Colette Touzard, A deficit of expression at adolescence : psychosis and prepsychosis. Projective methods, which have been even further refined by their longitudinal dimension in the gathering of data, are able to clearly describe the pathological processes which characterize the impaired structure at adolescence, that is, infantile psychosis in its development at the period of adolescence. We will see how troubles in the thinking process are caught in a permanent functional bond with an alteration in the activity of representation. Troubles in the thinking process are discerned here by the bias of the capacity of representation. We will see that this amputation of unconscious thought is not located in the same place - in the malfunction of the specular relation - in the case of full-blown psychosis and in the case of pre-psychosis.Troubles of the thought processes, defense mechanisms as well as the adjustments which are possible, differ from one type of organization to another. La distancia aportada por la latencia fiente a la situación edípica permite el funcionamiento no conflictualizado de las actividades intelectuales investidas sobre el modo fálico ; ella autoriza una repartición libidinal diferente, una investidura narcisística del pensamiento. La inhibición intelectual sobreviniente en la pre-adolescencia aparece como una puesta en falla del trabajo de la latencia. La problemática edípica esta en el centra de las dificultades de pensamiento, en su doble vertiente pulsional, sexual y agresiva, pero también del hecho de la repercusión narcisística que ella opera. La proximidad del trabajo de separación que la adolescencia va a exigir juega también un roi inhibidor. Las pruebas proyeetivas permiten el acceso a estos diferentes puntos. L’étude de patientes anorexiques et boulimiques en thérapie analytique de groupe a conduit l’auteur à quelques considérations d’ordre théorique inhérentes à la «perte» de la figure «bonne» du père dans l’anorexie et dans la boulimie, à l’importance de sa récupération à travers le «parcours» thérapeutique, et enfin, à un encadrement de ce problème à la lumière des résultats d’une recherche récente sur la paternité, conduite par un groupe d’endocrinologues de Parme. Les considérations clinico-théoriques formulées par l’auteur en conclusion peuvent être résumées en quatre points conceptuels : le «vide» paternel ; le «vide» masculin, paternel et générationnel ; le «vide» masculin et paternel durant la période de la pré-adolescence ; la «récupération» du père comme étape psychothérapeutique cruciale.

Résumé En France, comme ailleurs, les loisirs des moins de 15 ans n’avaient jusqu’à peu jamais fait l’objet d’investigation d’ensemble. Considérés comme des êtres infra-sociaux, à protéger contre les méfaits de certaines activités (notamment médiatiques) ou bien supposés très largement déterminés par la culture familiale, les plus jeunes n’étaient l’objet d’analyse qu’au passage à l’adolescence. On manquait ainsi d’informations sur le poids de l’enfance et de la pré-adolescence en matière de formation des goûts. L’enquête réalisée par le Département des études, de la prospective et des statistiques (DEPS) du Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication française permet de donner une vision panoramique de l’investissement des 6-14 ans dans le loisirs, rendant leurs parts respectives aux consommations médiatiques (télévision, écoute de musique, de radio, ordinateur, jeux vidéo), à la lecture, aux pratiques artistiques amateurs, à la fréquentation des équipements culturels (cinéma, bibliothèques, lieux de spectacles et de patrimoine), au sport et au jeu. Il s’agit ici de revenir sur cette enquête, dont les résultats ont été récemment publiés (Octobre, 2004), en se focalisant sur trois questions : quel est l’effet de l’âge sur la modification du rapport aux loisirs ? Quel est celui du sexe ? Comment la socialisation primaire familiale prend-elle pour objet les loisirs et contribue-t-elle à la production et à la reproduction des habitus ? Ce faisant, on contribue à la (re?)fondation d’un discours sociologique et politique sur l’enfance à travers le prisme des activités culturelles.

L’humanité n’est jamais acquise, mais en “hominiscence”, selon le mot si juste que Michel Serres forge sur le modèle d'“adolescence”. L’immense mérite des films de science-fiction est de nous faire (pré) voir quelques figures possibles de l’homme de demain. De Blade Runner à A. I. tout se passe comme si, la machine virtuelle devenait le modèle de l’homme.

