalmente aquela produzida no Rio de Janeiro. Por fim, o terceiro capítulo é uma tentativa de aproximação das interlocuções projetuais entre os arquitetos locais através da análise de alguns dos concursos de arquitetura realizados em São Paulo no período e que encontraram eco nas revistas de arquitetura locais.
This work intends to discuss the unity and plurality of the architectonic environment of São Paulo, through their social networks, professional spaces and critical movements, using as primary source some specialized magazines, published in the city between 1945 and 1965. The study will investigate the relationship between an intellectual group - a parcel of architects working in São Paulo - and its manifestations, seeking to understand the particular space in which some of its professional ties, cultural and ideological exchanges, and projetual attitudes were developed. The first chapter seeks to outline the social networks of those architects, through the intersection of urban space, cultural, professional and academic institutions. The second chapter studies the local criticism - their intellectual approaches, disarticulations, fractures and dislocations - across their inner dialogues and their different looks launched on Brazilian contemporary architecture, especially the one produced in Rio de Janeiro. Finally, the third chapter aims to approach the projectual dialogues between the local architects through the analysis of some architectural competition held in São Paulo in the period and that found an echo in local architecture magazines.

Esta pesquisa explora a atuação dos arquitetos no Rio de Janeiro entre os anos de 1925 e 1935, por meio do exame de alguns espaços profissionais que eles ocuparam, abriram e estabilizaram neste período de intensa modernização urbana e de reestruturação dos quadros político e cultural, nos âmbitos federal e municipal. Os assuntos apresentados foram divididos em três eixos temáticos, correspondentes aos capítulos. O primeiro aborda temas preponderantemente políticos: as disputas com engenheiros na definição de competências, a criação das primeiras associações de classe, a luta pela regulamentação profissional e por transformações no ensino, o interesse crescente pela questão da habitação econômica, as querelas no campo do urbanismo e as possibilidades de trabalho no funcionalismo público. A segunda parte trata da movimentação da seara cultural, na qual destacamos o entusiasmo da imprensa de arquitetura e o comparecimento da arquitetura na imprensa diária, a proximidade dos arquitetos com artistas e suas associações, a realização de exposições de arquitetura. O terceiro investe em tópicos econômicos: o debate sobre o arranha-céu, as imagens metropolitanas pensadas por esses profissionais e a realidade da verticalização de duas diferentes áreas da cidade, Centro e Copacabana; este último, o bairro eminentemente moderno, objeto de altos investimentos imobiliários nos quais os arquitetos estavam inseridos.
This research explores the performance of the architects of Rio de Janeiro between 1925 and 1935 through the examination of some of the professional niches they occupied, expanded, and consolidated during this period of intense urban modernization and restructuring of the political and cultural scenes, both at federal and local levels. The issues presented were divided into three thematic axes, which correspond to the chapters developed. The first one encompasses predominantly political themes: the disputes between architects and engineers in order to define each ones competences, the creation of the first professional organizations, the struggle for professional regulation and transformations in the teaching activity, the rising interest in the social housing agenda, the discussions held at the urban planning field, and the emerging work opportunities at the public sector. The second chapter is about the dynamics of the cultural scene, described by the enthusiasm of the architectural press, the presence of architecture in the daily media, the close relationship between architects, artists and their organizations, and the happening of architecture expositions. The third chapter focuses in economic topics: the skyscrapers debate, the metropolitan images thought by these professionals, and the vertical development of two different areas of the city, the Center and Copacabana, this last one being the most modern neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro, target of high real estate investments in which architects were involved.

The digital age has reconfigured the security services, especially the forms of mass surveillance aimed at preventing various threats to society. However, this scenario may become problematic from the perspective of protecting the freedom of the media and journalistic privilege. The author of this article offers an overview of the scope of the protection of the journalistic privilege pursuant to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as well as its management in Poland from the developments prepared by its Constitutional Court.
La era digital ha reconfigurado los servicios de seguridad, sobre todo las formas de vigilancia masiva que buscan prevenir distintas amenazas para la sociedad. No obstante, este escenario puede convertirse en problemático desde la perspectiva de la protección de la libertad de los medios de comunicación y del privilegio periodístico. El autor del presente artículo nos ofrece un panorama sobre los alcances de la tutela del privilegio periodístico en el Convenio Europeo para la Protección de los Derechos Humanos y de las Libertades Fundamentales, así como sobre su tratamiento en Polonia a partir de los desarrollos realizados por su Tribunal Constitucional.

The cognitive turn in linguistics(Fauconnier 1985-Langacker 1987-1991) has recently involved a theoretical shift in the domain of Translation Studies (Snell-Hornby 2006).The focus on translation as a process,seen from the perspective of Cognitive Linguistics(Shreve Angelone 2010/Rojo 2013),implies a complex dynamic relation among language mediators.In the area of specialized discourse, as intended by Gotti (2003),it can be assumed that the main gap between professional translators and language students is emphasized by the way in which the information is processed, the different use of subjective sources and a different management of processing time across different phases of translation process(Donadio 2015).This research project is based on a selection of two categories -five post-graduate language students and five professional translators and a set (three)of specialized texts to submit, in order to investigate translation process of specialized discourse, seen as a degree of knowledge/discourse proficiency and management of metacognitive strategies.This will be done thanks to a special software Translog, which records all the keystrokes of language written mediation , including additions, deletions,cut and paste operations,pauses and cursor movements.The final goal is the construction of two parallel bilingual corpora of translation process, referred to the two categories mentioned above. Thanks to corpora, the ESP translated texts and the corresponding Translog process logs are compared,in order ro verify the hypothesis of a clear distinction between discourse- oriented and language-oriented approaches in the management of specialized discourse and find find out if they correspond to two or several process configurations.

Анотація:

We propose a hybrid, semi-automatic approach that uses the intersection of semantic classes of nouns and verbs built on the domain lexicon and builds kernel ontology from a list of initial concepts and then completes this kernel ontology by new entities detected in a large corpus of texts of international standards of Radiological Safety. The results confirm the important role of initial linguistic modeling and show that the external lexical resources available online can contribute effectively to the resolution of the problem of lexical disambiguation.
