The article considers the problem of the syntactic status of inversion. The material of the research is the simple sentences-utterances of the Ukrainian language. The concept of communicative inversion and the concept of formal inversion are defined. These concepts reflect different aspects of the division of a sentence – by communicative components (for example, rheme + theme) and by the members of a sentence (for example, predicate + subject). Two meanings of the concept of communicative inversion are defined: firstly, communicative inversion is the intonational-positional transfer of the most important semantic-informational part of a sentence (or the words of the syntactic group, or syntagma) from the final position to the initial or middle position (method of forming the utterance); secondly, communicative inversion is a sentence structure opposed to the basic structure as a derivative (expressive utterance). Communicative analysis shows that formal inversion is functionally subordinated to the communicative structure of the sentence-utterance. It serves as the main method of forming contextually dependent utter-ances (changes the actual division of a sentence). Formal inversion is optional in expressive utterances. The result of the study is the classification of the main types of basic sentences-utterances and the methods of forming communicative inversion (full and partial) in the Ukrainian language. The typology is implemented according to the following principles: communicative non-division / division, contextual independence / dependence of utterances, correlation of communicative components with the members of a sentence or connections of the members of a sentence. The first type combines basic sentences-utterances with an undivided predicative group. The second type includes basic sentences with a divided predicative group.

Today, under the influence of rapidly developing information and communication technologies, the public administration system is being transformed. The concept of e-government is being replaced by the trend of forming a new model of digital government. It is necessary to have a precise understanding of the essence of the digital government concept for its implementation.The article presents an analysis of the main characteristics and stages of the formation of e-government, as well as the basic principles of digital government. Comparing the two concepts, the author comes to the conclusion that the digital government model is an independent concept based on the achievements of e-government.

The article provides the conceptual study on the emerging and further development of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) starting from the late 1880es. The paper covers the most important trans formations of the concept, starting from its understanding as a mechanism of redistribution of the wealth and continuing till the formation of the modern business strategy. The study investigates the main principles of CSR, the key arguments for and against the social performance of business, potential positive impact on society and challenges of CSR. The study concludes that key goals of CSR are modifying with other economic and social changes, shifts in public needs and requirements towards business, the possibility of public sector to provide and support basic human rights etc. The outcomes of the research are useful for business in order to implement correctly principles of CSR and avoid possible challenges, to impact positively social life and standards, as well as public sector while the process of institutionalization and forming the legal background of CSR.

The article describes the features of professional ethics of accountants, auditors and tax officers as an importantcondition for achieving the better productivity. The essence of the concept of professional ethics is stated. Professionalethics is a code of rules that determine the behavior of a specialist in the performance of professional duties andguarantee compliance with moral norms within the current legislation. The basic principles of ethics of professionalaccountants are clarified. The algorithm of identification and assessment of threats to the observance of basic principlesand application of precautionary measures is determined. It is established that the observance of professional ethics byan accountant, auditor and tax officer is one of the most important factors of clients' trust in the results of their work.

The aim of this paper is to outline a segment of lex sportiva that is grounded in the idiosyncrasies of the internal rules of the hearing procedure in sports sailing whereby the fundamental principles and concepts of sports law as well as the bodies involved in the process of forming sports law are being analysed. For this purpose, the general notion of sailing, its theoretical systematization and the basic features of its sports variant will be presented, in the context of which the organization, rules and regulations will be considered i.e. basic documents including the fundamental legal principles of sports law represented in the relevant sport, all of which for the purpose of re-establishing the sports law, its concept and nature i.e. its potentially interdisciplinary character. To this extent, the re-establishment of sports law and its specific features will be highlighted particularly through appropriate examples of court and arbitration practices as well as the specific rules of sports sailing, part of which are also the rules on the hearing procedure which will be roughly presented and thereby their compliance with the fundamental principles of sports law will be accordingly analysed.

The problem of studying text concepts takes an important place among other types of conceptual studies. The usage of the term "concept" in the study of texts is caused by the need for it for the analysis of text-based principles of the work, identification of author's conceptual priorities, leading themes and ideas, deep text meanings etc. The organization of text's conceptual associations based on mutually related and interrelated elements goes beyond the lexical-semantic sphere. The conceptosphere of the New Testament is represented not only by lexical means, although they are the main building material for its creation. Morphological and syntactic means have a significant place among the concept-forming elements of the text of the New Testament. The study was conducted through the context-based generalization of the representation units of the most significant concepts of the New Testament: "Jesus Christ", "God", "Lord", "Father", "Faith", "Law", "Sin", "Salvation", "Grace", "Kingdom of Heaven", "Gospel", "Victim". Author had used method of field analysis, which is based on the analysis of the means providing the content order and connectivity of conceptual entities. The basis of systematization in conceptual fields is the linkage of key words – representatives of the morphology and syntax concepts and means. They acquire concept-forming properties when they are used in contexts for the formation of a certain conceptual feature and when they are repeatedly used in the text. The analysis of the verbalizers of the concepts, their connections and interaction in the studied work allows to make conclusions about the basic principles and regularities of the conceptualization of reality in the text of the New Testament. This study of its conceptosphere has demonstrated that the elements of its modeling have a significant representation in the spheres of morphology and syntax. The completeness of the reconstruction of an interpretive picture of its verbalization can be ensured by a comprehensive analysis of their conceptual-forming capabilities.

The article analyzes the current state of military-historical anthropology, first of all, the principles of development and implementation of the basic principles of the methodology of this scientific branch, and also outlines possible ways of its further development. One of the most important problems facing researchers who have devoted their work to the study of war as an anthropological phenomenon is the construction of a new coordinate system for setting actual research tasks. At present, a new stage in the development of military-historical anthropology is beginning, the stage of forming original methods. The article analyzes the validity of the use of such a concept of modern philosophical anthropology as “no-place”, presents the features and heuristic prospects for the transfer of this concept to the sphere of military anthropological knowledge, and outlines possible options for the development of the methodology of military historical anthropology.

Purpose The synthetic application and interaction of/between the internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, Industry 4.0 and other new patterns and new technologies shall breed future Web-based industrial operation system and social operation management patterns, manifesting as a crowd cyber eco-system composed of multiple interconnected intelligent agents (enterprises, individuals and governmental agencies) and its dynamic behaviors. This paper aims to explore the basic principles and laws of such a system and its behavior. Design/methodology/approach The authors propose the concepts of crowd science and engineering (CSE) and expound its main content, thus forming a research framework of theories and methodologies of crowd science. Findings CSE is expected to substantially promote the formation and development of crowd science and thus lay a foundation for the advancement of Web-based industrial operation system and social operation management patterns. Originality/value This paper is the first one to propose the concepts of CSE, which lights the beacon for the future research in this area.