Le présent article1 porte sur l’apport de l’imaginaire dans le développement psycho-spirituel des jeunes, enfants et pré-adolescents. Cette problématique s’insère dans le contexte de la société québécoise contemporaine ; deux changements sociaux récents en ce qui a trait à l’éducation des jeunes y sont présentés. Pour traiter de cette question, nous faisons appel aux principales théories du développement de l’enfant qui ont largement décrit les différents stades développementaux. Il sera question de leurs limites, et surtout de leurs forces, dont certaines ont proposé des éléments, comme l’imagination – qui se rapproche et se distingue de l’imaginaire – qui font écho à l’élan naturel des enfants d’être tournés dès leur naissance vers le spirituel. Nous présentons également la théorie de Gilbert Durand (1992 [1960]) de l’imaginaire. Enfin, nous terminerons avec une brève réflexion théologique de l’importance de considérer l’imaginaire dans le développement de la foi. In this article, we look at the contribution of the “imaginary” to the psycho-spiritual development of children and pre-adolescents. We also look at two recent social changes in education, in the province of Quebec, which could possibly have an impact on this very development. Main theories of child development are also used to better understand children’s propensity towards spirituality, as well as Gilbert Durand’s theory (1992 [1960]) on anthropological structures of the “imaginary.” We conclude with a theological reflection on the importance of the “imaginary” for faith development.

Introduction Children born prematurely often score lower on standardized tests of language in early childhood. Less is known about longer term outcomes. This investigation considered language outcomes in pre-adolescent children born very preterm/very low birthweight, as assessed by both standardized test scores and language sample measures, and explored attention abilities as a possible moderating factor. Method The present investigation provided a longitudinal follow-up to Mahurin Smith et al. (2014) by examining the language outcomes of 84 children at the 11-year time point (39 with a history of prematurity and 45 born at full term) and a total of 82 at the 12-year time point (37 with a history of prematurity, 45 born at full term). Assessments included subtests of the Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals– Fourth Edition, productive language measures taken from narrative tasks, and parent and examiner ratings of attention. Results Gestational age significantly predicted standardized language scores at age 11 years, but this effect was no longer statistically significant at age 12 years. When parent ratings of attention were considered as additional variables, gestational age was no longer a significant predictor. Gestational age did not serve as a significant predictor for the productive language measures at either time point. Discussion Results indicate that catch-up growth in language may take place in pre-adolescence for many children born prematurely. Clinical implications focus on the need to utilize multiple forms of language assessment and to directly consider the potential role of attention on standard test results.

<p>目的：運動員的專項化水準與競賽表現有正相關。如何在兒童與青少年時期開始練習基本動作技術，強化身體能力並熟練專項運動技術，是教練與運動員的主要目標。此外，根據不同運動專項的需求，發展身體能力的訓練方法，減少運動傷害和提升訓練動機，最終在運動競賽中贏得勝利，成為教練與運動員關注的議題。本文彙整兒童與青少年神經肌肉訓練(neuromuscular training) 的相關文獻，根據青少年體能發展模型(the youth physical development model) 區分身體能力發展時期，討論如何藉此逐步強化運動專項表現。方法：於Google學術搜尋、Pubmed (MEDLINE) 及Web of Science 查詢相關研究文獻進行分析。結果：本文獻回顧分析兒童與青少年神經肌肉訓練實證研究，了解訓練各種體能要素對運動表現的影響。針對肌力、爆發力、速度、敏捷、平衡等能力，提供兒童期、兒童後期與青春期不同發展時期具體訓練方法。結論：建議在專項運動訓練前，加入至少15分鐘的神經肌肉訓練，或是至多70分鐘的獨立訓練課程，促進體能發展。儘管如此，在設計運動員的運動處方時，仍需考慮運動員的實際年齡和訓練經驗，並根據個別差異改變神經肌肉訓練計畫，將訓練效益最大化。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Introduction According to the Youth Physical Development Model, children and adolescents should participate in sports pro-grams that match their age and physical abilities (Bergeron et al., 2015). This study examines the different components of physical fitness including strength, power, speed, agility, and balance, in the context of neuromuscular training (NMT) throughout childhood, late childhood, and adolescence (Granacher et al., 2016). The findings are expected to provide insights for coaches to design specific physical ability training plans for athletes using NMT. Benefits of Neuromuscular Training for Children and Adolescents NMT can improve children’s and adolescents’ fundamental movement skills, such as stability skills, locomotor skills, and manipulative skills, as well as their power, speed, and agility (Panagoulis et al., 2020). Moreover, NMT also has injury prevention effects, reducing the overall injury risk in sports, the risk of severe injuries in lower limb joints, and the total number of days lost to injury (R&ouml;ssler et al., 2019). Engaging in NMT before specialized training or as an independent training program is recommended. Planning and