Анотація:
In a market economy, which directed toward economic methods of control, particularly relevant researches relating to the definition and formation of strategies for the development of port activities. Building wide range of industrial strategies for long-term prospect programs on the basis of each individual port within the industry are the vectors, which reinforce the need to find out the ways for implementation the established objectives. Due to the specific port activity, the conditions under which it is exercised, institutional uncertainty factors etc. forming appropriate methodological support for implementation of these programs. The investigation of the most suitable port activity strategies, principles and consistency of implementation have chosen as the purpose of this study. Notably the basic conditions for any development programs are proposed. But for the selection and investigation such a sophisticated and multiplex conception as a market strategy of the port activity development it is appropriate to use system approach. It supposes that market strategy is a holistic approach, that is system with essential factors, its interconnection and interrelation, conditions of realization the port strategy as a system so on. Specifying the strategic choice in accordance with market reality, resources and organizational port capacity, ports should generate functional strategy at middle corporate management. It is valid that the most important sort of functional strategy is financial strategy. In the article the process of budgeting is divided into appropriate stages, where the second one involves the selection of the criteria for investment decision-making. The essential principles of a long-term prospect budget elaboration have been developed in the investigation.

The article deals with some aspects of using Ivan Ohiienko’s linguodidactic con-ception with the aim of forming language personality in students of art specialities at the classes of Ukrainian for specifi c purposes. The appropriate level of language culture and the ability to communicate professionally in the state language is an important component of the image of a competitive specialist which is able to correctly, accurately, logically formulate his / her opinion, produce professional texts, skillfully use language tools in business communication, participate in discussions, consider alternatives and cooperate with other people for the common result. The author substantiates the vitality of teaching native language duties to the students of art specialties under the conditions of current language situation in Ukraine and the need for language personality’s constant development and self-im-provement. Basic principles of Ivan Ohienko’s science about native language du-ties and his conceptual regulations of linguistic education as an element of native language policy in modern education are revealed. It is emphasized on the need to use Ivan Ohiienko’s «Pravopys» and «History of Ukrainian Literary Language» while forming students’ orthographical competence and speech culture.It has been proved that Ivan Ohiienko’s linguodidactic ideas are of great importance while forming the scientifi c conception of modern national education within the development of Ukraine and the spiritual revival of Ukrainian nation.

Introduction.The article deals with the issue of cultural differences affecting positive law specifc character from the point of view of law and order awareness, as well as from the point of view of law enforcement. A classical sample is difference between Anglo-Saxon case law and written (prohibitive) law. The author scrutinizes modality types correlation, specially pointing out deontic and axiological modalities. Going back genetically to common semantic feld of sociocultural norm as a limit, rule of law can be viewed as a derivative from a broader context (“hidden modality”). This particular context presets possible interpretations limits, not always obvious for an outsider.Materials and methods.Methodological foundation for research is the comparison analysis method based on various interpretation types comparison and ascertainment of commensurability lacunas, important from the point of view of accuracy of a translation of language expressions with due consideration to their modality. Fixation on referential basis of these expressions, i.e. their principal focusing on reflection of real processes, as well as systems and consistence (“logicality”) principles peculiar to conception of positive law rational status, have a special importance in this case.Research results.The article shows that various modality types in law are connected on the one hand with linguo-cultural peculiarities, to which a specifc system of law is “tied”. On the other hand the law itself when forming its own conceptual construct enters the feld of forming a more strict and unifed (artifcial) language having reverse influence on “natural” views on rules of law. Such a language includes various modality types and exists in a complex interaction with perception of reality process and codifcation of corresponding social behavior rules, forming social space by means of such social regulator as positive law.Discussion and conclusion.The article describes basic logical conditions for making new rules of law and processing existing rules in the course of international treaties preparation. Possibilities and limitations of communicative practice influence on making rules of law have been analyzed, unobvious problems for an interpreter dealing with comparison of various sociocultural modality types specifc for national legal systems have been shown.