Modern requirements for educational technologies are flexibility and adaptability, with the consideration of the student’s individual characteristics, learning style and basic competencies. The most important resource is time, therefore, shortening the training time and obtaining the most useful and complementary professional competencies and knowledge is an urgent and important task. The article discusses the concept of metadesign as a means for building learning paths, and examines the design and platform application based on its principles. Implementing metadesign principles is demonstrated on the example of the educational trajectory while training software developers. Forming the learning paths within the trajectory using the created educational platform is considered. The functional requirements for the educational platform are stated. The principles of building an educational trajectory within the framework of the platform using modern educational trends and simulators are described.

The article considers the basic principles of the vertical cities formation for the creation of a comfortable urban environment in conditions of rapid population growth and limited territories. As urban growth increases, there is a need for new concepts and approaches to urban space planning through the massive introduction of high-rise construction. INTRODUCTION. This publication follows up the well-aimed discussion recently initiated by the journal in 2017-2019 [Abashidze, 2017; Nefedov, 2019] and to a certain extent continued in 2020 [Vylegzhanin, Potier, Torkunova, 2020], regarding one of the "pillar problems" for the legal theory pertaining to international law, which concerns its ‘principles’.The subject-matter of the study is determined by a number of circumstances that are atypical for any field of any science, when there is a variety of terms differed not only in name, but also in content, which relate to the cornerstones of relevant field or section of a particular branch of knowledge. As far as the international law science, this situation has been due to the availability of a wide range of different designations concerning its principles, and resulting the need to thoroughly peruse the same. Due to the above, genesis, historical evolution, nature, functional destination and role of the principles in the theory and practice of international law, including its basic principles as its normative grounds, which belong to the entire system of international law, should naturally be under thorough consideration. They seem to constitute the most sensibly weak point in the modern theory of international law due to obviously "multicolored" conceptual and terminological spectrum. It is important that the list of terms forwarded in relation to the principles is growing from day by day, and new ones are being added to the designations as "set-forth" to date. Thus, the afore-referred list encompassing "basic principles" and "generally recognized principles and norms of international law", "principles of general international law", "general principles of co-operation" (Article 11, para 1, of the UN Charter) in a particular field, as well as "general principles of law", "general principles of law recognized by civilized nations", etc., has recently been supplemented with "general legal principles", "basis principles" and "general principles of international law".The impressive range of the above concepts that are somehow found in the scholars’ writings and practice of international law frequently implicates the contradictory interpretations and unavoidable collisions in the course of conceiving the sense of and applying the norms, which accordingly require reducing ambiguities and therefore ensuring better regulation. To achieve the same, the only one thing may be effective – that is by way of revealing the fundamental properties of respective phenomena.Increase of negative assessment of current legal regulation of international relationships happening not only in literature, which the occurrences are quite frequent, evidences that the topics related to the principles of international law, are, firstly, not only fundamental issues to qualify the substantive component of the theory of international law, since it is directly n with the core matters of legal science that studies the captured system of law, but also stand as extremely acute point because of the continuous attacks on the effectiveness of international law as such (to the extent of complete denial of the same even in public statements made by official spokesmen of States), – secondly. Resultant from this, the growing skepticism about the effectiveness of principles gives raise mistrust in international law in whole. Therefore, the major steps required towards achieving the most important goal in the matter of raising high the credibility of the international law shall be deemed as follow: to conceive the essence of the concept of "principle"; identify and differentiate the phenomena corresponding to individual positions in the afore-referred list; construe the typology thereof, as well as reveal the relationship between some of them. A number of the said aspects are subject to be examined herein, while the rest of them should be given specifically a place within the scope of another publication.MATERIALS AND METHODS. The analysis undertaken in the article is based on normative and doctrinal materials that reflect the positive international law and law enforcement acts, other documents, including reports and research presentations of the UN International Law Commission, judicial decisions or advisory opinions of the International Court of Justice and other international judicial institutions, acts of international organizations, as well as the teachings of the most highly qualified publicists and practitioners in the field of international law and its history, which relate to the topic of this publication. The research enjoys both general and specific principles and methods of analysis: dialectical materialism, structural and system approaches, formal logics, deduction and induction, comparative law, historical and retrospective approach. The latter one is particularly fruitful for study of genesis and essence of the concept "principle of law", legal nature of principles in international law.RESEARCH RESULTS. The essay purports to reveal the essence of various designations construed on the basis of the element "principles", or similar phenomena in the aspect of international law. In the course of researchaiming the system-forming role of the basic principles of the IL and the comparative analysis thereof with jus cogens ("peremptory norms of general international law»,) the findings are that there is no reason for wide international practice to ignore the term and the concept of "basic principles" in cases when approaching to the concept of "peremptory norms of general international law" (jus cogens), since they do not substantially differ in a number of parameters. In both categories, sometimes it seems to appear a discrepancy or incomplete compliance with the criterion of "peremptory norms of general international law" (e.g. partial "opinio juris cogentis" / "non-derogability"), especially from formal-dogmatic stand, viz. with no comprehensive view on full legal scope of a rule of law. The totality of the theses put forward to solve the listed and other related problems on the basis of the approach laid down in the study from a theoretical point of view, as a whole, seems to form a new vector in legal theory, not only domestic, but also international, due to the lack of full-fledged, detailed research on the subject with such a discourse on a global scale.DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS. "Principles of international law", including the initial point, i.e. the concept of "basic principles", as well as a number of other notions connected with them, are subject to examination in the article, both as a phenomenon of positive international law and as a category of legal science (that one of international law). For Russian science of international law, the concept of "principles" / "basic principles of international law", securing the integrity and entirety of the IL system, performs the role of one of its major categories. The differences between "concept" and "category" in the tools of the theory of international law are determined by the postulates substantiated by philosophy. At the same time, in part of concepts and terminology, the international legal theory is characterized by a certain gap in the positions forwarded by domestic and Western jurisprudence. Conceptual approaches to the "principles" ("basic principles") and the resulting discrepancies in opinion quite radically differ, whereas to the term "principles" it is often attributed rather non-normative, ideological or teleological significance, while the functions of the norms having hierarchically superiority over other rules in international law, are allocated to the category of "peremptory norms of general international law (jus cogens)".