Recommendations for Strength and Conditioning for Children and Adolescents During early childhood strength training, it is recommended to engage in exercises that involve both vertical and horizontal pushing and pulling of the upper and lower limbs (Duncan et al., 2018). As one progresses through late childhood, gradually incorporating low-intensity-free-weight training is recommended (Panagoulis et al., 2020). Throughout adolescence, training regimens should be tailored to meet specific physical fitness requisites. Besides in-cluding sessions of moderate-intensity muscular strength training to promote muscle hypertrophy and strength, the inte-gration of eccentric strength training is also deemed suitable. It’s recommended to focus on fundamental movement skills like agility, balance, and coordination during early childhood power training (Duncan et al., 2018). In late child-hood, plyometric and low-intensity strength training should be integrated with a focus on jumping mechanics . Throughout adolescence, the training program should incorporate plyometric exercises and weightlifting training to improve the rate of force development, such as with complex training (Faigenbaum et al., 2007). In the context of speed training, it is imperative to instill correct running posture and skills during early childhood. As one progresses through late childhood, it is recommended to concentrate on sprinting technique and the synchro- nized contraction of three joints (Cissik, 2004). Throughout adolescence, it is suggested to incorporate strength training, eccentric strength training, and plyometric training. This integration serves the purpose of refining sprinting techniques, acceleration, and achieving maximum speed during sprints (Pichardo et al., 2018). Within the realm of agility training, during childhood, the predominant focus lies on honing acceleration and deceleration skills, and promoting core stabil-ity in the hip, knee, and ankle regions. As one progresses through late childhood, the training program closely resembles that of childhood (Dos’ Santos et al., 2019). Throughout adolescence, it’s important to engage in a training routine that includes speed training, eccentric strength exercises, plyometric training, and balance training. Furthermore, enhancing agility should involve practicing changes of direction (COD) (Hammami et al., 2018). Balance training should be im-plemented in childhood and adolescence, With training sessions involving exercise with eyes open and closed on vary-ing surfaces, adapting intensity to athlete’s ability. It’s important to note that maintaining stability with both feet is easier than with single foot (Gebel et al., 2018). Conclusion When planning and implementing strength and conditioning training for children and adolescents, it’s important to consider the varying stages of their physical development. Starting from childhood, focusing on fundamental movement skills and neuro-muscular training can help prevent injuries and improve sports performance. Before commencing sport-specific training, it is important to acquire fundamental movement skills, including stability skills, locomotor skills, and manipulative skills. NMT is advisable to allocate a period of 10 to 15 minutes before training or competition, or even dedicate a session lasting 30 to 60 minutes specifically for this purpose.</p> <p> </p>

Elevated blood pressure (BP) is a major risk factor for atherosclerosis. As the studies concerning vascular alterations in pediatric patients are rare, we aimed to study the relationship between hypertension and arterial stiffness in adolescence by novel method independent from BP during examination. Twenty nonobese adolescent boys (16.5 ± 0.4 years) with newly diagnosed essential hypertension, 20 adolescent boys (16.7 ± 0.4 years) with newly diagnosed white-coat hypertension, and 20 healthy controls matched to age and body mass index were examined. Cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI), brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), pre-ejection period (PEP), and ejection time (ET) were evaluated. CAVI was significantly increased in essential hypertension patients compared with controls (p < 0.05) with no significant difference in white-coat hypertension patients. Significantly higher baPWV was found in essential and white-coat hypertension patients compared with controls (both p < 0.001). White-coat hypertension patients showed significantly shortened PEP and ET compared with controls (p < 0.01 and p < 0.001, respectively) and essential hypertension patients (both p < 0.05). For the first time, the arterial stiffness in adolescents with newly diagnosed essential and white-coat hypertension was studied using BP-independent index CAVI combined with conventional baPWV. Our study revealed significantly increased CAVI in adolescents with newly diagnosed essential hypertension compared with controls. Our findings could help to understand hypertension–atherosclerosis interaction.