ntroduction. In the process of professional training, there are qualitative changes in the professional development of the individual, because it is during this period that the basic identification characteristics that determine her propensity for the future profession are formed. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual foundations of pro-fessional training of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy. Methods. Analysis of scientific methodological literature. Results. In the course of the research the three main stages of forming the professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy are distinguished and characterized. Important in shaping the professional identity of future speci-?lists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is involved in specialized trainings, during which the future specialist compares professional value orientations with their own capabilities, realities of professional activity and interpersonal relationships. Due to the factors of cooperation, dialogue, activity–creative approach, individuality and freedom of de-velopment, choice of content and forms of training, approaches have some common features: psychological basis of educational activity of future specialists; focus on the formation of professional qualities; combination, integrated use of components, principles, criteria, learning tools, methods and different technologies. Originality. The basic provisions of the conception of formation of professional identity of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy in higher education institutions are developed. Conclusion. On the basis of the conducted research it is established that at the present stage of development of psychological and pedagogical science methodological and textological material is accumulated, contains various complementary theoretical and practical approaches to the study of professional identity, but differentiates the object of study various aspects of scientific phenomenon and "identity". The organization of vocational training, taking into account the provisions developed, will contribute to the formation of professional identity of future physical therapists and ergotherapists.

Formulation of the problem. In the article are brought the authorial approaches in relation to development of the Ukraine insurance system and complete opening its internal potential. The aim of the article are exposures of factors, that stimulate insurance market development, assist realization of effective socio - economic relations in a country and forming of priorities the insurance market development in an unstable external and internal environment. Methodological basis of research became the methods and principles of scientific cognition, general and special methods, receptions that used for the evaluation of factors swim on the effective functioning of the insurance system of Ukraine. The basic hypothesis of research became the supposition in relation to certain positive changes in the insurance system with take to attention and tuning to the requirements of national and global economy. Statement of the main material. Underline, that in the conditions of unstable socio -economic environment the level of insurance market development depends on changes that it takes place in a country and rates of increase or deceleration of national economy. It is well - proven that the evaluation of braking or stimulation of development the insurance system appropriately to conduct after global, political, financially -economic, social and informatively -technological factors that determine the different aspects of effective insurance activity and stability of national economy. Originality and practical meaningfulness of research. The used theoretically -methodological approaches to forming of conception the development of the insurance system have the practical applied to all industries of national economy, is original, from the point of view their using in the conditions of unstable socio -economic environment. Conclusions and prospects of further researches. The offered conception of development the insurance system allows complex to estimate tendencies and changes that take place within the framework of reforms in insurance and to determine the further reference -points the development of Ukraine insurance market in a changeable socio -economic environment. Further researches will be directed to insurance coverage of stability the national economy in the conditions of system currency vibrations, that influences on the tax and budget policy of the state and strategy of further development of its economy.

Based on the principles of natural analogies, the necessary diversity, the ability of soil formation and the integration of knowledge, multifunctional hydroagrolandscape systems have been developed, including multifunctional systems (crop rotation fields and irrigation technique), which ensure the fulfillment of the ecological and economic functions of the soils of hydroagrolandscape systems. Multifunctional hydro-agrolandscape systems for the purposeful regulation of the soil-forming process on irrigated crop rotation fields by designing crop rotation and an irrigation system on irrigated lands (hydro-agricultural landscape system) with the linkage of agricultural crops to irrigation equipment and technology, which move along with agricultural crops according to the rotational scheme, adopted in the crop rotation, ensure the maximum possible use of solar energy for the soil-forming process in specific natural and climatic conditions. The environment-forming functions of a multifunctional hydro-agrolandscape system are provided on the basis of the use of integral criteria to ensure the agroecological sustainability of irrigated crop rotations (hydroagrolandscapes), taking into account geoecological restrictions, that is, the weighted average irrigation rate (water demand deficit) of agricultural crops in the crop rotation should not exceed the deficit of the ecological water requirement of agricultural land systems. Thus, the design of highly productive hydrolandscape systems requires ensuring compliance with not only the principles of the necessary diversity and natural analogies, based on the creation of se-rotations with mobile irrigation techniques to control and regulate soil-forming processes, that is, the soil as an object of influence (reclamation) performing an ecological function , and agricultural crops as a subject perform an economic function, requires the need, on the basis of the principle of knowledge integration, to form ways of regulating the natural process that provide targeted regulation and control of soil-forming processes as environment-forming systems.