We consider ecological-economic regulation in Ukraine a part of ecologicaleconomic mechanism in perspective of coordination between ecological and economic factors of natural resources use andof the industry development of Ukraine considering the concept of ecologization. We analyze ecological-economic tools, methods and ways of implantation. Modern economic concepts of state development often less consider aspects of ecologization, so we insist on the fact that main principles of ecologicaleconomic regulation of industry, ecologization of industry and rational resources use are in the jurisdiction of nation, which executes appropriate tasks by implantation of tax policy, licensing, permission for natural resources use etc. It is necessary to improve existing mechanisms of state management in the sphere of ecological-economic regulation of industry. There is a need in the balance between maintenance of national aims and directions and between the opportunities of industrial development in Ukraine considering aspect of sustainable development. One of the conditions of existence of mutually beneficial connections between the subjects is adequate forming of prices for natural resources, stimulating of innovations, creating of propitious investment climate and financing of scientific-technical programs. Innovative activities of industrial enterprises is basis of their further development and their main task.

The rising of education with an environmentally friendly approach becomes one of the focuses on implementing sustainable growth of social life. This principle includes an attempt to develop the ecologically friendly pesantren. Along the time, pesantren is identified as a religion and social center. Meanwhile, its surrounding environment has not become the primary priority. This paper sought to analyze the activity of community service related to initiating the perspective change of pesantren. The study implies that pesantren not only an education institute practicing educational activity, but also become an agent of change for creating a better social life and society around, and further, to perform the environmentally friendly pesantren. The research used the literature review approach to propose the Eco-Pesantren strategy, the benefits and social-economic impact for pesantren and the greater community. Moreover, the Eco-Pesantren concept becomes the basis and good characteristic learning with concern for the environment. Furthermore, environmental theology brings Eco-Pesantren on the profound philosophy of eco-ethical perspectives.

The components of the concept of a healthy lifestyle, starting with the provisions presented in early sources, are considered from the standpoint of management. It was found that it is difficult to achieve the increase of the number of citizens leading a healthy lifestyle in the absence of clear criteria for the healthy lifestyle, since there is an objective difficulty in assessing the lifestyle of people. It is definitely necessary to formulate the basic principles for creating lists of criteria for healthy lifestyle in order to effectively motivate citizens for health-preserving behavior. The need was identified to update and expand a number of modern lists that are used to obtain information that serves as the basis for making managerial decisions in the field of public health protection at the strategic level based on the analysis of the main existing lists of criteria for a healthy lifestyle. It is proposed to create an individual list of criteria for a healthy lifestyle by forming a low-variability part using the traditional approach, and a high-variability part using the personalized approach. The formulated principles of compiling lists of criteria for a healthy lifestyle can be used in the system of motivating and stimulating citizens to health-preserving behavior, aimed at reducing the prevalence of known behavioral risk factors for diseases.

This article is devoted to the study of "aggressive" metaphors in the French media. The main concept of the work is to study the conceptual metaphors proposed by the American linguists J. Lakoff, M. Johnson and the Russian linguist, A.P. Chudinov using the theoretical material of cognitive linguistics and stylistics. From the point of view of the theory the key issues are the consideration of the concept of metaphor in the framework of stylistics and cognitive linguistics, the study of the structure of conceptual metaphors: conceptual domains, the principles of metaphorical transfer, frame-slot mechanisms, stylistic functions, the study of the role of this type of metaphor in the journalistic text, the study of their stable classification and basic stylistic characteristics. The analysis of the structure of conceptual metaphors is necessary for understanding the process of metaphorization and for studying the principles of forming a negative opinion of the author. All the studied examples relate to certain metaphorical concepts that express an "aggressive" metaphor. The authors also emphasize the mechanisms of speech aggression in metaphor. The research is based on the material of political articles devoted to the «yellow vests movement in France, taken from the well-known weekly magazines "Le Monde" and "Le Point".

The subject of the article covers the issues concerning the concept of self-government and the constitutionally differentiated types thereof, which realise the principle of decentralisation of public power. The systemic principles of the functioning of the democratic state are defined by the operation of self-governments, including the professional self-government bodies which associate the people who perform the public trust professions. Therefore, it plays a key role both in forming the political system of the state and, consequently, in performing public tasks. The aim of the article is to show the basic features of self-governance which form this concept. It in turn allows to define the essence of self-governance, however, not only abstractly but on a given example – the professional self-government of legal counsels in Poland. The basic thesis of the article is the statement that the self-governance is the best form of exercising power in the democratic systems, which enables the proper performance of the public tasks of major importance. It concerns both the territorial self-governments and professional self-governments, but also, first and foremost, the ones that associate the people who perform the professions of public trust, and the legal counsel is one of such professions.

The aspects of the professional culture are described in the article; basic functions of the professional culture of the editorial activity are marked. </em></p><p><em>Principles are offered for the development of the model of forming the future editors' professional culture. The question is considered of the positive result concerning the future editors' culture formation. It is noticed that the future editors' professional culture foresees the presence of the modern thought: independently to analyze the phenomena and processes, see main and special, give up stamps and inertia in reasoning’s. Under such circumstances, forming the future editors' professional culture can be described as following: at first, as mastering of the personality's professional knowledge and skills, when they are organically combined with the knowledge of the social and cultural situation and make the editor's world view; secondly, as the capacity of a personality for the creative thought and permanent self-perfection, self-education; thirdly, the presence of such qualities, as intelligentsia, spiritual culture, patriotism, generalism. Forming the future editors' professional culture is a task system which foresees the development of the personal qualities account of all professional tasks and requirements and their realization through forms and methods. Therefore the future editors' professional culture can not be simplified to the system of the special, narrow specified knowledge, abilities and skills. The task of forming a digital space of scientific knowledge (DSSK) is analyzed in the paper. The difference of this concept from the general concept of the information space is considered. DSSK is presented as a set containing objects verified by the world scientific community. The form of a structured representation of the digital knowledge space is a semantic network, the basic organization principle of which is based on the classification system of objects and the subsequent construction of their hierarchy, in particular, according to the principle of inheritance. The classification of the objects that make up the content of the DSSK is introduced. A model of the central data collection system is proposed as a collection of disjoint sets containing digital images of real objects and their characteristics, which ensure the selection and visualization of objects in accordance with multi-aspect user requests. The concept of a user collection is defined, and a hierarchical classification of types of user collections is proposed. The use of the concepts of set theory in the construction of DSSK allows you to break down information into levels of detail and formalize the algorithms for processing user queries, which is illustrated by specific examples.