Cette recherche propose d'étudier les réaménagements narcissiques et objectaux susceptibles d'être mobilisés chez les adolescent.e.s harcelé.e.s. Plus spécifiquement, à partir de nos entretiens de recherche et des travaux analytiques déjà existants à propos des adolescents harcelés, nous nous sommes interrogées sur la fragilité des assises narcissiques et des positions sexuées, ainsi que sur les particularités relatives aux aménagements identificatoires et au traitement pulsionnel chez ces derniers. Ce cheminement nous a conduit sur les traces du masochisme. Si notre hypothèse en lien avec la nature masochiste des conduites défensives chez certains adolescents harcelés nous est apparue si intéressante, c'est aussi du fait de la particularité de la tranche d'âge des sujets qui convoque avec une acuité certaine les risques de désintrication inhérents à la réactivation œdipienne et aux remaniements identificatoires. Ainsi notre problématique est la suivante : les achoppements identificatoires repérables chez les adolescents en situation de harcèlement scolaire pourraient-ils connaitre, dans certains cas, un destin à coloration masochiste ? Au niveau méthodologique, la population est composée de 10 préadolescents et adolescents harcelés (5 filles et 5 garçons). Le matériel clinique a été recueilli par la mise en place d'un dispositif en trois entretiens au sein des établissements partenaires. L'entretien préliminaire était suivi d'un entretien comprenant la passation des tests projectifs (Rorschach, T.A.T. et planches complémentaires en situation scolaire), puis d'un entretien de restitution. Les résultats mettent en lumière que la construction d'un maillage identificatoire en lien avec l'être harcelé, pourrait revêtir une dimension initiatique au travers d'une posture victimaire, voire sacrificielle, participant au travail de subjectivation propre à l'adolescence. Cette posture peut être amenée à s'exprimer au travers d'aménagements psychiques à coloration masochiste susceptibles de s'illustrer soit via l'externalisation de modalités passives et masochistes dans le lien aux pairs, soit par un retournement de l'agressivité contre soi. Si ces deux modalités peuvent se retrouver chez tout type de fonctionnement psychique sans présager d'un devenir nécessairement pathogène - du fait notamment de la plasticité relative au processus adolescent - leurs enjeux seront différents en fonction du registre de problématique dans lequel le sujet s'inscrit. Ainsi, dans certains cas, le recours au masochisme peut s'apparenter à une tentative de subjectivation en lien avec une quête traumatotropique au service d'un besoin de différenciation vis-à-vis des premiers objets d'amour. Dans d'autres cas, lorsque la subjectivation se sclérose autour de la traumatophilie, le risque mélancolique n'est jamais loin<br>This research proposes to study the narcissistic and objectual rearrangements likely to be mobilized among harassed adolescents. More specifically, based on our research interviews and existing analytical work on harassed adolescents, we questioned the fragility of narcissistic foundations and sexual positions, as well as the particularities relating to the arrangements of identifications and impulses among the latter. This path has led us on the trail of masochism. If our hypothesis linked to the masochistic nature of defensive behavior among some harassed adolescents appeared so interesting to us, it is also due to the particularity of the age group of the subjects which calls for numerous changes due to of Oedipal reactivation. So our problematic is the following: could the identificatory stumbles identified among adolescents in situations of school bullying experience have, in certain cases, a destiny with a masochistic evolution?We used a population made up of 10 bullied pre-adolescents and adolescents (5 girls and 5 boys) to carry out our research. The clinical material was collected by setting up a three-interview system within the partner establishments. The preliminary interview was followed by an interview including the administration of projective tests (Rorschach, T.A.T. and additional boards in a school situation), then a feedback interview.The results highlight that the construction of an identification linked to the fact of being harassed, could take on an initiatory dimension through a victim posture, even sacrificial, participating in the work of subjectification specific to adolescence. This posture can be expressed through psychological adjustments with a masochistic color likely to be illustrated either via the externalization of passive and masochistic modalities in the bond with peers, or by a reversal of aggressiveness against themselves. If these two modalities can be found in any type of psychological functioning without foreboding a necessarily pathogenic outcome ? in particular due to the plasticity relating to the adolescent process ? their impact will be different depending on the register of problems in which the subject fits. Thus, in certain cases, the use of masochism can be compared to an attempt at subjectification linked to a traumatic quest serving a need for differentiation with respect to the first objects of love. Les comportements à risque pour la santé, dont la consommation de substances psychoactives, sont souvent initiés dès l’adolescence. L’efficacité de la prévention sur ce thème, auprès des plus jeunes, dépend donc de la connaissance des déterminants à ces conduites. L’objectif de ce travail est l’analyse des relations entre trois facteurs de protection et/ou de vulnérabilité (estime de soi, anxiété-trait et activité physique et sportive - APS), et l’usage de produits chez les pré-adolescents, au travers du modèle de santé interactionniste. Une cohorte de 1 230 collégiens volontaires, a été suivie pendant quatre ans. Les données ont été recueillies tous les semestres par auto-questionnaire