The proposed article deals with the basic principles of labour law, which are the basis of labour law. An analysis of the principles first formulated in the legal literature, to one extent or another subsequently accepted by the science of labor law, which found legal fixation in the labor code of the Russian Federation, was carried out. Based on the analysis of the content of individual continuity and new principles of labor law, their relationship is shown, the preservation of continuity elements during updating. Some inaccuracies made by the legislator when forming a list of modern principles of labor law are shown. To eliminate them, it was proposed to amend Art. 2 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

This chapter concerns the basic principles of an Islamic political system. Within the context of a growing Western impact on Muslim lands, the chapter offers a blueprint based on the unity of Islam and politics. It shows that the structure of the Islamic state that developed in Medina provided all the elements necessary to any state, like a people (umma), a territory, a political authority, and a legal system. Using precise wording, Medina's constitution or charter (al-sahifa) defined the groups that constituted the state—one by one it listed the Muslims, the Jews, and the pagans—all of them forming together a political umma. The document mentions their rights and duties as citizens of the state. In effect, each person was a member of the Islamic umma in their political dimension. Together they laid the solid foundation of an Islamic civilization in which hundreds of ethnic groups and tribes from different faith traditions gathered in response to a divine call.

The scientific research is devoted to the investigation of the cognitive-communicative approach in the foreign language teaching. It is emphasized that for providing language proficiency at the level that would allow the use of the foreign language in professional activities, students’ positive motivation must be paid great attention as the incontestable factor in successful learning. Teaching a foreign language based on cognitive communicative technologies is one of the most dynamically developing areas in the methodology, whereas the leading role in its implementation is played by the communicative principle and the principle of consciousness, being the base of forming an adequate understanding of speech phenomena and skills, as well as the ability to apply them in real communication. The cognitive-communicative approach is understood as such organization of the educational process, the basis of which is students’ communicative interaction, which provides their participation as an object and subject of cognitive activity.

The concept of the finite-element procedure may be dated back to 1943 when Courant approximated the warping function linearly in each of an assemblage of triangular elements to the St. Venant torsion problem and proceeded to formulate the problem using the principle of minimum potential energy. Similar ideas were used later by several investigators to obtain the approximate solutions to certain boundary-value problems. It was Clough who first introduced the term “finite elements” in the study of plane elasticity problems. The equivalence of this method with the well-known Ritz method was established at a later date, which made it possible to extend the applications to a broad spectrum of problems for which a variational formulation is possible. Since then numerous studies have been reported on the theory and applications of the finite-element method. In this and next chapters the finite-element formulations necessary for the deformation analysis of metal-forming processes are presented. For hot forming processes, heat transfer analysis should also be carried out as well as deformation analysis. Discretization for temperature calculations and coupling of heat transfer and deformation are discussed in Chap. 12. More detailed descriptions of the method in general and the solution techniques can be found in References [3-5], in addition to the books on the finite-element method listed in Chap. 1. The path to the solution of a problem formulated in finite-element form is described in Chap. 1 (Section 1.2). Discretization of a problem consists of the following steps: (1) describing the element, (2) setting up the element equation, and (3) assembling the element equations. Numerical analysis techniques are then applied for obtaining the solution of the global equations. The basis of the element equations and the assembling into global equations is derived in Chap. 5. The solution satisfying eq. (5.20) is obtained from the admissible velocity fields that are constructed by introducing the shape function in such a way that a continuous velocity field over each element can be denned uniquely in terms of velocities of associated nodal points.