Voltaire’s creativity ismultifaceted, covering the problems of philosophical knowledge, the assertion of a deistic worldview, the implementation of the principles of human free will, a comprehensive critique of religion and the church, the beginning of the political concept of “educated absolutism.” The thinker became one of the greatest authorities of the French Enlightenment, being highly gifted, universally educated, owning the principles of critical thinking. The aimof this article is to determine the basic principles of the philosophical principle of deism in Voltaire’s creativity and its influence on the formation of the philosophical-historical concept. The tasks of this article are perform an analysis the formation of the deistic worldview of the French thinker, the influences of the philosophy of sensualism and rationalism on the formation of the general foundations of social philosophy of the enlightener. Research methods are principles of unity of historical and logical, dialectical unity of analysis and synthesis, convergence from abstract to concrete, principles of objectivity and systematization. Research results: philosophical worldview of the XVII ‒ early XVIII centuries. had a one-sided character: on the one hand ‒ the philosophy of empiricism, based on knowledge of scientific facts using experimental methods of scientific research, and on the other ‒ rationalist philosophy, which took as primary the original theoretical generalizations. The integral system of philosophical knowledge in the first half of the eighteenth century was absent. Conclusion. The deistic foundations of Voltaire’s philosophical worldview determine not only the ontological and epistemological aspects, but undoubtedly forming the general principles of his philosophy of history, which have an abstract, mostly narrative character. However, the possibilities of a deistic worldview direct the thinker to search for an objective pattern of development of historical knowledge. They usually have a general theoretical value, as well as their practical implementation

*The article deals with the concept of participatory design proposed by the american urban planning specialist Henry Sanoff. The author provides with historical and sociological context of the formation of the concept of participatory design. The key episode in the development of the concept of participatory design is defined by the dispute in the theory of architecture between functional modernism in the person of L. Corbusier and individual-oriented concepts of urban planning, which were formed in the works of P. Geddes, E. Howard, J. Jacobs, L. Mumford and J. Gehl. The author considers the concept of participatory design as a conceptual deepening of individual-oriented theories, resulting in the justification of not only taking into account the needs of city residents in urban planning, but also the need for their participation in urban design. As the author notes, the key premises of forming the concept of participatory design are the culture of participation and the policy of participation. The culture of participation defends the position of the individual as an active subject and as a producer of social and cultural meanings. The policy of participation is based on participatory democracy and the idea of active involvement of civil society in management processes. The article discusses the basic principles of the concept of participatory design by G. Sanoff and the mechanics of their implementation.

The article deals with the problems and the concept of forming and management systems of tactically independent enterprise units of medium and large industrial organizations. The authors provide the definition of &#34;system of tactically independent enterprise units&#34;. System tactically independent enterprise units - it is ,firstly, a certain type of industrial organization of the management structure, consisting of a tactically independent units with a common basic strategic component; secondly, it is a management style aimed at the decentralization of business activities within the organization in order to optimize corporate synergy. The ways to of divide industrial organizations in tactically independent enterprise units are offered. Within the specified concept the authors describe the principles, conditions and possible ways of creating and managing an organization with a system of tactically independent enterprise units and define the stages of the process and the choice of governance forms for these units. The article shows the need to allocate tactically independent enterprise units when the implementing concept of focus of power at the industrial enterprises. The authors note that simultaneous achieving maximum efficiency in all major manufacturing indicators is almost impossible and inadvisable. Every industrial organization should carry out a limited number of specific tasks aimed at implementation of its corporate objectives. The authors prove that the system of tactically independent enterprise units can also be considered as one of the most effective methods of organizational changes in industrial organization.

The concept of intellectual support of the process of automated formation of calculation models of power supply in information systems of energy enterprises, based on the principles of knowledge management, is proposed. The concept includes carrying out ontological data analysis and the formation of the corresponding knowledge bases. The stages of the knowledge management process about the parameters of the calculated power supply models have been decomposed in order to develop tools for their automatic generation in billing systems. Sets of parameters of power supply objects and parameters characterizing the volume of energy consumption, price indicators and parameters for calculating the cost of consumed electricity, which, along with the relations between entities and their functional connections, determine the structure of ontologies, have been determined. For the first time, the definitions of the computational model of power supply are given as a semantic model consisting of a set of basic concepts of the electric power industry, and as a system of knowledge about methods of storing and processing information about the values of energy consumption. An ontology of the process of forming calculation models using the Protégé ontological editor is built. Requirements for the knowledge base of the system for supporting the formation of calculation models in information systems are formulated and the possibility of using data mining technologies with mechanisms for checking the consistency, sufficiency and continuity of knowledge through the use of methods for forming fuzzy rules is substantiated. This makes it possible to substantiate the possibility of applying the principles of fuzzy logic for the automated generation of calculation models of power supply in billing systems.

The article deepens the methodological and applied principles, develops recommendations for managing the use of industrial enterprises intellectual potential in the knowledge-based economy conditions. It is substantiated that the effective use of intellectual potential of a modern industrial enterprise is the basis for forming a culture of knowledge that can meet the needs of individuals, create conditions for harmonious development, resolves social contradictions through managing a variety of intellectual potential and the most effective use of this resource in management decisions. Emphasis is placed on the key importance of staff intellectualization as a basis for its intensive (qualitative) development. The concept of managing the use of industrial enterprises intellectual potential is proposed, which reveals the specifics of the content of management, the values of which are determined by interrelated components that form the intellectual potential, and the focus is on solving production problems of the enterprise in innovation sphere. The formulated concept is distinguished by the infrastructural approach to management of the industrial enterprises intellectual potential use based on a joint of scientific directions (approaches to management of the personnel and intellectual capital), synthesis of which corresponds to modern tendencies of integration in the theory of innovations theory elements intellectual potential management, innovative enterprises. A matrix of managerial influence upon the components-factors of intellectual potential qualitative level according to the reproductive stages of innovative industrial enterprises staff intellectualization is constructed. A number of basic measures of organizational and economic nature have been identified, which provide positive dynamics of intellectual potential development of staff in the process of innovations introduction at the enterprise. The theoretical significance of the concept lies in the intellectual capital management theory development in the segment of management using the industrial enterprises intellectual potential. The practical significance of the proposed concept is due to the possibility of expanding the management worldview in the modern industrial environment on this basis and integrating its ideas, formalized in the form of goal, tasks, object, subject, principles, functions, management tools in the organization of intellectual potential management. The implementation of the formulated concept should become a priority of the general idea of innovative industrial enterprises strategic orientation.