portant, entre autres, sur la santé, l’APS, l’estime de soi, l’anxiété-trait et les consommations de substances (tabac, alcool, cannabis, médicaments anxiolytiques et hypnotiques, vitamines). Les principaux résultats montrent que près de 40 % des élèves pratiquent une APS régulièrement, et qu’entre 11 et 14 ans, la prévalence de l’usage régulier de cannabis est multipliée par 34, et celle de tabac par 9. En outre, des facteurs de protection élevés et de vulnérabilité bas sont liés à un moindre usage de produit. Les filles disposeraient de facteurs de protection et de vulnérabilité plus sujets à variation que les garçons, en cas de consommation de tabac, médicaments anxiolytiques ou hypnotiques, ou de vitamines, substances préférentiellement consommées par les filles. Ce travail confirme la nécessité de développer, tôt, les compétences psychosociales propices à l’adoption de comportements favorables à la santé, au sein d’un environnement sensibilisé à ces questions<br>Context: health risk behaviours, for instance drug use, are often initiated during the adolescence period. Thus, the behaviour’s determining factors have to be known to realize preventative actions among these young people. Aim: to analyze the relationship between three protective and/or risk factors (self-esteem, trait-anxiety and extra-curricular physical activity - ECPA), and drug use by early-adolescents, through the interactionist health model. Study design: A cohort of 1 230 voluntary pupils, followed for a period of four years. Data were collected every six months by self-report questionnaires. The document included questions on health, ECPA, self-esteem, trait-anxiety, and drug use (tobacco, alcohol, cannabis, anxiolytics, hypnotics, vitamins). Main results: nearly 40 % of the pupils practice regularly ECPA. Between 11 and 14 year of age, the prevalence of regular use of cannabis was multiplied by 34, and that of tobacco by 9. High protective factors and low risk factors are related to less drug use. Girls tend to have protective and risk factors more prone to variation than boys, in the event of consumption of tobacco, anxiolytic or hypnotic drugs, or vitamins, substances preferentially consumed by girls. L’objectif de cette thèse est d’analyser l’influence du sens de l’expérience scolaire et du rapport à l’apprendre sur le sens que les collégiens qui entrent en DIMA accordent à leur orientation. Le sens de l’orientation est étudié à partir du modèle de la socialisation active de Malrieu (2003). La population est composée de 416 collégiens de la région Midi-Pyrénées dont 217 ont été orientés en DIMA et 199 sont scolarisés en classe de 3ème Préparatoire aux Formations Professionnelles (3ème PFP). Tous ont répondu à un questionnaire informatisé dans le cadre d’une passation collective en classe. Une première analyse descriptive, comparative entre les deux groupes d’élèves permet d’étudier les spécificités de la trajectoire et des caractéristiques psychosociales de la population des élèves de DIMA. Une seconde analyse multi variée réalisée uniquement sur les réponses au questionnaire des élèves de DIMA, révèle trois profils d’élèves développant des formes de rapport à l’orientation hétérogènes. Six collégiens représentatifs ont été sélectionnés pour une étude approfondie, par entretiens semi-directifs de recherche. Les résultats montrent que les élèves scolarisés en DIMA, majoritairement issus des milieux populaires, présentent une trajectoire scolaire spécifique marquée par des difficultés précoces dans les apprentissages. Ce sont des collégiens qui ont développé un rapport à l’école souvent à l’opposé des demandes et attentes institutionnelles. Les collégiens ont construit une représentation positive du DIMA et cette orientation suscite une forte adhésion. Si l’engagement vers le préapprentissage s’articule autour du souhait de rupture avec un passé scolaire aliénant, il s’inscrit également dans le désir d’apprendre autrement. Nos résultats montrent l’influence fondamentale de la socialisation familiale et scolaire dans les remaniements du rapport au savoir qui contribuent à donner du sens à cette orientation. Cette dernière apparaît comme une fonction subjective permettant à l’adolescent de palier les antagonismes et les différents conflits construits au cœur des espaces de socialisation. Le DIMA permet à une grande majorité de jeunes de renouer avec une image de soi ouvrant l’espace des possibles et contribuant au « projet de soi ». A second multivariate analysis based on the DIMA students’ responses only, revealed three types of students with heterogeneous relations to orientation. Six representative students were selected for further study, based on semi-directive interviews. The results show that DIMA students, who mostly come from the working classes, have a specific academic trajectory marked by early difficulties in learning. They are middle-school students that have developed a relation to school in opposition with institutional demands and expectations. They have built a positive representation of DIMA and this orientation generates strong adhesion and a high satisfaction rate. If the commitment to pre-apprenticeship revolves around the wish to break with school alienating past, it is also in the desire to learn differently. Our results show the fundamental influence of family socialization and school acculturation processes in the modulations of relation to knowledge that help make sense of this orientation. This orientation appears as a subjective function allowing the adolescent to overcome the antagonisms and the various conflicts built at the heart of social spaces. DIMA enables a large majority of teenagers to reconnect with a coherent self-image, broadening the space of possibilities and contributing to a “self-project”. The orientation to DIMA represents an anchor between social space and the subject, supporting the personalization process of the adolescent