Subject of research: the system of preparation of future managers for the application of pedagogical management technologies. The survey used online survey, scaling and ranking methods. The purpose of the study: to outline the structural and functional model of the system of training future heads of general secondary education institutions to use the technologies of pedagogical management. the struc-tural-functional model of the system of preparation of future managers for the appli-cation of pedagogical management technologies is presented, the main structural blocks and the nature of their interaction are outlined. It was found that the target block of the presented model is system-forming, as it reflects the purpose and leading tasks of the system of training future managers, which serve as a basis for determining the content, organizational forms, methods and means of forming readiness to apply pedagogical management technologies. The methodological block, in turn, reveals a system of eponymous approaches and principles (general didactic and specific), which became the scientific basis for defining and implementing pedagogical conditions, structuring the content of the system of training future leaders to use pedagogical management technologies, optimal choice of forms, methods and teaching aids. activities. The content block is determined by the educational program, curricula, programs, textbooks, manuals, modern scientific concepts and methodological developments in pedagogical technologies, which are essential for the formation of the ability of future leaders to apply pedagogical management technologies. The procedural block is characterized by the integrity and systematization of the educational process in terms of master's degree, ensuring the participation of the applicant in all activities. Implemented through the use of training and diagnostic technologies in the training system. The control unit reproduces the achievement of the goal, ie the end result of the process of preparing the future leader for the application of pedagogical management technologies - the formation of this readiness. The proposed model corresponds to the identified trends in the coordination of changes in professional activities and the content of vocational education on the example of training future managers to use technologies of pedagogical management. The presented model can be considered as a basis of original strategy of professional education in the conditions of a magistracy, but at the same time, efficiency of its application needs to be checked in an experimental part of research for the further comprehension and adjustment.

One of the possible solutions to the problem of psychophysiological reliability development for cadets during flight practice in flight educational establishments is competence-oriented physical and psychophysiological training. It is one of the creative forms in physical culture and health competencies development. It is a technology of educational activity transfer to the mode of personal development when the cadet becomes the subject of educational activity, the subject of integration into psychological and pedagogical knowledge to solve the outlined tasks. The concept of physical culture and health competence of future pilots, its structure, essence, pedagogical conditions of its effective development, control and assessment are substantiated in this work. Physical culture and health competence is a complex holistic neoplasm of personality, which reflects his/her knowledge, motives, preferences, interests, skills, abilities, program of values, attitude to physical and psychophysiological training; his/her readiness for effective self-realization (self-manifestation) in physical culture and his/her ability for dynamic and continuous professional and personal self-development, realizing the importance of the subject and the result of amateur activities. Physical training and health-improving competencies are a range of issues from the competency-organized physical and psychophysiological training process, in which the future pilots must be well aware, have knowledge and experience of self-organization of physical culture activities. The general and special physical culture and improving competences are defined in the article; general – is a range of issues that form the basis of a healthy lifestyle, physical activity and general physical training; special – is a range of issues that form the basis of psychophysiological reliability development, psychological readiness of the cadets for flight activities and the arsenal for self-taught training. Physical culture and health competencies development during physical and psychophysiological training classes is carried out on the basis of general methodological and didactic principles; technology of step-bystep forming of outlined competencies; system-functional technology of physical culture activity management (self-management); technologies of interactive learning; forms of system organization in theoretical, methodical and practical training, which can optimally provide a competence result in the psychophysiological reliability development for future pilots. At the same time, special attention is paid to the forming of motivational and value attitude of cadets to classes of physical and psychophysiological training and to the creation of conditions for constructive independent physical activity when the cadet takes responsibility for the results achieved. The method of level complex assessment of general and special components development in physical culture and health competence, cadets` independence and motivation, their state of health, psychophysiological reliability and psychological readiness for the future profession has been implemented.

The theory of plasticity describes the mechanics of deformation in plastically deforming solids, and, as applied to metals and alloys, it is based on experimental studies of the relations between stresses and strains under simple loading conditions. The theory described here assumes the ideal plastic body for which the Bauschinger effect and size effects are neglected. The theory also is valid only at temperatures for which recovery, creep, and thermal phenomena can be neglected. The basic theory of classical plasticity is described by Hill, and also in References, in addition to the books listed in Chap. 1. A concise description of the general plasticity theory necessary for metal forming is given in the book by Johnson et al.. In this chapter, certain important aspects of the theory are presented in order to elucidate the developments of the finite-element solutions of metal-forming problems discussed in this book. First, various measures of stress and strain are introduced. Then, the governing equations for plastic deformation and principles that are the foundations for the analysis are described. The extension of the theory of plasticity to time-dependent theory of viscoplasticity is outlined in Section 4.8. Particular references are made, in Sections 4.3 through 4.7, to the books by Hill and by Johnson and Mellor, and to the section on general plasticity theory in the book by Johnson et al.. The basic quantities that may be used to describe the mechanics of deformation when a body deforms from one configuration to another under an external load are the stress, strain, and strain-rate. Various measures of these quantities are defined, depending upon how closely formulations represent actual situations. Although it is not possible to provide the complete mathematical formulations in one-dimensional deformation, these measures are introduced for the case of simple uniaxial tension. Consider the uniaxial tension test of a round specimen whose initial length is l0 and cross-sectional area is A0. The specimen is stretched in the axial direction by the force P to the length l and the cross-sectional area A at time t, as shown in Fig. 4.1. The response of the material is recorded as the load-displacement curve, and converted to the stress-strain curve as shown in the figure. The deformation is assumed to be homogeneous until necking begins.