The article deals with the problem regarding the health of modern youth as a necessary condition for all-round development, a full-fledged human life, one of the highest values of society. The purpose of the study is to consider the process aimed at forming students’ health culture as a holistic, multilevel, integrative, interdisciplinary direction of the pedagogical activity, to determine its conceptual, methodological and methodological aspects. The research methods are as follows: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization of the data of educational, methodological and scientific literature, conceptual positions of the problem under study, definition of the basic concepts of the research, modelling of the holistic process aimed at forming students’ health culture. The results of the study: the state of the problem concerning health from the viewpoint of the pedagogical sphere has been considered; the concept “culture of students’ health” has been defined; the theoretical and methodological principles of the process aimed at forming students’ health culture have been specified; a pedagogical model facilitating the formation of students’ health culture consisting of four interconnected structural blocks has been elaborated. The target unit defines the purpose and the tasks of the process aimed at forming students’ health culture; the theoretical and methodological unit reveals methodological approaches (holistic, synergetic, competence-based, activity-centred) and specific principles (interdisciplinarity, unity of theory and practice, individualization, natural correspondence); the content block envisages mastering the totality of disciplines (Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Hygiene, Biochemistry, Ecology, Physical Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Philosophy, etc.) and the knowledge of the components constituting a healthy lifestyle (motor regime, nutrition, endoecology, a psychoemotional activity, toughening up, rational organization of the vital activity, absence of harmful habits, self-education and self-education on health-related issues, etc.); the procedural block specifies the stages of the development of recreational activities as an external expression of the process aimed at forming students’ health culture. The term "sustainable development" appeared not so long ago. The growing concentration of industrial enterprises situated on urban areas, the uncontrolled increase in the scale of development, reduction the share of the recreational areas, replacing the areas of industrial purpose and new lines of transport and engineering service lines, has led to imbalance of technogenic and natural environment. The larger and more comfortable become the city, the more resources they need and the higher risk the natural of irreparable harm for the environment. This problem is connected, firstly, with the concentration of large numbers of people in one place, secondly, to human psychology, and ethics. It is hard to realize that the consumption of resources may be limited and you should think about the needs of future generations. In contrast to this tendency the idea about the need to rethink the traditional principles of urban development and forming the new basic principles of urban development, was put forward. It called the concept of sustainable development. This concept is based on a combination of economic, social and environmental criteria, which take into account the interests of future generations.

This paper departs from the discussion of the philosophy of goals and principles of Islamic education, then the basic concepts of the principles of Islamic education, and then the example of students. This discussion uses a philosophical approach by prioritizing religious principles. The results of this discussion found that in Islamic education there are integral principles, balanced, part of the rububiyah process, forming a whole human being, always related to religion, open, maintaining individual differences, and Islamic education is dynamic. These principles contribute to shaping student exemplary, which can be seen in terms of adhering to the discipline of learning in school, looking and dressing neatly, favored by all school communities, and active in various school activities.

The conceptual questions concerning the principles of forming up the geotectonic zoning scheme of the Ukrainian Shield (US) basement are considered. It is shown that the modern zoning scheme of Precambrian formations must be based on the concept of the block divisibility of the US. Based on the priority content of the term “block”, which is based on the block division of the US two interconnected basic principles (signs) are laid: 1) geological – structural-stratigraphic (structural-formations); 2) tectonic – fault (fault-block). Important tectonic elements of zoning of the US are interblock link zones as independent geostructural elements of the first rank. Such zones act as links of heterogeneous blocks. As the main ones geostructural elements of the Ukrainian Shield it is proposed to select six blocks – Volynskyi, Podilskyi, Buzko-Rosynskyi, Inhulskyi, Serednoprydniprovskyi and Pryazovskyi, autonomic Osnytsko-Mikashevytskyi volcano-plutonic zone and four interblock link zones – Brusylivska, Holovanivska, Inhuletsko-Kryvorizka and Orihivsko-Pavlohradska.

The article provides a theoretical analysis of the category of basic competencies of future primary school teachers in modern scientific and pedagogical studies. The current state of elaboration of the problem in scientific and pedagogical sources is generalized; the essence of the concepts “competence”, “competence approach”, “basic competences of future primary school teachers”, “features of basic competences formation” are highlighted. The content of competencies is analyzed on the basis of the educational-professional program of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 01 Education/Pedagogy in specialty 013 “Primary education” at the pedagogical faculty of Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk. An analysis of these definitions shows that most scholars consider competence to be an integral phenomenon that brings together the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience of future teachers. Scientific sources highlight a variety of competencies that must be mastered by a future primary school teacher while studying at a higher education institution. However, a significant number of concepts defined as basic, distracts higher school teachers and complicates the process of forming the most important competencies for students. According to the author of the article, formation of basic competencies would be more effective if implemented on the basis of didactic principles, namely through: the Педагогічні науки: теорія, історія, інноваційні технології, 2020, № 5–6 (99–100) 160 principle of cordocentrism, characterized by the priority of spiritual and moral dimensions of the educational process over pragmatic and organizational and functional and encourages students to understand pedagogical reality. not only through thinking, but also through the “heart”; the principle of constructive pedagogical interaction, which involves creation of a positive cognitive field in which each subject of the educational process feels comfortable; principles of gamification and early diagnosis and development of professional interests, on the basis of which students develop the ability to create play learning environments in accordance with the personal interests of pupils; the principle of sustainable professional development, introduction of which contributes to the formation of students’ ability to design their own professional image, to outline ways to improve it. The novelty of the author’s approach to this problem is that, taking into account the above principles, the didactic system of basic competencies, combining scientific and emotional components, will be aimed at enhancing creative scientific and pedagogical activities, will have a predictive nature and ensure sustainable professional development of future primary school teachers.