Cette thèse de doctorat propose d'étudier la sensorialité et la sensori-motricité pour penser la clinique des agirs chez la fille en âge de latence (7-11 ans). Les agirs, autrement appelés « troubles du comportement », se caractérisent en effet par l'aspect bruyant du recours au corporel dans ses dimensions sensorielles et motrices. Notre recherche théorico-clinique se base sur une pratique auprès d'enfants placés en ITEP (Internat Thérapeutique Éducatif et Pédagogique) en raison de l'intensité de leurs « troubles du comportement ». Étudier l'organisation du sensoriel avec d'un côté « la sensorialité » et d'un autre « la sensori-motricité » est une façon d'appréhender les ressources dont dispose l'enfant pour éprouver ce qu'il vit intérieurement au contact de lui-même et des autres, mais aussi la façon qu'il a de mettre à distance ses éprouvés intimes, ses sentiments de dépendance et d'impuissance par l'intermédiaire de sa sensori-motricité. La conflictualité, à laquelle est confronté l'enfant en période de latence, peut s'exprimer en termes de dépendance et de désir de séparation-dégagement d'avec l'objet. La sensorialité, porteuse d'un état de dépendance, se construit sur le modèle de l'objet qui vient à la rencontre du sujet. Dans les rapports qu'elle entretient avec des capacités de régression vers les identifications primaires mais aussi avec l'altérité, la sensorialité devient l'expression d'un féminin originaire. La sensori-motricité se présente dans un mouvement contraire à celui de la sensorialité, car elle prend la forme d'une quête active de l'objet. Un paradoxe apparaît avec la sensori-motricité, du fait de l'insistance de la quête et du désir de dégagement adressée au même objet. L'utilisation de la sensori-motricité aurait pour fonction de renouer avec la sensorialité, de recréer activement les conditions de sa mise en place grâce à la création de l'illusion d'une sensorialité satisfaisante : l'enfant se heurte à son environnement, il s'y confronte, cherchant à faire venir l'objet à lui. L'action de la sensori-motricité s'oppose à la réceptivité de la sensorialité, mais elle entre également en complément de celle-ci dans le rôle qu'elle endosse dans la constitution de la bisexualité psychique<br>In the present doctoral thesis, our objective is to study sensoriality and sensori-motricity in order to improve the clinical assessment of girls behaviors during the latent period (7 to 11 years old). These "behavioral disorders" (or more specifically in French "les agirs") are indeed characterized by a loud recourse to the corporeal in both its sensory and motor dimensions. Our theoretical and clinical research is based on work with children treated at an ITEP (Therapeutic, Educational and Pedagogical Institute) due to the severity of their behavioral disorders. Studying how the sensory system is organized, with sensoriality on the one hand and "sensori-motricity" on the other, is a way to grasp the resources children have at their disposal to feel what they internally live when in contact with themselves and others, but also how, through their sensori-motricity, they distance themselves from their inner feelings, their impressions of dependence and powerlessness. The conflict children are confronted to during the latent period may be expressed in terms of dependence and wish for separation/detachment from the object. Sensoriality, which goes along with dependence, is built on the model of the object that comes to meet the subject. Through its relationships with regression capacities towards primary identifications and also with alterity, sensoriality becomes the expression of a primal feminine nature. Sensori-motricity, in a contrary movement to that of sensoriality, consists in an active quest of the object. A paradox arises with sensory-motricity, due to the simultaneous urge for, and wish for detachment from, one and the same object. The use of sensori-motricity might be to reconnect with sensoriality, to actively re-create the conditions of its implementation thanks to the illusion of a satisfactory sensoriality it causes: children are confronted to their environment, confront it, and try to make the object come to them. Although the action of sensori-motricity counters the receptiveness of sensoriality, it also complements it due to the role it plays in the elaboration of psychic bisexuality

Dans ce travail de thèse nous nous intéressons à la façon dont se co-construisent chez l'Humain les systèmes physiologiques de réponse au stress, et le système d'attachement affectif entre le sujet et son entourage. Pour cela, avons structuré notre travail synthétique et expérimental selon deux âges cruciaux du neurodéveloppement : la petite enfance, et l'adolescence. Dans une première partie, nous présentons des situations expérimentales mettant en jeu des nourrissons (3-6 mois) en interaction avec un parent. Nous utilisons des méthodes d'analyse quantitative du signal audio qui permettent d'analyser l'interaction selon deux niveaux : le tour de parole, et l'utilisation du mamanais. Dans des interactions mère-bébé, nous montrons que le bébé joue un rôle actif dans la reprise de l'interaction après une interruption brutale (article 1). Nous montrons que la prise d'ocytocine par les pères n'a pas d'influence sur l'interaction vocale au cours d'un Still Face père-bébé (article 2). Dans la deuxième partie de la thèse on s'intéresse aux adolescents présentant un trouble de personnalité limite. Nous présentons d'abord une synthèse bibliographique sur les liens entre stress et ce trouble de la personnalité (article 3). Ensuite, nous présentons une méthodologie d'étude multimodale de la réponse individuelle au stress, prenant en compte des éléments de motricité, de mimique faciale, de physiologie neurovégétative et d'hormonologie. Ce protocole a été validé chez des sujets