Molecular imprinting is a rapidly emerging method for the creation of recognition sites in synthetic polymers, and the resultant materials offer considerable promise as selective adsorbents in a number of applications. The technique exploits the principle of using elements of a target molecule to create its own recognition site. This is achieved by the formation of a highly cross-linked polymeric matrix around a template, which can be the target molecule itself or a close structural analogue. The key to this procedure is to ensure that, during the polymerization, functional groups of the template molecule are fully engaged in interactions with ‘complementary functionality’ of polymer-forming components. These interactions are then ‘locked in’ by the incorporation of the whole assembly into the polymer structure. Subsequent removal of the template reveals the newly created binding sites containing functional groups in the precise stereochemical arrangement to ensure recognition of the target in a highly selective manner (Scheme 1). The first reports of molecular imprinting in organic polymers involved the templating of protected sugars, in the form of esters with a polymerizable boronic acid (however, see Ref. 18 for an earlier example of the imprinting concept) into a cross-linked polymer ‘scaffold’, and variations of the basic technique have now been adopted by many research groups around the world. In general, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are prepared by thermal or photochemical free-radical routes, employing acrylic or vinylic monomers in a solvent chosen to ensure that the final matrix is microporous. The numbers and types of molecules which have now been imprinted is very large, but a key factor in the preparation of MIP materials with the desired recognition properties is still the chemical nature of the link between the template and the polymer backbone. Consequently, strategies by which the template can be securely fixed in space as the growing matrix forms around it, yet be readily removed to generate the recognition site after polymer synthesis is complete, are of particular interest.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that modern philosophical anthropology and aesthetics are based on all the previous development of European scientific thought, but do not represent a simple continuation of traditions. Neo-Marxism and the Frankfurt School with their problems and searches for a post-nonclassical dominant are one of the most promising areas of emphasis. The output worldview paradigm and the methodological setting are the historical-philosophical and theoreticalaesthetic approaches, analysis and synthesis, the comparative method. The logic of the presentation of the material allows us to point to the socio-anthropological awareness of art as an opportunity to comprehend social reality through the vital activity of specific historical personalities. The main aesthetic principles are associated with socio-cultural dimensions, among which are «sustained harmony», «sensual expressiveness». The aesthetic, according to the concept of social ontology, is embodied precisely in culture, and therefore can be considered the main system-forming factor of human life. That is, in the socio-cultural environment of social life, the main thing is not economics and politics, but their potential for the embodiment of the aesthetic forms themselves. The purpose of the robots has determined the dimension of the «aesthetic» category through which the anthropological discourse about man is carried out. Human-dimensional totality rejects the usual division into an absolute object and, accordingly, an absolute subject, since a person himself acts as a special embodiment of subject-object activity, in which there is a continuous process of unity of the inner and outer world of a person in its «sublimation» and continuum. The novelty and results of the conducted research expand the field of nonclassical understanding of the meaning of art in society, make it possible to deepen into the specifics of the aesthetic, artistic experience and creative practices of both the European countries of the twentieth century and modernity in an anthropological manner. It was found that the worldview and fundamental principle of the creative heritage of neo-Marxism and representatives of the Frankfurt School is humanism. It was on its basis that their aesthetic concept in general was developed, as well as the doctrine of the special and sensory experience of a person in particular. The necessity of a more in-depth reference to the works of these scientists in the analysis of modern society and its aspirations for form-building innovations has been substantiated. In addition, it seems necessary to study the influence of the ideas of these thinkers on the search and development of aesthetic and anthropological problems in Ukraine. It has been proved that in their personal and public life the representatives of neo-Marxism and the Frankfurt School actively defended the cultural heritage of mankind, the progressive spiritual and creative potential of the social activity of man and mankind, opposed all forms of barbarism, alienation that destroy humanity. Consequently, humanism appears to be their fundamental ideological orientation as thinkers. Therefore, their aesthetic considerations are valuable in the analysis of formmaking searches in modern practices, indicate the prospect of studying the aesthetic beginning of life in a situation of modern social challenges.