The transition of modern Ukrainian education, science and technology to European integration necessitates the need to turn to the optimization and development of a methodological system for organizing the educational process. The complexity of the tasks of organizing the educational process in higher education institutions based on the Bologna principles requires new ideas and approaches that develop the prospect of finding optimal technologies for educational activities. The purpose of that article is an attempt to present the teaching as an element of technology of educational activity on the basis of modern psychological and pedagogical ideas about its nature, motivations and system-forming factors. It is about a generalized and formulated concept of the learning process, aimed at achieving certain knowledge, skills and competences. The theoretical methods of research, such as analysis, synthesis, mathematical modeling, are used in this work. The system-forming structural elements of learning are: preparing teachers and education applicants for the learning process; perception; understanding; memorization; ensuring the strength of knowledge; generalization; systematization; achievement of advanced skills. This work introduces the notions of the weights of the teaching and learning processes and the coefficients of the educational process balance in general to characterize the quality of the organization of the educational process. Teaching technology is a process of achieving its purpose through a coherent system of methods, methods and means of their realization. The most conservative elements in the learning system are its motivation, the realization of paradigm «Lifelong learning», the creation of an environment of wondering, concern and actualization of interest. The article presents the experience of the functioning of the Nerubaiskiy educational school complex “school-gymnasium” which reflects the modern practical directions of improvement of the school educational and upbringing process in the context of the implementation of the Concept “New Ukrainian School”. Анотація:
The emergence of new goals in the educational system, dictated by globalization and technologization of modern society raises the question of the transition to a new pedagogical concept of education for sustainable development. The article proposes a definition of ESD, considers the reflection of the principles of ESD in a single regulatory and methodological complex, consisting of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ and exemplary basic educational programs. The author tried to correlate the requirements of the educational standard in linguistics with current professional standards. In the course of the study, proposals are made for the full implementation of the main professional educational programs of a bachelor's degree in “Linguistics” in terms of the concept of ESD. It is concluded that a new educational paradigm is forming now and needs methodological support for the consistent construction of a unified competency model of a graduate at all levels of the educational system, with an emphasis on the formation of personal qualities and activity attitudes necessary for sustainable development of society.

The appeal to mythopoetics is emerging in modern design with the focus on its environmental and information spheres. The analysis of literature leads to considering mythopoetics as a design and research method, whose subject is a specific type of mythological consciousness and the product of its work – the system of ideas about the world, formed into a model. Mythopoetics appears in cognitive, sense-forming, value-modeling and environmental aspects. The essence of mythopoetic design is becoming more relevant in the modern worldview due to the need for reproducing the world model. At the stage of mythological consciousness, practical activi-ty was regulated by ritual reproduction of the model. In the modern worldview, the regulating function is performed by culture. Therefore, the task of mythopoetic design is to form a concept of a project filled with value cultural meanings. The basic terms of mythopoetics include traditionally used concepts (an archetype, a mythol-ogeme, a mytheme), philosophical and cultural terms (a concept, a cultural meanings, an imaginative invariant of thinking, a chronotope), and specific concepts (axiomatic state of individual conscious-ness, artistic and imaginative invariants, a spatiotemporal context of a project, an artistic and imagina-tive model of the world). In design, the result of work of artistic consciousness and design thinking is the concept of a project shaped into the artistic and imaginative model of the world. The semantic core of the design concept is based on cultural meanings and axioms, which are comprehended by means of axiomatic state of individual consciousness and expressed as consumer’s value orientations. The periphery of the design concept is formed by the spatial and time context of project. The artistic and imaginative model of the world appears as a compositional integrity consisting of structural elements, i.e. artistic and imaginative invariants. The conducted analysis of mythopoetic models of the world yields a system of artistic and imaginative invariants, includingnatural, anthropo-morphic, social, sacred, objective, spatial, and dynamic. The structural elements of the model are orga-nized into blocks using the principles of organization. The principles of semantic organization are applied in the creation of a semantic block. The spatiotemporal context of the design concept is formed by the principles of space and time organization. The method of mythopoetics presupposes the sequence of design stages: recognition of cultural meanings, their “implantation” into the individual worldview, and visualization of artistic and imaginative invariants in design objects.The method of mythopoetic design solves the task of synthesis of traditional and innovative aspects, natural and cultural aspects, universal cultural and individual mean-ings, and value orientations in the design concept.

The article deals with the problem of partnership between the participants of the educational process. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical bases of the formation of partnership skills during the educational process. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, comparison are chosen as the main methods of pedagogical experiment. The results. The role of partnership in the formation of teachers’ and students’ unity is shown, together with the interrelations «teacher-teacher», «teacher-student», «student-student». The methodological approaches are considered as the basis for the process of forming partnership relations in the educational process of the institution. Such chosen methodological approaches are: systemic approach, activity approach, acmeological approach, integrative approach, praxeological approach. The role of each approach in the studied process is shown. The considerable attention is paid to general scientific and specific principles. Among the general scientific principles, the emphasis is made on the principles of scientificity, accessibility, consistency and connection of theory with practice. The following are considered as specific principles: mutual respect, friendly attitude to each other, decision-making discretion, and distribution of leadership responsibilities. The attention is also paid to the requirements of partnership in school and family. The authors of the research defined the basic requirements and rules for forming school-family partnership: social and pedagogical partnership; forming life and profession values; professionalism; ensuring the uniform parents’ and teachers’ requirements; humanization of interpersonal relations in any team, showing tolerance, voluntariness, the members’ ability to interact. The importance of regularity in the implementation of community requirements and rules is indicated. Conclusions. Considering the problem of forming partnership relations to be little analysed and studying partnership relations in the form of a pedagogical partnership, the authors made a conclusion that this process should be seen as interconnected through structures: teacher-student-student-parent, which is in line with the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. The authors added that the formation of partnership relations in a teaching staff will contribute to the introduction of new educational technologies, promote to the humanization of the educational process, the establishment of relations on a parity basis.

The relevance of the study of the general principles and patterns of legal regulation of access storage processes and data protection of genome sequencing in foreign countries is determined by the need to develop a general concept of legal regulation of this type of activity in Russia. The purpose of this study is to develop the system-forming principles and patterns of access storage and data protection of genome sequencing in Russia. To achieve this goal, tasks were set and solved to identify and study the general principles and patterns of legal regulation of access storage processes and data protection of genome sequencing in foreign countries. The international documents regulating the features of regulation of access storage processes and data protection of genome-wide sequencing, the doctrinal sources of Great Britain, the USA, France, Israel, and Japan are studied. Methods used: general philosophical, general scientific, private scientific, special (structural-legal, comparative-legal, formal-legal). The general principles for the formation of the concept of legal regulation of genome sequencing in Russia are proposed. It was revealed that the creation of a universal regulatory regulator aimed at protecting the subject of personal data in view of the prevalence of public interests over private ones and the constant expansion of the scope of application of genetic data obtained as a result of genome-wide sequencing is the main problem in developing a legal regulation mechanism in the studied area. For the first time, the authors determine the basic principles for developing the concept of genome-wide sequencing in Russia, including: recognition of human rights and human dignity as the highest value, the necessity of researchers’ responsibility for the well-being of participants in view of the obtained research results, the mandatory informed consent of which should be voluntary, permanent, their right to get acquainted with the results obtained if it concerns their health, access to such information, ensuring the right to non-knowledge of research results and others.