sains (article 4). Nous montrons comment il est développé pour l'étude de populations d' adolescents présentant un trouble de personnalité limite (en cours)<br>In this thesis, we adress the issue of the co-building, in the individual human development, of the physiological stress response system, and the process of affective bonding. This work, both experimental and theoretical, is structured following two crucial periods of neurological developement in Humans : early infancy, and adolescence. In the first part, we present experimental results with infants (3-6 m.o.) interacting with a parent. We used quantitative methods that allow to analyze the audio signal according to two levels : speech turn and the use of infant-directed speech. In mother-infant interactions, we show that infants develop an active position in the reunion phase, after an abrupt interruption of the interaction (article 1). We also show that ocytocine taken by fathers do not change the vocal interaction during a Still Face protocol infant-father (article 2). In the second part of the work, we focus on adolescents with borderline personality disorder. We first present a review of the literature on the links between borderline personality and stress (paper 3). Then, we introduce a methodology to propose a multimodal analysis of individual stress response, that includes body movement, face movement, vegetative parameters and hormone levels. This protocol has been tested and validated on healthy subjects (article 4). We show haw it is currently developed to study adolescents with borderline personality disorder (in progress)

Cette recherche s'intéresse à une certaine forme de traumatisme vécu à l'adolescence, celui des mauvais traitements familiaux. Comment des jeunes filles battues en famille métabolisent-elles la violence reçue, quelle intériorisation des coups les relations familiales permettent-elles et avec quelles conséquences psychiques sont les questions traitées. La clinique est constituée de cinq jeunes filles placées en institution éducative pour une évaluation psychosociale et une orientation. Ce matériel témoigne du fait que ces expériences de mauvais traitements occasionnent un vécu d'emprise dont ces adolescentes se défendent par diverses attitudes psychiques et comportementales. Deux d'entre elles reliant la violence familiale à une ou plusieurs tentatives de suicide antérieures, une hypothèse différentielle se vérifie : l'auto-agression témoigne d'un appel à un tiers, lequel permet une introjection pulsionnelle, favorise une transformation du régime d'intériorisation et facilite la symbolisation de la violence fantasmatique. L'équivalence incestuelle d'une violence paternelle est un élément d'explication de ce retournement contre soi, sur un mode simultanément passif et auto-appropriateur. A l'inverse trois autres adolescentes manifestent le maintien d'une modalité incorporative qui entraine la répétition des mouvements de pulsion agressive. Pour l'une, les attitudes paternelles s'inscrivent dans un contexte de perversion qui n'autorise pas qu'un objet tiers soit utilisé. Les deux autres situations montrent qu'une violence maternelle est vécue comme maintenant un lien. Ces deux contextes apparaissent comme des facteurs aggravant les sentiments d'emprise à l'adolescence.

Introdução: A gravidez na adolescência é compreendida como aquela que envolve meninas de 10 a 19 anos e está frequentemente associada ao maior risco de ocorrência de desfechos adversos maternos e neonatais, levando ao aumento da morbimortalidade perinatal. A pré-eclâmpsia é uma das complicações mais comuns da gravidez na adolescência, e é clinicamente definida pela presença de hipertensão arterial sistêmica (pressão arterial sistólica ≥140 mmHg ou diastólica ≥90 mmHg) após a 20ª semana de gestação, acompanhada de proteinúria ou lesão de outros órgãos. Essa patologia está relacionada com a imaturidade biológica uterina, fatores socioeconômicos e condições metabólicas, sendo portanto um problema de saúde pública. Objetivo: Analisar a probabilidade da pré-eclâmpsia na gravidez na adolescência e suas complicações. Métodos: Revisão de literatura por meio do banco de dados PubMed, mediante as palavras-chaves: “pre-eclampsia”, “pregnancy in adolescence”, “risk factors”. Foram encontrados 55 artigos dos últimos 18 anos, e 11 foram selecionados para a elaboração do estudo. Incluíram-se artigos que citavam a pré-eclâmpsia como um dos efeitos adversos possíveis na gestação na adolescência e excluíram-se aqueles que abordavam apenas os efeitos neonatais. Resultados: A gravidez na adolescência frequentemente ocorre de forma não planejada (p<0,001), além de apresentar riscos aumentados para pré-eclâmpsia (p=0,001) e hipertensão gestacional (p<0,001). Também foi observada maior probabilidade de esses eventos ocorrerem em idades mais precoces, isto é, adolescentes menores de 16 anos possuem maiores chances de pré-eclâmpsia, eclâmpsia e gravidez ectópica (odds ratio — OR=2,974) quando comparadas às maiores, para as quais a prevalência desses eventos é similar à dos adultos. Outras complicações também costumam estar presentes em gestações dessa faixa etária (p=0,002), como o baixo peso ao nascer e a prematuridade (p<0,001) (TEMBO et al., 2020), além de hemorragia e atonia uterina, que podem surgir em consequência da pré-eclâmpsia (p<0,001). Ademais, fatores socioeconômicos parecem ter associação com a ocorrência de pré-eclâmpsia/eclâmpsia (p=0,05), havendo prevalência maior em países de baixa/média renda, além de fatores fisiológicos, como índice de massa corporal pré-gestacional (p=0,002) e ganho de peso gestacional (p=0,03). Conclusão: Apesar de diversos estudos apresentarem riscos consideráveis de pré-eclâmpsia na gravidez na adolescência, esse tema ainda apresenta muitas controvérsias, sendo necessários mais estudos, já que se trata também de uma questão de saúde pública.