Ayurveda is the oldest science of health care, explaining both the perspectives, i.e., prevention and cure of diseases. The fundamental principles of Ayurveda explore life’s philosophy, including the entire cosmos having five significant elements (Akash, Vayu, Agni, Jala, and Prithvi) establishing the Prakruti, i.e., a unique combination of physiological and psychological characteristics in a human being. In Ayurveda, Ahara (Diet), and Vihar (Exercise/Movements), fundamental pillars are thoroughly explained according to a specific Prakruti, which denotes personalized medicine in the present era. Diet is the essential factor that comprises the five significant elements with six rasas (Sweet, Sour, Saline, Pungent, Bitter, Astringent). Each Rasa has its specific nutritional properties helpful for the maintenance of health. Moreover, it also prevents diseases and plays a vital role in the restoration of health from disease conditions. The appropriate diet plan is essential in the pandemic situation because the digestive power (Agni) becomes hampered due to faulty lifestyle and unwholesome food habits that result in vitiation of three bio-humors (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) in the body. According to Ayurveda’s basic principles, weakened digestive power is the main culprit for forming various diseases. Therefore, it is highly imperative to select a suitable diet and behavioral regimes during pandemic situations.

The ecological concept, which is becoming more widespread in social research today, emphasizes the interdependence of people and their environment. With regard to the university space, the environmental factor is explored in the context of changes, which are associated with the spread of inclusion, the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the educational process on an equal basis. This process forms new horizontal connections and interactions, brings the factor of the value of interpersonal relations to the fore. The principles of social justice mean forming a social model of disability and developing the potential of this group, but this process is not straightforward and depends on subjective reasons, internal values of people. This is confirmed by the study of the level of subjective control of students, carried out on the basis of one of the Russian universities - TUSUR. The method of random sampling was used to pick up our respondents. The level of their subjective control was considered according to the scales of general internality, the degree of awareness of personal responsibility for the course of events, as well as in situations of success and failures. As a result of data processing, some facts were revealed. At least 60% of respondents have a high and medium level of internality, show themselves as being able to manage the situation, are responsible for their actions, are able to achieve goals and, even in a situation of personal failures, at least 32% of them retain high and medium level of subjective control. At the same time, from 1% to 12% are the persons with a high degree of externality, those who rely on external circumstances.

Показано, что вторая проблема не решается техническими и правовыми мерами; предлагаемое сегодня развитие медиакомпетентности также решает ее лишь частично; необходим комплексный анализ базовых этических принципов и методов формирования этически зрелой личности. Two approaches to the problem of information security are distinguished in the article: protection of information from a person and protection of a person from adverse information. It is shown that the second problem is not solved by technical and legal measures; the development of media competence proposed today also solves it only partially; a comprehensive analysis of the basic ethical principles and methods of forming an ethically mature personality is needed.

The implemented theoretical study has revealed various scientific positions aimed at: interpreting the concepts of value and value orientation; finding controversial positions and affinities in the use of “value” and “value orientation” concepts; identifyingambiguous positions on structural elements of value orientation and value formation mechanism. The purpose of undertakenresearch was theoretical, experimental and methodological in nature, outlining formation of value orientations in adolescence and youth ages.The developed definitions and determined structural components of value orientations allowed initiation of an experimental investigation of value orientations in adolescents and young people through which interrelation between the constitutive components of value orientation was confirmed, the specifics of values in adolescents and young people was emphasized. Outlining the specifics of value orientation structure led to identification of criteria, indicators and descriptors and to development and validation of a Questionnaire for Value Orientation Assessment. The results of experimental study laid the basis for development and recognition of a Pedagogical Model for formation of value orientations in adolescents and young people. The previously identified mechanism for formation of values and functioning of value orientations was transposed into the nucleus of the Pedagogical Model, which included the following components: behaviour, emotional states, attitudes, convictions, and values. In order to identify the methodology for forming value orientations in the formal, informal and non-formal educational environment, the principles of humanistic, constructivist and cognitivist education, strategies, conditions were highlighted, which ensure a dynamic progress in general development of the personality, implicitly of value orientations, and which is taken into account in framework ofa formative experiment.The data obtained from the validation of the developed Pedagogical Model confirmed its effectiveness and proved that it was a multidimensional one, which could be of great benefit to specialists in the field of Education Sciences and teachers from schools and higher educationalinstitutions.