Purpose of the study: This article analyzes dualistic approaches to the determination of legal facts that grant citizens of the Russian Federation subjective rights. It is obvious that the concept of birth is still not specified in the existing Russian legislation. Different norms of the modern Russian legislation associate the legal fact of birth with the criterion of live birth. An embryo (fetus) cannot have a complex of general civil rights until the time of live birth. Methodology: The authors of the article have compared this constitutional directive with existing rules of other branches of Russian law and revealed a completely opposite situation. Main Findings: Of course, the existing discrepancies in certain legal acts that regulate the same or related social relations represent a classical legal conflict. Moreover, partial contradictions in the Russian legal system are caused by the fact that many sectoral norms conflict with the Constitution. Novelty/Originality: Legal certainty is a basic and system-forming principle that dialectically complements and develops other general-legal, intersectoral and sectoral principles, justifies their functional necessity, determines the accuracy and clarity of legal instructions, established order and limits their actions.

One of the basic economic laws that reflect the patterns of economic phenomena is the law of competition. According to it, in a market economy, those business entities with certain competitive advantages operate and develop successfully. Within the competitive market, organizations are forced to increase their competitiveness, forming certain competitive advantages in the appropriate space-time conditions. Globalization and integration trends make more stringent and complex requirements for various enterprises, leading to increased competition in national and international markets. The multifactorial dependence of organizational competitiveness makes it possible to form new ways to increase the level of this indicator. Endogenous and exogenous factors, in turn, create functional links between different sectors of the economy. This paper presents a bibliometric analysis of the concept of "Organizational competitiveness" using numerous software tools to identify links between factors of organizational competitiveness, its source, and antecedents. The methods used in the study include initial keyword search, data analysis and refinement, and clustering. Harzing's Publish or Perish tool is used for initial investigation, BibExcel, VOSviewer, and MS Excel - for data analysis and refinement. The article uses data from the three most significant databases of scientific publications: Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus. Searching and comparing information taken from several sources allows for a comprehensive analysis of the literature and understanding of the principles of bibliometric maps of publications. In the framework of this study, the authors formed and analyzed cluster groups of concepts, the principles of their grouping, developed scientific approaches to clustering key terms in several databases. The relevance of this study lies in its impact on the process of forming conceptual clusters. With the help of the proposed scientific approaches, it is possible to explain the dependencies in the cluster distribution of individual definitions, their relationship with each other, the degree of belonging to a particular factor of organizational competitiveness.

The paper reveals the current problems of production systems, their lack of readiness to function in the conditions of application and development of NBIC technologies. The methodological basis of the research consists of fundamental works and modern scientific and practical developments of national and foreign scientists on the problems of creation and functioning of production, technological and socio-economic systems in the conditions of development using NBIC technologies. The research was carried out using such general scientific and special methods as: historical-dialectical and abstract-logical; comparative-analytical and system analysis; synthesis of scientific approaches. The authors prove the need to create a new system paradigm. The new paradigm of production systems that realize the potential of NBIC technologies is based on a concept that finds its concrete expression, firstly, in the initial or original concepts, and secondly, in the system of basic principles, laws, or sufficiently plausible hypotheses. It is these elements that make up the conceptual core of the paradigm, and efforts should be directed to their search and justification when forming a new paradigm. The paper analyzes the main methods and tools for implementing a new approach to the design of production systems.

The article considers the principles underpinning the Ukrainian translation of Sextus Empiricus’ Outlines of Pyrrhonism and the translation strategy employed to render the fundamental concepts of his philosophy. The author believes that the translation should fully reproduce Outlines of Pyrrhonism’s rich word-forming terminological potential while preserving the internal form and etymological affinity of concepts. The basic principle is the unification of terms and key concepts. At the same time, an acceptable translation should adequately convey the original meaning of the text and not its letter. The accurate translation of the contents is more important than an effort to use the same Ukrainian word throughout the translation as an equivalent of a particular word in the original. Besides, our translation seeks to abide by a principle that one has to avoid, whenever possible, Grecisms, Latinisms, and loan translations from the Russian language. In accord with this translation strategy, the paper describes the lexical and semantic fields of the basic concepts of skepticism, their paradigmatic and syntagmatic connections, and the range of these terms’ derivation, and substantiates the choice of Ukrainian equivalents. The explanations are illustrated by fragments of the contextual translation of several cognate word forms. The translation should take into account the extensive synonymy present in the Greek text and certain lability of the terminological system used by Sextus himself. The translator’s intentions aim at conveying the rich lexical imagery and metaphors of the Outlines of Pyrrhonism.

The article considers the personal contribution of the outstanding historian of the Russian middle ages Academician Mikhail Nikolaevich Tikhomirov to the national concept of documentary sources (book rarities) preservation. The scientist expressed a generalized view of historical science about how the work on the book heritage preservation at the national level had to be organized most effectively, systemically and “eco-friendly”. From the point of the present-day view on the practice of book rarities preservation in the Russian Federation, he justified the exceptional relevance and proposed the main principles of documents preservation, which are now basic at the law and library practice level.The historical science development determined the establishment of conservation centres in libraries, since a serious obstacle to historical research was the problem of poorly organized and, sometimes, careless storage of historical documents in libraries, museums and archives. In accord to the brief history of scientific conservation in Russia, this time is viewed as the beginning of the most active development of scientific conservation methods and their introduction into library practice.In the middle of the XX century, Tikhomirov proposed and formed the concept of book rarities preservation, consisting of such important components as: scientific research and popularization of book rarities and their value for the society, organization of public and state associations aimed at implementation of these tasks; search and collection of privately owned book rarities on the national scale (archeographic inspection of the territory of Russia), scientific publication of documents, catalogues of scientific descriptions compiling and forming the Union catalogue on their basis; scientific research of the material basis, conditions of ensuring physical safety and arrangement of work on book rarities preservation; legislative and regulatory support of all activities on book rarities preservation.