In the last decades, the widespread bullying within schools has become a global problem. Cyberbullying, especially, has known a rapid growth. In the process of understanding the factors that influence bullying behaviors, researchers have turned towards investigating the moral factors, such as "moral disengagement" (MD; Menesini et al., 2003), which is thought to contribute to the reason why, some individuals, although they express disgust and anger in response to bullying behavior and hold the belief that intervening is the right thing to do, they do not intervene in bullying situations. The objective of this research is to propose a VR based intervention, aimed at increasing prosocial behavior in bullies by improving perspective taking-skills and empathy concern. During the interactive VR training simulation program, participants will take their own perspective or the perspective of the partner in virtual reality, being instructed to try and understand their mental states. Furthermore, the situations encountered are meant to trigger feelings of disgust, anger or elevation, which is elicited by witnessing acts of moral goodness, in contrast to neutral situations, in a randomized control trial, in order to test their efficacy. By increasing the propensity to take the perspective of their partner and the empathy concern capacity, we aim to decrease the process of moral disengagement, especially in bullying and cyberbullying phenomena and increase prosocial behavior in adolescents. Further theoretical considerations of the moral emotions in phenomena such as bullying and additional utility of virtual reality in promoting social behavior among adolescents and young adults will be discussed.

With the popularity and spread of social media, more and more social software is helping to bring people closer to each other [1]. It is increasingly easy for adolescents to get other people's updates from social media, including celebrities, internet celebrities and peers [2]. Also adolescence is a time when the brain undergoes many structural and functional changes, so it is likely that the part of the social brain responsible for regulating imitation is still maturing throughout adolescence, which may lead to more pronounced imitative behaviour [3]. In addition, adolescents gain popularity, status and attractiveness through imitation of their idols or among their peers [4]. Therefore, making good use of the prevalent behaviours that social media has created in society has the potential to provide better behavioural interventions for the adolescent population [5], helping to shape better behavioural habits in adolescents, improving the current trend of younger disease and potentially reducing the likelihood of preventable health problems.The aim of this study was to analyse how popular behavioural mimicry among adolescents can be used to promote the activation of their health behaviours. We asked two questions: 1. the extent to which imitation behaviours activate adolescents' health behaviours; 2. measuring the impact of knowledge, skills and beliefs involved in the activation of behavioural imitation on adolescents' health maintenance and disease prevention.A questionnaire was used to enumerate the population groups that have the greatest influence on adolescents as the test sample in this study. 100 participants took part in the questionnaire, including 50 participants from mainland China and 50 participants from Hong Kong, whose mean age was 16 ± 3 years. After administering the questionnaire, 50 of these participants, who were randomly and equally divided into 10 groups of 5 participants each, were surveyed using the Activation Inventory (PAM) to measure the current level of knowledge, skills and beliefs involved in the activation of the adolescent population to maintain health and prevent disease, and then measured again using the PAM 30 and 60 days after the adolescents were exposed to the imitated subjects.The adolescent group itself was not highly aware of healthy behaviours and the effectiveness of positive health behaviour imitation in changing health behaviours and outcomes was somewhat proven when they were exposed to positive health behaviours of imitators for 30 days. However, 60 days after participants were exposed to imitations of healthy behaviours, although the imitations were still effective in maintaining healthy behaviours, the 60-day activation of healthy behaviours produced some decline compared to the first 30 days of outcomes. Therefore, in the future, more research should be conducted on the preferences and needs of adolescent groups to identify the social factors and groups that best trigger imitation among adolescents, and to promote positive health behaviours among adolescents by developing mobile applications that are more in line with adolescents' expectations to trigger trends, create widespread social discussion and be present in their daily conversations.References1.Moira Burke and Robert E.