This study presents methods for sea ice analysis which make use of SAR wave mode data products, so-called imagettes, to be provided by the European satellite ENVISAT every 100 km along the track, thus forming a particulary dense coverage of the polar regions. Prior to ENVISAT a reprocessed ERS-2 wave mode data set is used to derive sea ice variables like deformation energy. The results are compared to sea ice model runs and SSM/I data. Furthermore, ENVISAT data are of particular interest for observation of the damping of ocean waves by sea ice as pairs of high resolution images with different polarizations will be available. It is e.g. shown that ENVISAT data allow a better distinction between effects due to ocean wave motion and mechanisms. The basic principles of extracting parameters describing sea ice damping characteristics are demonstrated using ERS-2 SAR data.

The work is devoted to the study of the impact of virtual objects in virtual, augmented and mixed reality systems on the quality of human visual perception. The features of the operation of virtual, augmented and mixed reality systems, the principles of image formation of the virtual and real worlds and the problems of their combination are described. For mixed reality systems, the basic principles of building systems, their specifics and the principles of forming an image of the real world are described. The specific reasons for the formation of the conflict of visual perception in mixed reality systems are considered. There are three main causes of conflict that can be overcome in modern mixed reality systems: the position and type of the light source; the correct formation of shadows from virtual sources on the image of real-world objects; and the intensity of radiation, including the radiation diagram. A method for evaluating the correctness of the formation of illumination of virtual objects in a mixed reality system and its influence on the quality of visual perception is proposed. To evaluate the proposed methodology, a number of test scenes with correct and incorrect lighting of virtual objects have been developed. The assessment of the quality of visual perception was carried out on a test group of 24 people with experience in computer graphics systems. The quality was evaluated on a good/bad scale. Based on the results of the expert assessment, a conclusion was formed that defines the requirement for building a lighting system for virtual objects in mixed reality systems.

The results of the analysis of experience in creating multi-agent sensor group control systems used to solve the problems of monitoring complex environments under conditions of dynamic changes in the composition of the group and the action of destabilizing factors in real time are presented. It was shown that in forming requirements to prospective monitoring systems it is necessary to ensure a minimum feedback time from sensors and sensors, the sensors mean a cybernetic device with a transceiver for receiving commands and transmitting information, for adequate management commands, as well as the presence of a decision-making assistance system for operators when working in manual or semi-automatic modes. According to the results of the analysis, it was concluded about the importance of using SOA architecture, service-oriented, in the design of software to ensure the possibility of flexible connection of sensors and systems, as well as the implementation of such important principles as scalability, alignment of organizational and structural interactions, and analysis of information received in real time and post analysis to implement decision support, the basic decisions in creating hardware.