The introduction to the article analyzes the current state of formation of the students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines. The purpose of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate the method of forming the students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines. Methods. In the process of achieving the goal, the theoretical and practical methods of data retrieval and processing were applied. The results. The analysis of the researched problem gave an opportunity to characterize the essence of the concept «students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines». The students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines was defined as the result of mathematical training of a prospective university student, that is a necessary condition for forming the mathematical competence of graduates of pedagogical universities. The article defines the content of structural components of the formation of the students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines: motivational-value (presence of motives and needs in studying mathematics, awareness of the mathematical knowledge value for future professional activity), semantic (mathematical knowledge of school mathematics required to master basic mathematics knowledge of generalized methods of solving typical professional problems), instrumental (universal actions of generalized methods of solving typical professional problems that require the mathematical knowledge use), personal (communicative, creative abilities and personal qualities needed to solve typical professional problems). The didactic principles of forming the students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines are the principles of cooperation, of professional orientation, fundamentality, modularity of the mathematical training content. Conclusions. The methods of formation of the students-mathematicians’ readiness to study mathematical disciplines which contains interrelation of target, methodological, substantial, procedural and result-estimating components is developed. The prospects for further research are planned in the direction of the developed methodology implementation into the educational process of pedagogical universities for students-mathematicians.

The article clarifies the nature and content of musical and aesthetic competence and, based on this, the basic principles of its formation in adolescents covered by system activities of the school education in Ukraine, which is regarded as a complementary to the secondary, and sometimes advancing. Music and aesthetic teens’ competence forms both in efforts of secondary school and adult education. The question: “What are the features’ principles of work in out-of-school institutions for the establishment of music and aesthetic competence of students of this age?”. The relevance of research caused by need in deeper theoretical understanding of various aspects of competence approach, as a basis for reforming the educational and upbringing process in modern conditions.The purpose of the article essence and content of principles methods that make up foundation methods of the educational process in out-of-school education, directed at the affirmation to musical and aesthetic competence of teens’ students.In foreign and domestic literature we meet a lot of definitions of competence (Bader R., Beh I., Bibik N., Hutorskoy A., Mertens D., Raven J., Savchenko O., Shelton A. etc.). Despite some differences in the meaning of this definition, we have fond also common features: ability, willingness to the subject effectively organize knowledge, abilities, skills, experience for setting and achieving goals. There are key competencies, including general cultural, which includes musical and aesthetic as one of the brunch. In our research, we follow the general approach to competence which defines the essence of "musical aesthetic competence" concept. The essence of the musical and aesthetic competence lies in its individual capacity, readiness and real opportunities to accept, integrate and experience the beauty of musical works, play (or create) it practical with understanding of the importance of this type of activity in the social and individual spheres of life, in different social relations.The principle of national focus in education including knowledge of Ukrainian folk songs, works of local composers, ability to perform it (singing or with the help of instrument), feel their beauty, bringing together with their nationality, and therefore with themselves. It helps to develop the ability to preserve their national identity, to understand music as an integral part of spirituality of the Ukrainian people. Ukraine is a country, which is home to several dozen ethnic groups, or so-called minorities. The Constitution of Ukraine declares that the country supports, creates conditions for the development of their national identity. Representatives of these peoples and ethnic groups should not feel reduced in their rights. Therefore, in areas where contact populated by national minorities in non-school institutions should be created special creative teams under national direction. At presence of choir, band, orchestra, etc., several participants of certain nationalities their national works should be included in repertoire. However, all teenagers, members of the creative teams must be able to sing in Ukrainian language, perform Ukrainian music to feel the citizens of Ukraine, to be part of Ukrainian nation, formed as a patriot for all ethnic homeland.

In this regard, one of the priority tasks of the modern education system is preservation and strengthening of the younger generation's health. Students belong to a socially unprotected group. Therefore, the issues of preserving, strengthening and forming a value attitude to health is one of the most important problems of modernity. The education system, being the basis for the stabilization and development of the social structure, must ensure the formation of a personality with certain needs that will contribute to health preservation. Today, the number of students leading a sedentary lifestyle and subject to such bad habits as smoking, drinking alcohol, etc. remains stable. The article discusses the problem of social stimulation of the formation of students' value attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle, analyzes approaches to basic concepts. These include «incentive», «social stimulation», «pedagogical stimulation», «health», «healthy lifestyle». Also, the principles of activity of university teachers on the formation of students' value attitude to a healthy lifestyle have been determined.

The urgency of the problem under consideration here has been necessitated by a need for training more vocational teachers for the system; they are to be specialists in developing and implementing the basic and optional educational programs designed for workshop force and mid-tier specialists; this means preparing the personnel resource for innovation industry. The goal of the paper is to reveal the changes that are necessary to be brought about for improving the quality of training delivered to students of vocational pedagogy and continuing vocational education. The key approach to the study of the problem is the systems activity approach that allows us to employ the systems concepts for building domain-specific schema linked to the investigation of how vocational teacher training is organized today, with regard to the requirements set by Russia's educational standard "Teacher of vocational training and continuing vocational education". Analysis of theory and findings in the literature led us to the conclusion that, considering the particular properties and logic of vocational teacher’s education, as well as reliance on the approaches and concepts under consideration, is what shall cater to the ever increasing demands to it from man, society and state. In view of the analysis' results, we suggest recommendations for improving vocational teacher training that would lead to vocational education/training/continuing education quality enhancement, including training offered in corporate training centers and innovation industries. The materials herein may be of value to educational managers in forming their personnel resource.

In modern economic conditions, the activities of an enterprise are associated with an increased level of risks in all areas of activity, therefore, ensuring its economic security should be accompanied by the formation and implementation of a risk management system built into the enterprise management system. The analysis of the current regulatory legal acts in the field of enterprise risks is carried out, various definitions of the “risk” category as a multifaceted concept in regulatory legal documents, as well as in scientific works are presented. The necessity of forming a risk management system from the position of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise has been substantiated. The purpose, objectives, principles, main directions, basic provisions, sequence of actions in the cyclical process of risk management are disclosed. Considered are the positive aspects in the effective regulation of the enterprise, which are accompanied by the use of a risk management system in the environment of the enterprise to ensure its economic security.

The introductory article reveals the principles of forming a science direction, dedicated to the theory and history of arts, for the journal of the Siberian Federal University «Humanities & Social Sciences». To analyze the topical problems of regional scientific schools of contemporary Russian art history, several principles were chosen: geographical (when studies are presented by regions where the corresponding scientific schools are developing), historical (in accordance with the problems characteristic of one or another significant era in the history of world and domestic art), conceptual (in accordance with the basic ideas, theories, concepts that are shared by the authors), thematic (uniting scientists dealing with similar art history issues). The main approaches of the authors, the topics of their articles, art history ideas and theories that they develop are presented. At this point the schools of Russian art history are associated with the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk and Krasnoyarsk