Флагманом современной географии выступает моделирование географических систем и процессов их функционирования, базирующееся на огромных базах данных и алгоритмах многомерного компьютерного моделирования поведения сложных многосвязных систем. Сам процесс моделирования базируется на мощном аппарате математического анализа и статистической обработки базовых параметров объектов, на основе которых производится построение имитационных моделей их функционирования и развития. Речной бассейн является самым распространенным на поверхности суши природным объектом, обладающий отчетливо выраженными границами, структурной организацией, иерархией, относительной замкнутостью потоков вещества и энергии. При описании структуры водосборного бассейна речной системы традиционно применяются порядковые классификации. Порядковая классификация водотоков базируется на основополагающем свойстве речных потоков образовывать при последовательном слиянии древовидную структуру со ступенчатым нарастанием основных параметров системы. Стабильность структуры при этом поддерживается непрерывной деятельностью мощных потоков вещества и энергии. Широкое применение получила нисходящая порядковая классификация Р. Хортона 7, в основу которой легло положение о том, что неразветвленные элементарные водотоки сходны в разных условиях и должны иметь наименьший 1й порядок, образуя при слиянии водоток 2го порядка, в то время как водотоки 2го порядка образуют водоток 3го порядка и т. д. Также Хортоном, на основе анализа структуры речных сетей и их бассейнов были предложены законы соотношения основных характеристик водотоков разных порядков. Позднее порядковая классификация Хортона была доработана Стралером 6, который исключил понятие главной реки , которая на всем своем протяжении имеет максимальный порядок, хотя структурно состоит из множества разнопорядковых сегментов. Данные классификации сейчас принято рассматривать в едином контексте как классификацию ХортонаСтралера. Еще в XIX веке был высказан тезис о том, что водоразделы и тальвеги являются главными структурными линиями рельефа и находятся в тесной взаимосвязи 2, определяя распределение потоков вещества и энергии в водосборном бассейне. С использованием классификации водотоков ХортонаСтралера предложен принцип классификации водоразделов. На основе авторской методики обработки цифровых моделей рельефа (ЦМР) с использованием инструментов ГИС было апробировано использование порядковых характеристик водоразделов для получения детальной информации о вариациях основных характеристик однопорядковых элементов речной сети в зависимости от порядка водораздела в пределах бассейна реки Уссури.The flagship of modern geography is the modeling of geographical systems and the processes of their functioning, based on huge databases and algorithms for multidimensional computer modeling of the behavior of complex multiply connected systems. The modeling process itself is based on a powerful apparatus for mathematical analysis and statistical processing of the basic parameters of objects, based on which simulation models of their functioning and development are built. The river basin is the most widespread natural object on the land surface, which has distinct boundaries, structural organization, hierarchy, and relative isolation of matter and energy flows. In describing the structure of the catchment of a river system, ordinal classifications are traditionally applied. The ordinal classification of watercourses is based on the fundamental property of river flows to form a tree structure with successive merging with a stepwise increase in the main parameters of the system. The stability of the structure is supported by the continuous activity of powerful flows of matter and energy. The descending ordinal classification of R. Horton 7 was widely used, which was based on the proposition that unbranched elementary watercourses are similar under different conditions and should have the smallest 1st order, forming second order watercourses at the time how 2nd order watercourses form a 3rd order watercourse, etc. Also, Horton, based on an analysis of the structure of river networks and their basins, proposed the laws of correlation of the main characteristics of watercourses of different orders. Later, the Horton ordinal classification was finalized by A. Straler 6, who excluded the concept of the main river, which along its entire length has the maximum order, although it structurally consists of many differentorder segments. Classification data is now considered to be considered in a single context as the HortonStrahler classification. As early as the 19th century, the thesis was expressed that watersheds and thalwegs are the main structural lines of the relief and are closely interconnected 2, determining the distribution of matter and energy flows in the catchment. Using the classification of HortonStrahler watercourses, the principle of the classification of watersheds is proposed. Based on the authors methodology for processing digital elevation models (DEM) using GIS tools, the use of ordinal characteristics of watersheds was tested to obtain detailed information on variations of the main characteristics of singleorder elements of the river network depending on the order of the watershed within the Ussuri River Basin.

The study is of interest to environmental competence of future mining engineer as personal education, characterized by acquired in the process of professional preparation professionally oriented environmental knowledge (cognitive criterion), learned the ways of securing environmentally safe mining works (praxiological criterion) in the interests of sustainable development (axiological criterion) and is formed by the qualities of socially responsible environmental behavior (social-behavioral criterion) and consists of the following components: understanding and perception of ethical norms of behaviour towards other people and towards nature (the principles of bioethics); ecological literacy; possession of basic information on the ecology necessary for usage in professional activity the ability to use scientific laws and methods in evaluating the environment to participate in environmental works to cany out ecological analysis of activities in the area industrial activities to develop action plans for the reduction of the anthropogenic impact on the environment; ability to ensure environmentally balanced activities, possession of methods of rational and integrated development georesource potential of the subsoil.
